Exploring 5 BR beachfront villa, infinity pool, cook & staff left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of 5 BR beachfront villa, infinity pool, cook & staff was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Dencarik plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for 5 BR beachfront villa, infinity pool, cook & staff painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Filip is a responsive and friendly host. The home is beautiful and as described as listing. We were just very disturbed with the amount of flies and was not able to dine in peace during our stay. According to Filip that it happens during this time of the year :-( Overall was a pleasant stay

We were warmly greeted by Kadek and team onsite even though it had been storming the whole afternoon. Even though they were not able to cook up a storm for us at dinner (no electricity cos of the storm), Kadek was able to offer us simple alternatives from her contacts. The driver who picked us up brought us to a nice place for lunch, he also ensured we safely reached the villa with his very good driving and route skills despite the heavy storm. We had visited during the Nyepi period (Day of Silence) which was not that bad as we managed to fully use the villa pool and explored the beautifully manicured garden and open beach; a stretch of black sand :) Filip, Kadek & team made sure we are well taken care of and the security on-site made us feel safe during the trip!

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Asmara. The staff were sensational. Kadek, Nila, Dewa, Tata, Indra, and the security staff were absolutely amazing. There were a few issues with blocked drainage causing a foul smell, a dodgy aircon, and a green pool, but that is our only complaint. The staff did they their absolute best to immediately resolve any issues we had. Thank you for a wonderful week, team Asmara. The location is brilliant. The villa is stunning. The staff are fantastic.

If I could give a rating just for Kadek (villa manager) and her Team, it would be 5 stars. There was a great selection of food cooked three times a day. The Team were always so friendly and polite. There was also everything you needed to know about the local area provided by Filip in handouts/book. Everything was considered! The outdoor area of the villa was brilliantly maintained and very picturesque. The pool looked out to the beach, and it’s just what we needed to unwind. Efforts were made by the villa Team to clean the beach area, although the sand beyond the villas wasn’t always the cleanest (at no fault of the villa team). We were very pleased with our stay but after 4-5 nights, we were ready to move on from the villa and surrounding area as our days became a bit repetitive (not many local eateries to explore but luckily we had Kadek!). My only feedback would be to have some more attention given to the inside of the villa to ensure it meets the same quality as the outside.

The place was extra beautiful with outstanding design

So going to the far ends of the island of Bali turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made on behalf of my group. This all began from the prompt and warm correspondence from our host, Filip who provided all necessary information, as well as arranging transport to ensure our stay would go smoothly. After a bit of a drive from Denpasar, we were greeted and welcomed at 7.30pm, by the wonderful staff (Kadek, Lily & Neela, who promptly ensured that we could settle in for the night, as well as making arrangements for breakfast the following day. The accommodation was beyond our expectations and photos do not do it justice. We had a wonderful experience at the villa as well as discovering new places North of the island, made all the more special by the fantastic service from the house staff, who assisted with housekeeping, food & travel arrangements. This was a holiday that will not be soon forgotten and I very much look forward to returning again soon- with sincere thanks!

Our family of seven has stayed all over the world, and this villa has been our absolute favorite. The house itself cannot compare. There was plenty of space to spread out and many sitting areas, so you could choose where to sit based on shade or sun needs. The pool was wonderful, gardens immaculate, and interior perfectly styled and functional for a vacation. However, the view and sound of the ocean was perfection and what we were looking for. The food by Kadek and other staff members was delicious, especially the corn fritters, sate chicken, and spring rolls. The beach is black sand, which we were expecting, but there is quite a bit of trash compared to what we were accustomed. We walked down to the right a few villas, and the beach was much cleaner. We highly recommend the snorkeling at Menjangan Island and swimming with the dolphins, both arranged by Kadek. All the staff were kind and competent. We had an A/C leaking in a bedroom, and they had a repairman out the next day to fix it.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Filip’s villa. Kadek and all the staff were incredibly kind and always happy to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Filip was also very responsive and went above and beyond to assist us whenever we had any questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here. We would definitely love to return!

An absolutely stunning villa set on an amazing beach. I've stayed in some great places all around the world but this place is right at the top of that list. If you come to Bali, you have to make your way here for a few days at least. we ended up extending our stay by 1 extra night.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa in Bali, and it will always hold a very special place in our hearts as the place where we hosted our small wedding. The villa was stunning, peaceful, and the perfect setting for such an important moment in our lives. Everything felt intimate, beautiful, and truly memorable. A very special thank you to the villa manager, Kandek, who went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive, and made sure everything went smoothly for us. Her care and effort meant so much and made our experience even more special. The entire stay was wonderful from start to finish, and we are so grateful for the hospitality. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Bali, especially for a meaningful celebration or special occasion.

Villa Asmara was simply amazing! Philip has put together a very strong team who all wanted to ensure we had a relaxing vacation! Kadek, Nila, Lilik, Junior, and Dewa were so so kind and professional! Every meal was delicious and so much care went into making sure my birthday was very special. I disagree with some of the reviews that say you have to split your time between North Bali and other locations. We did EVERYTHING: dolphin watching, swings, photo ops, coffee plantation tour, temple tour, and took a day trip to Canggu for a day party at a beach club (Finn’s). Shoutout to Julie for giving us all the recommendations for a full 7 day trip. One word to the wise: the drive from/to the airport is incredibly hilly and windy: if you are prone to motion sickness, be sure to take dramamine and sit in the back of the vehicle. Villa Asmara was a Five Star stay and I would LOVE to return.

Daily in-villa massages were pure bliss. The real stars were head chef and house manager Kadek and her amazing team—so warm and genuine. Driver Juli (available for an extra fee) was friendly, safe, and dependable. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already dreaming of our return. Highly recommend this villa for anyone seeking true comfort and outstanding hospitality!

This is a MUST STAY! Beautiful home, on the beach, with an extremely responsive host. We didn’t realize that the North part of Bali was so different in terms of pace and culture from the South, but we are sure glad we stayed in the North at this Airbnb. The cooks were amazing. The housekeepers wonderful. Anything we needed, we asked the staff and it was at our fingertips; even for day trips they had a wonderful driver. We will stay here again in a heart beat!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Bali home. The villa was spotless, spacious, and even better than the photos – perfect for our family. I cannot begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Not only is the villa gorgeous but the staff was amazing and made it all worth it. We had two teenagers who loved it and said they were never bored. The staff made everything easy and stress free. We had both breakfast and dinner at the Villa and it was always delicious! Die Villa ist so wunderschön, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einzigartig. Das Team ist so lieb und gastfreundlich und durch das Sicherheitsteam fühlte man sich noch sicherer, wobei wir nie ein ungutes Gefühl hatten in der Gegend. Villa Asmara is a beautiful property with a wonderful staff. Kadek (house manager) was extremely helpful with assisting with daily coordination of our excursions, meals, and etc. The driver Juli was helpful and respectful, he took great care of us daily. If you are thinking of booking this Villa, you will not regret it. The only advice I’d provide to others is to book additional lodging down south for a few days as well so you aren’t riding 2-4 hours in a car consistently. If I could redo, I would still pick this gorgeous property and spend 2-3 days just relaxing at the Villa. Then I’d spend 2-3 days down south between Ubud & Canggu as that’s the area for a lot of the touristy excursions . Also, I would scrap going out to dinner and have Kadeck and the staff cook for us daily as their meals were much better and more affordable than the restaurants. This place feels extremely safe as security is on property as well. PS: get the massages and do yoga on property!!

