Exploring 1 Bedroom private pool @Kuta left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of 1 Bedroom private pool @Kuta was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for 1 Bedroom private pool @Kuta painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Good location for airport proximity, just was responsive and villa was as described. Lacked a water dispenser but provided extra bottled when asked.

整体而言性价比很高，房东回复及时，遇到问题解决得很快，司机没有找到地方积极沟通并前来带路，工作人员特别热情。蚊虫有点多，插上电蚊香也用处不大，被子也有一些没有威胁的小虫子。位置很方便，去哪里都很近，离好吃的餐厅和海滩商场都很近，床垫和枕头都特别舒服。

Stayed for one night, was very happy with the attentive check in and response time. The staff was very nice. My biggest issue was the one of the doors (kitchen door) didn’t lock to the outside. As a solo female traveler, this made me feel unsafe. When I messaged them about it they told me that I could lock the door into the kitchen from the bedroom, which made me assume that they knew about the broken lock and still put me in the room. Didn’t love that, wouldn’t stay again for that reason alone.

Comfortable and peaceful stay which looks like the photos. But some basic things can be improved e.g. no hand soap, in toilet, only one pool towel provided, broken door handle in bathroom.

Beautiful villa but needed better maintenance.

Good place to stay

Great place stayed only one night to end my solo trip, only 10 min from the airport & close enough to other local attractions 30 min from Ubud. Very clean, love that you can lock all the doors to everything especially traveling solo. 4 stars bc they had only towels no wash cloths & my key stopped working arriving back ( although they fixed the issue in a timely manner)

Its a nice place for a short stay - the host was very friendly and let me do a late checkout without any additional fees wich i appreciated. 👍🏼

La estancia ha sido increíble. La descripción de la villa es idéntica a las fotos y al anuncio. El trato del personal ha sido muy muy bueno y la villa era preciosa. Buena comunicación y zona muy tranquila. En grab llegas en 5 minutos a todo.

Ik snap niet waar die negatieve reacties op Google Maps vandaan komen. Maar het was echt een top huisje. Precies hoe het beschreven stond. Eigen zwembad, lieve mensen, goed schoon, behulpzaam! Super verblijf!

L’emplacement est également très pratique pour découvrir Kuta et ses environs, tout en profitant d’un endroit calme pour se reposer. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour. We were looking for a 1 night stay close to the airport, so it served the purpose very well! The pool is nice and great place in general.

Die Unterkunft hat eine optimale Nähe zum Flughafen und ist somit perfekt um nach der Ankunft oder vor dem Abflug nochmal etwas Ruhe zu genießen 😊 Der Kontakt war zu jeder Zeit super unkompliziert und hilfreich. Würde hier jederzeit wieder übernachten!

We loved our stay here at the villa. Exactly how the pictures looked. Everything was perfect.

What an amazing stay! This villa was so private and beautiful. I was traveling alone and felt really safe. The space was clean and really lovely. This was 100% worth the price and a great treat after a long travel journey!

Wir haben diese Unterkunft gemietet, um nach dem Flug schnell eine Unterkunft zu haben und nicht so weit fahren zu müssen. Diesen Zweck hat sie vollkommen erfüllt. Man muss sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass die Nähe zum Flughafen auch eine gewisse Lautstärke mit sich bringt. Und das hat uns jetzt aber nicht gestört, weil wir das ja vorher wussten. Der Kontakt zum Host war super und alle waren super lieb. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und sah aus wie auf den Bildern.

Heerlijk om hier na een lange reis te kunnen slapen. We kwamen pas midden in de nacht aan maar dat was geen probleem voor Abdul. We werden direct goed ontvangen bij aankomst. De accommodatie was super schoon en precies zoals op de foto’s. Het bed was heerlijk om in te slapen en de douche was lekker warm! We hebben een hele goede nacht gehad. Dank je wel Abdul!

Nice space, looked like pictures. Only thing is in the shower, the water would not drain and left a smell in bathroom. Other than that, home was clean and private.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool und Nähe zum Flughafen, waren innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Flughafen, durch Grab schnell in der Stadt. Würde wieder hier übernachten 😊

Bonjour, parfait petit cocon a 10min de l aéroport pourtant au calme, et proche de tout. Piscine privée et chaude ... Je n' ai absolument rien a redire tout était parfait pour clôre notre aventure a Bali. Je recommande vivement.

The villa looked exactly like the photos. The place is located within a group of villas, and we got the one at the end, which gave us a bit more privacy. It has a decent-sized room and pool. The location is very convenient if you want to stay near the airport and avoid getting stuck in traffic.

This villa was exactly what I needed; private, beautiful open spaces inside and out, personal swimming pool, all beautifully presented and very peaceful. Check in was a breeze, with a friendly staff member who showed me through the villa, and carried my bag. A short walk to restaurants and a fabulous supermarket, very friendly locals as well, with lovely back streets to stroll though. Fabulous, thank you!!

Absolutely beautiful stay at Abdul’s Villa. Private pool was stunning and the area was peaceful and quiet. It was under a km walk to the main strip,- be wary in wet season that the road is sometimes flooded and your socks may get wet! But an awesome experience and plenty of friendly bikes willing to help you across. Great way to meet some locals! Staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10 stay

Great place to stay, so quiet and clean

This place was exactly as advertised, a little oasis in the backstreets of Kuta. Abdul was so flexible with our check in time as our flight landed at midnight and he stayed up until we arrived. The staff were super friendly and responsive to any and all requests. I would 100% recommend this villa as we will be staying here again on our next visit to Bali.

We really enjoyed our quick stay, we found Apple Maps was closer than the google maps directions on the Airbnb app. But got sent an address through what’s app and that was perfect (google maps). Stay was good clean tidy pool was great. Great greeting from the person who let us into our room was really nice. Would very happily stay again if we were staying over a night in Bali for transfer

This was our first time in Bali and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay at. It had everything me and my wife needed and we felt right at home, extremely private and comfortable. The pool is the icing on the cake, is the wow factor. There was a day that we just decided to stay in because of the pool! If you plan to visit Bali and really want a deal, look no further this is the one!

Great place close to the airport but also off the main road so was quiet. I was able to get a very peaceful, comfortable nights sleep after a very long travel day. The private pool and serenity it provides was also very welcome.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht um in der Nähe zum Flughafen zu sein. Sehr schön ist der Pool. Die Villa ist gut geschnitten und vollkommen ausreichend um einfach auch in der Stadt ein paar Tage zu verbringen. In der Gegend gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Was amazing! Had a private pool to splash around after a busy day exploring + staff were very responsive on Whats App and it was walking distances from a few restaurants. Close to the airport so no hassle checking in and out!!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Pondok Arya Villas. The villa is just as beautiful as the photos, and the staff kept everything spotless each day. Waking up to the serene pool each morning was a highlight. The pool fountain added charm, and the lukewarm water made it perfect for relaxing swims. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and utensils, and a small grocery store next door made it easy to grab breakfast items. I also appreciated the convenience of a laundry service across the street. Restaurants are about a 10-minute walk, but Gede at the laundry across the street can provide transport by moped, which made getting around quick and easy. He also gave great recommendations for traditional Balinese dining and shopping. I especially loved having a separate vanity area for doing my makeup instead of crowding the sink. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable stay with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.

Abdul’s place was absolutely beautiful, matched the pictures exactly and super clean and well maintained. The staff were AMAZING!! Super friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were very flexible when it came to cleaning and working around us. Communication was great, super quick and responsive. Really enjoyed my stay at the villa.
