Exploring 3BR villa w/ pool & sun loungers left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of 3BR villa w/ pool & sun loungers was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for 3BR villa w/ pool & sun loungers painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Pros; The villa was easy to find, accessible and in an excellent location. There are alot of cafes and restaurants nearby within walking distance. The villa team were extremely friendly, always on hand and flexible with daily cleaning around our schedule. Cons; I personally feel the pool was smaller then the pictures suggest. Also, although generally clean on arrival the tiles in all the showers could do with a deep clean. Overall just abit of TLC throughout.
The villa is located in the alley right in front of petitos (supermarket). While location is good, the alley to the villa is very narrow (one way path). And, road to the villa location is always jam. There were some issues on the facilities initially (such as the fridge), but they were resolved timely by the tropically team. Overall it was a good stay.

Villa Khayla is a group of villas in the heart of seminyak. Everything is right around the corner - Pepito supermarket, all the popular restaurants, ATM etc... That said, it can get quite crowded and noisy The villa by itself is not very big and more like a row house. The pool is much smaller than what is perceived in the photos. Sri, the house manager was always available for any support that we required during the stay and she promptly handled all the issues that we faced.

We are frequent visitors to Bali and have had plenty experiences with Villas. The pool area was smaller than expected and we found a millipede and cockroach in the pool although there was 1 pool cleaning in our 4 days stay. The AC is not powerful enough in the living room and the fan was very weak. Of the 4 days we stayed, it only felt okay on the last day. The AC in the 2nd and 3rd room was also not cold at night. The housekeeper offered to send an AC technician, however during our period of stay the issue was not resolved. We appreciate the team’s responsiveness but the issue was really in the infrastructure and they could not do anything. The TV area also has very uncomfortable seating that is not ergonomically designed. The seats are built out of cement with rather straight edge that eats into your back and hamstring. The bathroom is not well ventilated with the top shut with a transparent acrylic and often humid, to the extent that using the bath tub becomes very unappealing.

Nice & clean. The hosts/staff were very friendly and responsive. The location is somewhat inconvenient - it's in a very small alley and the address doesn't show up on Grab. Other than that everything was really nice :)
This is a bright and clean space, we all felt comfortable and cosy. Hired a private chef for our last night, kitchen amenities managed to cater to all the food prep.

The best Bali villa, looks exactly as per the photos, so big and spacious, hosts are so friendly and so so helpful, arranging airport transfers, drivers for days out, daily cleaning was amazing we always arrived back to it spotless, location is fab for being close so Seminyak and Canguu, this place has a piece of our heart and we will be back

This was my second time staying here and of course, the reason why I chose this same place was because of the location, amenities & hospitality! Would definitely recommend, especially for longer stays because of how convenient the location is.

Tropically Groups Villa was beautiful to stay in. The Villa is central to a lot of what Seminyak has to offer: cafes, restaurants, spas, barbers etc, making it easily accessible. Our Villa was peaceful and quiet. While we were in the Villa, it felt private and cozy. The hosts are super friendly and helpful and very responsive. We loved our experience!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The villa was stunning, clean, and even better than the photos. The location was perfect—quiet enough to relax but close enough to everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bali!
The location is clearly marked on Google Maps, the access is easy, and it’s very close to a supermarket. Most importantly, the place is very clean and comfortable. The host is very kind and responsive, the service is outstanding, and the villa is cleaned daily. I will definitely come back here when I return to Bali!😊❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Host – Truly Above and Beyond Agug was an outstanding host and genuinely made our stay memorable from start to finish. The villa was beautifully prepared before our arrival, and we were warmly welcomed, which immediately made us feel at home. He went above and beyond in so many ways — arranging massages effortlessly, preparing a motorcycle before we even arrived, and surprising us with a lovely bottle of wine for Christmas, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also gave excellent recommendations on the best beaches and local food spots, which really enhanced our experience and helped us enjoy Bali like locals. Throughout our stay, Agug was always in contact, incredibly responsive, and quick to rectify any issues. His attentiveness, care, and proactive support truly set him apart. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay again!

