Exploring Bingin Uluwatu Charming Villa walk to beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Bingin Uluwatu Charming Villa walk to beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my South Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Bingin Uluwatu Charming Villa walk to beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Good - The location is good. The staff (not owner) is very nice. Bad - The pool was dirty. Leaves in pool , old and green tiles (see pics). (Phil, the owner, will say that it was clean. It was after I complained. Then they took pics and said it was cleaned). I know I booked an outdoor villa but there are lots of animals. Rats, monkeys and mosquitoes. The ugly - The villa and furniture are old. The kitchen is run down. There are no dishes in the kitchen. Everything is in a cabinet in the living room. Phil’s (the owner) response to this was that there is a 30 feet walk to the cabinet in the living room. The kitchen cabinets (see pics) are filled with bedding and cleaning supplies. As well, there is construction. It was smokey and stinky. Plus the monkeys are aggressive and steal your items. Phil might say I got a discount. I got $200 off on an 8 day booking. We left after 4 days. No compensation from Airbnb (except $100) or the owner. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
need to choose the right season to avoid dirty local beach be aware that no supermarket nearby and online taxi can't be booked @ this location, so you need to overpay the local taxi especially for short trip, i suggest to hire your villa driver for the day.
The best thing about this place is location. Super central to Uluwatu and easy to get to all the beaches. Surrounded by loads of excellent restaurants, but down a cute quiet alley so there is no street noise which is key. The house is open living apart from the bedrooms and bathrooms - the monkeys are the only ones you need to be mindful of here. Gorgeous interiors and big open space for our three teens.
This villa is super cute. We loved the pool and vibes at the villa fit right into the Uluwatu vibes. Our host was super helpful and very responsive. We loved our stay!

Would stay again!! We just spent 1 week in this beautiful villa. Each room has its own bathroom - which makes sharing with friends easy! Walking distance to Bingin beach and all that Bingin has to offer. The staff come daily to clean/dishes/make beds etc. Phil was very responsive when I had questions about the cleaning service. We had power go out on our last night, at about 10pm & Phil answered straight away and helped us turn it back on. We LOVED our stay and would recommend!
We stayed at the property with another family, so in total we had 4 adults and 2 children. This villa was just perfect foe the group. The open living area is a key feature of the villa and we spend a lot of time there, perfect for spending Quality time with your friends and family. The communication was great and timely. we had couple of issues with the Villa but Phil and team were super helpful in fixing it and getting quick solutions.

The house is beautiful! Perfect location and very friendly staff. My only comment is that the pool was being treated when we arrived and were not able to swim that evening. It had to be treated each day so we were not sure whether it was safe to swim. Otherwise a gorgeous place.
We were here with a few friends as overall the place was great aside from the fact that the pool was dirty when we got there and so they and it only started to be clean once we were leaving. The pool lights also didn’t work. They also only had one very weak hair dryer for 3 rooms so that was a bit inconvenient when you have a few women staying. No speakers so bring your own if you want music. Overall place was clean, quiet and convenient with great deco.
The house is beautiful, with so much care put into the little details. It has a lovely, playful charm that made it feel really special. Saddam took great care of us throughout our stay. Check-in was easy, he helped arrange taxis and our airport transfer, and he was always easy to reach. We also appreciated him checking in to see how we were getting on. We’d happily stay again!
Very friendly staff, great villa location had all we needed
The villa is just great with very good location near the cliff for an amazing view you do not want to miss. We had a very pleasant time in there, with a pretty well sized pool and nice furnitures in all the bedrooms + living room. Super gorgeous and diverse vegetation all around the place, with a sand patio in the back and we could enjoy the quiet atmosphere as we did not hear any noise from the vibrant area. All was super clean with almost daily housekeeping, including the pool. Do not listen to Carola review below, there was not rat and the monkeys did not visit us this time, unfortunately... And the kitchen was well furnished with all the dishes needed. Management was responsive. Only comment would be no speakers available as we did not bring ours, but I'm not sure this is commonly available in Airbnb's...
Super responsive host, treated us well during the entire stay and super quick turnaround. The staff were also very nice and kept the place cleaned during the entire stay
Fantastic stay at Villa Dedaun – highly recommended! Our stay at Villa Dedaun in Uluwatu was absolutely fantastic. The photos are completely accurate and the description is spot on. The villa is just a 5-minute walk from Bingin Beach, which makes the location perfect. The villa itself is beautiful and very comfortable. There are lovely seating areas to relax, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the shower was honestly the best we’ve had in weeks. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The service from Liya and her team was outstanding. Communication was always quick and clear, housekeeping came daily, and the swimming pool was kept perfectly clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you for making our time in Uluwatu so special! — Harald and family 😊

