Exploring Bali Quad Green Residence 1 br roof top apartment left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Bali Quad Green Residence 1 br roof top apartment was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Denpasar Selatan plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Bali Quad Green Residence 1 br roof top apartment painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Когда впервые попал в квартиру — был очень разочарован. Очень неуютная квартира 1. На кухне был сильный запах мусора, как будто там умерла крыса. 2. Посуда для приготовления: сковородки, кастрюли и разделочная доска — уже требуют замены. Выглядят очень использованными, я даже не смог ими пользоваться 3. Микроволновка тоже была грязной, даже не стал ей пользоваться 4. Пару раз было слышно как крысы бегали где-то за шкафами на кухне. 5. В одну ночь кондиционер в спальне сломался и из него начало капать вода. Через 2 дня починили, но через пару дней в комнате начало пахнуть сыростью. Даже не мог находиться в комнате из-за этого запаха и спал в зале на диване (который очень не удобный). 2 балла за жилье ставлю только из-за теплой воды в бассейна. Из-за того что квартира находиться на крыше — вода очень теплая и в ней можно купаться целый день не выходя из бассейна. Вывод: квартира уже требует ремонта и очень тщательной уборки. Не стоит своих денег
We've stayed 7 nights at the condo and Petrus was very responsive from the start, allowing for an early check-in which we really appreciated. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom sink wasn't draining as well as leaking when we've arrived; Petrus immediately called a plumber which provided a fix 2 days later. Remote control for the aircon was running low on battery; Petrus also came around with a new set of batteries a few hours later. Overall, the place was ok: It could have done with a little more love and especially a deep clean of bathroom/ kitchen. The whole place is showing its age with wears and tears everywhere - regular maintenance would fix this easily. Instead, everything just looks a bit run down unfortunately. Pool was clean but the outdoor area in general also not very inviting; apart from two chairs and sun beds (without cushion), the "artificial" lawn is rather dirty, no table to sit and eat etc. With a little work, this place could be great again!
I booked a stay with Peter from January to May, but I only ended up staying about a week. The apartment is new, it’s pristine and very comfortable. The down side: 1. It’s in a local neighborhood in Denpasar. It seems like Sanur on a map, but to get to Sanur, you have to take a scooter. If you choose to walk (I don’t like scooters), you have to walk with traffic on very busy streets, (no sidewalks, but lots of mud / puddles) and then walk on the side of the highway a while…. Eventually there’s a point where you can run across the highway…. And a lovely walk along a canal. There are some small street markets and local shops there, but you’ll have to get to Sanur if you want a larger grocery store or touristy restaurant. A taxi works too. Use Grab, it’s like $4 / direction. 2. The hot water only lasted a minute. 3. You share the pool area with everyone, so, there will be folks hanging out in front of your sliding glass doors often. So: yay clean, modern, few bugs. Nay: loc’n
Good priced clean and comfy accommodation. Big comfortable king sized bed. Great outdoor pool.
It was our first trip to bali. In fact, we didn’t expect that this place will be good because we just booked the accomodation, available long-term. However, after looking around, both of us was falling love with this place. The place was consisted of 2 separate buildings on the second floor. Luckily , nobody still book another building. So we could use pool alone and even room and kitchen was tidy and clean. It was suit for two of us. (You can refer photos on the web) However, it was bit inconvenient to go to tourist attractions without transport such as taxi or renting things. I just recommend hiring taxi rather than renting bicycle. I highly desire to introduce you who are reading this review to this accomodation Thank you
