The virtual preview of Awesome Ricefield View Wooden Charming Villa UBUD was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Awesome Ricefield View Wooden Charming Villa UBUD painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

La casa è semplicemente stupenda e davvero suggestiva. L’ambiente è tranquillo e rilassante, immerso nelle risaie e lontano dal caos di Ubud, ma allo stesso tempo è molto comodo da raggiungere con Grab. Fin dal check-in ci siamo trovati benissimo: sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili, venendo persino a prenderci e aiutandoci a portare le valigie fino a casa. Windu è stato particolarmente proattivo, gentile e disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Ci ha inoltre dato ottimi consigli su ristoranti, attività e luoghi da visitare, che abbiamo apprezzato molto. La casa è molto pulita ed è dotata di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Essendo immersa nelle risaie, è assolutamente normale trovare qualche piccolo insetto, ma nulla di problematico o che abbia rovinato il nostro soggiorno. Sono davvero felice di aver soggiornato qui. Se dovessi tornare in questa zona, non avrei alcun dubbio: sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questa struttura. Consigliatissima!

This was such a beautiful oasis. It definitley has the “wow” factor and takes your breath away. It feels private and nestled away in the rice fields away from the business of the centre. The villa itself is well equipped and so clean. The pool gets direct sun all day and you wake to the beautiful sounds of the ducks in the morning in the rice fields, recommending this place to all our friends and family. Wayan and his family were beautiful and so very helpful. We will be coming back here for sure!!

We had such a lovely time staying at this villa! It was so relaxing and beautiful. The villa was pristine. We wish we could have stayed longer. Wayan and family were so thoughtful and generous. Some cafes and great restaurants around in both walking distance but also 5-10 min drives (easy to get grabs), or rent your own scooter. Downtown Ubud was only 15-20 min drive away for shopping and exploring. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle!

This is the most beautiful and amazing Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Wayan and the team ensure that everything is taken care of for you. Whatever you need or want, Wayan will go above and beyond to make it happen. We stayed for our honeymoon and Wayan made sure to make the stay one we will remember. I’m grateful for the experience and we will definitely rebook when we come back to Ubud. This by far has been our best Airbnb experience, ever! Thank you Wayan and family for an amazing stay! Wayan and his family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. To name a few, we were welcomed with our scooter rental ready for us to explore, the room was decorated with flowers, a birthday gift, the fridge had some welcome complimentary items, and Wayan and his brother even surprised me with a birthday cake! Wayan was always responsive and checked in every day to see if we needed anything. The place was clean, comfortable, amazing views, and exactly as described. Wayan and his family made our time in Bali so special and we will never forget our stay with them. Highly recommend this stay, you won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be back!

Our stay at this villa was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Ubud. It exceeded our expectation & made us love Ubud even more! The villa(and pool) itself was spotless, and everything you see in pictures is as true in reality and even more with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the tranquil atmosphere each morning was an experience in itself. We also would like to add how spotless and amazing the outdoor bathroom is with great natural light to bask in it while showering (Despite having numerous sub-par experiences with outdoor showering/bathroom) The hospitality was exceptional. The host & staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive. We were greeted personally by Wayan and his family right to the minute when we left the place. We were fortunate that the rice field was nearly at its peak ; lush and vibrant! The warm gradient of sunset along the horizon behind the tree silhouettes adds a soft, ethereal quality to the view. Highly recommend!

