Exploring 3BR Villa/Authentic Bali/Chef & Halfboard & Pickup left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of 3BR Villa/Authentic Bali/Chef & Halfboard & Pickup was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Karangasem plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for 3BR Villa/Authentic Bali/Chef & Halfboard & Pickup painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Wat gedateerde kleine villa in straatje met nog zo’n 30 huisjes van met name Europeanen. Het huisje zelf kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken en het interieur is ook wat verouderd, hangt vol met tierelantijntjes (niet ieders smaak). De locatie is fantastisch, vlakbij het zwarte strandje waar veel locale ceremonies plaatsvinden en gesurfd en gevist wordt. Fijn als je je wilt onderdompelen in de cultuur. Het is aardig aan de prijs maar je krijgt dan ook elke ochtend ontbijt en avond diner, en de taxirit van of naar het huis. Alleen is het zo klein dat de kok en haar assistent nogal op je lip zitten, wachtend en bellend met familie tot je bent uitgegeten, vonden wij wat ongezellig. Wat ons betreft doen we de afwas zelf zodat we relaxed kunnen tafelen. De huisjes ernaast zitten er gelijk op waardoor je wel geluidsoverlast van de buren kan ervaren (en andersom). Ik zou wel terug komen maar maak liever zo’n huisje helemaal eigen en fris met witte lakens. Bedankt!
We stayed here for 5 nights (2 adults and 2 kids). We enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and relaxed a lot during this time. It was a really beautiful space outside. Jasri is very quiet so it was a good opportunity to chill. We had Dani’s Aunty cook and clean for us during our stay. She spoke a little English, but was friendly and kind. With the kids we asked for western food a few nights and she was happy to do this (cheese pasta, sandwich, French fries, spring roll). Simple cooking but they were very happy to cook our suggestions. No dessert or drinks (besides water / coffee). The neighbourhood is beautiful with tropical flowers and well kept gardens.
Vi boede i huset i fire nætter. Vi var et par på 61 & 68 år, et par på 86 & 87 år og en enlig på 88 år. Vi fordelte os sådan, at den enlige fik rummet med integreret toilet og bruseniche, da det virkede uoverskueligt med fugtigheden , hvis to skulle bruge især brusebadet som er bag et forhæng i selve værelset. Rummene var små (især det, som har badeværelset ensuite) men fine, med skabsplads og gode senge/madrasser. Jeg er klar over, at der er en rigtig fin tegning og tekst i opslaget, men alligevel blev vi overraskede både over værelsernes størrelse og det integrerede toilet og brus på det ene værelse. Værelserne fik redt senge hver dag og der blev vasket gulve, men toiletspande blev fx ikke tømt. Havde vi bedt om det, var det sikkert blevet gjort. Huset har en fin indgang fra en lille vej, de tre værelser, en lille opholdsstue med få møbler og rigtig mange gode bøger på engelsk og tysk. En dør fra opholdsstuen fører til bagsiden af huset, mod havet som tydeligt høres. En skøn, skøn lyd af bølgeslag. Der er et overdækket lille udendørs køkken, hvor Dani og evt. medhjælper tilbereder mad og et langbord med plads til alle. Derudover er der en gazebo med sofabænke og bord, hvorfra man kigger ud over et ‘vådområde’, en plungepool, et lille ‘badekar’ og et par solstole. Fra gazeboen så vi ildfluer og små frugtflagermus om aftenen. Vi havde morgenmad og aftensmad inkluderet i vores ophold. Dani laver rigtig god mad og sørger for, at hver enkelt gæst får det krydret efter smag og lyst. Både hun og medhjælperne er venlige og imødekommende mennesker. Huset ligger skønt, meget tæt på stranden hvor der ofte udføres ceremonier. Bl.a. var vi vidne til en stor kremation. Der ligger også en mindre chokoladefabrik, hvor man kan få en lille rundvisning og købe skøn chokolade. Lidt oppe ad vejen, bort fra vandet, ligger en dejlig butik med sæber, cremer osv. Vi nød meget vores ophold og kunne sagtens finde på, at komme igen.
Dani and Sirin are one of the greatest hosts we've ever met. The communication (even when issues arrised) was outstanding, Sirin even brought us freshly cut Aloe Vera for our sun burn. Dani and her daughter are amazing cooks (everything tasted amazing, vegetarian options were no problem at all either) and are also making sure that the AirBnb is always clean. If you have any questions, they - as well as the amazing driver Ketut - will happily answer all of them. Even though the location is somewhat outside the touristic scene of Bali, you can reach everything necessary by foot and can easily arrange the best driver (Ketut) when you want to visit something outside Jasri. We would definitely come back any time and also happily recommend it to anyone.

