Exploring Absolute ocean front luxury in central Candidasa left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Absolute ocean front luxury in central Candidasa was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kabupaten Karangasem plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Absolute ocean front luxury in central Candidasa painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Pros 1. Amazing villa location and breathtaking views 2. Excellent support staff at the villa to cater to all your requests throughout the day. BEST EVER!!! 3. Great for families looking for a quiet vacation and enjoy the water activities nearby (snorkelling, boat rides, pool) 4. Good for relaxation as it is very easy to book massages and spas just with the help of the support staff or nearby spa center 5. Huge rooms and great decor Cons 1. A bit far out so takes time to get to other tourist attractions in Bali 2. Room maintenance could be better 2. Good Indonesian/continental cuisine served at the villa. Limited options otherwise as takeout menu is not very exciting
The house of Mailie is very beautiful with a great and amazing location on the beach. The pool in the garden overlooking the sea is beautiful. The rooms are very nice and spacious, each with a bathroom. We went to the beach front of the house but also to white sandy beach is a beautiful beach 15 minutes by motorbikes. We had a very good stay, I recommend the house. However, what is a shame is that we had no access to the kitchen and home services such as laundry service are paid. However, the house is fantastic.
An Exceptional Stay at Villa Cocoa Maya - it was truly fantastic! The infinity pool was absolutely beautiful, and the villa is furnished to a very high standard, both inside and out. Everything felt stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What made our stay truly exceptional, however, was the amazing and hardworking team. They went far beyond what we could have expected and seemed to anticipate almost every wish before we even had to ask. They genuinely did everything they could to make our stay perfect. We were also travelling with our baby, who was wonderfully cared for by the team. They even prepared special meals just for our little one, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. It was a fantastic experience for our entire family, and we felt incredibly well looked after throughout our stay. Villa Cocoa Maya is a very special place, but it is the wonderful people on the ground who truly make it unforgettable. A huge thank you to Kamong and the entire team!

Villa Coco Maya is absolutely paradise!!! The property is picture perfect with a sense that you are alone with your own private beach. The staff was amazing not into keeping the property picture perfect but also securing anything we wanted from snorkeling, massages, dinner reservations, transportation, clean laundry, or any home cooked meal/snack/dessert at our request! Thank you for making this a memorable stay!
First let’s give a round of applause for the staff!!! I can’t speak more highly of the amazing staff and all they did for us. The property was maintained everyday. Food was amazing, Bali was amazing!! Neighbors super sweet with the adorable kids. We had a group of 7 and everyone fit comfortably. Beach was a few steps away. Pool was exactly like pictured, we occupied it everyday. Speakers available outside. We had a beautiful Friendsgiving dinner outside. Anything you need just ask and it was delivered. When it was time to leave hugs and kisses and a few tears. The staff was so nurturing it felt like family. We will definitely be back.
My adult family loved this villa and the team. Well maintained VIlla, with huge private bedrooms and lovely styling. Great location, just a short stroll to shops, restaurants, spas etc. Try the massage which Komang can organise on site, this was the best massage I've every had, and I've had a few! When you enter the Villa, you see the lovely beach which all rooms overlook. The pool is exceptional. There are multiple living/relaxing areas, where you can sit alone if in a big group or engage with one another. Komang and her team are wonderful, and they were exceptional in providing us with an environment and service which made our stay very memorable. There is a menu to choose from for food and beverages (optional). At first I was skeptical if my family would use this, but it was awesome, and I wished the other accommodation which we visited also had this service. Very reasonable priced, and good quality. It was so nice to just order a smoothy and chill next to the pool!
With my wide experience using Airbnb , I can confidently say this villa deserves the top spot.. no competitors come close. Location: Absolutely breathtaking. The view is stunning, and the beach right in front is perfect for swimming and simply soaking in the beauty. We felt like living inside paradise The Host: The host was incredibly thoughtful and proactive — even arranged a reliable driver to pick me up. They respected our privacy while always being available with great suggestions and support. A perfect balance of presence and discretion. Services: The place was spotless , Breakfast was prepared exactly when we wanted it and served nicely, and the attention to every member of my family was heartwarming and thoughtful. In Summary: You’re not just renting a villa — you’re staying in a private five-star hotel tailored just for your family. Luxurious, comfortable, and personal in every detail. Highly recommended, and without a doubt, my number one choice in bali

