Exploring Balangan House 2 bedrooms, Balangan Beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Balangan House 2 bedrooms, Balangan Beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Balangan House 2 bedrooms, Balangan Beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

We chose this place due to glowing reviews, but were very disappointed when we arrived. The place is quite dirty and looks like it hasn’t had a proper deep clean in a very long time. The towels and sheets were gross and smelt like they hadn’t been washed. The deck is falling apart and could be a serious hazard to someone. The location isn’t great either, about 15-20 minutes by bike or longer by car to get anywhere. Also worth noting, there were loud dog fights right outside the gates every night which were quite scary. The owners were nice however and with some serious cleaning, repairs and a bit of love, it could be great. But as it is now, I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this place.

Location is very far roads are bad google map doesn’t take u there exactly. Place is very old toilets are moving. Bedroom doors can’t be closed properly. It is very open place so security is a risk. If they upgrade the place and invest a bit it would be worth.

Boligen og prisen hænger nok rimeligt sammen, men må indrømme at der var mange ting såsom rengøring der kunne være gjort bedre, det var meget snavs og skidt i køkkenets hjørner, mange af terrasse brædderne lå løst, som gjorde det ubehageligt at gå på, mange myrer på toilettet og en af toiletterne lugtede ekstrem meget af urin, som vi ikke kunne komme af med på trods af, at vi luftede ud adskillige gange. Små ting, som nemt kan fikses:)) Ud over dette var sengen god, sol på terrassen det meste af dagen, vaskemaskine, roligt og stille område og med et lille ‘mart’ i gåafstand. Vært super sød, imødekommende og responderende.

It is a well done up house. Too big for two people but I enjoyed hopping in two bedrooms. All essentials for good stay. Except the scary lizards coming in kitchen area. The biggest problem of this place is location. Nothing is in close vicinity, you can't even take a walk around to get grocessry or a cafe or an restaurant.

Really beautiful villa, super nice and convenient ! A little warning, no places around on foot take the card, so plan to have a scooter when you arrived as you’re a bit far away from everything. The address wasn’t exactly précise also, so keep the portal/gate picture in mind! Also, we didn’t have a warning for the time of the cleaning of the house or the pool, so not very appreciative at our privacy. However, that was very nice and Andri is super helpful, so go ahead, you will enjoy it!

The place is great, it is inside a small community and is very quiet. A good place to relax and spend a few days to unwind. Great for chilling by the pool. You have your own private pool and I love the set up of the place. There were a few mosquitoes in the room, maybe was not used for a while.

Andri was a great host. Communication and small problems solving was fast and easy. Overall location was pretty good, despite the fact that a lot of gekkos didn’t let me sleep crawling on the ceiling :) In general this place is definitely worth it’s price and i can recommend it.

A very fancy place in a not too chaotic location. Very close to balangan beach by scooter. This part of Bali is very interesting - especially the bars and restaurants strapped to the sides of cliff faces at the famous surf beach locations. The only issues with the place is the yappy dogs next door that have a bone to pick with anyone who goes past - this often woke us late at night and early morning both days. And the bath tub runs out of hot water at about half a foot deep. Boiling the jug a few times was the quick fix. Would 100% recommend this place if the two issues were resolved.

The main and only problem is it’s too far from main road. It may took about 10 minutes from uluwatu road or from jimbaran road and we should past a street with minimum lighting, and for me, its quite scary if i went home at night.. However, the place is super nice. Its clean, with a private pool, bath tub, and 2 bedroom, the value of many is worth the price. I suggest this place to a family -or friends- who wants to go stay-cation, and no need to go to many place in hurry. Bli andri, as a host is really nice and helpfull. He made everything clearly so you don’t have to worry if you need anything anytime.

Lovely lovely villa with very clean private pool and beautiful bath! Host was very good at communication and very helpful as they organised transport for us to the airport for 200k which is very reasonable! Only downside is that its kinda in the middle of nowhere - there was however 1 shop that stayed open late which was great for water and snacks (doesn't look like much from the front though) and one amazing cafe/restaurant about 5 min walk from the villa called Kafein which in well worth a visit . Very reasonably priced and brilliant food! P The location marked on here is slightly different to the actual location though so may be wot getting the address from theoat before booking. Location is great if you'd like peace and quiet or dont mind a long walk or using transport to get to places... its las very close to the golf club.