Our Airbnb search was for Amed. Dani's place, in Jasri, came up which is actually an hour away from Amed. Not knowing the area or Bali, we booked. So, we were a little disappointed as Amed is where the swimming & snorkeling beach is. However, we had a lovely time at Dani's. The beach at the end of the street is a black sand beach where the fisherman gather. We hitched a ride with the property's groundskeeper and fisherman, Nengah in his jukung - we enjoyed the sunrise and that night we had tuna! Virgin Beach is a 15 minute Grab away and we love that beach. Clean, warm, loungers to rent, food and drink, plus a little Balinese shopping. We did go to Amed on a snorkeling trip and enjoyed an abundance of colorful fish and coral. Blue starfish! Dani and Ilu were sweet ladies who cooked breakfasts and dinners and kept everything tidy and clean. The grounds are beautiful. We would highly recommend this villa.
Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, der schwarze Sandstrand ist keine hundert Meter Luftlinie entfernt, die Brandung ist deutlich wahrnehmbar. Sie ist geräumig und rustikal eingerichtet. Es gibt u.a. Smart-TV (haben wir nicht genutzt), eine Waschmaschine und eine Außenküche, in der uns die beiden äußerst netten Damen Dani und Iluh fantastisch bekocht haben 🤗. Das Essen war so lecker und üppig, dass wir nach 6 Tagen bestimmt 1,5 kg zugenommen haben 😄. Ein Highlight, dass wir jedem empfehlen können 👍🏻! Wenn etwas übrig war, kam das in den Kühlschrank und wurde später gegessen. Grab ist hier nicht nutzbar, aber es gibt sehr verantwortungsvolle und vor allem sehr nette Fahrer, die zwar etwas mehr kosten, das Geld aber unserer Meinung nach wert sind. Ketut Karda und Komang Suarsana waren uns hier sehr behilflich, vielen Dank dafür! Empfehlen können wir u.a. Ausflüge an den Virgin Beach!, das Samsara-Museum, den Markt u. königl. Palast in Amlapura. Vielen Dank für alles! ❤️
A truly perfect villa; Danny and her friends are excellent cooks. The free airport pickup meant we didn't have to worry about not finding the address. Every staff member was very enthusiastic. The room was clean and tidy, and they turned on the air conditioning for us in advance, 2-minute walk from the beach. The driver was professional and friendly, the price was reasonable, he knew 99% of the roads and drove very smoothly.
We've chosen Dani's Villa for our trip to Bali for the exceptional convenience she offers, which includes airport pickup and food preparation. Villa itself has 3 cozy bedrooms, kitchen, pool and other amenities. It's close to the beach and very quiet, which is great for less noisy holiday that one would get around Kuta area. Thank you Dani for a warm welcome and helping to arrange our small birthday celebrations!

The house was super comfortable for our family of four. We took day trips around the with great support from Pak Ketut and came back to delicious meals from Ibu Dani. Overall, a great stay!

if we could give this stay more than 5 stars we would! the whole team were gracious and efficient. ketut the driver was very accommodating and a great guide. Dani is a fabulous chef and helped us learn some useful balinese words. Made the massage therapist helped with relaxation. it's easy to walk around Jasri village and visit Sensatia Botanicals and the chocolate factory, and walk along the beach front

A very pleasant stay we had. The only downside is that the beach at walking distance is not interesting. But the closeby Virgin Beach (12 min drive) is close to perfect! Dani, Ilou and Ketut took great care of us. Thank you 🙏

