Exploring Bali Berg Villa, Sanur left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Bali Berg Villa, Sanur was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Denpasar Selatan plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Bali Berg Villa, Sanur painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
The villa was lovely, very quiet, accessible, and a key special feature was definitely the pool. We had a wonderful host who was kind, thoughtful, helpful, and always on hand whenever we had a question. The only reason I did not give the villa a 5 ( I would have given a 4.5, but this was not an option) was because there was a little need for some tlc with some things. The bathrooms, for example, the baths did not hold water, the taps were a little faulty, one of the bedrooms had an air conditioner that was not very effective, so the kids were very hot at night, and the kitchen was a bit tired and dated. This aside, the host and her care were definitely 5-star. It was a nice place to stay and we would visit again.
Possibly the most beautiful pool I have had whilst staying in Bali, Host responds quickly and provides many recommendations for restaurants etc. Also a very detailed list of rules . Although listed as a private villa , perhaps suits those who are comfortable sharing a family compound. There is no key or safe provided and no ability to lock any doors or valuables away. I was uncomfortable with people unknown to us walking thru and accessing the kitchen. It is an older traditional villa which is cleaned daily, in need of lots of maintenance, unfortunately the roof leaked substantially in the upstairs bedrooms. Not all light switches work. There was an issue with the plumbing, which was promptly and efficiently repaired.
Nice traditional balinese house for an authentic experience. Host lives on site but is very respectful and offers plenty of privacy. The rooms were a little hot forcing us to only stay downstairs. The bathrooms are also unconditioned. Overall, location is great and cannot beat the price.

She was absolutely amazing. What a lovely host to have! Made us guys feel special and cared for, she was always super fast to respond to questions, very hospitable and gave me lots of helpful information about the area. The villa itself is stunning, very large pool which was the highlight, high ceiling and unique spaces. Would definitely recommend. Her son did a wonderful job cleaning up after us as well, always keeping a smile on his face. Very pleased.

STUNNING! Everything about this stay was phenomenal. Krisna was so helpful in every aspect of our stay, from recommending places to dine, organizing Father’s Day celebrations, kids birthday celebrations and more. Nothing was to much for her to help with. The most wholesome stay, very private place no interruptions from any outside world. Our family would stay a million times over. Perfect place hidden away from hustle and bustle. Everything was cleaned daily, fresh drinking water supplied. The pool needs a moment for itself! Absolutely beautiful pool, crystal clear water. Some pool floats available if you ask. One shallow end and one deep end for all to enjoy. Thank you again krisna for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay at Bali Berg Villa. The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, well maintained, and surrounded by stunning scenery. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Bali. A special thank you to Krisna, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He was always available, friendly, and assisted us with anything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Bali Berg Villa and would happily stay here again!
We were so happy to stay at such a luxurious villa. The pool was very clean, and there was also a shallow pool for children, so everyone from adults to children could enjoy it. There were Circle K, pharmacies, restaurants, and local warungs around the villa, which was very convenient. I think this is the best location of any villa we have stayed at so far. The beach is a little bit of a walk away, but it is still within walking distance. The owner was very kind and responded immediately whenever any issues came up. The staff were also always friendly, smiling, and quick to help, which made our stay very comfortable. Thank you so much for your thoughtful hospitality and kind touches. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Wow, just wow! This villa was incredible. It was a beautiful indigenous villa with spacious comfortable bedrooms with a generous lounge area. The pool area (including the pool) was immaculate. Krisna was extremely helpful (not to mention absolutely lovely ❤️) and was very proactive from making sure that we had breakfast to ordering transport (and negotiating prices for us) to making restaurant reservations on our behalf. The villa was cleaned daily too and was absolutely spotless. Be aware there is no tv, but if you’re not a homebody….it’s not a problem. The beach is a 10min walk through the Mecure Resort Sanur with so many restaurants along the boardwalk. For daily coffee, we would go to ‘From Here’ restaurant on Jl Danau Poso - this was only 50 meters away. This is a perfect villa for a family or a friend group to visit. I really can’t stop recommending Krisna and her villa. It was Krisna who treated us like family and nothing was an issue. She is truly a beautiful gem.

We had a wonderful time in this house in Sanur. The house was very great and clean. The kid loved the pool. The hôtesse was very nice and we could speak with her at any time. She was there to help us if we needed anything. My daughter said that she was very kind and a welcome person. We recommend at 100% this house. Thanh you for everything.
Krisna was a fantastic host from start to finish. We loved our villa and the recommendations Krisna gave us were spot on. We would absolutely stay there again and would recommend this villa to others anytime 🤌👌