This was a great place to stay at with friends! Every room was cozy with its own ensuite bathroom that was very clean. We loved the cozy living room, and gathered there almost every night for late night conversations. The host was very responsive and easy to contact for any queries. Would love to return and stay here again in future!

a very cosy and quiet area despite the bustling traffic in seminyak! short distance to good food places and the supermarket. tropically group was very welcoming and assisted in any issues we had. they helped us to cater airport transfer for us as well, which was great! the space itself was nice and cosy, and for the price we paid for 6 people, i think it was a good decision to stay here. would come back again!
This was my 2nd stay at this place. Still as lovely! Great value for money, spacious yet cozy, has everything a group would need for a comfortable short or even long stay, in my opinion. Close enough to the lively area that finding food and places to hang out in would never be an issue. Host is also responsive. Definitely would come back again & definitely recommend!

Lovely stay, great hosts, super clean and great location. If i could give any advise i would have preferred sheets and towels to be changed daily, other then that, Sri the manager was fantastic, assisted us with many enquiries and helped out whenever ee needed. Will definitely stay again :)

The villa was really cozy and yet had more than sufficient space for 3 of us. Really quick responses too and they never outrightly rejects a request, always super helpful even at night.
Really enjoyed our stay here. David was very accommodating with our check in and out timings to fit our schedule and was very responsive to all our requests. Villa was located in an alley along the main road with other villas, but villa itself was really quiet and private. The villa was exactly like it looked in pictures with a really huge ensuite bathroom for each bedroom. A cleaning crew comes everyday to clean up the place and towels are changed every few days. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Villa is in a good location, feels private and safe but still walkable to places. Yoman was very helpful with our questions and also recommended some places to visit. Quite a few mosquitos but mosquito coils were provided if needed. Would consider staying here again if we visit Bali/seminyak area!
I’ve been to bali many times - hands down the best villa I’ve been at. The toilets had some issues on the first day and the staff were so responsive and fixed it the next day. Daily cleaning, maintenance, towel changes, beds freshened up made us feel like 5 star guests. It was truly amazing! The location is a little tricky for drivers to drive in because of the signs, but overall it felt very private and peaceful. The amenities were personalised, with extension cords, mosquito repellents, fruits, etc. Overall, thank you so much for the amazing stay. I Will be back <3
David’s place is great. Fits great with our family of 6 which includes 2 young children. The pool size was just nice. Eventhough the place is nice and it has been a great stay, do allow me to give a few inputs. It would be great if the shower head can be replaced as it looks kind of old. Some of the sliding doors need to be replaced as well. It is not an issue but just a minor suggestion. David’s team was ever responsive in the group chat as well.
very spacious and cozy, suitable for big family, consist 3 bedrooms with indoor bathroom each bedroom. the pool is quite warm. everything is available except toothbrush, comb and other toilettries (must bring your own). very recomended!

Great location and easy to Gojek everywhere. The villa is super clean and has all the things we need e.g hairdryer, iron, body wash. Housekeeping done everyday and towels changed daily which is amazing. Supermarkets nearby walking distance and location is safe.
Great host! David’s team was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Frequent cleaning and maintenance was done, which made us feel really comfortable of the cleanliness. Surprisingly no mosquitoes too. Place was slightly small for 6-8 pax, but we fit well in a cozy villa. 👍🏻
Had an amazing stay with my family at Davids place. Perfect location for when you are in Bali whether you drive your own motorcycle or use the Gojek app. The villa manager Nyoman was also really helpful, especially when we had a little issue with the Airconditioning, the issue was taken seriously and taken care of. Definitely a recommendation for when you want to stay in a good area with family in Bali.

It was a pleasant 4D3N stay in Villa Khayla with my family. The villa is very spacious, and the arrangement and design of the rooms are excellent, making us feel very comfortable during our stay. The facilities provided are complete, such as a swimming pool, SmartTV, a kitchen with complete cooking equipment, a hairdryer, towels for bathing and pool use, and also an iron. On top of that, the service provided is also very good. Communication with the person in charge from the Villa is very easy because Mr. Wayan always ensures that our needs are met and not hindered. The cleanliness of the rooms and villa areas is diligently maintained every day by the villa staff. Even after check-out, when it turned out there were items left behind, Mr. Wayan was willing to help deliver to us. Small note is the pathway from the main road to the villa is not very spacious. Motorcycles and small city cars would be much better choices. Thank you Mr. Wayan, and all of the villa's team.
Our stay was great and everything was in order. David and his team created a group chat one day before our arrival and that proved to be very helpful. They checked in with us what time we will be arriving so that they could show us around the villa. On our second day, unexpectedly there was no water. They immediately sent someone down to check and troubleshoot the problem in 15mins, all was good. We would definitely return and recommend this villa to friends and family. Staying at David’s villa was really enjoyable. It’s very close to the center of Seminyak, and a lot of restaurants are still within walking distance. It’s located in a narrow alleyway just like everything else is in Seminyak, so keep that in mind if you’re driving a car. Everything else was great, the team was extremely responsive, and they created a group chat to provide us with further information regarding check in and location. We had a little mishap during our stay, but David’s team was so quick to help us resolve the problem immediately. Definitely a great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere near Seminyak.
The place is easy to find. The host is very helpful. my son was sick on our last day in Bali, we needed assistance at 5 in the morning. I gave the villa manager a call at 5AM and he picked up the phone. we really appriciated it. The Villa is also very clean, the only input we have is to change the sofa fabric or put a new cover on because it already shows its age and have dirty spots. All in all, we are thankful for the host and villa manager for the hospitality 😁🙏.