The place is absolutely amazing. From the moment you open the main door, you step into your own private little paradise. It’s peaceful, quiet, and perfectly located, close to everything while still feeling secluded. Waking up to the beautiful view every morning was unforgettable. The spacious bathroom was stunning, especially the nature inspired shower, which made the whole experience feel luxurious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They helped us with our laundry and arranged a scooter rental, which made exploring Ubud so easy and memorable. Housekeeping came every day, cleaning the villa, making the bed, and replacing the towels, so everything always felt fresh. This villa offers the privacy of your own space with the service and attention to detail of a five star hotel. If I could give it 10 stars, I absolutely would. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei allen Anliegen sofort geholfen. Wir lernten die ganze Familie kennen und fühlten uns wie zuhause. Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, ist sehr gepfegt, sehr schönen Aussenbereich und eine super Aussicht auf ein Reisfeld. Die Unterkunft ist knappe 10min. von der Innenstadt entfernt. Wir empfehlen sich einen Scooter zu mieten oder einen Scooter Fahrdienst zu nehmen damit Sie auch direkt bis zur Unterkunft fahren können. Für Reisende die gerne ruhe und nicht im Trubel wohnen wollen ist diese Unterkunft und dieser Gasteber die perfekte Lösung.

the place is 100% like in the pictures. very calm and quiet and peaceful. the host is super delightful and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. sitting on the porch in the morning was my favorite part of the day, watching the green fields and sipping my coffee.. loved the place loved the staff loved everything about everything in this place

Absolutely the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond in every way imaginable. When we realized we had forgotten our debit card back home after a long travel day, they didn’t hesitate to pull cash for us so we could settle in, and we paid them back without any issue — that level of trust and kindness is rare. They helped lift our luggage, and when the Bali rain came down, they brought out umbrellas and even took us around on their motorbikes so we wouldn’t get soaked. Every small detail was handled with genuine warmth and hospitality. The villa itself is beautiful, but it’s truly the hosts that make this place special. If you’re looking for an authentic Ubud experience with people who treat you like family, look no further. We left feeling like we’d made real friends. We had only two nights in Bali but Wayan’s beautiful villa in Ubud was the perfect place to stay! It was very clean, beautifully furnished, and had a peaceful view of rice paddies right out of the infinity pool. With a space this beautiful, we much preferred this private outdoor space to the very distant Bali beaches. Wayan & team went above and beyond to provide free drinks, snacks, and gifts along with our stay. He also gave recommendations of things to eat/do in the area. We were treated like family and high recommend this beautiful private villa!

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich ein Glücksgriff! Alles war sehr gepflegt und der Weg dorthin absolut problemlos. Der Gastgeber und sein Team waren super zuvorkommend, haben uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen und uns sogar Einblicke in sein privates Haus gewährt – eine tolle Erfahrung! Ein absolutes Highlight war der Pool, von dem aus man wunderbar die Arbeit auf den Reisfeldern beobachten konnte. Kleinere technische Probleme wurden direkt behoben. Besonders praktisch war auch, dass wir mit dem Fahrer problemlos die Gegend und Ubud erkunden konnten. Der Check-out war ebenfalls völlig unkompliziert. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert!

A quiet villa close to Ubud center—only 10 minutes away by scooter. The hosts are very kind and helped with everything. I wasn’t bothered at all by the sounds of nature, but for those coming here who might have trouble sleeping because of them, earplugs are provided for the night. The villa is beautiful and very clean, including the pool. I especially loved the outdoor, open-air shower.

We had an amazing stay at Aix di Sawah Ubud! The villa was absolutely stunning, the views were incredible and the service was unmatched. This was the absolute perfect way to spend our Honeymoon and we'll most definitely be back in the future. Wayan and his team were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home and welcome in their villa. The room was cleaned immaculately each day, and small attentions to detail like the coconuts on arrival, the welcome message, and the beautifully cared for gardens made for a memorable visit we'll be talking about for weeks to come. Such an epic villa near Ubud centre. Wayan is incredibly kind and attentive, and the villa was extremely clean and well looked after. It’s about a 15 min scooter to Ubud centre, and nice to be away from the hecticness. Lots of good restaurants and spas nearby. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a luxury villa!