Les petits déjeuners et dîners cuisinés par Dani son équipe sont un vrai plus. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
Wir waren vom Anfang bis zum Ende mehr als zufrieden.Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern. Es ist eine Ruheoase, mit vielen netten kleinen Details. Wenige Schritte zum Strand/ oder eine kurze Autofahrt mit Ketut zum wunderschönen Virgin Beach. Dani hat uns mit Ihren Koch Künsten verwöhnt, wir würden immer wieder gerne kommen.
Rundum perfekt, es war unsere aller erste Woche auf Bali und wir haben uns so wohl und gut versorgt gefühlt. Dani und ihr Team ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Rezessionen haben wirklich nicht zu viel versprochen was die Kochkunst von Dani angeht. Es war so unglaublich lecker. Wir haben ihr Essen geliebt. Zudem fragt Sie auch täglich was man gerne essen würde. Auch der Service mit Massagen und Abholungen vom Flughafen waren perfekt. Danke nochmal für die wundervolle Woche
This is a lovely place in a quiet corner of Bali - you definitely feel and hear and see the authentic life of the village around you. And Dani is indeed a wonderful and joyous chef. We were very happy here.
Wir waren 14 Tage in der Villa und fanden es super. Dani kochte für uns jeden Abend frisches indonesisches Essen und zum Frühstück gab es Früchte, Toast und leckere Eierkuchen. Die Villa war super, gepflegt und soweit alles der Anzeige entsprechend. Wenn man was kritisieren möchte, dann ist es nur die Entfernung zu touristischen Hotspots. Mit Roller kein Problem- aber wir hatten unseren persönlichen Fahrer, der uns zu Sehenswürdigkeiten gefahren hat und das geht mit der Zeit ins Geld, da die Fahrzeiten sehr lang sind. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und nochmal vielen Dank an die fleißige Hausherrin Dani.
Es waren wunderschöne 3 Wochen! Wir kommen wieder und können es jederzeit weiter empfehlen! Top frische Küche und Dani geht auf die Wünsche des Gastes ein.
We had some great days at Dani’s house! We loved visiting Virgin Beach (just a short drive away) and coming back into our cozy house, where Dani was preparing some of the best food we had in Bali. We can highly recommend.
Do not expect a resort villa, however a very nice Bali house. Dani and her sister cooked great food, there superseded our expectations.

Dani & the villa driver Ketut were amazing. This stsy was at the very end of our trip & we wanted to explore other areas of Bali that weren't overcrowded & to see more of Bali that we'd not yet seen. we were not disappointed! ketut collected us from Ubud & Dani cooked us up delicious food & was able to cater for me as a vegan in our group. She also arranged spa treatments in our villa. a wonderful stay & I can't wait to return. so grateful for the hospitality by this beautiful team. thank you!

The Villa Jasri Satu near Pantai (beach) Jasri is in an area away from the highly touristed areas. Much more a local Balinese culture. Dani, Ketut, Komin (the drivers) & the gardener/fisherman were very helpful when I wanted to explore the island. The beach/surf is about a 2-3 minute walk out he front door of the villa. The Villa Jasri Satu is comfortable, casual, private & well maintained. I enjoyed the month I spent there. It was perfect the writer (my hobby) or for reading. The drivers are well versed in Bali tourist attractions for hiking, swimming, touring, & sightseeing. Dani was a very good host/cook for Balinese culture & food.
This was truly A-ma-zing!!! The place offers everything you need. We definitely recommend you to book it at the beginning or at the end of your trip! You will feel so welcome and they make you feel relaxed all the time. The people are there to help you with everything you need (driver, guide, excursions and ofcourse the cooking)! Dani, her sister and Ketut made our first stop in Bali the best start we could ever wish for. We travelled with our 1.5 year old son which also had the best time of his life because of all the kind attention, play dates with Dani and her sister and ofcourse the great food they cook for you during breakfast and dinner. This place is a real gem. A 3 bedroom, mix of traditional and modern style villa, with an outdoor kitchen, a lovely pool, and set in a quiet cul-de-sac, next to farmland and groves, with a short walk to the beach. A bit smaller than appears in some photos but cosy - very clean, well maintained, and superbly equipped place (audio-visual, a nice small library, some games, super kitchen). But what really makes the place are the support team - responsive, warm, helpful, proactive. Every morning we rose to a lovely breakfast, and in the evenings feasted to diverse local, home-cooked meals prepared right in front of us. We also took some (paid) day tours to Amed coast and more with the villa's driver, and went sunrise fishing with the villa's gardner, who is also a local fisherman (some tuna success!). Overall, highly recommend. For inside tip, you can also go for a walk along the beach to a local chocolate factory, that does tours, and for a drink at a next door quiet resort.
The villa was very well suited to our expectations of a care free and relaxing short stay. Nice rooms and confy beds. The outdoors area with a pool and a small neatly kept garden was iviting with the dining table and kitchen as a part of it. We never stayed inside but for sleeping. Dani is a gem with her friendly smile and super nice and tasty cooking. Do not miss out on crust-fried chicken or shrimps. The villa is on a tiny lane with other neighbour villas close by but offers ample privacy. Within 5 min walk there is the sea and a stretch of beach where local kids surf, you can sit watching from a local bar, sipping a Bintang or eat their excellent grilled mahi-mahi
Nice villa in a lovely private quiet flowery street, one minute walk from the beach with it's unique blzvk volcanic sandnNice outdoor space with eating area, covered seating area and small warm pool Dani the chef makes lovely food, Komang cleans and looked after our baby so amazingly, without us asking. And Ketut the driver is a lovely man Jasri is a nice authentic and less touristy area. It is about 10 minutes drive to the lovely virgin Beach and it's a good base for Amed with amazing Snorkelling and ubud and Sidemen too Thank you Dani, Komang and Ketut for a lovely stay.
Er stayed there for a week and it was definitely not long enough. The place is amazing and is exactly as described. Dani is wonderful, she looked after us, didn’t get tired of our questions about Bali and her cooking is amazing. Home made Balinese food for breakfast and dinner, we were in good heaven. It was my birthday and she helped my friends organise a birthday cake and decorated the place for me. Jetzt picked us up from the airport and was incredibly patient as all our flights arrived at different times and brought us a midnight snack 😊 We also booked some day tours with him and he was super informative, patient and flexible. Def recommend to book tours with him. All the people we met, staff and locals were just lovely and helpful. Big thank you also to Komang and Nengah for looking after us and making our stay so special. If you are into wellness, ask Dani to organise a massage or pamper package at the house. Highly recommend. Thank you Dani and team, we will be back 😊

