I found the tour for Amazing Jungle Tree House Natural pool 2-5 people painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Booking via Airbnb, I didn't realize the lodge was part of an eco-resort. No private pool, but a shared spot. But there is privacy at the lodge and a cozy restaurant. The location is absolutely stunning, reached via quiet roads through nature. The lodge has a breathtaking jungle view and is beautifully decorated. I also appreciated the sustainable concept with a focus on conservation. It’s not the best choice if you expect luxury/comfort, which I didn't anticipate beforehand due to its high-end price segment. There’s no wifi in the lodge. We didn’t sleep due to a very creaky bed, musty-smelling duvet, and while we knew before there’s no AC, we didn't expect the room to be so hot. Because of the open design of the lodge, there’s a high sound level from the jungle coming alive at night, and there was an animal making scraping sounds on the ceiling. The door didn’t close properly and the bedroom upstairs is open to the outside (no glass). We left after one night because we couldn’t sleep

Wir hatten unglaublich entspannte Tage und genossen die einzigartige Lage. In unserem eigenen „Treehouse“ hatten viel Platz und reichlich Privatsphäre. Jede Mahlzeit im Restaurant war sehr liebevoll, abwechslungsreich und traditionell und vor allem aus biologischen Lebensmittel der Region hergestellt und schmeckte immer hervorragend. Wir schätzten die Art wie umsichtig mit der Natur und den Lebensmitteln umgegangen wurde. Das Serviceteam war extrem freundlich, und wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Wir hatten auch noch einen sehr freundlichen Guide, mit dem wir eine tolle Radtour durch die Reisfelder ans Meer machten als auch eine Wanderung auf den Batukaru.

Putri is incredibly hospitable and communicative. The staff went above and beyond with all my requests, ensuring my stay was both enjoyable and comfortable. The lodge is extremely beautiful and one of a kind with stunning views and a peaceful/relaxing vibe. The interior is designed beautifully with unique features that you won't find elsewhere. I would love to come back as soon as possible! Thank you so much for having us :)

Prachtige plek in het regenwoud. We hebben 1 nacht verbleven in de treehouse. Het was jammer van de regen en onweer maar het leverde geweldige uitzichten op. Mensen waren heel super vriendelijk. Het is een paradijsje, we hebben genoten!

the place is just pure magic. it's set in nature with amazing ppl, great food, absolutely great stay. the place is rich of details which norman and Linda have built over 30 years. can't wait to come back.
