Exploring 60m2 Room With a Sunset View Rooftop left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of 60m2 Room With a Sunset View Rooftop was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for 60m2 Room With a Sunset View Rooftop painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
The hotel room was clean, spacious and matched the description but the view from the room was very disappointing. All the photographs provided show a sea view from a reasonably high altitude but in reality our room was just facing a bunch of other villas that were under construction and some stays. The photographs are misleading. The host claimed we booked a forest view which I disagree with. There is no mention of this forest view in the listing and moreover there was no forest. And the pool was under maintenance, it seemed to have been out of order for a while. Without the amenities and more importantly the view the price of this stay is really not justified. We felt that the host did not have any transparency in their communication. He was also mildly racist and made some inappropriate comments like “you don’t look like you do yoga or lift weights or drink tea.” That made us uncomfortable.

We had a good time staying at the Lighthouse. Location is perfect. There was an issue during our check in but all resolved by the team. The communication was fast and easy. You can hear chickens and dogs at night but they provide earplugs which helped.
Good value for uluwatu, clean, good and central. 1st floor and 3rd floor access only via winding stairs.
Very nice stay and kind host. Kind reminder, if you outsource laundry be aware that the prices are way higher than if you go yourself to a local laundry spot (70k vs 15k rupiah per kg of laundry). Other than that, we had a great stay!
The host answered quickly to questions and the straff was very friendly and nice. The rooms look like the pictures, and the balconies are quite secluded, which is very nice. The location is really close to the road though, but it didn’t bother me during the night, but ofcourse you’ll hear it from the balcony.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lighthouse. The room is very nice and the staff were kind and helpful. It has a unique layout that added to the experience. Maybe worth mentioning that some of the views in the listing are from the accessible roof, not the balcony, but the view from the room is quite nice. Also fairly close to most of the beaches/restaurants, usually about a 10-15 minute scooter ride. Some places are walkable but not many. Would recommend!
Es war ein super Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer sag genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos und man fühlte sich direkt wohl. Alles war sehr sauber und Oleg zeigte einem direkt das Zimmer und gab eine kleine Tour durch das Hotel. Außerdem war er jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man Hilfe benötigte 🙏🏻 Die Lage war auch super, mit Grab/Gojek oder eigenem Roller, konnte man alles super erreichen. 🤗 Würde ich aufjedenfall so weiterempfehlen!
Lovely modern spacious apartment with great view
I had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this place! The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making me feel at home from the very beginning. The accommodation is in a fantastic location, with everything you need nearby within 2 minutes by bike. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and very stylish, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

One of the best places we’ve stayed at in Uluwatu the host was super nice and always responded to messages. The place was even better than how it looked in the photos and was super clean. Will definitely stay here again. Also the view is so nice.

Сам номер очень чистый, аккуратный и стильно оформленный — приятно находиться внутри. Рядом проходит активная дорога, но в номере практически ничего не слышно. Шум совсем не мешал, спалось комфортно и спокойно. Определённо рекомендую!
We stayed at the Lighthouse just for a weekend, but I wish we had a longer time here! Such an amazing and unique place that is a true gem in Uluwatu. The design, the view, the service - everything was top-notch to say the least. You can really see the precision and thoughtful approach to every detail that feels lux and made with love. Highly recommend 🤍

Wir hatten wirklich einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir unglaublich herzlich begrüßt und mit einer kleinen Führung durchs Gelände sofort abgeholt. Unser Zimmer war genauso wie beschrieben – groß, modern und super gemütlich. Besonders die Terrasse mit den Sitzmöglichkeiten war für uns ein echtes Highlight. Alles war sauber, und das Team war einfach großartig: jederzeit erreichbar, immer freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit, egal ob es um Fragen, kleine Anliegen oder organisatorische Unterstützung ging. Mit dem Roller war alles in der Umgebung ganz leicht zu erreichen und wir können es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön für die tolle Zeit!

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, pokój duży, przestrony i pięknie urządzony. Super widok i możliwość ćwiczenia na dachu lub w pokoju. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Kontakt z gospodarzem super, odpowiadał po kilku minutach , bardzo pomocny. Polecam!

