The virtual preview of Beautiful Bamboo Treehouse w/ Jungle & Valley View was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Tegalalang plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Beautiful Bamboo Treehouse w/ Jungle & Valley View painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Personnel de qualité. Néanmoins nous avons constaté un établissement en dégradation, besoin d'entretien +++. beaucoup de toiles d'araignée dans notre chambre, les rideaux couverts de moisissures, le balcon rongé par l'humidité.... Nous avons aussi loué un scooter annoncé comme "neuf" sur le formulaire qui ne l'était pas du tout en réalité. L'espace piscine aussi pas entretenu... Nous retenons de positif que la qualité de la communication et du personnel.

With the price I’ve paid I expected all the amenities will be useable specifically the pool but it wasn’t. The pool was green and can’t be used. Other than that, breakfast was good. Staffs were nice and friendly.

Das Pool und der Außenbereich waren leider im Vergleich zu den Fotos etwas enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber mehr oder weniger sauber. Leider hat es im Zimmer gestunken, wahrscheinlich nach Abfluss. Sonst ist die Lage super und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt!

The Staff was amazing, local restaurant really nice, great breakfast, nice view. But the floors were dirty, villa looks worn our and needs repair in many places- starting from balconies railings, ending door handle. Refrigerator, watter bootles were not clean. I understand this is bamboo villa and its not possible to have it as clean as inside appartments, but having in mind the price I would expect more. As well all the Villas very close to each other, you can see and hear the neighbours, so dont expect much privacy

泳池周圍的石磚和沙灘椅已破舊，像廢墟，池底全是佈滿青苔的石子，很難游泳 除了泳池，住宿外面的樹木也欠修葺，至少第一層和第二層的觀景位置不應有太多枯葉，所有露台位置的戶外木都是殘破的，戶外網床污糟，很難找到美觀的拍照位。 浴室水力極弱，只有頂部固定的花灑，洗一次頭花費時間。欣賞馬桶是用toto 牌子，沖力好。 除了酒店餐廳外出沒什麼其他餐廳選擇，幸好餐廳食物好吃。 從住宿走向餐廳的部份須用電筒照明，但房間提供的電筒用了一會已沒電 不要相信這裡或 ig的圖片，這裡須重新修葺，不值得這個價錢。 入住前已知會住宿，對方已回覆沒問題，我們也沒有提前到，但到步後仍要等待一段時間才可以入住。

I expected the place to be better according to the pictures...the room is clean and beautiful..but the balcony and the hook were not clean and unusable...the food was nice, tasty and fresh...I wish I had been interviewed by the housekeeper or her owner, but unfortunately I did not see anyone! The assistant Wayan was very nice guy and welcoming and gave us great attention ♥️

Fint och avskilt boende där man verkligen får vara ett med naturen. Genomgående vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Eftersom boendet ligger mitt i naturen blir det rätt fuktigt inomhus. En riktig oas, en bit ifrån fler restauranger och butiker men med smidig transfer. Toppenrestaurang på området med god frukost!

overall had a positive experience. the resort staff was very polite. However the place was a bit smaller than we expected. also the place is in a quiet location in a sanctuary, so unless you want that, it could get a little boring specially in the night. not much to do. no TV, wifi was slow. overall i found the place not VFM.

Personale super gentile, tutti molto amichevole e disponibili. Bellissima la esperienza della casa nel albero, unico peccato è che c'è una strada proprio di fianco che si sente il rumore dalle 7 alle 20 visto che la casa è aperta. Consiglio assolutamente visitare questo posto (se ti piace il tipo di alloggio).

体验感很特别，晚上睡觉确实虫子很多，有很多超大的飞虫、青蛙和蜘蛛，我们伴随着发出巨大声音的昆虫入睡，但是如果你不害怕的话其实也是不错的体验，并且他们的工作人员非常贴心，来了很多次我们的房间帮忙赶走昆虫，很感激他们。服务人员很贴心很友善，就是我们在请求他们买山竹时报了高于市场价蛮多的价格，但和房东沟通后她给我们退款了这一部分。我认为最完美的是他们的餐厅，每顿饭都非常美味，我们都非常喜欢巧克力布朗尼，一天内我们点了四份，太棒了。还有spa也绝对不能错过，热石头spa是我做过最舒适的，非常值得一试。

Die Unterkunft ist an sich eine sehr schöne gepflegte Unterkunft. Allgemein haben sie ein durchdachtes System mit einer Kommunikation über das Handy wobei es oftmals an der Umsetzung scheitert. Z.B. Essen bestellen und die Info erhalten wann man kommen soll, allerdings war das Essen meist kalt oder wir mussten länger auf eine Antwort warten. Es gibt einen Mitarbeiter der etwas aufdringlich ist, da er immer wissen wollte wie unser Plan für den Tag lautet, sowie immer unsere Namen wiederholte, diese sich aber nicht merken konnte und man jedesmal anders hieß.

Amazing amazing staff! Special shout-out to Yuni, Waja & Kiu - they were excellent and made our stay felt like home. Communication was excellent and easy during our stay. Every request attended to very promptly. The food was delicious, even in comparison to all the places we’ve eaten throughout our visit.

the accomodation was amazing and exactly like the photos! absolutely stunning. loved it here and would definitely come back for a longer stay. the only reason I am not giving five stars is due to the nature of the accomodation. since the property isn't completely sealed, it gets very moist inside, especially at night, which you can feel on the bed when trying to sleep, but I would endure it to experience this again

I cannot say enough about this place! It completely exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful location and incredible views to the amazing staff. It’s such a unique, peaceful, and calming place to stay. We were hesitant about the lack of AC, but the nights actually got chilly, so we didn’t need it at all. The staff truly made our stay memorable and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. We were genuinely sad to leave and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Airbnb. It was lovely to stay in the forest in this treehouse. Loved the view of the rice paddies and listening to the waterfall. The staff are very helpful. Sebatu is a beautiful village.

