Exploring 2BR villa w/ private pool & patio left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of 2BR villa w/ private pool & patio was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for 2BR villa w/ private pool & patio painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
The villa is in a great location. It is located on a quiet street in the heart of Seminyak, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. There is great potential here. The things that turned us off were quite numerous. 1. The TV was obviously old and very worn. Barely worked. 2. The pool didn’t smell right. Asked for someone to look at it. Someone came who checked it. Said it was fine. Two hours later, it was filled with green algae. 3. The water pressure was low. Someone came to look. We were told it was fine. Water pressure was still low. The sink and showers are all badly corroded and leaking. The kitchen sink mount was deteriorated and was not firmly mounted. 4. The pool was cleaned again. We were told it was safe. Swam in it. That night, it was black with algae. My daughter became very sick. Had to go to the ER. 5. Water pump stopped. No water for two hours. 6. Bedsheets feel old. Did not smell clean.
We were so much looking forward to having a nice relaxing Villa with our own private quiet pool, however unfortunately this was not the case for any of the days we were here. There is currently construction going on next door which would start at about 7-8am every day, and lasted mostly all day. Constant banging, hammering, yelling, jackhammering and scraping. Far from relaxing, and not even a break on the weekend. Whilst I realise this isn’t the hosts fault, we were not even warned about the work prior to arrival, giving us the opportunity to change / cancel our booking in advance. The construction / renovations don’t look close to being done yet so could be a while until completed. Due to this work, it also meant there were people each day that could look in to the Villa grounds as they were working in the windows, so no privacy at all around the pool or on the patio. During our stay, our towels were not changed as per the air bnb listing (every 3 days). They also had yellow staining. The wifi was great when it worked, but we experienced it dropping out constantly, which also effected the TV. Not ideal when in the middle of a movie. There was no instructions on how to use the TV and it took a couple of attempts to c tact our hosts to get someone to come and get it working. The contact for the laundry service got back to us after 3 days but said they cannot take on any more laundry services as they were too busy. The price list they sent through anyway only included costs for linen items- not clothing. we went and sorted our own washing instead. Given the price we paid here for 5 nights, I can’t help but feel we were overcharged for what we have actually received, and would’ve been better off staying in a hotel for 5 nights nearby which would’ve been at least half the price and a lot quieter. On a positive note, the air conditioning worked great, and the location of the Villa is fantastic.
We had a great stay here overall and would definitely recommend it. The location was excellent — right in the heart of Seminyak, making everything very convenient. The villa itself was beautiful, with a large swimming pool, a lovely garden area, and a really nice balcony that made the stay even more enjoyable. The team was very professional and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Desi and Agon, who were both absolutely wonderful and made us feel very welcomed. The only downside was the flooring inside the villa, as parts of the paint/coating were peeling off and spreading around the house. Another downside was the lack of a smart TV or a TV that could properly connect to the internet. Since we were traveling with a young child, it made things a bit difficult as she would get bored easily, and we also weren’t able to relax and watch movies. Other than that, it was a great choice overall and we really enjoyed our stay.
We had an amazing stay at the villa. The communication was outstanding with nothing being too difficult for the host to organise for us I.e scooters, cleaning time. The location is excellent and the villa was very clean. Appreciated a late check out too. Beds were comfortable. The main downside is the villa has dated since the photos were taken and you can see the lack of investment from the owner- considering the price. TV was very old, it would be good to have a smart TV. Furniture is quite old and scratched. There was also a really nice coffee machine but no coffee beans or milk. The towels only get changed every 3rd day, this is too long in Bali where it’s humid. Would still recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay at villa sands. Agung did a fantastic job of making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Pros - Air con in all spaces and fans. Great location - walkable to everything - seminyak square, beach and our favourite restaurant gingermoon. Shaded outside spaces to enjoy. Games and books available to use. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms with 2 spacious bathrooms with excellent water pressure and hot water. Great pool. Security 24/7 Cons - While the villa is lovely, it is a little bit older and is showing some wear and tear -on the floors, in the bathroom, shower etc. Thankyou for your hospitality :) Lisa and Sarah
This villa offers a great stay the location is perfect only a 2-3 minute walk and your on the strip in Seminyak. The villa is pristine and does have a home vibe to it, lounge and dinning areas especially. My cons of the villa is the water, the showers don’t have great pressure. It didn’t seem to matter if we had both showers or only one on, it was at best a small drizzle. Also whilst the villa does represent what it shows in the pictures the pool pictures were taken are taken with wide angle lenses so is a bit smaller than the pictures show. None the less you would be missing out still if you didn’t stay here as it has a lot to offer. The team are great very pro-active with messaging, very friendly and happy to accomodate extras like massages, excursions etc.
We had an enjoyable time staying at David's villa. Sri was super helpful and responsive to all my enquiries. The villa was nestled amidst the famous street of Kayu Aya, where all the restaurants, massage places and convenience stores are. Despite being in a busy area, the villa is tucked behind the street in a quiet and peaceful area.
Good villa location and lovely pool area. Good response to any queries or requests. Comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms.
Location was very good! Pool was lovely. Cleanliness can be improved but wasn’t bad overall. Bathroom floor leaked a little with heavy rain. Bedrooms are not soundproof from bar music and building works etc.
Great location walking distance near lots of food and coffee. It’s hard to find even with the directions and pdf (we arrived at midnight).