Cocoa Maya is the most beautiful villa. I cannot begin to say how wonderful our stay was. The team looking after us were so incredibly kind and the food was amazing. We had dinner every night! The villa is so loved and cared for. We had the most amazing time with our children and grandchildren. Thank you all for the happiest holiday.
This house was amazing. Beautiful views and decor. The house staff was so wonderful, helpful, & friendly. Komang and the others made our trip so special. Komang went out of her way to book side trips and make reservations for us.
By far, this was the best Airbnb we stayed at. Normally I don't think I'd like this, but there was staff on-hand to make and serve food and drinks by request until 7pm. All the staff were friendly and amazing. We had mostly-private access to a beach at the end of the property with kayaks and snorkeling gear. The villa had a billiards table and two large speaker monitors that we could connect to via bluetooth. Again, I wouldn't normally have thought that was was a major perk, but we were a family of 6 and we spent a lot of time just hanging out at the villa with drinks, food, billiards, chess, music and the swimming pool. It was soooo relaxing. Also worth mentioning that every bedroom was essentially a master bedroom. All of us loved our stay and the location was great -- easy walk to great restaurants and shops but also being just the slightest touch remote. Highly recommend!

Incredible views and ambiance, wonderful staff, great food, fantastic activity recommendations. Great deal for the price. We stayed 5 nights with a group of 8 and each day we couldn't believe how wonderful Villa Cocoa Maya was! Staff -- extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. Multiple vehicles for activity and airport transportation made things very easy Location -- Candidasa is great for diving, snorkel and beach access, quiet privacy away from tourist areas, but also close enough to drive to hikes, temples, river rafting
Me and my wife was on our honeymoon, the villa is absolutely beautiful lovely view from the top floor penthouse. The Staff here couldn’t do enough for us made us feel as we was at home. very helpful. A memory we will never forget and would definitely come an again, would recommend that any small family or special occasion should spend the time here at the villa Coco Maya.

We recently stayed at Villa Cocoa Maya for the 2nd time, which was beautiful. The villa is on the beachfront, and Komang, the house manager, orchestrates your stay perfectly. Our group included 8 pax, 4 children ranging from 3 to 10 years old, and we all had a fantastic time. The villa has multiple spots to enjoy breakfast drinks and do sports, and the pool is an excellent alternative to the beach when the tide is high. The street leading to the villa is always a children's favorite, with neighbors having their pigs, ducks, and chickens, making it feel like a backyard farm for them to enjoy. Locals offer taxi pick up and drop off at nearby beaches and attractions. You can also hop on a boat directly from the villa to go snorkeling. Candidasa is also a hub for divers, with excellent surfing and restaurant options. You can have massages and shows at the estate and order specialty food.

We had the most wonderful stay. The villa is beautiful and the location right on the beach was perfect. Komang and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The food they cooked was delicious and they were super responsive to any and all of our requests. We’ve stayed at a couple villas in Bali and this has been our favorite, in large part because of the incredible staff. The master bedroom is huge and has incredible views. My only suggestion is to pay attention to the written directions they provide because gps doesn’t get the location quite right. We’d go back in a heartbeat given the opportunity.

