Exploring ALPHA HOUSE– Design villa w full concierge service left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of ALPHA HOUSE– Design villa w full concierge service was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for ALPHA HOUSE– Design villa w full concierge service painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Atik was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. It was lovely to have a holiday and having Atik take care of the day to day running of the house. It should be noted that the free gym is not in walking distance to the house and over a 10-minute drive. Also, the internet is not fast if needing to work at the Villa. The house is a 20 min drive on a good day from the action of Ubud. If looking for somewhere to be in the action this place is not for you. The area was quiet and lovely and perfect to get away from any crowds and noise. Depends on what your after but you do need a car.
This is a good place for a family trip. However, there was a strong musty smell in the TV room on the first floor, and during our four-day stay, the air conditioner on the second floor broke down twice, which was very inconvenient. The staff were very kind and made a lot of effort to help us.
The villa looks like on the picture, yes, it a design made, a nice pool. But it’s so dark. Seems like it’s a soulless place, once the sunset it’s so miserable. Ok for one night to stay when you visit Ubud.

This house felt like a work of art. Every detail was beautifully designed, and the space itself made the stay truly special. The staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay!
We had a great week at Alpha House. The rooms were tidied daily by the onsite staff and they were so lovely and welcoming. There are some lovely cafes and restaurants close by but if you’re wanting to venture into the Main Street of Ubud it’s around 20-25 minutes by car, we really enjoyed the peaceful quiet area though. The house itself is just as beautiful as the pictures.
Atik’s place was probably one of the best Airbnb’s that we have ever been to! His staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful! They greeted us and helped us get into our accommodations, even though our flight landed at around 2 AM. The house was super clean, comfortable and just absolutely gorgeous and look even better in person! We were able to get dinner reservations and a driver to take us around sightseeing during our stay for a very reasonable price with their help. They also helped us book massages for our entire group right in the villa, which was absolutely amazing after a very tiring day of exploring Nusa Penida. For our last day, we decided to hire one of the chefs to cook us breakfast, and the food was absolutely amazing. Overall, this is probably one of our favorite vacation so far and I would definitely recommend his place to anyone visiting Bali!❤️
Alpha House was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Bali. The photos are beautiful, but they still don’t fully capture how incredible this home is in person. The architecture, design, artwork, views and infinity pool are absolutely stunning, and there is so much attention to detail throughout the entire property. It feels luxurious while still being incredibly comfortable and peaceful. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the team. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. Everyone was incredibly warm, attentive and helpful, and the concierge service made everything effortless. Whether we needed transportation, recommendations, meals or help planning something during our stay, there was always someone ready to assist. The location was also perfect for experiencing Ubud. You’re surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of Bali while still being close enough to everything you want to explore. Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given
6 adults, great floorplan and the house is very quiet. No one can hear each other. Very surprising to find a beautiful home at the end of a crumbling street! Staff go above & beyond our expectations with daily linen changes, personally washing clothes on site, and running errands when we needed.The clean bedding daily. The personal washing of clothes. Driver Agung and Chef Putu are brilliant, and De Ryan who is on site is excellent. Highly recommend having Putu cook in-house. We walked daily the 2.6km to the Titu Batu Club which is lovely and the gym and facilities are great. Just a bit of a hike although lots of cafes along the way - Daybreak, Waygu and Common Sense are our favourites. The house is an hour's commute to Ubud central, traffic every day everywhere is awful so Alpha is a fair way from the hustle & bustle. Would be great if there were more pool loungers as there are only 5 and the house sleeps 8. Atik was great at recommending restaurants and arranging bookings.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Ubud. The house itself is beautiful, incredibly clean, and so peaceful. One of our favorite features was that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom, which made it perfect for our group and gave everyone plenty of privacy. We enjoyed breakfast at the villa several mornings, and the Indonesian breakfast was especially delicious—we highly recommend trying it! Throughout our stay, everyone on the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very well taken care of. The villa is a bit farther from central Ubud, so the drive into town can take a little longer with traffic. However, we found the quiet, serene setting to be well worth the extra travel time. Coming back to such a beautiful, relaxing home after a busy day exploring was one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
I had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was just as beautiful as the photos, very clean, peaceful, and beautifully designed. I only stayed for one night, but I honestly could have stayed much longer. The staff was very kind, responsive, and made everything easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
What can I say that would really do this villa in Ubud justice? This is ALPHA HOUSE!!! All you need to do is Google this house and you will see how incredible it it. I will be back with a group of family or friends to stay here again. The design is just impeccable by Alex Dornier architects. Absolutely WOW! You're cortisol levels immediately drop when you enter this home. It is the place to be!!

Beautiful location. The home was beautifully furnished and comfortable. It was wonderfully accessible for a party of family and friends. The home was kid friendly and had all the adults needed to be comfortable and entertained. The on-site support was kind and attentive. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend.
Atik made everything so easy! Coordinating meals, snacks, rudes, laundry, etc. The whole setup was incredible and everyone was so nice. They even climbed a coconut tree every day to provide fresh coconut water! The fresh fruit and coffee provided every morning was such a nice touch. Truly 10/10 experience, I could not recommend this place enough!

