Exploring Boutique Thatched Loft Lotus 2 · Pool & Yoga left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Boutique Thatched Loft Lotus 2 · Pool & Yoga was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Boutique Thatched Loft Lotus 2 · Pool & Yoga painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The studios are very nice of you like to be close to nature and aren’t too difficult about some insects and being without airconditioning. There are fans and a mosquito net around the bed, which we found to do the work well. There are quite some dogs around the place, so it’s good to be a dog lover. We gave feedback about barking dogs at night directly to the owner and she promised us to find a solution to this. Laundry issues (towels with lots of stains) were also shared with the owner and should be solved in the near future too. Pool is small but beautiful. Location is great; many good restaurants and coffee places nearby as well as yoga places. Also great walking trails around. If you have mobility challenges this is not the place to go to. All together, FLORA is great of you are easy going and not too much of a picky luxury traveler. Also, with the rooms being very near to each other and the shared living area, it helps if you are sociable and like meeting new people.

Et helt greit opphold. Fine og koselige fellesområder og basseng man deler med 6(?) andre utleide rom. Felles kjøkken og kjøleskap, ikke egne kjøleskap på rommene. Vi kan ikke huske å ha blitt opplyst om at det ikke var aircondition på rommet, samt at soverommet og badet var åpent rett ut. Selv om det var gardiner og ikke myggnett rundt senga for å holde mygg borte ble det utrolig varmt og mye mygg/insekter. Det var vifter på rommene. Insekter må man regne med altså, men dette var vi ikke fornøyd med. Kommunikasjonen med Tria var bra, svarte kjapt. Beliggenheten likte vi ikke, vi måtte gå 5 min med bagasjen da det ikke var mulig å kjøre med bil helt bort, men dette fikk vi hjelp til når vi ankom. Generelt kunne mye vært bedre opplyst i beskrivelsen. Ellers var det ryddig og rent, fine rom, hyggelige ansatte.

Overall a nice place but stuff could improve some details: First of all the stuff stays a lot in the common area basically making it feel often a place for them while it should be for the guests only to enjoy. One day I went to the pool to relax and the stuff was two or three hours taying in the kitchen area, talking non stop, preparing some things (not for the guests I guess) in the kitchen and talking non stop loudly while I wanted to relax with silence by the pool Second seeing so much stuff in the kitvhen I could not avoid thinking that it would be really great if they offered the option to prepare simple breakfast upon request for us. The nearby places ( yellow flower sometimes takes too much time to prepare breakfasst ex. 50 minutes waiting for coffe) and going to ubud centre in the morning somedays feels very noisy and crowded. tips: a) towels for swimming pool should be at all times available next to the poolnot only upon request. b) second pillow in bed no cover

去之前有问清楚房间是带泳池的吗 她回的是的 但是没有搞清楚是公共的还是私人的 然后民宿不好叫车 因为小道是开不进来的 需要走出去叫车才行 大概走个8分钟的样子 其次就是住宿的房间里面 没有空调！！ 真的很热 而且蚊虫居多 如果害怕蚊虫的人需要考虑一下

Actually i was satisfied with siri's house but there is no security there . So if you are alone, plz check about this. I was surprised because someone who i don't know came my balcony because there was no door , security in here . Room was clean and staff were kind . If you come here with your family, friend - it will be perfect.

Beautiful spot in Ubud, the place itself is well-kept, peaceful. Host was responsive and the street is nice. One important heads-up on access: you can't get a Grab car directly to the property. Either you climb a long flight of stairs with your luggage, or you take the easier route and still walk a fair distance from where the car drops you. Either way, plan to carry your bags. Once you're settled in, it's worth it, but the arrival is a workout. Recommend it overall, just go in knowing the access situation.

Tria was a great host. Her space and rooms were very minimalistic and well designed giving a complete vibe of Bali. She helped me arrange the my bike and airport transfers. The drivers were also all very kind. The place was beautiful in a very quiet locality away from the crowds and the hustle bustle which also kind of makes it bit tough to get in and out if you don’t have your own transport. Bike taxis are available however it does take them some time to reach there. Overall a great, clean, beautiful and peaceful place to stay!!