The house is just exactly as the photos! Everything was amazing. Most beautiful Villa! Mrs Liya, the manager, was so nice to us. She even let us check in early and check out late. we did a girls trip, the location es incredible.. a tiny market open 24hs is just two minutes away, coffee houses, restaurants too. Thanks Mr. Phill for everything, we enjoyed our stay there and we hope to coming back soon❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great villa in an EXCELLENT Bingin location. It’s in a quiet dead end street with established villas, so there is no traffic or construction noise. Everything is an easy walk from the villa - great cafes, mini marts, laundry, spas. The villa itself is really charming - Santa Fe meets tropical Bali. We all absolutely loved the decor. The rooms and bathrooms are all just like the pictures. The outdoor area around the pool is spacious with plenty of room for lounging around. I would recommend getting Grab to deliver food one night and eating at the semi outdoor dining table. We had a great stay in his villa and I would definitely recommend it.
Unsere Familie liebte die Unterkunft. Die Kinder liebten vor allem den Pool. Die Lage war sehr nah zum Bingin Beach. Es war nicht alles so richtig sauber, was aber auch sicher daran liegt, daß alles offen gestaltet ist und das Zentrum der Unterkunft im Freien ist.

Felt right at home at Phil’s place. Very clean, comfortable, private and quiet but walking distance to Bingin beach and a load of shops / restaurants. I would 100% recommend this villa. Good value for money and friendly host and supporting team.
Fantastic stay with our family, we two from the Uk and four from Australia. The villa was spot on, ideal for us all and the pool for our 3 year old granddaughter was brilliant. Great restaurants near by, busy roads but we got used to that. Elsie our maid was excellent and organised laundry for us regularly, Mrs Liya organised massages for the 4 adults, 2 ladies came to the villa each time and were reasonably priced. Gojek is a must for getting around and food deliveries. The Motorcycle Cafe is brilliant for breakfast. Thanks Phil and to your staff, excellent holiday 👍

Highly recommend staying at this gorgeous villa. Plenty of space for 6 adults, the 3 separate bathrooms are beautiful! It was hot, so the aircon in each bedroom was much needed. The entire villa is absolutely stunning and was very clean, and the cleaners came each day to refresh towels & tidy up. The pool was a great size and we spent many hours lounging around it. There was also a large water dispenser which is very handy as you can’t drink the tap water in Bali. Great location with plenty in walking distance, and plenty also a short grab ride away. Thanks for having us!

Phil’s villa was just as described! Beautiful, clean and close to many restaurants and Bingin beach. The villa was clean and the staff came daily to keep everything fresh. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which is rare! We had delicious breakfasts at salty Coffee, Latina’s and the Artisan. The walk to the beach is close but has many stairs so be aware. We had a minor issue with a power outage but the staff was on it and quickly got it fixed! I would decently recommend this villa!

Wonderful place. Clean, relaxing, quiet, great neighborhood, close walk to beach, pool was beautiful and actually quite large, housekeeping staff did a great job. We were there for 8 days and would HIGHLY recommend!
The home was incredible — beautiful, comfortable and convenient. Arya was incredibly helpful as a guest relations officer — helped us book in house massages, coordinated cleanings and even offered to go out to buy us a thermometer when needed. The house was perfect for two small families. Our kids loved the pool and the beds were incredibly comfortable. AC worked well in the bedrooms. The home is about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and waterfront restaurants. It is a couple minute walk away from other restaurants and convenience stores. We would gladly stay in the home again.
This villa was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. It is very central, close to lots of amazing restaurants and activities. The beach is nearby too. The cleaners and staff were so friendly and came every day. Everything was perfect.

