Exploring Balikayanas | Ellena House left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Balikayanas | Ellena House was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Selat plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Balikayanas | Ellena House painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
La bamboo house était incroyable et le personnel gentil. C’est une expérience a vivre. Nous avons eu quelque désagréments, comme les nuits très très bruyantes nous étions réveillés presque toutes les heures, les draps et les serviettes étaient tachés soit de sang soit de taches brunes ou jaunes. Les prix de la restauration étaient abusifs et ça ne valait pas le coup. Nous avions demandé à notre arrivée un service à l’hôtel mais le service en question n’a pas été rendu ce qui nous a fait perdre 1j complet. Le chauffeur ne parle pas beaucoup anglais c’était très compliqué de communiquer, nous soulignons que l’hôtel a quand même essayé de faire un geste pour se rattraper.
La maison est magnifique et les personnes qui s'en occupent sont adorables et extrêmement disponibles. Il s'agit en réalité de plusieurs maisons du même style les unes à coté des autres (sans covisibilité), avec une réception et du personnel commun. Il faut savoir que les maisons sont très isolées et donc rien ne peut se faire à pied, il faut nécessairement prendre un taxi. Pour les repas il est possible de manger sur place, un menu est disponible et livré par le personnel. Il s'agit de maisons complètement ouvertes sur l'extérieur, ce qui rend l'expérience extraordinaire mais qui implique forcement des contres parties: linges humides (possibilité de les faire changer si besoin), animaux extérieurs (nous avons vu pas mal de souris/rats, le personnel a été très réactif à notre demande).
A Bamboo House que ficamos é muito legal, porém algumas coisas deixaram a desejar: - grande maioria dos pratos do almoço/jantar estavam em falta - apesar de deixarem café em pó, não tinha os utensílios pra fazer o café - e o mais marcante: preços abusivos das atividades. Até uma simples caminhada nas plantações era cobrado um valor alto por pessoa, do lado da propriedade - ainda nesta questão de preços abusivos: eu pedi por um motorista, e qnd ele chegou perguntei o preço pra duas rotas diferentes. Ele quis me cobrar 800k IDR, e 400k IDR apenas pra levar até o Mount Batur. Sem eu saber eles colocaram todas as minhas malas no carro dele, ao mesmo tempo que estava vendo outras opções. E eu não não fechei nada com eles, pois nem tinham me passado o preço. No final consegui pelo Grab me cobraram 180k IDR, menos da metade!! Enfim, fiquem espertos, a acomodação é legal, mas o atendimento te direciona pra o que eles querem e tudo com preço abusivo, enganando turistas.
Très belle découverte Immersion dans la nature qui est parfois un peu bruyante Si pas de locomotion difficile de sortir pour dîner ailleurs que dans l hôtel … Très bon accueil et service

Excellent logement : maison très propre, jacuzzi fonctionnel et propre, structure magnifique et personnel extrêmement agréable et chaleureux. Toutefois, la musique des voisins le matin peut être dérangeante pour ceux qui recherchent le calme. Nous avons malgré tout passé une nuit agréable. Merci pour ce moment. Bonne continuation à vous
Is a very beautiful home but not for those who don’t like nature and insects . You can see insect , hear bugs sound during your sleep. I also saw rat. I am okay with the insects , so no problem for my family. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and outdoor facility.
The place was same like shown in the picture… It was clean neatly and with all the amenities mentioned All the communication was through chat… but some communication needs a call it makes easy to understand and saves time They dont have inhouse hotel but are tied with local hotel The food was really good Last food order for take way was 7 pm and last order on table was 7.30 Car facility for pick up n drop at hotel was provided for free Only had one issue.. as i was travelling with toddler i requested for milk packets Which could be arranged from the staff as it was afternoon but they said no As it was afternoon i got the milk from a local store which was almost 20 mins walk down the hill and 5 mins on scooter drive I really hoped this could have been arranged Never the less overall a wonderful stay. The Spa therapist arranged was really good We really enjoyed our stay
Logement magnifique, change des logements habituels très typique et joli. Simplement faut aimer et accepté de vivre en « harmonie » avec la nature, présence de petits animaux envahissant surtout la nuit ( grenouille, gecko, … ) Personnel très accueillant toujours au petit service, et d’une extrême gentillesse très agréable je recommande
Alojamiento tal cual aparece en las fotos. Estancia muy agradable y masaje balines muy bueno. Comida buena pero un poco cara para lo que es. Estancia en si muy recomendable por la cabaña.
The apartment is as picturesque as it appears on the ad. The staff are friendly and the beds comfortable. Some big cons, constantly drones would fly around the apartment at 6am in the morning and also in the evening. The location is open without walls meaning we woke up multiple times because of it. They offer packages to hire a drone aswell on-site so this is promoted by the hotel. The restaurant in the property was overpriced and not as good as local food. We ate Babi Guling including drinks with a local driver for 3 people and costed 120k and a chicken curry on the menu costs for one person 155k. That said, staff are nice and helpful so nothing against them.

