Exploring 1BR Lovely Apartment – Umalas left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of 1BR Lovely Apartment – Umalas was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for 1BR Lovely Apartment – Umalas painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Reception: The two receptionists there were nice and very helpful. Security: Security was awful, we were physically attacked in front of the residence and sought the assistance of the security personnel of the building/villa who came over to the scene and started a conversation with the aggressive attacker, laughing and appeared to be mocking us and did not take the matter seriously until the attacker got very aggressive. Host: Issue was reported to the host and without empathizing, the host left a series of inaccurate details about the situation provided by the security and mentioned they will not be providing a refund even though we did not ask them for a refund and only reported the issue. Inconsiderate and did not bother to follow up on the issue or check up. Residence: Moldy bathroom, the couch in the apartment also had a huge stain, couldn’t even touch it, terrible WI-FI and lack of essential supplies e.g paper towel. Cleaning: Cleaning was done regularly.

I was quite disappointed, as the room did not match the impression given by the photos. The property looks lovely in the listing, but unfortunately my room was dark, damp, and quite run-down. While it was superficially tidy, there was a clear lack of attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, and it did not feel properly cleaned or well maintained. On the positive side, the location was good for me, the area was quiet, and the staff were nice and welcoming. Nevertheless, based on the overall condition and lack of care in cleanliness and upkeep, I would not choose to stay here again.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I enjoyed the quieter, residential location in Umalas. Unfortunately, the property itself was very disappointing & did not match the impression I had from the listing photos. Although the apartment looks modern at first glance, it is quite worn, w/ scratches, peeling finishes and stained furnishings, including a large stain on the very uncomfortable sofa. The bathroom consistently had a sewer-like odor, the AC smelled unpleasant, and the showerhead was loose, causing water to spray onto the bathroom floor. The kitchen wasn’t particularly useful because there was no microwave or oven to reheat food. There were also no nightstands or surfaces beside the bed. I appreciated the filtered water & daily housekeeping, but overall the property needs significant maintenance, deep cleaning, updated furnishings, & attention to the plumbing and AC odors. The staff were wonderful; but the condition of the unit was not.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few significant issues that affected our experience. The biggest problem was the lack of sound insulation. The walls are extremely thin, and we could hear almost everything from the neighboring room. Every night, our neighbor’s alarm started ringing around 2:00 AM and often continued for a long time without being turned off. It was so loud that it genuinely sounded like it was coming from inside our own room. Another major downside was the air conditioning placement. The AC blows directly onto the bed, making it difficult to avoid the cold airflow while sleeping. Unfortunately, I ended up getting sick for several days during our stay, (even tho the AC was at 26-28degrees) which significantly impacted our trip. Aside from these issues, the accommodation itself was generally fine, but the noise levels and AC setup would make us think twice before staying again.

Overall, everything is fine, but there is one thing to note: the sliding door connecting to the clothes dryer area lets water in when it rains through the door gap.

This Airbnb in Umalas, Bali truly felt like a home away from home. The space offers a cozy bedroom, small kitchen for easy dinners, and a living room with a TV for Netflix and YouTube, perfect for quiet nights in. The location is excellent yet peaceful, just a short walk to cafés, restaurants, and a Pilates studio, and an easy Grab ride to Seminyak, Canggu or the beaches. It’s set in a quiet lane away from crowds, making mornings and evenings wonderfully calm. There’s also a small shared pool on the property, which we didn’t use but is a nice option for guests. A few minor hiccups: the bidet water had a slight odor so we skipped it, heavy rain caused a small leak into the bedroom and bathroom, and with no bathroom shelf we had to place toiletries on the floor. Despite these small issues, the stay was warm, comfortable, and relaxing. We left feeling rested and happy and would gladly return on our next Bali trip.