My 4D3N stay in this villa was nothing but amazing. From the get-go, I was added into a group chat with the Villa Manager (Nyoman), and communication was seamless. There were ample instructions given to me by Nyoman, and he made the trip seamless and enjoyble. Nyoman was very friendly and approachable, and made sure that everything was arranged nicely for our arrival. He helped us to arrange for transportation for both our arrival and departure, and checked in on us daily to see if our stay at the villa is going smoothly. I highly recommend staying here, the villa is cosy and private, and it's accessible to restaurants and massage places! Thank you Nyoman and Team for making our trip memorable!
We loved our stay at David’s. Communication pre and during stay was easy. For our party of 5, there was plenty of space. If anything, the pictures don’t show how spacious it is in reality. I, particularly, love the sunken living room. It was such a great place to gather and relax. Pak Nyoman, the villa manager, was such a delight. He was warm, responsive, and helpful. I would definitely stay again and I recommend this place, with no hesitance :)
We had a great time at Davids place. The location was actually perfect in Seminyak but also like 5 min to Canggu. We walked alot since everything was near by. Very great restaurants, activities, etc. The place looks better in person than in pictures. Pool was very clean and nice! I highly recommend anyone to stay there. Nyoman was also amazing! He answered all our questions and was always responsive no matter the time of day.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Khayla. The decor was lovely, pool was pristine, bathrooms were to die for, and the staff made us feel special every day and were so helpful. We would highly recommend this villa to others. Its location was great too. Easy walking distance to best restaurants, lovely breakfast spots, essentials and spas. They were amazing help with check in as well as the house & pool cleaning. We will definitely be back.

Davids place was wonderful! Better than the pictures. Clean, spotless, comfortable beds, place smells good and the air conditioning was very cold. We really enjoyed our stay there. The place was easy to find and close to the main road. David and the manager of the villa was also so kind and responsive to all my questions and inquiries. They Didn't give me a hard time even if i was asking them a lot of questions. They made sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. We were so thankful we found this gem. 큰도로에 표지판이 없어 처음 갈 때 약간 어렵지만 시설 좋고, 집주인과 연락이 늦은시간까지 아주 잘됩니다. 물놀이 하기 좋은 온도의 깨끗한 풀장이 있습니다. 각 방은 모두 구분되어 있으며 관리가 잘 되어있고, 침대 근처에 콘센트가 있어 편리합니다.

David and his team has been nothing but attentive towards us. From the moment we are about to check in and before checking out. Everything is explained in details so that we have more time enjoy our time in the property. The villa is located in one of the most busiest part of Bali. Most of the things you need and the places you are visiting is close by. However, planning ahead of time is better so you wont get caught in traffic.

We really enjoyed our stay at David's beautiful villa the past weekend! David was so accommodating to our requests, and in addition Nyoman was very helpful in providing suggestions and able to answer our queries. Kitchen and living area were well equipped with the required amenities, however would just like to note that on some hot days, the villa can get relatively hot especially the master bedroom which has no fan (only a/c). nevertheless the bathroom was kept clean, and cleaners came in on daily basis to clean the villa. thanks again for providing us a wonderful stay!