Das Bambushaus ist wirklich ein Ort, der seiner traumhaften Beschreibung gerecht wird. Mit seiner einzigartigen Architektur und dem natürlichen Charme, der durch jedes Detail strahlt, ist es ein Paradies für alle, die das Einzigartige und Authentische suchen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und ruhig, eine perfekte Oase, um zu entspannen und den Alltag zu vergessen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war jedoch das kulinarische Angebot. Obwohl wir verstehen, dass die Zubereitung von Speisen eine sehr individuelle Geschmackssache ist, fühlten wir, dass es nicht ganz dem Standard entsprach, den das Bambushaus ansonsten bietet. Es wäre großartig, wenn dieser Aspekt verbessert werden könnte, um das gesamte Erlebnis zu perfektionieren. Alles in allem ist das Bambushaus trotz der kleinen Schwierigkeiten mit dem Essen ein bemerkenswerter Ort, den man besuchen sollte. Es bietet eine einzigartige und traumhafte Erfahrung, die man so schnell nicht vergisst.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement, le dépaysement est total ! Tout était très propre, la literie est parfaite et le jacuzzi est excellent. La communication avec l’hôte est facile et rapide pour commander le petit-déjeuner ainsi que tout les extras (dîner, transferts…) Nous n’avons même pas eu de petites bêtes pour nous embêter hormis quelques fourmis évidemment ainsi qu’une petite grenouille vers le spa et un joli gecko inoffensif sur les bamboos. Nous recommandons à 2000% cet expérience incroyable !

Incredible stay, all the good reviews are true. Such a lovely place with lovely helpful staff who went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. They even decorated my friends bed with beautiful birthday decorations. We also booked a massage right in our rooms that was AMAZING. one of the best, thank you so much for everything

Tout était super et magnifique. C'était notre première expérience en plaine nature, ont a beaucoup hésiter par peur des insectes et reptiles , mais tout était parfait. très belle expérience. Ont a fait une petite rencontre avec un petit gogeck , qlq lézard et grenouille et les enfants étaient content. Franchement c'était très très bien . Nous sommes content. je reviendrais dè que possible pour plus longtemps. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe. Ravie de faire votre connaissance. Franchement j'ai beaucoup apprecie vos comportements et et votre accueil. Merci encore ❤️🙏

I had a lovely stay at Ellena House with a group of friends. The bamboo house is beautiful and looked just as magical as the photos. The location is incredibly peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to relax. It is quite remote, so you'll definitely need transport, but it's a beautiful area to explore. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay - friendly, responsive and communicative both before we arrived and during our visit. We did have a couple of minor issues. Unfortunately, the hot tub never got hot. The staff responded quickly and tried to help, but weren't able to fix it during our stay. We also found the food from the restaurant a little disappointing, especially as there are limited dining options nearby. Overall, we still had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Ellena House however to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful escape.
This treehouse villa is absolutely magical!! Staying here is a dream. Every centimeter of the property has been perfectly and meticulously thought out! Some highlights of the property for us were sleeping in the round canopy beds, taking a shower surrounded by twinkling lanterns and foliage, and lounging in the hammocks overlooking the jungle. Also, the villa is operated like a resort, which is so helpful, since they are able to arrange activities and bring meals from room service right to the room. Highly recommend the massage! We also got flower pedals in the water pool, which was a special experience.
La maison en bamboo est très jolie et vraiment au cœur de la nature si vous cherchez à vous déconnecter. C’est très propre et le personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. Néanmoins forcément il y a pas mal de bêtes vu que tout est ouvert mais le ils donnent de quoi s’ en débarrasser. La localisation est un peu éloignée mais ils proposent un room service vraiment excellent. Merci !
Was een heel bijzonder en tof verblijf & locatie! Totaal anders dan anders en dat maakte het heel gaaf en mooi. Wij hebben enorm genoten van de jacuzzi, de tuin, de faciliteiten en het ‘huisje’. Voor ons was het een heel fijn verblijf! Ze hebben aan alles gedacht, zelfs kan je er eten bestellen en was voor ons een pluspunt. Ik raad dit zeker aan als je van natuur houdt en niet bang voor beestjes bent. Wij zullen zeker terugkomen!