David was a great host. The villa is in great shape and location is close to all restaurant and markets. Only few minutes walk to the beach. We highly recommend this amazing Villa to whoever want to have a great time in Bali. Hope to see you again.
We stayed here for 9 days with two children. Villa is located downtown in middle of all the restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Villa is clean and even better than the photographs. Air cons chilled the room perfectly. Kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay. David was always very helpful. Just the thing we didn’t like was bath towels being changed once in 3 days. This clause is not even mentioned anywhere. Other than that we recommend this place is a must place for a family of four.
The host was there to meet us and showed us around the Villa. The villa was clean and comfortable and the staff and communication with Tropically Group was outstanding. The Villa is located behind Eat Street, walking distance to everything. My only disappointment was the Villa looks fresh and new in the photos, but the floors were painted and peeling in places. It could do with a bit of TLC. Great pool area, lots of great appliances in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Daily cleaning staff, always friendly and courteous. Security on the grounds were amazing and lovely. Overall a great and safe area to stay.

Ook was de host flexibel met onze inchecktijd, uiteraard omdat de bezetting dit toeliet, wat we erg waardeerden. De villa is mooi, ruim en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is ideaal: centraal in Seminyak, waardoor alles goed bereikbaar is, maar tegelijkertijd is het er rustig en heb je voldoende privacy. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en zouden hier zeker nog eens terugkomen. Bedankt voor de fijne ontvangst en goede zorgen! 🔆
Had the beat stay. Perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Villa was clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Kitchen was great fully equipped with everything I needed. Only thing id say is it needs a downstairs toilet for when your in the pool. We had the best stay here.
This place was exceptional! The location is fantastic! We stayed with our 2 year old and we couldn’t be more happy. The host was great at communication within minutes every single time we messaged and was super helpful with any enquiry we had. We will be re-booking again!

We had a wonderful stay, a great spot nestled into the bustling Neighbourhood. Surprisingly quiet as you walk your way down the long green covered pathway. Great size to every room. Fantastic communication with the local team. Wonderful cleaner who let everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend. Thanks for having us!

A big private villa with a huge pool. Easy walk to all the restaurants and bars of eat street.
Amazing villa in the heart of Seminyak. The villa was huge, great size pool you can actually swim in and lots of space. Upstairs lounge area caught a cool breeze which was lovely. Restaurants and shopping are all on your doorstep, everything is walking distance.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Sands. The villa’s location is great with the shops and restaurants within 2 minute walk but very quiet and you can’t hear any traffic sound. The villa was spotless and Agung was fantastic in communicating each day for cleaning preference times. He even helped with transfers from the airport. Our pool was amazing which we used daily. Everybody was so friendly and made you feel at home with no request too hard. We will definitely be back. Thank you 🙏
The villa was great, with a great sized pool, it was very well cleaned every day by the staff, the only thing to note was there was no rails on the stairs and both toilets were upstairs which was tricky when wet from the swimming pool. other than that it was a great place to stay with some great restaurants all within walking distance!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. You can genuinely feel the care and effort they put into making guests feel welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