This was one of my favorite places that I’ve stayed while traveling! The bamboo treehouse was beautifully constructed with many creative details. I loved the private waterfall and pool right outside my doorstep. The view over the valley was so peaceful to wake up to and look out on. The team provided such kind hospitality and were always helpful and responsive. The sustainability factors built into the eco-resort were also very thoughtful and I really enjoyed the restaurant. I would absolutely recommend staying here for a relaxing and immersive experience in nature with the comforts of a boutique resort.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Wir waren fünf Tage im Baumhaus in Ubud und es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Die Lage mitten im Grünen ist magisch – man wacht mit den Geräuschen des Dschungels auf und kann vollkommen abschalten. Das Baumhaus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Auch kleine Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Das Frühstück war frisch, lecker und wurde jeden Morgen pünktlich gebracht. Besonders toll fanden wir die Ruhe, die wunderschöne Aussicht und die einzigartige Atmosphäre, die man so nirgendwo anders findet. Wir haben uns absolut wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. 100% Weiterempfehlung – wir kommen sehr gern wieder! 🌿✨

We had a great time in the wooden treehouse, it worked well also for our 3years son,for who the team had set up his own bed with mosquito net. Staff were super friendly. Great food, good value for money massages.

Wir haben tatsächlich eine Insektenphobie und waren anfangs etwas unsicher – aber im Nachhinein können wir sagen: Es war die Erfahrung absolut wert! Auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr, sehr lecker, und das Frühstück war einfach super! Wir können es wirklich nur empfehlen. I booked this accommodation to spend my birthday together with my mum. It was just amazing. I had the best birthday ever, they prepared a costumized birthday cake, the food they serve at the restaurant is amazing and we could make our own Canang and take part in a traditional purification ceremony. Our bamboo house was out of this world, the most beautiful accommodation I’ve seen in my life. A true experience. We had our own waterfall and pool. Everything was surrounded by the jungle and the view from the balcony breathtaking. I also loved the rain shower and couch. The staff was so kind and helpful, you felt right at home. You really feel that they care about your wellbeing. They recommended a lot of activities and helped us with everything we needed. We loved every minute and I can just say it’s 100% worth the money!

Wir haben drei Nächte im Bambus House verbracht. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt und es hat durchgehend geregnet. Dadurch war es überall etwas feucht. Wenn man sich dessen bewusst ist, dann steht einem Aufenthalt nichts entgegen und ich kann es vollumfänglich empfehlen. Vom Check In bis zum Check Out war das gesamte Personal aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Man hat in der Gegend die Möglichkeit vieles zu entdecken und kann dann in der Unterkunft und in der völligen Natur entspannen. I truly could not have loved our stay at the treehouse more! Everything about the experience was perfect. The location in Sebatu is stunning—the resort is a collection of distinct, one-of-a-kind units set within a lush plot of land that feels like a jungle paradise. We stayed in the two-story bamboo treehouse, easily the most unique and memorable lodging I’ve ever experienced. The open first floor immerses you in the jungle, while the second floor feels more private yet still surrounded by nature. Falling asleep to jungle sounds and waking up to roosters with views of rice fields, hills, and trees was magical. The staff were wonderful—warm, communicative, and attentive, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless. I could not recommend this place more if you’re seeking a unique, soul-healing experience that you will never forget.

Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la soirée et nous étions tout de même attendus par quelqu’un pour nous mener jusqu’à la cabane perchée. L’environnement est superbe, la cabane très bien équipée et jolie. Les lits sont très confortables et équipés de moustiquaires. Le restaurant (nous y avons dîner un soir et pris les petits déjeuners) est très bon. Le personnel est adorable et serviable, ils ont gardé notre fils pendant que nous faisions un massage de 1 heure (très agréable d’ailleurs!) C’était une belle expérience pour nos premières nuits à Bali.

Dit was een fantastisch verblijf. Wij verbleven in de bamboe boomhut. Het uitzicht is geweldig. Het is erg ruim. Daarnaast complimenten voor het personeel. Ze zijn erg aardig en willen vooral dat je het naar je zin hebt. Vanaf aankomst word je in een what’s app groep toegevoegd (alles is privé), waardoor communiceren nog makkelijker gaat. Ze blijven monitoren of alles nog naar wens is. Que, iemand van het personeel, heeft als taxichauffeur en gids gefungeerd en dat was geweldig. Zoveel gezien en vooral de verhalen erachter gehoord. Dikke complimenten voor iedereen van het personeel. Ook het eten en drinken in het restaurant is super! We hebben er vaak wat genuttigd. Al met al een dikke aanrader!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft schön alles ist schön sauber. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter. Es hat sehr geregnet, so dass wir unten die Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten. Es wurde auch ziemlich kalt. Ich glaube, mit Sonne hätten wir diese Unterkunft noch viel mehr genießen können. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr zuvorkommend als wir gesagt haben uns es zu kalt wurde uns sogar Heizstrahler ins Zimmer gebracht. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Im Großen und Ganzen kann man diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen (wenn es nicht regnet). Da das Badezimmer draußen ist, wurde es natürlich ziemlich nass. Die Toilette war nass, viele Ameisen… aber da kann die Unterkunft ja nichts für ;) Muss man auf jeden Fall gemacht haben.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht . Tolle Service und sehr leckere Essen im Restaurant 😍 wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt von ersten Tag bis Abreise. Alles sauber , perfekt organisiert. Keine Wünsche wurden offen . Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

A magical and unique stay in the heart of nature with stunning views. The bamboo treehouse is beautiful, the bed and pillows were super comfy, and the staff were incredibly kind. Delicious meals can be served to your room. We didn’t even need the AC - the fan was enough for the cool nights. There’s a lovely shared natural pool to relax in, and we even saw fireflies at night. Wish we had stayed longer. Don’t hesitate to book!

A must stay in Ubud. Such an artistic, romantic and aesthetically pleasing space. I was initially a bit skeptical about booking a treehouse since my past experience wasn’t great but this place definitely changed it for me. The staff was so polite and professional. Especially, Wayang was amazing at explaining to us every little detail about the property and the surroundings. Also, the best food I had in Bali.

Was welcome with great consideration and kindness. All the workers were so helpful and had a welcoming attitude. Every morning I was greeted with a smile and even received texts as I often ordered dinner. I had a lot of little issues happening with a cancelled flight, and I was so lucky that they were able to accommodate the changes. I met the owners as well and they were amazing humans as well. I would definitely come back again so I can enjoy the place a little more like they freshwater pool with fish:) I was greeted by a little visitor every night but as expected in a bamboo cabin. The portable air con and the mosquito net were magic! Thank you for such an experiential time. Can’t wait to come back.