숙소는 사진과 같이 깨끗합니다. 다만 몇가지의 개선점이 존재 합니다. 특히 장기로 있을 계획이 있을경우 이 빌라 선택하는데 있어 참고하세요. 저는 3일 동안 미국 시간에 맞춰 remote하게 일을 해야해서 밖으로 나가는 시간 많이 없이 이 빌라에 계속 있었습니다. 저녁 시간에 일을 해야 하는데 식탁이 있는 거실은 간접등만 있어서 자기전 테이블 라이트만 켜놓고 일하는 수준의 밝기에서 일을 해야만 했습니다. 일 하다 늦은 저녁을 먹기위해 부엌을 사용 해야 할때도 너무 어두워서 그릇을 씻거나 하는 일이 무척 불편했어요. 또한 부엌엔 키친타올이나 행주가 없어서 물기가 생길경우 화장실 휴지나 화장실에서 쓰는 페이스 타올을 이용해야 했습니다. 참고로 이 곳엔 전자렌지가 없기 때문에 배달 음식은 간편히 데워먹을수 없습니다. 무조건 냄비로 다시 데워야 해요. 전자렌지가 추가 되면 매우 좋을거 같아요. 제가 불편하게 생각했던 다른 부분은 화장실 입니다. 화장실에 샴푸와 바디샴푸를 놓는 거치대가 없어요. 바닥에 놓고 사용해야 합니다. 하루 묶고 갈거면 나쁘지 않지만 몇일동안 이곳에 있고 수영장 사용 이후 샤워를 자주 해야 한다면 숙소에서 샴푸나 다른 클렌저등을 올려 놓을수 있는 거치대가 있으면 편리성 면에서 좋을거 같아요. 그리고 샤워 헤드 두개중 한개는 일반적으로 머리 위에 달려 있지만 샤워기 다른 하나는 높이가 가슴 높이에 달려 있습니다. 머리 위 샤워 헤드의 수압이 쎄지 않아 샤워기를 사용 해서 샤워를 하고 싶은데 위치가 너무 낮은곳에 달려 있어 머리를 감거나 할때 매우 불편했습니다. 그 이외네 시설은 매우 깨끗하고 수영장도 좋습니다. 스텝들은 매우 친절하고 스쿠터와 자동차 주차도 할수 있는 공간이 따로 있어서 좋아요!

All good, the staff is responsive. But for couples days the hairdryer was toss of here and there 😂 and the lamp on our bedroom was broken, it was fix within 2 days

Really loved this place, good location to nearby activities. Was really disappointed upon check out, I was made to pay for linen washing after my linen was not changed the entire week’s stay. I accidentally got my time of the month and had been asking for laundry powder but non was provided. Photos of my sheets were taken and shown to me to make me pay, this was very embarrassing and out in public. I would assume cleaning fees should be covered in the cost of the booking. Nothing was ruined or damaged. Was a very disappointing and embarrassing end to the amazing stay.

Calm, clean, comfy and we had a good time there. It’s a well located place between Seminyak and Canggu. Perfect !!😍

Så da kom de med den dagen etterpå ❤️ Alltid lett å kommunisere med, svarer raskt, et nydelig uteområde og nydelige ansatte 🩷 Hadde lett booket stedet igjen!

This place is amazing! Everything is great! Very peaceful, calm, and also in the middle of all activities, shops, restaurants. But of course you need a bike. Wifi could be better. The team works very fast, thank you guys. Overall, I really liked it!

من أفضل الأماكن اللي سكنت فيها في بالي، وبدون أي مبالغة 🤍 من أول ما وصلت وأنا جدًا مرتاح في المكان. التعامل كان أكثر من رائع، والموظفين خدومين ومتعاونين جدًا، ودائمًا حريصين على راحتنا ومستعدين يساعدون في أي شيء نحتاجه. المكان نفسه مريح جدًا للنفس، هادئ، نظيف ومرتب، وفيه خصوصية وراحة بشكل كبير. الاهتمام بالتفاصيل واضح، وبصراحة المكان من الأماكن اللي أقدر أرجع لها مرة ثانية بدون أي تردد. إذا فيه ملاحظة بسيطة جدًا، فهي فقط المخدات وفرش المخدات؛ حسيت أنها قديمة ومتهالكة شوي وتحتاج تغيير، وكذلك فرشة السرير ممكن تكون أحدث وأفضل. لكن غير كذا، المكان فعلًا ولا غلطة. بشكل عام تجربة جدًا جميلة، وأشكرهم على حسن الضيافة والتعامل الراقي والتعاون. أنصح بالمكان جدًا، وإن شاء الله تكون لي عودة له مرة ثانية 🤍

Vi hade en bra vistelse. Rummet var fräscht och rent. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi är nöjda och skulle kunna komma tillbaka igen.