Our stay at Villa Asmara was absolutely incredible. Kadek and the villa staff are so friendly and attentive—they’re truly there for your every need. When my husband became ill during our stay, Kadek immediately arranged for a driver to take us to a doctor. The driver not only stayed with us the entire time but also helped translate with the doctor, which was such a relief in a stressful moment. The villa itself is even better in person than the photos suggest—spacious, beautifully maintained, and so peaceful. The food was also a highlight. Kadek and her team have a huge menu with so many delicious options, and they went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. She even prepared diced hash browns for us, something she hadn’t made before, and they turned out to be some of the best hash browns I’ve ever had! On top of everything, Filip, the owner, was extremely responsive and thorough, making sure we knew exactly what to do from an immigration standpoint before our arrival.

Wij hebben hier een topverblijf gehad. Een echt droomverblijf in een rustige omgeving. Een aanrader om hier te verblijven. Het mooie uitzicht op de zee, het lekkere eten van Kadek en haar collega’s, de massages van Suzée zijn maar enkele voorbeelden waarom we nogmaals voor dit verblijf zouden kiezen. Filip en Kadek zorgden ervoor dat we op voorhand en ter plekke goed geïnformeerd waren over (rand)activiteiten. Het huis is smaakvol ingericht en voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. Het is zonder twijfel het beste verblijf in Noord-Bali.

Die Unterkunft an sich war wunderschön, doch besonders vorzuheben ist Kadek und das gesamte Team der Villa Asmara! Sie lesen dir jeden Wunsch von den Lippen und sind jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auch mit den Kindern sind alle total herzlich und lieb. Das Essen war besser als in einem 5* Hotel und möglich war absolut ALLES!!! Herzlichen Dank an alle, die unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht haben. Wir kommen wieder!

You might find an equally good villa in the neighbourhood, but no way are you going to find a better staff than Kadek and her team. We didnt give many instructions about the food we wanted to eat and got blown away every single day. Coming home to Kadeks dinner from a beautiful yet exhausting trip was my daily highlight. The garden is well taken care of, the litter on the beach gets cleared daily and rooms/house are constantly being cleaned aswell. The only negative you may face, is that you might struggle with motivation to leave the villa for trips, when paradise is right at your doorstep :P Jokes aside you should really do the dolphin tour in lovina and ask Kadek about her delicious rendang and the fish in banana leaves! We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were excellent. We could Whats app them and they replied quickly with scooter hire, laundry and car. Was a quiet and peaceful villa with beautiful gardens and pool. Kids loved the staff too and the food was delicious 🤤 Thank you all again we will be back 🥰

We had an amazing stay at Villa Asmara, spending a week there with two families. The villa is located in a peaceful area with easy access to the beach and sea. The pool is beautifully situated, offering a great spot to cool off and enjoy the tropical surroundings. Inside, the villa is spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. We especially loved playing billiards and other games available at the villa. A huge thank you to Kadek and her team, who made our stay truly special. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic—every meal prepared by Kadek’s team was delicious! We also enjoyed two relaxing massages and took a trip to see the stunning waterfalls, all arranged seamlessly by Kadek and her team. Their hospitality made everything effortless, allowing us to fully enjoy our time in Lovina. We highly recommend Villa Asmara and would love to return!

The villa was very clean and private. Easy access to the black sand beaches. Linens and towels and bathrooms all clean. The staff was amazing and the food was beyond delicious. The cook (and house manager) Kadek always communicated clearly and asked about ideas for meals or even gave recommendations. The Ayam Batutu was to die for! She even showed my wife how to make it and took us to the market with her to pick out the ingredients that morning. Transportation to/from the airport was very easy and the driver Juli was very kind and helpful and also gave us several other tours during the weeks we were there. Overall a fabulous experience and we will definitely be booking this villa again in the future.

Die Villa - ein Solitär! Sehr ausgefallene, aber originelle Architektur. Die Villa ist mit ungewöhnlich großzügigen Dimensionen bemessen. Als Zusatzeffekt erscheint sie durch umbauten Raum noch grösser. Alles bis ins Detail perfekt. Sauber , freundliches Personal mit exquisiten Kochkünsten. An dieser Stelle besonders zu empfehlen: beef rendang!! Pluspunkte: Ungewöhnlich schnelle Reaktionszeit des Vermieters. Gefühlt kommt die Antwort schon, bevor man überhaupt die Frage abgeschickt hat. Endlich einmal hervorragende Abdunklungsmöglichkeit in allen Schlafzimmern! Einziger Minuspunkt ( - eher als Scherz gedacht): Beim Billardspiel fallen die Kugeln nach dem Einlochen auf den Boden. Die Villa wird mit 100 Punkten bewertet!

Obsługa willi z niezrównaną Kadek, która świetnie gotuje i wszystko potrafi zorganizować sprawia, że czujesz się jak w najlepszym hotelu a masz zagwarantowaną prywatność. Bardzo wygodne pokoje, mnóstwo przestrzeni, ogromny basen, piękny ogród, byliśmy zachwyceni. Pomimo pory deszczowej pogoda była świetna. Jeżeli padało to wieczorem, było bardzo ciepło, nie brakowało słońca. Skorzystaliśmy z kilku wycieczek, szczególnie warte polecenia były nurkowanie i wodospady. Plaża, pomimo sprzątania nie zachęca. Rzeki codziennie nanoszą mnóstwo śmieci więc jeżeli ktoś chce przyjechać z myślą o plażowaniu to się rozczaruje. Warto czytać dokładnie opis bo to jest miejsce do cieszenia się szumem i bliskością morza ale nie do plażowania. Ale jeśli szukasz spokoju i komfortu to zdecydowanie polecam! Warto pamiętać, że Bali jest brudne i zatłoczone, ale ludzie wspaniali! Jeszcze tam wrócę

We stayed at Villa Asmara for two weeks and it exceeded expectations. The villa is even more stunning than the photos - luxuriously appointed and impeccably maintained. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff, led by Kadek. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, welcoming us with a meal for our midnight arrival and consistently exceeding our expectations. Kadek and her team catered to all our needs with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The fresh, delicious meals were tailored to suit both spicy and non-spicy preferences. Kadek’s help with day trips, dinner bookings, and local tips made everything seamless. The lush, breathtaking garden, maintained by Dewa for 15 years, added to the villa’s serene charm, while Filipe’s excellent communication ensured we had all the information we needed. Villa Asmara is paradise, and the warmth and care of its incredible team make it unforgettable. I cannot recommend Villa Asmara highly enough!

