Exploring Beachfront Views Balian LuxVilla left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Beachfront Views Balian LuxVilla was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Selemadeg Barat plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Beachfront Views Balian LuxVilla painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
I booked this airbnb and once i reached it was a very inconvenient place. the place is a village and all the people around you are farmers. Lots of cows and stray dogs barking. Beach is not very accessible you will need to pass through cows and dirt to reach th3 beach and the beach is super dirty. I requested to refund once i reached because it was not convenient at all. There is rust on some of the furniture as well. Host is not communicative once i asked for a refund even when i didnt stay he said it is what it is and he took all my money without me staying for 30 mins. Place has only 5 resturants and they are all local resturants that does not serve international food. Groceries is a struggle as well. Super remote area even if you need a taxi you cant book because there is literally no taxis or grab or anything around you. you will have to use host options to help you survive and its pretty expensive. Please use the free cancellation places in order to avoid my bad experience.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the beautiful villa, stunning views, and amenities. Unfortunately, we weren’t properly informed about the motorbike rally taking place directly in front of the villa. What was described as a “sound check” on Saturday night turned into extremely loud karaoke connected to the rally, followed by the event itself on Sunday from 9am–5pm. It blocked beach access and brought significant noise and exhaust fumes, with attendees even sitting on the property, raising privacy and safety concerns. We had booked the villa for a peaceful getaway while recovering from an illness, so this was particularly difficult. Most disappointing was the manager’s response. We were encouraged to leave early and pressured to make an immediate decision around noon to vacate by 1pm, rather than being offered a reasonable solution. The villa itself is beautiful, but better communication and more understanding from management would have made a significant difference.

We had a wonderful stay at Balian Villa and were delighted to return after enjoying our first visit so much. The villa is set in a truly beautiful and peaceful location, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The staff are warm, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Ketut and the team work incredibly hard and are always kind and helpful. During our visit, we raised a few maintenance and housekeeping concerns with management. We were very impressed by how professionally and graciously they handled our feedback. They responded immediately, arranged a complimentary massage for us, and provided a complimentary airport transfer, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. The villa remains a special place and we genuinely enjoyed our time there. We hope the owners continue to invest in maintaining the property, as it has enormous charm and deserves to remain one of the standout places to stay in the area. Thank you to the team.
Love the ocean view, the villa was definitely beachfront. The main bedroom and the en suite bathroom had a spectacular view of the ocean - absolutely loving it.
The stay was so peaceful and relaxing, the view and the villa has made it the perfect vacation for us, spectacular view with luxury amenities. It is located at a very secluded area, so be prepared for limited options of food, but we were happy with the quality and service. Make sure to stop by a supermarket to get some food and drinks on the way. The massage was the best we ever had, Kadek was very attentive and you can feel every minute of the massage was done with caring intentions. Dane was responsive and gave really good tips and suggestions to make sure our stay was great. We will definitely come back.
The place was exactly as described - compact, well decorated and functional, facing the sea. Everything at the villa is new and kept in pristine condition. The greeter/liason person Ketut was friendly and went an extra mile to assist with one special request. There’s not much to do in Balian proper other than surfing (many options for sightseeing nearby), so if you want a very reclusive experience at a compact, well-run property on a wild beach, this is the place.

This was truly such a serene and breathtaking vacation. We stayed at the villa our entire trip and spent everyday poolside or at the beach. I ldid a lot of meditation, writing, reading, it was a much needed getaway and relaxing stay. The local food was great and was delivered quickly. Our breakfast had the most fresh fruit and we got daily massages that came to us. If you’re looking for an immaculate spa like serene luxury getaway book this villa as soon as possible!!!!! I appreciate all that everyone did. 💕

