Exploring Bed Incude Breakfast, Private Rooms Seminyak Beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Bed Incude Breakfast, Private Rooms Seminyak Beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Bed Incude Breakfast, Private Rooms Seminyak Beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

First and foremost, the water in the taps are extremely salty and we couldn't take bath during our stay. It could have een mentioned in the listing. Very old AC which needs hours to get the cooling. Fan is noisy which effects sleeping very much.

This place is highly convenient if you're trying to enjoy the beach, head down the main Seminyak square street and or take a bike around! it's located on a small turnoff, so bikes are the way to go. I Gede is great, very friendly, runs this place with his family. They make a nice simple breakfast every morning that kept me going, and kept the place looking nice and natural! It's by no means a 5 star villa, this is a rustic, clean, no frills kinda place.

Honest full review: Pros: The lady was patient and helpful. We had an accident with the bed sheet twice and she helped changed it no questions asked. We very sorry once again 😭 The pictures doesn’t do the room justice, it’s actually a much nicer room. Accommodated us with early check in and allowed us to leave our bags until late after checkout. Cons: Honestly very disappointed because we booked the place though it was more expensive than other options because we wanted Gede as our host, but we did not see the man at all during our stay. He was also low key rude when we were lost during our check in. The address on the app pointed us to the wrong place. Very unpleasant first impression. There was no one nearby to guide us; took us over 30 min in the hot sun to find the place. Toilet floor was always slippery. Hair and sand on the bed when we first checked in (they did change it upon request) There’s nothing nearby (except some warung), you still have to grab everywhere.

Gede’s place is exactly as described on the pictures. It is clean simple and has been actively used It’s a Homestay with a lovely family surrounded with lots of green plants and birds All rooms are very close to each other, you know your neighbors Breakfast was nice The place is in proximity to the beach and many nice restaurants and shopping center

Peaceful place, about 8 minutes to the beach walking. Great and responsive hosts. Very close to Seminyak Square and the flea market. Great place in general.

Good place and great location.

Great location, many restaurant and cafes in walking distance and the beach just meters away! Gede was a very nice host, he also arranged airport transport and transport to my next hotel. The room was basic but the location overall was very nice.

It’s difficult for me to find the right words to express how wonderful and beautiful this family is. All I can say is that if you are looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I’m sure you will have a wonderful experience with this lovely family. I sincerely wish them happiness, success, and a beautiful life together. ❤️🙏🏻 And of course, if I have the opportunity to visit again, I would be more than happy to stay here again. This place will always be one of my first choices. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had an easy and nice stay at gede place.. it’s a family run business and they are kind and professional. Breakfast was nice everyday, and it’s close to everything you need. The accommodation is simple but sufficient for the few days I stayed there. If I was in Seminyak would stay again

Gede was a very friendly and attentive host, he provided an exceptional service for my 2 month total stay. I recommend surfing lessons with him as they were top quality. Complementary coffee and breakfast in the morning was great. Lots to do within 5 to 10 minutes grab bike away and beach within a short walking distance was convenient. Room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was very good. I will stay here again when back in seminyak area.

The location is good but might have something off.

I Gede’s place is exactly what it was meant for. Private, clean, natural and safe. Food was tasty and healthy in the breakfast that’s already included. They always checked in for breakfast preferences. The place was close to the beach and all that we could do around. Pickup and drop was seamless and easy. Very prompt and easy communication. Highly recommended and I’d be very happy to return. Thanks Gede.

Gede was an amazing host. He picked us up at the airport even though we arrived at 23.00! Before our arrival, he answered messages within minutes and was very helpful in providing all the info we needed. In the mornings, Gede and his family cook a delicious hot breakfast with multiple menus to choose from. Throughout the stay, someone was always around to answer questions and give recommendations. Really can't say enough great things about Gede and his family!

He was very accommodating, and upon my arrival at the airport, transportation had been arranged to bring me directly to the accommodation. Once I checked in, I found the room to be clean and comfortable—overall, a pleasant space. The location is excellent, conveniently close to the beach and local shops. Our flight arrive late and Gede offered pickup service too! The place is right next to seminyak beach and the center which make everything super convenient. I really like the breakfast menu and thanks for the warm welcome.

Gede and his family are welcoming and attentive. I felt very comfortable during my stay. The private room is clean and well furnished. The location is also good, as everything in seminyak (central area and beach) is within walking distance. I can recommend the accommodation!

Loved this homestay. 2-3 minutes walk from the beach and KU DE TA beach club. Very friendly family staff and good breakfast included each morning. They also picked me up from the airport upon arrival and arranged a surf session. Excellent value for the money. Would stay here again. Thanks so much!

la famille de Gede accueillante, discrète. Lui, de bons conseils pour nous préserver des arnaqueurs. Maison typique balinaise. Fleurs,plantes, chant des oiseaux le matin. Seul bémol, 3 marches pour accéder à la chambre, problématique pour personnes à mobilité réduite (problème récurant pour toutes les locations Bali) .Sinon que du bonheur !