Sheik and modern little place a short walk away from cafes and restaurants (a little hilly so bring your comfy shoes), or a short drive to all around Uluwatu. Very attentive host who was very helpful - would highly recommend.
Gorgoues room! It looks exactly the same as the pictures. Fran is always helpful and friendly. It’s closed to everything and the main street, okay to walk by foot, but may not be ideal as Uluwatu doesn’t seem to be pedestrian-friendly. I usually use Grab bike, so it’s not a problem for me.
Unser Aufenthalt im Lighthouse war wunderschön. Es ist nah an vielen Restaurants, Spaß und Geschäften gelegen. Der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ist super und der Pool süß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Lighthouse Bingin was the perfect way to wrap up our 12-day trip to Bali. It was our second stay in Uluwatu, and both my partner and I agree—it was the best place we stayed during the entire trip. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views over Uluwatu’s beaches. Bingin Beach and Padang Padang are just a short stroll away, and it’s only a 3–4 minute scooter ride to the main strip for cafés, shops, and markets. Easily one of the most convenient and scenic spots we’ve experienced in Uluwatu. The property itself is modern, exactly as described, and very comfortable. The service was excellent—the manager was incredibly attentive and quick to help with anything we needed. He even arranged scooter hire for us, with drop-off and pick-up directly at the property, making things effortless. The only small downside—though not the property’s fault—is that there’s quite a bit of construction nearby, so mornings can be a little noisy if you like to sleep in. I needed a place to stay for one night and it was super easy to communicate with the manager — so friendly! It’s pretty close to all the action without being right in it. The apartment is on the first floor near the entrance, which is convenient, but not the one directly in front of the pool — nice for privacy. The place is very comfortable! The only thing is the pool isn’t very inviting, as it’s small and right in front of a room, so I didn’t feel super comfortable using it. But that wasn’t really the reason I rented this place anyway. The rooftop is great, and I love that you can make a fire up there!

loved our stay so much! the host was so kind to greet us at check in and check out even let us have our lunch at the balcony before the check in time, as we arrived early and the space was being cleaned. the place is so clean and comfortable and there is housekeeping everyday. the location is absolutely great, close to everything and a near to all the main attractions in uluwatu! and a plus that the host is so responsive and proactively keeping in communication with us all the time. definitely will be back if we are ever in ulu again ❤️🙏🏻

Really loved my stay at Lighthouse! The rooms are beautiful, super clean and comfortable. I felt very welcome. Amazing host and great flexibility. I was so happy they quickly allowed me to shower and change after my 2h drive before official check in. Thank you again! There is a construction close to the house, but it stops at 5pm and is not every day so it didn’t bothered me 🤗 would def come again.

An amazing view and a beautifully designed room… We stayed in a place that truly reflects the spirit of Uluwatu, with a design that stands out — incredibly cozy and full of character. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making us feel truly special. Oleg was extremely helpful with everything. If we ever come back, we would definitely stay here again. It was an unforgettable experience.
My wife and I stayed here for two days. We didn't want to leave. The balcony view, cleanliness, and attentiveness of the host were more than enough. I'll be counting the days until I can stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at lighthouse Bingin. The employees were extremely helpful with everything I needed. Daily cleaning was a bonus. The location is pretty good, private space but close enough to the main strip if you want to walk , I had a scooter so it only took a few minutes to get to where I wanted to go. Over all extremely happy with my stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à Uluwatu. L'appartement est spacieux, très lumineux, avec une vue absolument magnifique. La literie est de très bonne qualité, la douche est belle et agréable, et tout est impeccablement propre. Les équipements sont modernes et fonctionnels. Mention spéciale aux hôtes et au personnel, très accueillants et flexibles. Le logement est également très bien situé, à proximité du centre, des restaurants, des commerces et des boutiques. Le seul petit bémol serait la piscine, un peu petite et donnant sur d'autres logements, mais cela ne gâche en rien l'expérience globale qui reste très positive. Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour un séjour à Uluwatu !
I really enjoyed my stay and wished I could have stayed a bit longer! The on-site manager was very helpful and responsive, and they did their best to accommodate my early check-in on short notice. I will definitely be back :)
I had a great stay at lighthouse Bingin! As a solo female traveller, I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The location is really great too, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to restaurants/ shops/ amenities (3 mins bike ride). The room is clean and sizeable, and the view from the balcony gives a peaceful and zen vibe, overlooking the trees and greenery. The manager Fran is also super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Second time staying at Lighthouse this month and it’s by my favourite place to stay in Uluwatu. Spacious one bedroom with new modern design. The building had great views onto the trees surrounding the building. Very peaceful. Location is walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Uluwatu. What you see in the pictures adverted is pretty much what you can expect. The host is very helpful and friendly.

