Exploring Bamboo Turtle cabin river&pool view 5km to Ubud left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Bamboo Turtle cabin river&pool view 5km to Ubud was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Bamboo Turtle cabin river&pool view 5km to Ubud painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Le logement était très propre très conforme aux photos. Malheureusement le premier soir nous avons mangé sur place,malade les deux jours suivant. ( nourriture que nous avons payé à la fin du séjour) alors que nous avions prévenue l’hôte qu’on était tombé malade. Lors de notre première nuit,vers environ 22h la led de la salle de bain c’est mise à faire des étincelles et quelques petites flammes,ça sentait fort le cramé. Nous avons prévenu l’hôte qui était censé faire venir un électricien mais rien à été fait nous avons dû dormir 2 jours dans la chambre sans être rassuré à l’idée que ça puisse prendre feu. Aucun geste n’a été émis suite à cette incident qui pour nous est inadmissible au vu du prix de la nuit.

The place is good. Not accessible to senior people or people with physical disabilities. The host is nice. Not much food options

Not easy to access by kids and old people.. also the food options aren’t there at all.. we had boiled egg and fruits for breakfast.. rest all is okay

It's a lovely place, simple but beautiful. Sadly, we came just after the floods and the pool no longer has all that lovely grass all around it as it looks like they may have lost a bit of the land into the river. And also the river banks were filthy with rubbish - so that wasn't as lovely to look out on. There are many stairs up and down to the tree houses and the pool - just be aware of that. And it's much more economical to use Grab or one of those apps rather than their driver, who charged much more than what it would have been had we used that app. But the staff are all lovely and if you are wanting a quite place away from the noise - it's perfect.

Die Unterkunft war großartig – wirklich ein Traum. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Frühstück mit der Aussicht perfekt. Um in die Stadt zu kommen, mussten wir zwar ein Taxi nehmen, aber das war völlig unproblematisch.

I had a wonderful experience staying in this unique and peaceful treehouse. The surroundings were magical, and the accommodation was both cozy and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One small suggestion would be to provide slippers and a toothbrush for added convenience. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Very nice and helpful people in the stay! Pak Ketut has been most nice and helpful to us.

Place was magical! Lots of greens and soothing views of a small river. Host was amazingly courteous and friendly. Everything was top notch! Except... There are bugs in the bed. Idk if its bedbugs or what not. It makes red marks on the skin the day after. Host should do pay attention to this.

We had a wonderful stay at Bamboo Turtle Eco Lodge. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and met our expectations perfectly. The villa is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, even things like exchanging money. The breakfasts were delicious and a great way to start the day. We especially loved the little black kitten who kept us company every morning and greeted us every evening when we came back. We also enjoyed the pool and relaxing massages on-site. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back.

The place was exactly as shown in the photos clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It’s a really great spot to stay in Bali, with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere Wayan and the rest of the people were extremely kind, helpful, and always attentive, which made the stay even better. We truly enjoyed our time there and would be very happy to go back in the future. Highly recommended

Beautiful place in middle of nature and a stream flowing right in front. Secluded from main town so peaceful and green. The rooms were clean and well maintained. One might find big lizard in the area including balcony, bathroom and lobby area. Open bathroom was great with a few spiders here and there

如果想要体验热带雨林的感觉，非常推荐！树屋很美妙！和图片没有差别！卫情生况差很，子虫床会有，单床渍有污，太在森林里的感觉了也是个原因，地位置有点偏僻，周边没什么玩的和生活设施，但是管家很热情，人很好。

Very special accom backing on to the river. Beautiful view over the river and jungle with lovely shared pool just below the villa. It really is a perfect place to escape and it's only a short uber ride into the main shopping and food precinct of UBUD

This Airbnb was just lovely! The lodge was so pretty and comfortable. In the whole hotel was such a good atmosphere and everyone was really kind and helpful. The pool is a great refresher on hot days and the view from the balcony on the river is nice - also really enjoyable from the hammock. The breakfast was also really good and for dinner we got great suggestions. We booked a massage which was such a great and relaxing experience in this ambient. We can only recommend this Airbnb and would totally come back again!

Absolutely gorgeous, remote location. Enjoyed the view from the balcony with hammock & the outdoor shower. And the pancakes for breakfast were unbelievable. Id go back just for those! Highly recommend & wish we had stayed longer!