Perfect accommodation. Clean, great location and very beautiful. Revolver cafe and pharmacy is just a 10 minute walk. Excellent customer service too

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Lage ist für jeden super, der mit dem Motorrad alles in 10 Minuten erreichen will, allerdings etwas ab vom Trubel sein möchte. Die Anlage, der Pool und das Personal sind alles mega! Auch als wir noch einmal das Zimmer wechseln wollten, um einen Balkon zu bekommen, funktioniert dies reibungslos. Wenn Sie die Möglichkeit haben sollten aus zu suchen, auf jeden Fall ein Zimmer oben mit Balkon nehmen. Eine Kleinigkeit gibt es dennoch: die Handtücher waren teilweise dreckig, leider hatten sie nicht genug um diese sofort aus zu tauschen, dennoch hat sich das Personal bemüht und am nächsten Tag neue gebracht.

Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le personnel très souriant et aux petits soins. La location est idéal proche de tout. Je recommande

Best stay! Great place to stay would defo stay there again great staff great accommodation was amazing spacious. Far away from still but not too far only like a 10 min grab from Everything. Our toilet was blocked but told reception and they fixed straight away and moved us into an outer room to use in the meantime. One thing I would of liked was that if you could get late checkout that’s the only thing that was disappointing but overall would stay again

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was the best decision we've made. The host was very responsive to our queries. We arrived in Bali early in the morning, and they let us stay in the pool area to lounge and rest a bit, while making every effort to prepare our room ahead of the check-in time. This is highly appreciated. Thank you Gio for helping us with our big luggages and taking care of us during our stay. The place is spotless, has good internet connection such that I was able to work remotely, good air conditioning, nice bed, and pool. They have everything we need, from drinking water, fridge, a small kitchen, utensils, and all. They do not have a restaurant but they can take orders for breakfast or lunch ahead of time. It is nearby some of the best restaurants and cafe like Vinyl Cafe and Maket Umalas. Easy to book Grab or Gojek, and they do daily cleaning too. We hope to stay here again when we're back in Bali.

We recently just came back from staying here for 12 nights and we loved it! The staff were so friendly and always ready to help. The apartment was cleaned daily with fresh towels and new pool towels. The pool area was great and gets sun all day.

We loved our 3 week stay here! Umalas is more of a chilled area to stay just outside of Canggu. The staff cleaned our room every day and were always on hand to help with whatever we needed. The room was well equipped but some things were a little tired. However, overall no complaints and the pool area was absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The restaurant Maket is a 2 minute walk away from the villas and they have the best coffee and the food is 10/10. Bike rental and shop within a few minutes walk too.

A nice place to stay, its very quite around the place. The staff is very welcoming and they are really friendly. I forgot the name of one of the staff but he comes from Labuan Bajo, he is very chill guy and always trying to help. I love to visit again, may we meet again🫡

Nice place. Friendly and helpful host and staff. As shown on pictures. Easy to order online car/bike/food. And the staff will inform us, directly right after the food arrived. And they sent them to our suites as soon as possible. Walkable minimarket. Express laundry service that pick up and send back to us, near the villa. Just order by phone. Near Batubelig beach. 6 minutes by motorcycle or 20 minutes walk. Recommended Villa, especially for two persons.