Big rooms, big pool, even bigger heart from the owner The rooms are big, open and spacious — perfect if you want space to spread out. The real standouts: the pool is huge and the temperature was perfect, not too cold at all. And Krisna, the owner, is incredible. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was Awsome . Krisna was so eager to please and assist, and really thoughtful. She made our stay feel special. If you want modern luxury this isn’t it, but for space, value, and genuine Balinese hospitality, we loved it. Would stay again.
We were a group of 4 friends and this was a perfect peaceful few days at the end of our trip. Krisna is the perfect host who greeted us with welcoming warmth. We loved our stay in this peaceful space. Truely a place to relax and enjoy.
We absolutely love staying at Krishna’s place. She is so thoughtful, so helpful. Some of our guests were coming in from the airport post midnight and she waited for them late into the night and made sure their arrival was smooth. We leaned heavily on her recommendations for restaurants, spas and places to visit, and she was spot on every time. Can’t wait to come back again!
Krisna provided wonderful personalised service for our family’s one night stay. We had a fantastic breakfast, with very generous portions, and she even arranged a birthday cupcake with a candle for my son. Thank you Krisna
We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It feels like a resort with a big pool and enough planting around the property to make it feel secluded and lush. The house has great character with high ceilings and ornate features. It's great value especially if you have a couple of families. AC in all bedrooms. Main living has ceiling fans and is closed off so it was still comfortable. Mosquitoes were probably less common than I expected and insects in general seem to be overstated. Krisna was lovely and organised two breakfasts for us. Very responsive and gave lots of advice. Septa was friendly and kept the place tidy. We liked the location overall. It isn't in the centre and about 10 minutes to the beach, but that has benefits as it's quiet. The beach is close enough. Very cheap and easy taxis make it easy to get anywhere. There are still some good warungs in walking distance ranging from local to Western. We preferred the southern beach to the busier North. Highly recommend.
This was family holiday perfection. Krisna was so helpful and welcoming and truly her home felt like ours for our stay. We were in a great location for the shopping and beach in Sanur and had plenty to do once we dragged the children out of the swimming pool. The property was very clean with housekeeping daily and fresh linens every three days, the beds were so comfortable sleep was easy with the air conditioning making even the hottest nights cool. Our host booked the airport transfers prior to our arrival, as well as booking restaurants, spa treatments and other transport. She provided recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Whilst she checked in with us most days, it never felt intrusive, and she was easily contacted by phone both before and during our stay. If you are looking for a relaxing, laid back holiday stay with a family vibe and great value, this is for you.
Thank you Krisna for the wonderful stay! Krisna went above and beyond to secure us a driver for the day. The place was spotless, beautiful, and spacious. We had an issue with the main bathroom’s toilet and she managed to get it fixed on the same day. She also provided us with plenty of suggestions of places to eat around the area. We felt right at home and had everything we needed to make simple breakfasts. The beach is 12 minute walk away and has great restaurants and cafes. Thank you so much Krisna!

Our host Krisna has been super helpful from the time I made the booking until the end of our Bali trip which is 5 days after we checked out of BaliBerg Villa. The villa itself is very large, very clean with a huge pool. Located within walking distance of Sanur Beach and town but still nestled in a very quiet area. Perfect for families. Thanks again Krisna. You are the best host👍

Best Airbnb experience I've ever had, hands down! Not only is the villa super great (in a super quiet neighborhood with plenty of space, an amazing pool, and lots of walkable restaurants), but the hostess Krisna is the absolute best and helped make our first trip to Bali unforgettable and so very delightful. It is not an exaggeration to say that she was the difference maker and helped save an unexpectedly super rainy week. She had great recommendations for activities and helped us book multiple quality excursions at the last minute. She arranged for a delicious breakfast to be made on site each day and helped us all book airport shuttle rides. She answered every question we asked (which was a lot), and even went out of her way to help with a surprise medical need. Not only is she so helpful, but she is genuinely kind, warm, and very committed to ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and cared for. Go stay with Krisna, and you will have the best time!!