If you’re a couple or a young family, this is the perfect place to stay. My partner and I travelled with our 9-month-old and found it ideal for a baby. The hosts were incredibly accommodating — they organised baby equipment for us, replaced our water as needed, kept the place regularly cleaned, helped arrange day trips around Bali, and gave great recommendations for eateries and laundry services. They genuinely made our stay so much easier. The upstairs/downstairs layout was also a huge bonus, as our little one could sleep peacefully upstairs while we swam in the pool, ate, or watched TV downstairs. Although we didn’t have another family with us, the second bedroom was untouched and would have been perfect for that. We will 100% be returning.
Villa Sands was our cool oasis from the bustle of Seminyak. The rooms are spacious and the pool is fabulous. Cleaning staff came everyday and did a great job and were very friendly. Only concern was the TV was not a smart TV and a little difficult to operate. We enjoyed our stay as it is in a fantastic location and we could walk to all the restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes.
We were only there for 1 night but found the villa to be clean and tidy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to eatery’s and shopping. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

This place is amazing!!! The rooms are gorgeous and the pool is beautiful with a perfect temperature. It is very centrally located so it's easy to walk to restaurants, shops, bars, and the beach. Adhitya is extemelt helpful and responsive. I cannot say enough wonderful things! I highly recommend.
Nice quiet location - would have liked more sun on the pool area but due to 2 storeys both sides sun not available all day but still nice area
We had a great stay! The location is excellent — close to everything but surprisingly quiet. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept amazingly well every night. The hosts were fantastic and very responsive. The only downside was that the ensuites didn’t have exhaust fans, so if you kept the door shut, it could get a bit smelly. Aside from that, it was a fantastic place, and we’d definitely consider staying again.
A beautiful villa, wonderful pool. The rooms are all separate and accessed from outside, which can be a bit tricky to manage little kids near the pool. Host was helpful and responsive

Awesome villa in an amazing location. Just off the Main Street in Seminyak but still so peaceful and very quiet. The 4 of us loved our stay and made the most of the beautiful pool & sun that the pool gets. All the staff were lovely & great at communicating ☺️Definitely recommend David’s villa.
Amazing location in the heart of seminyak however located down a quiet lane way where cars and scooters had no access so it was peaceful. We loved our stay, nice big pool, spacious living area and comfortable beds! Our family loved everything about this villa and will definitely return. Sri was a fabulous host, ensuring we had everything we needed and answered any questions immediately. Thanks again for having us :)

Great location, can easily walk to shops, cafes, bars. Very quiet location despite being so close to everything and the villa is a really good size. The photos are an accurate representation of what the villa actually looks like.

스미냑 스퀘어 메인 스트릿 근처라 이곳저곳 접근성이 좋아요 풀도 깊어서 수영하기 좋구요 마지막날 물이 갑자기 안나오는 불상사가 있었지만 신속히 오셔서 해결해주셨어요 👍🏼
Great location, nice villa, responsive hosts. I would suggest putting your driver in touch directly with the hosts before driving through peak hour Seminyak traffic as Google maps is wrong!
A lovely large villa with a great pool in a quiet location but still right in the middle of Seminyak. Sri and all the staff were extremely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
We loved our stay at the Villa sands! The location was perfect! Only a short walk to anything you need, restaurants, shops, Seminyak square and the beach. David and Sri were very welcoming and helpful always offering to help. They gave great recommendations for local drivers and even arranged for in villa massages! The villa looks exactly like the photos and even though it’s in the heart of Seminyak when you are in the villa it feels very private and peaceful! Would definitely recommend this stay. Our family spent five wonderful nights at Villa Sands, and we were thoroughly impressed. The exceptionally responsive management team, led by David with Dyoman and Sri, set up a WAs chat group for efficient communication. They provided excellent services like airport transfers and reliable local drivers for day trips. Any issues we had were promptly addressed and resolved by the team. The location is perfect, with numerous dining and shopping options within a few minutes' walk. Despite being in the heart of Seminyak, the villa is in a quiet area, allowing for peaceful moments. The pool is large and immaculate, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the villa is equipped with a convenient mineral water dispenser. Daily cleaning services, a rare Airbnb offering, kept the villa spotless. Minor cons include potential difficulty for food delivery drivers using Grab maps and narrow, busy roads outside the villa. Overall, Villa Sands provided a fantastic experience!! :)
Villa Sands is exactly as described. Pictures are accurately matched to the Villa. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Whilst being in the heart of Seminyak it was very quiet. Security provided. The Villa was cleaned daily and communication with all parties was seamless from start to end of stay, Sri is amazing. Was able to organise a late check out due to a late flight home. A couple of issues with the downstairs bathroom pipes smelling every few days however this was fixed instantly. Water pressure is quite low but bearable. Wifi does not always reach upstairs. Stayed 9 nights and would stay again. Overall an absolutely beautiful private Villa, appreciated the air conditioning and private pool after a long day of exploring!
From start to finish top class service, from questions before booking, to arrangements a couple of days prior with David and manager Sri. All went smooth. Lovely villa it is and very clean. 5 minute walk to the shops, 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Perfect
David and team went above and beyond. We left a painting at the villa and went to the airport. Called David from airport and he had his team go find the painting and deliver it to us at the airport. He even paid the delivery service bill! Amazing.
Perfect location, right next to the main strip in Seminyak, known as eat street!! In amongst other villas, with security at the front. Amazing pool, quite large in comparison to other villas. Very happy, will stay there again!