Had an amazing stay at kadek’s property. The place was very modern with great amenities and a lovely pool that made the stay even better. The staff were absolutely amazing and always just a call away whenever we needed anything. Communication was excellent throughout the whole stay. They even informed us when food deliveries arrived at their office and kindly delivered them to us which we really appreciated. They also helped us rent a scooter at a very reasonable price which made getting around super easy. Great staff, great service and such a comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend this place to stay! The staff are super lovely, very helpful and responsive. The apartment feels private and there’s security during the night so you always feel safe. The pool and outside areas are well kept, the staff also offer cleaning every day which was a huge plus! The location is good for visits to Seminyak and Canggu, especially on bike as there are short cuts vs. being in a car which takes quite a bit longer. Overall, this is a lovely apartment and the staff really do make this a place worth returning to!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf hier gehad en genoten van het huisje. De medewerkers waren allemaal superlief. Enige puntje was de Wifi: die was niet altijd stabiel wat lastig was als ik moest bellen voor werk via het netwerk. Ook zou ik niet een huisje adviseren direct grenzend aan het zwembed omdat mensen daar ‘s nachts nog gaan praten en zwemmen en je dit dan duidelijk hoort. Wij zijn toen verhuisd naar een ander huisje en dat was perfect!

I've been to Bali at least once a year and this is by far the best place to stay. The location is in the middle of everything yet secluded from the crowd. 10 mins away from Berawa, 15 from Seminyak (without traffic). Guests are civil. Pool are great! The place is extremely clean. As a light sleeper, the bed and pillows were great. One thing to note from me is maybe the AC placement that is right above directed to where our face is on the bed, which is tricky to set up. The free refill water dispenser was also an incredible benefit! The water quality is good for Bali. Staffs are friendly and helpful, and very fast response via text! I will definitely stay there again

10/10 stay. 2 adults & 1 infant and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay as a family. The staff were amazing, so respectful and accommodating. The room was perfect for us, and having housekeeping offered everyday made it so much easier for us. The whole complex was perfect, so well maintained aswell. We had an emergency with our baby and the reception helped us straight away and got in contact with the right people for us straight away, we couldn’t be anymore grateful for her and her quick responses to an emergency situation. We would 100% book again. 20 villas but still so private and quiet. Uhhhh we miss you guys already ahah we’ll be back 😌

! The villa is stunning – even more beautiful than the photos. The pool is perfect, the interiors are stylish and super clean, everything was spotless on arrival. Ary is a wonderful host: very responsive, helpful and kind. Location in North Kuta is peaceful and close enough to everything we needed. The only small downside (and the reason I can’t give a perfect experience score) is that some neighboring villas had large families with very young children who were quite noisy from early morning until late evening. The walls and gardens don’t block much sound in this area. For guests looking for complete peace and quiet (especially couples or those wanting to relax/work), it can be a bit disturbing. In my opinion, this property would be ideal for adults only – families with small kids might be better suited to other listings so everyone can enjoy

Incredible room, very spacious, the bathroom was very clean and bigger than some airbnb rooms in itself. Bedroom was very comfortable. We ordered the breakfast, the fruit french toast was wonderful. Lovely pool too. 10/10 would recommend !

Lovely place to stay!

Ein schöne, gepflegte ruhige Anlage mit Pool und günstig gelegen zu allem, nur 5 Min. vom Meer entfernt. Wir hatten einen phantastischen Aufenthalt unser Apartment war modern, sehr sauber, die Betten bequem und es wurde täglich gereinigt. Es gibt sogar eine Tiefgarage für die Roller unterzustellen. Das Personal war herzlich, sehr hilfsbereit, super nett und immer zu erreichen wenn man Fragen hatte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder!

We enjoyed our 5 days stay in this villa, staffs are so warm, friendly, and helpful! We got everything we need and they can clean the room everyday if you request it. The villa is spacious and complete of appliances and toiletries. The location is easy to find for our tour guides and grab drivers. And it has a peaceful vibe even though it is located between Canggu and Seminyak, you can easily visit cafe, restau, and beach clubs. I highly recommend and I hope to come back and stay in 20 Suites! ☀️

We stayed at 20 Suites Umalas for 8 nights and had an excellent experience overall. The room was spacious for two people, with beautiful white-and-wood interiors that made the space feel clean, bright, and relaxing. It also came with complete utensils, which was convenient for simple meals. The property itself is very quiet, perfect for resting after a day of exploring Bali. One of the highlights of our stay was the common pool — we ended up swimming almost every day, and it was surprisingly enjoyable even when it rained. The atmosphere felt very calm and refreshing. Location-wise, it’s very easy to get around since it’s just a short Grab ride to Seminyak and Canggu. We never had trouble booking transportation. Communication with the staff was also smooth; we could reach the front desk quickly thru W app, and they were always helpful and polite. We also appreciated the 24/7 security, which made us feel safe during our entire stay. For ₱22,000 for 8 nights, the value was great.

