Exploring 3Bedroom private residence Nusa Dua - 3Emeralds left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of 3Bedroom private residence Nusa Dua - 3Emeralds was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for 3Bedroom private residence Nusa Dua - 3Emeralds painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
The apartment was great. Everything was as described and very well set up for a family stay. The complex was also great and nearby other facilities. We have stayed in many other apartments in this complex over the last ten years and this one was the best by far.
Generally the Hotel Novotel premise within which we stayed was very pleasant. The only factors that stopped us from enjoying our stay better were the traffic jams. They played a part in where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. Bali has to do more to control traffic on the roads. In the longer term it could become a dampener for tourists.
Our family really enjoyed staying at Tess's place. The apartment/residence unit is very suitable for families, both the elderly and children. The parking location is not too far away from the tower and the unit is nearby to the 1-1,5m swimming pool. You can use All Novotel resorts facilities and make us all feel at home and don't want to go out anywhere. There is a renovation process on the first floor, but it didn't disturb our rest at all. Only 10 minutes walk, we can find supermarkets, laundry, shopping places and several places to eat. The beach is beautiful and can be reached by walking or free bus from the hotel lobby. It is perfect for those who like to laze around avoiding crowds but still get a pleasant holiday atmosphere and restore body and soul that are tired of routines. The unit is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. Clean, spacious and equipped with various household items so that we can make our own breakfast and feel like at home. There is no washing machine. The wifi network is very good. Tess is very friendly and helpful, you can contact her at anytime and she is very responsive. Hopefully there will be another opportunity for us to visit Bali and be able to stay again in this unit. Thank you very much Tess

Fantastic Apartment location was perfect , we were family of 6 and it had everything that we needed… Having the hotel facilities is a real plus, when you stay here you are treated like a normal guest Would definitely return and recommend to others… Thanks Jess🙌🙌

Heerlijk en groot appartement, op een Novotel resort, met alle faciliteiten waar we gebruik van konden maken. Mooi zwembad en ook een prive strand dat via een shuttle makkelijk bereikbaar was.
Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, schöner Resort . Alle super freundlich. Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen, zwei Teens und einem Kleinkind dort und hatten ausreichend Platz . Schöne Lage. Wir wären auch gerne länger geblieben. 🥰🤍

Great place and option for families with kids. You have the confort of an apartment (kitchen, toys…) and the amenities of a hotel (private beach, pool …). 100% recommended
We (two families) had a great stay at Tess’s place. The apartment was fantastic. It suited all our needs with easy access to resort facilities. Widhy (apartment manager) was also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
We had such a great stay here. The place was really spacious, super clean, and perfect for our family, with plenty of room to relax and everything we needed was there. Tess was fantastic to deal with. Communication was quick, easy, and really helpful the whole way through, which made everything seamless. The location is also awesome, with access to all the Novotel facilities and close to everything in Nusa Dua. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
Excellent airbnb for a family of five. It's a unit in a five-star resort, with all the amenities, swimming pool, spa, fitness facilities, restaurants, and shuttles to nearby shopping and dining. nearby shopping and dining. Totally recommend.
Tessさんからは質問への対応も非常に早く、的確でしたので滞在にあたっては楽しめました。ただ玄関のロビーになかなか送迎の方（Tessさんの専属ドライバーではない）がたどりつけなくて近くに来ているのにリゾート内をうろうろしました。 それから残念ながらお部屋が若干カビ臭さがあるように感じました。 思っていた以上にホテルからは海が遠かったです。 リゾートに泊まるという意味ではプールなども入れますし楽しめます。 お部屋には洗濯機があったので、家族で利用させていただけたのはありがたかったです。ただリゾート外に出ればランドリーやさんがあったり、マッサージやレストランも多数あります。 ホテル滞在を目的とする方には非常に良い環境だと思います。

Best Residence in Nusa Dua hands down. It’s a beautiful residence. Great access to the resort, pool, and private beach. Wonderful host and resort staff. Very clean and exactly like the pictures. Definitely staying here again. 10/10
Great accommodation for a group of friends. The place is beautiful and well furnished, and there were also frequent restocks of snacks and drinks in the fridge. The resort’s facilities are great too, having an exclusive beach, pool, and helpful concierge are definitely a plus, although i would advise going for food outside the resort - much better and cheaper anyways. The location is alright for access to the beaches and other activities were not a long ride away. My only concern is that the soaps were funky smelling, so we headed to the nearest convenience store (short walk from the accoms) to get our own soap instead. Also, water refills for the dispenser have to be bought from the resort.
Tess’ place is in the private residences of the Novotel in Nusa Dua. The location was awesome, the amenities were great and the residence was stocked well with everything we would need :). Beds were comfortable. It was very handy to have a washing machine for clothes as well! Would recommend without hesitation.
Place definitely lived up to photos. Unit and resort were great with so many options available for food shopping etc. Tess was super helpful. Great stay for the whole family