If you’re lucky enough to be booking this villa when it is free, you are in for a treat. The staff is incredible, the house is beautiful, and it was a idillic stay in Bali. If you’re debating this villa vs. another similar option, I can say that the staff here is warm, welcoming, extremely helpful, and make incredible food! Try some local specialities if you like spicy food and you won’t be disappointed

Wir haben uns rundum zufrieden gefühlt. Die Villa sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. An 2 Tagen waren meine Tochter und ich etwas krank, Kadek hat uns sofort mit Tabletten versorgt. Das Essen hat uns immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Wenn wir was buchen wollten: Massage, Roller, Tauchen etc. hat Kadek für uns alles erledigt. Es waren auch immer alle sehr nett.

This experience was beyond words. The villa and grounds are even better than the photos, so peaceful We went to dinner once but otherwise stayed at the villa to enjoy the beauty and relaxing vibes since we had already been exploring before we arrived here. Filip was responsive and helpful with all of the questions I asked, great host! His villa staff - wow 🤯! We felt so taken care of and loved from the moment we arrived. Kadek and her team welcomed us in like family (actually she took better care of me than my family !) Her cooking will make you want to stay forever. Every meal we thought it couldn't get better and then she would blow us away with yet another amazing creation. Her cooking is better than any restaurant or villa I've eaten at in the various places I've traveled in Bali Susee, our massage therapist , omg, we had massage's every day , if I could take her and Kadek home with me I would have 😉 Highly recommend, I will be back ❤️ Thank you Filip, Kadek & team!

Our stay at the villa was amazing. The surroundings were so peaceful and beautiful. The villa was well equipped and very spacious and comfortable, with lots of places to escape to. The pool was a bonus, being able to swim everyday was just lovely. The two girls (Cadek and Nila) organising the food were lovely, and they cooked amazing food for us. If you're looking for peace and quiet and to chill out for a week or more, then this is the place for you. Highly recommended.

I don’t know where to start. This this amazing villa? With the amazing garden and pool? Or with the amazing crew? Everything was just so great. We even extended our stay and if there would have been a availability, we would even stay longer. Perfect location for a group of friends or a family. I was traveling with my parents, my cousin and my aunt and her husband. We even celebrated the 60th birthday of my father at that villa and where super happy. Thank you Filip, thank you Kadek. Thank you wonderful team.

What can I say about the place it was fantastic, the kids had such a fantastic time they what to go back. It is everything you see on the photos and more. The staff are beautiful they could not do enough for you. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay at Lovina was nothing short of magical. Filip was very responsive and provided the most extensive book of information regarding the house to local restaurants and activities. Kadek and her team were amazing 10/10! They became part of our family by the end of the week. We will definately be back!

We hebben met ons gezin van 6 (4 kids van 13-11-11-9) echt een geweldig en onvergetelijke tijd gehad. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Kadek & Nila hebben ons heel erg warm ontvangen en kunnen heerlijk koken. Bij aankomst was de tafel gedekt en hebben ze ons helemaal in de watten gelegd. Alle dagen hebben ze ons in alles voorzien. Naast de geweldige kookkunsten heeft Kadek alles wat we wilde voor ons kunnen regelen, zoals een dolfijn tour en watersport activiteiten. De tuin is echt adembenemend en wordt heel erg goed onderhouden. De plek meteen aan het strand maakt het voor ons echt een hele bijzondere plek waar we zeker terug gaan komen. Helaas was de villa niet langer te boeken dan deze 4 onvergetelijke nachten. Dank aan iedereen van team Villa Asmara en tot gauw!

My second time staying at Villa Asmara -one year apart. Such a peaceful place which I’m grateful I got to share with extended family this time. Kadek and all the staff are exceptional in their attention to detail and their pride in their work. Beautiful home cooked Balinese food, friendly staff and an amazing relaxing place for making memories. Great adventures at nearby waterfalls and snorkelling. Villa Asmara is my happy place!! Very very satisfied with the location, staff, and transportation. Staff made sure that all needs were met down the to getting birthday dinner planned and making it surprise. Privacy from outside of villa was very much given. The only and i mean only down fall is that the villa is far away from some activities. Anything in south Bali will take 2-3 hours to get to. All water sports are less then 10-15 minutes away, which they come get you for free. Staff always communicated well with getting drivers when needed and on time. The atmosphere of the locals were nothing but love. Will definitely be visiting again in the near future. Thank for everything seriously. This trip was needed.

Villa Asmara was out of this world! The staff was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. And the location just could not be better. We just felt so happy and cared for. There were 10 in our group. All of us give Filip’s place five stars. We even had one of our group get sick, and they were over the top helpful to get us to a pharmacy. We will be back!!

My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer. The staff and property is five star from top to bottom!

Filip is was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. The Villa itself is amazing - a stranger walking past me on the beach said “this Villa is the best one” and it certainly feels like it. You can’t fault the Villa in any way. The team of people led by Kadek who help in the house as well as with any activities you need to book, have worked there together for many many years and are a beautiful group of people who will make you feel at home straight away. And our amazing driver Juli who became a friend - we enjoyed the crab hunting with you in the ocean in the evenings. Balinese people are so beautiful - they make holidays special and amazing.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Asmara. The villa is a tropical oasis, located right on the water. The grounds are immaculate and the pool is huge. The villa accommodated our family of 9 perfectly. We had a wonderful four days at villa Asmara with Kadek, Nila and the team. Filip was also very responsive to any enquiries we had when booking and helping us out with drivers etc. The house is beautiful to relax and the kids had a great time in the giant pool! More importantly the staff made this a beautiful experience for us.Kadek and Nilas cooking is delicious, Aan always had the table set lovely, Dewa keeps the garden like a dreamy oasis and we always felt safe with made and junior (not that you need to worry) because everyone is so kind. We also got a massage from susee and it was the best one I had while in Bali! We look foward to coming back with friends again one day. Thank you so much to you all.

Amazing villa in the Lovina region! Filip was very responsive on Airbnb, and the property manager, Kadek, and her team was amazing in taking care of us. The villa is beautiful and there is sand beach (as opposed to rocky beach) right outside available for swimming. Highly recommend!

Paradise found!!! This villa is PERFECTION! Our group of 5 women in our 50s loved everything about this villa. The home is enormous and beautifully planned. The pool is huge and so relaxing overlooking the ocean. We spent 3 days of bliss here with in house massages by Susee and her team of therapists and gourmet cooking by Kadek and her brilliant, talented team. Kadek also helped us areange a swimming with dolphin tour at a reasonable price and had an amazi g breakfast wait for us upon our return. The rooms are all large and beautifully appointed. Bathrooms are super modern but with a Bali style and flair. A bath on the private upstairs balcony is a real treat, especially after a massage. I could go on and on...but suffice to stmay that afyer 20+ trips to Bali, this is the best villa I have ever stayed at.