this place is amazing. staff was super friendly and accomodating, they even went the extra mile to get a cake and birthday surprise for my dad! hot tub was amazing and vibey. staff was super responsive and catered to our needs. even gave suggestions for a perfect sunset viewing point. house was really nice and matched the photos
Amazing stay!! The staff is very responsive. Didn’t catch her name but every time we text her to ask or request on something she will immediately appear at the door! So sweet of her. And the foods prepared also so good! I’m not sure why some reviews say that the foods take a long time but that doesn’t happened to us. It was at a timely manner. Overall, i would definitely recommend this stay. Will come back!!

Enjoyed our 2 night stay in bamboo ‘treehouse’. Well designed - no AC obviously which was just about ok for us. Near to rafting start points and a few restaurants..but otherwise quite remote. Staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast great. Hot tub was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful bamboo house. It looks exactly like in the photos and has a unique, relaxing atmosphere. The whirlpool was a real highlight. The house is away from busy tourist areas, but not deep in the jungle. There are a few other houses around, so you might hear neighbors, but it never bothered us and it still felt private. Since it’s open to nature, nights can be louder and a bit warm without cooling, but this is clearly described and part of the outdoor experience. The food was fine and breakfast was a convenient start to the day. I would still recommend trying some of the nearby restaurants, as there are very good options. We also booked a few activities through the accommodation and everything was easy and well organized. The service was excellent with quick and friendly communication. Overall, we would recommend this place for a unique and peaceful stay.

Stunning house! An absolutely beautiful villa. It wasn’t as secluded as we’d thought from the description, but still off the beaten track of normal tourist areas (and totally worth visiting!). There are other villas around, and it is right near a local village, so you can still hear the construction during the day and the roosters will wake you at 4am (so bring earplugs!). The host & their staff were very responsive, and the activities they offer are a wonderful way to explore the surrounding area. The jacuzzi tub was a wonderful treat 😊
Eine wirklich atemberaubend schöne Unterkunft inmitten der Natur. Der Service war fantastisch und das Haus selbst sehr sauber. Der Pool, den man beheizen kann, ist das i-Tüpfelchen. Wer es gerne ruhig mag (und nachts gerne der Fauna lauscht), gemütlich und elegant mag, ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier sein durften! 🙏🏻

Heel bijzondere ervaring, zelfs met regen zaten we in de whirlpool. Whirlpool en douche zijn lekker warm. Massages worden in het huis gegeven. Eten is ook prima. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Zeker een aanrader!

Ce lieu est un petit paradis. Nous sommes une famille de 4. Le lieu est vraiment super. Nous avons eu une après-midi de pluie, passer quelque heure la bas a été plus qu’agréable. Ils nous ont proposés pleins d’activités. Nous avons testé les massages à notre arrivée (c’était super) Le trekking du mont Batur, suivit des bain chaud. Les repas du soir étaient très bons et à un bon prix. Et le PDJ sympa (œufs, pancake…) Et surtout la douche chaude (très chaude) ce qui est très agréable! 2 WC… On conseille une petite veste le Soir, la région est humide. A 15 minutes de Sidemen, où nous sommes allés pour faire des bijoux (super activité à faire) Vraiment un très joli lieu

