Exploring 3BR Family Friendly Villa, Beach, Finns, 3 Mins. left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of 3BR Family Friendly Villa, Beach, Finns, 3 Mins. was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for 3BR Family Friendly Villa, Beach, Finns, 3 Mins. painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The place was decent until you look at more details. For starter, the water got shut off every day. I had to contact the staff to get it working every day. We had to use the water from the pool for the toilet. The hot water then only worked for about 30 seconds, even after being away from the villa all day. The pool was pleasant, but the corners of the stairs and the surrounding area is very sharp. I cut my leg on the stairs which required stitches. The fence around the pool had rusty hardware, which could injure someones foot very easily. This is not family safe. The doors close and lock, but they still have large gaps and can be opened without needing a key. One lock on the door was broken by the cleaning staff and we couldn't use it anymore. Also the cleaning staff enters the rooms even if they are locked. The front gate has a lock, but it can be opened without a key by just pulling on it or reaching through a hole in the gate. Very insecure. Will not stay here again.
We stayed for 3 nights and it fell short of expectations. Cleanliness: The villa was not clean. We found mosquitoes and cockroaches, making night stays very uncomfortable. Water Pressure: Very weak throughout the villa, making showering frustrating. WiFi: Unreliable and kept dropping. Not suitable for remote work. Amenities: Only one broken hair dryer for 3 bedrooms. The host bought a replacement on day 2, but basic items should be checked beforehand. Positives: Fast response and great location near Finns Beach Club, restaurants, and convenience stores. Overall, location is the selling point. Due to poor cleanliness and basic facilities, I would not recommend this villa.
Location is really good. Swimming pool is awesome, water is crystal clear. Villa has its own carport. There are a lot of restaurants and cafe nearby. Also close to beach club and waterpark. However, when we stay pillows, towels, sheets and duvet smells really bad. Very uncomfortable to stay.. We send complain to the staff, she responded unfriendly and blamed the laundry. Besides this issues, everything is fine.

Overall is a great location to stay, it's walkable to Finns Club and other shops too. The villa located in a narrow street which was quite dark while walking back, if mostly girls need to be careful. Will stay again with the villa, thanks !
The villa was as described, great for families or groups. Great amenities and so close to beach clubs and restaurants. The bathrooms had a little bit of smell when I arrived but when I contacted manager, this was rectified within 1/2 hour. Thankyou for a lovely stay in your beautiful villa.

I had a pleasant stay here. The pool was quite clean, and the room was tidy and well-maintained. It's definitely worth the stay, especially with the convenient location. The property is close to several beach clubs, and you can easily walk to Atlas or Finns.
Everything was perfect except for the building beside us they start building every morning so we couldn’t sleep well, and for the day we arrived they didnt answer the phone to check in although i told when will we arrive so i had to climb the door and get in,but everything else was good
During our stay there was an immense amount of construction going on in surrounding areas, so it was quite noisy. Other than that the stay was good. The place is clean and well maintained. Good stay if you want to frequent beach clubs.

Very spacious villa with a nice pool. All facilities very close. Maybe because of the Christmas season, there was quite a lot noise in the evening.
Edward was extremely responsive and helpful. When i told him toys were dirty his staff brought over new toys for my children the same day! The stove stopped working and the hot water ran out quickly and his team were very quick and helpful to respond, fix or explain. Cleaners were top notch and thorough. The villa itself is in an ideal location for restaurants and partying, a bit noisy at night and early with construction but that didnt bother us! The streets are not safe for small children to walk around with all construction and open drains but being down a quiet alley, we felt safe if children ran out of villa. Villa needs maintenance - eldest son cut himself on broken pool light, 18mo opened the very heavy pool fence in 10mins and climbed under, cracked terracotta pool tiles, slippery around pool, lights not working, old sponges, rust. Loads of mosquitoes but repellent supplied. Ideal for older family or friends - we would stay in any of Eddies other properties. Perfect host!
Great villa with large rooms and en-suites. A nice pool and kitchen facilities, really close to the beach bars but peaceful surroundings so you can get a good nights sleep.
Really great location in Canggu :) Eddie was great and super easy to deal with and their staff were amazing and helpful. Putu the driver was awesome. So helpful getting our party of 6 around and If he couldn't take us somewhere, he'd arrange someone else for us which made getting around with little kids so stress-free :)
The location of the villa is great which is near to alot of restaurant and shop. However, the main entrance of the villa is very dark during the night. Require to have a torch light if require to walk in the night as there is a drain beside the main entrance. The host and staff are responsive. Overall the villa have things that required such as essentials, water dispenser but there's no first aid kit in the villa.
Waktu kami datang malam disambut oleh staf yg membantu, suasana yg tenang tapi dekat dengan pantai dan hiburan juga tempat makan, sayang staf yg membersihkan datang setiap 2 hari sekali tapi sangat bersih sprei handuk semua diganti, overall pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan tenang sekaligus dekat tempat hiburan dan pantai