This villa is exactly like the photos. Absolutely beautiful, covered in Indonesian art, with a huge open yard and lots of outdoor space. The upstairs room was STUNNING with super high ceilings and views of the ocean for sunrise and sunset. We had a huge group (after my wedding) and felt like it was the perfect place for large groups of friends. We ate every meal here as well (cooked by the staff) and it was delicious. They even have a beer and wine fridge that you can buy from (for decent prices). The staff really make this place exceptional by going above and beyond to organize scooter rentals, meals, cleaning every day, and getting you reasonable priced transport and snorkel tours. Candidasa is underrated and the perfect peaceful seaside getaway. Also the pool was actually clean and everything was exactly as pictured! 10/10 recommend this for group gatherings or a villa elopement wedding.
This was the ultimate Villa in Bali with very efficient and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
We had three perfect days here to celebrate mum’s 60th. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. We were a group of 8, aged 1 to 70, and we all loved it. It’s even more beautiful in real life - the views are incredible, and being right on the beach provided endless enjoyment. The water is lovely for swimming, the sunrises and sunset drinks are spectacular, and the villa has kayaks and snorkels to use. We wondered if Candidasa may be too quiet but it was ideal - we had some special meals out (Vincents and Bali Asli), the local area is so scenic and there are some great sights nearby. Tash was brilliant in helping organise things beforehand for mum’s birthday and provided local tips. At the Villa, Komang and her staff are just so good at what they do and make you feel very welcome. They organised yoga, massages, a cake, transport, Balinese feasts and more. And their food is delicious, important when you’re spending a fair bit of time at home. Stop looking and book - this one’s perfect.

A week to rest and relax - we were absolutely spoilt in everyway.
We traveled to Villa Cocoa Maya as a group of 4 adults and 4 children. All of us had a wonderful stay, and wished we could extend our holiday! The outdoor space overlooking the ocean is breathtaking, the sparkling beach is literally at the doorstep and the sea was warm and gentle enough for the kids to pay in. We got to watch the fisherman bring in their daily catch and were able to wander up the beach for cocktails at happy hour. There are two kayaks available to use, and lot of tropical fish to see while snorkeling just off shore. The house itself is extremely spacious, everything was spotless and we enjoyed the art and decor of the home. There was no generic AirBnb vibe here! The top level bedroom is even better than in the photos, it has to be seen to be believed. The views out to sea as well as of the mountains behind the villa were spectacular. The location is good, walking distance to numerous restaurants and a few local shops. There is a small chicken farm next door which provided endless entertainment for the kids, but rest assured the house is so solid that we never heard the roosters in the mornings! And last but definitely not least, the wonderful staff were so kind, so friendly and so helpful in arranging meals and transport for us, we couldn't thank them enough. All the kids loved them, and my daughter even learnt some Indonesian while we were there. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

Outstanding Villa with direct entry onto the beach, short walk to dive shops and restaurants. All the staff were amazing, went out of their way to look after one of our young family members who ended up arriving days before us due to airline delays. Communication with Tash was easy and very prompt. We Enjoyed wonderful breakfast’s and had banana fritters ready for us on our arrival. Beautiful sunrise we were lucky enough to witness from a boat that left right outside our Villa. Would have stayed longer if we could. We will be back.
Had an amazing stay. Beautiful property with stunning views. Rooms are super spacious and each of them had views of the sea. Spent our time in the pool and the small beach right in front of the villa. Komang and her team at the villa were amazing. From massages to snorkelling to vegetarian dishes to arranging cars they had it all covered for us. The host Mailie was super quick in her response. Only drawback I could think of was its distance from the more touristy part of Bali like Ubud (around 1hr 45mins drive) but then we really didn’t feel like leaving our villa so distance didn’t really matter!!
Nice place to stay. The view was very amazing. Employees are friendly and we are very satisfied. You should try to have a vacation here!
This villa has stunning ocean view, perfect for families to stay and relax with their spacious rooms. I chose this place for my remote work because it has a beach view (something different from my view in Jakarta), provides modern living to work at (air-con, high-speed internet, warm water both for shower and the sink), and meals are well-catered for so I can focus on virtual meetings. I am also looking forward to the weekends to snorkel and swim just outside of the beach, or canoe, or just swim or relax reading by the pool in one of the well-designed sun lounger with a side table for coffee. The bluetooth speakers are perfect addition to serenade the weekend.
Great location. From your villa you have beautiful views of the sea. Kids loved walking on the beach and looking for small crabs. (We reales them every time) We loved the attention to details: smell of towels, great gifts as a thank you for the stay. While staying at this beautiful villa we recommend to eat at Vincent’s. There is free pick up and it is only 5-10 minutes walk. We would definitely recommend this villa. White beach sand and the sound of the waves make it a real paradise.