We had a wonderful tima, that we booked a xtra night there. Everything is was a dreamed Bali experience, we was taking care by Wana she make sure we got everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and on time, they got laundry service for a good price. Also the owner recommended a driver Ketut that lived down the road he picked up from airport and we used his services every day for full day to take us around, that was convenient and he is a wonderful person to be around. We will stay again and use Ketut services again. I will recommend to everyone that wants to be close of everything but secluded in a beautiful and peaceful place. Love the design of the villages and outdoor indoor bathrooms.

Bamboo turtle lodge is such a little gem hidden down in front of the river surrounded by nature yet close enough to the road and town. Love that it's quiet away from the city noise and no construction. O was pleasant and helpful and the two ladies staff were so kind and generous, they made our delicious breakfast which was included and gave us tips on things to do near by. We stayed for 3 nights. I'm so sad I only got to enjoy this beautiful place for one whole day as I got stung by a wasp while riding scooter and had a bad allergic reaction which turned into an infection so I slept the rest of the days..The two ladies E & Wayan were helpful in getting info for me to go to the clinic to get antibiotic. The tumeric shot was so good. It was such a perfect little place to get away. I loved waking up in the morning to go down for a little yoga stretch then dip in the pool while listening to the birds and watch the butterflies. Bamboo the cat was the sweetest and we already miss him.

What a peaceful stay. Everyone here was so friendly as well. The view was incredible. My husband and I really enjoyed our experience here.

Wird etwas besonderes, dieses halbe Baumhaus mit der Aussicht in die Natur unddie Nachtgeräuschen, inklusive der wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und freundlichen Personal! Es ist abgelegen, aber dennoch direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Aber wir sind Indonesien grundsätzlich ist ist der Verkehr und im Bereich zu laufen eher schwierig aber das soll die Freude an der Unterkunft nicht schmälern.

아주 조용하고 새소리와 계곡소리의 자연들이 너무 좋았습니다 어디 가지 않아도 가만히 있으면 힐링이 되었으며 직원들도 너무나 친절하시고 고객응대가 너무 좋았어요

It’s like a paradise! Although there are inevitably some small insects, mosquito repellent is provided. The staff here are really nice！

Insanely beautiful villa, can’t wait to return.

Feels like living in heaven for 24 hours long! This place describe what peace feels like. I can only hear noises from insect or sounds of steps. This place suitable for couple on honeymoon like me. I got the sun & rains during stay, both got me comfortable ambience. My room named "Kura-Kura", this is a room that directly in front of the swimming pool & river. I'm very lucky :) Mrs. wayan (& the staffs) welcomed me so warmly, feels like coming back to my mom house :) she cooked breakfast in good taste too! This place wasn't located in the centre of Ubud, but Ubud is so crowded recently so it wasn't a problem for me. 20-30 mins to Ubud centre by bike. It's just that the road from the city centre to the villa is quite dark after 6pm. It's better explore inside the villa. This villa looks like forest, but easy to find and still close to main road. They provide mosquito body spray & the electric one for your room, no need to worry to explore the villa. I'm sure will be back again:)

Wayan and all of the crew were fantastic. very warm and welcoming and we felt sad to leave.

The only problem we had is we didn’t stay long enough! Wonderful property located in the Ubud jungle by the river. From the moment we entered the bamboo lobby, we knew it was a special place. Our bamboo villa was one of 5, yet it felt so very private with lots of room between each villa. The use of natural products such as bamboo and mud bricks along with solar panels, really gets back to nature. We loved the outdoor bathroom but yet still very private. The tranquil setting by the pool and relaxing on the lounge chairs while admiring the beautiful rainforest , is a memory we will keep for ever. There were quite a few stairs but I’m mature age and my daughter in her 40s found it easy. We didn’t want to leave the place as we only had a one night stay so we ordered grab to deliver dinner. No issues in ordering grab or go gek to deliver food or take you somewhere. The pancakes for breakfast is a must! Thank you Wayan and the team for such wonderful service! Definitively book!! 🙏

It was a very pleasant stay at Bamboo Turtle Eco lodge. Wayan and the staff were very hospitable and friendly. The surroundings were exactly as described and we felt right in the middle of nature. Special mention for Richo for helping us during a power outage. Overall I would say it was a satisfying and memorable stay and would surely come back again.

Tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable. Las cabañas son preciosas, el entorno es de ensueño. La piscina increíble de bonita. La amabilidad del personal, un diez. El chico que nos acompañó el primer día a la habitación fue muy atento y resolutivo a nuestras necesidades. La chica que preparó nuestros desayunos por las mañanas no podía ser más agradable y encantadora. Preparó los desayunos con mucho cariño y siempre con una bonita sonrisa en su cara. Los útiles de aseo nos maravillaron. Siempre usamos nuestro champú y nuestra mascarilla capilar, pero al ver la calidad de los que teníamos en la cabaña no dudamos en usarlos, una maravilla para el cabello. El tener en la cabaña un bote de repelente natural como cortesía es un puntazo. Sitio increíble para descansar y observar la naturaleza. Si buscas desconexión este es tu espacio. Volvería a hospedarme aquí si volviese a ubud.

Beautiful small eco resort with friendly, helpful staff and lots of local recommendations. Evening meals not provided but great options within walking distance or using the Grab app and an honesty system provides cool drinks and beers. Close enough to Ubud to enjoy a shopping outing but wonderful to be away from the crowds, swing in a hammock, shower in an outdoor private bathroom and swim in the calm fresh pool by the river. Sanur beach and its wonderful chilled environment is less than an hour away. Ketit, the local driver, is an amazing guide and can take you anywhere you want. Highly recommended

If you are looking to be one with nature then this is the place! It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be for bugs and they give you complimentary bug spray! We stayed here for two nights and we were treated by the staff like kings! It gave you that one on one service feel! I had in my mind I needed to stay in a jungle treehouse vibe and it met all my expectations and more! The only slight grumble I have is that they only supply breakfast and no snack or dinner is available! However go jek delivers there, we had some western food from Burger Bangor which we would rate! 👍🏻 Equally the host recommends the warung at the end of the road! ✌🏻 FYI, if you really want a hot shower open the tap up slightly and not fully! 🤓 The in house yoga was fantastic and the best yoga session I have ever had, my partner and I had one on one tuition and it has improved our yoga skills vastly! Everywhere you looked you were in paradise! We loved it! 🫶🏻🩷 thank you 🙏🏻

This place was absolutely SPECTACULAR. It was so peaceful, quiet, and all you can hear is the sound of beautiful nature. Staff were extremely polite. Ketut was phenomenal, he was able to show us around the island and gave us a ride to and from airport. He was extremely professional and friendly… I’ll definitely contact him again next time I return to Bali.

Deze plek was werkelijk fantastisch! De huisjes zijn prachtig vormgegeven en de omgeving is super mooi. Het uitzicht op het zwembad en de rivier is erg rustgevend en omdat er maar 6 huisjes zijn is het altijd erg stil en kalm. Het personeel is mega vriendelijk en het ontbijt is heerlijk. Kortom echt een aanrader als je een bijzonder plekje in de buurt van Ubud zoekt.

Die Unterkunft hält genau was sie verspricht. Wir waren begeistert von dem Baumhaus und dem Blick auf den Fluss. Wir haben die Tage genutzt um zu entspannen. Man kann in der Unterkunft selbst einen Roller mieten und sich essen via gojek kommen lassen. Bier steht zur Verfügung und kann sich aus dem Kühlschrank gegen Bezahlung am Ende der Reise genommen werden. Es ist alles sehr klein und intim, basierend auf vertrauen. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Frühstück kann aus 5 Möglichkeiten am Vortag gewählt werden. Es ist eine große Portion und hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Olivier and Wayan, and their team, were exceptional hostess. Every day was a great experience with warm service, happy crew and outstanding attitude. The place is right inside the trees, immersed in nature, next to the riverside where you can feel the peaceful environment. The room was as per the pictures with complimentary wireless internet, filtered water and balinese coffee and tea to make your own cup. Surroundings are rather basic and normal for the area. One local warung at few steps and a restaurant inside a hotel a little bit further. Anything else is at driving distance, although is possible to arrange transportation quite easily. This place is highly recommended for couples that wants to disconnect from the noisy city life and get in contact with nature. Thanks Olivier and Wayan for making our stay so wonderful!

The Bamboo Turtle EcoLodge was exactly as described in the listing. All the staff were amazing. The room was clean and tidy and tucked away so you could enjoy the peacefulness of the jungle. Close by you have warungs and about 1k walk you have the Marriott hotel with a rooftop bar. Amazing! We did miss not having a fridge in the room, but that is personal preference, and we understand why no fridges are in the rooms because it is an ecolodge. We were able to use the fridge in the kitchen, which was great and we knew this when booking. We used Gojek for taxis, way cheaper than booking a driver. Overall, we loved this place and would definitely come back. Thank you to the lovely staff who made our stay perfect.