The location is my fav in Ubud, quite and friendly with great restaurants and coffees walking distance, yet close to the center. The host were available for any question and request and the place was clean and cared with love.

Beautiful natural style villa , enjoyed the decor and atmosphere of the villa. Wonderful outside enclosed private bathroom/shower. Please be aware no AC (natural style)but has fans and be prepared for some bugs to be inside the room, also scooter is fine to get there however cars are not able to drive on the street so maybe challenging for some people. Responsive host, and made my stay comfortable.

Et anbefalelsesværdigt overnatningssted. Venlig vært og personale som var søde og hjælpsomme. Værten havde mange gode anbefalinger, og var let at komme i kontakt med. Flotte og fine værelser. Eneste minusser var (1) sengen, som var meget hård (2) vi vågnede midt om natten fordi værtens kat sprang op i sengen til os for at kæle. Men ellers en klar anbefaling herfra.

Nice accommodation - a little difficult to access and no air conditioning/some bugs around, but very rustic and beautiful. Tria was very responsive via message and helped us arrange a driver to the airport. The location is walkable to central Ubud which was very nice. Thanks Tria!

Tolle Kommunikation, super netter Host. Wir hatten einen coolen Balkon und für 100k / Tag gibt’s einen Scooter mit zwei Helmen (braucht man unbedingt, denn alles über 1km Entfernung ist nur sehr schwer zu laufen). Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wie beschrieben keine Klimaanlage. Dadurch konnten wir leider kaum schlafen. Das Moskitonetz lässt keinen Wind vom Ventilator durch. Ohne Klimaanlage würden wir nicht wieder kommen.

Het verblijf is super met een top locatie! Een kleine wandeling en je bent zo in het centrum. Je zit in een rustig gebied waar je lekker kan bijkomen!✨

The place is as lovely and beautiful as it looks in the photo. Tria is very responsive and met us herself while checking in. The open air concept of the room was new to me and took a bit of getting used to. It means that the room is fan cooled, mosquitoes and geckos move around and partially open bathroom. But after 2 days in this place, I cannot complain. The room was so windy and cool all the time, we had a private balcony and if you open the blinds you can enjoy the lovely rainfall with a view. I do think the price was on the higher side, but that could be due to time of the year we visited (near new year eve). I will recommend this place for the experience.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful, quiet part of Ubud. Walking distance from Yellow Flower Cafe, Alchemy, Elephant and Zest. Open to the elements so expect a few mosquitoes at night… otherwise great! Lovely, friendly staff & transport to and from the venue.

Lotus 2 is an efficient studio with lovely personal outdoor space. The area is walkable to some cute restaurants and an excellent yoga studio. The umbrellas in the studio were much appreciated (and needed!). The host was responsive and quickly took care of a reading light that needed reattached back into the wall.

Beautiful studio room in a lovely part of Ubud. Very close walking distance to Bintang market and some wonderful restaurants. A scooter is definitely needed if you want to explore more of Ubud. The hosts are amazing and very accomodating. Note, the bed was quite firm and smaller than a normal bed. Recommended that you have ear plugs (as with most places in Bali) when ceremonies are on, with the room being traditional and open, the late night ceremony music can be quite loud.

This is a beautiful property tucked in the Penestanan area around Ubud. The villa is constructed with a lot of eco friendly elements that make us feel so close to nature. Since it's slightly away from the center, it's actually much more peaceful, greener and quieter here which makes it a very unique experience. Reaching here can be tricky but the host makes sure you find your way to it. The staff is really warm and welcoming. Once you get here, it's all easy to figure out. There are a lot of cafes nearby in the small lanes and you can discover so much if you start to walk around. So don't plan anything; just head out to explore. They also have a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook a meal to yourself. The only thing we had a tough time with was the temperatures in the day since it was really hot and there is no Air conditioning in the room . Unfortunately, the fan is also extremely slow and at low voltage. Evenings were pleasant only because it was raining in Ubud but otherwise, it may get really difficult to deal with the heat. Apart from that, everything was really nice.

The boss and the staff are very friendly. The location needs to take a short way to the main road. The communication between the landlord is very timely and effective, and the swimming pool is also very good. The room lacks some necessary living things and air conditioning, so it's hot to sleep at night. If you don't care, it's a great choice.

