Exploring Beautiful private villa in heart of Sanur, Bali left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Beautiful private villa in heart of Sanur, Bali was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Denpasar Selatan plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Beautiful private villa in heart of Sanur, Bali painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Très belle villa avec un accueil très chaleureux de Yuri. Tout était parfait et très propre. Serviette de piscine à disposition, linge de toilette également. Villa au milieu d'autres villas avec un garde sécurité à l'entrée. Nous avons cependant trouvé que la villa était bruyante (passage aérien, travaux rue extérieur, klaxons...) mais ça n'enlève pas le cachet de cette belle villa ou nous avons passé un agréable moment. Petit kiff pour la douche extérieure :) Une piscine vraiment relaxante. Merci
Me and my family of 5 spend 6 nights at the Villa. We were very happy with the accommodation and it met our expectations. We used the lovely pool several times a day and the kids highly appreciated it. The housekeeper Yuri was very helpful and nice and gave us some good suggestions on things to do. The location of the Villa was also very good, just a short walk to what we believe is the nicest part of Sanur beach with plenty of good restaurants. The only slightly negative aspect were the very hard beds that the entire family was less happy with. Anyway, a great place that I can recommend!

The villa was amazing!! Girl's Trip for my 60th. Very private and peaceful. Perfect location. Yuri was gorgeous ... did all our washing!! After staying in busy Legian/Seminyak, was so good to relax and soak in beautiful Sanur.

We had a lovely few days at Emerald Villas. Quick and responsive host who was very helpful everytime I had a question. Lovely pool and quiet surrounds, even though its close to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach and short drive to Icon Mall we would definitely stay here again!!
We had an amazing stay at the villa. The set up was perfect for three girlfriends all looking for their own space and a common area that brought us all together. The villa was cleaned daily by Yuri and she even did our washing!! It was an excellent location right next to the action but super quiet and peaceful at the same time.
사누르 해변에서 가까우면서도 조용한 주택가에 위치해 있어 좋습니다. 세심하게 모든 것이 완벽하게 갖춰져 있어 생활하는 데 매우 만족했습니다. 매일 집을 관리해주는 유리씨가 있어서 더욱 깨끗하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 감사합니다. 유일한 단점은... 주택이라 모기가 있는 것은 감안해야 합니다.
What an amazing place to stay! Our family stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms and kitchen were cleaned every day and the person picked up our laundry every day and brought it back clean and folded. The location was a quick walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a fantastic stay, it really is the most wonderful place, I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Yuri was superb, the best host and service possible. We will definitely be back when returning to Bali. Thank you x
Great sanctuary in bustling Sanur. Three separate bedrooms all with ensuites, this place would suit three couples - lots of space. Definitely suited our family with two teenagers. Centred around a generous pool and kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would return
Second time staying at this fabulous villa. The location at the lower end of sanur is perfect. Murray is really responsive and Yuri is always there to help. Huge bathrooms, kitchen has a good size fridge, water machine and the pool access is great and integrates with the main area, it makes it really social. Air con is in the bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms/ensuites are off the main building, the 3rd is a seperate building adjacent, just a few meters, like a mini villa! The area has everything you need, just out past the front gates is an awesome coffee place and Warung Anna has great food to dine in or grab takeaway to have pool side. Highly recommend jalopeno restaurant nearby too. We LOVE this place. Can’t wait to come back
This villa was exactly as described and was perfect for our family of seven. It was clean, secure and had all the amenities we needed for a 2 week stay. Murray was responsive and accommodating to our needs for both check in and a late check out. Yuri (the housekeeper) is amazing and kept the place spotless. The pool was kept constantly clean and the kids loved going for a dip every day. I highly recommend this villa - 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with indoor and outdoor private showers - if I lived in Sanur, this is the type of place I would want to live in permanently. 5/5 for Murray and his team.
Very relaxing place to stay with the family. Comfortable beds and Yuri is an absolute treasure. Great location, it’s our second time staying there and will definitely stay there again.
Vi har hatt en fantastisk uke i villaen. Arkitekturen var befriende og annerledes og hadde alt vi trengte. Herlig med hjelp fra Yuri som gjorde en strålende jobb. Veldig god beliggenhet. Eneste ulempen var en del fluer på det ene soverommet som stadig kom tilbake.
A wonderful location exactly where we wanted to be suited all of us Murrray was fantastic We loved it. The housekeeper YURI is lovely Nothing was too much trouble and hopefully we wasn’t. I thoroughly recommend staying here it’s location and the vibe.
This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful villa and we loved it just as much as the first time. Our host Murray was awesome and Uri happy and hardworking. If you are lucky enough to get a booking this place and location are well worth the effort. We will be back for sure!