I truly enjoyed my stay in Bali at Dani’s place. First and foremost Dani is such a pleasant host to deal with and she communicates with you on your everyday needs and was also willing to go out of her way for anything extra needed. I would highly suggest downloading apps like Gojek and Grab for transportation to excursions as i realized by day 3 of my trip that the driver assigned to the house was overcharging me and my guest for transportation to my activities. Ubud, Sanur, Kuta & denpensar is a 2hr drive from the villa, and with traffic it can be longer. I also suggest converting your money at the airport as the USD is not as valuable as i thought it may be, despite many places accepting the USD it’s still better to convert your money over. The home was beautiful and quiet as it is not located near the busy towns so i enjoyed the privacy of it all.

We have had a wonderful stay with Dany and Komeng! Dany speaks perfect english and was very helpful in arranging transportation, advices, massages, anything really! She is also a very good cook! I really appreciated the fact that the pick up is included in the price. The villa is nice and cosy. Worth to mention that there is a self-service, real coffee machine :) The place is quiet, close to Jasri beach (200m - black sand and stones) and 10 minutes away from Virgin beach (white sand beach) by car. There were ceremonies almost every day at the beach. We also enjoyed walking in the rice fields arround. In short, really nice place to relax in family and get a feeling of what Bali is.
Dani is amazing and she is the best host and cook. The experience was just beyond amazing and memorable. She was caring, responsive and the best cook. I loved how we were able to get a driver and take us around for the most intimate experience. We had four people with us, one couple and two singles. This home was perfect. We had Dani even book us a massage at the house and we could heard the ocean! It was just lovely! Her cooking is so memorable. She made us so many great dishes and one of the most memorable was the pandan pancakes with bananas. Everything was beyond my expectation! Thank you so much Dani and Ketut for making our first experience to Bali unforgettable!
Jasri Villa is amazing ! So incredibly charming. I highly recommend it if you are seeking peace and a quiet neighbourhood. No crowds, not full of tourists, very local and authentic vibes. The village is lovely to walk around. Not much to do and the beach is not really swimmable, but Virgin Beach is stunning and very close. I never met Ketut the driver because he was overbooked, but there are tours and day trips you can also do if you want to explore. You will feel right at home in this villa, Dani is a wonderful human who cares for her guests as much as for the property. Her cooking is delicious and she has the biggest heart. Nengah takes care of the garden and pool for a clean environment everyday and took me on the most incredible fishing adventure for sunrise. Timba was a fun companion to have around. I had the most relaxing time and had everything I needed. I miss the place and the people already. Thanks again for the memories I will forever cherish.
We are very happy we choose Dani's Villa to start our vacation in Bali after such long day(s) of car, air and other means of travel. The villa was just as described, and Dani welcomed us in and made everything very easy and wonderful at the same time. I could tell things were going to go well even before we left on vacation as she communicated what we needed to know in terms of our arrival and preparation in supplying a driver to pick us up at the airport. And Ketut, the driver that works with Dani, was very helpful, kind and patient and played a large role in planning great outings to nearby beaches and other attractions once we arrived at the villa. The villa itself is in a very beautiful neighborhood and is both private and neighborly. An adventure awaited us in whatever direction we walked. The food Dani prepared was amazing and she also made sure other amenities were well planned and coordinated. Not enough good things can be said about the ease of entry into such a beautiful land
Excellent host Dani and a very good Villa. But pls be mentally prepared that it is far off from any popular tourist spots. Only for those who prefer peace and quite, away for hustle and bustles.
This was a great place away from the crowds. Dani’s cooking was amazing - such wonderful flavours. Ketut, our driver, also went above and beyond when one of our party lost his phone, with Ketut tracking it down and returning to us at our next Villa. Lovey, caring hosts 😊
If you’re looking for a quiet place to escape crowds, this area is amazing! Dani’s place is gorgeous, large, and comfortable. Dani is an incredible host and was there each day to make breakfast and dinner, all of which were delicious. She is so kind and even superglued my shoe together for me when it broke! She arranged everything for us, including massages, and has a driver who was available to take us anywhere for a good price. He was excellent and a great tour guide who taught me so much. The internet was great and I even worked remotely from here and was able to join calls with no problems. After spending time in very crowded ubud, and it was so nice to be here in a more low key area without overwhelming amounts of tourists. I highly recommend the local water palace (Not the famous “influencer” photo spot) for a quiet and beautiful visit. It’s only 5 minutes from Dani’s place and was a highlight. The beaches nearby are also stunning. You won’t be disappointed with this stay!
As many others have mentioned, Dani was terrific and we loved our stay. The location is very tranquil and the villa was so quiet. The food was wonderful and Dani was so helpful in all senses with the menu and with in coordination with all of our plans. Really great stay and hope to get back soon!
Place is exactly as described, very authentic. It was nice to get out of the touristy area. Dani's cooking was the best we had in all of Bali. We stayed in 5 different regions and only 1 place came close to her cooking.
Everything about Villa Jasri Satu we loved. The attention to detail in the villa (from the lovely garden to the furnishings and book and game selection) is exquisite and the outlook across jungle and rice fields divine. The pool is glorious and the outdoor living so well organised. Dani's cooking was so delicious and tasty. We loved every meal that she made. Dani also kept the house so beautifully and made us feel so welcome. Ketut the driver is an excellent guide and showed us some great spots around Jasri. We were truly spoiled in Jasri!
My first pleasant experience with Airbnb. The best meal I've had in a long time, Dani is a magnificent Cheff, it's super easy to communicate with her!!! She is amazing. The house is in super condition, everything spotless. A warm and welcoming atmosphere made up of a magnificent group, Ngà, Ketut amazing also. Mister Cat the owner didn't show much, funny cat. Perfect place to have the perfect time for rest, all services are 💯 quality. Take in mind if u like noise places and night bars, this is not the place, you gonna be about two ours from main Ubud,. Will come back. Fabulous 🇮🇩💎🌊🇮🇩♥️☄️ Miss u all!