We spent some beautiful days with our daughter here. So lovely to wake each day to the sound of the ocean & go for a swim in the pool. A dream for our water baby. Ketut & the villa staff were amazing. They were so helpful & accommodating in organising massages, laundry & offering recommendations to local spots. They made the stay comfortable & relaxing. It was beautiful to have our breakfast made each morning. Such a stunning place to call home on our trip. Peaceful & serene. We had our own driver, which made finding the villa a little tricky. But was helpful to take us on outings for food or adventures. As the villa is quite isolated. We will definitely be back!
We had a fantastic stay — the place was perfect from start to finish. Ketut was amazing, quick to respond and so easy to work with, and really went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. The place itself exceeded our expectations. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay here!
This place was the best thing that could have happened to us to cap off our trip through all of Bali: magnificent architecture, perfect views, and direct access to the beach with its endless secluded coves. And in the early evening, we’d always walk across the beach to the village with its great restaurants. Look for the YAMA—it was a real gem for us. And afterward, if it’s not too dark yet (after all, you’ll have to make your way back across the beach and through the very shallow riverbed of the Balian River), grab a cocktail at one of the beach bars—preferably right at sunset. And don’t forget to rent a scooter—in just a few minutes you’ll be in the hills, feeling like you’re riding through a landscape architect’s private park. But the absolute highlight is the villa-manager, our dear Ketut, and his team. Every day he’d show up with his indescribably positive energy and take care of everything. He’s the perfect host and embodies everything we appreciate about the people of Bali.

Cet endroit est vraiment un paradis à Bali, j’ai voulu enlever une étoile car c’était mieux que sur les photos. La communication a été impeccable tout au long du séjour, le chauffeur était parfait à l’arrivée de notre avion. Je recommande ce lieu, vous serez au calme, avec toutes les possibilités de livraison avec les restaurants des alentours. J’ai profité plusieurs fois des services de massages qui sont très intéressants ! La vue est magnifique sur l’océan indien ! Un très bel Airbnb !
We had an amazing stay at this villa and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had incredible views that we never got tired of. The staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect. It was close enough to walk along the beach to the local warungs and bars whenever we wanted, but far enough away that the villa felt peaceful, private, and quiet. It really was the best of both worlds. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Balian. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Our stay at this villa was simply spectacular. Honestly, we have never experienced such outstanding service at an Airbnb before. The attention and care we received every single day were truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they took care of every detail: picking us up from the airport, arranging transportation with their driver to various tourist attractions, preparing breakfast for us every morning, and keeping the house spotless with daily cleaning. They also gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit, which made our trip even more special. The house is even better than in the photos; more spacious, comfortable, and beautiful than we expected. The location is fantastic, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We are incredibly happy with our stay and had an unforgettable time here. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali, and we truly hope to come back again soon. Exceeded our expectations! The most peaceful island holiday in a spectacular home. Ketut was sensational, his breakfasts were delicious & nothing was too much trouble. The local restaurants were fantastic - we took advantage of the taxis & it was well worth it - great value & lovely people. We had an amazing time & would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing, private villa.
We had an amazing stay at this villa. Ketut was absolutely amazing. Extremely responsive to questions. He was able to set us up with a private driver to and from the villa from the airport and also a private tour. The daily breakfast and housekeeping was an amazing service. I also took advantage of the massage and pedicure, which were fabulous. Everyone is incredibly friendly. Nyoman provided us transportation multiple times and took us on a private tour one day which was a highlight of our stay. I would very highly recommend staying at this property and would love to stay here again the next time I visit Bali

Beautiful but there are some rust issues on fixtures. This house has to constantly fight ocean air which is very hard on upkeep. Lots of dogs around the area but they are friendly. The pool is stunning and a relaxing respite day or night. The cleaning gal was very thorough, and Ketut, the manager handled everything right on the spot.
Our stay at this breathtaking villa in Balian was nothing short of extraordinary. Balian itself feels like stepping back in time, reminiscent of Canggu 15 years ago: untouched, peaceful, and beautifully authentic. It’s absolutely worth the drive. We loved hopping on motorbikes to explore the lush rice fields and hidden waterfalls nearby, it felt like a real adventure and added so much to the experience. But what truly sets this place apart is the villa itself. The design and build are nothing short of spectacular. Every single detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating a space that feels both luxurious and soulful. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s truly a work of art. The surf break right out front and view is easily one of the best in Bali, my husband was out there every morning and afternoon. A special mention to Ketut and Made, who were both fantastic! We couldn’t recommend more highly and are incredibly grateful to the brilliant minds behind this masterpiece.
There are no words to describe this place. Heaven on earth. 10/10 Ketut is an angel and made us feel right at home. Breathtaking views, delicious breakfast and the best massage iv ever had in Bali. We will be back.
The staff who took care of the house and supported us throughout our stay were absolutely wonderful—very kind, attentive, and professional. The villa itself was beautiful, and the view was truly stunning. We had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this place.
Truly spectacular Airbnb, the architectural design, the ocean view, sound of crashing waves, beautiful infinity pool all made for a dream like time. My only regret was not staying longer. If you want the ultimate peaceful retreat for anything from a honeymoon to recording an album, or just reading and listen to the natural wonders around you, this is your spot. The villa provided true seclusion and serenity, and our host, Kekut, was AMAZING—so kind, attentive, and helpful during our entire trip. I would 100% recommend this villa and would gladly stay here again when visiting Bali. A true 5-star experience!