Our stay at Murray’s Villa was fabulous. From the villa itself to the great location. The villa is spacious and very comfortable with great pool where you can sit around and watch the kids. Location is fantastic. Close to the beach, shopping and many restaurants. The highlight was Yuri, What a lovely lady. From housekeeping, laundry and general chit chat. She made our stay very enjoyable. When we come back to Sanur we will definitely stay again.
We had a great few nights here on our first family trip to Bali whilst travelling between UK and NZ. The villa was as described, very clean, very private and a great setup for us. The pool was spotless and a decent size and depth - and often used given the warm temperatures. The bedrooms had air conditioning so sleeping at night was not a problem. Note the living area and kitchen are "open air" - so whilst covered and out of any wind, do get warm. This was pleasant but might not work for everyone. Convenient location with beach and restaurants walkable - but villa itself private and quiet. Yuri the housekeeper was friendly and kept the place spotless, and the recommended driver was on time and reliable. Thanks for making our stopover so pleasant and relaxed :)
Beautiful villa and peaceful atmosphere. Very clean and Ibu Yuri and Ibu Putu are very good and look after us very well! We all enjoyed our stay at emerald villa and will book again for our next visit. Thank you ☺️
Our family of five had a fantastic time here! The villa is incredibly spacious and felt very safe and private within its gated community. The highlight for the kids was definitely the large pool (approx. 10m x 3m), while we loved the open living room - perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evenings. Everything you need is within walking distance. It’s just a short stroll to the beach and a great variety of local shops and restaurants. We especially loved walking through Sanur at night; it’s such a beautiful and charming atmosphere. Highly recommended!
When I closed my eyes and dreamt of what type of place I wanted to stay in at Bali….it was exactly Murray’s Villa. Even tho 3 bedrooms and for most of my stay I was by myself, it was worth every penny to book Murray’s Villa. I felt safe having the guard nearby. I loved seeing Yuri’s smiling face each day. What a treasure it was to have clean laundry daily! The pool!!! A private pool is unbelievable!! Balinese friends made this a once in a lifetime trip. Murray’s Villa allowed me to rest well for the next day’s adventure. Thank you Murray. Thank you Yuri. And thank you to the kind Gardner and Pool Guy! Oh and I can’t forget a big thank you to the guards by the gate!

Our group of six stayed for a week in this beautiful villa & we could not have been more comfortable or happier. It is in a great spot, close to restaurants, bars & the beach, with more restaurants & bars. Had a fabulous holiday.

Having experienced numerous stays in Bali, we can confidently assert that this establishment stands out as exceptional, offering unparalleled luxury. Its prime location provides immediate access, within a mere minute's walk, to a wide array of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. Ms. Yuri, our dedicated villa attendant, consistently demonstrated exceptional kindness, maintaining impeccable cleanliness daily, and meticulously laundering and pressing our garments to an exquisite standard. The pool and garden areas were consistently maintained to a pristine condition. Mr. Murray maintained clear and consistent communication leading up to and throughout our stay. He proactively scheduled a brief visit, with ample prior notification, to address a minor maintenance item and thoughtfully provided a six-pack of Bintang as a gesture of appreciation for any potential inconvenience. We shall be staying here next time we come to Bali.
Lovely location in Sanur - off the main streets with a quick walk to shops, restaurants, beach, and bars (and a great coffee shop just down the road). Murray is a friendly and helpful host, plenty of tips for activities and restaurants, and Yuri who helped keep the property neat and tidy for us was lovely and super helpful. If I'm back in Bali again I would be booking this property again.
Murray’s villa exceeded our expectations, and Yuri was fantastic. We only stayed a few nights, but everything was perfect, the villa was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. We’ll definitely look for this place again on our next visit to Sanur.

Boendet var suveränt bra. Rymliga sovrum som kunde hållas kylda, ett mycket välutrustat kök (till och med en vattenmaskin så vi slapp köpa dricksvatten) och vi gillade att loungen/köket var utomhus men under tak (skyddat från sol o regn). Enda utmaningen är myggen, ta med myggmedel även fast det finns där. Poolen var härlig och trädgården var vackert grönt o blommande. Villan ligger perfekt, lugnt o privat men bara fem minuter från bästa stranden ännu närmare affärer, restauranger mm. Murray är hjälpsam o svarar blixtsnabbt. Servicen m städ, tvätt mm är suverän. Vi vill mycket gärna bo här igen och kan varmt rekommendera Murray som värd o den här fantastiska villan. Längtar tillbaka.
Murray was an amazing host who answered promptly all messages and even made the effort to come say hello during our stay. We were also well looked after by Yuri our housekeeper who made sure our stay was an enjoyable one. Great location close to a number of good restaurants and the beach. If you like a good coffee you can't go past Sala Bistro.( 1 minute walk) A wonderful holiday that we will fondly look back on for all the above reasons.