We absolutely cannot recommend this villa enough. We booked for two nights initially, but then we HAD to stay another two. The host was fantastic. Flexible, welcoming, and provided so many recommendations. This is one of the best villas we have stayed in Bali. Very private, no noise minus some sweet morning roosters, the villa was even more perfect in person than it is in photos. He also helped my partner organise something super romantic in our room and everything was perfect. We could stay here forever!! ❤️

You can feel how much pride they take in creating a great experience. From our arrival to a late departure, everything was handled seamlessly, including arranging transport. What a beautiful space to spend time in Ubud. The villa is very well designed and the views out to the families rice fields make for a picture perfect spot. Wayan's communication is that of butler level service. The villa itself is just off the main road but they were always there to transport our luggage in and out of the villa. The location is a bit away from the hustle of central Ubud so it's suited to those who want peace and quiet. There is a fantastic spa just down and across from the villa for additional relaxation options. You will feel like family when you leave.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve done hundreds. Wayan is so kind. Local owner and designer who has created pure magic just outside of Ubud. This property is a blend of nature, rice paddies, and modern comfort. The bathroom, the pool, the bed, the location, the uninterrupted views… everything was perfect. Many great reviews have already been written, but I’ll add something personal. The devil is in the details - you can really feel the quality of the place and the care Wayan and his family put into building this house. The way they host you — this is true Balinese hospitality. And the most important thing: Wayan’s younger brother told me, “Now you have a home in Bali.”

We stayed in an amazing villa big and clean .. the view is awesome Wayan and his family were great hosts.. They made us feel like home and they responded to all our demands . They made a great gesture they decorated the room with flowers to their place as well as a coconut as a welcome drink . It was very nice of them . Also Wayan refused to charge us for laundry he said it is on him .. Great villa and very kind family

This is Million Dollar View, it’s definitely worth a stay. The accomodation is well designed and well maintained. All the staff are supper helpful and we could have stay another week here easily but we had to go. I have stayed in so many places in Bali but this was something else. Definitely recommend to everyone who likes a view and a peaceful location.

Wow - This is a truly incredible villa and you can’t beat Wayan and his family as hosts! They constantly went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed. 🙏 The property has been in Wayan’s family for many years and the pride they have to hosts guests at a place so special to them shines through. It’s hard to explain how his family makes you feel. They are constantly thanking you and making you feel welcome for allowing them to host you. The property itself doesn’t disappoint. Even the walkway to the villa is peaceful and private offering a small garden as you make your way back to the rice fields. The villa is constructed from beautiful wood from a neighbouring island and is of high quality and taste. The outdoor kitchen and bathroom is spacious and perfectly design. The infinity pool is huge and provides and incredible view of the rice fields. The bedroom is spacious and the AC functions well in the hot and humid Bali weather. No need to keep looking, book it!

Was für ein Privileg in Wayans komfortabler und grosszügig angelegter Villa wohnen zu dürfen. Es braucht schon ein wenig Glück, um in Ubud ein Holzhaus an so ruhiger Lage, mit einem so herrlichen Ausblick auf noch völlig unverbaute Reisfelder zu finden. Dank einer raumhohen Fensterfront lässt sich diese einmalige Aussicht sogar vom bequemen 2 x 2 m-Bett aus geniessen. Das Zimmer mit seiner modernen und dennoch traditionellen Einrichtung und dem angenehmem Holzboden sowie das grosse Bad mit Open-Air-Dusche liessen keine Wünsche offen. Die Villa liegt in einem noch unverdorbenen Aussenquartier von Ubud und ist mit dem Auto vom Zentrum aus in rund 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die letzten Meter zum versteckten Haus sind Fuss zu bewältigen. Aber keine Sorge: Wayans Familienangehörige sorgen dafür, dass das Gepäck schon im Haus steht, wenn man dort eintrifft. Danke, Wayan, für eure herzliche Betreuung, die jederzeit verfügbar, aber niemals aufdringlich war. Aix di Sawah ist ein echter Geheimtipp!