An amazing place. The constant, soothing sound of the ocean alone would make it worth staying here, but the house itself is beautifully designed as well. Very comfortable beds, a refreshing pool, and an incredible view. Balian is far enough from the busy parts of Bali to feel truly peaceful and relaxing. It is a longer drive to get around, which is part of the charm, so it is best to stock up on the way, although there are some great local warungs that deliver directly to the villa. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, which really completes the experience. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal place
Lovely place, exactly like the pictures. Peace and quiet, adequate restaurant delivery options. If you want a getaway to be away from everything and enjoy some downtime this is a great place for it. Bring plenty of supplies. Great help from Ketut who is around every day.
Very nice property, clean with a good view
Absolutely loved our stay here. We were greeted by the housekeeper when we arrived, and always well taken care of by the housekeeping team. Breakfast in the morning was a huge plus. The house was cosy and so beautifully designed. But the best part is the unbeatable outdoor view. We stayed in most of the time as we couldn’t get enough of it. Super worth the travel time from downtown. Thank you for your 10/10 hospitality and home!
Dreamy ocean villa. Salty breeze and sunsets in the pool every evening. Super clean, lovely staff, very well equipped kitchen. We absolutely loved it and hope to visit again.
Yes, it is very expensive, but it is also a really beautiful house and you have everything you need if you are up for privacy, nature and relaxation (massage service and food that is brought to the house - at little extra charge of course).

Ein Traum ! Wir warn 4 Tage her und haben uns in die Unterkunft verliebt. Wenn jemand dies liest sollte er nicht zögern zu buchen. Die Aussicht und die Unterkunft sind einmalig und unbezahlbar. Wenn man sich ein paar Snacks mitnimmt und essen bestellt, ist man gut aufgestellt. Das Team war extrem hilfsbereit und rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Vielen vielen Dank !!!

Magnificent place! There are truly no words to describe the stunning views here. The moment we arrived and opened the entrance door, our jaws dropped. We’ve been coming to Bali for holidays for the last 15 years, often spending weeks or even months at a time, and thought of ourselves as pretty seasoned Bali travelers. But this place humbled us completely. Over the years, we’ve tried many different areas—from the most popular tourist destinations to countless villas, 5-star resorts, and even some budget-friendly stays—so we felt confident we knew what to expect in terms of location and quality. However, this villa exceeded everything. The uninterrupted views are simply breathtaking, and the peaceful charm of Balian, with its beautifully kept village and authentic Bali feel, makes it even more special. Everything added to the experience: in-villa massages, delicious food deliveries, breakfast served every morning, and the short walk down to the beach that felt like the ultimate luxury
We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Balian Beach. The continuous ocean sounds of crashing waves and intermittent subtle bird calls made us almost feel alone on the island, perfect for a couple searching peace and tranquility. The views were absolutely spectacular, the infinity pool was divine, and the lighting at night created such a romantic atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, and the linen smelled fresh and clean. Breakfasts were an added bonus and made mornings even more enjoyable. The manager, Ketut, and the cook/cleaning lady were both very kind and welcoming, and the host was thoughtful enough to give us an extra hour for checkout, which we really appreciated. We truly wish we could have stayed longer, but the villa was already booked. If we return to Bali, we’ll definitely check if this villa is available again. Highly recommended!