💯 everything was excellent. nice apartment, excellent pool, 2x/wk cleaning, and quiet location only a few(3-5) mins from Sanur. Top-notch host and staff. Loved this place and extended my stay. 5 stars *the "bathroom" is not a seperate room, it is open within the bedroom*
The rooftop one bedroom apartment is wonderful! Lots of light & spacious for a solo traveler. Easy access to the pool. I stayed for month and there were many times when I had the pool to myself. Good curtain! Amazing view of the kite festival on Mertasari beach & the full moon! Lovely breezes inside and out. All the other visitors were very respectful of one another and shared the space. The staff is terrific. Always ready to help. Full-ish sized kitchen is very handy and well stocked. Hot water for washing dishes!!! More forks and small spoons would be nice. Good storage space throughout. Great WiFi. The bed was okay but needed better bedding. A mattress upgrade would improve things. Good sized shower. Good water pressure & hot water. Four flights of stairs to get to the place but worth it! Nice cafe & Indromarket convenience store very close by. It’s a quiet neighborhood for Denpasar with easy access to restaurants and the beach by Grab. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay the
We loved our stay here! In a great location for us to be close enough to the shops / restaurants etc but also nice and quiet. The accommodation itself is great, it was clean, had everything we needed and the pool was great! It was almost like a private pool! We’d 100% recommend this stay if you want somewhere to really relax
Все прошло отлично. Апартаменты полностью соответствуют фотографиям. Ремонт супер, есть все нужное. Прекрасный бассейн прямо на крыше, гостей было мало, по сути он был почти частный. Петрус очень отзывчивый, отвечал на все вопросы, сразу решал все возникшие проблемы. Очень советую всем.
Всё просто отлично! Жилье полностью соответствует описанию, и есть всё необходимое, вы будете чувствовать себя как дома. Бассейн просто потрясающий, и выйдя из вашего номера, вы можете сразу его использовать. Петрус очень добрый и милый, а его сотрудники всегда помогут и ответят на все вопросы. Я вам очень рекомендую это жилье
It was definitely a comfortable and nice stay! The host was helpful, helped us with early check-in and luggage drop-off. Everything we needed was thought of. The coffee machine was great for us. The pool was very clean and felt like a private pool since we were the only ones using it most of the time. We had a quiet, clean, tidy and comfortable 3 days. There was fast internet, kitchenware was adequate. There are markets and restaurants nearby. I felt like home, I was sorry we didn't have more time. It will be my first choice when I go to Bali again!
If your looking for a place to stay in Bali. I would highly recommend this very spacious apartment. Roof top pool included. Comfy Bed, nice living room setting. Host is very responsive! Apartment felt exactly like home. I will be coming here again when I visit Bali. 😊
Very quiet and comfortable. Good kitchen and lounge area. Pool was great and usually empty. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed my 1 month stay and would stay again.
I stayed here with my boyfriend, and we both found the location fantastic, the staff were excellent - super helpful and friendly. The host himself was very active over the messenger and answered all my questions. I was working on my dissertation while staying here, so the place had perfect natural light, was reasonably private, and was quiet and reasonably priced.