Fantastic stay! This villa is beautiful and in an absolutely ideal location. Communication from David, Winda, and property manager Sri was outstanding. They were proactive, responsive, and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable, and we were delighted and surprised that there was a filtered water dispenser with several large bottles available in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio, upstairs covered terrace, and gorgeous pool. The sofa and chairs in the living room were comfortable, and air conditioning kept the first floor and bedrooms noce and cool. We found a wash and fold laundry (Adi Putra) at the end of the alley, and that was so convenient. Sri helped us arrange pick up at the airport and a day trip to Ubud with an awesome transportation service that we highly recommend. After the power went out one evening (totally understandable - it could happen anywhere), we called in the middle of the night and someone was there within minutes to fix it. A+++ for David & team!
Villa and pool were as expected, they match the pictures and description. It’s located in a great area, walkable to tons of lovely cafes/restaurants/shops/beach yet peaceful & very quiet at the villa at night. Host communication was excellent. Transport to/from airport was organised and flawless. Was able to extend villa reso at the last minute and pay little extra for evening check out. Villa cleaning was available daily. Pool was also cleaned every few days. Beds were extremely comfortable. AC and closed lounge were game changers to keep cool from heat and keep out mosi’s. Would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend villa and host!

great place to stay close to seminyak square, plenty of restaurants in walking distance. place was cleaned every day. gojek drivers sometimes had a hard time finding the place as it is down an alley but this also made it quite private.

Really loved our stay in Davids Villa! The accomodation was as described, very spacious and close to the main strip whilst also being secluded enough to not hear the noise of the traffic. Really loved our stay, would definitely come back to this villa!
David’s place was exactly as described. No unwanted surprises which is great! Sri (our local host) was very helpful, responsive and flexible. She was able to accommodate to all of our requests including early check in and slightly delayed checkout. The only feedback I will mention is the location of the villa is hard to find on maps of locals hired drivers such as Grabs or Gojek. If you are going to the villa for the first time, tell your driver to look for ‘Maya Sayang’ which is the villa and restaurant next door, that way, it is less likely for them to go the wrong way.
We stayed at Villa Sands for six days. The villa itself was clean and serviced each day. The air con worked well throughout and has a great little pool to cool off in. The location is perfect for a stay in Seminyak, with restaurants and shops all in walking distance. There are multiple marts within walking distance for all your needs. Sri is great and answered all our questions and helped to book tours and airport transfers which worked out cheaper than finding ourselves or going through tour companies. She was able to supply contacts for massage and pick up laundry service. Best place we found for breakfast and coffee was Sisterhood which is walking distance to the villa. Would recommend and will return!
Myself and two others had a beautiful stay at David’s. This being my third stay in Bali, I couldn’t recommend this villa more for its location to the best Seminyak has to offer. Made it so easy to quickly duck out for a spa or supplies, and an easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Although being so close, it was secluded and quiet from the hustle and bustle. Strongly recommend this villa, I will be always telling my friends and family to book it when ever they head to Bali. Thank you to the team.
The Villa was perfect for relaxing 10-day holiday with my wife. The ability to open the two sliding doors to the pool and garden area are great. Nice breeze into the kitchen and lounge areas. The pool/garden was perfect. The beanbags under the umbrella next to the pool is a top place to hang. Good amount of shade but also enough sunshine throughout the day. The aircon in the bedrooms and main house was perfect. Cooled the rooms down quickly at night when needed. The area was surprisingly peaceful and quiet considering it is so close to the main strip and Seminyak square. We could barely tell we were in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The location was 10/10. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, bars, not too far from the beach. The hosts were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the check in was seamless. The Villa complex had security all hours which made us feel very safe. I would definitely stay there again!