The villa is beautiful and in a great location. we We had a wonderful stay with 3 families. Krisna was an amazing host. Great communication. She helped us coordinate food and was very welcoming. she lives right next door and so was always available. The master bedroom and 2 other downstairs bedrooms were quiet at night. If you're using all the bedrooms, you might double check if there is an upcoming ceremony. the Banjar is very close and when we were there they were practicing gamelan until late at night, which made it hard for the people upstairs to sleep.
Wonderful stay at this villa, our family was treated like royalty by Krisna and her team. From check in to check out we were made to feel at home and warmly welcomed. The villa itself is huge and very comfortable. The kids loved the pool. It’s in a local area which we liked, and easy walk to the beach or shops/cafes. For our stay the host was able to arrange meals in the villa, transportation to and from airport, driver and guide for a day trip to Ubud etc. she also had very good tips and suggestions specific to our group. Nothing was too much to ask. Highly recommend if you want a friendly, authentic Balinese stay!
A very lovely host who was always on hand for any questions we had... freely offered suggestions and could not be more helpful! The villa was quiet and so comfortable, easy to access and a walkable distance to eateries etc. I would recommend and look forward to my return visit.
From the moment we arrived, the villa felt like home. Spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a huge bedrooms and a beautiful bathrooms with both shower and bathtub. Krisna is not just a host—she is a genuinely kind and wonderful person. Always smiling, always checking on us, always making sure we were happy and comfortable. We stayed for 10 days, and during a couple of days of heavy rain, she apologised even though it was completely out of her control. As a beautiful surprise, she arranged a complimentary local dinner cooked in the villa by a private chef. It was deeply touching and unforgettable for my family and me. This was my very first Airbnb experience, and honestly, I could not have imagined a better one. Krisna set the bar incredibly high. I will forever be grateful for her kindness, generosity, and warm heart. I wholeheartedly recommend Bali Berg Villa Sanur—not only for the stunning villa, but for the privilege of meeting Krisna.
This is a five star property especially suited to a large family group. The pool is amazing and is the central focus of the property. Our host Krisna was amazingly welcoming and helpful on every front. Whilst everything is accessible within a 10-15 minute walk from Baliberg Villa, it is just far enough away from the bustling centre of Sanur. We certainly would not hesitate to stay here again with our family group. Thank you Krisna! Loved, loved, loved our stay in your home!
great stay. the villa is perfect for bigger groups and such a lovely space and great pool. what really made the difference was our host Krisna who was so friendly and helpful if we ever needed anything but never intrusive. we'd love to stay again and highly recommend the villa
Responsive host & great location
Great place, the host was excellent and very responsive. It's about a 10-12 min walk to the beach and about the same to some decent restaurants. The Sanur beach boardwalk is a nice 5km path for walking or easy rent of bikes and doing water activities like surfing and jey skis.
Stayed here over Christmas with five adults and two children. Krisna our host went above and beyond to ensure a happy time was had by all, we couldn’t have asked for more. Lovely villa, good location if you’re happy to walk or taxi to the beachfront, and the pool and outdoor area are heavenly!
Wonderful host. Great villa exactly as described. In touch with us early with good instructions and answered any questions we had. Made us feel at home while we were there and helped sort out a couple tourist activities and local restaurant recommendations. Totally recommend!

Krisna is an amazing host. She showed her caring and hospitality above and beyond. She greeted us with warm heart and made us feel so comfortable in her beautiful garden Villa. The pool was very clean and temperature was perfect. All in all we had an amazing week in this beautiful spot. She also gave us many great recommendations for local spots. We will definitely be back in the future

You won’t be disappointed. Spacious, clean large villa with a large warm pool and beautiful gardens. Krisna is a wonderful, warm host, who makes you feel at home and does everything to make your stay run smoothly. Close to restaurants, mini mart and pharmacy. Easy walk to beach or main shopping street. Rooms sooo big and with air con. You won’t be disappointed.

숙소는 자연 친환경적이며, 수영장이 매우 넓고 깊어 물놀이에 최적화되었습니다.. ^^ 사누르 물가 대비 굉장히 가성비 좋으며, 가족 10명 5개의 방에서 지냈습니다. 다만 가격대비 저렴한 만큼.. ㅎ 숙소 내부는 굉장꿍. 흐륀 눈을 장착하며 봐야될 준비를 하고 가세용 노뮤 노뮤 쥐져뿐하묘 더러뿌 ㅓyo
숙소가 잘 정돈되어 있었고, 크리스티나의 친절하고 적극적으로 도움을 주려고 하는 모습에 감명 받았습니다. 위치적으로는 아쉬운 면이 있지만 대가족이 머무는데 가격대비 이보다 더 좋은 선택은 없으리라 생각됩니다.

Very flexible and accommodating with our arrival. The house is beautiful and krisna made it an excellent stay. Would love to have stayed here longer!
Loved our stay here. It fit our family of 8 well, and the kids were obsessed with the huge, and deep, pool. Krisna was fabulous, and so helpful! We hope to be back!
de villa was perfect ,brandschoon ,en een geweldig zwembad. Krisna gaf veel informatie, en altijd snel antwoord. ook daar aangekomen, je stuurt een appie, en ze helpt of geeft advies. wij waren best laat om nog een feestje voor onze jarige te organiseren maar laat het Krisna weten, en alles is mogelijk. zo was de volgende dag toen we terug kwamen van een exursie ,de villa versierd de tafel gedekt , kwam het eten op tafel, werd er afgewassen en jawel een geweldige redvelvet taart. krisna nogmaals bedankt daarvoor👍

Excellent place to stay tucked away on a quieter street in Sanur. The pool is as big as it looks, we spent many sunny moments enjoying it, and the shallow end is perfect for little ones to enjoy. The rooms are all spacious and comfortable, the master is stunning. Krisna is a 5-star host, she has great recommendations and is incredibly gracious. She can organise pretty well anything at the drop of a hat and is happy to do so. During our stay she arranged an authentic Balinese dining experience at the villa for us and it was lovely. The villa is great for larger families, as ours, plenty of space to spend time together before wandering around. Cafes, shops and beach are all a short stroll. We really loved our stay here and will definitely be back, thanks Krisna for being an excellent host.