The villa was very well maintained and lovingly furnished and decorated. The direct access to the sea is really special. There is also plenty of covered seating. The staff were super friendly and helpful and took care of all our needs. We immediately felt at home. We would come back at any time and can only recommend the villa.

Wow. What a remarkable stay. What a beautiful country. Having returned from a 9 night stay at Villa Asmara for our family getaway, everything delighted. Where to start a review when it’s challenging to pick out an obvious highlight due to having the most fantastic 10 day stay. The location offers a combination of a peaceful, calm existence blended with a dose of real life Balinese culture. The accommodation provides ample space with great attention to detail and a tasteful nod to local craftsmanship. The choice of activity was vast. Cliff jumping, waterfall sliding for the more adventurous. Hot springs and a range of Balinese treatments for the more easy going. Temples, traditional dances, market meandering, scuba diving and rice fields to name a few experiences we also enjoyed. It would be remiss of us to end without highlighting Kadek, Nila, Aan, Dewa, Made, Junior and Guly who form the in house team at the Villa. Individually and collectively they are simply outstanding.

Wir, 5 Personen, waren 19 Tage in der Villa Asmara. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei Weitem übertroffen. Das Haus ist einfach nur super. Die Fotos geben es nicht wieder. Verschiedene Ruhezonen, ein toller großer Pool, sehr schöne Zimmer, die Bäder teilweise mit balinesischer Außendusche, direkt am Strand gelegen, der täglich vom Personal gesäubert wurde, eine super gepflegte Gartenanlage...und und und.... Egal ob Massagen, Nagelpflege, Yoga, Ausflüge, oder Tauchen, das alles wurde von Kadek, der Seele des Hauses, organisiert. Aber das Beste war das Essen, das Kadek uns mit ihrem Küchenteam jeden Abend gezaubert hat. Sie kocht einfach genial, so dass wir diesen Service jeden Abend, bis auf 2 x, weil das Personal sonntags ihren Ruhetag hat, in Anspruch genommen haben. Dieser Service ist im Mietpreis enthalten, wir haben nur die Lebensmittel zahlen müssen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Es war für uns ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!

This villa comes with an amazing team who made our holiday stay truly exceptional. Kadek and Nila were a joy to see every day. The food was expertly prepared and used excellent local, fresh ingredients. Truly ‘Enak!’ The whole team could not do enough for us and kept the villa to an amazing standard. Nothing was too much trouble. Juli the assigned driver (who was based very close) was so easy to work with. We did not have a car so we’re dependant on drivers. He also arranged a day driving us to various tourist spots. Last of all, not to forget to mention that the Villa itself is outstanding. Set up for guests to really relax and very thought through.

We had a wonderful stay in July! Kadek and the whole team took good care of us, made wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner - Always surprised us with new and great tastes. Kadek was so helpful with any request for excursions or transportation. We enjoyed the beautiful garden, the huge pool area and all the small gems for privacy. The perfect stay for a family or friends.

Brilliant quiet location, incredible house, pool, and grounds. To top it off, the staff at the house are magnificent. It really couldn’t have been better. Travellers from the airport should note it’s a fairly long haul to the Villa but it’s 100% worth every minute. Thank you Kadek, Filip, and the house staff.

Wow, Villa Asmara is heaven! Incredibly beautiful, relaxing and so worth the trip from the airport. Our group of 3 mums and 7 teenagers were amazed at how stunning the villa was (even better in real life than the photos). Kadek, Nila and all the other staff were wonderful. So professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. The food- OMG it was sensational. Besides relaxing at the Villa- and believe me you will relax (pool, pool table, in house massages) we had amazing trips to waterfalls, nearby hot springs and amazing snorkelling at Menjangan island. Five stars- thanks to the staff and Filip for providing an amazing villa to stay in. Precious memories for our families to have for ever.

Wunderschöne Villa! Toll geplant mit einem wundervollem Garten, einem sehr schönem großen Pool und einer tollen Aussicht. Die Vorabkommunikation mit Filip lief super. Er hat den Transfer zur Villa organisiert. Der Fahrer war super nett und hat auch etwas über die Umgebung erzählt und uns gefragt wo lang wir fahren wollten (hatten eine sehr lange Fahrt 3-3,5 Stunden). Das Personal der Villa war super lieb und hilfsbereit. Das gekochte Essen sehr lecker. Rollervermietung klappte ohne Probleme. Falls wir noch einmal nach Bali kommen definitiv wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert!

This was just an all around amazing and relaxing place to stay. Would recommend fully. We enjoyed everything from the cooking to the massages we had setup for us to the driver they arranged for us. The house is immaculately cleaned, the garden and beach are kept immaculate, the home is absolutely gorgeous. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and we used this location to jump to areas of interest in North Bali to explore using their driver (even though we rented a car, we found it worth it to use their driver because the pricing is so reasonable and he is much more familiar with the roads and local driving.) They have a masseuse that will come that is also amazing and have a setup overlooking the ocean for spa services. We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking, and eating outside looking at the ocean. The desserts were so amazing, too!! My kids absolutely loved the huge pool, and it was kept so clean. Don’t hesitate to book!!

The villa is propably one of the most beautiful places on earth. The views from every bedroom are amazing and you‘ll sleep so well. In the morning Kadek and her crew will prepare your breakfast. You can tell her everything you‘d like to eat and she will do it - so lovely. During the days you can do awesome trips to waterfalls with the kind and funny driver Putu. You also have the possibility to do a sunrise dolphin watching tour by boat and it was such a magic moment to see dolphins and the rising sun. After your adventures you will get dinner. You can ask Kadek for traditional recommendations or order the food you like. Every dish we got was so good and tasty. We highly recommend to stay here and meet Kadek and her crew. This place is amazing! My guests and I had the time of our lives celebrating my 40th birthday here. This is an Oasis! Steps from what seems to be a private beach! The host and staff were so hospitable and helpful! They deserve wayyyy more than 5 stars! The villa manager, Kadek, was so sweet and funny, and the food her and her team prepared every day was to die for! I can't wait to come back to this amazing home and wonderful staff!!!