Beautiful home. 4 ladies celebrating my birthday, and everyone had comfy individual accommodations. Love that it was pretty walkable to a few restaurants, enjoyed walking to breakfast in the morning. Recommend.

Alpha House was great and staff is lovely and service minded. There are surprisingly good local restaurants and warung within walking distance, and Wedja restaurant is within 10 minutes driving distance. The house was a bit tricky to get to with minibus, but an experienced driver will manage. The pictures do the house justice for the most part, it was only a bit smaller in scale than we thought from the pictures.
We stayed here in April and had a fantastic time. Chef Putu (the private chef) was wonderful, as was our driver Agung, and all of the villa staff. The place was beautiful and peaceful.

Our stay in Ubud was absolutely wonderful. The villa was beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located to enjoy the charm of Ubud. Everything was well managed and made our trip very comfortable. A special thanks to Agung, our driver, who truly made the experience even better. He was extremely kind, helpful, and always ensured we had the best hospitality throughout our stay. From helping us explore the area to taking care of every small detail, he went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place and the amazing service by Agung. Looking forward to coming back again!
Sometimes, when you stay at a place, the wide-angle lens is so wide so as to be circular. That is not the case here. The photos are accurate and represent the home. More, there are lots of thoughtful details throughout that are so frequently left out. There are enough outlets for all of the things that you need, and they're conveniently placed. The house is beautiful and well-appointed and feels comfortable to live in. The house staff are attentive without being ever-present. Do not skip on Chef Putu. Trust me. Really. She's absolutely fantastic, affordable, and definitely made the stay much more enjoyable. The location is peaceful and quiet, and not too far out of Ubud for a quick trip to the grocery store or to the shops. This is probably the best Airbnb stay we've had in 12 years on the platform.

My family and I had a truly lovely experience here. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, beautiful and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A huge highlight was having Chef Putu cook breakfast and dinner for us on a few occasions, the food was absolutely fantastic! We can't recommend this place enough.
Absolutely incredible house. Truly amazing to be able to stay, such a fantastic project. Beautifully designed, full of character, peaceful location with everything we needed. We enjoyed every aspect of it, booking a massage in the house was an extra special bonus.
Absolutely incredible!! We stayed with our family and Gede, Atik and the team organised everything we needed and made everything so easy, they were a pleasure and we were so grateful for them. Highly recommend the chef, was an amazing experience, food was delicious and very convenient not having to go out of the home to source food. The home is so beautiful, a real Bali retreat stay. Loved everything about this stay and couldn’t fault it! Definitely put it on your list. (Yes the driveway is narrow, you don’t think a place so beautiful will be down the road, but car can drive down and easy for drivers to turn around using the garage area). Hidden treasure!

La vue sur les rizières est absolument incroyable, apaisante et inspirante. La maison est idéalement située, proche des hauteurs d’Ubud, dans un environnement très calme et paisible. C’est un endroit zen, parfait pour se ressourcer, se reconnecter et profiter pleinement de Bali. Le rapport qualité-prix est remarquable, et cette maison est sans aucun doute exceptionnelle.
INCREDIBLE villa! It's even nicer than the pictures. The beds are extremely comfortable but best of all the staff is 10 stars! They were incredible to us, making our stay even better. HIGHLY recommend!

I wanted to really thank Reni, Guede and lovely team. They were attentive to our needs, whenever we had any issues they were fast to resolve and to offer solutions We also celebrated a birthday and the host was kind enough to organise floral arrangements for us that were really beautiful. The in home chef service, massage services in home were lovely. Chef Putu was great and really provided us with many amazing nights of in home dining Thank you Reni & Team. We will be back and look forward to seeing you again soon

Our stay at the stunning ALPHA HOUSE villa in Ubud was truly exceptional, defined by its beautiful design and outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend it! Reni, our host, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond, instantly answering all queries and providing fantastic, personalized suggestions for local attractions and spas. Her proactive help was invaluable. The entire team maintained this high standard. The property manager and staff were wonderfully kind and always available. They took care of the smallest things, ensuring our entire trip was completely seamless and stress-free. The villa is a masterpiece. We loved the design and relaxing by the beautiful natural stone infinity pool with views over the rice fields. For a luxurious and service-focused getaway in Ubud, ALPHA HOUSE is the absolute perfect choice!