Andri has done perfect job in decorating his place. Check in was smooth and very quick. Swimming pool is good. Room is good. Almost all were perfect. However, Andri still leave a little room for improvement. If he can upgrade his water heater with a bigger capacity, then it will be much better because this one isn't big enough to fill the bathtub. And probably he can prepare more detailed things like better soap and shampoo, and dishwashing soap and sponge. However, these things didn't disturb us, but can make our stay more enjoyable. So, I still would rate it perfect stay and will definetily come back.

Stayed here for 5nights Andri was amazing from the beginning to the end,organising transport from the airport,scooters and replacing a scooter when we had a issue. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures beautiful! Location was close to beautiful beaches but I'd recommend hiring a scooter and the roads are not too busy. The only real issue was ants in the kitchen but once sprayed not too bad. Overall wonderful experience!

The Villa is in wonderful conditions, very stylish interior, nice bathrooms and sleeping rooms with cozy beds. Andri was a nice host - organized scooters for the next day i.e. Small negative things: the neighborhood is not really nice. You don't want to leave the space unlocked. Roads around are in very bad condition. To bingin beach by scooter took us 25-30min...

The location of this villa is very difficult to find and it's located in countryside, you will love it if you don't mind its location. Other than that, this villa is very clean, comfortable and relaxing since it's a new villa. There's a maid to clean the villa everyday~ Satisfied me~

Andri was communicative and prompt with his replies. The house is new and cozy and definitely a great value. You need a scooter to get around although there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Balangan beach is fantastic and there are many lovely spots within 20-30min of this area. Andri can arrange a driver or a car for you. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The best place to stay for long term travellers. Arthur who manages the place was SO responsive, literally any concerns or questions we had were addressed immediately. The house is situated in a nice area and the amenities are also great. WiFi worked perfectly. Daily cleaning was provided which was above expectation so helped us maintain our villa clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Balangan House. The villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which made it perfect for resting and escaping the crowds. The atmosphere feels calm, private, and very peaceful, yet still comfortable and welcoming.

非常非常好看的房子！

Danke Arthur für den schönen Aufenthalt. Arthur war immer sehr schnell zu erreichen und hilft einem immer weiter. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, was für u s als Familie super war. Mit Grab konnte man auch gut überall hin gelangen. Es gab einige gute Warung in der Nähe Man sollte beachten, dass die Häuser und Zimmer hier nicht die selben Standarts wie in Europa haben. Es gibt einige kleinere Makel am Haus, die man renovieren könnte/sollte. In allem waren wir aber super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und würden wieder dort hin gehen. Danke Arthur!

S ubytovaním sme boli spokojný. Všetko vybavenie bolo funkčné a k dispozícii, upratovať chodili každý deň. Poloha bolo síce trosku ďalej od ulice kde sa nachádzali všetky obchody a reštaurácie ale dalo sa tam bez problémov dostať skútrom za 10 - 15 minút. Hostiteľ bol veľmi zhovievavý ohľadne príchodu a odchodu a odpovedal rýchlo. Jedinou nevýhodou boli postele, ktoré pri pohybe vŕzgali. Každopádne ďakujeme a ubytovanie sme si užili.

La maison étant située dans un quartier où vivent les locaux quelques nuisances sonores le matin mais qui n'ont en rien entaché notre séjour. Pour se déplacer facilement il faut avoir son propre véhicule. Notre hôte nous a conseillé un warung juste à côté pour le petit-déjeuner qui était super. Pour finir je dirais que nous avons adoré passé ces deux nuits dans cette maison et je la conseille aux voyageurs qui recherche l'authenticité dans un lieu agréable à un prix très correct. The Vila was very nice! 2 spacious bedroom and bathrooms and a very nice atmosphere. The neighbourhood was very quiet and chill. Arthur was super helpful and responsive at all times. 2 things to notice, the villa is a bit far from the Center and would highly recommend to get a bike to get around since there are almost no restaurants or cafes within walking distance. The pool was a bit problematic while we were there, super cold and wasn’t very clean, also the living room is an open space into the pool so be prepared for a bit of mosquito. But overall, our stay was very pleasant and money for value wise one of my best AirBnB ever.