Everything was great, house and pool amazing, staff helpful and walking distance to beach and restaurants. The only thing that we felt was missing was some more hangers in the bedroom and bathroom, we could never get our beach towels to try since it was very humid and no place to hang them.
Phil’s place was perfect for our stay in Uluwatu. Great location, close to everything. The Villa had everything we needed. Daily house keeping and lovely people! Thank you
Awesome little sanctuary close to Bingin (5 minutes walk) with well appointed kitchen, 3 bedrooms with aircon and an amazing pool. We brought mozzy nets which we left at the villa and would recommend using. Cleaners come every day and are super nice, Arya, the manager was super responsive and helped me finding someone to get my board fixed in a matter of minutes. Would definitely stay again.

A short walk to Bingin Beach which had lots of lovely dinner spots and great sunsets. A few good cafes within a few mins walk. Nice clean house with everything we needed. We had a bit of an issue with the pool turning our bikinis and blonde hair a but green. Phil sorted someone to come check the chemicals promptly.
The location was perfect. We were able to walk to so many places to eat and only a few mins walk to Bingin beach. The host was incredibly welcoming and was extremely responsive during our stay when we needed help/information. Didnt ever want to leave!
Beautiful place, in a quiet are of binging. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, well equiped kitchen and living area and great pool. Really nothing negative to say. The only small (!) point of improvement would be to have mosquito nets above the bed, or some sort of better mosquito protection at the bedroom door. It's not a reason not to stay here, it really is a great spot. You just have to be cautious to really keep doors closed so mosquito's can't come in.

We came as a group of friends to celebrate two birthdays. The villa is absolutely beautiful, nestled down a really pretty street that was really peaceful. Super close to loads of nice restaurants so you could walk. We chose to rent scooters (cheaply through the villa) but getting a grab bike was easy enough also. All of the staff were beyond helpful, kind and just added something special to our stay. They went above and beyond standard service and it meant we really loved our stay. Would come back in a heartbeat.
Beautiful villa and so spacious. We went with our two children and my parents. Parents were able to stay in the bedroom that was separate to the villa so they were away from any noise from my children. Any small hiccups were promptly rectified by Panca. The villa is slightly expensive but I think it’s probably inline with the rest of the Bingin Beach area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend.
Fantastic Home, been coming to Bingin for years, Dedaun is one of our best to date. Great Venue, brilliantly managed, clean and beautiful decor. Perfect family home. Thank you. See you again soon.
There were 6 of us that were staying at the villa and it was exactly what we needed to finish our Bali experience. Everything was perfectly clean upon arrival. Great bathrooms for all the rooms. Panca was so helpful upon our arrival, setting us up with anything we needed including a scooter and laundry service. The daily cleaning maids we very respectful and mindful of our presence if they were doing a turndown service while we were in the villa. Villa we had everything we needed when we prepared our own meals and drinks, however the locations is spot on for going out.
Excellent stay, very close to bingin beach. Easy to find and panca was excellent help with everything we needed.

Such an amazing private and quiet Villa. The location was within walking distance to so many restaurants for breakfast or dinner, including a local kMart to get nibbles, drinks. Bingin Beach is a short 5 min walk and there is amazing coffee at the end of the street. The communication was outstanding and very friendly.
The Villa is in a lovely quiet spot and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes who all have amazing food. We couldn’t fault one meal. There are also lots of lovely shops and a beach within walking distance. Also the management responded immediately to any requests we had. We all had a superb family holiday. Can’t wait to come again.
The family and I had an excellent stay. We really loved the location as it was nearby restaurant and Bingin Beach. We had a minor hick up on our first day which was rectified promptly. Phil and his team are very pro active and would definitely recommend this for families.