Stylish place in the relative tranquility of Penestanan and close to rice paddies and lovely places to eat. Amazing large sitting area and lovely pool in lush gardens. Close enough to walk into central Ubud.

This is a lovely little place outside of the hustle and bustle of Ubud. It is located in a little village where there is no access for cars, only scooters, but there are so many lovely little restaurants nearby - I particularly enjoyed Cafe Vespa for the food and Yellow Flower Cafe for the ambiance. The place itself is beautifully decorated in a minimal style and has most everything you need. We did find the December humidity a bit of challenge to deal with without airconditioning though, although dips in the pool helped. As for the location, I think this depends on what you want to get out of your stay. We found it a little too far removed from Ubud itself especially after deciding that hiring a scooter was not an option for us - we tried it for one day but the traffic is crazy and the one-way streets can make navigating your way back home challenging. There are taxis at the bottom of Penestanan stairs, but these will set you back about 50k each way and that can add up. As such, I would say perhaps the best option would be to organise day-trips for the things you would like to see. I very much enjoyed my stay but think in the future I would stay somewhere closer to the centre of Ubud.

A perfect place to stay for a couple of days in Penestanan. The villa was located near some beautiful restaurants and yoga - all within walking distance! The room was airy and quiet. Staff were also very helpful.

Good Hotel

Sri’s apartments are nice and perfectly clean. They are located in a quite area just 15 min walk from the center of Ubud and near a few amazing restaurants. Would definitely recommend it.

Great location and Made’s Warung is definitely the place to eat for cheap. Definitely order the Nasi Goreng chicken special!

The place is very nice in a more quiet area. There are nice cafes around. The place was clean, the people very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended.

Sri’s place was lovely and was near some cafes/restaurants/sightseeing sights. Sadly we were only there for two days, and cannot enjoy the place fully :( the people were very friendly and cheery. It was great being greeted by such happiness in the morning. Nonetheless, we had one of the best meals in ubud, at the Sayan house!!! Hopefully the next time we visit ubud, we can catch the sunset and do the walk which Sri suggested to get to Sayan house :)

Sri was very helpful and responsive with any questions. The apartment had all the amenities we needed. Thank you, Sri!

Un chouette endroit où passer quelques jours à Ubud, à l’écart des rues bruillantes des grandes rues de la ville, super piscine! Attention pas de climatisation dans les chambres car elles ne sont pas à 100% fermés donc il fait chaud et humide, comme partout à Ubud ! Un Airbnb que je recommande!!

Although center Ubud can be a quite hectic place, Sri's villa is located 15-20 minutes away from the center and is very quiet. If you wish to have easy walking access to the nightlife and market, this place might not be optimal. But you can easily arrange a taxi ride or rent a scooter to reach the center. Also, no need to worry where to eat or what to do. Sri's list is all you need to look for local restaurants and shops. Pool was very very clean as well.

All in all, a quite nice and quiet place to stay. Very easy communication and ALWAYS quick respond time. In the night, we sometimes experienced the sound of 1 or 2 lizards nearby - we liked it, since it was something new for us and we actually got to see some. Ubud center is 15 minutes by foot. You can rent a scooter, but the traffic is heavy and I wouldn't recommend driving into center when you're inexperienced. The steps up to the villa from Ubud center can be challenging, but you can take a quick dip into the pool as reward ;) The only two negative aspects were that there are only 3 pool loungers directly at the pool and the fact that you - after you've taken a shower in your bathroom - will always walk in some puddles in your bathroom, because the floor won't dry quick.