Petrus ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir durften auch länger in der Unterkunft bleiben, da unser Flug erst abends ging. Wir wussten nicht dass es keine touristische Gegend ist, aber mit dem Roller war das kein Problem überall hinzukommen. Es gibt gleich um die Ecke einen Supermarkt und ein Restaurant. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und der Pool war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Its a good place to stay if you dont wanna be stuck in traffic as it towards a more suburb area of local Bali. Made it super easy for us to commute as every hotspot was about 30-45mins away without traffic. Pool was lovely and we used it every minute we could. Petrus and staff we're friendly and very accommodating. Would visit again!!!
Petrus was helpful before our stay, answered all my questions. On arrival all was perfect. Every week fresh towels, bed and tided up. Very nice pool. Near by shop and atm. All we needed was promtly arranged with pleasure. I would fully recommend this place.
Petrus and his team was absolutely amazing! My girlfriend and I spent a month here and it has felt right at home. Going to miss the swinging chair. Definitely recommend!

An amazing place to stay in Sanur! Petrus and his staff made us feel very welcome and the apartment was beautiful. The rooftop pool was a great addition and we would highly recommend it in terms of location

The place was nice and clean. Petrus also threw in some extras (coffee capsules, toiletries, hot and cold water..). He was really helpful and responsive. Had a tiny issue with the water. He fixed it swiftly.
Отличная квартира, на 100 процентов соответсвует фотографиям! Удобная кровать, чистый туалет и душ, есть вся посуда, нормальный интернет, два кондиционера. Уютная и светлая обстановка. Рядом есть магазины и местные кафе. Хозяин квартиры очень заботливый, как и весь персонал отеля. Рекомендую это жильё!
We really enjoyed spending almost two weeks at the Petrus apartments. Everything is very well organized, the kitchen is great! Good air conditioning in every room. The shower was also great. The staff is very friendly, any issues were resolved without any problems. Cleaning twice a week. The location is not bad, by scooter or taxi you can get to all the tourist places, cafes and supermarkets in Sanur very quickly. Very close to the apartments, within walking distance there is a small supermarket. The only thing is that several times in the evening music from neighboring bars played quite loudly, but for us it was not a big problem. A couple of times small geckos crawled onto our walls, but the staff immediately helped us to remove them outside. Overall this is a great property for both short and long term rentals. We already miss the hanging chair, in the evenings it was a pleasure to spend time on it!

Petrus is an excellent host ! we had issues with a light that was blinking and he changed it the next day. He took into account our feedback and our requests and answered them positively, trying the find the best solution in a minute. We decided to extend our stay with him for a month ! This rooftop has shared swimming pool but not at all crowded so we can enjoy it ! and at night it is really calm. Don't hesitate to come ;)
You will not find a better host than Petrus. And that is just the icing on the cake for BaliQuad! The accommodations are impeccably cared for; the pictures cannot capture all its essence. The stay is tucked into local neighborhood between the cities Denpasar and Sanur, which creates a very authentic Balian experience. The rooftop pool was very private and we often had it to ourselves. Petrus provided resources for everything we needed--EVERYTHING. Motor bike rentals, day trips restaurants, artisans etc. I have used AirBnb frequently for years and I have never had a host as accommodating as Petrus. You cannot be disappointed with your stay here.

Loved this place! Modern and stylish!! The roof top pool is awesome with a great view. All the staff were over and beyond helpful all of the time and the communication with Petrus was always instant. Accommodating to every request. Would definitely stay here again on another trip to Bali. Thanks for everything!
Остановились в апартаментах всего лишь на неделю. Нам все понравилось, мы прилетели раньше и Petrus с удовольствием разместил нас в апартаментах намного раньше. Удобное расположение, 15 минут на такси до Пляжа Санур. Если хотите окунуться в местный колорит - то советую остановиться в этих апартаментах. Очень добродушный персонал. Спасибо за радушный приём
What a wonderful place with amazing staff. We absolutely loved our stay. Any request was met with immediate attention and we truly felt like we were special guests. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is excellent value for money and the place is by far the best I've stayed in using Airbnb so far. Very modern, clean and quiet. I wish I had stayed longer. The host met us on arrival and all the staff were lovely people.
This appartment is modern, clean and comfortable. The check-in was great. We arrived 02.00 a.m., and that was no problem. The kitchen has what you need and the pool is great. The only things that was not perfect was the fact that the Wi-fi stopped working for a little while every now and then, and it was a 5-10 minutes drive to the centre of Sanur. But honestly that is no problem, you can grab a «grab» for 1USD. All in all the stay was very good and i would stay here again! :)
First af all, all the staffs were so kind and good at english. So i could fully enjoy my holiday. If you are searching for a room cozy place with modern furniture, this is the perfect choice. I'm so sorry that i can not count all the good things in here. But i will do my best to compliment this house. 1. Clean facilities As you know, Bali is famous with Pool vila with reasonable price. But it's hard to find some place which is cared well. So many House owners are just keeping their pool dirty, and just using chemicals. But here is different. They cleaned the pool almost everyday, and i couldn't smell any chemical. So the pool was so clean, And i can even open my eyes in the water without pain. Also they are giving room cleaning service twice in a week, so the room can be kept clean. + The bedding were so clean and cozy. Actually i didn't like the blue blanket in the photo, but they gave me whole-white-clean bedding like fancy HOTEL. 2.Location If you are the person who like party, club, socializing.... Hmm maybe you don't like this house. But if you want to relax and having your own time, here is a perfect place ever. The appartment is located a little bit far away from downtown, but that was the point i liked. It's less than 1$ to go to downtown like Kuta, Mal galeria with Go-Jek ride.(motorbike taxi) And if you can ride a motorbike, don't hesitate to stay here. 3.Additional information -There is a CVS named 'Mommyshop' in 1 minute distance. You can buy some stuffs of course, and when the GoJek driver can't find your place, you can tell them to meet up at here. Because it's located kinda big street. -If you need vegetable, meat, egg or if you want to cook, you can try to go to local morning market. JL. Mertasari - Sidakarya, Br Suwung Kangin, Sidakarya, Denpasar Sel., Kota Denpasar, Bali 80224 This is the adress of the market, 3m by walk from the appartment. This place open just in the morning. -There's no alcohol in Mommyshop. So when you need to buy some beer, HB mart is the nearest store and it's 24h open.

