Exploring Apt Jayakarta Resort | 5-Min Walk to Legian Beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Apt Jayakarta Resort | 5-Min Walk to Legian Beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Apt Jayakarta Resort | 5-Min Walk to Legian Beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
房东很小气，不小心把瓷瓶的洗发水碰到金属架子，破了，要我们赔5万，怕他们为难我们，所以我们不得不赔了，非常小气。后面使用他们的任何东西都需要小心翼翼的。但房屋管家Fito人很好，做得也不错。
David's place was comfortable, when we first arrived the only issue we had was a slight smell in the kitchen area which was coming from the skin, however that soon disappeared after putting some water and dishwashing liquid through it and putting plug in sink when not in use. David was very attentive to our needs and supplied everything we needed when asked. Very happy with our stay. Thank you for having us.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful apartment in Bali! The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Our host was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, responsive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The housekeeping team also deserves a special mention. They did an amazing job keeping the apartment spotless throughout our stay and were always so kind and friendly. The wonderful hospitality really made our stay extra special. We felt very well looked after from beginning to end and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali! 🌴❤️

un hôte très réactif et très gentil, qui aide bien à trouver le logement. Ce logement pour une nuit avant le départ pour Denpasar est parfait. La salle de bain et ses canalisations sont un peu vieillotes et mériteraient d'être rafraîchies mais pour une nuit le rapport qualité prix est très correct
At first, I wasn’t sure about staying here, but after my first visit, I decided to give it a try and ended up loving the place so much that I even extended my stay in this apartment.close to the beach . The host is incredibly kind and friendly. Whatever I requested, He always did his best to accommodate and fulfill it. Thank you so much Mr. David for the wonderful hospitality. God bless you
We had a great stay at David's place. Big apartment with a small balcony, enough space for 2 people. Nice pool and restaurants in the resort, in front of the beach where you can watch the sunset and sip some cocktails three minutes away from your room. Clean and well equipped space with a responsive host. Highly recommanded for a lovely stay!
needed somewhere to stay before a flight back home & this was exactly it :) an air conditioned space right across the road from the beach too. Fito was great to communicate with :)
Great place and location
Comfortable apartment in the heart of Kuta - close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars yet still very quiet. Useful kitchen, nice couch and good wifi. Both David and Fito were quick to respond and offer help or advice.

The place was clean and it was a great deal. Near the beach and restaurants.
The apartment was quiet and peaceful in a busy area with lots of greenery and nature around. The bed was good and I slept well.
David was very responsive. We had a nice stay.
We stayed here with kids and everything was perfect. The apartment is very clean and everything works well — AC, stove, TV, and all amenities. Housekeeping came every day, and linen was changed weekly, which was great. There is also a water cooler in the kitchen with regular bottle replacements, so we always had fresh drinking water. The building has reception and security, so we felt completely safe. Parking was always available for both scooters and cars. We used the pool several times and also walked to the beach. Later, I rented a scooter and we explored other beaches around the area. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended for families!
Great place to be. We enjoyed the resort facilities, including the pool. David is definitely one of the most responsive hosts I’ve ever met. Whatever the problem is and whenever it happens, he replies within 5 minutes and even jumps on her motorbike if needed. The flat is nice, and the location is perfect for those who want to enjoy busy and lively Bali. Plenty of restaurants around and the residence is almost on the beach — really nice!

An ideal place to stay for your holiday — the kitchen is really useful, the air conditioning is nice and cool, the location is excellent, and the host is friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Highly recommended!