It’s hard to sum up I words how amazing this place was to stay. The treehouse was better than the photos and very connected to nature with beautiful view and landscaping around. This is a wonderful place to stay to connect with nature. It would not be good for some who don’t like bugs, but none really bothered us while we were there. The staff was friendly and proactive and thoughtfully cleaned the room when we were out or at breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating of any requests we had. They arranged local tours and recommended attractions which were all wonderful. The food from their restaurant is some of the best food we had on the trip. It was so thoughtfully made and plated with competitive pricing. We loved it! Their spa was fantastic and we both received great massages. Their natural pool was wonderfully refreshing and it was fun swimming with the fish! If we are ever back we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Lovely place!

From airport pickup to our entire stay at Sebatu Sanctuary everything was beyond what we expected. This has been one of the most beautiful places I've stayed. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, we went everyday for the breakfast that was included with many options to choose from. The robe that was provided was the most comfortable one I've worn. The mini fridge came stocked with complimentary beer, water and pop. The coffee was top notch. Highly recommend and will come back one day!

Had an amazing experience while staying at the tree house. The whole concept is extremely eco friendly and it gives you the chance to experience Bali in a whole different way. The stuff is excellent and the resort can offer you multiple choices regarding transportation and entertainment. There is also a restaurant on site that we enjoyed a lot. Make sure to don’t miss the natural pool!

Un havre de paix ! On voulait retrouver le calme et la nature on a été servi ! Cabane magnifique qui a fait rêver notre petit garçon , un accueil chaleureux et tout le monde est souriant et bienveillant ! Des activités avec Kiu extra, une balade dans les chutes d’eau, les rice terrasse , une création de cerf-volant. Un restaurant excellent ! Our treehouse stay at Sebatu Sanctuary was idyllic. This was our halfway point through our honeymoon and it could not have been more perfect. It was so peaceful being surrounded by nature at the top of the mountain, in the middle of jungle! We took our comforter out on the lookout net and lounged there in the mornings, so romantic and truly stunning views! The food at the restaurant was 5+ Stars, so so good!!!! We had breakfast and dinner there every day, it was divine, their açaí bowl and pastas were our favorite! A small thing to note, if you stay in one of the treehouses, the bathroom is downstairs (not on the same floor as the bedroom) so just something to keep in mind, it was not a problem for us though. Unique stay, we had a good time and experience. Definitely not for everyone, if you not a fan of natures creatures - as explained in the description you are in nature and not closed in. The food was yum. It wasn’t entirely quiet as I had hopped but it did quite down later in the night. The scooter road noise does unfortunately echo but this didn’t ruin our stay.

This little jungle paradise in Sebatu is the perfect escape from the bustling towns. Only 30min from Ubud by scooter, right next to rice fields and some wsterfalls and tamples. You get the chance to see a bit more the “real” Bali and the life of the local people. Truly relaxing and extraordinary close to nature experience with amazingly kind staff.

A beautiful place in the jungle. The only thing that spoiled it a little was the noise from scooters on nearby road. But we still had a lovely 2 day stay at Evi’s treehouse.

Me and my partner absolutely loved it! Wanted something peaceful and away from the chaos. It is well maintained, the staff were very kind and friendly and the food was delicious! The property is clean and beautiful! ❤️

I had a memorable time in the Cacao Pod treehouse at Sebatu Eco-Retreat. The room was stunning and unique. I loved the hammock overlooking the lush valley. The furniture was tasteful and practical. The bed was very comfortable, with a mosquito net and overhead fan for added comfort. The resort's eco-pool was a standout feature - be sure to bring swim goggles so you can see the fish and fully enjoy the experience. I also really enjoyed the restaurant which offered tasty dishes at a fair price. I wanted to recognize the outstanding team including Wayan, Lita, Elvi, and Yuni, who made our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

Me and my husband absolutely loved our stay at bamboo tree house. The concept of an open space is amazing and it’s one of a kind experience. The view is exceptional. Staff were very lovely and helpful. Food was great

We stayed in a tree house and we absolutely loved it. My 9yo son saw a green chameleon and tree frogs. This made his trip and he was very sad when we left. The food was really good and the quality was there - we ate in-house at the resort restaurant every meal, as every dish was scrumptious. The staff was very flexible and helpful. We visited the near-by waterfall, and went to the Batur mountain and lake for a drive with a car organised by the resort. One of the male staff, Wayan, took my son numerous times around the resort to explore the wildlife, and this friendship was my son't favourite part of the trip. We had a dream holiday, thank you Sebatu Resort staff! We will be back. :)

Wow! This place was like something from a dream! We stayed in the Bamboo Treehouse and it absolutely blew us away - it was honestly even better than the photos. You’d think bugs would be an issue but it wasn’t. We had a few visitors from frogs and geckos which were adorable, and a little kitten that roamed through. The hammock bed outside was stunning (best enjoyed when you pull your comforter and pillow out onto it!) Note: There was a bit of construction near by but it didn’t bother us and didn’t last too long. Staff were 10/10. SO nice & helpful and communicated via texting with anything you needed which made it so easy (including delicious room service). The whole experience felt like a beautiful spa retreat. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s considering it. I’d suggest 2-3 nights here, and while there’s lots to explore in the area (great waterfalls, temples and rice terraces), you might not want to leave your villa.

This place is absolute perfection. The location is beautiful, a treehouse in the jungle - what can be better than that! It was clean, well cared for and a little bit different. I was immediately made to feel right at home. The staff were all super helpful and friendly and I was always greeted with a smile. The treehouse was quirky and light and airy and waking up to the sounds of the jungle was just magical. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Evi, for making my visit so wonderful!