Wow! My only regret with this stay, is that we didn’t stay longer. The staff is amazing. Kadek made sure we were happy and fed everyday. The security, grounds keepers, and all the staff were so helpful. The villa is gorgeous !!! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Začít musím u ubytování a personálu. Naprosto excelentní! Vila je ve skutečnosti ještě prostornější, než jak se zdá na fotkách, pokoje jsou čisté, zahrada a bazén také - je znát každodenní práce personálu. Kadek a její tým jsou vždy připravené pomoci - a to jídlo!!! Wow!!! Celá naše skupina také třikrát využila nabídky masáží včetně relaxačních a i masérka měla doslova zlaté ruce! Doporučujeme všem! Zapomenout nemůžeme ani na Juliho, ochotného řidiče, který nám toho z ostrova ukázal opravdu hodně. Tohle všechno jsme si užili opravdu náramně - a jak je uvedeno v popisu vily, pořád jsme měli pocit naprostého soukromí. Jediná škoda je, že pláž není v tomto období čistá a i když se část místních snaží odpadky a plasty uklízet, nemají šanci zachránit všechno. Pokud chcete naprosto čistou pláž v období dešťů, pak musíte zhruba hodinu autem. To ale není v žádném případě chyba někoho z vily. I přesto stála naše dovolená opravdu za to a mrzí nás, že už skončila. Děkujeme, Filipe a ostatní!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Asmara. It is in a very quiet part of the island and exactly the type of retreat we were looking for. Kadek and her team were very helpful and took great care of us. We had massages multiple times (highly recommend) and took one day trip to the Aling Aling waterfalls. The Villa was even more than we expected and I would go back in a heartbeat! One tip I would give if you’re looking to stay here… if beach time is your #1 priority this may not be the area of Bali for you as the waves bring in a lot of garbage. The Asmara team does a great job cleaning the beach in front of the villa twice a day however I don’t think anyone could keep up with the pollution fully. We thankfully are pool folks and enjoyed lazing in the amazing patio outdoor area with the beautiful ocean view and sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. I miss it already!!!

We were here 5 years ago and l gave the Villa a 10 out of 10. While the island has been asleep for the past few years, Filip's team have continued to maintained the property in every aspect, it still feels brand new. The photo's don't do the Villa, the grounds or the view justice. All of his staff and longer term employees and nothing is too much trouble for Kadek to attend to. Not sure why we didn't last time, however this time we had in house massage every day at the Villa - treat yourself. We will be back soon, as promised. Great to meet you in person this time Filip - thank you for having us once again.

Villa Asmara is spectacular in itself but it’s the full team of staff at the villa that take your experience to the extra level to make it an outstanding stay. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay and the staff made us feel like family. There were 8 of us and a baby for 6 days over New Years and everything and everyone’s needs were catered for! Kadek’s & team’s cooking is SO good, you really don’t need to eat out! The pictures don’t do justice of the villa … it’s even better when you see it! And you get the best of both worlds.. the peace and tranquillity of rice fields and the sound of the sea. We went on a couple of days out locally. to the waterfalls, hot springs which were really fun and worth it and Kadek I’ve perhaps been a bit mean giving the “check in” process a 3/5 as it took us 5.5 hours to get to the villa from the airport where its billed as under 3 hours. The return journey took us 3.5 hours - so my only advice is plan that into your journey time.

Don’t think… as a veteran Airbnb-er… JUST COMMIT to this one! Not much else to say. Filip was a very gracious host and the staff there you will totally fall in love with. The best food we had in Bali, the best massage and yoga we had in Bali by Susee, our wonderful driver and now consider friend Juli was amazing. The pictures to this place do not do it justice! We travelled with 3 adults, 2 children, and two older adults and it was magnificent. We spent time together when we wanted to but so many beautiful hangouts and porches to retreat to!

What a gorgeous house! It looked just like the photos and was beautiful inside and out. The gardens were keep immaculately by the grounds keeper and inside the home, the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, helpful, our rooms were always spotless, they respected our privacy, and the cooking was above and beyond. We enjoyed our meals at the house much more than we did eating out at any restaurants while in Bali. Kadek and Nila far exceeded our expectations with beautiful breakfasts and gourmet feasts for dinners. We couldn’t have asked for more. The ladies even played peek-a-boo with our son and they all had a blast. It was also very reassuring to have Made and Junior watching the house at night while we slumbered, keeping us safe at all hours and welcoming us home when we came home late at night. We even got to meet the owner of the house and found him to be lovely! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Bali. Our stay here was a dream!

Filip's place was a most enjoyable stay for my family and I. The villa was everything that was described and more. The villa staff led by the incredible Kadek made us feel right at home and the food they whipped up was simply amazing (especially the suckling pig)! They helped make arrangements for us to visit nearby waterfalls and even got the boats to pick us up from the villa for the dolphin watching activities! We are looking fwd to going back again!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Villa Asmara. In the lead up to the trip Filip was very helpful and easy to make contact with. We arrived at the property and were amazed by how beautiful it is, the pictures are accurate but it is even better in person. Kadek and the team at the Villa went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable and comfortable one. We were so sad to go home at the end. This was by far my best vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, or a better view. Besides the accommodations, the remarkable staff will always be remembered. My friends and I have traveled the world, and the level of care and detail provided by Kadek and her team is unmatched. The cuisine prepared by Kadek was out of this world. The drivers are insightful, and thoughtful. Even the gardener went out of his way to provide impeccable service. This property is a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be returning someday. Wir haben noch nie in unseren ganzen Jahren, in denen wir verreisen, eine solche Unterkunft gehabt. So durchdacht, so großzügig, so angenehm in jeder Hinsicht. Das Personal gib einem 5-Sterne- Service mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Besser kann man einen Aufenthalt in Bali nicht haben. Direkt am Meer mit wundervollem Pool und Garten verbringt man im weniger touristisch erschlossenen Norden einen wundervollen Urlaub. Da die meisten Urlaubsziele eher in der Mitte oder Richtung Süden sind, benötigt man Tagesausflüge mit 2-3 Stunden Fahrt zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber das Personal organisiert problemlos sehr nette Fahrer und so ist es jedes Mal ein tolles Erlebnis gewesen. Unsere Zeit war eher Nebensaison, was wir sehr angenehm empfanden. Und jeden Tag Massage in der eigenen Unterkunft auf dem Balkon beim Meeresrauschen - Entspannung pur. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung für einen tollen Familienurlaub mit Freunden auf Bali. Wir wollen wiederkommen!

We enjoyed our vacations in Villa Asmara to the fullest. We were pampered daily by Kadek and her team and the gardener took care of the beautiful outdoor area every day. Whether massage, excursions or beauty treatments, Kadek always made sure that everything was organized as we wished. Every day there was fresh food that was adapted and cooked to our liking. We received tips for activities and had with Juli our own great guide and driver. Above all, we were overwhelmed by the friendliness of everyone on site. Every morning we were greeted with a smile. If we needed something from a store, this was either brought to us within a few minutes or they drove us to the store themselves. No wish remained open or was not fulfilled. It is also worthwhile to go out to eat in Lovina. It has some nice bars and restaurants.

Die Villa ist live tausend mal schöner und atemberaubender als auf den Bildern ! Ich kann sie jedem nur empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit, größe der Zimmer, Zimmeraufteilung einfach nur Perfekt ! Der Außenbreich ....mir fehlten die Worte. Eine OASE zum dahinschmelzen. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer und Strand ebenfalls fantastisch! Der Service der Mitarbeiter in der Villa ist perfekt ! Ein Roller wurde uns direkt am ersten Tag zur Villa gebracht . Das Essen das Kadek und das Team zubereitet schmeckt köstlich ! Ich danke euch für alles wir kommen wieder !