In two words: Serene and secluded I am not sure a better view exists. Not only is the ocean beautiful to gaze upon, the constant sound of crashing waves provided a calming soundtrack to our stay in this beautiful villa. The architecture of this well-appointed villa takes full advantage of its surroundings, including a private staircase towards the black sand beach just a few minutes away. This was truly a get a way. Traffic consisted of a neighboring cow crossing the road. The only neighbors we were aware of were the geckos. The only others on the beach were less than a handful of surfers and fisherman. Local restaurants are a 20-30 minute walk away. If you don't have a scooter/moped/motorcycle, staff can recommend those which deliver as well as arrange for a masseuse to come to the villa. Speaking of the host and staff, very kind and professional. We felt like VIPs in paradise.
This place was mesmerizing. From the moment we stepped in we were in love. The view was amazing and everything was spotless. Ketut was also very helpful and assisted us in getting food on a day the restaurant we wanted wasn’t delivering. Would love to come visit again someday.
If you are looking for the ocean and quiet. this is the place. Away from the crowds, but best massage with Kadek and the pool makes this a paradise! we enjoyed walking the beach and my husband and son took surf lessons right down on Balian Beach. The villa is stunning and the view is better than the photos. Walking on the beach at sunset is spectacular and was one of our favorite experiences in Bali. It’s is very remote - we did not have a scooter so walked into “town” one night. Coming home in the dark was definitely an adventure. But if you want peace and quiet and a gorgeous setting, this is the place!
Wir waren im Juni 2025 für 4 Tage bei Wayan. Die Unterstützung ins Haus zu kommen, Essen zu bestellen und auch sonst für alle möglichen Themen ist wirklich exzellent. Wir haben vorher zu viele Lebensmittel gekauft, es gibt ein tolles Restaurant welches schnell liefert und sehr gutes Essen hat. Es reicht völlig aus, dort zu bestellen. Getränke kann man mitbringen. Der Strand ist leider etwas vermüllt aber dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts. Baden geht wegen der hohen Wellen sowieso nicht also am besten im Haus bleiben und die Aussicht genießen. Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher und ausgiebiger sein. Jeden Tag wurde geputzt, ist meiner Meinung nach nicht nötig und sorgt dafür, dass das Personal dann länger da ist, obwohl man lieber wieder alleine wäre. Alles aber Luxusprobleme und kein Grund nicht zu buchen. Wer Abgeschiedenheit, Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht wird hier fündig. Es gab bei unserem Aufenthalt keine Baustellen oder sonstigen Lärm, was uns sehr wichtig war.
If you’re looking for a secluded private getaway, this is the spot. Don’t skip out on the breakfast and massages! Ketut, the house manager was kind and extremely responsive. Bring your own groceries but if you don’t the restaurant close by delivers.
An exceptional experience from start to check out. Ketut who managed the staff services, drivers, along with making our delicious breakfast each morning was an incredible resource. Medi who assisted Ketut and cleaned our villa each day greeted us with her beautiful smile and attention to details. The villa itself exceeded our expectations, the views and sounds from the ocean and birds created an amazing and peaceful stay. You must booked an in-house massage from Kadek, she’s amazing, her hands are magic. Best to work with the host for your trip from the airport as this beautiful place is tucked away and not an easy to find on GPS. As noted by other guests, be sure to shop for food on your way in, our driver from the airport was happy to accommodate us. We found Pepito’s as the best grocery store option, that included beer, wine and liquor. We stayed for ten nights and could have stayed more. Don’t hesitate, book your stay now! My husband and I wanted to relax and read and Wayan's villa allowed us to do just that. After 10 nights, we felt completely re-charged and at peace. We appreciated having breakfast prepared for us and the place tidied each morning. The pool was clean and the perfect place to cool off. We loved watching the waves, the surfers and the fishermen come and go. At night, the stargazing was beautiful. We appreciated the modern outlets with USB and USB-C abilities, the blackout drapes in the bedrooms, as well as the comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. It is a remote villa but we managed by doing a large grocery shop before arriving, as well as using Grab and walking to the village across the river. Yama, Cafe Balian and Mojo Cafe were all good spots to eat. Ketut was extremely responsive and answered any questions we had. The massage therapist was very good (so good, I booked her multiple times!) and taxi drivers were all friendly. We would happily stay here again!
Es war eine traumhafte Unterkunft! Gerade morgens war es unbeschreiblich. Uns wurde jeden Morgen pünktlich unser Frühstück vorbereitet. Am letzten Tag hatten wir sogar ein floating breakfast. Die Check-in und check-out Zeiten waren auch sehr flexibel, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Es ist zwar sehr abgelegen, dafür aber sehr privat. Für mich als bedeckte Frau war es ein Traum!