Due to some difficulties on the airport we arrived a bit later than expected at Bali Berg Villa. Krisna didn't mind and greeted us very warmly. She helped us a lot during our entire stay with travelling across Bali. Whenever I come back to Bali, I would really like to stay here again!
Otroligt boende på alla sätt. Vi bodde 4 vuxna och 5 barn mellan 9-16 år under 12 nätter juni/juli. Aldrig någonsin varit så nöjd med ett boende (och då är vi kräsna). MAGISK värd som hjälper dig med allt du behöver. Vi fick de bästa tipsen om sevärdheter, utflykter och matställen. Värden hjälpte oss med säker transport från flygplatsen och på alla våra utflykter. Underbar frukost och middag som serverades när vi så önskade. Poolen är större än på bilderna och är helt fantastisk. Vi badade timmar varje dag. Om du vill ha ett underbart boende med den bästa, proffsigaste och vänligaste värden, så boka detta boende. Du kommer inte ångra dig! Perfekt läge på Bali. Vi längtar redan tillbaka fast vi nu bor på 5-stjärniga all inclusive hotell. Rekommenderar till alla.
great place for a family to share accomodation
As a Airbnb beginners, Rama was the best host we could’ve wished for. She was very helpful and generous. Her local knowledge was invaluable in recommending great places for us to visit. When our daughter came down with a fever, she cared for her like her own family member. The location was easily walkable to the beach and restaurants. The cleanliness of the place was immaculate. The pool was spotless and was so big you could swim laps in it. Five stars across the board. Definitely recommend

Rama communicates extremely well. The place is lovely. The only minor issue was the water pressure in the shower. But, overall, we were delighted.

We had a fabulous stay here, very spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants, yet in a private and quiet area of town. We could stroll to the beach in less than 10mins. We loved the pool, perfect for kids. Our host Krisna was so helpful and friendly and we loved getting to know her over our 5 days. Anything we needed or wanted Krisna organised in no time. We will definitely come back!
Krisna was very welcoming and provided extensive assistance with our time staying in Sanur, a complimentary rice, assistance with tours and local places to eat. Although we had a few issues outside of Krisnas control (power out and water issues for a few days) she did everything to communicate with us and help us with what was needed. It was a great space for our family to share and enjoy our experience in Bali. The cleaner was always around cleaning the property which was got used to.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was huge and easily accommodated our family. The rooms were clean and spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The pool was fantastic and we were in it every day. The kids said it was the best pool they seen at a holiday property. The location was good with an easy walk to the beach and numerous cafes, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Our host provided numerous recommendations and tips for activities and places to see. Communication was always excellent and we felt well looked after. Thoroughly recommended.
Fantastic villa in a great location. Krisna was also a wonderful host with great knowledge and advice of the local area. We got to spend a bit of personal time with Krisna and her nephew which was also very nice. We would definitely stay again in the future.
아주 친절하고 주변 관광에 대한 질문에도 응답이 신속하고 정확하게 잘 설명해 줌 주심. 우리는 6명이 가서 넓고 편하게 생활했지만 8명이 생활하기에도 충분함. 오래된 엔틱 시설을 즐기려면 아주 좋지만 현대적인 시설은 아님. 샤워 물 수압이 약함. 수영장 시설이 특히 아주 좋음. 단 주방시설을 이용하기엔 주방용 품이 별로 없고 깨끗하지 않아서 조금 아쉬웠음. 구글 찾기로 찾기가 쉽지 않았음. 실제로 한번만 가보면 찾기 쉬움. 해변과는 10분 정도의 거리이고 사누르해변은 모래해변이 아니고 갯벌로 썰물때는 깨끗하지 않아서 구경하기에는 별로 임.
We had a fantastic one-month stay at Krisna’s beautiful villa in Sanur. As a family of five with three small kids and a nanny, we felt incredibly welcome and cared for. Krisna’s service was above and beyond—she replied instantly, helped us order food, booked wellness treatments, and organized amazing trips. She was especially attentive to our children, which meant a lot. One highlight was when she and her lovely family invited us to a sacred temple in Ubud, where we experienced an authentic Balinese purification ceremony. The villa itself is spacious, peaceful, and perfect for families, with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen, and a great pool. A big thank you also to Krisna’s kind team who kept the villa clean and organized. Krisna is not just a great host—she’s a warm, generous, and kind-hearted person. We couldn’t recommend her villa more for anyone seeking a relaxed and meaningful stay in Bali.

La propriétaire est très gentille, présente à l'arrivée et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et ce, avec le sourire. Elle fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable et organiser les sorties et visites que nous voulions faire. L'endroit est très sécuritaire, facile de se rendre à la mer à pieds ainsi que les restaurants qui longes la mer et toutes les commodités que nous avions besoin. En gros un très bel espace où passé vos vacances et profiter de la belle piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons fortement cette endroit.

We were only there for one night however we were so welcomed and given so much information about the area. The pool was perfect for our 3 boy children and the rooms were so perfect for our family. Having the hosts family on site made us all feel so safe (although Bali is safe) we haven’t been to the area before. Very close to everywhere (beach and Main Street). Visit the Italian around the corner. For the 2 meals we were there, we ate there and it was better than amazing, also recommended by our beautiful host. We will definitely return if ever in the area and really make use of the full property offered. Thank you for being so amazing and so helpful right from the beginning of our booking.