The house was nice and clean. The cleaning and sanitation was good. The swimming pool was great. In the morning you could swim right away without leaving the house.
This was the best of our stays in our three weeks in Bali. We loved Sanur the most and a lot of this due to this accommodation. Rooms are clean and air conditioning works well. The pool is long and beautiful. The location is secure and quiet. Sanur has pedestrian walkways which is a rarity in Bali. Easy walk to the village and to the beach. Yuri our maid was awesome, thank you. We will come next year.
우선 한국인 대가족에게 추천하고 싶습니다. 청결을 많이 신경쓰는 한국인들에게 꼭 추천하고싶은 가성비 사누르 숙소 입니다. 샤워기 필터를 설치 했는데 필터가 흰색 그대로였습니다. 이 숙소에 오기전에 아야나 숙소에 있었는데 거기는 매일 매일 필터를 갈아야했습니다. 너무 차이가 나서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 그리고 수영장에 정화 시설이 있어서 물이 깨끗했고. 제일 중요한건 유리가 직접 출퇴근하면서 세탁을 해주고 다림질까지해서 방에 넣어주셨습니다. 그리고 매일 정원사가 와서 정원 관리도 해주셨어요. 아야나 숙소보다 여기에 머물렀을때 부모님도 더 만족해하셨습니다.
wow what an amazing place to spend time in Bali, whether as a base to access everything you need or just to relax by the pool. Far enough from the noise and action of the main road. with the amazing Yuri to help you and Budi to arrange your activities and get you from A to B, I can't recomend Murray the team and his place highly enough. my teenage daughters loved every minute.
Echt een geweldige villa. Alles waar ze je mee van diest kunnen zijn wordt gedaan. Alles is prachtig en de locatie is top. Als we op bali terugkomen is dit een must om terug te komen. Echt niets op aan te merken een echte 5 sterren

Le logement était juste parfait! Logement tout simplement magnifique ! Tout confort et très propre. Yuri est là pour tout Idéalement placé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage , des restaurants et boutiques en plein centre de Sanur. Et à la fois au calme un peu en retrait de la route principale. Aucun bruit, c’est vraiment tres agréable d’être au centre ville sans avoir aucune gêne. Absolument aucun point négatif pour ce logement Merci pour tout!
Die Lage ist zentral und der Check-Inn war unproblematisch. Das Haus ist großzügig angelegt und alles war sehr sauber. Yuri war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Toll ist der offene Wohnbereich. Die Bäder sind in zwei Zimmern ebenfalls sehr groß (mit Außen- und Innendusche). An unserer Dusche befand sich sogar ein Filter. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider war die Außenbeleuchtung vom Pool defekt.
I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The neighborhood was quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. It was also very convenient—just a short walk to the main street. I would definitely stay here again!

Place is located really well ,with easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops and close to the beach. Would recommend staying for those that want a peacefull getaway. Good value for money, will be going back in the future.

Murray's villa is in an absolutely perfect location, close to the beach and very close to multiple restaurants and shops. Yuri is also lovely, and was great at checking us in and letting us know the closest place to get some tasty breads! The garden at this villa is stunning, from the young banana trees to the jasmine, there were beautiful sights and smells from inside the villa walls before even heading to the beach. The pool was also lovely to jump into to cool off as well. Murray was very kind and shared lots of local tips for the area, and we really appreciated them. We were easily able to turn the last few days of our trip into something really memorable because of his suggestions. The villa is located very close to the security gate, which makes getting Grab rides or deliveries quite easy. It's also a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, though you have to cross a busy street to get to it! Thanks so much for the lovely stay :)
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Murray’s villa and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Our group consisted of two couples and a teenager. A perfect private oasis within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Yuri is very friendly and welcoming, she keeps the villa immaculate and also takes care of laundry. The garden is small but pleasant and the pool is a great size for cooling off. The photos on this site are true to the property … I could go on but others have already voiced the same opinions as me.

I booked Murray's Airbnb nearly a year before staying in it and it exceeded expectations. The photos are very true to the property. My husband, two friends, and I stayed here for four nights and our only wish was that we could have stayed longer. The Airbnb is clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's somehow peaceful, surrounded by nature, and still very walkable! There were tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops super close by as well as temples and, of course, the beach. We enjoyed a massage at The Nest (only 15 minutes beachside), ate dinner along the boardwalk, took a day trip to Nusa Penida (walkable pick-up point), loved the swimming pool, and enjoyed the "open air" concept. The Airbnb was also extremely clean with Yuri always being available for anything we needed. Murray was super responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. I really cannot say enough good things about staying here. It was a highlight for our first time in Bali and we loved it.