È stato il nostro primo alloggio appena arrivati a Bali e non ci fu scelta più azzeccata. Ci siamo goduti 2 giorni di pace e tranquillità in mezzo alla natura. A pochi passi dalla struttura si trovano warung (ristoranti del posto) e quindi non c’è bisogno di mezzi di trasporto per spostarsi. La mattina ci hanno serviti delle buonissime colazioni preparate sul momento. Personale molto disponibile e carinissimo. Abbiamo apprezzato tutto.

We stayed here for a few days and were blown away by how beautiful the grounds set amongst the trees and river were, our expectations were definitely exceeded! Such an amazing part of the world, and one of the most peaceful places we’ve ever been, we just wanted to stay in and soak it all up. The staff were so incredibly warm and friendly too! We were actually staying here for our wedding, and they accommodated us with extra tables for getting ready with hair/makeup etc too. Also, breakfast each day was amazing and very veg-friendly ☺️ Our favourite place we’ve ever stayed, we highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience a slice of tranquility.

One of the best stays at Ubud , I would recommend 100% and very near to tengenung waterfall. Right next to small river we stream, it serene and it’s beautiful plus the management is cherry on the cake. Loved it 🥰

De mensen van bamboe Turtle ecolodge zijn echt toppers! Ze geven je een welkom gevoel vanaf moment één. Mijn partner werd ziek en ze kwam gelijk vragen of ze wat konden doen. Ze kwamen het ontbijt zelfs op de kamer brengen zodat hij daar niet weg hoefde. + het verblijf is echt prachtig een echte aanrader!

Unser Check-In lief problemlos und flexibel ab. Wir wurden von Ketut (empfohlener Fahrer von Wayan) abgeholt. Mit ihm haben wir mehrere Sight-Seeing Stops eingelegt, ehe wir bei der Bambo Turtle Ecolodge angekommen sind. Wir haben Wayan informiert, dass wir später eintreffen und es war alles überhaupt kein Problem. Bei unserer Ankunt wurden wir mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk empfangen und haben im Anschluss eine Roomtour durch unsere Bambushütte erhalten. Auf diese Weise haben wir uns gut aufgenommen und angekommen gefühlt.👌🏻 Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass Wayan auf Ernährungseinschränkungen (glutenfreie Lebensmittel aufgrund von Zöliakie) eingegangen ist und uns ein daran angepasstes Frühstück bereitet hat, was wir ohne Sorge genießen konnten! Wir haben sie als eine Gastgeberin erlebt, die sich um uns gekümmert hat und bei der wir gerne wieder einkehren.

Our stay at Bamboo Turtle Lodge was wonderful. It was so peaceful to stay in the jungle away from the bustle of the Ubud roads, while still easy to get around. The cabin, pool and river looked even better than the photos. The staff were very helpful and we had a great time.

In short, this place was amazing. Wayan, the host, and her team were brilliant. I can't think of anywhere else I have stayed and had such welcoming warm hosts. Wayan and co were very knowledgeable of the area and was on hand for anything we needed. The lodge we stayed in was truly magical and was in such a beautiful area. Looking out to a jungle esque view and a small river. You really felt you stayed in the wild. I want to thank Wayan and her team for a truly memorable experience that me and now fiancee will never forget!

Beautiful, comfortable and serene getaway treehouse outside of Ubud center! Balcony faces a. nice, clean swimming pool and peaceful river. Delightful Balinese Breakfasts included every morning. Wayan and her staff, Kadek and Rico were superb! Always welcoming and friendly!. Wayan recommended a waterfall that we were searching for, beautiful and empty of tourists ! Kadek was a joy. We gave her extras and she insisted on putting the $ in the jar to share with all staff. That really impressed me! We highly recommend the Bamboo Turtle Ecolodge.

Wunderschöne Bambus Hütten in mitten einer wunderschönen Gegend direkt am Fluss gelegen. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und immer bereit ihr bestes zugeben. Es lohnt sich hier einzuchecken. Waren rund um zufrieden!

Lieu magnifique et splendide d’un calme incroyable nous avons passé un super séjour. Le SPA est à faire absolument les massages sont incroyables. Pour les repas vous le dites aux hôtes il vous trouve un restaurant et un chauffeur vient vous chercher et vous ramènera. Je recommande a 1000%. La chambre est comme sur les photos le ménage fait tous les jours.