This is the best place for people who enjoy nature and want to relax and cut away from the busy city life. The place is beautiful, the staff are well trained and will help you with all the arrangements you need whether its a trip to the rice terraces, coffee plantation, temples, etc. They make your trip planning easy. The restaurant serves some great food. Totally recommend

Dies war eine Erfahrung, die man so wahrscheinlich kein zweites Mal erleben wird! Der Check-in verlief super und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Unser Baumhaus war super ausgestattet und der Blick war einfach traumhaft - vor allem zu Sonnenauf- und Untergang. Auch der Naturpool ist wie beschrieben und war sogar größer als erwartet! Um die Unterkunft war wenig zu erkunden aber die Unterkunft hat uns auf Anfragen jederzeit einen Fahrer organisiert, damit wir überall hinkommen! Wie auch in der Beschreibung beschrieben, sollte man hier keine Angst vor Tieren und Insekten haben, da man quasi zwischen ihnen schläft und auch das Baumhaus offen ist. Wenn’s einem nichts ausmacht, hat man hier auf jeden Fall eine Unterkunft erwischt, auf die andere neidisch wären :)

I enjoyed my stay immensely. The surroundings were lush and beautiful. Not to mention the hospitality was superb!!!! Nothing more zen then listing to the sounds of the jungle while sleeping and waking up To breath taking views!! Casa sull’albero meravigliosa, immersa in un contesto straordinario a pieno contatto con la natura, la zona nei dintorni è ricca di risaie e panorami mozzafiato. Tutto il resort è stupendo e curato nei minimi dettagli, trattamenti SPA super, possibilità di noleggio scooter per girare la zona in autonomia, personale molto gentile e disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Ci rimarrà un ricordo meraviglioso di quei giorni al Sebatu!❤️

I think the fact they have a totally natural eco pool with fish in it speaks for itself! Staying here is a unique experience which was a staple to our Bali trip. The food in general is delicious and our first floating breakfast was divine! Will never forget my time staying here!

The place is indeed a sanctuary for native birds, plants and trees overlooking a small portion of a rice field afar. Be prepare to sleep with sleeping bird sounds, frogs and geckos like a real jungle experience. Although, during the day there will be sound of vehicles passing from a nearby road. Staff are very helpful and willingly happy to help. Communication is also on point and very responsive. The service and hospitality is outstanding.

We had so great time at Sebatu Sanctuary Eco Resort. We stayed in the bamboo pod and hobbit tree house, they are both like magical places. They are just like on the photos. The staff is so friendly. Food in restaurant is also great. Special thanks to Ayu and Wayan. We wish to come back again.

I had such an amazing stay in my treehouse. The staff was incredibly accommodating especially on the first night after I arrived from being on a plane for 20 hours from America. I was able to have dinner and finish checking in, in the morning!! The food in the restaurant is incredible and the highest rated in the area. I ate all of my meals here and the breakfast that was included was a beautiful touch. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone who is looking for a genuine Ubud experience. 10/10

The accommodation in this tree house is something very special that we can only recommend to everyone who visit Tagellalang. Such an experience is simply unique! We were able to relax here away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud and explore a lot from here. The food in the restaurant can only be recommended, cooking is superfluous. We would especially like to highlight the entire team - everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. Kudos to your hospitality!

A unique experience of staying in a bamboo house on the edge of the jungle. Very accommodating hosts and staff. Excellent food in the restaurant. Warm recommendation.

This was the most beautiful accommodation! The tree house was so beautiful and cozy and we loved that we had 2 floors as well. The botton floor was like the cozy extra room where you can chill in the hammock chair and just enjoy the djungle wiew and the sounds. The staff was lovely and communicated well. The breakfast/ food was also great. We would love to come back some day!

Absolutely the most wonderful treehouse stay - really felt incredible amongst nature. Not entirely peaceful because of the animals and nearby road with motorbike noises however this would not put me off unless a light sleeper. It’s an incredible place and feels in the middle of the jungle. It’s actually part of a small hotel and I felt well looked after by the staff, nice massages and good food! I didn’t meet Eve herself but she organised a great taxi driver from airport.

Bamboo house stay was my partners dream and thanks to Evi who made it possible. Very lovely place, very lovely people, great food…great pool and service and great massages. It’s also easily accessible. You will not get room service though but that’s understandable and restaurant is just 100m away. I wish we could have stayed more. Highly recommend it if u r looking for something away of crowd and u seek peace and quiet.

This was my first time staying in a treehouse and outdoors. The stay was very memorable. Upon arrival we were offered a welcome drink and connected to the staff through the local group chat should anything occur. I had many bags which one of the staff members took to the room. The room was 2 floors bedroom upstairs and day room and restroom downstairs. There is a restaurant on site that offers some of the best food I ate while in Bali. The pool was not available for usage so instead I received a 1 hr massage to compensate. It was a great experience. The staff caters to your needs here and is very friendly. Surprisingly there was very minimal issues which insects and mosquitos. I only stayed one night but would recommend at least 2 nights do enjoy the serenity of the place. It’s defiantly a vibe for a person who wants to unplug or couples. Thanks for a great experience to my first time in a treehouse in Bali I really enjoyed it and will recommend to my friends in the states!

This place was more then just accommodation it was an experience in its own right. Set in the beautiful rice fields away from the normal tourist bustle. The staff were amazing. The owner Alex was kind enough to give us a tour of their amazing property and tell us all about the difference sustainability project they have and all the different tree they are growing. The restaurant is also outstanding, really delicious food with a lot of it source from the property or local. Know the room itself The Bamboo Tree house was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. We really didn’t want to leave. I was expected bugs as it all outdoors but very few and I really loved showing outside under the ferns and hearing all the sound of the jungle and watching a the birds and native animal climbing around the trees outside. Amazing experience Thank you Alex and Evi and all you amazing staff.

Starting from the checkin, the complementary drink, they dropped the luggage in the treehouse, the staff walked us over, showed us around, the treehouse itself was just amazing, beautiful views of the rice terrace from the living room, cleaner than what you would expect being that it is literally in middle of the wild. There was a fully stocked mini bar in the room and fresh towels and linen. There was always someone to assist if we needed something. We had an amazing lunch and they provided complimentary bikes to go around the property which was definitely great. The best part was the breakfast, our only wish checking out was if we could stay longer.