we will be coming back to this place. first impression was how nice it was that they had a private parking space. i loved the small details such as being greeted with fresh fruits on the table. the place is spacious and clean with homey vibes. the kitchen had plenty of facilities. we loved the sunken living room, it's cozy. but what did it for us was the service. it was probably the best customer service we've experienced. they started by arranging a WA group for us to communicate easier. they were very attentive when we needed recommendations for emergency hospital visit, and their manager even came over to the villa to check on us. by the end of the trip, we had forgotten our wallet and we were already at the airport. the manager was incredibly helpful in this moment of crisis. he went to our villa to help us find and send it via gojek. it's walkable to convenient stores, and there's no trouble in finding food. super recommended!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at David’s Villa. The villa’s location is perfect for us as there are 2 supermarkets across the street and not forgetting the few cafes within walking distances, including a Starbucks. The villa cleanliness is up to our standards and we appreciated the staff to do a general cleaning everyday. Thank you so much for the efforts ! I must say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa. Despite the villa being on the smaller side, the living room is very comfortable and inviting. It is a good place to spend late evenings with friends while watching Netflix on the TV. However, one problem that I found was that the drain pipe collapsed one night due to heavy rain, and caused there to be a small flood in the villa. The water did not enter any of the villas, and after bringing this topic up to management, they fixed it the next day. Location is good, but it is difficult to enter. It is also quite confusing as to where the exact villa is as there is many other villas in the road. Value wise however, we could not complain. We were given free drinks and snacks to our surprise and the staff were very friendly and nice. Thank you!

Location is great, as there are 2 super markets just across the road. There is a food street, pharmacy and convenience stall right outside. We really enjoyed our stay there. Nice villa, strategic location
Amazing location! You can walk to great dining places like Nook, or take a GoJek around Seminyak in 10-15 minutes. Daily housekeeping was amazing and the dedicated team is very fast to support any request, feels like a 24/7 concierge!
-Amazing host, goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable -Tip top condition, cleanliness is on point and staff are very professional -Prime location; cab prices are low thanks to good location. Groceries, cafes, pharmacies are all within walking distance
We really enjoy our stay at the villa, the villa looks exactly like the photos provided. Great location, it’s quiet and away from the noise, and there is 2 supermarkets just 2 min away. There is also a night market round the corner highly recommend the murtabak manis! Communication with the host was seamless, quick to reply to any queries and issues that we have. Fantastic stay in the heart of Seminyak and Kuta area. We came with 3 babies all under 3 3 years and could make convenient runs to the super markets in less than 2 mins, literally! David is a great host and sent many timely communications reconfirming the booking dates, follow up on our travel plans, helped with airport pick up etc. I would pick this place in a heart beat over any other place if I were to visit Seminyak again. The place is fantastic, very clean and kept well! The pool is small yet good for a group of elders and kids to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with all essentials when we arrived making it very convenient for us to make quick meals for our kids. The bedrooms are great with comfortable beds and clean Lenin’s. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay in Kuta Seminyak area. Its a good cosy set up for a small group of friends/family to stay together.

Me and my family had a nice stay. The villa is quite small but that makes it nice and cozy. The location was easy to find and the supermarket is very close, which is nice when you want to buy some groceries! Housekeeping is done everyday. As for the villa it’s very clean and wel maintained. A few drawbacks during our stay was the water pressure that was very low and we almost had no hot water.

Hello, sorry for late review. I can said all room and floor is clean, equipment and utensil so complete even for kids (I think not many villas pay attention for that). So this villa is amazing, I will book again if I come back with my family because this villa is so big and very comfortable. All of my family love this villa too. Last but not least, David, Lia, Dewa and all of stuff so helpful and responsive. Thank You 😊
Nice place to stay with family and friends
My family and I were pleased with the place. It is luxurious yet feels homey with all the little touches. It has all the amnesties we needed. It’s a nice surprise to find really affordable food, or as they say, “Pasar malam” just 2 mins walk from the place. There is a supermarket too which was super convenient! David and team were very prompt in their replies and always ready to lend a helping hand. Place was always tidied up daily which we appreciate so much. Highly recommend!

The villa is exactly like the picture! Super clean, stylish and excellent aminites. My family and I really love the place and definitely will come back there if go to bali. The location super great too, also the host is really nice and very helpful. Very recommended!

I stayed here with my family for 3 nights and we love the villa. Communications with Winda and David was great from the get go, they helped me plan my trip. The villa is spacious, clean and look just like in the picture, and its strategic location is a bonus (easy to buy food and grocery stores are nearby). Will definitely recommend David’s listing🙏

You’ll get exactly what you see in the pictures. We have a great time staying there. Beautiful, cozy and it is in a great location. If you need some snack, you just need 2 minutes walk to mini market (pepito, festive). David is a great host, thank you David!