This is a beautiful villa, so private with gorgeous gardens and so comfortable. As a family of five it was very spacious and we all had heaps of room with many different lounging areas to choose from. The pool is a stunning two meters deep and a refreshing respite from the heat. Bali Berg Villa is truly an oasis. But what we loved the most was our charming host Krisna - she was always available and happy to help us and had many suggestions for places we might like to go to.

Nous avons passé un moment de rêve à Bali Berg Villa. Krisna et son équipe était très à l'écoute tout à long de notre séjour, une villa immense ou toutest bien pensé. Et que dire de la piscine qui est sublime, nos petites filles ont adorés et passé de longs moments. une etoile de moins pour les 2 chambres a l'étage qui sont mal isolées et assez bruyantes la nuit. Mais cela reste un logement à ne pas manquer pour une famille nombreuse.
Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay at Krisna’s Bali Berg Villa. It was a great base for us to come back to after a busy day out or to just relax away all day on our quieter days. Krisna was extremely helpful and communicative, and willing to assist in any way to make our stay in Sanur memorable.
What can I say? The house was amazing and the service was second to none. We have staying at many air bnb’s around the world and Krisna’s service was by far the best we have ever encountered. She was amazing. Honestly she is the reason we would come back to Bali again and again and again. She organised a personalised cake for my wife 40th to be delivered to a restaurant in Nusa Dua, she organised day trips, laundry, had amazing local recommendations, cooked us breakfast when we wanted it. She was just incredible. The house was amazing and well equipped. Just a perfect stay. If I could give this stay more than 5 stars I would.

대가족분들에게도 아이가 있는 가정에게도 추천하는 숙소입니다 일단 방 하나 크기가 30평 아파트 안방보다 큽니다 욕실도 충격적으로 커요. 욕실 한개에 한꺼번에 3명이 씻어도 전혀 좁지 않고 아이들에게 너네들도 돈 많이 벌면 이런집에서 살수 있다는 ㅋㅋㅋ 동기부여도 줄수 있고 좋아요 개인 수영장이 매우 청결하게 관리되어져 있고 낮은곳부터 깊은곳까지 아주 좋습니다 Indonesian heritage 를 느낄수 있는 인테리어라서 사진 찍으면 우와~ 소리 나와요 약간 옛날 성북동 고급집같아요 새로 지은 건물은 아니지만 오히려 인도네시아를 처음 찾는분들에게 인상적인 경험이 될거 같아요 소품하나하나 굉장히 고풍스러워요 다만 저희 아이들은 어두운 인테리어에 적응을 잘 못해서 자주 무섭다는 이야기를 했어요 조명이 은은하여 아주 밝지는 않아요 -외국은 한국보다 간접등 + 어둡게 지내요 근처에 진짜 맛난 현지식 가정반찬집도 있어서 잘 먹었어요 Warung Jawa - Moro Seneng

Fantastic villa in the heart of Sanur a short walk from both the beach and many shops, bakeries etc. the villa itself is large and we absolutely loved the huge pool. The host was brilliant - always responsive and gave us lots of recommendations of places to visit. I highly recommend you stay here when visiting Sanur.
Krisna gave us clear location of her Villa and the check in is fuss-free. The Villa is spacious and clean, 10 minutes walk to Beach front and loads of food options nearby, we felt right at home at her place. She helped recommend good cake and dinner meal for our little girl's 2nd birthday. She even helped to cook some of the dishes. She is thoughtful and kind. We totally enjoyed our stay there and will come back for sure if we ever visit Sanur again.
Notre séjour en famille et entre amis s’est passé à merveille. Krisna est vraiment géniale et fera tout ce qui est en son pouvoir pour faire de votre séjour un moment inoubliable. La piscine de la maison est extrêmement agréable, la literie est de bonne qualité. Au rang des choses moins positives : le fait que les 2 chambres du haut sont un peu bruyantes et que la pression dans les douches est un peu faible.

The stay at Bali Berg villa was magnificant. We felt like being home in a very peacefull and relaxed environment. The house and swimmingpool was really great, and the hospitality of Krisna and her family was overwelming. Nothing was too much, everything was possible. And that in a very polite & non-disturbing way. Sanur and south area of Bali can be crowded. Coming back to the house everytime after exploring Bali, it gave us the family time & rest we wanted. Overall, I highly recommend the stay!
The most welcoming stay I have ever experienced, great helpful communication and proactive contact. Heaps of recommendations. The house is spacious and the cleanest I have stayed in Bali bar none. The garden is lush and peaceful with a beautiful pool. Easy walking access to the beach, shops and restaurants and close to the airport. Our 8 day stay at the Villa has been nothing short of awesome. Krisna was a wonderful host, making sure that we are always taken cared of. There are 9 people in the group and she made sure to connect with each of us to know what we need. She even helped 4 of my friends with their personal itineraries and it made their stay even worthwhile. She made sure to have the villa cleaned everyday and to check in on us if we would need anything else. With regards to food recommendations, she provided her personal recommendation of restaurants and activities that are within the vicinity of the villa. Communicating with Krisna is a breeze. She is easy to reach and will respond quickly when able. That is why our check in to the villa even when we were a bit early to arrive in Bali was not stressful. I will definitely book the villa again next time I am in Bali. Be it with my group of friends or family, Krisna will make sure that your Bali experience will be wonderful and worthwhile.

