Exploring Anam Mani • Cozy Double Ground • Central Seminyak left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Anam Mani • Cozy Double Ground • Central Seminyak was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Anam Mani • Cozy Double Ground • Central Seminyak painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Overall, the accommodation is well located and has many positive aspects. However, one significant drawback is the poor sound insulation. Noise travels very easily through the property, and during our stay at first night we were woken up around 2:00 AM by loud conversations. If you're a light sleeper or value a quiet night's rest, this is something to keep in mind. Better soundproofing would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern design and a stylish interior that made our stay very enjoyable. The location is also excellent, it’s strategic, convenient, and easy to get around to nearby attractions, cafés, and restaurants. However, one aspect that made us feel uncomfortable was the lack of staff and security during the night. On one occasion, we called for security for almost 30 minutes, but no one came to assist us. When we contacted the hotel, we were informed that there was security on-site, but throughout our 3-day, 2-night stay, we didn’t see any security personnel on either night. As the main entrance was not locked, this raised some concerns about safety, especially for solo travellers or anyone returning late at night. We hope the management can improve the overnight security presence, as it would make guests feel much more secure. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with a great location, but improving the nighttime security would make the experience much better.
It was such a nice new villa. Nice layout with a pool and greens surrounding the area. Located in a very strategic area. Walking distance to nearby restaurants, bars and clubs. There wasn’t really a dedicated car park space available, but you can park your motorbike on the front entrance. The bed is firm and great for sleeping. The room is quiet and has blackout curtains (very important!). Overall, the staff were really nice and helpful.
Beautiful and stylish room with comfortable bed and a great shower. Can be noisy between the rooms though but other than that its a beautiful stay
Great accommodation and staff. Very friendly, we arrived late at night and there was someone there to greet us even though it was out of working hours. Great room too!

It was a very pleasant stay in the middle of Seminyak. The bathroom really stood out with a very nice rain shower and a nice and spacious bathtub!
Es war einfach toll. Die Unterkunft wurde immer gereinigt, frische Wäsche und trinken gab es jeden Tag neu. Flexibler chek-in und -out war möglich. Highlight war die große Badewanne sowie Dusche.
Fijne host, super schoon en super locatie in de stad maar toch heerlijk rustig. Aanrader!
Such a beautiful accom and an amazing place to stay in Bali. The space was clean, stylish and really comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing trip. Great location, lovely atmosphere and exactly as pictured. Would happily stay again!
도로에서 살짝 들어가 있어 조용하고 스미냑빌리지까지 걸어 가기에도 편안한 위치였습니다. 공간이 매우 넓었고 깨끗해서 모두 좋았습니다. 다 좋았어요. 다음에도 또 묵고 싶어요.

Staff were super friendly & helpful, accomodation is exactly as described and shown in photos. In a very peaceful and quite area but still within walking distance to many restaurants, mini marts etc. Definitely would stay again

I stay there for four days … property was amazing near to local market, 100 meter away from supermarket, was neat clean and specious with having private balcony with necessary amenities. We enjoyed our stay there property was newly built similar to pictures.
Excellent stay. Peaceful and off the main road meant we could relax properly. Would stay again. Anyone who wants to stay In seminyak but wants peace off the main road but still easily accessible I hugely recommend. Host was great as were the staff. Could not fault and excellent value for money.

Lovely place to stay and the pool area was so tranquil. Photos were accurate. Only downsides was a slight smell of drains and a leaky air con. Otherwise 10/10!

Ons verblijf bij Anam Mani was geweldig. De kamers zijn groot en de badkamer is ook heel groot. De locatie is erg centraal, maar toch rustig. Hele goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Het beddengoed was trouwens heerlijk zacht en glad!

She also arranged a fantastic local driver for our Uluwatu day trip, which made the experience seamless and stress-free. For first-time Bali travellers, having such a supportive and attentive team behind the scenes is invaluable. Highly recommended!
Von diesem Airbnb waren wir wirklich positiv überrascht. Es sah bereits sehr vielversprechend aus auf den Bildern aber war noch viel schöner in Echt. Das Airbnb ist stilvoll eingerichtet und man merkte, dass alles sehr neu renoviert ist. Beim Check- In wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheissen und in nur wenigen Minuten wurde uns ein Roller organisiert. Das Airbnb ist ruhig gelegen und liegt trotzdem sehr zentral in der Nähe von belebten Strassen und leckeren Restaurants. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt dort nur empfehlen!

I loved this place from the moment I got out of the taxi. The villa is beautiful I could honestly just live there. The staff are amazing and so welcoming and helpful. The pool is nice and they give you extra towel for that. The villa itself was amazing. I can’t wait to come back and use that amazing bathtub!

Prelepa nova vila sa divnom baštom i bazenom nas je potpuno oduševila. Nismo želeli da izlazimo nigde jer nam je tih dana bilo prelepo. Sve je uredjeno tako moderno, luksuzno i čarobno, blistavo čisto i mirišljavi peškiri i posteljina, osoblje je jako ljubazno i čiste svakog dana, dobijali smo kozmetiku, vodu, čaj i kafu, a na terasi sa prelepim trpezarijskim stolom bio je i aparat za vodu i kafu gde smo voleli da uživamo. Noću je posebno čarobna i umirujuća atmosfera u bašti pored bazena, zaista smo uživali u ovom predivnom ambijentu 😍.Jedva čekamo da ponovo odsednemo ovde. Hvala na svemu, divni ste🙏❤️
Great location, quiet place. Very comfortable beds and nice staff at the property. Because only recently opened it feels brand new and also good pool and daybed's. Very relaxing and highly recommended. We will definitely coming back!

It was an amazing experience to stay at Anam Mani. Chic interior design as seen as in the photo. Walkable to all cafe, bar and all activities such as laundry. Yet i still got the peaceful night stay… The staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely i will go back to stay here again… Feels like home Cheers