Recommended villa near uluwatu. Comfortable place during our stay. But, I suggest to rent a vehicle when you stay in this villa.

Stayed for 3 nights at Andri's villa during our 8 nights Bali vacation. The Villa is located slightly away from the main roads and having a self drive car or bike is a must. It's within a small and peaceful community and security should not be an issue. The place itself is outstanding and very well maintained with housekeeping services every day, included in the list price. The pictures listed are accurate and the mini kitchen sort of is a plus if you intend to cook something light. The 5 foot deep splash pool is just fabulous and well maintained. Andri is just around to assist and is pretty responsive. If you are convinced with the pictures, look no further and book right away. Surely worth it!!

We had an amazing 10 week stay at Andri's place. The villa was the perfect size for us as a couple, and we had friends come over to visit in the 2nd bedroom on a number of occasions. The location is ideally situation halfway between the main road and Balangan beach (5min scooter ride). The surrounding neighbourhood felt very safe and welcoming, and the local shop and warung owners were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Andri was the perfect host - he maintained the property throughout our stay, helped us arrange numerous trips, transportation and was even kind enough to look after our excess belongings when we wanted to travel light to the other islands after our stay at the villa had finished. The whole villa is very comfortable with decent wi-fi (we were able to teach English online), a nice kitchen and dining table for preparing and having meals, a fun size swimming pool (which was regularly cleaned), well air-conditioned bedrooms with soft beds, 2 en-suit bathrooms, and a private driveway for parking the bikes. We highly recommend staying here, and will definitely be back next year! Vitaly & Franchesca

Kleines Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mitten im Wohngebiet. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit offenem Wohnbereich zum Pool. Andri hat super schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und uns auch mit der Buchung der Roller geholfen. In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, auch zum Strand ist es mit dem Roller nicht weit.

房子很棒，很干净，没有什么虫子之类的。可以选择自己在民宿里做饭，地理位置不是那么好。泳池是每天都会换水的，晚上打开泳池的灯非常漂亮。入住之后每天都会有人来收拾房间，房东很热情，问题会很快回复。客厅是半露天的，可以直接看到泳池那一边的景色，而且出人意料的并没有太多虫子。总的来说这家民宿是非常棒的，很有性价比。

Super maison !!! Très jolie ! Par contre, premier soucis c’est assez loin du centre.. Donc si vous avez la possibilité de louer un scooter faites le. Deuxième petit soucis, l’hôte vient faire le ménage sans vous prévenir et entre dans la maison sans « votre accord » et denier soucis, nous avons eu un problème de clef.. nous avons dû donc rester coincer au logement pendant 3h avec l’hôte qui ne bougeait pas pour partir.. Donc intimité à revoir.

A very stylish and spacious villa with a nice pool, one of the highlights of our trip. The host is very friendly, helpful, and responsive!

The house is very nice and we loved the private pool. 2 bedrooms with AC, 2 bathrooms with toilets, small kitchen. Everything was like described and clean. It’s easier to have a car or a motorbike as Belangan is quite far away from the beach (45 minutes walk on the road). Andri is super helpful and arranged us a taxi for your next stop.

Вилла превзошла все ожидания! Очень уютная,очень комфортная! Месторасположение очень удобное,жилой район, можно быстро добраться до многих пляжей,рядом есть много кафе. Андри отличный хозяин,дом всегда был в чистоте,если возникали проблемы,то они решались моментально. Если вы собираетесь на Бали,то я однозначно советую выбрать эту виллу!

Die Unterkunft ist unglaublich schön! Es ist genau wie auf den Bilder, wenn nicht sogar noch schöner. Der Balangan beach und Dreamland beach waren super mit dem Roller zu erreichen und auch der nächst größere Supermarkt ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Roller entfernt. Das Restaurant Kafein ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und nur 6 min zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr ruhige Gegend und nicht touristisch. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht! Roller und das Abholen vom Flughafen kriegt man für einen guten Preis. Alles in allem, perfekte Unterkunft!