Tess was a friendly and helpful host with great communications from the get go. The apartment was very spacious and well thoughtfully decorated with very complete utensils, cookware in the kitchen (incl. rice cooker, toaster, microwave etc). She also had well stocked welcome snacks and drinks in the fridge on our arrival. Her on the ground property manager Whydi was also very helpful, responsive and genuinely kind. It made our 2nd trip to Novotel Nusa Dua even more comfortable than the first despite travelling with 2 kids under 4 years old. We would love to come back and stay in the same place again. Highly recommend it!
My family and I had a great time at Tess's place. The appartement is very spacious and comfortable. Nice place for a short or long break with 2 little kids. Free access to hotel amenities ( pool, kids club,gym, private beach...)there is also free shuttle to private beach and Bali collection. They treat you like a hotel guess. Walking distance to great restaurants, beauty salons and supermarket Honestly great location. highly recommend.

L’appartement de Tess est très spacieux et confortable. Situé dans le complexe du Novotel, on bénéficie de tous les services de l’hôtel (accès piscine, accès plage privée, serviettes et transats, salle de sport, etc). La piscine est incroyable et très agréable pour se relaxer. À proximité du complexe nous avons trouvé plusieurs restaurants et nombreux salons de massage à bon prix. Tess a été réactive et souple sur l’horaire de départ. Je recommande vivement.

Tess's apartment was perfect for our short break with 2 little kids. The apartment is clean and spacious and walking distance to the beach or the shops. Tess was also so helpful with directions and recommendations for our first trip to Bali
We had a wonderful stay thankyou, apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. Was a luxurious airbnb within the Novotel Nusa Dua, huge bedrooms/bathrooms/ decks. Welcome snacks & washing machine a great bonus. We will definitely be back, we were sad to leave! Tess was very easy and responsive to communicate with and we appreciated her advice on things to do. 100% recommend!!

This air bnb was entirely fit for purpose for our stay, and so great that it was situated within a hotel. To have access to hotel amenities was fabulous. The construction outside was a bit noisy however our host was kind enough to let us know about it prior and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay.
We had a wonderful stay- the apartment style home was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Great having the bus to take you to the beach access, lovely large pools and easy to rent bikes to explore the area.

The place was amazing! This is a resort and you have access to all the amenities. Private beach club, restaurants, pools. Such helpful and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was so huge! Lots of options! They cleaned our room once during our stay. We weren’t aware they would clean so we didn’t put everything away. But they were very honest and didn’t touch our cash or jewelry. I would definitely recommend this place and if I were to come back to Bali, this is where I would definitely stay.
Tess has a wonderful place with all the amenities you could need for your stay. The apartment was very spacious, homely and very clean.
We had a wonderful stay in this spacious villa suitable for 3 couples, or a family like ours with older teenagers. We enjoyed the early morning rises being able to sit out on one of two balcony/patio areas and make our selves a traditional old school stove top coffee pot. The swimming pool was pure bliss, with its split level swimming along with separate areas for younger children and plenty of space for games such as volleyball/basketball plus the addition of having loads of room to swim. There was a few local convenient stores with some delicious eateries surrounding the location. It was nearby to beautiful beaches and stunning sunrise locations for breakfast. The bath tub was enormous and very much enjoyed, however the push/retractable plug was not very secure and leaked. Something to be mindful of when others are showering in other bathrooms as there doesn’t seem to be a large enough supply of hot water to facilitate the bath and others showering in the multiple bathrooms.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely resort. We loved that we could also walk out the back and be on the street and out of the expensive resort complex. We found the resort restaurant, room service, spa etc more expensive than we'd like to pay, but because of the great location we had a choice to eat and get massages elsewhere. Tess was a great host, very responsive and helpful. She has decorated the place really well and the little extra touches like a water dispenser were a lovely surprise. Thanks Tess

Lovely place and location. The on-site restaurant is below what we had experienced throughout our time in Bali so worthwhile taking a short walk into the Main Street and eating at one of the local restaurants. Everything else was perfect!

I had originally booked Tess’ place when it was darker and offered great value. By the time we arrived it had undergone a full refurbishment and was just excellent to start our trip. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for adults and kids and the hotel and surrounds, including beach club and bikes were perfect. The welcome food and drinks were appreciated and between Tess and Novotel we were able to be accommodated after check out until we had to move to our next place in the afternoon. Would love to come back again, for a longer stay!

