The virtual preview of Beachfront Luxury Dome Villa #4 - Gamat Bay Resort was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Nusa Penida plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Beachfront Luxury Dome Villa #4 - Gamat Bay Resort painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Resorta ulaşım ışınlanmayla olsaydı eğer çok iyi olurdu. Genel olarak ambiyans ve otel çok güzeldi. Klima yetersizdi. Dalış için kıyıdan girmek imkansızsı. Az dalga var gibi görünse de zemin taş olduğu için ayakta duramadık. Amok sunset ile muhtemelen bir çıkar ilişkileri var, oraya yönlendiriyorlar. Yan taraftaki Gamat Warung gayet yeterliydi. Resorttan çıkıp bir yere gitmek imkansız, resort tarafından ayarlanan taxi yüksek ücretler talep ediyor. Bali'nin içinde onca trafiğe rağmen rahatça motor kullanabiliyor olmamıza rağmen, adanın yolları bunun için, hatta araba için bile elverişli değildi. Dönüşte Semabu hill fast boat da bizi 30 dakika güneşin altında yürüterek bota ulaştırdı, biz bu deneyimimizi sevmedik. Eğer odadan çıkmayıp sadece manzarayı izlemekle yetinecekseniz gidilebilir.

Excellent place to stay at! its a steal deal if you get it under $120! Epicly stunning views! Putu was very welcoming and very professional. communicated very well! Beware of the steps a great work out. steer away if you're planning to go in and out of the resort many times. HIGHLY recommend for staying in, there's plenty to do at the resort itself, the views draw you in and keep you there! bonus is the snorkeling kit available to you, albiet you'll have to rent the life jackets from the nearby Warung couple of steps aways! Overall Highly Recommend! looking forward to come back here!

The place is nice and quiet, all you can hear is sea waves. The staff is friendly and they provide travel related services like transport, rentals and travel packages. The only thing is that beach area could be little clean around decks. Overall it was great experience.

I really like the place but there are some things that i need to mention here, 1/ the name is Gamat Bay RESORT! But its not resort it can be a nice place for stay. It doesn’t have breakfast or dinner option!!! The reception gone at 10pm! This place it not a RESORT! 2/ the way to reach there is extremely awful. I felt queasiness after reach hotel. 3/ i double checked about lizard in bathroom, at night i saw one on the wall of bathroom. The atmosphere was good. The reception helped me to get a driver. Hotel told me they can send driver for pick-up from the harbour for 250-350k , we got taxi at harbour to hotel for 150k. For 510 aed per night, it’s better to be all-inclusive one because they just have 6 rooms so they can give a wonderful service. Also the road from parking to Gamat was really scary at night👹 That’s it Thanks💚

Second time we have stayed at Gamet bay and it didn't disappoint. Amazing beach, very relaxing, great host, fab place to get away from everything.

Tout était incroyable ; le logement, la gentillesse des personnes, l’emplacement … Le plus du airbnb c’est le prêt de matériel de snorkeling qui nous a permis de voir la beauté de la vie sous marine ! merci encore !!!

The Airbnb is a gem, super comfy and worth the price. Only issue is that the road to the location is a disaster. They should somehow fix the road somehow, otherwise it is a mood killer for the wonderful experience. The place is quiet, views are great, the beach in front is awesome, and you get good support from the host. Thanks to Putu for being always available and directing us with right details everytime.

One of the highlights of our Bali trip was this place. You get what you pay for. Beautiful place. Just a few things for improvement, we came right on check in time but waited around 30mins since they were fixing something. An offer for check out time extension would have been appreciated to compensate for this. Jacuzzi drain was also broken, although they offered to fix it, we just used the bath tub instead. Beautiful place though, especially at sunset, and would still come back. Thanks!

This is a once in a lifetime resort. The place is better than the photos. We had an incredible time and will surely tell everyone to come here. The staff is brilliant, always responsive and there to help. The room is made up daily and the linen was clean and great quality. The restaurant next to the resort serves up great food at a decent price and the free taxi to Amok Sunset bar is a must. Thank you for everything and for making our anniversary special.