O’s place was really beautiful and matched the pictures quite well. They welcomed us well and we found the place really easily using maps. The place is quite central and within close range to major tourist activities in Ubud. The pool, however, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while at the bottom. We only had one nights stay but would have loved to stay longer. Overall, we loved it.

Die Menschen im Bamboo Turtle sind alle unfassbar freundlich! Wir wurden mit einem selbst gemachten Getränk und Wasser empfangen, die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sauber und es gab einige Kleinigkeiten, wie selbst hergestelltes Mückenspray oder Wasser im Zimmer! Es war wirklich wie im Paradies, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wayan and the staff at Bamboo Ecolodge were all extremely friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful, relaxing and clean. They even provide their homemade mosquito repellent and we only saw a few mosquitos even when we were down at the pool. The Balinese breakfast was delicious and loved that you could help yourself to bananas. It would be good to have one other breakfast option as the options were limited to 3. Otherwise, loved the location and the service, easily able to organise a massage, scooter and the neighbour gives fantastic day tours!

Tranquil retreat away from the bustle of Ubud but close enough for daily excursions. Wayan is a lovely host. Scooters available also. The eco lodges put you right in the jungle. The nearby river provides a soothing background noise when sleeping. Very relaxing.

是一個非常舒服的地方，因爲在繁忙熱鬧的烏布，可以有一個寧靜的住宿實在不容易，又有大自然的溪邊和民宿的泳池，有別於其他看海的泳池，原來在溪邊的泳池更顯襌意，而且主人非常的貼心，我兒子掉的東西，還特地送來機場給我們，真的是太感動了。

Words and pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this location. Wayan was amazing and made us feel like Family! She treated us like royalty! Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast each morning. Awesome a/c for relaxing from the jungle heat/humidity. Recommend bringing extra towels/wash clothes and additional outlet converters but all else provided. Prepare for many stairs. Overall, unbeatable price for the accommodations and staff! Without question, would stay again!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bamboo Turtle Eco Lodge. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We almost felt as though we were the only people staying at the eco lodge and the view of the pool surrounded by jungle from our balcony was superb. We were lucky enough to be invited to the 1 year anniversary celebration generously put on by the host, O. We would 100% recommend staying here and look forward to staying again!

Beautiful and relaxing place, it is perfect to disconnect and enjoy the nature around. The rooms are very well decorated and the staff is very nice!

Wayan was the most kind, helpful and wonderful host I’ve come across. She had great reccos, sorting us out dinner one night and helping us plan our time at the lodge. We had amazing massages outside. It was amazing! The apartment was very special and very clean. We are absolutely speechless about the service of the team. On last night we found no food for dinner after our day trip so we asked the hotel manager for any chance to get some food and she orderd, picked up and brought it to our apartment! We enjoyed our stay tremendously, the location is quite private so it feels serene, but it’s still less than 10 mins Grab away from the Ubud’s vibrant center. We also love the message. Very healing to listening to the bird chirping while getting a message. Also love the swimming pool! Highly recommend!

Amazing atmosphere, really felt like staying in the middle of a secret jungle hide away! Hosts were fantastic, nothing was a problem, freshly collected coconuts were a real treat ! Could of easily stayed another week

This place was stunning, and the staff were so nice. You’re right in the jungle so it’s so peaceful. The room was beautiful, comfy bed and beautiful bathroom. All the staff we encountered were so nice and helpful. It’s about 20 minute drive to Ubud centre but easy enough to get there by moped and worth it for the location it’s at.

Beautiful, serene accomodation. Since it was an outdoor bathroom, there would be nocturnal creatures that pooped on the bathroom tile but that's to be expected as it's in the middle of the jungle! Overall the place was peaceful, we had lovely nature sounds at night to sleep with. Host was very communicative throughout our entire stay, and even prepared two delicious styles of breakfast for us to choose from - western and Indonesian.

I could do this in two words: absolutely amazing ! Although the pictures show exactly what the place is like , it’s only when you’re there that you feel the impact of it. Beautifully set and designed, you can tell the passion and expertise in every detail. Same goes for the staff, they respond to every single thing with unmatched friendliness. Great accommodation! Felt so jungle-like and secluded which was really an experience. It was so clean and comfortable and the bathroom was so nice but It was somewhat open to elements in a way so definitely had some ants but nothing else that worried me. I do wish it had a little curtain at the bathroom door for privacy as I was traveling with a friend. Also really could have used a mini fridge. And maybe some bottled water we could purchase. The private deck was amazing with a hammock! Wish I had more time to enjoy it. It was quite hot out there. Maybe an outdoor fan could help to spend longer out there. View was great although the river flowed outside which was quite muddy and took away from the scenery just a tad. The pool area was all the way down by the river and just wish it was more appealing. Needed some color to the surroundings to entice a bit more but overall, a nice experience! Felt like a treehouse! The bamboo everywhere is quite impressive! Lots of steps outside.