Villa Cocoa Maya, is a great Villa set right on the ocean with amazing views. The team of people are absolutely wonderful and made our stay very memorable. We loved the space, the rooms, the attention to detail. We are already trying to work out when we can go back. We wanted a place to all relax together and it was perfect for that. The place and space exceeded our every expectation. We enjoyed all the Balinese/Indonesian food made by the kitchen staff and the spa and massage treatment was excellent. An extra thank you to Komang and her staff for the wonderful hospitality. We went during the New Year and Komang was nice enough to bring fireworks for our kids!

My family and I had a truly exceptional stay and we cannot thank Komang and her team enough for their wonderful service - nothing was too much trouble, the villa was spotless, the food absolutely outstanding and finding many willing hands to play with my 7month old baby was the most fantastic surprise! The villa was enormous, the views and the garden divine. We couldn’t believe how beautiful the beach was with crystal clear calm water and genuinely excellent reef snorkelling literally steps from the shore. The villa provided snorkelling kit and kayaks to use, another great touch. We ate all of our meals at the villa and the menu was varied and of restaurant quality. 5 star luxury, book it, you won’t be disappointed.

Our time at Cocoa Maya was outstanding in every sense of our experience with the exceptional staff (and especially the gracious and beautiful Komang) affording us the most incredible hospitality and genuine comfort. The food was sensational and the correct balance of privacy and activity was extraordinary. This amazing home was perfect for the eight of us staying together with private and communal areas for every time of day. We nightly recommend this villa.
Very satisfied to be able to stay in this villa, the scenery is really great, the service is also very satisfactory. You can snorkel when you go out. The children have a good time. You can also find nearby fishermen to take them fishing, you can let the housekeeper arrange meals, you can also buy your own food to cook, there are many delicious restaurants nearby. It's 90 minutes away from the airport and Kuta Beach. It can be shuttled by car. It's very convenient.
Amazing view and hospitality!
The villa was the perfect location for a reunion of 14 childhood besties! It is beautifully located right on the beach, with magnificent views from all the bedrooms and the living room. We had all our meals beside the pool and overlooking the sea. Being able to just walk out of the garden into a beautiful, coral-filled sea (the beach in front of the house never seemed to have more than about 8 other people at most) was magical. The villa has two kayaks - and kayaking at sunset was an unforgettable experience! Komang and her staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they were warm, hospitable and super competent. The food cooked in the villa was delicious: we had a feast of slow-cooked duck one night and scrumptious breakfasts every day. They were great about organizing and recommending things - for example, they helped to organize transport from the airport and for excursions, they brought in delicious Nasi Champur and other food we wanted to try out, organized massages and provided restaurant recommendations. The villa is beautifully designed and furnished, and makes the most of its amazing location. The open-air shower on the top floor is quite an experience! Everything in the house is tasteful and artistic, yet practical and functional. Staying at Villa Cocoa Maya is a completely relaxing and restful experience, and we are so grateful to Komang and her colleagues for giving us a wonderful holiday. Also before we even arrived in Bali, Mailie and Lauren helped immensely with our planning, always available and accommodating our many requests and changes of plans which helped to make this an unforgettable experience.

Villa Cocoa Maya is an absolutely stunning place to stay at. The Villa in real is much better than the pictures suggest and we really enjoyed our stay there. Here are some more details: We were travelling with 3 small kids (twins of 3 and a daughter of 5 years) and stayed at the villa for 1 week. In total we spent 5 weeks on Bali in 3 different villas. Cocoa Maya was a real "pearl" and our favorite place of the 3 villas we stayed at. To be transparent, it was also the most expensive one of the 3. However, the money was spent well. The villa is quite superbe, both in the way it's constructued and where it is built. We spent hours in the pool and at the beach. The beachfront (white sand directly in front of the villa) is perfect for kids as the water isn't deep and you can walk in for about 50 meters. Also, there are no big waves, which allowed our kids to happily play in the water. We did various smaller trips and can definitely recommend going to the White Beach, which is a beautiful place with a scenic trip going there. We really enjoyed the fact that in the area around the villa there are many very good restaurants. They are in walking distance (if not they usually provide pickup / return service for free). We also had lunch (few times) and dinner (one time) at the Villa which was excellent. As our other accomodations didn't have restaurants around them however, we enjoyed the possibility to go out for dinner. The staff was also very attentive and accomodating. The Villa is kept very tidy and all the rooms are breathtaking. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. During our stay we were fortunate to be part of a holy celebration that took place in the villa. This allowed us to get very memorable insights into the Balinese culture and is something we will not forget. It was also an incredible event for our kids and they loved the buzz that took place at the Villa. The whole place is so nice that we will definitely try to return and recommend it to anyone. With 5 people we had more space than necessary and I think that even with 2 large families (5 people each), the Villa is big enough. .