Wir haben einen leichten Kulturschock bekommen als wir die Unterkunft betreten haben. Vorher hatten wir unsere Unterkunft in Kuta und dort war man noch etwas anderes gewöhnt. Für alle, die eine Rundreise machen, empfiehlt es sich, nicht in Kuta anzufangen, sondern eher für den Schluss da der Standard an anderen Orten sinkt. Die Unterkunft sah auf den Fotos viel besser und größer aus. Das Bett war leider steinhart und wir hatten jeden Morgen Rücken- und Ohrenschmerzen. Bei der Dusche muss man leider permanent den Regler zwischen warm und kalt drehen, da sonst entweder zu heißes oder kaltes Wasser rauskommt. Im Schlafzimmer hatten wir ein Vogelnest über dem Bett, die uns erstmal das Zimmer voll ge****t haben, im Bad saß ein Leguan an der Decke ebenso wie ein undefinierbares Insekt am Spiegel (beides Stammplätze der Tiere). Die Handtücher waren fleckig und wurden nicht getauscht, Bettwäsche kann ich nicht beurteilen. Das Moskitonetz war löchrig. Bis nach Ubud benötigt man zu Fuß etwa 20 Minuten. Gut war der schöne Balkon und das Gästebuch mit den vielen Tipps von Sri. Sie war außerdem sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns einen Roller ausgeliehen und sich um alles gekümmert und uns sogar unsere Koffer nach oben/unten getragen. Im Groben und Ganzen war es okay, trotzdem waren wir etwas enttäuscht als wir ankamen.

Sri's place is very nice and we had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and looks great. The pool and the outside beds were perfect after a day in crowded Ubud. You shouldn't be afraid of birds and geckos because the apartment is not closed at all. The stuff is amazing and helps you wherever they could.

Die Villas liegen sehr schön, auch wenn sie etwas außerhalb von Ubud sind. Man kann aber vor Ort gleich einen Roller ausleihen und ist damit schnell in Ubud. Da die oberen Apartments etwas offener sind, kann man Abends schlecht das Licht anmachen ohne dass tausende Mücken reinkommen. Ansonsten ist es dort wunderschön und würde ich immer wieder weiter empfehlen.

I spent perfect time in Flora natural villa. All staff are nice and friendly. This villa is very unique and nice place. If you need real healing you should choose this place.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Unterkunft. Leider war unsere Badtüre defekt, woraufhin wir (vor allem wegen der Stechmücken) gefragt hatten, ob diese repariert werden könne, weil diese nicht zu schließen war. Dies wurde verneint. Die Eingangstüre war ebenfalls sehr schwer zu öffnen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und lädt zum entspannen ein, was wir - entgegen der anderen Bewertungen - wahrgenommen haben, dass wir immer mit dem Zimmerpersonal kommuniziert haben. Die so oft beschriebene familiäre Atmosphäre wie in anderen Unterkünften haben wir nicht verspürt. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen von Ubud, daher sollte man sich vorab mit Google Maps die genauen Routen zu den jeweiligen Zielen ansehen, Roller kostet 60k. Ebenfalls wird das Gepäck nicht komplett ins Zimmer gebracht, hier muss man sich eben selbst behelfen. Alles in allem ein netter Aufenthalt in Ubud, wir waren aber zu verwöhnt von unserem ersten Stop in Canggu und jetzt beim dritten auf Gili Air.

This place is fairly decent for its value, although there were some things I did not like. 1) it is quite hard to get to because of the location. You will have to lug your baggage to the villa for a few minutes as cars cannot reach the street. 2) the fan in the room is quite ineffective, you will not feel it when you're in the bed, even if you face the other side 3) the villa is divided into two, so you will only have access to one bedroom and one bathroom, along with a shared kitchen. I had a very different impression from the pictures provided (except the kitchen part, which they explicitly state). 4) the place lacks the touch of a host. The cleaning staff were very friendly and great, but there was no one to guide or help us during our stay, as one might (or might not) expect from an Airbnb. The good things about this place: 1) cleaners are very friendly and do a great job 2) location wise there are many restaurants and massage places nearby. Especially the yellow flower cafe which is really great. 3) the price is pretty decent and the room felt romantic, even if it was a little stuff/hot. 4) no noise issues

Sri's place is in the quiet neighborhood of Penestanan Kaja, with pedestrian walkways leading to either end of the streets accessible by cars. Her place was beautiful and all the staff was helpful and kind. We would have enjoyed the stay here had the cushions and pillows been free of odor, but everything else was very tidy and clean. Thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed at Flora for 2 nights, rented a scooter to get around - great price for scooter. The neighbourhood is lovely, a bit noisy from the bugs & scooters indeed, not too bad. Had a great time exploring what was close by. Uber works fine in Ubud, though it takes about 10-20 minutes to pick up. Just don't tell other drivers you're waiting for Uber, but say it's your local driver.