We arrived early but while waiting for our room, we were able to use the resort amenities. Tess gave us complimentary drinks and snacks and the kids loved it! The kitchen is perfect because we were able to do the grocery and cook our food. Tess recommended Widhy (driver) which helped us with our tour/transpo. This was really helpful and convenient esp we have 2 kids (4yo and 2yo) We’ll definitely go back!
Tess’ place is exactly as described. It is within the Novotel Nusa dua. My family really happy with her place. I would definitely book her place again.

An immaculate apartment with everything you need for a family holiday! The living space and bedrooms were spacious and beautifully appointed plus having a well equipped kitchen made our combined family holiday a dream. We also appreciated the snacks & bevs our host left for us in the fridge and were super responsive when we had an initial issue with the aircon (got attended to immediately). Having a washing machine on site was also super handy! Located at the Novotel meant we had access to all the amenities the resort offered. Including a free family photoshoot! Would highly recommend and would be happy to come back in future.

Wonderful location with full access and shuttle to the private beach. Close to shopping and restaurants- within walking distance. The accommodation was neat, clean and modern, free of clutter. The apartment was cleaned twice during our 8 night stay and there was a washing machine which came in very handy. We had full access to all of Novotel amenities which was really nice. Will definitely book again with Tess. She also provided some welcome snacks in the fridge which we really appreciated❤️ All in all, great accommodation and location!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely well appointed with all amenities we required and more. Beautifully renovated with tasteful decor 5 + star vibes. The apartment was serviced a couple times during our stay and was immaculately clean. Tess was very helpful and responsive, gave us great recommendations. Our driver widi took us out and about for very reasonable Prices, a friendly and trustworthy guy. Thankyou so much for a lovely stay, many lifelong memories made.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The complex is great for families with all the available facilities. Tess is a great host and her on site assistant Dian was really helpful and friendly. We had nothing more to wish for.
We had a great time. It was a great base. We enjoyed the resort and activities for kids. The apartment was amazing, quiet and comfortable. Tess was great east to communicate with and very accomodating of any requests we had.
We actually had stayed few time in this complex, but we got to know more since we stayed in Tess Place. Tess is very responsive, and gave clear instruction on how to check in. It was very easy to check in, we were assisted by potter to drop our luggages to the unit. The unit was as per photo, clean and very spacious, felt like home straight away. My mom, wife and kids felt in love straight away, though it is not new but it is a very well maintained apartment. Tess also gave us some freebies in the fridge, and you can get almost everything you need for your stay in the apartment. You can also use the gym, swimming pool, and shuttle to the beach for free. We love the surroundings, got so many foreign tourist in the complex and you can even order some meal, which will be billed to you just like hotel guests, very convinient. We stayed in villa and hotel, before we came to Tess place and Tess place was the best by far. Thanks for letting us stay Tess, we will come back for sure.

Really nice place, perfect for families
We stayed in July 2022 and we had a very comfortable stay at the 3 bedrooms apartment. Clean, spacious, well equipped and within the complex of Novotel so we could use the hotel's swimming pool and facilities. The location is also very good as it is within the Nusa Dua complex and we had free parking on site too. Thank you Tess for allowing us to stay at your apartment
We had a very pleasant stay at Tess's place. The apartment is very well set up and was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids, with plenty of space and easy access to all resort facilities. Tess's communication was fantastic, and the villa manager was easily contactable and accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return one day ourselves.

We enjoyed our stay. Everthing was exactly like the pictures. Tess was very attentive about are stay, she always make sure that everthing is perfect during our stay, she has been really helpfull at times. During our check out my parents got their flight delayed and She let us get a super late check out for free which is almost never from airbnb host. Thank you so much for this gesture tess
A great experience, a five star treatment with all the trimmings, an apartment well looked after with all the amenities that come with the Novotel resort in Nusa dua. The Bali national golf course is right beside the resort and worth the $$ for the avid golfer. The kids aren’t forgotten with free kids club everyday and an option babies included with a nanny. The nearby restaurants offer lower cost options than the restaurant at the resort but you can also get delivery through the grab app. Bike hire I believe is a must for transport or use blue bird taxis as they are metered. Bmax bike rental are great and deliver to the Novotel resort. Pre book before you’re arrival for a good rate. For longer trip by car I recommend gede +62 857-3941-6948 he was safe and great with the kids always prompt. Highly recommended. Tess was always responsive and it was an absolute pleasure to stay in her apartment GREAT VALUE. Thanks

The place was just as expected. Tess was very quick to respond and was super helpful with answering our questions. The place was great for my parents, who are elderly and were staying with us. Check in was easy and they escorted us in a golf cart to our room. This place and area is great for families and elderly people because it’s safe, there are sidewalks, and shuttles to beaches and to shopping areas. Only downside: it was a bit odd that we had to pay for more water because we ran out before the cleaners came to replace it then. They didn’t give us enough water to last for 4 ppl, especially since we had to use the water for toothbrushing as well. Also the food in the area was expensive and more often not good.