Absolutely stunning!! This villa is right on the best beach in Candidasa (we thought!) and the staff and villa are amazing. The top floor room is to die for- we spend hours in there just staring at the sea and taking everything in! The other rooms are also beautiful! The staff at the villa are really lovely and played with our 1.5 year old often :) We stayed and ate at the villa most nights and lunches but did a little exploring too. My husband went fishing on the neighbours boat for a small fee and caught a huge Mahi Mahi fish and the chefs cooked it up for lunch and dinner. Breakfast in the mornings hit the spot and all in all it was really a great place to stay - thank to everyone for making it so special!
It was the best villa we've ever stayed. The rooms, view, pools... we've no complaints. It was definitely the best of the best. We especially felt so greatfull for the staffs...they treated us like a family. Thanks Mailie.
The house is beautiful and the staff will help with anything you need. Fishermen on the beach will provide low cost snorkeling and fishing trips. House is walking distance to many great restaurants.

This was my first Air bnb and it did not disappoint. The views were amazing. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The food was great. Walking distance from the main road. All around positive experience. Would love to visit again.
A++ 10-stars WOW! Villa Cocoa Maya exceed all our expectations. The bedrooms are HUGE. The house and grounds are immaculate. Most of all Komang and the rest of the staff is exceptional. We enjoyed a snorkeling cruise and white-sand beach day, toured the local sites, dined out one night, enjoyed the in-house cuisine for all other meals, and multiple massages. Everything was arranged seamlessly, and with a warm smile, by Kamong and the fabulous house staff.

This house is seriously fantastic. If this was in Miami during Art Basel it would cost $5000 a day and never be available. Candidasa is very chill and we loved being there. The beach is basically all yours and the local fishermen. If you are looking to stay in this area and can afford this house, don’t hesitate for a second. The decor is so tasteful, you are basically in the pages of Architectural Digest. Pool os great. Everything is great, inside and out. By the way. The master bedroom is fit for royalty. I know plenty of them, and any one of them would stay in this house. Triple A+.
Great Villa. Exactly as pictures n described in the details. We were 8 adults with 4 kids. Staff was amazing. We wanted some quite time to spend with family n the villa was a great pick. Mailie was great to allow us a late checkout as our flight was later at night. Staff was great n always ready to help. Would recommend a massage in villa. Komang (the manager) gives amazing massage too. I would certainly recommend the villa. Very useful hint - If you are going as a group, run up the stairs n get the bedroom on the top ;-)

