Exploring 3BR Private Villa Canggu 350m walk to Beach/ Finns left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of 3BR Private Villa Canggu 350m walk to Beach/ Finns was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for 3BR Private Villa Canggu 350m walk to Beach/ Finns painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Très mauvaise expérience ! A notre arrivée, le personnel nous adresse à peine la parole et nous laisse nous débrouiller pour porter nos valises à leur bureau. En entrant dans le logement, on découvre : - une piscine avec une eau trouble ... quelle déception - des chaussettes sales étendues dans la salle de bain - des capsules de café manquantes - pas de boissons de bienvenue ou de serviette rafraîchissante comme indiqué sur l'annonce (malgré le fait qu'on le fasse remarquer...) - de la musique des clubs autour qui empêche de profiter de l'ext. - la climatisation de la chambre à l'étage coule sur les affaires de notre fils - au matin, après une nuit de pluie, les 2 chambres du RdC se retrouvent inondées ! l'eau souillée est remontée dans les sdb... C'était trop et nous avons demandé à quitter le logement au petit matin. Point positif, l'hôte a été réactif. Il nous a proposé un remboursement intégral et a commandé une voiture pour nous permettre un relogement ailleurs dans la région.

My friends and I had a great stay at Diah's villas! The location was very convenient and very importantly the Grab cars were able to drive right up to our villas (which is a rarity in Bali!l There was a minimal, breakfast place, massage place and hair salon right outside on the main road. A whole bunch of local stalls available. Good restaurants were walkable. And very close to the beach clubs. It was really all we needed. The only thing I would say take note of is that for this villa the 3rd bedroom is at the top of a very tight, narrow staircase. It can be scary for some to go up and down. There is also a small ledge coming out of that room and bedroom that we kept stubbing our toes on. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The fellow was beautiful and the staff were very sweet and helpful. Once we were settled into the accommodation every time I communicated with Diah she got back to me very quickly and helped in anyway, possible. villa was lovely. The pool was lovely and it was a lovely experience. I would only say that the four villas are very close together and a day before we left some people arrived with young children and they were very loud from very early in the morning - had this been at the beginning of our stay then it could’ve ruined our time. Apart from this, it was lovely.💕

Overall we had a good stay. It’s near to many F&B outlets, supermarket, massages, and the beach. Diah was responsive and helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay at Frangipani Villas! The villa was beautiful, comfortable and the perfect base for our time in Canggu. Diah and the whole team were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay, so attentive, friendly and incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. I was also celebrating my birthday during our stay and the team helped make it feel so special. The thoughtful touches and effort they put into my celebrations were genuinely appreciated and made the trip even more memorable.

Such a stunning little oasis in the heart of Canggu! Such a big pool with the cutest little rooftop area to chill out in. The staff were so lovely and helpful and came in every morning and night to light mosquito coils. It’s in such a great location, in walking distance to beach clubs and great restaurants with a big supermarket just down the road. Only thing to note is that the shower pressure is very low! Would absolutely come back and stay here again.

Der Aufenthalt in den Frangipani Villas war für uns (Familie - 2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) und unsere Zwecke perfekt. Wir wollten uns nach der langen Anreise 3 Tage in relativer Flughafennähe ausruhen, in Bali an- und den Jetlag in den Griff bekommen. Das hat dort toll funktioniert. Unsere Villa war wirklich sauber, in den Schlafräumen top klimatisiert, hatte schöne Räumlichkeiten und ist auch sehr gut gelegen. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Berawa-Strand (Empfehlung dort: Das Lokal Caravan. Für balinesische Verhältnisse nicht ganz günstig, aber toll gelegen, Küche gut und ein wirklich schönes Ambiente). Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern der Villa war problemlos. Es war immer jemand in einem der 2 Büros, den man bei einem Anliegen ansprechen konnte. Die Villa liegt toll. De facto in Canggu aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Keinerlei Lärmbelästigung. Und Grab oder Gojek Autos stehen binnen Minuten vor der Tür. Alle MitarbeiterInnen der Anlage waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

One of the best villa stays I’ve had in Bali. The property is stunning, clean and perfectly located in Berawa/Canggu. But what really made the difference was the staff — truly exceptional service, friendly, professional and always ready to help. A 5-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We stayed for four nights and it was simply fabulous. My two friends from the USA and I, from Singapore, shared a beautiful three-bedroom villa; each room with its own bathroom and the private pool made the experience extra special. The location is excellent, with restaurants nearby and everything easy to get to. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, especially Made. Diah, our host, made everything effortless from airport transfers to car hire, assistance, and thoughtful recommendations. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend Frangipani Villa Berawa. Thank you, Diah, and all the staff at Frangipani, for making our stay truly memorable. 🙌🌹❤️

We all loved our stay at Diah's place. It was a beautiful, private villa in a great location. The staff were so welcoming throughout our stay. The beds are super comfy! Highly recommend.