David’s place was ideal for our week long holiday. The location was a short walk from the main and best restaurants in Bali, yet quite and secluded. The pool area and the interior layout was superb, with and unexpected and welcoming upstairs area for evening drinks. The entire place was spotless and had all you need in a kitchen for preparing meals. Communication was great and David even setup a chat group that made it even easier to contact him if needed. Checkin and checkout was very easy. Recommended for a stay and will be booking in future
Highly recommend this villa for staying central in Seminyak! The villa is private, secure and literally a two minute walk onto Kaya Aya. Traveling with kids I find it hard to find Bali villas suitable that you are not separated from your kids. This villa was great as all downstairs was fully locked at night - so great for families. The villa was maintained by cleaners and pool cleaners every day, who done a great job. The management (and owners) were very responsive to any small issues we had. Definitely recommend and would be more than happy to return on our next visit to Seminyak.
We had an amazing stay at this villa! Super close to seminyak centre but also it is down a quiet side road so you cannot hear the hustle and bustle late at night. The hosts were very responsive and very helpful throughout our stay and I would highly recommend this villa for a stay in seminyak!
Eine sehr tolle Villa mitten im Geschehen von Seminyak. Essen, trinken und einkaufen sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch der Strand war in der Nähe.

We had a wonderful stay at David & Wynda's place and was a perfect place to end our trip! The house is comfortable and has all the amenities needed. Dewa was there to greet us and was very prompt and timely in his response in case we needed anything (at any hour). The location is central and within walking distance of several very good restaurants and boutique shops. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay in Seminyak!
Perfect! This was just what we wanted for this trip. Somewhere you can chill and hang or with a short walk to Seminyak's eat street you can go out for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great communication between the host and staff. We were greeted for check-in and checkout. The staff that came in to clean every day were also very polite and happy.
Perfect spot in Seminyak. Close to the shops & restaurants. The villa is well maintained & the staff is always there to help, very accommodating & proactive. Although close to the crowded spots, the villa itself is quite peaceful. We loved the pool & the open space. Thanks again, David & team 😀
Just off eat street! This is the absolute best location, it’s maybe 10 metres from eat street but is tranquil, you can’t hear anything. The aircon is phenomenal and having the living area enclosed with aircon instead of open air living was a big bonus to us as you could escape the Bali heat after a long day. One of the bedrooms also has a GIANT bathtub, it’s truly luxurious. The staff are wonderful, Made was so lovely and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. He was also there for us to check in and check out to help with luggage and show us around. We feel very blessed to have stayed here and will return when we come back to Bali.
David and his team were more than helpful and did everything to make my stay great. Organized rides, answered requests I made and were always easy to get in touch with. Would recommend staying here to anyone I talk to.
Great comms prior to stay, great host who was there right from the start to help with all our questions and requests - we needed a cot and pool fence, both of which were ready and waiting for us on arrival. We know the area very well having stayed around it 3 times previously, considering how close it was to Eat Street, it was amazingly quiet and just what we wanted.
David’s villa was the perfect Bali destination located right in Seminyak. The villa is extremely spacious with a large living area and ample outdoor seating. The pool and patio area is private and makes you feel luxurious. I also have never been to a cleaner Airbnb as the villa was cleaned daily. The property manager, Nyoman, worked hard and made sure that everything we needed was cared for. Both David and Nyoman frequently checked in to make sure everything was going well. They were friendly, helpful people that made us feel welcome in Bali. I would highly recommend staying when in Bali.

The Villa was really nice. The pool/garden was perfect. Good amount of shade but also enough sunshine throughout the day. The aircon in the bedrooms and main house was perfect. The area was surprisingly peaceful and quiet considering it is so close to the main strip and Seminyak square. We could barely tell we were in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The location was 10/10. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, bars, not too far from the beach. The hosts were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the check in was seamless. The Villa complex had security all hours which made us feel very safe. I would definitely stay there again! Thanks David and his team ☺️

David's bnb in Seminyak is in a prime location, right near the heart of seminyak, but just out of it enough that you can escape into your private oasis. The staff are very responsive and make the process of checking in and organising things in the area super easy.