Had an absolute pleasure to stay at the Lighthouse hotel. I booked this place last minute and within 30 minutes I was checked in. The host was very responsive and polite. Speaks fluently English which helped a lot. I even treated myself with an I house massage late at night. The room was spacious and filled with light. Pristine clean and modern. Would’ve loved to have stayed a few extra nights but unfortunately they were booked out. Cannot fault it. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, gym in bingin.
Everything was perfect during our stay. Great place, great location, great host. Only coffee was missing from the room but there are plenty of cafes nearby.
The host is very helpful, friendly and responsive. I would love to stay more nights here, I had good sleeps and rest here. Very quiet. The furnitures are fashionable with good colors. It’s nice to take photos there. Neighbours are super friendly as well. The host made a campfire at the rooftop, we had a chill night together. Highly recommend it for the people who re looking for a place more than an Airbnb.
This is exactly the kind of place I will be staying at in the future. Luxury apartment with a huge panoramic window. You can observe nature lying on the bed. Chic, huge balcony for yoga or relaxing. Also especially liked the host's recommendations. He sent a pdf file with a list of restaurants. We visited 3 of them and the experience was the best we've had in a while. I wish I had such a ready list with restaurants where I live
Been in Bali for about 15 days now, and have stayed at pretty much all really nice places LightHouse however, Stood out the most! The way it’s been curated is to make sure it fulfills every need, The Room was spotless and beautiful- the lamps, the work station, the closet and oh the VIEW !! It completely spoiled me for the rest of my trip. Fran and freddy are my favourite people honestly. We stayed for 4 nights and they were the best and most peaceful nights of our Bali trip! Drop everything and go to Uluwatu to stay at the lighthouse and then thank me later!
This place is a hidden gem. The bedroom and rooftop look even better in person than in the photos. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful and always quick to response. We got recommendations for the area which were all great and really helpful when you’re new to an area. Id highly recommend staying here it’s only about a 3 min bike ride away from everything. :)

The whole experience with Lighthouse was great. They helped me with my early arrival and supported me in different questions I had during my stay. The room was very clean and stylish, there were 2 yoga mats to do sunset or sunrise yoga at the rooftop terrace. They also sent me a guide on where to eat and things to do around the area and everything I tried from the guide was great. Would love to stay here again

Looooved this place!! it's amazing here and was going to stay 1 night but extended it by 2 more nights and honestly... don't want to leave. I absolutely recommend it here. It's quiet, no street noise, clean, comfortable bed, no humidity, good aircon, great wifi. All in all, super happy
The space looks just like the photos, and with lighting control and speaker to set the mood as you want it. It’s a small establishment so the room was really well maintained and we could feel clean and comfortable every time we returned home. Comfy bed and pillows, strong aircon, warm and strong showers, 5min to Bambu and Hatched, yet private enough so there’s no clubbing sounds when you sleep. The roosters were barely audible from the room and didn’t affect our sleep at all. Loved keeping the curtains open so there’s sunrise could wake us up. They arranged for a scooter to be ready for us by the time we reached the hotel even at 8pm at night.

Lighthouse is in new, clean condition. Fran greeted us during check in and he was absolutely fantastic. His cheerful demeanour and excellent communication skills helped us settled in real quickly. He was also super responsive to all our needs. The location is only a short ride to the whole stretch of cafes and shops. Overall, it truly is a very pleasant stay. Strongly recommend.
Это лучший небольшой отель на Бали. Нам так понравилось, что мы с мужем хотели продлить время там. В номере, продумана каждая деталь, видно что работал профессиональный дизайнер. Все очень эстетично, есть бассейн, есть крыша, где можно посидеть у костра или пожарить BBQ. Очень приятный персонал. Если я снова буду на Бали, я однозначно приеду в этот же отель. Спасибо за то, что заботитесь об отдыхе ваших гостей!
I had a wonderful stay at The Lighthouse in Uluwatu! ✨ The unique and beautifully designed space made it feel like a true hidden gem. I especially loved the peace and privacy, which made it the perfect retreat for my workation. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming – and even spoke German, which was such a nice surprise! 🏡 The only “unexpected alarm clock” was the enthusiastic chickens from the neighboring garden, but they added to the charm of the experience. 😅🐓 Overall, an unforgettable stay – highly recommended!
The room was very nice and the host was always there to help with any problem. However, mind that if you want quiet property it might be not the best choice due to chickens and cocks right under the balcony (they start screaming right from 5am) Everything except the cocks was brilliant

From the moment I walked into my room, I knew one night there was not enough, this hotel is STUNNING, and definitely my new favorite hotel in the area. The Design of the whole place is incredible and I appreciate all the little details in the room like designer lamps, magazines, speaker, incredible shower and bed, and what steals the show for me was the balcony with that view. This is a great hotel to be close to the Uluwatu action but far enough to relax and unwind. I also find it a perfect place for creatives who want to feel inspired, I feel inspired just being in such a beautiful space with a beautiful desk overlooking at nature. This place also has a nice little pool to refresh, but mu favorite part was the rooftop! WOW! It is a dream, you can totally tan in there and then refresh with the nice little shower they have on the side (they provide towels in the rooftop too). It’s also a great place to come with friends as it has a BBQ and fire pit. I can’t wait to be back!