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. De villa was prachtig ingericht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving was adembenemend en bood precies wat we zochten: rust, stilte en het kalmerende geluid van de oceaan op de achtergrond. Dane was vanaf het begin vriendelijk, reageerde snel en dacht actief met ons mee. Ketut en het team heetten ons warm welkom en zorgden ervoor dat we werkelijk niets tekortkwamen. Het zwembad voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Iedere ochtend werd er een heerlijk ontbijt geserveerd en het huis werd dagelijks schoongemaakt. Ook dachten ze mee over leuke activiteiten en regelden ze alles tot in de puntjes. Kortom, een verblijf dat we iedereen van harte aanraden.

Особенно понравилась зона отдыха с удобными диванами и бассейн с лежаками прямо в воде – идеально для полного расслабления. Атмосфера здесь просто волшебная: свежий морской воздух, пальмы, уединение и умиротворяющий шум волн. Все продумано до мелочей, чтобы отдых был комфортным. Насладились природой, тишиной и невероятными закатами. Отдельное спасибо Кетуту за завтраки и помощь ! Fantastic Stay with Stunning Views! I had an amazing stay at this villa! It was incredibly comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The views were absolutely jaw-dropping, and I loved how it was just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants were about 2 km away, which made for a pleasant walk. Breakfast was good, but I feel it could be even better with the addition of fresh juices, smoothie bowls, and a wider variety of meats. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—highly recommended!