Our family had the best time at this villa. It was beautifully styled and as beautiful as the photos. The attention to detail from the laundry baskets to complimentary insect repellent made the experience feel elevated. The staff were super friendly, helpful and went above to make us feel very comfortable, they even tracked down a local dessert that we were struggling to find and sent it all the way from Denpasar! We also enjoyed the floating breakfast and private chef dinner at the villa which were again well organised and was tasty. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and beach clubs but tucked away so you don’t feel the business when you’re inside. Recommend this place for families and groups of friends looking to relax and rejuvenate in comfort.

Me and my friends booked this villa for one night and were gutted we didn’t stay longer. The villa is stunning with very modern twists. The pool was a favourite for us we were never out of it. The rooms were very spacious and over all the place was amazing. Hope to be back again next time we visit 😁

Can’t begin to describe how beautiful this place is! Three massive bedrooms with their own bathrooms, the pond in entrance was stunning and the pool and greenery around it was just so amazing. I felt super safe as well, the gate at the entrance has a magnetic locking system with an intercom and all the bedrooms doors have locks with keys. Location is pretty much in the centre of Canggu, super close to everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and laundry service was prompt. Thank you so much for having us! If you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! Such a beautiful villa 🥹

We loved our stay at Diah’s place. It was close to everything but yet secluded. The villa is well designed and the pool is amazing. Diah and her staff were super responsive and helpful. However, there were a couple of small things that could have made the stay better. A (glass) bottle of water and glasses in rooms, better quality linen would have made a huge difference.

At first I was skeptical about location when we got there but after walking around it was located in a great spot. Diah and staff were great. They had scooter rentals which were perfect for getting around. Close to great restaurants, workout areas and a 15 min beach walk to surfing. We would come back.

Excellent stay at Frangipani Villas. Villa was clean, modern and set up perfectly for 6 people. Diah is an amazing host- arranging transfers for us as well as providing helpful recommendations and local tips. All stay super helpful and friendly, making our stay seamless. The villa is in a great spot- a little away from the hustle and bustle of central Canggu but super easy to get to everything either walking or by grab. We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Frangipani Villas in Berawa. The villa was very clean, beautiful as pictured. We also appreciated the en suite in each room! Pool was a decent size to do some laps or just to hang around. Diah and her staff are very helpful and responsive, communication with them was very pleasant and easy. Villa is within walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops nearby (walking distance).

Location was in a quiet and close to all the hot spots! The villa is and swimming pool is clean. Housekeeping is done daily and we enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved it! We had a bit of hiccups and had to pushed back our check in time and ordered a private chef on the day itself and the team was able to accomodate and prepare it even though it was last minute request. Service were above and beyond! It made our holiday very enjoyable and comfortable to stay. The kids are excited to come back here again! :)

We had a wonderful, peaceful 8 nights at Villa Frangipani. The villa was immaculate and very private and was serviced every day by the super friendly staff. They would bend over backwards to help with anything you needed, day or night, and always with a wonderful smile. Comfortable beds in spacious rooms, and immaculately clean bathrooms. The pool was perfect, and very private. Nine meters long and great if you like doing laps. Could not fault the villa or its wonderful staff. The area is not in the heart of Canggu, but it has lots of restaurants and night life. A big plus is the supermarket within a few minutes walking distance for anything you could possibly want. Also, it’s only about a five minute walk to the beach where you can lounge around at Finn’s day club or just stroll along the beach. We had a great time - thank you Diah!! 🙏🏻

Highly recommend this Villa. It is in a fantastic location and all staff were friendly and always there to help. Great restaurant close by. The villas pool was massive, clean and well maintained. Very spacious rooms all the bedrooms feel like they are seperate giving nice privacy if you are travelling with a group. The host arranged our transport to the airport which was very helpful and held our bags for the day. We will definitely be staying again !

Diah’s listing was fantastic. A beautiful home and pool. It was very comfortable and the staff were attentive and helpful. The pool was really nice and the location was pretty central.

I took one star off for the room because there was a strong smell coming from one of the bedroom and the second bedroom bathroom had the same bad smell. The staff could not address the source of the bad smell. The rest of the property (swimming pool , living room , kitchen and garden) were impeccable. Also the staff were super friendly and attentive. The location was also very good with walking distance to all the essentials ( restaurants, groceries, bars, spas etc.,) We were traveling with a toddler and the staff made sure we had a crib, high chair and children books. One draw back of you are traveling with kids is that the pool has no barrier so be mindful and safe with young kids.