Das Lighthouse war mit einer unserer absoluten Favoriten auf unserer Reise, wir haben dort die letzten zwei Nächte verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation lief super einfach und sehr freundlich. Nach kurzer Nachfrage war auch ein kostenloses Upgrade eine Etage höher (noch besserer Blick) gar kein Problem, vielen Dank dafür nochmal. Wir hatten Zimmer Nummer 6. Die Einrichtung hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Nichtsdestotrotz sind Ohrstöpsel immer eine gute Idee auf Bali.
This stay was amazing! The communication with the host was great and they send clear instructions on how to check-in. The staff was really friendly too and cleaned the room everyday. Room was really spacious like in the pictures and the balcony is huge. Busy street with restaurants and shops is within walking distance (10 min). Would definitely recommend staying here when in Uluwatu!

We absolutely loved our stay we didn’t want to ever leave. The perfect space, the most gorgeous design and great location. Loved the balcony, rooftop and the pool area. The area it is in is lovely too with a short walk to great restaurants and cafes. The host and cleaning staff were so lovely, and very thorough. I would 100% go back in a heartbeat and 100% would recommend to anyone. We will be back one day! So gorgeous.
Absolutely stunning, modern, clean and quiet stay. I stayed here for a week, working from the room - which is absolutely huge. So is the bed! I barely used half of it! And soooo comfy. The desk is also super comfy and wifi very efficient for working. Felt super safe staying there and it’s only a 5 min scooter to all the main coffee shops / warungs. Really amazing location! Room was also super dark at night time so very comfy. Room was cleaned daily and I so appreciated the staff even finding my clothes! Could do with some bean bags & and umbrella by the pool. As well as an extra sofa & long mirror in the room as there is a lot of space 😃 but that did not affect my stay and overall it’s absolutely stunning and I dream of being back on that balcony!

У каждого номера есть свой балкон, который позволяет тебе чувствовать себя уединенно. Вы не смотрите на соседей, они не смотрят на вас. В номере супер просторно. Ничего лишнего. Будучи дизайнером интерьеров, к дизайну нет вопросов) К чистоте нет вопросов. Низкий поклон дизайнеру и владельцу за то, что в номере нет телевизора! Lighthouse добавляю в избранное🤍
Wow what a cool design Airbnb! Very unique and memorable. Felt like we were inside an art museum. Loved the huge balcony to sit and relax. Besides the decor, everything else was great and the host was always so fast to respond and helpful. Location not too far from a few local shops and nightlife. Would definitely recommend!
The building is magnificent, with meticulous decoration. The staff is very pleasant and discreet. The view from the rooftop is incredible. The provided coffee and tea were excellent, and they even included a Bluetooth speaker, which is a real plus.
This was honestly one of the best accomodations I’ve ever stayed at! The photos are beautiful but don’t even do it justice - the place is immaculate, comfortable and there were no short cuts for quality, I honestly can’t flaw it! We loved all the little touches too like dimmable touch lamps, insanely comfortable bed sheets, drip coffee and delicious tea :) the rooftop although we didn’t have time to enjoy it was beautiful! As for the location nice and central easy to walk and only ever a few min scooter ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Host was very responsive, warm and friendly. We stayed here for 3 nights and wished we could’ve stayed for weeks! It is perfectly located with lots of great restaurants and beaches nearby. The space is so big, and everything is so clean and perfectly laid out. Our host was extremely helpful, and everyday they were by to clean our room and refill our water, as well as check in to get us anything else we needed. We vacationed in Indonesia for 3 weeks and this was by far our favorite stay! Highly recommend!
I had an incredible stay at Lighthouse Bingin. I spent two nights at the end of a three week trip to Bali and it was perhaps my favourite accommodation. The rooms are absolutely ginormous, with a huge balcony and bathroom. Absolutely spotless. Really cool additions with funky touch lights and a speaker provided in each room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, so big that I actually ended up sleeping sideways! The host was very kind and responsive to all my messages. Happy to give me lots of recommendations and accommodate my bags. The location is fantastic, in Bingin just a 5 min grab/gojek from pretty much everything. The view from the balcony is also incredible. I didn’t make the most of the rooftop but it was huge and apparently amazing for the sunset. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s new so there are fewer reviews but I can assure you it’s well worth the stay!
I am very happy to see place like this on bukit. Here I felt myself in civilization for the first time in 2 years of living in bali. The ingenious architecture using the rules of the golden ratio combined with the modernist design evoked feelings of harmony and bliss throughout my stay at this boutique hotel. Will definitely be coming back here for more inspiration and aesthetic pleasure. Thank you for creating this art.
Amazing stay! Cool surfer vibe and stunning Italian design. The rooms were stylish and super comfy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location close to all the trendy cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