This was an exceptional stay!! Full beachfront views, delicious breakfast, and amazing interior. I absolutely loved the house. Very stylish, comfortable, and beautiful. A bit of a walk to restaurants or other amenities, but this gave it an added element of privacy and peacefulness! It was also spotless and had everything I needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
fist of all I would like to say the place is amazing, it's got an amazing view and the staff are great they came cooked for us every breakfast and cleaned the house every day. and the where fantastic to talk too. if there is any problem with the place it's a long way from the airport, but they are fed a driver for me and one for every day and all the places j wanted to go. so bear that in mind. but it's probably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in around the world. I could look at at the ocean and be memorized. the pool was fantastic. getting food was easy. contact the. restaurant and they deliver the food. arranging a massage with Ketut the local manager and a great man was easy. your in touch with them all the time. now then in every place there has to be something to complain about and I wish there was a microwave to warm up my leftovers lol not much I know. not only would I recommend this place but I would love to come back one day and just relax at the house
My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing villa, and I can confidently say it was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service, setting the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. The villa itself is nothing short of stunning. The architecture and interior design perfectly blend elegance and comfort, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately feels like home. Every detail, from the stylish furnishings to the breathtaking views, was thoughtfully curated to enhance the experience. The spacious rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with top-notch amenities, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the outdoor area. The private pool was pristine, offering a refreshing escape while enjoying the serene surroundings. The lush gardens and peaceful ambiance made it the perfect spot to unwind.
This was the second time in 6 months that we have returned. We love the privacy, long walks on the quiet beach,sounds of the huge waves, the infinity pool and the warm and welcoming staff who come daily to cook breakfast and clean. We appreciate their help with delivering us fresh fruit and other Indo delicacies we love. We also used their services for local trips to nearby waterfalls, temples, and rice terraces- all of which were not crowded both in July and Jan/Feb. We love this villa and area and hope to return again soon. It is aremarkable place to rest! Thanks to Dane, Ketut and the other staff. We do not even want to leave the villa when we come….
This Balian oceanfront villa is a true slice of paradise. With massive sliding glass doors in every room, the breathtaking ocean views are constant and unforgettable. The infinity pool is serene and luxurious, the perfect spot to relax while soaking in the scenery. The open-concept lounge, kitchen, and dining area are beautifully designed, and the sound system adds an amazing touch for entertaining or unwinding. The villa is surrounded by peaceful farmland, complete with grazing cows and tropical birds, which enhances the tranquil atmosphere. A secret walkway to the beach feels like your private escape, and the moped rental made exploring Balian effortless. The host was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, offering great local tips to enrich our stay. Each morning, a delicious breakfast was cooked in-house with fresh local eggs and tropical fruit, and the daily cleaning made it completely stress-free. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an exceptional luxury villa in Balian.
What a villa! Just as pictured, maybe better! The breakfasts and help from the support team were perfect. It is peaceful and relaxing. It is slightly out of the way and you will need a driver or scooter to get anywhere. Walking to Balian is difficult if the river is high from rain, fortunately delivery of meals is quick and easy from several tasty restaurants nearby.
숙소 자체는 너무나도 완벽합니다. 고급스럽고, 잘 정비되어 있으며, 뷰가 매우 훌륭합니다. 다만 발리 중심가에서 90분 정도 떨어져 있어서 이동에 시간이 많이 걸립니다. 숙소에서만 편히 숼분들은 문제가 없습니다.
Views here are amazing and the infinity pool was perfect 🌅 Loved everything about this villa from the incredible interior design to the peace and tranquility every morning looking out beyond the infinity pool at the ocean waves coming in. Much thanks to Dane/Ketut for a lovely stay, definitely hope to make it back here again one day!
The house is incredible and even better than the pictures illustrated. The service from Dane, Ketut and the team is exceptional and it is a haven for some rest and relaxation. Take Dane up on getting a driver pickup from the airport, and definitely a supermarket stop off on your way. I couldn’t recommend the house highly enough. The only surprise being someone gave it 4 stars and not 5!
We loved everything! The villa is just stunning, beautiful interior, perfect pool and an amazing ocean view. Ketut was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. We would definitely come back and can recommend the villa to everyone.
The villa is beautiful, tastefully furnished, beds are very comfortable with quality bedding. We loved waking up to the amazing view each morning, it was very peaceful and private. The pool area is lovely and has both sunny and shaded parts. The villa and the pool area were cleaned every day and breakfast was prepared for us. Definitely recommend a trip through the local countryside, it's very picturesque with many beautiful rice fields. We also enjoyed a short hike to the waterfalls, you can take your swimmers for a refreshing dip. You can also have an excellent massage at the villa at a very reasonable rate. It's a great place to slow down and relax. You can take a walk on the beach, and we saw many people surfing. The ocean is a bit rough, so swimming is recommended for only very confident swimmers. During the dry season, you can cross the river to get to the restaurants. This was not possible for us though and to get anywhere we had to get a taxi, which is not that expensive.
We loved the house! Very quiet and everything was high quality. Be sure to buy enough groceries before you check in, since the next big supermarket is pretty far away (around 1.5h). Ketut helped us organize everything we needed. We would definitely come back!
The location they give you brings you to the beach access. Be sure to turn right before getting there as this is the entrance. Google Maps isn't up to speed on the area. It is the best place in Balian to stay if you can afford it. Just perfect.
Все понравилось,вилла соответствует описанию и фото)Все очень и очень чисто,все полотенца и постель вкусно пахнут.Уборка каждый день,есть свой пляж (он длинный по нему можно гулять ),людей на пляже почти нет,ощущение приватности.Моменты,которые я рекомендую знать заранее:продуктовых магазинов рядом нет (ближайший большой в 1:30 часах езды ) и местные доставки принимают только наличные,так что деньги стоит поменять (ближайший обменник потом тоже в часе езды ).

The large windows brought so much natural light. Dane was a fantastic host – he was quick to respond and had thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. Absolutely incredible villa with the most amazing views. It is exactly like the pictures on the listing. The pool is deep enough to swim and has an infinity edge to overlook the ocean. Head to the beach down the private steps and turn right, walk for 5-10 minutes and you will find local Warungs and restaurants. We had a massage in the villa which was incredible, and food deliveries were amazing too. Ketut was lovely and helpful at all times. I can highly recommend this beautiful place and hope to return one day.