Lovely staff, beautiful scenery and clean rooms 10/10 would recommend just have to prepare for stairs 😂

La maison est magnifique situé au beau milieu de la jungle À l’arrivé, n’étant pas habitué à une nature aussi rude j’étais très stressé surtout que je ne m’y attendais pas à des routes aussi étroite et que l’endroit soit aussi isolé, mais notre hôte a été très calme et explicite, la maison était magnifique bien opérationnel, et surtout offrant une vue incroyable, le phénomène de marée haute et basse est incroyable à voir, et s’endormir sur le bruit des vagues est une véritable thérapie, Le restaurant amok pas loin que putu nous a recommandé à été au top À la fin j’ai même voulu prolonger mon séjour tellement qu’on a adoré le séjour mon mari et moi 😍

This was probably one of the most beautiful places that we stayed in Bali. It was right on the water and the sounds of the waves set us to sleep like babies. It is a little more difficult to get to but 1000% worth it. Big recommend to any who want a peaceful, private stay.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Every little detail made the space feel welcoming and comfortable. The location was perfect and made exploring the area so easy. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Everything is great except it’s hard for cars to reach down to the parking spot since it’s not very big, the road is so bad, lots of big potholes. We ordered take outs from the nearest restaurants because it’s more convenient than going out from the resort again.

It was like a dream come true!!!! We love our stay, they help us facilitate the most amazing private boating snorkeling tour to see manta rays and turtles and also amazing spots to see little schools of fish. Then they had help to facilitate the west coast tour for us as well. The stay was so beautiful, wonderful view from our villa to see the beach, and patio space to hang out. We got to walk out to snorkel. The inside was so well decorated and super clean!!! Nusa Penida was so humid but their inside was so well ventilated and fresh, the room was just fresh clean air. They had AC on ready for us to check in, the room felt clean, fresh and cool. We truly loved our stay! Would come again and highly recommend it for anyone!!! ♥️ thank you for the amazing customer service

To call this place beautiful is an understatement - the price is high but well worth it. there is a restaurant nearby but has very limited options - literally nothing vegan/ vegetarian. the only option is to order from amok - which gives you room delivery. the place is only accessible on foot. Putu was always responsive. there were some stains on the bedding when we reached which were changed immediately when pointed out. staff at the time of checkin was a bit unwelcoming however the one at checkout was really friendly.

AMAZING!!! The restaurant next door was so convenient & the AMOK offering free shuttles was so great. Putu helped us with everything from snacks to transportation to massages on deck would recommend this place to everyone. Only note is there is steep steps down to place so if ur not mobile wouldn’t recommend but if u can do it!! gamat bay was also amazing to snorkel and they offer mask & fins included with ur stay 10/10!!

This little hidden gem in Nusa Penida truly stole our hearts. Although it seemed a bit pricey when we booked, every penny was absolutely worth it! It felt like a dreamy heaven—one of the best staycations for couples, offering a special, memorable experience.

The stay was perfect. The location is isolated and gives you a private and peaceful stay, your own little slice of paradise. Putu and the team were incredibly attentive, very helpful and always on hand. Nothing was too much for them. Would 100% recommend!!

I had the best experience staying here. The place is so peaceful and very pretty the view from the room is amazing. I would highly recommend to stay here when in nusa penida, and especially the jacuzzi with the view of the sea is an amazing experince here.

Diese Unterkunft war ein absoluter Traum! Alles war perfekt! Die Aussicht und die Villa waren unbeschreiblich schön! Mir hat auch sehr gut gefallen, wie gut es den dort am Strand lebenden Hunden ging! Die waren so süß und glücklich! Alle Mitarbeitenden waren Mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde immer wieder hier herkommen!

The perfect ending to our honeymoon! This was by far the best stay and location of our entire trip! We spent our last day of our honeymoon here and honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. The room was stunning, the beach right at our doorstep was perfect for snorkeling, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Everything felt peaceful and special — the ideal way to wrap up our adventure. We’re already planning to come back and stay longer next time!

Wow! What else can we say? From start to finish this stay was incredible. The private beach and quiet area is amazing and feel so luxurious and romantic. I would recommend anyone to come here, the highlight of a 6 week trip, and we will definitely return. No notes, everything was perfect and Putu is a fabulous host.

La camera con vista unica sul mare, il porticato esterno per rilassarsi, tutto perfetto. La vera perla è il bagno, nuovo, spazioso, sembra di stare in mezzo alla natura. In camera troverete tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno, snack e frigo bar ricchi, attrezzatura da snorkeling inclusa e due kimono per la notte. Putu è un host sensazionale, amichevole, disponibile a ogni ora, e sempre pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta. È la vera forza aggiuntiva di questo resort. I servizi offerti sono tanti e di grande qualità: aiuto nel noleggio scooter, organizzazione di tour, massaggio e colazioni nel porticato privato, ristorante nel resort di alta qualità. Il soggiorno è stato un oasi di pace e tranquillità che ci ha permesso di goderci ogni attimo e sfumatura di questa isola. Torneremo, portiamo questo posto nel cuore.