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Deduan. The location is perfect, in a quiet one-way street, 5 mins walk to local cafes & restaurants and 10-15mins walk to the beach (steep stairs down to the beach). The villa itself is beautiful, open plan, lots of spots to kick back and chill out. Spacious clean bedrooms and bathrooms with open air shower. We had chef Ragna cook us some meals in the villa for breakfast & dinner which was great and very convenient. Highly recommend Villa Deduan to anyone!
Very nice Bali style house. Light, comfertable, good looking interior., well decorated all over, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. A reel summerhouse. ideal for 6 people. The smallest bedroom could have had a little more space for luggage but overall a very nice house to stay in. A little difficulty in finding it. for the taxidriver, but we were recieved with open arms when we arrived. So thank you very much for a plesant stay. Vivian Jeppsson
I spent 10 days in the villa with my family and it was just amazing. The villa has a great central area with a living room connected to the kitchen, a few steps to the pool, and an area where you can spend the whole day. It's very calm and completely private, with house cleaning every day, which we really appreciate. The location is just great – we walked around a lot and Bingin has some superb venues, such as Bambu (for both the cafe and the gym), Cashew Tree, and Asian Spoon. You can also walk to a beautiful beach down the stairs which will take you about 10 minutes (we did that with 3 kids without a problem). We fell in love with Bingin and the villa was just great.

Logement exceptionnel et soigné côté déco!! Chaque chambre a son charme, la piscine est très agréable. Le chemin vers la plage est facile (5-10 minutes) et plusieurs écoles de surf proposent des cours particulier à 20 euros de l’heure. Spot adapté aux débutants comme au niveau intermédiaire. Même si l’endroit est prisé (avec assez peu de logements ce qui fait son charme!), le prix de base est très cher pour l’indonésie. Nous l’avons réservé en ‘promo’ et c’est son juste prix à nos yeux!
We just loved our stay! The villa is walking distance to Bingin beach and good restaurants and cafes are close by. Communication with Phil and/or the house manager is very easy. Would for sure recommend this place and we hope to come back!
Great stay @ Villa Dedaun. Very close to restaurants, café’s & Bambu gym. Easy to get around by scooter. Phil was always very responsive & villa staff very friendly & easy to reach.
We had a fabulous stay at Villa Dudaun. The decor is amazing and the attention to detail is so beautiful. We received cold cloths and iced tea upon arrival that was so appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the villa is nice and clean. Walking distance to mini mart, Cashew Tree (amazing food) and the beach. The villa was private and felt like our own private oasis. The garden was gorgeous and the pool was so nice to swim in and cool off. I highly recommend the villa and would stay here again. We all had such a lovely stay.
Geweldig mooie villa waar we met zijn zessen onze vakantie hebben afgesloten in Bali. Mooie rustige locatie, wel genoeg restaurants op loopafstand. Grote keuken, schoon zwembad en lekkere bedden. Enige minpuntje; er hangen geen verduisterende gordijnen in de slaapkamers.

Great villa, looks even better than the photos. Just be careful as early in the morning street dogs did try to attack us when waiting outside for our driver. Can’t wait to come back!
La vue époustouflante sur les rizières, nous étions 5 adultes dont 1 couple, les chambres sont magnifiques et spacieuses. l hebergement ne possède ni cuisine, ni salon ...on se retrouve autour de la piscine, mais tout était parfait ...le personnel est très réactif pour tout ce qui est breakfast, repas ou commande de taxi. Ubud est à environ 20mn en voiture, cest parfait pour toutes les activités, les restaurants et même le shoping...à recommander Merci à tte l equipe youni et Coma
What a beautiful place! Relaxing vibe with plenty of space. Rooms were clean with all the required amenities. Pool cleaned daily. Bingin itself is a great area to stay with lots to do for various age groups.
This villa is absolutely gorgeous. The interior design and atmosphere created here is really unique and special. Many of the newer villas in Bali seem to me to be too pristine and soulless, whereas this villa makes you feel like you are in a very special place indeed. The staff were so helpful organising drivers and checking that we were going well. It is just a stroll to some lovely restaurants, a few shops and the beach. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Bali.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Es hat immer alles bestens geklappt. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein und der Pool nicht ganz neu bzw. Ganz sauber, das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir die meiste Zeit außer Haus waren.