Highly recommend this wonderful apartment. It is very large and spacious set in a convenient location within the Novotel resort. It is ideally located in Nusa Dua, close to the beach and some amazing restaurants. Our whole family had a fantastic time and would love to hopefully return there in the future! As my 7 year old daughter described it "Two Thumbs up!" 👍👍

We had great time at Tess's apartment. It's inside a very nice property (novotel, nusa dua) and has very good facilities. The apartment was clean and everything was in order. The apartment manager Dian was quick to respond. Fyi, this is a private residence in the resort thus the housekeeping/cleaner will come only twice a week.
Great, family friendly place to stay! It was spacious and clean with all the amenities you could need. Tess was responsive and the service was fantastic. Can't wait to get back.
Great place stay. Quick response. The property is basically Novotel Nusa Dua. You be treated same as other hotel. The property is huge. Bathrooms are huge too. We will be back
We had a wonderful week! We traveled with our 2 young children (ages 2 and 5), along with my mother-in-law and there was plenty of space for all of us to be very comfortable. Having the pools and kids club was super helpful and our kids also loved having the beach so close also. Nice touches by leaving us some things in the fridge, dvds and coloring supplies for our kids. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely consider this place again for our next visit.
A large apartment within a lovely family resort. Tess' apartment was perfect for our family. The three bedrooms are very comfortably appointed and the living / dining room space was perfect. Having a kitchen in the apartment allowed us the opportunity to have lunch or a snack in the apartment which is very unique in a resort hotel. For dinner we could walk locally to a number of fun restaurants, head to the more upmarket Bali Collection or eat at the Beachclub or at the Pool side cafe. The hotel made us very welcome and the kids club in particular was great. The kids made lots of friends and as the resort isn't big they were able to find them again in the pool and play for hours! Perfect for us to be able to enjoy some poolside mojitos!
Really great stay for families, the apparment is perfect for 1-2 families, lots of room. Just a short walk away from all you need for a relaxing family holiday. Tess is a great host and replied promptly to every message. We also booked airport transfer through her and it was seemless, only 15-20mins from airport. The resort is not the best or newest novotel nor highest quality nusa dua resort we've stayed at as its a little more basic however the whole family thoroughly enjoyed it and our kids loved the pool, kids club and Weds night Balinese dancers. The food at the restaurants was fine but again a little behind some of the other resorts in variety and quality. The cafe was really good for mornings, nicer than the buffet and much better value for a group. We would stay again and probably even stay a little longer next time for a kids/family focused relaxing break. Thanks Tess for all your help and prompt responses!

We had a wonderful time in Tess’ apartment. The apartment is very spacious and nice. The internet works well (all though it blocks chrome cast). The entire resort is excellent and everyone was helpful and nice. It’s very convenient that you check in at the hotel so everything went very smoothly. Tess was very helpful and quick to respond. I give her my highest recommendations.

It was really enjoyable experience for my family stayed in Tess apartment. It was very busy at the hotel when we arrived. But the hotel staff make sure our check in process are swift. We’ve been staying in Novotel twice before. But Tess’s apartment are the most spacious we ever get with more or less the same price. My kids loved playing and running around. We got the access to Novotel Nusa Dua kids club that I thought have one of the most comprehensive program to make sure the kids happy and had a great experience. Definitely will be our first choice if we go to Bali again.

This is a private apartment in a hotel/resort in Nusa Dua. Once you are in the resort area, you can make use of all the facilities. It's very much a resort vibe all around, but you can leave and get to a main road in a 10 min walk. The beach is 15 min walk (or there is a regular shuttle). Tess's apartment is great, very spacious. Tess was very friendly and communicative. We had a relaxing stay. Would recommend!
The apartment is stunning, both stylish and homely at the same time and with so much space to relax in. We were a family with 4 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect. The kids especially loved the beautiful bath that opens up into the bedroom. At night time we enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable lounge area and enjoying the breeze sitting on the very spacious balcony. The Novotel complex includes an upper and lower swimming pool, all beautifully landscaped and a kids club and little outdoor playground, plus restaurants and cafes and a convenience store. Then there is a free shuttle to the beach club. It really has everything you would want for a family holiday. I would recommend this place for young or older families alike.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Tess. Tout était parfait : équipement, propreté, rafraîchissements dans le frigo et déco design. Tess prend des nouvelles régulièrement pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
