We had a beautiful stay! The room and hotel matched the photos perfectly, and the stocked mini fridge was a great bonus. The location is in a peaceful part of Sanur—while it requires some walking to markets, the beach, and restaurants, we enjoyed the tranquility. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations since we hadn’t stayed this far south before. The outdoor bathroom was dreamy, though the tiles became quite slippery when wet, and more towels would have helped. The pool area was stunning, but with limited sunbeds, they were all taken by 2 pm, making it hard to enjoy lounging—even with a pool-facing room. Overall, a lovely stay in a quiet, relaxing spot!

It was a wonderful place to stay. Several comments mentioned that the breakfast was mediocre, however it was wonderful. The choice was great, amongst many others there was egg Benedict and egg florentine as well as a wonderful toasted cheese Sandwich. We will be back.

We loved our stay here! The room with the outdoor bath was lovely and we really enjoyed the pool as well. The location is great and you can easily walk to the beach and lots of different restaurants. Extra plus for all the adorable towel animals, our baby boy loved them!

Second time staying here! Great as always, such a nice place to stay!

Oldukça keyifli bir odada çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Banyo ve küvet gayet güzeldi. Merkezi olması dolayısıyla çıkar çıkmaz çok güzel restoranlar bulma şansımız oldu. Ayrıca Sanur sahil yolunda yürüyüş yapma şansımız oldu. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Çok teşekkürler,

Ich hatte eine großartige Erfahrung. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit unkompliziert und freundlich, der Empfang herzlich und alle meine Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

This was our last stop in Bali before heading home. This is truly a gem. Our riom was in the first floor with and outside balcony adjacent to the beautiful and quaint outdoor pool. The staff were welcoming and some of the kindest and compassionate humans. The front desk staff all new our first name and constantly addressed us by first name our entire stay. My husband became sick and I just casually mentioned it to the breakfast staff as I was eating alone. The housekeeping left a personal note asking how he was feeling and if they could do anything. Thank you for making our final days in Bali memorable!

We really enjoyed our stay here - close to shops and restaurants. Room was clean and had everything we could need in it. House keeping left lovely towel art. Thank you so much

This was a fabulous start to our holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was really lovely and the outdoor bathroom was WOW !! Close to the beach & lots of bars & restaurants, highly recommended

This place was so beautiful! My boyfriend and I only stayed one night but wished we booked longer! Staff were beautiful, friendly and welcoming. Would definitely come back :)

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und mit einem Begrüßungsgetränk begrüßt. Im Zimmer hat eine kleine Überraschung auf uns gewartet. Unsere Flitterwochen wurde mit wunderschönen Blumen versüßt. Der Pool ist ein Hingucker und der Service super. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und haben für das Geld einen schönen Luxus genießen dürfen.

Great service with Anak. Greta pool access ground floor villa in the well located with great service boutique hotel Arkana. Highly recommend peaceful accommodation, far enough away from the center of Sanur hustle, but close enough when you want some fun out and about. Very close to a selection of bars, restaurants and hire services, if you want to leave or onsite services, are also very good. Enjoy.

Nice room, good A/C, inviting pool, great bathroom and shower. It was just like the pics and a nice place to stay in Sanur before flying out. Close to beach walk and shopping, nice eats close by too. Bathroom is open air and mosquitos and biting flies got us a bit. Overall, nice place!

We had an apartment on the bottom floor next to the pool. The bathroom was large and airy. It was a very comfortable stay. The restaurant next door is very highly rated on well known review sites. This is where we had breakfast every morning.