Gede and his family provided a place that was well worth the money paid . Perfect location close to the beach , a yummy breakfast included each morning , pick up from the airport ( pay extra) , surf lessons offered also ( extra charge) . Would fully recommend this place for the adventurous traveller .

4 minute walk to the beach. Good location with plenty of restaurants near by. Gede was extremely helpful. He picked me up from the airport, helped me with any needs, and dropped me off in ubud. I recommend the beach clubs like potato head for super healthy food and a great view of the ocean.

I loved staying here! Gede and his family are so nice and welcoming, and the location is perfect for walking to the beach to surf. The room is comfortable for sleeping/chilling, and the little table outside worked well for doing remote work (the wifi was really good too). I would happily stay here again, and highly recommend it!

Nice, clean,cosy private apartment with split system quiet ac, pvt bathroom, breakfast, very friendly and helpful host and family, minutes walking to beach, minimart, many( Balinese, Greek,Indian, etc) restaurants ( Warong Nia was great), Seminyak shopping center. Great price for the location and quality. Gede also provides surf lessons and boards, half/ full day car hire for tours etc,airport and other locations pickup and drop off, meals, tours etc. Just let Gede know before and he can arrange for you. Had a great time while staying there. Highly recommended and will definitely come back. Mac

He was such an incredible host! Him and his wife made the experience very enjoyable. The food was very good and the transportation price to and from airport was very reasonable.

I only wish I had more time here. Gede and his family were lovely and his home and courtyard was so beautiful and peaceful. And such an easy walk to the beach for me. I felt very safe here and in this area as a female alone. Walking home at night after was no issue. And lots of great places to eat right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again!

I guarantee that Gede's place is much better in person! And I just love the fact that this is very walking distance to the beach. Breakfast is sooo good too, definitely a plus. :)

Ruhige und saubere Unterkunft. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die immer vor Ort sind. Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab einen kostenlosen Wasserständer. Auswärts essen gehen ist etwas schwierig.

Gede is the man! He picked me up at the airport and when I asked about SIM cards, he said “No problem. We’ll stop on the way.” He also gave me recommendations about the surrounding area and food. When I got to the Airbnb, I could hear the waves being so close to the beach. In the morning, he gives a free breakfast, which was wonderful. After checkout, he gave me a ride to my next destination and we parted ways. Overall, I felt like family with the way he treats you.

Gede picked us up from the airport for a reasonable cost. He was so kind and we also appreciated his family so much. The breakfast was amazing every day. The location was safe and quiet. He provided water which was so nice too. We walked the beaches every day. Legian Beach and Double Six are just a short walk. The hot water was amazing and also wonderful water pressure too. We also rented from him boogie boards for a small extra cost and loved it. We will be back again.

I really enjoyed the location and cleanliness of this place. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The WiFi speed was decent for Indonesia. I was able to stream sports on it. The decor is a little dated and there aren’t any direct ocean views from this place. However everything else was enjoyable. If this place is within your budget I’d recommend.

도보로 스미냑 번화가까지 이동하기 편리했어요. 생각보다 숙소 위치 찾기 편리했습니다. Gede, Koma 모두 친절하셨고 즐거운 숙박이였어요. 그런데 제가 늦게 체크인해서 어떻게 들어갈 지 모르고 기다렸어요. 헬로우 소리쳤지만 늦은 시간이라 주무시고 계셨는지 안 나오셨는데 강아지가 짖어서 나오셨다고 합니다. 늦게 체크인 할 때는 미리 말씀드리고 어떻게 들어가야할 지 문의하는 것을 추천합니다. 아침 조식은 너무 맛있었어요. 특히 Fired rice를 추천합니다.

Kudeta 해변까지 걸어서 5분 거리입니다. 매일 Senset을 보면서 해변에서 빈땅을 마실 수 있습니다. 조금 오래어서 낡았지만 방은 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어있습니다. 화장실/욕실의 습도가 높을 수 있어서 문을 살짝 열어두는 것이 좋습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 훌륭하고 만족스럽습니다. 점심/저녁도 주문해서 먹을 수 있는데 20Krp 정도에 식사가 가능합니다. 가격 대비 만족도는 매우 높습니다. 신혼부부나 커플에게는 권해드리고 싶지 않지만, 혼자 여행하시는 분께는 좋은 곳입니다.

Gede’s place is super close to the beach with a great breakfast made for you each morning. It’s super close to all the action of Seminyak but tucked away enough that it’s not super loud at night. Plenty of outlets, fridge, and drying rack are super helpful also. Overall, it’s a great value and location!

Gede and his family made me feel very welcome at their homestay. The location is ideal, close to the beach and all that Seminyak has to offer. Breakfast was yummy too. I only stayed one night but wish I had stayed longer!

Sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden bei nächster Gelegenheit erneut bei Gede buchen.

Perfect place to stay!! I had to book Gede place last minute, they accepted my booking and when I arrived the room was ready. the rooms are completely private nothing shared, complete with wifi, TV and cable, refrigerator, and the bathroom with hot water for a shower. The breakfast was really good too. The rooms are very close to the beach, about 100 meters away. Gede came to the beach with me as he offers surfing lessons. I will definitely come back again, highly recommended 👌