A really beautiful home in a great location, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but really close to everything - very easy to get around from here without being in the absolute heart of Canggu. Amazing staff who went above and beyond for my birthday. Would absolutely recommend.

We had a lovely time at Diah’s place and really appreciated the effort they put into celebrating my husband’s birthday with balloons, flower decorations and a cake! The villa is exactly as described and also has 24/7 security and an intercom system so we felt 100% safe staying here. There were also great extras such as the Alexa and Spotify music system and staff coming in daily to light mosquito coils. The villa is located a short walk from the beach, with an excellent choice of restaurants nearby. If you head down to the beach, you can even get to the other parts of Canggu in 5-10 minutes compared to the 40-60 minutes in a car. There’s really no need to be in taxis which is great given how awful the traffic is in this area. Would definitely recommend booking this place.

Diah was extremely helpful from the time of booking. Answered all our questions for our first trip to Bali. No issues whatsoever and the whole team with Diah is just excellent! This airbnb was amazing! Very clean and great amenities. It is pretty steep to get to the 2nd floor bedroom. But it’s a great location and looks just like the pictures!

Diah was an amazing host. I almost felt bad because i reached out to her for everything and she was always responsive and helpful. Her team was great too. The villa was nice, but i may have not fully read the description because i didn’t realize one of the bedrooms were upstairs and i didn’t realize that the living area was open to the elements. Luckily, the weather was pretty good while we were there. There was plenty of space, good restaurants to walk to and the beach clubs were also great. It was also very convenient to book transportation among other things through Diah and her team. Our favorite driver/tour guide was Giddy (forgive me if i misspelled his name). I would recommend this air bnb. Thank you Diah for the hospitality.

I booked a three-bedroom villa for the six-member group, the villa is clean and the location is easy to reach, close to the crowd center in the area of Canggu, can walk to the beach in only 10 minutes, the beach is close to the villa, the beach is quite clean and not crowded. If you are carrying a child, your son should be supervised while swimming because the depth of the pool reaches 2m. The host is reliable and the villa guard is also friendly. the villa is cleaned daily.

The place was beautiful. Expansive and inviting. The location was great. However the biggest plus for this place is Diah. She was able to assist with every query we had, helped us with transport and day trips. Our whole trip felt so comfortable because of her. The only thing to watch out for is the pool is quite deep on the deep end so if you have young kids that might be something to look out for. Else go for this place!

Diah and her lovely local team could not have been more accommodating or helpful to my family during our short time there. we had a few maintenance items that came up, needed some local transportation arranged in addition to the normal routine questions that came up during our stay and the staff was ON TOP of it immediately. they were kind, efficient and fair. We so appreciated the in villa breakfast they cooked the morning of our departure and all the efforts that allowed us to extend our Bali holiday a few more days unexpectedly in Canggu seamlessly. thank you Diah! would def stay again.

The rooms are well sized, the bathrooms are huge, plenty of towels provided. we had a pool gate installed for our children and they did an excellent job creating a safe environment. staff was friendly, quick to respond and helped with everything we needed!

Great place to stay if visiting canggu. Villa is great, the pool is amazing and the rooms are comfortable and well air conditioned. The security and cleaning staff are great and very friendly too!

Diah was proactive and responsive. Checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Staff on site were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Diah knew we were celebrating my 50th and arranged a cake for me as a surprise.

Diah was an absolutely wonderful host! Extremely clear instructions from the beginning and very easy and fast communication/responses. The villa was beautiful and very clean, exactly as pictured. Would 100% recommend!

Great place, close to everything but set back from the main road so it’s really quiet. Loved the electric scooters. The beds were a little hard for me but other than that everything else was perfect.

Great villa walking distance from Finns and Atlas with the most friendly and helpful staff. It was cleaned daily ….worth every penny we paid for it…….you won’t be disappointed with diahs service & 24/7 communication for anything you need at any time……pool was the best part to relax + the AC was top notch to keep us all cool in balis hot weather🥳🥳🥳…..will visit again & recommend to others for sure in future 😎. Great place Will go again

The pictures doesn’t do justice to how it actually looks. The room service is really good made it feel like a hotel as they also replaced our towels and attended to us 24/7. They even allowed us to check out late on our last day there which was really convenient. Would highly recommend!!!

We had a fantastic time staying at the villa - it was exactly as pictured, with a private area and attentive staff at all times. Diah was an amazing host who responded quickly and provided a lot of great flexibility and recommendations. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was centrally located to the beach, great restaurants, and clubs in the area. Thanks so much again Diah, we really appreciate everything!!