Die Kommunikation war gut und der Check-In sehr einfach! Im AirBnB war alles sauber und genauso wie es beschrieben war. Essen konnte man sich auch ins Haus liefern lassen und in der Nähe waren mehrere kleine (wirklich kleine) Läden, in denen man das nötigste bekommen hat. Wenn man ein paar ruhige Tage genießen möchte, dann ist man hier genau richtig! Für uns war es allerdings etwas zu ab vom Geschehen, aber da wir uns von Andris Freund einen Roller mieten konnten auch kein großes Übel! Alles in Allem echt top und weiterzuempfehlen.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, in 5-10 minütiger Entfernung erreicht man den Strand. Roller steht vor der Tür und kann problemlos und sehr günstig ausgeliehen werden. Preis-Leistung ist Top.

Andri was an amazing host and was always there to answer our questions as quickly as possible. Pool was clean as could be and the open living area was beautiful. Bathtub was awesome with hot water and a superb view! :)

Наш отдых на Бали был прекрасным во многом благодаря дому, в котором мы жили. Во-первых Андри. Он закрыл нашу потребность в такси, аренде байков, надежного обменника и бюджетного варианта завтраков и ужинов на вилле. Было вкусно и оооочень дёшево. В последний день мы попали под тропический ливень, а нам нужно было сдать байки, забрать вещи и Андри по первому сообщению о помощи, приехал на машине за нами, сам сдал байки и сделал все, чтобы нам было комфортно. В общем, золотой человек. Во-вторых, локация. Вилла находится в очень удобном месте. Доступны не только пляжи букита, но и легко можно доехать до Куты, Семиньяка и даже Убуд. Из минусов классические муравьи и ящерицы. Но кто уже был в странах восточного направления, этому нисколько не удивиться. Все круто! Отдых на Бали - кайф!

We were staying at Andri's place for about 3 nights and overall the experience was exceeded our expectation. Despite the road and access to the villa that abit confusing, our villa is very nice, good living room zoning that makes warm vibes supported by great amenities. Improvement needed on the linen and pillow cleanliness plus adding shampoo and body cleanser in the bathroom. Given the listing price we are totally satisfied with our choice.

Замечательная вилла с двумя спальнями. Жили месяц с ребенком (3 года). Убираться приходили через день. Всё понравилось, оказалось даже лучше, чем на фото! Нужна машина или байк. Вернёмся еще! Спасибо, Андри!

My family liked Andri's place. It was cozy with a free dip in your own pool on a hot day. He waited and greeted me on my first day. He was really fast in responding to my inquiries and went out of his way to book me transportations and tour packages while we stayed there. Plus MapsBaliTour is one of the best tours I've had, the tour guides were nice and kind. It made everything much more easier. This airbnb was spot on! Communication was super smooth. Andri was waiting for us at the airbnb, there was a map with everthing you needed to know (about some sightseeing nearby, a warung, info about the house). Defintely go to warung Kaka really nice food and really friendly woman who owns the warung. Nothing to say about the house, even better than in the pictures. Swimming pool was amazing. Really relaxing and calm spot. We would give 6 stars if we could. awesome!

Lovely villa in residential area. Andri was a great host and help us when needed, got us scooters within minutes of arriving and villa was cleaned daily. We had a great stay at this villa, I recommend eating at Warung Kaka when you stay here Andri has a menu in his home.

Villetta bellissima, pulita, ordinata, comoda e confortevole. Due camere, un bagno in ogni stanza, salotto, cucina e spazio con sdraio accanto alla piscina. Andris Villa is really really nice! The position of the house is perfect and the pictures correspond exactly to the reality! He answers very fast and helps you in everything, if you need his help! They cleaning the whole house every two days, which is also very nice. You can’t get a better house for this price. Thank you Andri and your team, it was a pleasure

Andri’s place was delightful - clean, new and spacious. Andri was great at communication and was very responsive to all of our requests - would highly recommend this place. You will need a driver to get anywhere but would suggest you agree very clearly on costs before you get in a car with anyone.

The house of Andri is just great a a very good value for the price. Two nice bedrooms, one bathroom with an open shower and one with a very nice bathtube, open-space livingroom, kitchen and nice pool. It was very clean and Andri was a perfect host. He was very flexible with check-in and check out and answered every question quickly. Some nice restaurants within a few minutes drive. Highly recommended!