We had a fantastic vacation at Asmara! It was by far the best Airbnb stay we had on Bali. All was perfect - staff, interior, pool, beach, food - everything, The Kadek and the rest of the staff were great and we really felt welcome and appreciated. The villa is a chapter for itself - it was simply amazing :-) The communication with Filip was very good - he always replied fast and was very helpfull. We will give Filip and Villa Asmara the highest possible recommendations :-)

Our stay is an unforgettable one. My family is very happy with the villa. The staffs were very friendly and helpful too. Evrything is well thought of. A stroll on the beach in the morning is so peaceful, just steps away from our room. Thanks to Kadek who helped prepare a feast for my son's bday. Her cooking is top notch, we miss it already. So convenient to just laze around in the villa and our private chef cooked a lot of yummy bali cuisines for us. We are trully spoiled for the 5 days in Villa Asmara. The gardener Pak Dewa is so skilled, he climbed the tree to pick the coconuts for us. The private pool is very well maintained and pristine clean. The location is not very far from Pepito supermarket where u can get ur daily necessities and many good snacks and wines. Thanks so much for putting such a great effort to make our stay memorable. We will come back to Villa Asmara again if we come to Bali next time.

What a fabulous villa!! The photos don’t do this villa justice. Located on the beach a ten minute drive from Lovina. The sand on the beach is black but we still went for walks and swam in the sea. It was lovely to meet some of the locals who came on sat on the villa wall in the early evening as the sun went down. Kadek and Mila the housemaids were lovely to have around. They prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner when required (from their menu), they did the shopping and they tidied up afterwards. Their food was delicious. For us this made it a very relaxing holiday. The pool area and gardens are great for children to play in, and there are pool and beach toys available to use. Our children were also happy with a selection of toys and board games and a great range of DVD’s. If you’re thinking of a holiday to North Bali you should consider this villa. We were two families of 4 (children aged 4 to 9) and there was plenty of space for us all to relax. We didn’t try any local restaurants due to Covid, but Buda Bakery delivered and also Alcovina in Lovina (wine and beer). Both of these places easy to communicate with on what’s app. Owner Filip was also only a message away and helped us plan our trip. Thank you for a truly fabulous holiday!

Greetings! As we settle back in from our Holiday, we wanted to take a moment to provide a review of our stay at Villa Asmara. First and foremost, our stay was wonderful, and we can’t say enough about the Villa itself. The bedrooms were spacious and provided each of us a lovely personal space to sleep & shower comfortably. Each room had its own personal view and each was unique and beautiful. The pool and surrounding patios were the focal point and where we spent much of our time. They were comfortable and provided enough space for us to move around and enjoy various views of the property. The property staff gets 5 stars! While they all played an integral part, we want to recognize Dewar for his impeccable pool and garden management. He is quiet and takes care of the property without you really realizing that he is there. The small touches like the flowers in the vases and pool made it top notch. The highlight of our stay at the villa had to be the food & cooking. Kadet and Nila are very talented and introduced us to new foods and flavors while adapting their cooking to our needs. If we wanted more spice, larger portions, or even dessert, they were most accommodating. As we ventured out each day, we looked forward to coming ‘home’ to an exceptional meal that was quickly cleaned up and left us to relax. In addition to this, Kadet took the time to make sure our stay was pleasurable and arranged for drivers and activity of our interest. We frequently had Pendi, of BobBali Tours, as our driver who was also superb! Lastly, prior to our arrival, we had many questions and needed a driver to transport us to and from the airport and Filip was both responsive with answers and helped us to coordinate these details. While the stay was wonderful, we would want to make sure that those seeking a ‘beach vacation’ not be misled by the Lovina area. The beaches, unfortunately, were littered with trash and plastic that made spending time on the beach unrealistic. This was not an issue of the Villa, but rather and issue of Bali and their waste management. It was rather sad, and we would encourage the people and property owners of Bali to take action in managing their waste and cleaning up the beaches. This was the only downside of our vacation. A couple of tips for those staying at Villa Asmara:  Have Rupiah when you arrive to the Villa, Kadet will need grocery money right away if you plan on having her start cooking meals.  Bring a receptacle power converter, if you need one. Kadet provided one but we needed several to keep phones and other electronics charged, so we brought extra and were glad that we did.  Take advantage of the massages. They are relaxing and Made does a terrific job!  Do not drive a car or rent a scooter unless you are very comfortable with Bali traffic, mountains and driving habits. We were thankful that we did not attempt to and having a driver was inexpensive and made it fun to have them take us to unique places. The drivers also knew areas to avoid due to tourist crowding and suggested more local, less crowded attractions and restaurants to visit, instead. Their suggested guidance maximized our excursion time.  Tip the staff. While this is not required, the amenities and care taken by this team is reliant on tourism for their income. The time taken to meet all your needs is well worth the extra money you may be able to give to show your appreciation. You can feel free to give any tip to Kadet and ask her to distribute amongst the team. Again, this Villa was perfect for us and having the staff made the trip even better. I highly recommend Villa Asmara to anyone who is seeking local Bali culture, a relaxing get away, and a beautiful private resort.

What a wonderful time we had here. There were 9 of us staying at the Villa. Filip set up everything from transportation from the airport, to all the area trips we planned. The staff could not have been kinder and accommodating. The villa was able to set up a sunrise volcano hike, area temples, waterfalls, and all transportation that we desired. On the days we stayed at the villa it was so relaxing. From massages every afternoon to the amazing pool. We had such a great time. If we are every in Bali again, this is where we will stay.

Place was outstanding, we really appreciate the warm hospitality and incredible breathtaking property. Kadek and Neila were incredible and made the experience much better. Kadek is an amazing chef. If you have an ability to stay here, which is very hard for a reason- take it. Best place in Bali!

The villa will be the highlight of your trip to Bali. The north shore area is stunning and the villa itself is incredible. The staff are unbelievably kind, generous and lovely. The food was wonderful whether you enjoy the local restaurants or have the wonderful Kadek and Nila cook for you. This place is not to be missed and you will enjoy every minute of your stay here!

Where to begin... the house was amazing, even nicer than the pictures show! Filip was very responsive, answering MANY of my questions timely and descriptively. Kadek is such a great human. She is the cook, the cleaner, and her and her staff do a FANTASTIC JOB! Additionally, the driver, Putu, was very nice and very knowledgeable of the ENTIRE island! He took me everywhere I wanted to go and everything was very affordable. I'd HIGHLY recommend this place!

What a villa! From the moment we arrived we were blown away. The villa looked absolutely beautiful from the pictures, however it was even bigger and better in real life. The location was perfect with views to die for. Rolling hills and sea views. What more could you want. Me and my husband booked Villa Asmara for our honeymoon, even though there was only two of us staying, we constantly felt safe and looked after. One of our highlights was the wonderful staff! Particularly Kadek & Nila, and also Junior the security guard. Kadek and Nila were heart meltingly wonderful. They kept the place sparkling clean and cooked us some beautiful meals. Nothing was too much trouble. They arranged all of our trips, excursions and restaurant visits. They made our entire holiday effortless. We didn’t need to lift a finger if we didn’t want to. Junior was a fab security guard. We appreciated his constant friendly presence and felt safe at all times. Thank you once again for a fabulous honeymoon! We are already planning our return.