This was our home away from home. Very secure, private, and pristine. A gated villa with 24 hour security staff. We were pleasantly surprised to find out we had a daily housekeeper who took care of our laundry from our prior trip upon arriving to this enchanted place. We were delighted with the fresh flowers she had placed around the villa when we arrived. We could not have felt more welcome and taken care of.
After staying at many places all over Bali over the years this was by far our favourite place to stay. Amazing villa with a beautiful pool and the house keeper yuri was such an amazing lady making sure our stay was as good as it could be. We will definitely be booking this villa again and again

A wonderful stay in a beautiful property. The house is large with 3 bedrooms- each with its own bathroom. It is well equipped with a large pool. It is very well located.- a short walk to the beach and close to numerous restaurants and stores - yet is very peaceful and quiet. Yuri was a treasure who kept the place immaculate and did the laundry and ironing every day, a great bonus when traveling. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Murray's place for 6 weeks and found the place wonderful. Yuri is a true gem, so wonderful, keeps everything running smoothly and gave me the guilts as she willingly ironed my linen....what a treasure! The location is great for a quiet place but close enough to walk to everything you want: shopping, grociers, restaurant and beach. We had a few issues with electrical due to the rains that were happening but Murray and his crew made everything right as quickly as possible. My regards for a place is not that issues don't arrise but, if they do, how are they handled. Murray, Yuri, Gary and their maintenance team earned a solid A++. We will happily stay here every time we can get to Bali. Thanks Murray, Yuri and Gary

We discovered this gorgeous villa by accident when we had a couple of nights at the end of our holiday to fill in. Very glad we did! It had everything - convenient and secure location (the beach, restaurants, spas, shops, Massimo’s gelato!) … fantastic HUGE pool … 3 comfortable bedrooms with beautiful bathrooms in each room … big open living area … a well equipped kitchen … smart tv … and the very helpful Yuri if you needed anything. We have stayed in dozens of villas in Bali, especially Sanur, and this was right up with the best. Sampai jumpa lagi! We will be back!

Wow is an understament everything a family if 5 could ask for. Great restaurants shops beach and everything right at the door. Amazingly large space and fantastic pool and very well kept. Great sleeps with peaceful surrounds. We will stay here in a heartbeat when visiting Bali.

Murray was always responsive to the questions I had before the trip. The location is hidden in a small street which made it quieter and serene. There was food within a 5-minute walk and a mini-mart for daily necessities. The rooms were clean and living area was wonderful for the family to sit around, eat, and chat. The villa's pool provided a convenient distraction for our son throughout the day. You will also find birds (like sunbirds, bulbuls) and skinks among the plants. There was a bat (likely fruitbat) which flew about in the living area on our first night there. Although some fixtures do look a little aged with wear and tear, Yuri kept the place clean and did laundry, drying and ironing DAILY!!!! This was a nice touch really. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and we would definitely consider it again whenever our travels bring us to Sanur.
Murray’s villa is incredible, particularly if one just wants to relax. The pool is a marvelous place for floating around and leaving any cares behind. Yuri was delightful and we enjoyed getting to know her. Plus she leaves the villa spotless. It was the perfect grand finale for our time on Bali. We’ll do our best to return.
Our group of 6 would have stayed longer if time permitted, located close to all Sanur has to offer. We loved our time at Murray’s villa & Yuri looked after us with daily house keeping including our washing. Everything was within walking distance with the added security of a gated, staffed entry. Sanur has everything. Beach, great restaurants, beauty treatments, scooter hire (great way to explore) lots of activities and much more. Thank you so much for hosting Murray and Yuri.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Murray's communication was great, and Yuri, who does the cleaning and laundry, was lovely. The villa was very clean, a pleasure to spend time in, and is close to the beach and all of the local amenities. You're spoiled for choice when it comes to nearby restaurants. We spent time in Kuta and Ubud before staying in Sanur and we wished we had stayed here longer!

사누르에 있는 이 숙소는 에메랄드 빌라 단지에 들어서면 입구에서 가까운 곳에 위치한 곳입니다. 처음 도착해서 차량을 통과할 때 경비원이 제 이름이 확인되지 않는다고 하여 당황했지만, 직원분(유리)의 이름을 얘기하니 어디인지 알겠다고하여 안내를 받을 수 있었습니다. 이른 시간에 도착했음에도 숙소에 짐을 풀 수 있게 해주었고 늦은 체크아웃도 양해해주셨습니다. 융통성이 있어 좋았고 감사했습니다. 세탁 서비스가 있는 점도 매우 좋았고 사누르 지역에서 인기있는 빵집, 레스토랑, 마사지숍, 젤라또집, 환전소 그리고 해변가까지 모두 도보로 이동 가능하여 위치가 참 좋다고 생각합니다. 특히 사누르에 오시는 가족 여행객에게 매우 추천합니다👍

Unser Fahrer Budi hat uns abgeholt und in die Villa gelassen. Danach fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Fitri kommt jeden Tag und räumt auf und kümmert sich um die Wäsche. Der Pool wird 2tägig gesteinigt. Handtücher. Pooltücher, 2 Schwimmnudeln, shampoo, seife, milch, Tee und Zucker...alles vorhanden. Vielen Dank Murray, daß wir bei dir Übernachten durften.