Tout était parfait, sans doute la plus belle villa de notre séjour à Bali. Les photos sont déjà magnifiques mais la réalité l’est encore plus. La vue, le bruit des vagues, les couchers de soleils,le calme… Merci au personnel de maison, cela a été un plaisir de les voir chaque jours, Ketut nous a donné tout les conseils dont nous avions besoin et nous a organisé massages à domicile, livraison de repas, chauffeurs.. et préparé de très bon petits déjeuner chaque matin. Vous pourrez accéder aux restaurants après une petite marche le long de la plage qui est accessible directement depuis la villa. La propreté de la villa et du linge de maison, les équipements, la piscine assez grande pour nager tout était vraiment parfait. Pour un arrêt de quelques jours dans un petit coin de paradis ou de longue vacances cet endroit est merveilleux. Merci encore, en espérant y revenir un jour.

I was a guest with my wife and two 11 year old children for 8 days. A villa with a very refined design in a suggestive place. Dane's hospitality very well organized. The house manager Ketut is always available and precise in providing information and organizing activities and transfers. Great services and smiling people. Kadek's massages and transfers with Wayan helped make the experience truly special. Thank you guys!
We stayed 10 glorious days in Balian and did not want to leave. The sound of the crashing waves and views of the ocean from every angle were majestic. Even with the doors closed you could hear them. We slept so well in the comfy beds. Long walks on the beach hunting for shells were our favorite pastime. The pool was serene. Breakfast was delicious. The house manager and cleaning staff were delightful and extremely helpful! The massage therapist they recommended was incredible and a great value. Having a massage table in the villa was convenient. Overall, we can describe the villa as having a “soul.” It is warm and cozy! Its new and pristine! Every element of the villa is planned with care. It’s rural and private which comes with local wildlife and an experience with a bit of local culture. Amazing! We hope to come back very soon!!

Beautiful villa, with outstanding views. We were assured and excited by Dane’s communication upon booking; putting us at ease immediately, with all the local information we needed pre arrival, and assisting us with transport so we had no worries about finding the villa. The villa is within walking distance (30+ mins) to the few local restaurants and bars although we used a local driver and also hired a motorbike. Predominantly a “getaway from the world” retreat feeling to the villa so we also utilised the food delivery service, and the massage services provided in-house too. We did eat out locally, on recommendation we ate at Yamas and can highly recommend this restaurant. Dane is fortunate enough to have a great team supporting him here, Ketut, the villa manager was brilliant and can arrange anything you need, and has all the local knowledge you need. The cooked breakfast every day was brilliant and welcomed. Thank you all, we hope to return.
Very nice place new and quite. The door in the main bedroom doesn’t close perfectly and that’s it everything else was perfect and definitely coming back.
Amazing place. What a view. The beach is also amazing. The house and decor is stunning. The house keeper Ketut was really kind and helpful. Amazing getaway from the city life. The house is in the middle of nature. So there will be bugs and small harmless insects on and off. But we didn’t have any mosquitoes or anything. I will definitely try to come back again soon.

Spectacular Villa!! So lucky to have stayed here with my family when it opened. The views, the design, the infinity pool, the breakfasts and massages. We didn't need to leave the house. Balian area is super peaceful and relaxing. My husband enjoyed the surf and the kids didnt leave the pool. I can't recommend this place enough! Wow
This place is MAGIC. The best location right on the beach! Villa was gorgeous. Love the pool the best area to chill and watch the waves. Everything is brand new. Host was great too- friendly and made everything super easy. Such a great Airbnb

From the moment you walk in its open plan to the ocean feels like you’re in heaven. The pool is absolutely spectacular… the villa design inside and out is nothing short of stunning… even better than the photos. If you’re after a luxury escape look no further. It’s brand new so enjoy this place and get ready for a delightful experience. Beds are super comfortable, staff Ketut and Made make you feel like you’re at home and are always there when needed. Masseuse at the villa is a must!! Breakfast was delicious included and the villa is private and spectacular with the best ocean views I’ve experienced.