Beautiful home on the beach a good idea for a group. I went with my new husband for our honeymoon and we were treated like royalty. Kadek is a great manager, her and nilla offer fabulous service. It took a very long time for us to get used to this but eventually managed to rather love it. There is a nice speaker at the villa for music, it has WiFi connection and auxiliary input. I could not work out how to use WiFi and tried everything, also tried Bluetooth. I only have an apple 6 iPhone so connection is different- I suggest unless you’re a technical wizard to take a device with auxiliary input or an adapter. Overall amazing place!!! Will definitely come back with friends x

The villa is beautiful, just as beautiful as in photos and is the perfect quiet getaway. The staff is amazing! Kadek’s cooking is some of the best we had on the island. They were so nice, accommodating and such a huge help as we planned our exploration of Bali. We so appreciated their help and loved our stay. We highly recommend this villa to those traveling looking for a relaxing getaway.

Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Essen von Kadek! Der kostenlose Abholservice zum beachclub hat super funktioniert. Drum herum gibt es fußläufig keine großen Supermärkte. Schnorcheltour, morgendliche Delphintour und Massagen im Haus können wir sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

This villa is truly beautiful. This location is great if you want peaceful and a relaxing holiday. The villa was perfect, the pool is amazing, looking right out to sea. The staff are by far the best I’ve ever come across. Kadek and Nila are so happy they fill the villa with life. Kadek’s cooking is really great, would highly recommend the tofu soup and chilli chicken. These girls went above and beyond for us during our stay. You will love them. The rest of the staff are equally lovely and will help in anyway they can. Even Junior climbing a tree to get us a coconut, truly skilled. The staff are also full of useful local tips for trips. I would recommend the dolphin spotting and Sekumpul waterfall. I would also recommend taking advantage of the massage packages available. Kadek arranged for women to come the villa and it was lovely. This is really a fantastic villa and I would recommend it to anyway.

Heaven on earth!! It is much better in real then on the photo. Very spacious, nice designed and the staff was great! Really good food! Love this place. It’s only not a very lively place, but it’s a good place to relax for some days. Definitely recommend!!!

This was a great experience ! The Villa is amazing. Very spacious and elegant. The staff is wonderful. Their friendliness and helpfulness made our stay even more memorable. We rented scooters for the whole stay and the staff helped us with taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. We went snorkeling and dolphin watching, two of our children made their divers license. And the instructor came to us in the Villa and had the first lessons in our own pool. The communication with Filip was perfect, he responded within minutes every time I had a question.

The place was amazing, would loved to have stayed longer. Will definitely be back again. The team are fantastic too. Thanks so much Kadek and Filip.

What to write to tell someone searching for the perfect place.......honestly, this is the one. I’d never even used AirBnB when my daughter suggested looking, and when we saw the photos for Villa Asmara, and the fact there were people to look after us - I’m so, so glad I chose it. All the photos, they are outstanding to look at, but believe me - it’s even better in person. The sense of space, and beauty. Add that to the wonderful sound of waves lapping the beach......words cannot describe the feeling of being in paradise. The rooms are spacious, and wonderfully cool due to ac (which was a god send to me as I tried to acclimatise). Plenty of space for case and clothes. The two upstairs bedrooms have showers overlooking the sea / fields. Great showerheads & pressure. Loads of space. Felt weird having someone make the beds every day, but every little thing adds to the feeling of being special. Kadek and Nila were......just wonderful. Happy, smiling, so helpful in every way. We had so many giggles with them. Fees, the gardener worked tirelessly keeping the garden and pool spotless. I have a video of when he was up in the tree chopping down coconuts - and came down fearlessly. Both security guards (shifts) made sure the lights were on and we got out of taxis safely. We never worried about our belongings. The garden ends at the beach so I guess there is the possibility of someone climbing in, but the one time my daughter wandered out to take a picture at night, the security guard appeared to check who she was. That made me feel safe at all times. Having said that, we never once came across a Balinese who wasn’t courteous and friendly. We spoke to many people and had a good friendly laugh with all. There is a ‘western style’ supermarket along the road called Pepito’s. It has lots of fresh food and the usual stuff you find at home (UK), but at western prices. Let Kadek or Nila buy meat and fruit from the markets at local prices. We did indulge in the pears and apples from the supermarket though; they were large and truly delicious. Food. Kadek and Nila make TRULY delicious food. My partner does eat anything over mince, chicken (fried or grilled and with no sauces), and chips. Yet the ladies made us such a range of things, after catering for George. Breakfast - oh my......a wonderful way to wake up. Yummy omelettes and fantastic range of fruit. Plus freshly squeezed juice. Perhaps I am writing too much. We were in heaven. Never a question they didn’t help us with. Wateraports along the road. Wonderful trip to waterfalls and coffee plantation. Putu (driver) was a great help. We ate at Spice Club and the Secret Garden - will just say ‘absolutely delicious’. We had a hitch; after going diving George got an ear infection. He was not fit to fly home. This is when the fantastic team really made a difference. Filip (owner) had been fantastic helping me with prep before we travelled and again helped quickly when we needed to extend accommodation. George had to see a Doctor three times to before getting a ‘fit to fly’ certificate - but my point was that at a difficult time, with the kids having to fly home on time, we never got worried. We had ‘friends’ making sure we were ok. I can’t thank the whole team enough for that. So here’s the thing - Villa Asmara is a diamond to find. But you’d want to keep it a secret so it’s available again when you want it ;) But if you’re looking for a fantastic, ‘cherry on top’ location, this is it. It’s not just how impressive and luxurious the villa is, it’s from the initial contact with Filip to the genuine care and friendliness of the team. Loads of privacy (4 places outside to sit and have your own space). If I ever have a bad day, I can close my eyes and think of the huge pool, the breakfast table, the sound of the waves, the giggles, the views....... It truly was paradise.

Une maison juste incroyable! On se demande si l'on rêve. Dès le portail franchit, l'émerveillement commence : la villa est magnifique, très bien aménagée et décorée avec gôut. La piscine et la vue sur la mer sont à tomber. Kadek gère son équipe parfaitement et a su créer un bel esprit d'équipe dont le seul souci est de vous faire passer un bon séjour. C'est par ailleurs une cuisinière hors pair. Nila la seconde parfaitement, avec discrétion et son merveilleux sourire. Dewa s'occupe avec amour et savoir faire du magnifique jardin. Made et Junior assurent la sécurité avec discrétion et n'hésitent pas à donner un coup de main au reste de l'équipe. Junior a épaté nos enfants (et nous aussi) en grimpant sur le cocotier pour nous cueillir des noix de coco! Notre seul regret a été de devoir quitter la villa et nous ne pouvons que la recommander vivement. Nous remercions finalement Filip qui est un très bon hôte.