Absolutely loved Emerald villa. Great location , only 5 mins to beach and lots of restaurants. The place is spotless and Yuri was amazing, she did our laundry and cleaned the place so well. Thanks to Murray for letting us be flexible on checking too. Couldn’t fault the place.
Murray was an amazing host. Very responsive and went above and beyond to help us with a last minute booking due to some issues in our previous accomodation. Place was lovey, well appointed and Yuri and the support staff at the villas were great! Small things were considered so as we didn’t even have to think about them - great wifi, great air conditioning in the rooms, bug spray and filtered water bottles etc - all waiting for us! Perfect location - quiet and secluded within walking distance to the beach and heart of sanur. We had two kids in our room and had plenty of room. Recommend to anyone, but the pool being right outside your door lends itself to older children or couples/group’s etc. Thanks for a great stay Murray!

Our group of 6 (all adults family/friends) loved this fantastic villa for 5 nights. Great comms w owner and as noted many times, Yuri is lovely and helpful. Quality fit out, great kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. Very clean and well maintained w lovely gardens. Some features that we loved; Spacious bathrooms with great storage. 3 comfy sun beds w cute hidden slide out tables. Bath towels are really nice plus pool towels for all. Adaptor is available (bring your own power board for a charging station) Full-size fridge. Tea, sugar, coffee and hot/ cold water dispenser. Fly spray, coils and first aid box. Any utensil you need in kitchen. Daily clothes washing by yuri so you leave w a clean suitcase! Tip - turn the pool and garden lights on at night for great ambiance. Books avail. Local recommendations ; jalapeño (margaritas and tacos) Warang Anna near entrance (eat in or get takeaway by the pool) Daily baguette - morning pastries. Ur spa - up the road (nice, affordable spa) 💙💙💙💙💙💙
This was my favorite Airbnb stay to date. The place was spacious and clean. There were days that we didn't want to go out due to the amenities alone. Yuri the house manager, was amazing and super nice. If we return to Bali, staying here again is a MUST.
We has the most amazing stay. Very comfortable soft sheets, comfortable beds. The pool was amazing! Location was spot on. So close to everything. Yuri was amazing. Hopefully we will be back next year.

사진에 보이는 정원보다 더 이뻤고 집안과 주방 또한 깨끗했어요. 그리고 원한다면 런더리 서비스도 해주시고 냉동실에는 얼음이 가득차 있어서 좋았습니다. 숙소 위치도 해변에서 도보 10분 거리고 집 골목을 나와 도로 건너편에 마트도 있어서 좋았어요. 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 머무르고 싶어요

Loved this villa, Yuri is absolutely incredible and so helpful. The place was immaculately clean. We stayed with my parents who frequent in bali and we will all definitely be back. Murray was also so easy to deal with and responded promptly with every request. The area is walkable to many shops and restaurants which was handy with our toddler. Thanks guys will see you again soon!
What an awesome stay we had a Murray's. The location is perfect, 5 min stroll to the beach and 1 minute walk to cafes and shops. The villa is spotlessly clean and Yuri comes every day to clean and do your washing. The villa was kept so clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.

If you have a chance to book this beautiful and tranquil villa in Sanur, do it. Perfect location. Walkable to the beach and many restaurants and shops. The housekeeper Yuri was easy to communicate with and she was there to welcome us and make us feel at home. With three separate bed/bath suites the villa can easily accommodate 3 couples or family. The large, cool and refreshing pool was amazing. It is hot in Bali and we loved being able to get in the crystal clear water to cool off and take a swim a few times a day. Wish we could have stayed longer.

What an amazing place to stay🤩🤩 This beautiful 3 bedroom villa with three ensuite bathrooms and three outdoor showers was better than the photos or descriptions had us prepared for. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean and gorgeously presented. The pool was heaven and the living area also spacious and very comfortable. Yuri, the housekeeper, is friendly, sweet and amazingly helpful. The location is fantastic with the Main Street a 1 minute stroll away and the beach 5 mins, but incredibly quiet and private. Sala on the corner of the Main Street has amazing breakfasts! So close to so many restaurants and shops. My family of five with three big teenage boys loved staying here and hope to return. Can’t think of anything that would have made it better. Loved it. 💙
This place was awesome! Our kids loved swimming in the pool everyday. The a/c worked great. Murray was very gracious and responsive, and went above and beyond. Yuri was excellent and kept the place spotless. Budi was recommended as a driver; he was very reasonably priced and was fantastic at driving us to different activities and recommending places to visit and see. Pro tip: ask for Budi's contact info in advance and arrange to have him pick you up from the airport. He'll be cheaper than a taxi and he can even take you to a good restaurant on the way to where you're staying! The only semi-negatives we encountered was a bed that was a little firm for our tastes (but hey, it's a personal preference...can't please everyone) and a couch that broke (no big deal...it happens) and was fixed the very next day! We thoroughly enjoyed it and plan to stay here again the next time we go to Bali. We have friends who are already asking for info to book in the future!
We had a wonderful stay with Murray. The villa is beautiful and well located. The pool was wonderful and my daughter loved being able to swim. The space was very clean with all the needed amenities and Yuri made sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend this villa.
We were delayed by a few hours, Yuri was amazing and stayed until we arrived. It was exactly as described. Beautiful and spacious private villa with a great pool. Everything was about a 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Yuri was incredible, she spoiled us and made our vacation so much better. Our laundry and dishes were washed and beds were made everyday. We highly recommend Murray’s place at Emerald Villas. If you want to stay in paradise and be spoiled.
The location of Murray’s villa was perfect for our family. Easy to call grab and short walk to the beach, and many great restaurants(breakfast and great nasi campur etc) within 2-5 min walk was great while Bali was extremely hot during our visit. The villa itself was peaceful and quiet, the small garden was beautiful ! The pool and the rooms were clean and spotless due to Yuri (surprised at daily cleaning of the villa!) and the pool cleaner who came to visit. It was such a comfortable stay and we would like to revisit again when we come back to Sanur. And thank you again for the prompt communication and delivery of our charger we left behind- I was so surprised at the speed and kind consideration.
This property is fantastic. It is comfortable, clean, spacious, and in an ideal area, close to many restaurants and shops. Yuri was extremely responsive throughout my stay and made sure everything went well. Highly recommend staying here.