This Bamboo house has been without a doubt our best villa in Bali, its like a dream coming true, the photos don't make justice of the real beauty of this villa, specially at night with its warm and cosy lighting. Beautifully design, luxury feeling and open air overnight sleep surrounded by nature can't be described with words! we got a tour, massage in the ground floor and flower batch in the jacuzzi, both great experiences. The staff was super attentive and going extra mile, above ( high) Bali's standards! i can't recommend it enough, just a piece of paradise at your fingerprints

Nous avons passé un très paisible moment dans cette maison en bambou. Il s’agit d’un véritable endroit atypique. Attention vous êtes un peu isolé de tout. Sidemen se trouve à 15ln en voiture. Le personnel est très réactif et fait tout pour faciliter votre séjour.
Endroit insolite, décoration soignée, construction magnifique. Lit super confortable, piscine/spa chauffée au top pour terminer la soirée. Accessible facilement vers Sidemen. Le petit déjeuner de base est très bon mais un peu léger. Cependant, possibilité de rajouter un plat supplémentaire. Il manque aussi quelques rangements, notamment dans les chambres et salle de bain (porte serviette). Restaurant à proximité mais n’est pas d’un très grand rapport qualité prix et nous avons eu plus d’une heure d’attente pour une commande avec livraison. Mais nous recommandons à 100% pour une évasion garantie !
The spot was incredible and even more beautiful than the photos! The staff was super responsive and helped me arrange a driver from Amed. We had a great stay, and the views from the nearby restaurant are incredible in the morning. It was an amazing experience!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property as a family of four! Although the area is quiet and doesn’t offer much, the small, charming restaurant nearby completely exceeded our expectations – the food was absolutely fantastic! The accommodation itself was perfect for us: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with plenty of space for all of us. The host was very friendly and helpful, and communication was smooth. We would definitely recommend this place for families and would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
I loved my stay here. Amazing villa. I would anyway recommend this place. Just one hiccup the Wifi was not working properly. They I guess forgot to give the Wi-Fi extension . But overall we loveeeeeeed it
Fantastisch verblijf in een uniek bamboe huis! Ik heb hier één nacht doorgebracht en het was echt een geweldige ervaring. Het bamboe huis is niet alleen prachtig en sfeervol, maar ook comfortabel en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en met zorg klaargemaakt – echt een perfecte start van de dag. Wat het extra speciaal maakte, was dat ze mijn verjaardag niet vergeten waren: kwam een heerlijke verjaardagstaart en het huisje was gezellig versierd. Een superlief gebaar dat ik enorm heb gewaardeerd! Ook fijn: er is altijd iemand bereikbaar als je iets nodig hebt of een vraag hebt, wat zorgt voor een gevoel van rust en gastvrijheid. Kortom, een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een bijzondere overnachting met persoonlijke aandacht en oog voor detail. Ik kom zeker nog eens terug!

This place was INCREDIBLE! For being in the middle of the jungle, it was so clean and perfect for a little getaway. I’m an AC girl but honestly it was beautiful at night and not too hot. Would recommend everyome stay here!