Was exactly what it looks like on the website. The whole house was sparkling clean when we arrived and the pool is well maintained. Every second day there comes a housekeeper to make sure everything is tidy. We had a warm welcome and Andri showed everything to us.. He also took care to organize us a scooter. The best I've ever had in Asia. Can highly recommend!

Great location to get to the beach. The Villa is so nice . It had everything We needed . Fist time Ever cooking in Bali the kitchen is very functional. The local people in this suburb are so friendly. Lots of good warung 's to eat at only 10 minutes to major road to get supplied. Loved the pool . I would love to stay there much longer. Hire a scooter or a car and your all set. We had a jeep and been travelling all over. But a good little scooter will get you everywhere and through all the little short cuts and down to the beach. I used an app called go-jek you can get food delivered transport and even sombody to come massage.😉 or get your hair done. Really good not expensive had two massages and both were good. Andri is a great host and his Villa is well set up for a great stay.

The price of the homestay is very reasonable. Bathroom and bed very clean. Andri always be there to solve all my enquiries. He even prepared a list of menu from one of the Warung which nearby the homestay (by 5 minutes walking distance), you can just give the Warung a call then they will provide food delivery. Very fast services. Nice food and quite cheap though! :)

such a beautiful home, away from all the tourist bustle, and just chill at the villa (the cool breeze all day is amazing). I was a bit daunted on arrival as it seemed not much was around, but on going for a walk next day I discovered heaps of food and supply places within very easy walking distance. Warang KaKa is a must do! Safe and friendly community. Shall be back for sure.

Andri was such an amazing host. He booked our taxi from the airport and got us our scooter rentals before we arrived. He even offered for the driver to take us grocery shopping on our way from the airport. He responded quickly whenever we need him. He was very friendly and always did everything with a smile. Andri's home was relaxing and everything we needed it to be for our vacation. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, with the exception of the dogs barking sometimes, but they weren't bad. The pool was the best feature as it was really hot when we were there. It was great to be able to just go in whenever we felt the need.

Отличный большой дом для 4 человек, у каждой спальни своя ванная комната, и общая огромная гостиная зона. Хороший wi-fi, чистый бассейн, продуманность интерьера :) Из минусов - очень плохая, разбитая дорога по пути к вилле. Тонкие стены, а тк кровать в главной спальне стоит изголовьем к уличной стене - я могла спать только в беруши (собаки, петухи, мопеды и голоса местных с 5 утра). Возможно во второй спальне потише.

Вилла соответствует описанию и фотографиям, и даже в реальности лучше. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. До ближайшего пляжа Баланган 5 минут на машине. Спасибо Andri

Andri was very helpful and attentive. Villa was awesome, loved the pool and bathtub.

We stayed in this lovely villa for 10 days and hired a car so we had no issue with transport. Andri arranged for us to get picked up from the airport very late at night and take us to the villa. It is a very stylish space and in particular the pool is very inviting, clean, is a good temperature and extremely private. We had our four month old baby with us and the air conditioning and ceiling fans worked well. Our little one loved swimming in the pool with us each day. The big stone double bath in the main bathroom overlooks out onto the pool and is a real treat. Each day our room was cleaned by two alternate lovely staff who were both very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The villa is located within driving distance to some of Bali’s best Southern beaches in Uluwatu. Thankyou Andri for a memorable stay, we will be back.🙂

Lovely place and lovely people

Andri's place was having excellent ambience. It is highly recommended for people needing privacy. Best suited for honeymooners as it has private swimming pool, a bath tub and all other amenities required for a couple. Moreover Andri also helps with everything else right from driver, sim cards, cleaning,etc. Had a memorable stay at Andri's place and driver cum guide Bagus was awesome and made our trip unforgettable.

Great lovely villa, clean, lovely pool spacious, value for money. Nice and soothing. Andre arranged airport drop at good rates. Far from restaurants and need car to get around but Andri arranges car and scooters if needed at decent rate. Close to airport.