Our family loved Emerald Villa. It was definitely better than the photos. Beautiful pool and garden, 3 separate air-conditioned queen bedrooms with ensuites perfect for 3 couples or families with grown children wanting a little privacy. Large open air kitchen, dining, tv area. We found if we got a bit hot a dip in the pool was enough to cool us down. Murray was easy to deal with and provided us with a lovely welcome gift. We arrived late in the evening and received clear instructions for self check-in. Yuri, Emerald Villas housekeeper was so lovely, helpful, flexible and also very easy to communicate with. Yuri kept the property spotless. When our daughter left her medication and a few things behind she organised a Gojek to deliver them to the airport - honestly saving the day. Murray’s place is a walk to beautiful Sanur beach or an even shorter walk to shopping and an assortment of great restaurants. Thanks for having us Murray and Yuri, we absolutely loved our stay.

We loved Murray's villa. Extremely clean, great location only across the road and a few minutes easy walk to Sanur beach, convenience stores and great seaside restaurants. The beautiful pool was sparkling clean and perfect temperature, the rooms large and furniture comfortable. Beds were firm but not as hard as many are in Bali. Yuri was absolutely lovely, helped us organise home massages, shopped in advance for us, did some personal washing, and helped when we needed assistance with the language barrier. The villa suited our group of 3 mature ladies perfectly for rest and relaxation. Our only issue was having to pull ourselves away from it as we would have been very happy just staying there all day every day!

I only wish we had stayed there longer. The children loved the pool, but so did the adults. Also Everyone had their own piece of privacy since the rooms work like individual units. Def loved it.

Wow, pristine! Yuri maintains the property to immaculate standard. Infact probably the cleanest villa we have stayed in Sanur, I noticed it straight away. Yuri is on the pulse with communication. The villa was extremely reasonable priced. It is centrally located. We are a family with 2 teenage boys and it was perfect. A ten minute direct walk to the beach with a small supermarket on the way. We would absolutely stay here again. I have not one negative thing to say about this villa. It was perfect in every way. It's very hard choosing from a long list on Airbnb so sometimes it's just luck where you end up. I am hoping Murray and Yuri will be happy to host us again on our next visit to Sanur.
We have just had a five night stay in Murray’s Emerald Villa . We loved our stay and Yuri the housekeeper is so lovely ! It is just as advertised and so close to the shops and beach . Many,many restaurants to choose from but for breakfast I recommend the restaurant a 2min walk away on the corner . There is a MiniMart a very short walk as well . Sanur is a great beach for families or if you love night life . Along the beach front is a 7km walkway with shops and restaurants all along .

Thank you Murray we had such a fabulous 11 nights at your villa. Special mention to Yuri who looks after the villa. She is amazing! She kept everything so clean and couldn’t have done more for us. It was like saying goodbye to a friend when we left. The pool is fantastic, the bedrooms great. Two are really big with the third one a little smaller but just as comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more to cook. We will come back for sure.

Wij verbleven 5 nachten in dit heerlijke huis. Er staan meerdere van deze woningen bij elkaar en er staat 24/7 bewaking bij de ingang van het complex. Erg aardige cleaning lady. Handig dat ze al onze was gelijk mee deed. Huis ligt heerlijk rustig !

Murray was a fantastic host, very accommodating and extremely responsive. Yuri was also extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. We were three ladies celebrating a belated milestone birthday (it was supposed to have happened 3 years ago when COVID ruined everyone’s plans) and we had a fabulous time in Sanur. There was a cute little coffee shop, a 2 minute walk from the villa, that we frequented often (Sala) which was very convenient. All in all we had a wonderful time!
Location is great. Handy to the beach and restaurants. Sunday brunch at the Hyatt Regency hotel across the road is the best available anywhere. Massage nearby the villa $A8.50 for an hour of bliss. Staff at the villa were great, could not fault the experience from the booking to the late departure (Thank you). Will be back. Hopefully very soon. Stephen