Words cannot express the beauty if this place. When the doors open, you are immediately transported into another world. The staff is extremely discreet and helpful, the communication with the host is super fast and the place looks even more surreal than in real life. I highly highly recommend you staying here to immerse in the true Bali experience!
It was a nice secluded place, very interesting location in Selat, in which many Bamboo Houses are. Very friendly staff and always there to help when needed. Clear instructions and helped me with the renting a scooter, getting a taxi transfer to my next hotel and gave me recommendations for an amazing restaurant with vegan food! Highly recommend this place, very quiet and secluded; lucky to have had nice weather and it added to serenity and beauty of the place. Highly recommend the stay there!
Wat een fantastische ervaring! We verbleven in een prachtig open huis midden in de natuur, en het was werkelijk een droom. De rust en het groen om ons heen zorgden voor ultieme ontspanning. Het huis zelf was heerlijk romantisch, perfect voor een rustig en intiem verblijf. Alles was goed verzorgd en de sfeer was uniek. We hebben genoten van de stilte, het prachtige uitzicht en de verbinding met de natuur. Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die even wil ontsnappen aan de drukte van het dagelijks leven. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Logement absolument magnifique! Nous avions commandé en plus dans le jacuzzi une installation de fleurs en Mandala 🌸🌺🌸🌺 pour encore plus de magie! La maison est très belle, tout en bambou et les commodités (livraison repas, petit dej simple, yoga mat, wifi ect…) était disponible. Merci encore !
Holy smokes, this place was stunning! So much more stunning than even the photos convey. A gorgeous, private, peaceful spot in the mountains. Every aspect was beautifully thought out and designed, and the staff were incredibly responsive, polite and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer, Balikayanas is going on the top my recommendations list for friends and family!
The bungalow was fantastically well built and managed! Everything was gorgeous and clean and when we arrived there was a birthday sign with balloons set up for me and then a birthday cake delivered to the door 🥹 We did expect the food to have more options with bigger portions based on the pictures and the surrounding area can get noisy but the staff really made a wonderful effort to make our stay worth it ♥️ Thank you Gede 🙏
Wir wollten über den Geburtstag meiner Freundin etwas besonderes für eine Nacht. Das Ellena Haus hat uns wirklich umgehauen, wir waren noch nie in einer so wunderschönen Unterkunft. Wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Perfekt gebautes Haus aus Bambus, wunderschönes Bad/ Dusche, tolles zusätzliches Häuschen und Whirlpool. Einfach wow. Welcome- Drink, Ukulele, Gesellschaftsspiele, Kimonos, Kaffee, Tee und Wasser zur Verfügung. Haben spontan Sarong - Tücher von der Unterkunft bekommen, um abends bei einer traditionellen Zeremonie dabei sein zu können. Auch eine sehr einmalige Erfahrung. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

amazing place ,perfect for couples or far private party
This was our fourth and final place to stay in Bali. We arrived in the dark after a long journey under a full moon and were greeted with this stunning accommodation. The staff were very friendly and helpful and communication was easy. Though the location is more remote most things can be ordered to you and we organised several different day trips for activities. It was perfect to be able to come back and relax in our own private tropical paradise. Our stay was so comfortable and happy and we were extremely sad to leave!

So ein besonderer Aufenthalt den man aufjedenfall erlebt haben muss. Es ist mal was ganz anderes und es war sehr schön einfach mitten in der Natur. Wildtiere hatten wir gar keine da, auch wenn es vorher nett mitgeteilt wurde. Wir waren zum Glück mit Rollern unterwegs sodass wir etwas außerhalb gut was erleben konnten. Direkt Vorort gibt es unserer Meinung nach weniger. Aber das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.

Be ready for a real wow effect when you arrive in the house! It’s even more beautiful than what you can imagine… The team was really helpful and reactive when we texted them to get help here and there. We were unlucky and had noisy neighbours the night we were there, but apart from that the location is very peaceful. There are a few restaurants that you can access by foot (Camaya and Magic Hills) within 10min, but we didn’t manage to eat there as they are run by other companies (probably competitors of Balikayanas). We said that we were coming from Balikayanas and suddenly the empty restaurants were fully booked (or we were offered a special menu to eat in our house at Balikayanas with special prices) 🙃 Maybe you can try saying you came from far away just to eat there, or try to book in advance. The take-away restaurant suggested by the hotel was good, nice carboranas and guacamole :) Enjoy your stay there!

Totally exceeded expectations! Very well built bamboo houses and stunning view of Mt Agung on arrival. Owned by local so nice to see money going back into the community rather than lining foreign pockets. We've been living in Bali now for 5 months and in our opinion one of the best areas to experience proper Balinese culture and natural beauty. Would highly recommend for a special getaway. WOW! This is actually a 5 star hotel and we enjoyed every bit of our stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. The food was delicious and delivered promptly. The massages were the best we got in Bali. The treehouse has everything you’d need to unwind for a few days.

Nous avons pu faire la rencontre d un chauffeur au top qui nous a suivi sur nos autres étapes( Gusti) Le petit dej et le repas du soir proposés sont copieux et très bon. Nous aurions bien prolongé notre séjour. Nous conseillons cet endroit et nous pourrions revenir les yeux fermés.
Wir haben die Unterkunft für 1 Nacht gebucht, um den Osten der Insel zu erkunden. Das Haus übertraf sogar unsere Erwartungen. Wir haben noch nie in solch einem besonderen Haus übernachtet und würden das nächste Mal 2 Nächte buchen, um das Haus mehr zu genießen.