We had a truly wonderful time at Sebatu Sanctuary and staying in the treehouse! It was such a unique experience and made even better with the amazing staff who were so attentive, helpful and kind. The treehouse itself was so cozy and cute - I loved sitting in the hanging chair and laying in the hammock among the treetops with a beautiful view of the rice terraces in the distance. Everything was clean and I loved the personal touches like fresh flowers that made it so inviting. It was so nice to be away from the city and hear the sounds of the jungle, but it was also very easy to go on excursions that the Sanctuary helped organize for us. The team responded to our enquiries via text throughout our stay which was so convenient. I can’t emphasize enough how accommodating they were. Special shout-out to Yuni who took amazing care of us & Wayan who took us to the local waterfall. The food at the restaurant was so delicious & I loved the pool with real fish! 100% staying here again!

Staying in the treehouse was one of the highlights of our trip, amazing views and unique accommodation. The on-site restaurant had great food and the pool was very nice which even had fish in it. We had a relaxing massage too. Lots of things to do in the local area and relatively close to Mt Batur and the natural hot springs. Would definitely come back and spend more time in the area.

This place is amazing, pictures do not make justice for what they offer. Staff is very kind and lovely, we unfortunately suffered an accident while riding a motorbike and they took care of us even when our stay had already finished. I will definitely come back.

Sebatu Sanctuary was an amazing experience! We loved it from the moment we were picked up from the airport by Q and then greeted by the most welcoming staff. The bamboo treehouse had the most magical views and we loved how open the space was to the outdoors. Our stay at Sebatu Sanctuary was definitely the highlight of our Bali trip and we can't wait to be back!

Love, love, love this place! Grounds were absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. "Pod" in paradise. Restaurant food was delicious, the staff was very friendly, courteous and very helpful. The complimentary Balinese massage was an added bonus. Will definitely come back.

We had the most incredible stay at Sebatu Sanctuary!! The treehouse was beautiful and the view was absolutely stunning. It was so peaceful to sleep surrounded by the calming sounds of nature. The food at the restaurant was some of the best we’ve ever eaten. We were sad not to have had enough days to try everything on the menu! But I have to say, our favorite part of this stay was the team of people working here. Everyone was so kind and helpful that I didn’t have to worry about a single thing during our time here. They took care of booking and organizing all of our activities based on what we were interested in and were so informative on tours run by their team. We cried a little saying goodbye because they felt like family by the time we left. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!! If it is available don’t think, just book. And if it’s only available part of the time you need, book one room for part of the time and another for the rest-that’s what we did and it was worth it!

Where do I begin! Staying in Evi’s bamboo treehouse was truly magical. The staff was extremely warm, welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was great and the romantic dinner was a highlight. The surroundings are stunning and we were able to watch the stars from the hammock of the bamboo treehouse. This holiday is something my family has been longing for, after four long Covid lock down in our place. I would say that whatever I paid for this tree house is worth the wait. The tree house is really big and beautiful. Everything is just like what's been described in the advertisement but one thing is not, the view is sooo much better than the picture. They provided the extra bed complete with the net for my daughter. it's very cute. I also loved the dine-in option at the tree house, it's an experience that I will never forget. I would also like to mention a special shoutout for Pak Wayan, who took care of us throughout our stay. We felt Balinese' friendliness and calmness from him. There is no request too big. Thank you so much! I really wish we could stay longer but unfortunately we have booked our next hotel so sayonara for now, till we meet again!

Das Bambus-Haus ist wirklich ein Traum. Blick in den Dschungel und die Reisterrassen. Auch die anderen Areale der Anlage sind super und das Essen mehr als lecker. Wir fanden es sehr schade, nur eine Nacht hier gewesen zu sein. Große Empfehlung!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect. The view from the bamboo tree house was really beautiful. Service was good and the area quiet.

L'endroit est vraiment très beau et soigné, la nourriture proposée tant pour les repas que pour le petit-déjeûner est excellente. Le staff sur place est très pro, aimable et réactif tout comme Evi. Par ailleurs la piscine naturelle avec ses poissons est assez unique. Quelques regrets toutefois, notamment à cause de la proximité de la route et des bruits causés par les véhicules qui passent à proximité (même si peu nombreux). Ça nuit à l'expérience "pleine nature" que nous étions venus chercher.

Where can I start?! Staying here truly felt like a dream! Not only is the treehouse so beautiful, the bed SO comfortable, the shower so refreshing and relaxing, the view breath taking but the staff here are truly so incredible (special shout out to Yuni!❤️). Everyone truly felt like family. We especially loved doing the half day and full day tours with their guides. The two gentlemen, Q and Made, were so knowledgeable and shared so much about the beautiful Balanise culture and provided us with great recommendations. Their restaurant had incredibly delicious food. We’re so glad we booked for five nights and had the airport transport, and the couples massage included. We also took full advantage of the breakfast that was included as well. We appreciated their vegan and vegetarian menu for lunch and dinner (the Jackfruit dish was one of our favorite) chef’s accommodating some of the other items to make them vegan. It was hard to leave. Thank you Alex, Evi and all the staff. ❤️

Es un entorno maravilloso, una arquitectura única, muy cómodo, con todos los detalles pensados para hacer tu estadía más cómoda. El baño precioso, la vista increíble, la cama muy cómoda y el mosquitero evitaba cualquier picadura de algún insecto. La piscina es hermosa y en general si quieres una experiencia en medio de la vegetación en una construcción de bambú, está es una gran opción.

Sebatu sanctuary eco-resort is situated in a jungle, very peaceful and private. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They even prepared breakfast by box for us for those early morning trips. The food in their restaurant was very delicious and fresh. The treehouse is exactly like the pictures, with amazing views and amenities. We highly recommend this place if you want a quite and private place away from ubud centre and don’t mind the little insects and animals pass by your accommodation.

It was the different experience. You got to live in a Bamboo House. Resort Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is awsome. Have taken the Floating Breakfast it a different experience with Fishes.