Everything about my stay was fantastic, it was incredibly peaceful. When I return to Bali I will definitely look to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed ourselves and Wayan was the sweetest! She welcomed us with a welcome drink and the two boys, Anton & Rico, helped us with our luggage! We stayed here for two nights, with Ibu Wayan and her very friendly team welcoming us. The property is magical, with a stairway leading down to a very scenic river, which was a lovely sound from the room and balcony. The stay was a good 20 minute drive from town but well worth the drive considering the relaxed energy you feel being there. Comfortable bed, working A/C, hot shower, and breakfast in the morning - ticks my boxes and well worth the price.

we really liked it here. the cottage had a view of the river and the pool, spacious room, very nice bathroom, large balcony with hammock. our host was very nice, she prepared breakfast for us every morning and helped us schedule a massage at the location. everything was perfect and we would come back here.

This has been by far the most special and now favorite airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. The bamboo bungalows are beautifully designed, everyone is so nice, the sound of the river and peaceful nature surrounding makes it feel like a little piece of heaven. In addition the breakfast in the morning is very good, you can rent scooters directly from them and the location is ideal. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Magnifico resort immerso nella natura. Nella camera privata, a ridosso della piscina e del fiume, non manca nulla. Tutto perfetto e accoglienza fantastica. Do yourself a favour and book a stay! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Bamboo Turtle ecolodge…an ideallic place to unwind and relax beside the river. Wayan and her staff will look after every aspect of making sure your stay is of a five star experience. The accommodation is beautiful and clean set in amongst the trees overlooking the river and pool and the terraced gardens. Just what we needed for a few days at the start of our Bali holiday! Will be recommending to our family and friends!

This is our first time visiting Bali and we are so glad we chose this place. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is clean and well decorated as shown in the pictures. We will book again next time if we have a chance to visit Bali again.

Wow! My husband and I just stayed here and absolutely loved it. We used Ketut to drive us around and he was amazing!!! His recommendations were 🤌🏼. Amazing cabin. Everyone was very accommodating, kind and helpful!

Beautiful place in the middle of the jungle by the river. The room was nice and cozy. The staff are infinitely kind and accommodating. The location is outside Ubud, so there's a 10-15 minutes drive to where most cafes and restaurants are. There is a nice taxi driver living next to the place who helped us with the transportation. Overall we had a great time staying there. Caution: if you are hyper sensitive to insects this place (and probably many other places in Bali) isn't for you. Inside the room is fine though, you may see a few ants but that's about it.

The staff is very nice and polite. She even lent us her scooter because we wanted to get something to eat. And the view is very nice.

This place is awesome!! Very close to Ubud central and staffs here are super friendly! Comparing with others the price is also really reasonable and we feel that we were immersed with the nature during our stay. Highly recommend to anyone who wanna come to visit Ubud

A beautiful, tranquil place Bamboo Turtle Ecolodge is amazing. Not only that it is really beautiful, it is also sustainably designed, built, and managed! It is definitely a perfect tranquil place to escape the busy city, to relax and reconnect to the nature. We love how the bungalows are designed to have an experience and the feelings of being in the nature (riverside, so many trees, and especially beautiful nature sounds, including birds & crickets chirping) while still having the comfort of modern amenities (that equipped and decorated with locally-sourced materials). The staff are really kind and super helpful, always there to greet us and assist us when needed. We had a really good rest and chill during our stay. We'll definitely come back and highly recommend the Bamboo Turtle to our family and friends!

This place is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in Bali and we have stayed in many over the years. Wayan the Manager is so attentive and so very helpful and lovely. Anton is the legend of the Villas and does everything. Even climbs the coconut trees to get any coconut that might fall. Lisa was also so very friendly and helpful. Such a great team. We also loved Bamboo, the kitten that Olivier rescued. The view from our room was simply amazing. Sitting by the pool and watching the river go by was fantastic. Our room was stunning with excellent mosquito net. We slept with the doors open and just had the net. You could hear the river and geckos at night. A beautiful sound. The pictures are accurate but even better when you are there. We stayed 3 nights but would have loved to stay more. Thank you Bamboo Turtle. We will be back again.
