Exploring 2Br Suite Family Unit w/ Netflix UNIT 103A left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of 2Br Suite Family Unit w/ Netflix UNIT 103A was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Baguio plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for 2Br Suite Family Unit w/ Netflix UNIT 103A painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The place was not well-maintained, and it seemed that housekeeping had not done their job properly. We discovered a leak under the kitchen sink, despite not having used the kitchen at all. A maintenance worker from the condo had to spend nearly two hours, late in the evening, fixing the issue to prevent the whole place from flooding, which caused us significant inconvenience. To their credit, they were apologetic and had the issue resolved by the following day. Hopefully, thorough maintenance checks will be carried out both before and after guests' stays to prevent similar problems in the future.

Hindi kami maka charge.Yung sa sink Yung gripo kinakalawang.yung CR walang trash can. basang basa yung sahig.inask ko sa contact number na nakapost na magaassist kung malinis ba Yun water and free Kasi half Yung nasa gallon. malinis nman daw magpapadala daw Siya sa guard yung sinasalin antagal nag followup ako napakatagal sumagot hindi man lang sinabi kung bakit ,at sabi mag papadala sa maintenance ng trash can sa CR, wala naman.ok nman sana pero ayusin nyo flaws nyo, un saksakan parang ayaw magpasaksak lahat maluwag pano kami makapagcharge ng phones namin.palitan nyo rin lighter para magsindi ng stove Yung mahabang lighter hindi un maliit. yung CR sa Isang kwarto parang medyo barado un labasan ng tubig basa yung sahig alangan lage mo patuyuin.nag message ako sa host kung pinapalitan Yung code ng door for security and about sa electric ports.hindi sumagot.nag message lang para mag remind ng check out time.

The appt was far from clean when we arrived, in particular the kitchen with very dirty splash backs. Also the state of maintenance is very poor indeed. And the quality of the furniture was way below what I would expect, the sofa had some foam seats, but was cheap, and the chairs had no cushioning at all, extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Providing a decent sofa would maybe cost a couple of weeks rental, and make all the difference. Bedding again was very much below par, again as cheap as one could buy. Pillows... again need replacing with decent items. Electrical sockets, those which are actually there, need replacing, they will not hold a plug they are so worn out. The range of kitchen utensils, I cannot vouch for because of the virtual inability to use the kitchen due to no Microwave and no toaster, also drinking glasses, a random assortment of 4 or 5, no wine glasses etc. Bug screens on doors broken and just lying on the balcony. Kitchen faucet, dirty and needs replacing.

We had a comfortable overnight stay here with our kids. The unit had all the basic things we needed - it smelled clean, water was provided, the internet speed was decent, and the Smart TV worked well. The hot shower and water pressure were good, and the neighborhood was quiet. Parking was also available which was very convenient. One small suggestion would be to add an extra lock on the door from the inside. As parents traveling with kids, we’re usually extra mindful about security, especially since there is only one security personnel handling both the main gate and the front desk. Overall, it’s a practical and comfortable place for a short stay.

The building and unit was old but utilities work well. It was hard to get help from the condo staff since barely anyone mans the reception desk. Door of one bathroom wouldn’t close as well but while that’s ok for our group of friends, it might matter to other guests. The location was good in a way that the neighborhood was peaceful but it was very difficult to get a taxi and even nearby tourists spots were quite a long walk away for us. Space was smaller than it looks in the photos too and might feel a bit tight for 6pax.

Very nice place Great location. Unfortunately we had no propane for cooking and when we asked the host the never answered us. Luckily there was one element electric. Also toilets leaked and mold on ceiling in washroom

We had such a great experience staying here! We made a last-minute booking late at night, and we really appreciate that they still accommodated us without any hassle. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, especially considering how late we booked. The space was spacious and perfect for families. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and complete with the things we needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out were also very easy and smooth. The place is not within walking distance from the city, but it’s only about a 5-minute drive, so the location was still very convenient for us. Overall, we were really happy with our stay! The place was great. Matched the description. What you see in the photos is what you get. Easy to check in. Host is responsive and helpful. Even the guard was polite and made sure that we were able to check in. This is one of the places in Baguio where we prefer to go back. Recommended to every guest that prefers a peaceful place but near to the metro.

the unit is spacious, its not cramped for 5 people. the sliding door in the living room is a plus since the cold air easily gets in. we also liked the extra mattress. there’s also kitchen items we used to heat our takeout foods. the area is near highway where we easily accessed/hailed taxi. cornelia st is also next door, if your looking for a quick bite.

The place was very peaceful, nice, and affordable. The unit is spacious and I love that it has 2 bathrooms which was so convenient for us. A guest kit, bath towel, and toilet paper were provided too. The kitchen is also complete with utensils, pans, pots and appliances like microwave and electric kettle so we were able to cook and enjoy our breakfast. It’s located on the first floor so it is easy to reach especially when you are already tired from walking/strolling around the tourist spots. The free parking is also a very very helpful amenity since for most places in Baguio you always pay for the parking space. We arrived almost 3 hours past check in time but the owner is very responsive and understanding too. The condo guard was also friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this place!

The host, DJ, was very responsive. The place was easy to locate and the area is quite peaceful. The unit also smells nice and clean, indoor slippers were provided. They also gave drinking water. Our stay was very last-minute. The host was easy to talk to and even allowed us to extend until 12 NN. Although we still left early, it was a big plus that they permitted the extension. We had a very enjoyable experience here at Sophia's. Check in process was smooth and the staffs are kind. The room was spacious and clean with a quiet environment. beds and linens were comfortable were we able to relax despite the cold weather. In add., we also enjoyed cooking our own food. One important thing we consider is parking, theres one alloted parking space for us.

Home was very nice! The weather was really bad and we had some problems with the generator but all staff and especially the owner was accomodating, friendly and was very responsive! Owner sorted out the issue by coming to check the unit himself. Blankets, towels and toiletries provided. Basic cooking utensils provided. Sophia Suites will always be our #1 go to for accommodations in Baguio 😊

Pinaka sulit na Airbnb sa Baguio because of it's proximity to tourist spots, space for 6 people to sleep, super smooth check in experience (I booked this at 8 pm same day I was still accommodated), and of course, price was a steal!