Very beautiful house at a great price. Clean, stylish, beatiful bathroom, comfy bed, refreshing pool, funktionate kitchen. Beatiful Balangan beach is not too far, but only if you have a transport, place is quite remote from everything. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Andri was very helpful to wait for us at the midnight. The space was exactly like the picture. The master bathroom so comfy. if you stay at this space, you would need rent a car or bike. very recommended 😊

The place is a nice little villa perfect for all our needs. Very clean and comfortable. It’s a bit off the beaten track but a nice convenience store and a few restaurants walking distance. It’s good to have your own transport if you stay here which we did. Only annoying thing was the pool guy who unannounced barged in and without asking if it was a good time started cleaning the pool. Wasn’t really necessary since we only stayed 2 days ;)

Andri was so hospitable and so organised! Smooth check-in, and a beautiful property. Recommended!

Andri's place has 2 rooms and 1 hall, plus a pool to die for. Before we checked in andri ensured the place was clean and provided us with a catalogue for nearby attractions. overall it was a great place to spend time.

凌晨三点航班才到，房东仍等候，热情周到，浴品齐全，家用电器齐全，周边还能找到小餐馆，性价比高，值得推荐。

Это был великолепный отпуск! Чудесная вилла, мебель вся новая, есть все необходимое, быстрый интернет! Вилла находится в прекрасном, спокойно месте, где проживают коренные жители Бали.. поблизости супермаркеты и кафэ с вкусной и не дорогой едой!! В отличие от шумных Куты и Семиньяк мы влюбились в Баланган!!! Andri организовал встречу в аэропорту, помог с арендой автомобиля! Раз в два дня, чистят бассейн + уборка виллы! Самые красивые пляжи 10-15 минут от виллы!!! Нам понравилось абсолютно все!! С нетерпением ждём новой встречи... Andry и его команде ОГРОМНОЕ СПАСИБО!!!!

Andri's place is really nice. He is a great host and helped me with all my questions. The villa is as in the pictures with a lot of privacy. For the price you are paying you are getting a lot. Do hire a motorbike though, you will need it to go around. Would stay here again.

Andri and Wayan were great host ! They were always answering to all of our questions and very nice to us ! The place is even more beautiful than on the pictures ! It is near the best beach : balang beach ! A scooter it the best way to move around ! If you want quiet and peaceful this is the place :)

Wonderful, quiet, relaxing, The villa is everything it says and looks like. You will need a bike to get around if you want to go to the beach or bigger shops, but there is some local stores with great fresh produce and a couple of little restaurants, (Kafien has great coffee) in walking distance. Andri is extremely helpful and organised a driver whenever we needed one.

Our stay at Pak Andri's villa was great. We went to Balangan for a prewedding photoshoot and the villa was not far from our photoshoot location. The villa was superb and it was well equipped with wifi and cable TV channels. Swimming pool was clean. Clean towels, bathrobe, hairdryer, safety box, washing machine, microwave, cooking and eating utensils were provided. Pak Andri was also a very helpful host. He provided us with a car and a punctual driver at a reasonable price. On top of that, he also helped us solve some problems coming in the way of our photoshoot session. I would definitely come back and recommend this villa to anyone visiting Balangan, Bali.

The villa was perfect for us to sit in, cook and relax for a few days. The bedrooms were beautiful with ensuite bathroom or shower room and beds very comfortable. Very clean throughout and the open living area, where we spent most of our time, was great. One person could be in pool while the others were on sofa or at the table and all feel included. It was a perfect size and had everything we needed and more. Andri was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions. He was very helpful and a great contact to have. He organised drivers, at a good price, reliable, very professional and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend his place as a base to explore the surrounding area including Uluwatu and beaches or to just relax at a home away from home!