Sehr außergewöhnliche Villa aus Bambus. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefüllt. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist man aber schnell bei den Reisterassen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis im Restaurant könnte aber etwas besser sein. Für das Geld haben wir schon viel besseres und leckereres gegessen. Auch geschmacklich könnte sich das Restaurant etwas mehr Mühe geben.

The views from the top floor were stunning, and all of us enjoyed a relaxing weekend lounging about, reading and chatting. The beds are very comfortable and the villa is spotlessly clean. Because of the open air layout and our sweet blood, we were subject to investigation by many creepy crawlies, but this is just part of the experience. Insect repellent was provided and you sleep under nets so it's not a problem. The only thing to give feedback about was that our hot tub was not that hot! We also had another problem that the lower room was without electricity, but the staff were extremely responsive and fixed it right away. I would recommend this experience to those looking for a beautiful place to stay and relax. Do be mindful that the open air design makes it feel more like glamping, but the villa has all the amenities (restaurant, open air shower, room service) to make it feel like a luxury holiday experience.
Emplacement très au calme (il ne faut pas y aller pour faire la fête !). Paysages somptueux, un excellent restaurant tout près (Camaya). Nous y étions lors du jour de Saraswati et c'était très agréable de voir la vie du village tout proche. Le logement est impeccable, le jacuzzi très agréable. Idéal pour 4 personnes. Petit déjeuner pas très copieux mais bon. Réception disponible par téléphone dès que vous avez besoin.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Bambovilla genossen. Man muss natürlich bedenken dass alles offen ist und dadurch auch Kleider, Bettwäsche etwas feucht werden. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Einmal hatten wir in der Nähe von Sideman einen defekten Reifen des Scooters, das Personal war direkt mit dem Auto zur Stelle um uns von dem Ort abzuholen und hat ihn den nächsten Tag ersetzt. Die Bambovilla war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Alles wie auf den Bildern und größer als erwartet. Das Essen im Restaurant bietet für Veganer leider keine gute Auswahl, aber trotzdem haben wir das ein und andere Gericht gefunden. In allem aber ein toller Aufenthalt.

Une merveilleuse decouverte lors de notre voyage. L'équipe était très reactive et tellement souriante ! Nous avons eu les meilleurs massages balinais depuis notre arrivée à Bali. Tout est fait pour nous faire vivre un rêve. L'équipe fait tout son possible pour satisfaire nos demandes. Le logement était somptueux encore plus beau que sur les photos, tout est pensé dans le moindre détail pour nous en mettre plein les yeux. Samen met mijn verloofde bezocht ik deze parel. Het bamboo huis heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Het ziet er prachtig uit, is van alle gemakken voorzien (jacuzzi kan warm gemaakt worden, föhn is aanwezig, meerdere waterputten, muskietennet). de interieur was naar onze smaak en is precies zoals afgebeeld op het internet. wij vonden het zelfs nog groter in het echt dan op de plaatjes. wakker worden met dit uitzicht is een cadeautje. We hebben het bamboo huis niet verlaten. Volgens de zeer duidelijke instructies van de host is de omgeving vele male minder toeristisch. Door de duidelijke instructies wisten we dat we vooraf zelf iets moesten meenemen of/en afhankelijk waren van de crew. die alles met een glimlach op de kamer serveert na het zenden van de bestelling (middels app). conclusie, een echte parel in Bali!

My partner and I ran into some trouble just before getting into the villa (our car wheel fell off). Gede and his employees along with the neighbours immediately came to help. Even though it had nothing to do with them, they helped us unconditionally and sorted it all out for us. Up to the point that it got so late that they told us to rest in our room and they’ll handle the rest. They have been nothing but kind since we arrived and did more for us more than any villa we’ve ever stayed in. The villa is comfortable and very beautiful. It’s a mix of modern and traditional comfort and you immediately feel at home. The staff were attentive and always responded when needed. The location is great as everything is mostly within 10-20 mins. It is quite secluded at times but that’s exactly what you want when you’re avoiding the hustle and bustle. All in all, we wish we would’ve stayed more. So if you’re thinking of booking for more than 3 days, I strongly recommend you do so!