De villa is fantastisch, super schoon, alles is netjes en iedereen is ontzettend aardig. Helaas kregen we wel te maken met lawaai van verbouwingen, toen we net aankwamen was er niets aan de hand maar gedurende de week werd het lawaai steeds meer. Op zich goed voor Bali dat er weer gebouwd wordt maar ik denk dat het wel goed is om te vermelden. Het heeft ons verblijf niet verstoord het was fantastisch.
Great Location at a great price.
Our stay was nice .. staff are wonderful the driver Putu reliable and trustworthy as well as the house manager Yudi.The area around the villa is growing and developing a lot there is constant construction noise from early hours to late night The villa was clean and worked out well for our family. People of Bali are very friendly. Eddie made sure we were comfortable we appreciated everyone help and care thank you.
Communication was great, check in easy. The location is surrounded by good cafes and close to the beach.

Eddie and his crew were very supportive and friendly they always did there best to make our stay as good as possible. The location is great close to restaurants, cafés, supermarket and walking distance to the beach and Finns Club. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hosts & Villa Staff: Super responsive, nice and welcoming, addressed any questions and topics immediately! Accommodated a last minute extension request! Location: PERFECT! 5min walk from Berawa Beach and all the beach bars; 5min walk in opposite direction to supermarket (frestive) and SECONDS to eateries, co-working space, kids play area in the mall. It is right in the happening part of Berawa, so you’ll be part of a concert at Finn’s and live music from the Mall next door when in bed! I have a 2.5 year old and she slept soundly and wasn’t bothered by the noise which ends around 11pm. House: If you’ve travelled to Canggu recently, you’ll know how popular Berawa has gotten - and villas close to beach are constantly occupied - so the place could use a little sprucing up / deeper clean - I wasn’t too bothered by it - as I knew if I asked for things - they would get taken care if by the hosts and villa team! Overall good stay, make even better by responsive hosts!

A great place for spending time with friends and being so close to the surf beach and restaurants. The villa is still secluded down a quiet alley. Communication with Eddie was fast and he was super helpful.

After attending a disappointing home that we had booked and could not stay at. We found Edwards place available nearby. We booked and messaged Edward and within minutes Edward had arranged keys for us to be inside. He had no warning of our booking, and the place was clean and tidy & lovely. Great location with good food outlets. We really enjoyed our 3 days there & great value for money
Great place! Villa has everything my family needs. We felt right at home. Perfect location as well, I can park my car properly. Super super super recommended for those who want to stay in Canggu, Bali. My family and I enjoyed staying here!

The villa was good - I would say in the mid range of budget and style of accommodation. We chose this villa for the location, closeness to beach and walkable to Finns etc, but also ease to travel to and from. A the top of the street were many restaurants and shops. We could hear music from Atlas, but it wasn’t crazy loud. And certainly not enough to disturb us. To be honest spend most of our time out exploring, so didn’t use all the amenities like the kitchen.