This was the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The property itself is beautiful with loads of character. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The courtyard with huge pool was magical. Our kids had so much fun swimming in it every day. But the real reason to stay here is Krisna herself. She's a truly wonderful human being. She treated us like family and did everything in her power to make sure we were comfortable and happy. When our bags were delayed, she hounded JAS until the bags were delivered. She drove us to the galeria mall to buy emergency clothing. She drove us to a local store to help us solve a train booking problem. She arranged transport for excursions and ordered food for us when we got home late. And so much more. We will always remember Krisna and everything she did for us. We miss her already!!
This was the most fantastic villa. We stayed with my parents and my three young children. The location is perfect, close to the beach and lots of great places to eat nearby. The villa is peaceful and beautiful, best described as an oasis. Most special of all was our host, Krisna, who was available day and night to help us and even accompanied my parents back to the airport to find luggage after it had been misplaced by the airlines. There was nothing that Krisna couldn't help with, including arranging an excellent excursion up Mt Batur which my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed. The children never wanted to get out of the pool and none of us ever wanted to leave at the end of our stay...we will be back!!
If you are looking for the perfect place to live in Sanur, this is it! The house is beautiful and the kids loved the swimming pool. Short walk to the beach (10 minutes) and several restaurants close to the house. Krisna makes everything perfect, good breakfasts, recommended good places to go and restaurants and is the most friendly host I ever met. One of the kids turned 10 years old when we were staying in the house and Krisna made the perfect birthday party. They clean the house everyday and have the softest beach towels. If I ever come back to Sanur I will book this house again!

I couldn't recommend this airbnb more highly. From the moment we booked to the moment we left our host was first class. The villa was very spacious both inside and out and the pool was huge, ideal for swimmers and also none swimmers/children. Each of the 5 bedrooms was generously sized, as were all 3 bathrooms. The villa had beautiful hardwood furniture throughout and lovely pictures and scupltures/statues. It was spotless when we arrived and thoroughly cleaned every day, at a time of our choosing. Our host was very helpful and made excellent recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. In summary, tremendous! Thank you.

10 min walk to the beach. 3 rooms (including master) are downstairs and 2 upstairs. Downstairs rooms has connecting door which is perfect for family who has small children. Krishna was kind, very responsive host. All questions that I emailed before arrival was always answered promptly. Kitchen has basic amenities. Pool is clean n large! Has shallow ends for small kids too. Our group (10 adult) were here for family reunion. Her house was just perfect for all of us. Kitchen is on the opposite side of of the house, which is not a problem at all. One of the best features are large sitting arrangements, inside the house/living room and outside/Porch have comfortable couches.
Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage. insbesondere für Familien und Gruppen perfekt geeignet, da die Schlafzimmer um einen sehr schönen gemeinsamen Wohnbereich gruppiert sind. Pool und Offene Küche komplettieren die Anlage. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren konnten wir die Umgebung nicht wirklich erkunden. Es gibt aber einige Restaurants und Märkte in der Nähe, sowie viel Streetflood.
Krisna was amazing, I had been chatting via message prior to our arrival as it was my daughters birthday and Krisna helped me to arrange a floating breakfast and birthday cake for us and the morning of her birthday, Krisna and her family put all our decorations up for us. We were made to feel extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Krisna was always very quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful and had great recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for anyone to stay here
We loved it here! Big villa for our party of five. The host was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The only negative for us was that in the pictures there where many sunbeds, but the villa didn’t have any. Would stay here again!

Our stay at Krisna’s place was wonderful for our big family of 9 (including 2 kids and 2 elderly parents). A bit away from the hustle and bustle of Sanur beach but that’s what we appreciate about it- the privacy and peacefulness, since we spent most of the time in the villa anyway. The highlight is of course the large and very well maintained pool (including a kiddy pool section, which my kids absolutely love). Krisna is a very good and professional host- very responsive, gives out good recommendations and even helping us to make reservations. Breakfast at the villa is available at an additional cost, which was delicious. Overall, great stay for large families and a highly recommended place!

Great hideaway down a quiet driveway with a lovely little pool. we stayed as 4 adults, 4 kids (ages 2.5, 5, 6 and 7) Plenty of space. Kitchen & dining area on one side of the pool, main house on the other. 3 downstairs bedrooms stayed nice and cool. No AC in living room but big front doors open with big ceiling fans and sea breeze kept us cool enough. Can pay a little extra for very nice breakfast options (e.g. eggs, toast, bacon, sausages, or salad or Indonesian breakfast) 10min walk to the beach and great cafe (Genious cafe at Mercure resort). Krisna was THE MOST helpful host ever - she lives on site and we were totally spoilt. She arranged bike hire so we could cycle down the long seafront path (and can stop at tiny turtle feeding site part of a hotel, endless restaurants/cafes/sun lounger spots) The sea is super shallow flat and calm (as its surrounded by reef) so super safe and great for kids. She also arranged drivers, laundry, dinner at the villa etc. A great value stay

Villa Berg is big, comfortable and good located. Pool was really spacious and nice, with a shallow part for small kids. It was a bit hot to sleep on the second floor and staff made their best to help and organize additional sleeping place on the first floor. Krisna was nice and helpful host.