David is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean, spacious and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. The neighbourhood outside the villa had a lot of life within walking distance. However, it was very quiet when you were in the Villa. The Villa was within walking distance of the main tourist attractions in Seminyak which was also close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Bali. I would certainly come again!

Lovely Air B&B to stay in, was in the perfect location, right next to all the food and entertainment. Just a small walk from the beach as well. David and his team were so easy to communicate with and very helpful with everything. The accommodation was perfect the air on was great and so was the wifi, would definitely recommend. David's place is a perfect villa located in an excellent location. Just minutes from the main strip of Seminyak, you're able to retreat away from the hustle into your own private retreat. The Villa is well-equipped, clean and has an excellent pool area. The beds are very comfy and the upstairs setting is a great place to chill. The kitchen is unlike most villas and comes with everything you will need including a huge fridge/freezer. Would recommend David's villa and hopefully get to book again in the future.

Overall- the stay Is good value for your money. Pros- location - you can walk everywhere in seminyak. Lots of restaurants/shopping close by. Communication- super quick and resolved any issues very quickly. Seamless check in/out. Drinking water was provided which we really appreciated. Cons- Outdated- house is a bit outdated- a little refresh may be needed. Change out taps in bathrooms, unclog bath/shower etc. small things around the house to make a longer stay more comfortable. Pool- the pool needs better cleaning- test ph etc. my son being 4 accidentally swallowed water during his swim lesson and got a terrible stomach ache. We suspect it’s from the pool water. Apparently quite common in Bali to not test ph etc.
We stayed in the Villa for 8 nights, the villa itself is exactly as the pictures suggest. It’s a great location with walking distance to the main streets, Bars, Breakfast spots, etc. but also nice a secluded so it’s quiet and private. I’d happy stay here again.
Location was perfect for us; short walk towards the main street where all the food and shopping could be found and yet just far enough so that we were shielded from all the noises. The presence of a security guard at the entrance of long passageway that led to the villa also provided a good sense of security. The villa was as described in the listing and kept immaculately cleaned on a daily basis. It was also well furnished so we really couldn't ask for more. Absolutely appreciated the fact that aside from the lounge and pool, the rest of the villa was enclosed and therefore could be properly cooled by the powerful aircon. 5 stars experience through and through! Would love to come back again if the oppprtunity arises.
Great location - Quiet house in bustling Seminyak. Has got everything you need. Only minor feedback is the wifi doesnt reach every corner of the house on the second floor but to be expected in a house this size. Great stay overall
The villa is exactly as it is in the photos. We had a great experience staying here. Communication from the host was amazing, the power went out one day and someone was there to fix it within 20 mins. Literally a 2 min walk from the main strip in Seminyak. Cleaning staff came every 2 days to offer cleaning. One thing to note is that the garden loses sun for the day at around 3:30pm. Amazing stay.

This property is everything you need! So so gorgeous. Location is spot on, there is plenty restaurants and shopping right beside the property. It is super private and quiet very pleasant and clean. I would recommend to anyone!

David is a wonderful host! Communication is super and he’s always responding fast. This is very important :) We really like the Villa. Very cozy, great location and quiet, kitchen is well equipped with nice fridge, stove/oven, microwave. The ACs are cool, villa looks exactly like photos on Airbnb, living area very airy and bright, bedrooms are good size and beds are comfy. Also love the upstairs sitting area. Pool is perfect depth (about 160cm) and the color of the water is so inviting :) pool area/ garden very pretty. We were also swimming at night until past 11pm; the water is so warm and nice. Check-in and out is very easy and convenient. Sometimes the downstairs half bathroom could get really smelly, but it seems like it is similar problem almost anywhere in Bali. Maybe something to do with drainage system? Nothing an air freshener couldn’t fix or just open the door and let the air out. Thanks again David & crew :)

Spacious and cozy villa, great for friends/family of four. Kitchen, dining and bathroom amenities are provided more than we needed. Dont worry for Bali’s hot weather as their aircons are very strong and cooling. The lane access to the parking space a bit small, i advice to rent a smaller car or bike. David is a good host and very fast response. We enjoy our stay here :) Thank you!