This Airbnb has to be one of my all time favorites! The open living room was so nice and it's even better in person! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a motorbike or own form of transport! Beds are very comfy! :)

The place is so comfortable and clean, even better than the picture, the pool water is very clean and not cold at all, swimming is so comfortable because they have shade and also the invicible bathroom with the bathtub have a nice view of the pool ;). The people in the area is super friendly and there's a very tasty ayam lalapan with a small convenient store just a couple blok and not to mention Andri is also a great host. we have a great escape❤️💛💚💙💜

This place is Awesome ! Andri has been a great help during our stay here in Bali . Location is near to the jimbaran beach and balangan beach . You can easily find restaurants and bars nearby . You need transportation to roam around and Andri could help with that . Overall , we enjoyed our stay here . Thanks alot Andri

I would like to thank Andri for an amazing stay at the villa. We had a blast! Villa is located only 20min drive from the most beautiful beach Nusa Dua and located closely to all bars and restaurants. We were only two people staying at the villa but it is perfect for four as it has two large bedrooms with plenty of storage space and two separate bathrooms. One of them has a big, comfortable bathtub overlooking the swimming pool. The pool is absolutely gorgeous! There was nothing better than waking up and swimming in cool water on a hot day. Andri made sure to greet us on the day of our late arrival and was available via phone all the time. He made sure we had a taxi driver to pick and drop us at the airport. Thank you once again!

Отличная вилла. Мы хорошо провели время. Дом выглядит очень свежим и чистым. Регулярно приходили убираться (пару раз мы даже отказывались), за две недели как минимум при нас два раза чистили бассейн. Очень порадовало, что бассейн не пах хлоркой, купаться в нем одно удовольствие. Хороший и стабильный интернет. До ближайшего пляжа 5-10 минут на байке. С водой и электричеством так же все в порядке. Andri организовал нам трансфер от аэропорта до виллы, а так же помогал по любым вопросам:)

Had a great stay here! Went here with 3 other friends, and the villa was everything we could ask for. It's fully equipped with 2 nice bedrooms, a toilet for each bedroom, a kitchen area, washing machine, dining table and comfortable sofas, and also has Wi-Fi and cable television. Andri was a great host as well, and made sure everything in the villa was proper before handing it over to us. It was also very easy to contact him, and whenever there were any issues, he would take care of it promptly. The private pool is also fantastic, especially for hot days when you just want to jump into the pool. The pool was always clean, so no problems with the cleanliness of the pool. If you plan on staying here, make sure to have some form of transport. There won't be any taxis passing by near the villa, and it's quite a walk to get to the nearest busy roads, so make sure to have a private driver or at least a scooter for you to get around. Thankfully Andri can take care of that for you. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here, and as long as you take care of the place, it will take care of you. Thanks Andri!

Мы провели здесь замечательное время. Дом чистый и уютный. Бассейн с теплой водой, глубокий, а вечером можно включить подсветку и наслаждаться звездным небом. Мы были с маленьким ребенком и стиральная машина с сушилкой очень пригодилась. Дом расположен в уютном поселке. Идеален для путешественников с машиной, ну или байком (т.к. немного далековат отосновной трассы) Спасибо за чудесное время)

It turned out to be exactly as depicted on the website, with wonderful location over the Balangan beach. The living room and dining corner were acceptable and comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, the bedrooms luxurious, the villa is well-maintained and quiet. All was spotlessly clean and the linens and towels generously supplied. The daily cleaning was an unexpected bonus. Thank you also for assisting us to get the water rafting activities, it went well. I must also compliment you on the welfare you provided, Andri was a wonderful & reliable host. My only regret is that our stay was far too short. Thank you, again.

We had a great stay at Andri's place! Really lovely spacious villa which is very clean and looks brand new. We were so happy with the villa and it's private pool. Andri is a great host who replied to our messages quickly and sorted out a bike for us ready for when we arrived. Would definitely recommend!

Andri was wonderful, he arranged a taxi which was very punctual and the communication was excellent before and after arrival. The Vila was beautiful just like the photos and even better live. Instant Hot water and pool with kitchen and tv was a perfect compliment. neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and About 12 minutes to balangan and dreamland beach. Grocery shopping is also very close by Definitely Andri's place is a place to come back to.

Andri's house is stunning and pictures cannot do it justice. Situated in a nice area close to good cafes and restaurants and quiet at night. The pool is incredible, and the furniture and decor of the house works very well - Andri has spared no expense to make this place look so good. We had housekeeping (to a very high standard!) every day whilst staying here, and Andri is the perfect host. He sorted us out a scooter within 15 minutes, arranged drivers to take us to other parts of Bali, and responds very quickly and politely. This is my review for our first week there - we loved Andri's place so much we have extended our stay for another week!