We stayed in the bamboo lodge and really enjoyed our experience! It really has the wow factor when you walk in and feels like a real adventure. The lodge was extremely clean and lots of comfortable space. The food in the restaurant was amazing..some of the best that we had in Bali. There was a great selection on the menu and everything very tasty…with a special mention for the chocolate lava cake! The staff were super friendly and Evi is always there working and ready to help. The location was excellent..not far from Ubud and some of the must see sights in Bali but felt like a real getaway from all the busyness! Given that it is partly in the jungle there is a lot of action at night…the usual sounds that you might expect of crickets and frogs etc which is lovely to listen to but given that the bamboo lodge is open you can hear various creatures running through the lodge at night..I’m not sure what they were. I wore earplugs the second night and they helped a lot!

Felt right at home with great hospitality shown by Yuni, the concierge. Was led to our treehouse and was immediately impressed with how sustainable it is with the house built with natural materials such as bamboo, stone slabs, wooden floorboards and furniture. Absolutely loved the open air bathroom concept with constant water dripping down the retaining natural rock walls down to the rain water harvesting tank below. The dripping sound of water produce a harmonious resonance with the environment providing us with the Zen feeling of being one with nature. Temperature was cool and well moderated with the foliage and greenery, no Airconditioning required. Boss of the establishment Alexander also brought his dogs around to walk his grounds, interact with guests with great hospitality and make us feel safe and looked after. He has also engaged us prior to the stay with recommendations on local activities to take part in. Highly recommended!

Wij verbleven hier recent in één van de twee bamboo pods. Het uitzicht van het balkon is prachtig, een groot nadeel is het feit dat de bamboo pods in een bocht van de weg liggen, houd dus wel rekening met geluidsoverlast van brommers om 6 uur 's ochtends. De Pods zelf zijn super, waterdruk in de douche is echter te laag, voor dit prijsniveau eigenlijk onaanvaardbaar, dat kan beter. Restaurant is heerlijk, staff ook supervriendelijk. Door de hoge luchtvochtigheid is helaas wel sprake van enig achterstallig onderhoud, dit verdient aandacht. Overall een heerlijk verblijf met enkele kleine verbeterpuntjes. Wij raden Sebatu Sanctuary dan ook zeker aan!

Ruhige Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Das Essen konnte man sich direkt ins Bamboo Haus liefern lassen. Die Karte war überschaubar und super lecker. Mit dem Roller ist man schnell bei den Reis Terrassen in Tegallang. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können jedem empfehlen diese Erfahrung zu machen.

This place is amazing. I described it as heaven on earth on insta, lol. If it’s even possible, the place is BETTER than the pictures. The pool is a dream and is a natural spring! The restaurant is amazing and they were able to accommodate my allergies! I tried extending our stay, but were all booked up. We will absolutely be recommending this place and staying here again. Also, there is the sweetest cat in the lobby that added that extra bit of home to this place.

My family had a really wonderful time staying at Sebatu Sanctuary! The open air showers, the treehouse with a beautiful view, the delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant…it all made for a really pleasant experience in the nature. My mum told me she had the best sleep of her entire life here! (even with the cicada noises — but to be honest I liked the sounds of nature! it was really calming to me). Beware though, many bugs get attracted to the lights on the first floor at night, but they just crawl about on the ceiling and won’t bother you. The second floor is kept clean and mostly bug-less, though you’ll also have some really harmless tiny flies that get attracted to the white bedsheets thinking that it’s “the light”. We had an additional bed with orange/brown bedsheets and no bugs touched it at all! Overall, I loved my time spent here!

This was such an amazing place to stay, myself and friends that stayed would recommend to all friends and family. We stayed in the treehouse which was breathtaking and as three girls we felt completely safe the whole time there. Everyone at the location are lovely and want to help as much as possible and it was the perfect start to our holiday and we didn’t want to leave!

We stayed in one of the bamboo tree houses and wow! It was just as spectacular as we expected. The two-story tree house was spacious. The downstairs area is open-air while the upstairs has windows. If you’re a nature lover, this is something you will love.

Das sieht man nicht nur beim Pool, in dem keine Chemie zur Reinigung zum Einsatz kam, sondern auch, dass Trinkwasser in den Unterkünften stets in Glasflaschen nachgefüllt wurde, Stoffservietten genutzt werden und alle Lebensmittel selbst angebaut oder regional bezogen werden. Das Personal ist zusammen mit dem Essen eines unserer Highlights dort. Alle sind super freundlich und versuchen einem jegliche Wünsche zu erfüllen. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Dinner und die Snacks sind grandios! Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist die Geräuschkulisse des Jungles gewesen, wofür aber die Unterkunft nichts kann. Wir haben es uns naiverweise etwas ruhiger vorgestellt was letztlich aber kein Problem war! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wow! A beautiful and must try experience. From the start to the end this is really one of the best locations in Ubud! Loved the attention to detail, hospitality, and food. The views are stunning!

I really recommend this magical place to everyone who wants a unique and peaceful experience inside the beautiful nature of Bali! We will miss this place a lot. We spent truly amazing days in the bamboo house, feeling the peace of being in the middle of the nature, yet having so much comfort. All staff members were very friendly and made us feel at home all the time. As we booked the room for at least four nights, they were so kind to offer a free pick-up service from the airport. We really appreciated this, and their driver Wayan was a very friendly and kind person who also guided us for a very nice tour in Bali the day after. We are thankful to him for the ride and the guidance he provided during the tour! Finally, the food was just exquisite! I loved the pad kao pao, Balinese grilled chicken and fried bananas. But especially i was addicted to the yummy chocolata lava! I am thankful that they were so kind to share the recipe with me :)

Where do I start.. Evi and her husband have created one of the most beautiful places I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The thoughtfulness that has gone into the design and the eco friendly principles is second to none. Surrounded by lush rainforest and the sounds of nature, this is the place to escape the chaos of the more built up areas of Bali. From the moment we arrived (quite late at night) the staff made us feel welcome and right at home. Extremely responsive to all of our requests, literally nothing was too much to ask for. A special shout out to Ayu and Wayan, true masters of hospitality. The restaurant, Evicurious, served some of the most delicious food we've ever had. Fresh ingredients, straight from their own garden, with something to cater to everyone. Thanks so much to everyone involved in this very special place, we will be sure to return!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The treehouse was fabulous, everyone at the hotel was kind and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious!

Everything was wonderful! Sebatu is a beautiful place and the villa was exactly as described and expected. The staff was wonderful, everything was clean, the beauty of the tree house and bamboo room were as described and so peaceful. The restaurant serves delicious food and the menu to choose from it huge. Breakfast is yummy. Everything about our stay here was perfect.

