Exploring Astonishing 2 Bedroom Jungle Villa + Pool in Ubud left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Astonishing 2 Bedroom Jungle Villa + Pool in Ubud was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Tampaksiring plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Astonishing 2 Bedroom Jungle Villa + Pool in Ubud painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
The place is beautiful 🤩 people at celagi villa are kind and helpful, the only thing that is missing is a little bit of privacy for the toilet and shower located down next to the room, because other people from the outside, from the house and from different angles can see you while taking a shower. 😅
We loved our stay in the rainforest and falling asleep to the sounds of the waterfall. We didn’t love the windowless bathroom and kitchen- lots of bugs, insects and ants coming inside and even a monkey to steal our fresh bananas! Second bedroom was lovely but on a seperate level you access by going outside, so not suitable for our young kids. Would have been perfect for older kids or another couple. All the staff are so kind and helpful!
An absolutely beautiful villa with the most amazing views. Privacy is an issue.. top apartments could look in, even had our neighbour walked in while I was having an outside shower by the pool. Inside shower, we had workers cleaning the roof and they could see straight in. English is a huge problem with staff…would’ve loved to spend my money at the Waterfall cafe, but had to go somewhere else due to hardly any English speaking staff, and there were only two Bintangs and we finished it, which made other guest leave to go somewhere else for dinner. Such a shame as it’s such a beautiful place and got so much potential. Will we go back? Definitely! The view and the villa is just breathtaking.

Gem in the jungle! If you’re looking for a place to experience the lush green jungle and sounds/views of a waterfall, this is the place! Located just 10 mins from Ubud but with the serenity of the jungle. We got to see monkeys from the balcony and enjoyed the delicious food just steps away at the Waterfall Cafe. The staff was very responsive and set us up with the best driver from the airport. Our stay was 10/10… book it! Note: there were lots of bugs/lizards inside the villa when we arrived. However we arrived late night and the lights were on which was great for us but attracted the bugs since it’s an open concept. But expected considering the location.

We could not recommend this villa enough. We wanted to stay close enough to central Ubud that we could visit but also wanted to be in a location where we could enjoy the peace and quiet that the jungle has to offer and villa Celagi did not disappoint. The hosts were super proactive and helpful and nothing was ever too much. The villa was cleaned each day, fresh towels and coffee was available to the villa on request. Beautiful family, beautiful location. A must if you want to enjoy a villa that makes you feel at home. We stayed in ‘Luna’ which had uninterrupted waterfall views & we even got to see a family of monkeys from our balcony one day.
We had an amazing stay at Villa Celagi! The surroundings are absolutely beautiful—every morning, we woke up to the breathtaking view of a waterfall right outside our window. The villa is very private, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax as a family. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and responsive. They were always quick to help whenever we needed anything, and they cleaned the villa every day, keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. Thank you, Villa Celagi, for making our family trip so special. We will always cherish the wonderful memories we made here, and we hope to come back again in the future. Highly recommended!
This place was absolutely amazing—beautiful, peaceful, private, and the perfect jungle escape. We added the Romance Package to our stay, and it exceeded every expectation. The room decorations were stunning, the candlelit dinner was incredibly romantic, and the couples massages were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special, and every detail was thoughtfully planned. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway, and we will definitely be back!

Absolute stunning view & sound of waterfalls was lovely. Went for a walk & found bottom of falls where river runs through was my favourite spot. Lovely accomodating host to our date change also. Thank you!🙏💚

Fantastic villa in Ubud, the space and people managing it couldn’t be more perfect
Great place to chill, heaps of monkeys to watch playing in the valley. One jumped up on our balcony to say hi. The waterfalls looking out from the balcony are also pretty spectacular.