All I can say is Amazing⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The property is beautiful and the staff is awesome. You will not regret your time at the villa. We had private massages that were amazing at the villa. The cooking staff made some amazing meals and we just loved the driver Putu. He was great and even woke up and picked us up at 3am to beat the crowds to the rice terraces. If you don’t book this place you are missing out.

Villa Asmara is beautiful! The grounds are lovely and relaxing, and the bedrooms are very nice. The pool is great. Best of all is the staff: Kadek and Nela are excellent cooks and great with kids. My 1 year old girl absolutely loved them. The driver, Putu, gave excellent suggestions for outings so that we were never bored. Villa Asmara is far from most tourist destinations in Bali, but there is still enough to do in the area, like waterfall trekking (Aling-Aling and Sekumpel are excellent), the Buddhist temple, hot springs, and exploring Lovina. We travelled with our 3 year old and 1 year old. The villa is well equipped for young kids, with high chair, baby cot, toys, and pool inflatables. However, I have to point out that the staircase is quite dangerous for young kids, since there is no guardrail. We had to block off the whole living room to prevent the kids from accessing the stairs. This barely detracted from our experience, and we still loved our stay, but it was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, thanks for a memorable stay!

We had a super time at this home. The staff, Ketut and Nela, were so very helpful and friendly. They cooked all our meals during our stay, and they were all delicious. The house is perfect. Well designed and furnished. The host has put a lot of thought and effort into making this a thoroughly enjoyable place to spend some time when visiting the north of Bali. The home was perfectly clean, and there were all the amenities to make for a very comfortable stay. We spent most of our time in the huge pool, which was sparkling clean. Pool toys were provided for the kids. The outdoor living spaces next to the pool and around the property were very nice. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable. There is a huge selection of DVD’s. The pool table was also a hit with everyone. We will hopefully be able to return sometime again. We highly recommend this home.

Pictures are not reflecting real feeling of the villa. It had exceeded our expectations. I can recommend this villa to all who loves style and quite, relax family vacation. Evething was clean, garden is amazing....Villa manager is always close to you if you needed. If you want to go to Lovina- stay in Asmara villa....

Better than the pictures and the staff are great. Kadek cooked us really nice dinners at the cost of groceries. Most nights we spent $25 for dinner for all five of us. Junior the security guard climbed the coconut tree to get my wife a fresh coconut. The kids loved the pool which is really nice. It's about 10mx16m (32'x52'). The depth is about 1.2m / 1.8m / 2.2m (three levels).

This is a beautiful villa, extremely well kept and spacious, perfect for families and small groups. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Only downside is it's quite a distance from the airport -but there's a beautiful drive to reach the villa - through rice fields, mountainous areas, 2 lakes. Definitely recommend booking.

“Memorable” is one word i would mention for “Villa Asmara”! Seeing is believing and hence i say Its definitely more beautiful than the pictures speak here ! We had the most memorable experience during our stay ! Its a bit distant from the Hustle and bustle of Kuta or Ubud ! So if you are looking for nightlife etc, then this is not a place to be but if you are looking for peace, family time, Breath taking views and relaxation, then no Hotel can compare to villa asmara.

10 out of 10 Property I would like to mark a (I say this as a joke) negative remark, to stop people booking this property, so l can get another booking and take the rest of the family to your property Filip....as its nearly booked out for the next 12 months and beyond. Your team is excellent, with nice thoughtful touches thrown in, outstanding hospitality, stylish space (newly renovated l believe), cleaned perfectly and to top it off the home cooked meals by your girls were excellent. 100% marks, this was our very first airbnb booking, boy l know its going to be hard to find other properties around the world that stack up to offer. Note to others that are booking, we wanted a property away from tourist, please keep in mind this property is away from what Bali normally offers in the mad life of Kuta - if you want a property to get away from the world this is the one.

We had a great time at Filip's villa. This never happened to me before, but the house actually looks better in real life than in the photos! The place was really clean, spacious and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and engaging stay. The staff was really special, we took care of a lot of things for us. Especially some great dinners and lunches

我想了半天不知道从哪儿下笔写阿斯玛拉别墅的优点。别墅，惬意；沙滩，平静；员工，热情。如果你想寻找个能放轻松又适合家人朋友的假期，那么阿斯玛拉大别野最适合不过。最大的一个特点就是资源围着你转，比如看海豚的蜘蛛船停到大别野前面的海滩，在二楼边看海边享受马杀鸡服务这些完全不需要出门(当然出门也没什么，除了想买东西，周边小铺很朴实)。这里没有什么大超市购物点热闹场所，这里只有惬意平静热情还有小惊喜等待你来挖掘。

This is truly a stunning villa with a fantastic view and an amazing pool. It is very spacious with several social areas so even a larger group or family can be in the villa without disturbing each other. The staff is also wonderful. We had such a good time and such good food. Kadek is a great chef! Everything is impeccable and Filip is a very good host. Answers all your questions promptly. So I can strongly recommend this villa. I only wish we had stayed longer.

This villa is beyond gorgeous! Most impressive was the view, the cleanliness and the vast open space that makes you feel so in touch with nature. The daily housekeeping was really a nice touch especially when they specially clean the room where the daily morning massage was held. Overall, my family cannot stop gushing and raving about this villa! It felt really safe too despite it being so open! Sadly, the only downside is that the in-house villa food was either too sweet/salty or too bland. And the neighbouring food choices was quite limited and not too yummy. The only yummy food we had was from the bakery (the menu is at the villa) and our last night ordering in food from Warung Dolphin for some authentic Indonesian cuisine. We cannot wait to share the pictures and this villa to our friends and family.

Undeniably beautiful! A must book!!! Your jaw will drop when you walk into this incredible villa. If the hospitality of the weekend drinks, the tour, the service and the staff don't already get you excited, the view will! The photos don't do justice for the incredible view, the pool, the huge size of the villa and the very well thought out decor! Our group never felt more at home on a one month backpacking trip and it was all thanks to the staff. Kedek, Nila and Junior have the most endearing personalities and warm hearts that you'll never want to leave. The food everyday was amazing, they were available for anything we needed even to booking a romantic dinner by the mountains for my boyfriend and I. My friends loved their rooms and there was plenty for each of us to feel like we were living in luxury! The pool, oh the pool! The Infinity pool overlooking the beach will stay with you forever. It was perfect, even while in the beach which is steps away we thought we still enjoyed the pool more! You can see the rice paddies, mountains, the beach and listen to the waves all at once at this villa! We enjoyed one night in with plenty of movies to choose from, in the very cozy family room. The size of the villa cannot be shown in pictures well, it's huge! I have nothing but great things to say! The staff go over and beyond and you feel like you're completely secluded and left in privacy. We were sad to leave! If you haven't booked yet, you're missing out. Thank you for the great stay!