I loved the place! The pool is close to a river so it makes so relaxing. The apartment is perfect, the bed is confortable 🙏

UNTERKUNFT: sehr saubere Küche und Bad. Pool lädt ein zum etwas verweilen. Hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Safe, haben dann dir Crew per Mail kontaktiert und ging keine 5min bis Hilfe kam. Kleiner Einkaufsladen gleich in der Nähe. In 15min mit dem Scooter in getümmel von Canggu. Grab fahren alle paar Minuten an der Unterkunft vorbei.

L’appartamento era sufficientemente pulito. Il servizio di colazione è una chicca (ordini da telefono e ti arriva direttamente in camera). La posizione è buona, un po’ distante dal centro ma si arriva velocemente con Gojek.

What a beautiful and remote home. It was just simply wonderful. I couldn’t fault it one bit. The hospitality was second to none and we throughly enjoyed the cleanliness of our home. It was wonderful and we would certainly return here on our next visit back to Bali.

This cozy and spotless villa instantly felt like home. The staff were warm and welcoming, always greeting me with smiles and making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. There was usually someone at reception during the day, and a security guard at night, which made me feel safe. The pool area was clean and peaceful, not crowded at all, perfect for a solo trip like mine. The location was also ideal: tucked in a quiet area but still close to both Canggu and Seminyak. The suites were spacious and comfortable, making it an excellent choice for anyone traveling solo or looking for a relaxing stay. I’d definitely come back!

Our stay was such a great pleasure. Ayu from the reception even borrowed us some of her personal money since we had no time to change money before we went there. Our apartment was big and very clean. The neighborhood was very calm. It took approximately 5-10 minutes to the centre of Canggu by scooter. Would recommend this Airbnb to 100%!

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as listed. Staff were always friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is great and not far from local hotspot restaurants, nightclubs and lounges. I would highly recommend and will surely stay here again.

I spent 3 weeks at 20 Suites Umalas with my Girlfriend and it was a very nice vacation! The place is extremely clean and the furniture quality is definitely high for balinese standards. I felt much more „clean“ than last time when I went to bali at another AirBnB. This one was perfect for us, it‘s not extremely spacious but perfect for a couple. Big bathroom and shower, 2 perfectly working AC‘s that cool down the room quick, 24/7 assistance and you can get new towels daily which is important in the high humidity. Almost no mosquitos were in our room! There is a circle K (grocery) right next to the airbnb (150m) and you can shop easy. The TV works with Netflix and YouTube and you can spend a day at the beautiful pool on a offday. Unfortunately me and my girlfriend had a scooter accident (only between the 2 of us) and had to go to the hospital to check our wounds. We were gifted a free ride to Ubud (Hospital) and back from the AirBnB which showed the great hospitality!

Een heel fijn verblijf gehad! Het verblijf ligt tussen Canggu en Seminyak in en vanuit daar heb je dus allerlei mogelijkheden. Het was een fijne kamer, met een prettig zwembad. Goed contact met de hosts en snelle reactie. Echt een aanrader!

Super helpful staff , everyone was so kind especially the ladies in the front. Spacious unit however definitely need better waterproofing in the shower and bedroom due to the heavy rain. Otherwise, they have great service !