An amazing unique location in the middle of nature. away from everything. It felt very rich, abundant, nourishing, calm, welcome and light. very easy to deeply connect to nature (inside and out). Celagi team is AMAZING! Deeply grateful for all that you offered...like the beautiful breakfast each days. Not enough words to describe this place. You will just have to go and find out yourself! Highly recommended!
A wonderful stay surrounded by jungle and the sound of the waterfall. The place is as pictured, very comfortable and private. The staff were very responsive and kind, and breakfast was simple and delicious. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved our time at Villa Celagi. Had a nice massage on the balcony with the sound of the waterfall and al the animals in the background. We had good communication. And the best was that they were very lovely and kind to our son and to the rest of the family. They gave him lost of cuddles and attention.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la Villa Celagi. La vue est magnifique et paisible, exactement comme sur les photos. Nous avons apprécié les communications reçues avant notre arrivée afin de nous indiquer les services proposés, différents conseils, etc... Une fois sur place, le personnel est adorable. Whidi, Sri, etc... Tout le monde fait toujours son maximum pour nous rendre le séjour agréable et pour ne pas nous déranger (notamment pour le ménage). Ils ont toujours le sourire et c'est très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, nous nous sommes régalés. Il peut être pris au restaurant et dans notre villa. Face à la jungle, nous nous attendions à être "envahis" par plus d'insectes, nous n'en avons pas vu tant que ça au final. Il y a des restaurants proches de la villa et il est facile de se rendre dans le Ubud "animé" en voiture (taxi, grab) ou scooter. Que du positif pour villa Celagi, Merci !

Die Villa ist ein schöner, ruhiger Rückzugsort. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das personal ist äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ins Zentrum von Ubud sind es 15-30 Minuten mit dem Roller, je nach Verkehr. wir würden wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.
What a beautiful place with amazing staff!!! Absolutely loved our stay here. Far enough from the noise but close enough for the convenience. Breakfast was included & it was delicious. Can’t brag about the staff enough!! They all went above & beyond. What amazing people. Only unfortunate thing was we booked massages & I didn’t ask shame on me but they do not have tables. They give you massages on your bed. That was a no for me. I like a firm table not a forgiving bed so I can get a nice deep tissue massage because of this the sweet ladies showed up to give massages & I had to unfortunately say no even though i was really looking forward to it.
Die Villa Celagi ist für jeden optimal der in Ruhe mit Dschungel-Feeling entspannen möchte. Das ganze Personal war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch das Frühstück war im Zusammenspiel mit dem Ausblick etwas ganz besonderes. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft!

What truly made our experience unforgettable was our incredible host, Widi. She was warm, generous, and so welcoming—just a beautiful person. Widi went out of her way to help us, recommending a wonderful driver and even arranging a special purification ceremony. Everything was seamless thanks to her, and we felt so well taken care of. The driver she recommended was also fantastic—kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our trip special. Both Widi and the driver spoke good English, which made everything so easy and comfortable. We’re incredibly grateful for the whole experience. Celagi Villa is a true slice of paradise, and we couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you, Widi, for your kindness and for making our stay so memorable!
It was an amazing stay! Right in the jungle , with a beautiful private waterfall. The room was clean, and the hosts were responsive and flexible. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend and come back!
It’s a great place to stay during vacation or if you are planning your honeymoon it’s best place to stay. Host is very polite, and always helpful. I recommend this place for stay during your vacations.
Such a wonderful villa! Widhi and the team were so kind and helpful with anything we needed. The airport pickup and checkin were very smooth. The villa is so lovely with beautiful views, surrounded by nature. It's only about a 10-15 minute drive into Ubud town. The breakfast was delicious as well. We were there during Pangrupukan and the staff lent us sarongs for the parade. We would definitely recommend staying here!
친절한 호스트와 매니저 덕분에 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 정글 안에 있는 숙소이기에 벌레들과 같이 숙박해야하는 건 어쩔 수 없어보여요. 빌라 앞에 떨어지는 폭포는 큰 감동이었습니다. 정확하지는 않지만 수영장 물은 자연수 인 거 같아요. 제가 숙박 할 땐 날씨가 추워 도저히 수영장에 들어갈 수 없었지만. 날씨가 더울 때 오시면 시원한 자연수 덕분에 웬만한 수영장보다 더 좋을 듯 싶어요. 도심에서 벗어나 자연속에 들어가고 싶다면 바로 이 숙소로 가시면 됩니다!
We had a lovely stay at Villa Celagi, the staff were so helpful and helped with our luggage (and 2 toddlers) down the steps to the Villa. One of my children did have an accident that required going to hospital but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The view is simply STUNNING and feels surreal. The only thing I would say is the electricity cuts out a lot but I guess that is to be expected in the middle of the jungle! Thank you very much I’m sure I will return in future 🙏🏼