Villa Nirvana has an amazing location in Canggu, an easy walk to beach clubs, restaurants, cafes and a supermarket, yet very quiet and peaceful being tucked in off the road. Edward's team were helpful with everything we needed, transportation and local recommendations. The villa had regular house keeping, everything was perfect and we had an awesome stay. 10/10.

Great place, great location, pool got cleaned every morning and Edward was a message away for any problems (which we didn’t have) I would recommend keeping doors in room shut at all times though due to mosquitos (my own fault)

This place is a great option to stay close to the beach in Canggu. We had to book last minute because other plans fell through and Edward was very responsive and accommodating! It is very clean and the ac works well in the rooms. Very relaxing and private. Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity!

We thoroughly loved our stay here. Eddie and his team were great, very responsive and helpful with all our questions and needs. The location is great too, a short walk to a few of the beach clubs, we enjoyed Finns which has great views, staff and an amazing atmosphere for everyone. The villa itself is one of the best I’ve stayed in, having 3 seperate rooms with en suite for privacy if traveling in bigger groups, open plan kitchen and dining area with the pool for a late night dip to help relax after a long day! I would definitely like to stay here on my next visit to Bali!

We arrived late at night, and the host had the staff waited and make sure we checked in smoothly. Location is great, walkable to the beach and lots of restaurants and marts around. Swimming pool was well taken care of and the place was very clean.

I'll be honest, normally I'm not someone who likes to leave reviews about the places I stay or the restaurants I visit. But Edward's villa is truly amazing, and I think everyone should experience it at least once. The villa is very clean, the pool is great, and I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time with your friends. Thanks again! If I ever come to Bali again, I know where I'll be staying.

Det var et veldig fint sted, sentralt i Canggu nærme bæde redturanter og barer. Vi hadde veldig god kontakt med utleier som var rask på å svare. Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet og vennligheten til de ansatte.

We had a great stay at Villa Nirvana Berawa! The staff were friendly and helpful. We felt safe in the location and it was easy enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and resorts. When we needed a driver, Mr Putu was very helpful and gave us great information about the area and culture.

Villa has a super location near famous beach clubs and restaurants. Owner sent clear instructions with staff contacts. So they met us in the airport. It was cute and useful for us after long trevel. Pool is deep and very comfortable for adults and children.

The place was great! Walking distance to the beach, to clubs like Finns and Atlas, and even to Mesa. Bed was comfy, pool was clean and we got fully functioned kitchen with complete utensils. During my stay there was a construction going on next door so its a bit noisy, but we're always out during the day so it was fine. Eddie and the staffs were all great! Thanks!

Very strategic location, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. Child-friendly (we had a toddler with us). Very responsive host and helpful team on the ground. Only drawback is a quite noisy construction site next door - but Berawa is not the place to go if you are looking for tranquility.

this Villa is spacious, can accommodate my whole family. and love the kitchens. it has everything I need, from blender to toaster. and the villa very close to Atlas and Finns beach club. just 5 minute walks and you can find the club or just enjoy the beautiful Berawa beach.

All of the facilities are great: Pool, bed, kitchen, car park, bathroom. Problem: one of three bedroom had a AC problem and tv problem which is my bedroom. Ms Desak and Edward are responsive and responsible for solving the problem. Overall I can give this villa 5 stars. very comfortable, humble host, affordable price and great location
Perfect location - was quiet and peaceful while in the villa which was located through a secluded side street, yet walk 50 metres and you are surrounded by shops and nice restaurants. Eddie was super helpful and responsive to all our queries, as was his lovely staff. All 6 of us had a great time! Thankyou!

We had a great stay at Villa Nirvana. It is very quiet, considering the location is so close to all the restaurants and beach at Berawa. Villa was kept very clean by the staff and it was by far the cleanest pool we had for our whole trip. Our 4 year old loved the pool and toys and the fence was helpful keeping our baby out of the pool area. Definitely recommend! Host and his team of staff were all friendly and easy to communicate with.
The group's stay was absolutely lovely. They had a great time and the host was so attentive and kind with the arrangements and assistance.
Walking distance to nice restaurants and beach clubs. We did not have to take a taxi anywhere!
The Nirvana Villa was everything we hoped for and more. The location is perfect because while inside the villa you feel like you have your own private oasis but once you leave you are only minutes from more food and shopping than you can imagine. This was a last minute booking and Edward as well as his staff were extremely helpful. We checked out of a villa in Ubud and had no where to store our bags for the few hours between checkout and check in since we don’t have a car and Edward very graciously allowed us to check in early. The pool is beautiful and all the rooms are huge with comfy beds. For the location and comfort you cannot beat the price!