We really enjoyed our stay at Murray’s villa. It’s a beautiful, clean villa walking distance from the beach. Our contact with the host was great! We had to check out in the morning but could leave our things until we left in the evening. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It’s difficult to improve upon the earlier glowing reviews but, suffice it to say, we strongly agree with the wonderful and positive comments. The villa was everything we could have wished for and more. Although the weather was fairly wet it didn’t stop us doing anything and we made full use of the pool and spacious outdoor lounge to read and relax. Yuri was an absolute gem. We will certainly return.
Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The villa was stunning, even better than the photos. The communal area and pool were gorgeous and comfortable, and the bedrooms are huge, comfy beds and spotless bathrooms - I love the outside shower! Yuri is absolutely wonderful, so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable, she’s the best! The villa is beautiful, exactly as described, clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay, well-equipped kitchen, fresh drinking water, sparkling clean pool, towels, and even extras such as first aid, list of emergency contacts. Greeted by a friendly housekeeper who made us feel welcome and at home (and cleans and does laundry ! ). The best thing is the probably the location, 2 minute walk to restaurants, cafe, small supermarket but in a safe quiet complex. Thank you.

A really great experience for me at the Villa. Everything was convinent and there were plenty of shops and food just a few mins walk away. Was also around 15Mins Walk away from the Beach, which had plenty of good Good and also water activities . House Keeper was also very friendly and able to communicate in English. Place was Great and looks even better in person. However the WiFi was rather Slow so you might have to get a proper Data Plan go sustain your stay there. Overall I enjoyed and would recommend to my friends

My friend and I had a really wonderful stay at Murray’s villa in Sanur. Location is excellent, we walked everywhere. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. There is a mini mart on the corner that has a good range of supplies. The beach and boardwalk is an easy walk from the villa…..under 5 minutes. LOADS of food and drink places along the beach. The place was spotless and the pool was perfect. Most reviews mention Yuri for good reason. She was welcoming, friendly, and ensured the villa was pristine each day. A really lovely presence! 10/10 for us! Highly recommend and hope to return.

Murray’s villa was just simply amazing. Beyond clean; the gardens are beautifully manicured, rooms spacious and clean and yuri who looks after the day to day housekeeping etc, was an absolute gem. Cannot recommend highly enough, we wish all stays and accommodation was this amazing. :)

What a find this was. A spotlessly clean 3-bed villa with a divine pool only a 100m walk to the main street of Sanur and also only a short walk to the beach too. Lots of convenient extras included to make our holiday more enjoyable, eg plenty of fresh drinking water, shampoo, conditioner, orange juice, etc. Yuri, Murray’s housekeeper, was certainly an added bonus. She is friendly, welcoming and happy to chat about restaurants and places to visit while in Bali. We can’t recommend this villa more highly as the perfect place to stay while in Bali. Thanks Murray and Yuri.
We really enjoyed our stay at Murray's Villa. It looks exactly as it does in the photos and perhaps even better. Everything is very clean and you can tell that it is well maintained. The bathrooms are lovely and big and the Kitchen has everything you need should you want to cook anything. The kids really enjoyed the pool, it receives some sun in the afternoon and was warmer than the one at the Villa we had stayed in previously. There isn't a lot of room to sit in the sun on a lounger around the pool, which is what I enjoy doing, but you can strategically place the lounge chairs if you wish to. We had 4 kids with us and it didn't feel cramped at all, the complex also has 24hr security which made us feel safe. The location of the Villa is perfect, it's only a short walk to the beach (about 5 mins) where you can go for a walk along the boardwalk or eat at one of the many restaurants along the beach. There are also many restaurants along the main road which are pretty much at your doorstep.

Fantastic! Our family, with 2 kids ages 12 and 8, enjoyed the spotlessly clean house, great pool, comfortable beds. Beach is an easy walk less than 5 minutes. Yuri is a wonderful welcomer/housekeeper. Food at Warung Anna restaurant, just steps from the main entrance, is delicious. Staples, including fruit, milk, bread, sim cards, sunscreen, bug spray available at drugstore on the corner. Highly recommend this villa and can't wait to return someday!
The best airBNB experience I’ve ever had, villa was cleaned every day and location was amazing. There were security guards 24/7 protecting the villa and this vibe was just tip top.