Beautiful place to stay that is in a perfect location in between canggu and seminyak. All the people working there are so lovely and friendly which made the stay even better. The pool was super clean and peaceful. Also a really nice restaurant next door called Maket for dinner!

easy communication and responsive host. even though things were not all perfect when we checked in. E.g leaking rain shower. fridge and safe are not working.. the team was very responsive and had resolved all the issues to make this place a pleasant stay.even tho the pool is not big but it's very clean and good enough for a quick dip! area is very nice, peaceful beautiful! easy to get in between Canggu and semiyak. there's gym and pilates studio just within walking distance. perfect for a wellness retreat

The place is real value for money and the host are so lovely, I had extra luggage so they let me store it 2 days before my arrival, overall it was one of the best stays in Bali. Would really recommend this to everyone.

The location is perfect, away from the loud music in such area, very peaceful and very close to everywhere, would come back again and highly recommend it to people that dont like cockroaches and lizards like me, you wont find anything in the room🫶🏽

The location is really private and is close to restaurants, beachclubs and to go shopping. The area looks like it’s newly build, with a lot of building to be done in the near future, which created a quiet and peaceful place during the night. The service was really amazing and the staff were friendly.

Unterkunft ist zwar etwas abgelegen aber mit einem Roller gut erreichbar und schnell beim Strand oder Restaurants. Dafür war die Lage ruhig freundlich. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhig gelegenen Lage außerhalb des Zentrums, aber man kommt überall mit Grab gut voran! Großes geräumiges Apartment mit Wasserspender (top)! Ich war leider einen Tag mit Bali Belly im Bett verhindert - und fühlte mich trotzdem wohl! Schöne Anlage! Badezimmer (Toilette) könnte etwas sauberer sein.

Amazing stay from start to finish. Location is perfect as it takes around 10 minutes to get to Canggu. Rooms and complex are beautiful and staff are incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The place was super clean, was well maintained, had the hardest workers at this villa as well as everywhere in Bali, our security was amazing, he worked long hours and was always alert as to what was going on. The housekeeping were great, polite and helpful. The pool was perfect, will be coming back again soon!!

Really enjoyed my stay here! The location is perfect — everything is close by, but the place itself is quiet and peaceful. At night and in the morning it was completely calm, so I slept really well. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Grab and Gojek drivers had no problem finding the place, which made things so easy. The grounds are well-kept and give a nice relaxing vibe. Would happily stay here again!

Wir haben 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Abseits vom Trubel liegt die Unterkunft ruhig aber dennoch perfekt, um mit dem Roller schnell überall hin zu gelangen. Das Ambiente und der Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war in top Zustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Loved everything about my stay!!

A wonderful little peaceful spot in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of the Canggu / Seminyak area. The place is modern and has everything needed for a nice stay. The big sliding doors are amazing to have open during the afternoons and evenings as the breeze flows through - incredibly calming vibe. And the pool is amazing.

My husband and I loved the place alot. It was affordable and amenities were well maintained. Just around the corner there are essentials like laundry services and convenience store. It was not difficult to find the place. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Canggu and want somewhere affordable and minutes away from hyped places.

My friend and I stayed here for a week to get away from melbourne winter and have a relaxing holiday! This accommodation was perfect for all our needs, had a great living and dining space with all the amenities we needed, as well as a big and clean bathroom. Wifi was great, and we spent majority of our day by the pool when we weren’t exploring. The location itself was super convenient, with a mini mart down the road and super close to lots of tourist attractions. Finally, all the staff were absolutely lovely and super friendly, and so helpful to all our needs! we had an amazing trip and hope to be back soon.

Honestly exactly as described in the description and extremely lovely and attentive staff. I felt so safe and at home here that I decided to book it again for the end of my trip when I return back to Seminyak. Location is central to everything. The water being included, wifi and daily cleaning plus security are a huge plus and finding all of those things can be tricky. It's my first time in Bali and I'm touring different areas over the course of a month and this stay has been one of my favorites so far. I was concerned about bugs but didn't have to worry much because they keep the place very clean which is super helpful. They also respond to messages promptly and the breakfast is good!

I’m so glad I booked this place for my first solo trip. The room was very spacious and the entire place looked just like the photos. The hosts also offered to arrange an airport pick-up for me which made everything smooth and convenient. I will definitely book this place again when I come back to Bali! I just hope that the window in the bathroom has an extra lock for my peace of mind. Regardless, my stay was amazing. I loved it here! Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness.