Villa Nirvana was a wonderful stay for 5 adults. We loved the spacious rooms and small private pool. The bathrooms were very clean and everything smelled good from the bed to the towels. The location in Canggu was prime and easy to get by walking or riding a scooter. Edward also offered his driver, Putu, for transport from the airport which is very nice to have after all that traveling from Canada. The only downs for the Villa would be the under equiped kitchen and the lack of hot water for showers. I also want to mention that we had a great manager/cleaner, Desak, always there to answer the phone and make sure you have what you need.

nice place, for families. private place. but there is noise upstairs in every room, like there are animals (cats or rats) running around every night. and needs to be improved to exhaust air in the bathroom, also to increase the capacity of hot water for bathing. thank you
The villa is super ! Everything was as we expected. Eddie was very quick to respond to all of our demands. The spot is close to the beach and to the main street. I recommand without hesitation.

It was an amazing stay for my family including senior citizens and kids. The location is perfect near the restaurants, beach and beach clubs. The villa gives you a private feel in such bustling locations surrounded by bars and restaurants. It’s just few steps away to make very peaceful. The pool is great and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Eddie is a great host and has the perfect villa for a family vacation in Canggu

I had an amazing stay at this place and I would like to leave a review. The location was perfect - it was just a short walk to the beach, and it was easy to access a large supermarket and restaurants. The host was very kind and helpful. The room was extremely clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The kitchen was also well-equipped and very convenient to use. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the wifi speed was great. The air conditioning was very cool, and we had a wonderful time staying here for four days. If someone asked me for a recommendation for a family-friendly place to stay in Bali, I would not hesitate to recommend this place!

Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und hat kleine Annehmlichkeiten wie z. B. einen Heiß-und Kaltwasser spender für den schnellen Kaffee am Morgen und immer gekühltes Trinkwasser zwischendurch. Das Personal ist super freundlich und reagiert auf alle Fragen sofort. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt fußläufig ein tolles Spa und viele restaurants. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in Canggu. Der Host ist jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit und freundlich.
The hosts and team made everything super easy and welcoming. We were a little family entourage, with limited knowledge of the area and were supported all the way to making our stay fulfilling and worth every cent and more.

Strategic location, clean and responsive staff
100% recommended villa! The staff was amazing! Housekeeping and pool/garden service 3x a week. Everything we asked for was taken care of. 10 minutes walking distance to the beach (where Finns beach club is) where you can surf and prone foil. Great warungs, restaurants, cafés right across the street, so many beautiful places to eat out. Fence around the pool made this villa safe for kids. This is a 3 bedroom villa, none of the bedrooms are interconnected from inside, just FYI. Location was easy to find for gojeks, grabs. We liked staying here in the Berawa area very much as it is not as crowded as Canggu Centre itself but Berawa is at least as hip and cool as Canggu. Thanks to the entire crew of the Nirvana villa for taking such good care of us!
Amazing location that caters for all needs, clean and spacious living areas for all guests. The rooms are large, with a comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The outdoor area is bright and has a lovely clean pool! Very enjoyable 4 day stay here!
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, in proximity to many cafes and restaurants. I worked from one of the rooms and the internet was sufficient to do this (I checked with the host beforehand and they also confirmed it would be fine). Nice pool and air conditioning. We recommend it and would return.