We absolutely loved our stay and couldn't recommend it more highly. Wayan and his family were super helpful and friendly. The accommodation was stunning and we loved waking up to views over the rice fields and mountains. The indoor/outdoor shower was magical.

As soon as we booked the villa the communication and attentiveness from Wayan couldn’t have been any better, this continued throughout the whole trip with question about the villa, ubud, the surrounding area, places to eat and things to do he was really on point. This family run villa made us feel right at home, everyone was really friendly and positive, very helpful. Couldn’t rate this stay high enough and have recommended to family and friends! Incredible view, well maintained rice field and mountain view, fireflies at night, as well as cleaned daily. The entrance to the villa was like a butterfly garden! Great sized pool, the bathroom was beautiful with a gorgeous outdoor shower with a garden wall really adding to the experience of Ubud. #1 Property in all of Ubud. No doubt this place will exceed your expectations. Very private, super clean, with breathtaking views, and white glove service from the family owners and their team. They also provided us with a brand new Yamaha scooter with phone mount and charger which made exploring the countryside so convenient, comfortable, and easy. There is also a phenomenal day spa with massage and yoga just a 2 minute walk down a private path from the front door (Paddy’s) and many lovely cafes nearby overlooking the rice fields. Don’t overthink it, this property will be the best decision you made for your next Ubud vacation.

Honestly the most beautiful villa possible, the pictures look like paradise and it did not disappoint. The view was absolutely breathtaking which you can see from the pool and from your bed, waking up to it is amazing. The whole place was clean and spacious, and the outside bathroom was so cool/unique! On arrival the hosts were so friendly and attentive keeping good communication the whole time! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay so thank you very much! :)

Aix Di Sawah is a gem - the villa is stunning with its own private pool and outdoor shower and bathtub. The location is secluded and has a very peaceful air to it surrounded by rice paddies. Furthermore, the hospitality provided by Wayan and his family was phenomenal with so many considerate touches and additional services. They really went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and pleasant. A wonderful stay, highly recommend.

This was my wife and I’s honeymoon and it was the most amazing Airbnb we have ever stayed at all things considered!! The villa looks even better in real life even though the pictures look great. It’s a very large room, backyard, kitchen, and bathroom. It was very clean and tidy when we were there and Wayan was always willing to clean it. The Villa is very private and in a great part of town with great restaurants and a lot of beautiful sites surrounding. You should have no worries or stress booking this villa. I was worried about the bathroom feeling to exposed being a little outside but that ended up being one of our favorite and most immersive experiences. Wayan and his family were amazing hosts. He gave us great restaurants and site recommendations, most of which we went to and explored and wish we could see the rest. He also explained a lot about his culture and even brought us to a religious service with him and his family. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa avec une vue incroyable sur les rizières familiales de notre hôte. « Bienvenus dans la famille » nous a dit Wayan à notre arrivée. L’accueil n’aurait pas pu être meilleur dans cet hébergement au coeur de la nature. Malgré quelques jours de pluie intenses nous avons adoré y séjourner.

I will attempt to be as detailed as possible. First off, Wayan was VERY responsive! He is humble, genuine and kind. They greeted us with a nice cold coconut drink that was perfect after a long flight. This villa is a family business and they give detailed and special attention to you. Wayan and his father helped us to the villa with luggage. The room was better than the pictures show. The beauty of the landscape is difficult to capture with the photos. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I love the room to be cold and the AC was perfect👌! The bathroom is wonderful with the outside shower. The pool is so nice and it provides a nice way to cool off when it's hot outside. There are lots of Cafes and restaurants with a short walk. Wayan gave us a tour of his family home and it was wonderful. His mother owns a small shop and you can buy everything you need with them. I cannot think of 1 negative thing to say about anything. Perfect rating! 10/10 ♡THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING♡