Amazing treehouse for the experience itself. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner- their pancakes for the breakfast is the must try. However, unfortunately the infinity pool was under maintenance which we were looking forward to, however they got us refund for that. Great place for a nature lover. A nice, quiet neighborhood to spend your weekend. Rice gardens are just a walk away. A very unique airbnb experience for me and my partner.

Absolutely loved it! Everything was perfect. The staff, complimentary beverages, and free breakfast delivered to your room were an added bonus. Would definitely come back!

The treehouse is absolutely stunning. Just like the pictures, you feel at peace from the moment you arrive. The little village around it, Sebatu, is also magical. Felt like Ubud many years ago, without the tourists. The only downside was the fact that the pool was under construction. Evi did not let’s us know in advance which was not ideal. She did give us a 20% discount for the inconvenience. Overall highly recommend the place.

I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in the Ubud/Tegalalang area. The accommodation was amazing, clean, beautiful and fits in so well with the surrounding jungle top views and paddy fields. The staff were also amazing and really helpful with all of our needs/requests. The bamboo treehouse is amazing as it opens up beautifully into the jungle and valley below. It is also very spacious.

We had a great time at the bamboo tree house. The staff was great and the area is very peaceful.

If you're looking for serenity, this is where to go. The jungle feels is such a beautiful experience. The Team was great and helpful! Helped with all transfers and more!. We will be back!

Lovely stay

Sebatu Eco Sanctuary is a beautifully maintained and designed property in Bali. Though it is about 2 hours from the airport and away from any of the beaches in Bali, it has its own tropical charm. The resort has it own restaurant that serves a limited but delicious menu. If your breakfast is included the staff takes special care to pack some nutritious and healthy food in case you plan to leave early morning for local tours. As it is located in the middle of village don't expect lots of eatries, food outlets or cafes near the location. You can however cycle to the nearby village. Though most of the better food outlets and cafes require a bike rental or taxi. Great location to explore northern Bali, Ubud, Sideman. However plan another accommodation near Jimbaran/ Kuta/Seminyak/Canggu if you plan to explore the beaches as traffic and long travel time will otherwise dampen your mood. The hosts are very responsive and will help you plan your trip. Overall, a great experience!

This is the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve been at. The treehouse is magical and the staff is incredibly kind and responsive. The restaurant also offers a very tasty menu. We rented a moped which gave us freedom and flexibility. I couldn’t recommend this enough. Thank you Evi and staff!

I can not overstate how amazing this place was. Absolutely incredible. Staying here was a dream…. The place was GORGEOUS and so unique. The staff were the nicest most helpful people I’ve met in my whole life. The food (delivered to your room if you ask for it) was so good. Every single thing about our stay here was perfect. I wish I could have never left. Trust me, you should stay here. It is incredibly authentic and real and it was a memorable part of our time in Bali.

Evi's Sebatu Sanctuary is gorgeous. Our Bamboo Villa is nicely tucked in the forest and has the most private feel. It's exactly like the pictures in the listing. Our overnight stay felt so short because of all the things we can do there. I loved the service. They created a messaging group w their team so they can assist us w anything they need. The staff we're incredible and friendly. Food from their resto is also very good. We loved the red curry, prata and breakfast burrito. The location is near a temple and rice fields so you can walk around the area and see so much!

My husband and I stayed here while celebrating our anniversary and we loved it!! The people are so kind and helpful, from allowing us to check in early and store our bags, to bringing our bags to and from our room, setting up a ride to our next destination, and everything in between. They did a special bed decoration for our celebration with towel swans and flowers. We added on the flower bath and floating breakfast and it was an insta/Bali dream. The room is gorgeous, the bathroom is like a spa with a HUGE bathtub and stone floor, the pool is beautiful…can’t say enough good things. It also is a short walk to many restaurants, and about 15-20 minutes walk to Ubud and the sacred monkey sanctuary. Definitely stay here!

We loved our stay at Sebatu Sanctuary! The food was amazing and all of the staff so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the experiences they offered like trekking to a secluded waterfall and seeing Made Ada's wood carving studio.

Magical place to stay! We had some “big” rain in the afternoons but it was honestly a blessing as we could enjoy our bamboo treehouse. It felt so cozy, and was so nice to unwind, read, and be in nature with the amazing jungle views and sounds. Food was incredible and some of the best in Bali. You can either order to your room or enjoy it in their restaurant which has a deck, view of the jungle, and their pool. Highly recommend their breakfast burrito and the Soto Ayam soup — yum! Their espresso was equally delicious and some of the best we’ve had on our travels as well! We rented a scooter and drove through many of the local villages and rice fields along the way to visit some close by temples, Pura Mengening (you can organize a water purification ceremony here and mich quieter than the more touristy temple closer to Ubud, Tirta Empul Temple), and Candi Tebing Gunung Kawi (beautiful temple with giant shrines carved into the mountain side) — go early morning to miss the crowds. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Highly recommend! Wonderful stay :)

A fun stay in the treehouse. For us it didn’t stop raining which meant we couldn’t use the treehouse as much as we wanted (the sofa & chair were drenched so impossible to relax downstairs) but if it stayed dry, this place would have been stunning! Beautifully done, great service. Natural pool doesn’t look like the photos .. it’s a pond so we didn’t touch it. Delicious food - we ordered room service because of the bugs so we stayed under our mosquito net in bed! Cute area and decent location.

The stay was amazing. The property is extremely beautiful, hidden away from the main road in the middle of the forest. The photos don’t make it justice! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was incredible. I would gladly come back!

We had a great stay, good food, friendly staff, beautiful landscape. The bathroom area wasn’t super private and the view from our balcony was blocked by a large tree. It would have been much prettier if that tree was trimmed down.

This may be the single most special property in all of Bali. Not only is this property stunning in its natural beauty, but the entire resort and its individual tree houses, safari tents and traditional Balinese cabins are all eco friendly, immaculate and filled with stylish and unique details. The staff is attentive and super kind, the restaurant has fresh delicious local fare, and I think I had the best massage of my life. Ask Alex for a tour of the property- he’s a great guide. Picnic in the classic VW and check out the beautiful eco pool. It’s a quiet, tranquil and amazing space. Well worth it! Can’t wait to go back with friends and family.