The villa has a great location, walking distance to the bingin beach and lots of places to eat. Its fairly easy to get a grab bike to get around. Manager is responsive and the cleaning service is daily. The Kitchen is well stocked. The pool is a generous size ! The living area, kitchen and dining area is in an outdoor setting and so if there’s rain or a storm or monitor lizards (which came !) you will be around that … so if you’re not so comfortable with the outdoorsy feel for your stay, you could skip. We were ok !

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa! We opted for breakfast in the villa a few of the mornings and it was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The villa is a 5 min walk from Bingin beach and is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. We loved exploring the area. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The only slight issue was that there were some ants, but we kept all food in the fridge to avoid them coming. Would recommend the stay!
So beautiful with only a very short walk to the beach. The pool is very big and incredibly clean. The rooms spacious and the bathrooms stunning. Communication was quick and smooth. We really enjoyed our stay here.
this villa is incredible! I loved the open plan common areas, which we spent much time in. The design and layout of the villa really lends itself to coming together and sharing quality time together in the villa and making amazing memories. While some are in the kitchen making food, and others are laying by the pool on beanbags, or checking emails at the dining table, we can all be having the same conversation across the spacious villa. It was quiet and peaceful and surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. Its walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops and the beach, but also has ample parking space for scooters. The cleaners came everyday and made our beds, cleaned the pool, and cleaned the house - which is is such a treat to have on vacation! The only thing to warn future guests of is the mosquitos can be quite bad so come armed with mozzie spray, and burn mozzie coils. Also - watch out for the resident Monkeys! they will come into the villa and try take the fruit or any food you leave out. I would suggest keeping all food in the fridge.

This villa is pure heaven. It’s absolutely beautiful, every single inch! Perfect location, we will definitely be back.
We travelled with my parents who are on their late 60's and our 6YO and absolutely loved our stay at this villa in Bingin. We felt very welcomed and looked after by Phil and his team. Communication was brilliant and the villa is even more beautiful than in the photos - the pool was stunning. The villa is located in a lovely area close to Bingin Beach and its cliff restaurants/bars and surf spots. It is a very steep walk downstairs to the beach but worth it. The climb up can be done slowly and doesn't take more than 15 minutes making several resting stops. El Kabron Cliff Bar has some spectacular views for sunset and great pool and food - its only 5/7 minutes car/bike ride away. No more than 2 minutes walk away you have two great spots with spectacular views Mu Bungalows has a great restaurant and bar overlooking the cliffs and The Temple Lodge has a small restaurant with great views over the same cliff. For food nearby (2minutes walk) you have Blueseed and Latino (which we really enjoyed the food from and ordered take out almost daily and enjoyed in our lovely villa). The famous Cashew Tree is 7 minutes walk away (don't miss its carrot cake!) as is Casa Asia which we didn't try (600m walk downhill and then up) but is said to have great food. Ideally you would have your own driver or a bike/car, as everything else is a bit remote up or down hills. Otherwise, this place was a dream and we will surely return.
This Villa was amazing!! It was in a quiet location yet still close to be able to walk, we also used the driver Hero who was an amazing help along with all the other lovely villa staff! The pool was incredible and the rooms were styled very nicely! I would definitely stay in this villa again and recommend it highly. Thanks for a great stay.
The place was so beautifully designed and in such a great location! 5 min walk from bingin beach but also set back enough to be out of the way/quiet. I love the little street that it is on, we've stayed there before. The villa was so gorgeous that we stayed in for a whole day and just hung around the pool and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere. It's quaint and cozy but still roomy! I loved everything and Ayu was very hepful with getting us motorbikes.

It was an awesome stay at the beautiful villa. It is all about the details, the cleanliness and the great interiors. We will definitely come back soon as we experienced the perfect accommodation at Phil’s house!
The villa looks exatcly like the pictures, so beautiful and clean. Beautiful house, lovely staff who helped us to rent scooters, order pizza and taxi. Big thanks to Hiro who helped us with everything. Nothing bad to say, we are so happy we stayed here.