10/10 stay. This villa is extremely affordable for Ubud & doesn’t lack any of the extra perks you’d find at a more expensive location. In fact, I think they should charge more to stay here! The pool has an excellent view and is very clean. The villa itself has great air conditioning, fresh water, a beautiful outdoor bathroom, a smart TV setup, and we received a great welcome with fresh coconut water from their family farm. Nearby is a terrific spa to get massages and you’re about a 20 minute drive from downtown Ubud’s best restaurants. I recommend getting a moped if you’re staying here. It was a wonderful home—just as beautiful as it looked in the photos. The setting is perfect for being close to nature and spending some quiet time for yourself. Wayan and his team made sure every little detail and need was taken care of. The place was also kept exceptionally clean and regularly maintained, which I truly appreciated. It may sound basic, but in natural surroundings, very few actually maintain this standard. 🙏🏻♥️

Absolutely magical. It looked even better than the photos. The moment we stepped in we were mesmerized by the view of the pool and the rice fields. Room was beautiful and super clean and the outdoor bathroom was like a fairytale. Honestly completely worth it. The kitchen was super cute. Wayan was extremely sweet and responsive all the time and the family was very kind and generous, the mom even had snacks prepared for us which was so sweet. The moment we arrived the team greeted us in the best way and we were picked up by scooters to head to the magical spot and the team was always ready for all of our requests.

Where to start! This has to be our favorite stay in Bali so far! I really have to start with the host and his family, Wayan and family are so amazing and helpful, made us feel like we part of the family! Even though Wayan is busy preparing for his wedding, he still helped us with all requests! The place just felt like a dream! The view of the rice fields is surreal and so peaceful, the sound of the nature around is just breathtaking! The construction quality is top notch and traditional, especially the bathroom, taking a shower in the wild is wild!

Loved this villa so much! Looked exactly like the photos. the host Wayan was super friendly and accomodating. He even gave us a list of restaurants/things to do around the Ubud area. I would definitely book again next time I go to Bali

One of the most scenic and heartwarming stays we’ve had. The view of endless rice fields and mountains was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise. The private infinity pool and open-air stone bathroom made the whole experience feel serene, luxurious, and close to nature. The wooden bedroom was beautifully crafted, calm, and cozy, perfect for reconnecting and slowing down. Aix and his family were exceptional hosts. From daily cleaning to warm, personal touches, they went above and beyond. Aix’s brother Ebi surprised us at midnight with a birthday cake, bouquet, and flower bath, which made the moment so special. On check out day, Aix even delivered our luggage to a nearby restaurant so we didn’t have to return to the villa. Every gesture felt sincere and thoughtful. Just a heads-up: there’s a short uphill walk from the drop-off point, so it may not suit guests with mobility issues. Regardless, an unforgettable stay; peaceful, romantic, and highly recommended for couples in Ubud!

It was wonderful stay. Me and my wife had the best time of our life. The service was incredible. The host Windu and his brother were always ready for our request. Redi, the caretaker was exceptionally great at the service.

Ils nous toujours trouvé des solutions pour nos déplacements. Les petits déjeuners sont super bon. Et la villa .. la villa est incroyable ! Elle dépassait toutes mes attentes ! Un vrai rêve éveillé ! La villa est aussi belle qu'en photo voire même d'avantage. l'endroit est tranquille et si paisible. la piscine orientée sud avait une vue magnifique et l'eau était chaude. l'hôte était très réactif, très aimable et flexible pour mon arrivée malgré les changements dûs à une excursion. l'endroit est vraiment à recommander.

What a great stay exceeded our expectations and the photos don't truly do it justice with bigger room then we expected , truly no trickery here . On arrival we was met with fresh coconut drinks from the back yard and he even treated us and spruced the room up with rose pedals on our second night after getting to know that we we're newly weds great experience book it you won't regret. will be coming back 🙏😊

The place is out of the world, the design of the space the pool the Wi-Fi the amenities is everything was just perfect, and what made the experience even better is the host hospitality they were so helpful. I definitely recommend it and I will stay with them when I come back to UBUD again

We stayed at Wayan’s villa for 3 nights. Beautiful villa situated right next to his family’s rice fields. Unfortunately I was extremely sick when I arrived but I must say how grateful I am to Wayan and the genuine care and help he provided during the stay. We really enjoyed this space it was very peaceful, relaxing and luxurious. We rented a scooter through Wayan and explored Ubud. There is some really beautiful morning coffee shops on the rice fields just 5 mins ride from the villa. Thanks Wayan and family.