Great villa. It's located in a secured complex so we felt very safe. Lots of great places to eat within a few minutes walk. There are also some supermarkets a short distance away. The beach walk is about 2 minutes away and it's a great place for a morning or evening stroll. The villa is very modern and well maintained. 3 bedrooms, each with their own bath, make it great for couples traveling together, etc. The pool is huge. It's one of the largest private pools we've seen and was a great amenity to have on hot days. Yuri, the housekeeper/villa manager is awesome. She keeps the place spotless and was a great resource when we had questions about what to do or where to go. She made the stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend this villa.
We loved our time at Murray's place. The location is ideal as its a very short walk to the main street with tons of food options and very close to the beach as well. The villa is in great condition and Yuri the maid did a great job keeping it clean. We were happily surprised to see that the kitchen was stocked with tons of appliances such as a juicer, blender, multiple coffee makers and lots of pots for cooking. We had an amazing time at Murray's place and look forward to staying here again next year.
Murray’s Villa is the perfect spot for a family holiday in Sanur. We moved from a villa in a nearby 5-star resort, and Murray’s villa was bigger, cleaner, better maintained & better value for money. The pool was awesome! The garden is lush and private. The photos looked good on Airbnb, but the villa is actually better in reality. It’s a peaceful, beautiful spot, but within a couple of minutes’ walk to the centre of Sanur (restaurants, shops etc) & the beach. We’ll definitely be back.
Fantastic four nights at the Villa. We have stayed before in another Villa but this was a better and more personal experience. House keeper (I forgot her name - apologies) was extremely friendly and a credit to your villa. Tiles are slippery when wet but we didn’t let that dampen out experience.

Our stay in Sanur was amazing. Location was fantastic as it was close to some nearby restaurants, cafes, and the beach! Also a convenience store right down the street which is a plus. Definitely a more quaint part of Bali which is great if you’re looking for a relaxing time without too much hustle and bustle. We wanted a place to stay so that we can be close by to the harbor to head over to Nusa Penida. It was a quick 10 minute ride on over to there. Yuri was there to welcome us and see us leave. Just be mindful that this is an open concept space so aside from the rooms, everything is outdoors as shown in the pictures. This means that you will have visits from different friends! We got to see a tree frog who was in the pool with us a little before we helped him out :-).
Murray’s place in Sanur is beautiful. Excellent location, only one minute walk to the main strip with all the restaurants, and really short walk to the beach for our family including a 10 yr old and 6 yr old. Our kids loved the pool, excellent way to cool off after a day of surfing and hanging at the beach. Bedrooms are huge, and the separate bathrooms for each room was an added plus. The washer and dryer was also very convenient for getting our laundry done during our trip around Bali.

Such a great place to stay. Really quiet with pretty pool. Safe place to stay with gated security on main door. Really recommended this place if you visiting Sanur beach.
Great 3 bedroom Villa. All as advertised. Easy Check-in/out process. Close to shops, beach, and great restaurants. Look forward to a return trip.

AMAZING! We stayed for 4 nights as a family of four and absolutely loved it here. Everything was perfect from the pool to the comfy beds to the beautiful garden and huge bathrooms. There are 6 showers!! The location is great, quiet and secure but close to shops, warungs and a supermarket. We hired bikes for a couple days from a nearby place and enjoyed riding the beachfront boardwalk. The house keeper Ibu Yuri is lovely and keeps the place sparkling clean. We would return in a heartbeat - thanks for such a beautiful place Murray!

This villa is beautiful. My family and I loved it. It was clean, spacious and located near restaurants and great shopping. Having the 3 en-suites was soo nice - gave everyone the privacy they needed. Murray met with us when we checked in and gave us some great tips of what’s around. Yuri, the maid was great- she was kind and made our stay very comfortable. Thank you for being such great hosts!
What a WOW factor. We ranged in age, but we all loved the place. Great setting, privacy & a beautiful housekeeper. Tucked away but not far from the main street & beach. Spacious rooms with a large bathroom. Could not have wanted anything more.

This place is perfect we stopped for only 5 days on a 15 day holiday and we will definitely go back and spend all our holiday there next time beautiful place and position!!!!!!!!!
We travel a lot and stay at variety of hotels in all budget ranges but convenience of the private home in a great location supersedes any high-end hotel. This villa stands out from all of the places that we stayed in - it is sparkling clean, has lots of room for a small family, located close to amazing dining and close to a beach. There were many great touches that made us feel at home and every room is its own master bedroom, while having a fully equipped kitchen is a huge plus. Ibu Yuri offered outstanding service and even did our laundry. She made our stay welcomed and villa owner Murray was very responsive host before, during and after the visit. I recommend this place to families with children and to any travelers who want a quiet, safe and relaxing stay at a fantastic location.
A magnificent location, sparkling clean villa. Was even better than the pictures. I would highly recommend this place. It right in the heart of Sanur. I will most definitely be back. Murrays villa in Sanur is the perfect place to stay during youre vacation. Emerald villas is close to the beach and everything else and we wouldnt want to live anywhere else when we visit Sanur the next time. The open kitchen/living room solution is also perfect when in Bali. A huge pool, 3 big bedrooms with seperate bathrooms. Yuri who works and cleans in the Villa is also great and made our stay very comfortable. We cant say enough how much we enjoyed our stay in Murrays villa and would recomend it to anyone going to Sanur. The comunication with Murray is also Superb! :)

This house is AMAZING! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, all with en-suites. Lovely lounge room, fully equipped kitchen and the pool is perfect. Murray is such a great host. Always easy to contact and very helpful. Location is great. There’s loads of restaurants nearby, it’s a short walk to the beach and there’s a supermarket with everything you need only 1 minute walk away. Highly recommend Murray’s place