Massive villa (it is bigger than it looks in pictures) with pool and 5 bedrooms with 2 shared and 1 private bathrooms(located over 2 floors), kitchen in separate building across the pool with all necessary cutlery and cookware. Krishna the owner and her family are very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us out with private issue and even helped us organise a birthday party and got delicious custom cake and flowers. Villa located on private road and is gated so very safe( owner lives in same territory). There are plenty of restaurants around, walking distance to convenience store and pharmacy, 10min walk to the beach, perfect place for family holiday or group of friends. Breakfast available or request, room cleaning every day. Owner has plenty of advice on where to eat or where to go. Definitely recommend staying here

She attends to our request and queries promptly. The property is great, with a good pool to swim in. There is good cafe nearby, walking distance. The place is safe. We enjoy staying there.

We stayed in quite a few placed in Bali & Lombok but this is a stay we won't forget, this is the one place we will be coming back to each time we visit Bali! Krisna greeted us right at the start and impressed me deeply with the pride she takes in her place. Her proactive care and understanding of hospitality is immediately apparent, we ended up having some great conversations about how this special place came to be. The layout and amenities and it's location are beyond perfect for a wide range of purposes and the pool with it's two stage depth was just right for our non swimming toddler as well as swimming older children, we stayed here for our last night in Bali to unwind before we flew out after 3 weeks in Indonesia, next time this will be our first stope when we arrive, it's the perfect base for your family or larger group.

Our family had the most wonderful stay at Rama‘s (Krisna’s) place and we were so impressed with the villa. Krisna and her family were very kind in welcoming us and made us feel completely at home. It was really nice having Krisna and her family close by so we could have their assistance whenever we needed it, but also the privacy of our own villa. The pool was amazing and definitely a highlight for our two little boys who wanted to spend all their time in there. The location is great - walking distance or a short scooter ride to the beach. There are lots of restaurants nearby and things to do. Sanur is also quite quiet compared to other parts of Bali which we liked. We will definitely be back because we had such a wonderful stay. Rama was an incredible host. Her place is as it appears in the photos in a convenient Sanur location walkable to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She even called a special service to create a custom rubber stopper for the bathtub so that our three-year-old could have a bath! The pool was amazing and was perfect for family fun. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and her English is very strong.

What an absolute find! The house is exactly as described and doesn’t even do it justice. The hosts are incredible and go out of their way to help you as much or as little as you need. The perfect place to come when arriving after a long flight to Bali. The airport pickup with them went very smoothly. There is a fabulous spa they will drop you off at just one minute’.s drive away and there are excellent restaurants close by too. We all slept amazingly in the beautiful beds and the pool is a dream. They text me a day prior my arrival and managed a good communication with all family so we wouldn't get lost until arrived at the villa. Gonna come back again for next family stay. Thank You!!
We just stayed at Bali Berg Villa for 8 nights, a group of 5 adults 3 children lots of space for us all. Krisna was an amazing host she helped us with anything we needed to get around, breakfast was really nice the staff were wonderful we felt really welcomed. Pool was definitely a highlight especially for children , we swum for hours. Everything was spotless , comfortable beds , villa cleaned daily. Walking distance to beach and shops for coffee etc very close. Highly recommend, definitely made our holiday staying at such a beautiful place
Rama’s place so much better than I expected from the photos. The balinese style house with its open spaces and ample amount of greenery creates a relaxing ambience to stay in. The tranquility of the Sanur area further enhances the ambience. The place was really spacious and could easily fit our group of 7 people with its five bedrooms. The place has everything one might need to stay in and even cook. The pool was also really great to swim in (even at night, as the water is kept at a warm temperature) or just to sit in it and bask in the surroundings. The highlight for me was the friendliness of Krishna though. She was extremely accommodating and was always there to help us out if we needed anything, be it recommendations for places to visit or items for the house. She lives on the premises, so she is always there to help and was eager to ask us if we needed any help Do note though, that the house is located in a tight alleyway, so getting in and out with a car might be tricky

this place is amazing! much better than the photos where photos was already great. we only stayed 2 nights here which was one of our regrets in Bali. highly recommending to families with kids or crowded groups since the place is huge and kids will surely love the pool. Krishna is a very helpful host and helped us in anything we needed. planning to come back to Bali and will book a longer stay here
Fantastic location for access to beaches, restaurants and activities in Sanur. We loved spending time at the villa, the pool was the highlight for the kids and it was very comfortable for lounging around during the warm days. The place is very well kept, clean and maintained above expectations. Krishna provided recommendations for day trips and made us feel at home. Hoping to return ourselves so don't want to provide too good a review, but honestly, it was amazing!
Everything that can be asked of an accommodation and a hostess. Everything very clean, smelled very good, everything very new, amazing pool and bathrooms. I also recommend hiring the added breakfast, lots of variety and quality. 10/10, if it's free for your dates, instant booking.