Really nice house with very good rooms. We enjoyed the amazing ocean view from our yard with a glass of iced kopi^^ The staff here are very friendly and helpful, especially thanks to the great driver. I am happy to recommend it to my friends who will look for a peaceful place to stay in Bali.
The whole family had the most amazing time at the Villa. We loved the villa, the bedrooms are just out of this world and so beautifully presented. We immediately felt at home. The staff were wonderful with a great gift of really looking after you without in any way it feeling intrusive. The food was very good and they really worked with us to ensure the girls had great food to cater for their coeliac disease. We also loved Candidasa and of the three locations we stayed in Bali of Lovina, Nusa Ceningan, Candidasa was our favorite. We had some very memorable nights out enjoying rock bands in the town. We had a fantastic stay full of the warmest memories. The location proved a great place from which to visit Ubud and go white water rafting. It was great to be picked up by boat from the villa beach to enjoy the coral and its abundance of life. We certainly hope to visit the villa again in the future and highly it.
Beautyfull place on the cosy beach with a lot of floating balinese boats. The house and staff offer everything you need for a peacefull and relaxed beach holiday stay.
After an average trip 15 years ago I had been avoiding going back to Bali. Recently we had to go to so we could attend a wedding of some friends and now I can't wait to go back. When planning the next trip the first thing I would do would be to book at Villa Cocoa Maya. It was stunning, Komang and the other staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious, the pool gorgeous and the views off the coast and behind us to the mountains were fantastic. The meals provided when excellent. Komang organised scooters and buses for us and had plenty of helpful advice for us. We even had the opportunity for a very very late checkout the day we left which was offered at no extra charge. The only bad thing about our stay was when we had to leave. I highly recommend this part of the world and this villa specifically.
The pictures do this place no justice. We could not stop oohing and ahhing. Mailie has beautifully personalized the space with her masterful decorating; each room comes with its own character and charm. Despite its exquisite decor, the villa is comforting with a welcoming vibe. We did NOT want to leave. The location description is exact. The views: breathtaking! The staff (Komang, Ketut, Made, etc.) became our family. They saw to our every need and made us the *most* delicious meals. We felt the menu of food options and prices were beyond reasonable for the quality. Should we return to Candidasa, we know where we MUST return and stay. We canNOT recommend Villa Cocoa Maya enough. BIG thanks to Mailie and the housing team! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Villa Cocoa Maya is simply amazing! The house is beautifully decorated, the rooms very spacious and spotless, the garden and the view stunning, there is a direct access to the beach, and the house staff is wonderful. They make you feel like home, and make everything easy for you to spend amazing and relaxing vacations ( from food to transportation) . My family loved the villa , it was just the perfect place for our family holidays, and we all wish we would have stayed longer. I highly recommend Villa Cocoa Maya. Communication with Maillie prior our arrival was easy and she organized our travel to Candidasa.
Transportation provided by the villa is overpriced. So is some food. Other than that - best villa in Candidasa...
My friends and I spent an amazing stay in the Villa Cocoa Maya. The house is wonderful, as on pictures. There are very large spaces, bedrooms are so spacious and beds very confortable. The garden is quite big, just in front of the beach with an amazing swimming pool where you can stay all day long! And there is a small beach in front of the house where you can rent a typical boat to go to fish or dive. The area is quiet to spend amazing vacation. But you can also find some good restaurants, bars and beaches around the villa. The staff in the villa was absolutely perfect. Smiling, available, they took care of our every need while also appreciating our privacy. Mailie was absolutely perfect with us and very flexible. We definitely recommend this stunning villa!
Simply an amazing experience. A truly beautiful home with one of the only villas with direct beach access. Can't imagine anything better on Candidasa! Mailie was incredible to work with from start to finish. She responded to each of my inquiries within minutes and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff at the villa was a delight - efficient, fun-loving and responsible - and they took care of our every need while also appreciating our privacy. It really is a stunning villa! We marveled at the furniture and decorating throughout and each immediately selected a room that fit our style. We were traveling with 6 adults so I loved that the rooms were separated enough that we all felt we had a great deal of privacy when we wanted it. I almost forgot to mention the fantastic food! And, the sweet staff took the extra effort to make us a local treat after noticing us admiring it. After staying in Seminyak on our last trip, we chose Candidasa because it provided the Bali experience without all of the people and traffic. We're so glad we made that decision. There's a lot to offer in this area. We were able to snorkel right from the villa and the staff coordinated a boat for us to snorkel a bit further out, which was fantastic. Very close to the monkey temple and a trip to the water palace is a must! Can't say enough about our time at this wonderful paradise. We just regretted not being able to stay longer.
My family and I had the most wonderful vacation at Villa Coco Maya. It is not a traditional airbnb since it is full-service, but it was great for a large group because we could just order food/drinks/transportation/boats/laundry/parties in minutes and with no hassle. Komang and her staff are wonderful and made us feel at home. 1. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you could want. Grounds and pool are impeccable. 2. Services at the villa are reasonably priced and high quality. Water/tea/coffee/breakfast are included. Dining out on the patio is amazing. 3. There is some of the best 'barrier reef'-type snorkeling I have ever seen around right outside the villa. You can hire a boat to take you to Blue Lagoon, too. 4. Town is close-by and quite cute.