Es war eigentlich gut nur der pool war zu schmutzig und die Betten sind für 2 Personen zu klein. Dani war sehr nett und kocht super essen .Ketut der Fahrer ist auch ein Super Guide. Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden. (Und das angrenzende Meer hat schöne großeWellen)
If you’re looking to get away from all the tourists and crowds the. This is the place for you! Dani is the amazing cook and also very friendly. She is always on time to make our breakfast and dinner. The villa is a short drive to the beach, tirta gangga, and other temples. Ketut, the driver, was also very helpful and friendly. He gave us plenty of tips on things to see and places to take pictures. I would definitely stay here again!
Expect an amazing experience! This has been one of the best places I have stayed in. Its homely, stylish and very very well presented. I was absolutely satisfied with David's cooking and when needed, she offered me guidance of places to go. I have not felt so spoilt!! The immediate beach may be a bit rocky but there is so much close by that it doesn't matter. The evenings were beautiful and the sea is close enough to hear the crashing but the garden is well enclosed that you dont feel any of the evening breeze

This place was such a nice retreat. It's located close enough to the ocean to hear the waves when you're sleeping (even with all the windows shut-- it was amazing!). Dani was SUCH an amazing host and cook-- what an absolute pleasure. It's in a very quiet, local spot, so don't expect any nightlife or shopping near by. It's pretty close to the surrounding villas, but it feels extremely private once inside and in the backyard. The main road the villa is off of leads to the ocean (2-3 min walk), but it's a rocky shore there-- no sand for laying out. We didn't venture further down, but it looked like there could be some access to sandy shore just a bit north of where we were. There's not much to do around here (which is why we came), so it's peaceful and quiet and relaxing. We hired Ketut, the driver, which will cost you around $30-40 a day plus tip. You can get to Ubud from here in under an hour, or explore some of what the east coast of Bali has to offer. We had Ketut take us to see a nearby temple and water palace, and continued up to Amed to go snorkeling. You can also get to Ubud in a reasonable drive from here. It's the perfect spot if you want to be able to get in a car and explore during the day, and return to a quiet and peaceful night at the villa. We'd highly recommend this, and would absolutely return again!