Vi havde det mest faktiske ophold i Alpha House takket være det super sympatiske og skønne personale, som arbejder for ejernes huse, da villaen er ejet af et tysk par, som har flere villaer i området. En kæmpe tak til bl.a. kokken Putu og hendes kollega, Agung, Gdek, Putra og de andre ansatte, som alle gjorde oplevelsen ekstraordinær med fantastisk god service og stor gæstfrihed:) Selve villaen er perfekt velholdt, lige så smuk som på billederne, og rengøringen var pletfri:) Personalet var super søde til altid at rede senge op om aftenen og gøre rent, så snart vi var ude, og alle spørgsmål blev besvaret med stor hjælpsomhed:) Vi kan kun anbefale denne villa og dets rare og kompetente personale på det stærkeste til alle:) Det eneste minus var, at der var høj musik fra den anden villa, man kan se fra poolen/baghaven, som vi var tvangsindlagt til 2 aftener. Den anden villa vist også er ejet af det samme par. Men det er ikke et problem, som har noget med Alpha House at gøre.
This villa was breathtaking! The interior is extremely stylish - minimal yet beautifully curated. The villa is perfectly designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, and we made the most of it throughout our stay. Each room was spacious, with storage, generous bathrooms, and stunning views. The connecting balconies added a lovely touch; being surrounded by nature in every corner made it feel so serene and special. The location was ideal, with a luxury spa, highly-rated restaurants, and great coffee spots within walking distance. Especially Daybreak! The recommendations were spot-on, and the in-villa chef (Putu) was exceptional - every meal was wholesome, flavourful, and thoughtfully tailored to our preferences and dietary needs. The laundry service was a great convenience, and the staff’s hospitality was beyond compare - incredibly responsive, attentive, and friendly. Nothing was too big of an ask! We felt right at home & can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser ganz besonderen Villa. Alles war perfekt organisiert und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Es gibt absolut nichts zu kritisieren alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir können die Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Loved the villa so so much! The host & the staff were all so responsive and helpful. The house is aesthetically decorated and very well maintained. The pool & the whole backyard garden views are beautifully designed. We got the on-site massages at the villa as the host recommended and it worth every dime (ended up not going any external spas and got massages at home every night during the stay) It was perfect for a big family, my whole family incl my parents were very satisfied.
An absolutely stunning place to stay, all staff were fantastic and very attentive (2 members of staff during our stay were amazing, my only complaint is I could not bring take them home with me!) Reni was a great host, suggesting great places to eat and even treating our son to a birthday cake! Our in house Chef Putu was absolutely amazing and really did pull out all the stops for my sons birthday breakfast, taking into consideration his allergies again my only complaint I could not take her home. Last night dinner was also amazing and so incredibly cheap priced. Thank you to all at Alpha House, what an am amazing place to stay with an amazing team of staff! thank you so much, we will be back!
This was a beautiful, serene place to call home for three days. Service was impeccable. Someone was always there between 8a-10p to help you with whatever you needed. A bit distant from the main area but this was what we were looking for. Easy to get Grab food and Reni had wonderful local recommendations for us as well. I will stay at this property again or one of her other listings in the future.

We stayed at Alpha House in Ubud for 4 nights as a family of four, and it was nothing short of incredible. The villa is simply breathtaking—every corner is beautifully designed, peaceful, and full of aesthetic charm. Photos don’t do it justice… you truly have to experience it in person. The beds were so comfortable, we genuinely struggled to wake up in the mornings! The service was next-level—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed, no matter how big or small. The location is fantastic: close enough to explore Ubud easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel like a serene escape. Everything was perfect, start to finish. We didn’t want to leave! Highly, highly recommend. We’ll be dreaming of this place for a long time. ✨

Alpha house is the kind of home that steals your heart and keeps calling you back. Everything was absolutely perfect! We fell in love with the house and didn’t even want to leave. We didnt see any bugs or wizard in the house. The team was incredibly kind and made sure all our wishes were taken care of. Thank you for everything.

We were looking for a peaceful resort to relax and spend our vacation. The hosts are very attentive and would make us feel comfortable in any way possible. We also added breakfast and spa during the stay so we could maximize the quality time we spent at the amazing resort.
We had such a sweet and special experience here! We requested dinner and a floating breakfast—it was absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely come back again!
Thank you for hosting us. The place is really clean and well maintained. The four rooms are large enough, clean, and attached toilets are also nice. There are nice coffee places and eat a short drive distance away and the place lists out these places in a folder in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with drinking water and cutlery and also pots and pan for cooking. The surrounding area is really beautiful with the pool overlooking paddyfields and coconut trees. It gives off a cool vibe for resting as well as for partying. We enjoyed our tonight‘s stay and would recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay near Ubud and Gianyar. Lurrrve.

Our stay at Alpha Villa was incredible. Beautiful and super clean villa, just like the photos. What a beautiful place overlooking rice fields watching the squirrels at play. Our family of 8 were well attended by staff and the beautiful decor was the icing on the cake. The architecture was perfectly presented allowing natural light flowing throughout the overflowing spaces. Staff were very attentative and were always there if you wanted a helping hand. It was such a special place to wind down and create beauitiful memories. The pool was a winner for the grand children and adults. This was a feel good place for all.
Our Stay at Alpha House was definetly a memorable stay, we really enjoyed the place which was fully ready to have our big group. Nothing you could've thought about was not there! Atiq and the team were very responsive and understanding, they helped us with everything. we hired a full-time driver with a bus for all of us that took us around and stayed with us for the full stay. Also booking the massage was easy with them. they helped us with preparing our table and making sure nothing is missing in the house. Even when we had last minuite change they understood and were flexible about it or may be we were Lucky! Definetly a great place and very recommended.

alpha house is one of the best locations we’ve stayed at. We truly felt at home. Travelling with 2 kids can be very challenging but the house and host were very accommodating. Having all essentials needed for a toddler and baby made the stay here better than I could have imagined.