Our stay in this accommodation was really good. Communication with the owners and manager was amazing. We had trouble with the air conditioner and they fix it immediately. We also wanted to stay longer than our previous booking, and they managed to make it possible. If we are in Canggu any time in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay here. Villa rooms had nice beds and was spacious. Pool had some sun until 2/3pm which was also nice. Especially the staff is really nice and lovely. Always very friendly and welcoming. They helped us out with the scooters as well! Can recommend this place for sure

My stay at Eddie’s Villa was one of the best I’ve had. Not only the Villa was cool and as described on Airbnb, but the staff and Eddie were always available for us when we needed and super helpful. I would definitely recommend this villa especially if you want to be in Canggu, the location is perfect!!

Villa Nirvana was a great choice for us; beautiful comfy beds, a lovely pool and a great location to walk to the beach or get a Gojek to anywhere! I would highly recommend hiring Putu, the owner's long term friend and driver (although I prefer to call him a tour guide). He was amazing and took us around the island for our different activities, he also took us to places we didn't know about when we had spare time. Overall we had a thoroughly amazing 12 days...thank you Eddie, Claire & Chloe x

We had amazing time in Villa Nirvana Berawa. We stayed for 6 nights. Even though its pandemic, but Eddie (the owner) and Yudi (villa manager) maintained the villa very well. Our kids love the pool (Eddie put safety fence around the pool. It’s our first time to see this kind of villa in Bali), 10 minutes walking distance to Pantai Berawa (4 mins walking if I do by my own 😊), fast Wi-Fi connection which helped kids do their online school, complete kitchen tools for family homemade cooking. Aircon worked well. One time in the 3rd bedroom the aircon was warm, chat with Yudi and he replied immediately. On the same day, they fixed the aircon. So kids can get some rest. Sometimes we drove to some breakfast restaurants. Our favorite was Butterman and Nyom-Nyom. And we can put our laundry too right across the Butterman. No time for cooking, just order food from Gojek/Grab Food. It is easy for them to find the villa. We will stay here again if we come to Bali 😍😍😍

Eddie's place at Berawa is great! The location is nice and the staff was really kind. It has complete stuff for the kitchen and the pool was great! I would recommend it for any other travellers to rent Eddie's place!

A great place to stay such a good location easy walk to the beach, with a wonderful cafe next to it. The place was clean and perfect for our large family. The pool was wonderful and great to have it fenced. We have young children and older children and it was perfect for all of them. We will definitely be back again!

We had a stay of 6 weeks in the villa. Eddie and the staff of the villa are incredible. They were very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. They were also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was really helpful. The lovely staff of villa Nirvana came every two days to clean the place and they also took care of our laundry. The neighborhood outside the villa had a lot of shops and nice restaurants to have a good lunch or dinner with the family. This is definitely a good place to stay in Berawa, Canggu.
The villa was great and exactly what we wanted. The service was great with Yudi, Ketut, Ibu and Putu looking after us. Eddie was a treat to deal with aswell getting everything organise nice and quickly. Definitely would recommend 👍🏼
If your after a relaxing, chilled holiday with awesome surfing , swimming , coffee, food then you’ve found the best place we couldn’t fault the accomodation or the hosts and the Bali family ( driver, cleaner, gardener, laundry lady ) all beautiful people to deal with... The villa was a beautiful base for us in a handy location. The pool was lovely, and the 3 bedrooms are spacious with lovely ensuites. There’s plenty of nice places to eat and drink close by. The beach was less than 10 mins walk away. yudi was extremely helpful anytime we had any questions. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Eddie and his team at Villa Nirvana Berawa were the consummate hosts. From the get go Eddie was exceptionally quick at responding to our many questions having not visited Bali before and travelling with a full family. Putu his driver was amazing and acted as tourist guide as well as driver when we visited beautiful Ubud an hours drive north. His English was outstanding and he was a lot of fun. Cleaners were fantastic every other day meaning we could focus on having a break from the normal housecleaning routines w the kids. Eddie's manager was there to check us in on when we arrived and greeted us with a refreshing watermelon mocktail (just what the Dr ordered after a long flight from NZ). We couldn't fault these guys. Nothing was a problem and their responsiveness to our needs and requests were lighting fast. The kids feel in the love w the pool and spent most days in there playing and cooling off. The villa location is perfect and situated down a quiet lane away from the hustle and bustle of cool Canggu. A short 5min walk and you're in the action with some fantastic cafes and eateries. The villa is well priced and you get a lot of bang for your buck inc all day sun and 3 big large bedrooms each w their own TV and californian-sized beds. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Give them a go. We wish Eddie and his Bali support team all the v best (we miss Bali already so might have to come back soon!!)