Desayuno muy bueno incluido en la reserva y carta parta el almuerzo y cena. Al finalizar la estancia el mismo anfitrión nos llevó hasta nuestro próximo destino, ya que allí no hay Grab y será imprescindible coger un taxi local. Resaltar la amabilidad de todos los miembros del complejo.

Le personnel a été très réactif à nos demandes tant pour les activités que pour les repas. Je recommande le massage avec leur thérapeute qui a été un excellent moment.
Amazing stay ! We wanted to do something unconventional hence decided to give this bamboo house a try. There were no mosquitoes whatsoever ! The place is beautifully decorated and we even requested for a scooter hire service , drop off service to our next hotel and extras ! Overall 4.5 out of 5 ! Only let down is the free breakfast option is very limited ! Can’t fill ourselves with a small portion of just one meal to choose from , would have been nice to get a couple of options at the least

Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte in einer der Villen. Leider hat es uns mit den „Bali Belly“ erwischt und mussten uns ausruhen. Der Kontakt über Handy verlief reibungslos und wir bekamen sofort Hilfe und man fragte den ganzen Tag nach, wie es uns ging. Sehr sehr freundlich! Wir wurden auch zur Apotheke gefahren, was uns nichts gekostet hat. Die Unterkunft an sich selber ist einfach perfekt gemacht, sauber, liebevoll und man hat Privatsphäre.. einfach toll!! Vielen Dank für die trotzdem sehr schönen Nächte!
Nice place with beautiful environment, but the transportation is very far from the city, you need extra time to get there. But if you like to be close to nature, this is a great place to stay.

Good place to stay and jus relax
Wirklich wunderschöne Unterkunft, wie auf den Bildern! Die Aussicht aus der Rezeption ist großartig. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen! Leider sind in der Umgebung viele Baustellen und auch der Gastgeber selbst erweitert, was für uns kein Problem war, da wir unterwegs waren tagsüber. Auch die Häuser sind nah aneinander gebaut. Zwar hat man visuell komplette Privatsphäre (wenn keine Drone drüberfliegt von anderen Gästen), dafür hört man alles ;) Eine Sache, der man sich bei der Buchung bewusst sein sollte: Es gibt nicht viele Restaurants, Banken und co. in der Gegend. Dafür kommt man mit dem Roller gut zu den üblichen Aktivitäten (Wasserfall, Tempel). Die Kommunikation verlief super und eher proaktiv vom Gastgeber. Sie waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Beautiful resort !! Feels so close to nature. Very tastefully and artistically designed. Extremely impressive hospitality and room service . They arrange tours and provide services for you on demand . We ordered for a massage and a flower bath inside our villa. The experience was great !! We also arranged for white water rafting with them and it was an amazing and memorable experience! Highly recommend this super beautiful , picturesque and stunning villa.

A magical place reflecting the magnificent Balinese nature. Although it was bad in terms of cleanliness, it was generally good house. They were more professional than other Airbnb houses with rich menu, quick and friendly services.

Absolutely stunning! This is a beautiful space with very thoughtful touches. They literally thought of everything. Our favorite part had to be the outdoor shower... so dreamy. We also stayed at the wonderful treehouse in Ubud but I found it that this is the best tree house I have ever stayed. It is located at the real Bali that is very green nature. We felt very comfortable and cleen even though the treehouse is located in the forest. Staffs are very kind and professional too.

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! The stay was absolutely unreal and made our experience in Bali super wonderful. The added touch of bringing us free coconuts was such a delightful surprise. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. The only downside was the hot water issue in the shower, which meant it was cold, but honestly, a cold shower didn't bother us much with everything else being so perfect. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!
Seriously, there is nothing to judge. I have never ever stayed in such a beautiful house in my entire life. It was more than my imagination. Sleeping with the sound of nature, shower with a lot of green plants, and living in a house 100% made from bamboo, it was super incredible. Unforgettable experience. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.