We loved our stay at Gamat Bay resort! It was such an amazing accomodation, with lovely views, easy access to the pools and snorkelling equipment included, they have thought of everything! Luxurious inside and outdoors, and the location felt private, intimate and cozy. It was easy to organise tours and activities through Putu, and his driver was fantastic! I would definitely recommend staying at Gamat Bay Resort, and would come back to Nusa Penida just to stay there again!

Amazing and beautiful stay! I just have a few noted that may be helpful. First, it mentions that you can drive down to the second car park and neither tour guide would go down that far which made it a long walk both ways. Second, when my partner and I got on the nets there was some breakage and we did not feel safe even though it stated that it holds 2 people. Overall great stay with stunning features.

Gamat Bay Resort was my favourite place that we stayed on our three week trip. My only wish is that we stayed longer. It’s located on a beautiful and fairly isolated beach right in the middle of nature. Despite its isolated location the amenities and interior space were so clean, comfortable and luxurious. The bathroom was one of the most beautiful bathrooms that we’ve ever seen. The deck area and outdoor tub was amazing for relaxing in at the end of the day. The staff were friendly and super helpful. They have snorkelling equipment available to use and there is a great restaurant a short walk away. We had an amazing stay and would love to stay again.

Notre séjour chez Gamat bay resort a été incroyable ! La chambre était magnifique avec une décoration très cocooning et chaleureuse. La salle de bain magnifique et bien équipé la baignoire entouré de plantes fait vraiment son charme. De plus, la vue de la terrasse du dôme était magnifique avec le jacuzzi qui a été une vrai détente en admirant l’océan. De notre chambre nous avons un accès privé à la place directement ce qui permet de faire du snorkeling à 2 pas de notre dôme. Je tient à souligner que ce spot est incroyable les coraux sont magnifique et pleins de poissons coloré les entourent. Un vrai coin de paradis. Le personnel était très gentil, au petit soin et disponibles. Leur restaurant au bord de mer est très bon. En termes d’accessibilité, ce n’est pas très facile d’accès car quelques marches à descendre avant d’arriver mais cela en vaut la peine. Merci pour tout 🫶🏻

The dome stay is located at the Gamat Bay which has direct private access to the beach. The facilities provided are top-notch, very convenient, daily essentials and also food choices to get as there is a shack joint connected side by. Best facilities like jaccuzi, shower area with bathtub and many more things. The only point to consider is when you have to reach this place, if your car doesn't come till bike parking then you have to hike a bit to reach the parking. For reaching the resort , there is a small hike which has around 10-15 stairs followed by a small pathway. Apart from this , there are no other issues. The staff behaviour and service is excellent. Putu is really helpful and also provided us suggestions to visit the beautiful restaurant amok sunset which is 2-3 mins from the resort. Must stay resort when in nusa penida.

Putu was an amazing host and the beauty of the room, amenities, and Gamat Bay are unmatched. The attached bathroom was gorgeous with the shower, tub, and all the tropical plants. They provide snorkeling gear to enjoy the bay, the restaurant at the beach was also very accommodating with us being vegan/vegetarian. Putu and the rest of the staff are very efficient and responsive to all our needs...and we could not believe that the location was more beautiful than the photos! The hot tub on the deck was also great. We loved our massages in our private yard and it was very easy to organize. Putu also assisted in making reservations at a local restaurant that gave free shuttle pick up and drop off. Cannot recommend Gamat Bay resort highly enough! Hope to come back very soon.

If you are staying in Nusa Penida, this is DEFINITELY the location and bnb to be in. Top location, top host, top service. The bnb in itself, and the view it offers is gorgeous! Extra special mention to their bathroom - it was so prostine!

This place is a Gem. I am glad I found out about this whilst it is quite new to Airbnb. The road down to the hotel is quite steep so be an experienced motorbike rider if driving yourself, there are a few flights of steps to the hotel as it is situated on the beach (to be expected) but they have a zip line to take all your bags down. This place is beautiful, very nice to wind down in away from all the busy traffic and crowds, on a very private beach, it is very beautiful here, and as you sleep at night you can hear the waves crashing. So very peaceful. The Host Putu was great, very helpful and informative. He made us feel very welcome and even offered to bring us food from the warung. Recommend 10/10 I will be coming back here!!! 😁

Putu is a great host, always responsive and very humble and polite. The villa was stunning , well maintained and so peaceful, just as shown in the pictures and descriptions. We had a most amazing and peaceful time along the beach. Thank you Putu and will surely visit again!