Toen wij door een annulering elders last minute een verblijf zochten kwamen wij bij Krisna uit. Ze reageerde ontzettend snel en vriendelijk en wij konden bij haar terecht. Eenmaal aangekomen kregen wij zo’n warm welkom! Ook keken wij onze ogen uit bij deze prachtige villa. Zowel van binnen als buiten erg ruim en mooi. De villa ligt op loopafstand van allerlei lekkere restaurants en het strand. Dit was voor ons met onze kinderen erg ideaal. Krisna was de perfecte host. Zij gaf ons de beste tips, hielp ons bij alles, was altijd bereikbaar en bovenal een ontzettend lieve en warme vrouw. Het voelde erg fijn en vertrouwd om bij haar te verblijven. Ook onze kids waren dol op haar en wouden de villa niet verlaten toen we moesten uitchecken. Deze villa is een absolute aanrader! Voor de ruimte, rust, locatie maar bovenal perfecte host die ons verblijf fantastisch heeft gemaakt. Krisna, bedankt! We hebben ontzettend genoten en zouden zo weer bij je terugkomen! Absolute aanrader.
Krisna could not have been a better host! She arranged transportation for us from the airport to the villa. We only got to stay at the villa for one night before leaving for our next villa and Krisna made herself available to us for the entire duration of our time in Bali. The villa was just around the corner from Dimattina Roastery and Kitchen. The meals we had there were some of the best we’d ever had. The villa is just a 10 min walk from the beach. Perfect location and perfect host. We were so thankful for Krisna’s tips, recommendations, and hospitality. Would rate higher if we could.
I read a lot of comments before coming, because I have a kid, so l want to stay comfortable and safely， everyone said krisna and her family are really friendly and warm people, that is true,my kid got a high fever during we were living there, the temperature reached 40 degrees Celsius,I got super anxious about that,but Thanks to krisna's sister,who brought my baby's temperature down use the old-fashioned way ,that was amazing,he just recovery for one day,also the house is only 5 minuts drive from the hospitall . krisna's family's care and concern for us really made me feel relieved when I was traveling with my children.Their absolute support gave me great confidence in spirit. Thank you,krisna, we have experienced the warmth of home herewhich made me have a wonderful experience! yoyo^^

My family and I had a pleasant stay at Bali Berg Villa. Beautiful house, super friendly host, and perfect location. The house is well maintained and cleaned, with easy access for kids and elderly (I stayed with a 89 years old grandparent and 3 years old child). The host, Krisna, is very responsive to every question I had. She give me every details about surrounding area and other things to find. This is what I called a hidden gem in Sanur area.
Krisna is an amazing host. She went out of her way to ensure our every need was met. We can highly recommend staying here. The photos actually do not do justice to the place, it's like an oasis in the midst of a great location for beach and restaurants. We would love to come back again and again.
Speechless. Sungguh Villa yang sangat "Waaoooww",, terasa seperti rumah sendiri. Begitupun dengan Tuan Rumah Ibu Krisna dan keluarga yang sangat ramah dalam melayani kami sekeluarga yang berjumlah 13 orang plus anak2 yang menginap di Villa ini selama 3 hari. Villa dengan kolam renang yang super besar sehingga sangat memanjakan anak2 kami dan betah berjam jam di kolam renang. Villa yang berada di tengah2 wilayah Bali dengan fasilitas yang super lengkap dan sangat dekat dengan Pantai Sanur yang kita bisa menikmati sunrise yang begitu indah. Sungguh liburan kami sangat berkesan dengan menginap di Villa ini. Suatu saat jika berkunjung ke Bali kami pasti akan kembali ke Villa ini lagi. Salam hangat dari Saya Andrys, Naka, dan Keluarga

We absolutely loved this house and the beautiful family who runs it so much. The villa is beautiful and the pool is amazing. Krisna and her family treated us like part of their family but we still felt like the villa was very private. My daughter did not want to leave, none of us did. The location for us was perfect not far from restaurants, bike hire and a short walk to the beach. We loved how peaceful the area was and felt so at home. We will be back to stay for sure and would highly recommend staying in this lovely villa.

This enchanted villa in Sanur, the host Krishna and her lovely warm family made us feel at home. The villa is near by Sanur Beach, tasty warungs and a really nice coffee shop around the corner. Also nearby is the K Circle for your groceries and a ATM machine and Sunday market for breakfast! Villa is very clean, has big rooms with comfortabel beds, airco and lovely bathrooms! The pool is enormous and surrounded with lots of greens and trees with lovely flowers and it is all well taken care of! When you book this villa we advice you to download the Goyek app! The Goyek app provide you for all deliveries of breakfast, lunch, diner, snacks, drinks, taxi’s and many more! All orders will be deleverd very fast! The host Krishna and family are amazing nothing was to much for them and they all were so helpfull.