This place was great. Not only is it an easy walk to the beach, but just a few step further and we were at Batu Bolong beach where we had great surf lessons. The house was clean and well cared for, but most importantly Eddie was in contact with me from the moment that we booked. This was one of my best AirBnb experiences.

Family friendly, clean and near from restaurants
This villa is nice and clean. Its is large enough for 8-10 people. The rooms are pretty big that was nice since we have a baby and a toddler. Also they have toys and box for the baby that really help. Overall the stay was very nice wish we spent more time there.

We loved our stay at Eddie, Claire & Chloes Villa! It was a great location. Walkable to great restaurants, Finn's Beach Club and the beach and only a 5-10 min scooter to Old Man's & Canggu Beach through the Canggu shortcut. The local staff were amazing. Very quick to respond to any questions. Ketut helped us get scooters for our stay at a great price and Yudi was always available for questions. We highly recommend staying here.
Lovely family villa!
Eddie, Claire and Chloe's villa was incredible, bigger than we expected, three large bedrooms each with a generous ensuite bathroom. As a double family, my own and my sister's partners and four combined young ones all easily fitted, once Ketut and Yudi, the lovely staff spread out the comfortable spare mattresses. The gated pool fence was perfect so we could close the pool off once the kids were finished swimming. I have a two year old, so the baby crib, bath and high chair were very handy. The bags of kids toys made it more enjoyable for the three older kids. The villa itself was immaculate and felt like it was new with a brand new kitchen and appliances, good Wi-Fi, Foxtel and A.C in every room. It was so nice and peaceful in the villa we could have just happily stayed there and ordered the Gojek delivered food. We could walk to the beach within a few minutes and were blown away by the range of food and entertainment available so close. Another advantage was that the villa is in a gojek friendly transport area so getting in and out was very cheap and easy. I would definitely recommend villa nirvana berawa to families with young ones and groups of couples or singles looking for a a week or two in peaceful, tropical paradise. We will be back for sure.

Villa Nirvana exceeded our expectations. The recent renovations are top quality and we had everything we needed and more. We loved the space, the pool and the proximity to some great restaurants and beaches. The team of Putu, the driver, and Ketut the housekeeper/scooter hire man was fantastic. They were all really kind and informative and made our stay extra special. Eddie took care to make sure we had everything we needed and genuinely cared that our stay was what we had dreamed it would be.

Which has a safety fence around it if you have kids perfect for young familys Lovely Dinning Area and kitchen Were we cooked up a feast ! Was such a great time ! Villa Nirvana Berewa, was a dream come true. We had been staying in a villa a little further from the beach which was not what up to the standard mentioned in its air b n b description. With just a few days to fill, we had considered moving around Bali for the last few days but as a family, we really fell in love with the Berewa area. As a family with a baby, Eddie’s villa came with all the little extras like a pool fence, a baby cot, baby bath, high chair, kids toys and more. The whole villa had been refreshed and renewed, I think we might even have been the first guests after the upgrade because everything seemed so new. New kitchen amenities, new furniture, Ac, Over 100 Foxtel cable tv channels, Very comfortable beds and spare mattress and a baby crib for our little ones. The rooms and en-suite were bigger than expected and the villa itself, was incredibly beautiful and fresh, located in a quiet, dead end, court, just a few minutes walk to the amazing Finns Beach club. Eddie was easy to deal with and his staff were very happy and attended quickly to our every need. It was a lovely, dreamy, relaxing end to our holiday, we would definitely recommend Villa Nirvana Berewa to family’s with babies, young ones and groups, We will definitely be back. Five Stars :-)