Excellent service and very accommodating. Happily moved us from the tree house due to my Arachnophobia (though I encountered 0 spiders in the room during our 6 night stay.) Great food in the restaurant (home fries were addictively good). The whole sanctuary is beautiful with views of the jungle and surrounding rice terraces. Highly recommended.

La tree house est splendide, la nourriture et les boissons sont de qualité et ne sont franchement pas chères ! La piscine avec les poissons est originale est l’eau provient d’une cascade, cela est agréable et amusant de nager avec plein de petits et gentils poissons ! L’endroit est rempli de petits détails sur lesquels il est intéressant de se pencher notamment sur la décoration et l’esprit de construction des lieux qui est un bel hommage historique tout en assurant un excellent confort. Nous avons extrêmement bien dormi ! Les bruits de la nature et de la « jungle » vous berceront, vous réveilleront aussi, mais vous émerveilleront surtout. Merci au personnel efficace et discret, nous reviendrons !

Unsere Nacht in der Bambus-Villa war die beste auf Bali. Die Lage im Jungle und zu den angrenzenden Reisfeldern ist wunderschön. Die Anlage mit dem Naturpool und Service ist sehr gut.

Sebatu Sanctuary was above and beyond our expectations. We felt extremely welcomed and comfortable in our bamboo pod and thought it was just perfect for our honeymoon. The pods are so cozy and clean, nestled into the side of a hill. The views of the surrounding rice paddies are serene and the staff will make you feel right at home. Alex and Evi are exceptional hosts. Out of everywhere we ate, we found ourselves wanting to come back to the onsite restaurant, Evicurious. The food was exceptional. If you have time, take part in the activities they offer. The waterfall picnic hike was stunning and the VW vans are pristine. They also offer scooters so we were able to explore Ubud, Kintamani and other villages with ease. Highly recommend this place…10/10.

The treehouse was absolutely amazing and was perfect for what we wanted - An afternoon & evening of relaxing in the jungle. The treehouse itself was stunning and had all the amenities to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend the natural (swimming) pool!

One if my favourite holiday stays ever!! I booked a couple of nights in the treehouse for my 40th birthday and initially chose Sebatu Eco Lodge because it looked fun and quirky, but it’s actually incredibly thoughtfully put together and a beautiful balance of eco and luxury. You can tell much love and care has been put into the place and it hade such a lovely vibe for a special occasion. Super comfy bed, sheets, yummy local ingredients used in the restaurant, and such a great place to slow down. Personal highlights were the natural pool, and being able to easily order all food to the room via chat apps (didn’t want to leave and was feeling a bit reclusive post-travel in busier Ubud) and you of course, the affectionate resident cats. Ended up booking another night in the safari tent too which we actually loved just as much, if not more!! Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Sebatu Sanctuary is an amazing place and we couldn't have had a better stay. the people and grounds were incredible and we loved their focus on sustainabilty. It is close to everything you'd like to see but quietly tucked away in Sebatu. we couldn't recommend this place highly enough and will be back next time with our kids! if you can get Q as your guide, he was incredibly knowledgeable and just an all around great person, though all the staff are as well!

Magical place! Loved the tree house, wish we stayed longer. The service is impeccable, the food was good, and loved the small touches and details in our tree house. We had everything we needed. The view was also beautiful and for a stay in the outdoors, it was also pretty clean. Would love to come back & definitely recommend!

Unico appunto è che il bungalow si trova dietro a una strada quindi la mattina e la sera i rumori della natura circostante sono sovrastati da quelli dei motorini e delle macchine e non è rilassante

Great experience in the jungle, close to a spectacular waterfall and the staff were always friendly. The food was also delicious and we loved having both breakfast and dinner at the sanctuary. Bugs weren’t a problem as long as you use the mosquito nets and have bug spray :)

An absolutely amazing place to stay. A variety of unique accommodations all set in the most spectacular grounds. We stayed in the treehouse which was so beautiful. The treehouse itself is nestled the rainforest and you look out into the valley below from both levels. The restaurant, staff and drivers are all 5 star! Thank you to Alex and Evi and your lovely team.

This place is a total gem - so well curated and surprisingly clean for being an open air tree house. The staff was super welcoming and friendly - they even got up early to make us a to-go breakfast because we had an early check-out (and we didn’t even ask!). Evi was a quick at replying to any inquiries as well. Unfortunately we were only there for a short time as we tend to travel spontaneously and our plans changed a bit, that said… it was the best night of sleep ever. Falling asleep to the jungle sounds is super refreshing - and the bug net around the bed worked like a charm (though I’d recommend buying some bug cream - spray is fine, but the cream here in Bali works best). The one caveat I’d add is that this is a little further from Ubud than we thought. Our drivers to and from the Airbnb both took around 45min from central Ubud, even though Google maps said it would be ~30min. If you’re there to unwind and stay in Tegalallang, then this place is hard to beat. If you want to do a lot of things in and around Ubud, just make sure to budget in the extra time.

We absolutely loved everything about the Sebatu Sanctuary Eco Resort! The tree house we stayed in had an amazing view of the jungle and was extremely cozy (especially at night when it rained!) and nicely decorated. The staff was very attentive, friendly and took care of every need and wish we had as guests. The food was delicious while being reasonably priced and it even uses homegrown or locally sourced ingredients which we loved! We could go on forever about how wonderful our stay was but to keep it short - if you look for an amazing getaway that leaves no wish unfulfilled, look no further and book your stay at the Sebatu Resort!

This place is stunning, pictures won’t do justice. It will seriously take your breath away. And, the people are the kindest people you will ever meet. I am looking forward to my next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Sebatu Eco Resort. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We felt warmly welcomed from the first minute. From arranging a walk to the waterfall carrying water and towels, giving us a perfect dinner experience including special wishes and a spontaneous trip to Pura gunug with a guided purification ritual. We stayed at the treehouse and which was amazing, including outside bathroom, nice decoration and privacy. Thank you for everything, we would love to come again and can highly recommend it.