Fijn verblijf gehad in Sanur. Appartement was ruim, schoon en nieuw. Het team stond altijd klaar wanneer je ze nodig had!
Book it! Well worth to grab the rooftop studio. Super Clean, fresh, modern. Amazing helpful staff! Its located among the local residents, and thats sooo nice, no traffic, not crowded etc :)
This place is a rare gem! It has all amenities that one needs in a home. You can only appreciate the value it has after you stay at somewhere else. It is modern, sparkly clean, has a great pool and view. It is quiet and has a comfortable bed. The shower is awesome! It is next a mini-mart and two others are in walking distance, the bazaar that you can buy fish, other meat and vegetables and opens up at 7 AM every morning is just 150 m away. The value you get for the money you pay is very high and the price per night is very reasonable. His staff is there to help you in all your needs between 7 AM and 10 PM. You will not go wrong staying at this place. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
We had a pleasant jorney staying at the rooftop appartement at the Bali Quad Green Residence! The furniture was excellent and very beautiful! It was everything there we needed. A big plus is the rooftop pool which is an extraordinary thing in Bali - very beautiful! To Sanur it's a only a 5 Minutes ride, I would recommend renting a scooter or ordering a Grab/Bluebird. In the quiet area you have the "mommy shop" right at the end of the street. Petrus is a really nice person and also his staff members. It was really clean inside the appartment and also you have two AC's (Bedroom + Living room/kitchen). All in all we would like to stay a second time at this amazing appartment and thank Petrus (+ staff) for the great experience! :)
Well this was my first airbnb stay and Petrus set a very high standard for the others. The location is quite. Therefore you will Need a scooter or take a agojek, etc. Sanur is approx. a 5 - 7 Minute Ride away. The apartment itself is on a wonderful rooftoop (2nd Level). On the First Level there is still some construction, but i Never ever heard anything. The apartment itself is very new, spacious and its wonderful to wake Up and see the pool and the grass. Petrus is a very nice, easy going person and responds very quickly … I enjoyed My stay very much and i could recommand it very much.
Fantastic place to stay if you want to be away from the bustle of Sanur; lovely rooftop pool; very modern and clean with great aircon, all the mod cons, etc ... use Go Jek for cheap taxis to beach and downtown Sanur
We stayed at Petrus's airbnb at our first three nights in Bali Dempasar. We had high expectations cause of the nice pictures in the offer. At our arrival we where a little bit shocked because the building is still in construction, but the top floor with the apartments right at the pool is already finished and very beautiful. The whole apartment is brand new and everything is clean and state of the art(2018). The pool and the outside is also clean and very good looking. You can relax outside on the lounger and I think it will be quite when the construction noise is over. All the money paid is worth for this airbnb. The communication was good. Check in and check out was also good.

Très belle appartement en roof top avec piscine à seulement quelques mètres des portes de l’appartement. Propreté impeccable, commerce à proximité, très facile de se faire prendre par un uber. Bref en quelques mots l’appartement à choisir pour passer ses vacances au soleil et au calme.