The room matched the description and photos. They were very kind to accommodate my late check-in (midnight) and provided extra towels upon request. Room was cleaned every day. A bit further from Canggu/Seminyak main area (15min). But really easy to get a grab/gojek. The location was in a quiet area, wouldn't recommend to walk out alone at night as it's really dark in the area. Overall, a nice stay and worth the price. I would try other places if I ever return to Bali, but would have no concerns to return here too.

Ary and the team were excellent hosts. Everything matched the description, and all listed amenities were provided. There’s parking available for motorbikes and up to 2 cars (if I’m not mistaken). Note: the upstairs rooms are only accessible via fairly steep stairs. Daily housekeeping was included and done very well. We loved our stay at this villa! It's in a great spot—peaceful and a bit secluded, perfect for a good night’s sleep, yet still just 10–15 minutes by bike to Canggu. Ideal if you’re looking for quiet without being too far from the action.

Really enjoyed our stay at this airbnb! The place itself was really nice, big, clean, and looked exactly like the photos. We felt right at home! Location was also great because we were near a laundry shop, massage place, restaurants, etc. Above all, the hosts were very responsive and made our stay as smooth sailing as possible. They were also able to accommodate the special requests I had and made everything easier for me. Overall, I recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future if ever I find myself in Bali again. Thank you for such a great stay!

Very good experience staying there for 3 nights. Very quiet at night but not too quiet to make it scary. The only comment for improvement from me is the location of the electrical outlets that were not near the bed nor sofa/tv area.

Very nice place to stay between Canggu and Seminyak! You can rent a scooter around the corner and everything is close by. The pool is very nice and relaxing. Most importantly the workers - everyone very friendly and make the place even better!!

Clean, modern, peaceful apartment in a good location. Pool area backs onto a small river so very peaceful. Apartment pics used would benefit from differentiating between if it’s an upstairs or downstairs apartment and if it’s a terrace or balcony.

One of the best places I have stayed in Bali, and I have been coming here for over 20 years. Their Internet is fast enough to do gaming. Highly recommended.

Very clean and modern.

This was a suite in a complex that included a shared pool. The grounds were beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the suite was modern and clean. The only thing missing for me was an electrical socket near the bed so that I could charge my phone overnight but still check the time if I woke up, and that was a very minor point. I was extremely happy with my experience and would definitely come back here again!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber & sah genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne & gepflegte Anlage. Leicht zu finden & die überdachten Stellplätze waren wirklich super. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Der einzige Verbesserungsbedarf wären Steckdosen in der Nähe vom Bett & vielleicht Geschirrtücher für die Küche, sowie eine Kaffeemaschine. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb! The place was just as described—spacious, well-located, and had everything I needed. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The only small issue was that the sofa could’ve been a bit cleaner, but overall it didn’t take away from how comfortable and enjoyable the stay was. I’d definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return!

Stayed 3 places in total when I was in Bali. This was hands down the best place I’ve stayed. Apartment was super clean. Check in was easy as there was a 24 hour desk who has a very friendly staff. I wasn’t able to lock the balcony and wasn’t feeling too comfortable, although the neighbourhood looks secure, and the staff immediately cleaned and changed a room for me. The area is accessible and food around. Second room was good but the drainage has some odour. Swimming pool was clean and great.

we had a really nice stay! everything went really smooth from check in at midnight because of our late flight to check out we had a really great time here!

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely villa! The space was clean, cozy, and modern. The living area with TV was great for relaxing with excellent air conditioning. Just two small notes: Additional bathroom hooks, and power outlets near the bed and couch would make it even better. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for a relaxing getaway, and with these minor improvements, it would be absolutely perfect!

It's in a quiet area, which I appreciated, but still close enough to Seminyak and Canggu to get to all the fun spots without the noise and crowds. Perfect place to relax. The location is amazing, with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Situated between Canggu and Seminyak, it’s ideal for exploring both neighborhoods. The place looks even better in real life than in the photos, and the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend it!