Good location, right next to restaurants and coffee shops, yet still quite. walk to beach. Nice pool, comfy lounge. Enjoyed the espresso machine. ( adding some coffee beans would have been a nice touch.)

It’s a well maintained house even though it’s an old building. They clean the villa everyday. The location is great, you need to walk 2 minutes to get to the main street but it’s really worth it. This is one of the best villa we've ever stayed in Bali so far. Located in a quiet and nice neighborhood, not far away from the beach. Everything you need just in walking distance. We love the kitchen appliances at the villa, we can cooked anything with it. The bedrooms was so clean and comfy. We'll definitely come back and stay in this villa again, once we're back to Bali.
We glad to choose this villa as our homestay. The location of the villa is the best, you can reach nearby cafe and club just by walking. Besides that, the villa is spacious and everything you need is already prepared. The host is helpful when you need stuff! probably gonna book this villa again if we visit seminyak!
Well manage villa with full support equipment.. Clean pool, very cold aircon and good location, even you have to walk for 2 minutes, but it worth it...
Our family with kids stayed for almost two weeks and loved our time at the villa. Most of all we appreciated the easy and quick communication with David. Any time we had a question about the place or other services (laundry, motorbike and car rentals) he was always helpful. We especially enjoyed the spaciousness of the main living area and easy access to the pool (bigger than many other villas). The villa was well equipped with linens and kitchen supplies. The AC was also very cold! The villa is near coffee shops, restaurants and a small mall. We could easily walk to Monsieur Spoon, Lacalaca, Revolver and other well known spots.
Fantastic villa in great location in Seminyak. Very clean, great design, fast WiFi, cable TV, pool nice temp, open space upstairs, working AC, top notch amenities in the kitchen, about 10 minutes to the beach, close to our favorite cafes for breakkie, lunch and dinner. This was one of our favorite villas we have stayed in in Bali. It’s at the very end of a gang so not too noisy as well.

We had a great stay at this villa. The location is ideal for those who want to be close to the action in Seminyak. It's also quite because it is tucked back away from the main streets - but still easy to get to. The bed was very comfortable and the ACs were cold. David did a wonderful job making sure we were well taken care of.
Place is great. Nice sitting areas inside and out. Comfy beds. Good A/C. David was a fantastic host. Quick responses both before and during the stay. Had a couple minor technical issues and he had a team in to repair them within a couple hours. Can’t ask for much better service or a more relaxing place.

The villa is spacious, fully equipped and very clean. David is very accommodating to our needs and will respond very quickly. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bali

The place is very nice and has a great living room where you can hangout with your friends. The bedroom is also nice.
We stayed in this Villa during covid 19 pandemic. The Villa was really clean clean clean, well kept and bright. The swimming pool is big and clean with spacious and well furnished outdoor area with big ceiling fan. The Villa is so spacious, modern, fully equiped and super cozy. It is bogger than the picture! wow!! Living room and dining have modern appliances, AC is super cold, super fast internet, hundreds of TV cable channels including HBO, Fox etc. Powder room is so cute! The common area in second floor is spacious and also furnished. There are 2 big rooms and 2 big bath rooms. Both room has dressing table, cold AC, 2 closets with many hangers, big mirrors and comfortable king size beds with 4 pillows. The Villa is located in quiet area yet so close to the main street of seminyak. We fully recommend this place and will definitely stay in this Villa again SOON! David is a humble, young, well accomplished man, who has has eyes for details. He is so caring, friendly, kind and accomodating. He took time to make sure our stay is memorable. BRAVO!!!

We spent 6 nights at Villa Sands. We had a great week! The pool is really private and we enjoyed the separate terrace area on the second floor. Location is great, right off of a main road in Seminyak but down a gang - so nice and quiet! Close to plenty of good food options and shopping. Beach clubs in walking distance. We ventured to both Canggu and Kuta from here with ease too. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

It’s literally the BEST villa I have ever stayed in Seminyak! We’re very honored to be the very first guest who stayed in this villa. The location is perfect, it’s in the villa section within the heart of Seminyak shopping and f&b street. The villa is nice and cozy, the living room & dining room are super spacious with cooling AC. Our 1 years old toddler loves this place so much! Not to mention the host is extremely nice and full of hospitality, he also helped to arrange the airport pickup and welcomed us in person in the villa. Overall, our little family loves this place, and definitely will recommend to all our friends if they are considering to come to Seminyak :)