It was a wonderful stay. Much higher than our expectations. Great hospitality, always responsive and always on standby and ready to help. Villa was super romantic, exactly same as on photos, clean, cozy. No bugs, no lizards inside. It was really surprisingly good. We felt like home. The view is amazing, pool is warm and clean. Kitchen is so comfy and full of gifts, outside bathroom was so nice, clean and full of amenities. Absolutely istagramable place. Beautiful and comfortable. We are so happy that we spent our holidays in this place. So far, the best accommodation that we’ve ever chosen in Airbnb.

I stayed in about seven different places in Bali, and I can say that this was my absolute favorite. Wayan and his family take this work, relationships, and the state of their homes very seriously. If you see this place available book it! Stop scrolling. My stay here was the definition of serenity, and I wanted to extend my stay as soon as I settled in. The bed was the best that I've ever slept on, firm and soft. Everything was pristine and felt luxurious. The kitchen was impeccably clean and well stocked. The bathroom was the bathroom of my dreams. Outdoor shower, soaking tub, wonderful smelling soap...I miss it already!! I am so thankful to Wayan and his family for taking the time to learn how to host well, be courageous and kind, make beautiful spaces, and chose to bring his talents back to his home region. I had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Ubud! The place has stunning views that make you feel completely at peace—perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of Bali. The property is very clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning which I really appreciated. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. They made everything easy, including helping me rent a scooter, which is essential to get around Ubud and explore the area. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay. It was our 1st time in Bali after travelling from Seattle, WA, USA and we stayed here for 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer because we felt completely at home. Wayan went above and beyond by offering services such as arranging transportation from the airport to dropping off our laundry- this definitely helped us enjoy more of our vacation. The bed is immaculately comfortable- honestly best sleep I've ever had; and there is air-condition available for your comfort. Our favorite part of the villa was the infinity pool overlooking the rice fields-imagine yourself waking up at dawn with the beautiful view and serene sounds of nature; we also took Instaggram-worthy pics and swam multiple times to take it all in. Wayan offered us local snakefruit and welcomed us with fresh coconut juice; we even got to try local coffee/tea! It's 10-20 min from central Ubud so its super convenient. If Wayan's villa is somehow available, book it right now and you will have the most peaceful stay!

The place was very calm, serene and peaceful and felt right at home! The view from the place is full of green and life and literally felt like a safe haven! The open bathroom concept was so beautifully done and felt like a private mini waterfall 😊 Wayan and his family were really great hosts and hats off to their hospitality. This is an amazing place beautiful villa in the middle of ubud, feels like home. Definitely we will be back and one of my favorites villa in Bali, highly recommend it. Verrrrrry nice host and his brother Ebi💗，the provide the best service and daily used items here with so many considerable details. Ebi is a boy who's full of energy and warm−hearted. There are also some soft drinks like coconut water and some fast noodles or snacks, which really surprised us！BTW the bed items and bathroom facilities are also perfect. We spend a lovely day in this villa，thanks to them！😄

Beautiful place. Made us feel like family. We had a great time by the pool looking over the rice fields. His family worked all day which was amazing to what the process! Needed a bike but Aix organised this for us within minutes. Everything is very new & clean. Daily cleaning & tidying our things- great to come back to after a day exploring. Also they provide everything from robs, toothbrush, ear plugs, tea/coffee, hygiene products, kitchen supplies, pool towel and much more !!!! Will be recommending to my friend & family. Thanks Aix 🙏🏻