There were some communication issues with the driver having to get me. Transportation fees are acceptable, $50,000 to drop you off at Ubud center one way. It's normal but would be nice if they did it complementary. Also, there's no breakfast which was a first for me, but there are restaurants for a reasonable price right next to the place, so it's not too bad. Otherwise everything was pretty smooth. The common area with the pool is nice. The area is very nice and lush, quiet.

Fabulous tastefully designed and decorated spot slightly away from the touristy part of Ubud. Loved it but hope the building work next door gets finished soon. It was quite noisy during the day and there needs to a bigger barrier between Flora and next door so it feels more private when you lounge by the pool. Great little spot otherwise and very good value for money.

This is a nice place to stay! The room was light, airy and fresh looking. The pool is a nice size to take a dip into for cooling down from the heat. The staff is very kind and helped us with our itinerary. They can provide you a driver when needed. Location wise, its a bit of a walk from Ubud center (20 mins), but then you are out of the busy streets and more in a calm area.

It was a pleasure to stay at Floras! 🌿💛 It was my second time there already - it was special to come back. I especially like the architecture of the houses, the garden and the quiet but central location. Tria and the staff were very kind! Helpful by organizing drivers etc.

I love love loved it here, so much so that I'm going back tomorrow for a whole week :) The location is perfect - in Penestenan outside of the hustle of Ubud but close enough to access. Tucked away it feels like you are far away and I love the beautiful natural feel. My favourite places to stay in Bali are simple villas that make you feel in nature and this beautiful airbnb delivered that. Close to Yellow Flower cafe which is by far my fave in Ubud!

Alles bestens - ein bisschen wie im Dschungel. Ruhige Gegend, aber trotzdem ca. 20min zu Fuß nach Ubud ins Zentrum. Gut zu wissen: es ist nicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen, dass sollte man vielleicht bei der Gepäckauswahl beachten. Aber Trias organisierter Fahrer half uns mit dem Gepäck. Generell auch großes Lob an Hendra - er hat uns immer geholfen und sogar eine private Tagestour zu den wichtigesten Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um Ubud mit uns gemacht.

A peaceful little gem in Ubud! 🌿✨ I absolutely loved my stay at Flora Villa. The location is perfect—close enough to everything Ubud has to offer, yet tucked away in a wonderfully quiet green and peaceful area. I really appreciated being able to relax and enjoy the calm after a day of exploring. The bungalow was excellent, comfortable, and beautifully styled. The bed was super comfy, the shower was great, and everything was very clean. I also really appreciated having access to the shared kitchen—it was very convenient and well maintained. And a special mention to the lovely kitty, Diega, who made my stay even more special! 🐱💛 A beautiful little sanctuary in Ubud, and I would happily come back again. Highly recommended! 🙏🌺

We loved our stay here & will definitely be back. Quaint & pretty location fabulous for walking. Away from the busy Ubud traffic but still walking distance or a short car ride away to town.

We had a wonderful stay! The communication was excellent, and the check-in process went very smoothly. The team also kindly helped us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. We immediately felt comfortable in the accommodation. The area is very peaceful, and it truly feels as though you are surrounded by nature. Fresh, beautifully scented towels were brought to our room every other day, which was such a lovely touch. Several restaurants are also within easy walking distance. Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our time here so special! 🌿✨

What a beautiful and peaceful oasis so close to everything! The room is beautiful, the staff is kind and attentive, the surroundings are lovely, with plenty of great restaurants and coffee cafes just steps away, and you can discover trees and rivers and busy downtown bustle within 15 minutes walk from each other. Lovely place in a really lovely area! Such a peaceful place with stunning scenery all around. Hosts were lovely, very friendly and helpful with our suitcases when arriving and leaving. We booked our own taxi as we were staying in another part of Bali before and thought this would be easier, however it is very hard to find so might be worth booking with their taxi drivers to make it easier, however, the hosts were very helpful when we couldn’t find it. Really enjoyed my stay, would definitely return.

Wonderful part of Ubud I would have never thought to stay before . We were searching for great vegan cafes and this accom was a short walk to quite a few . Pool was gorgeous amongst the foliage . Such amazing value for money . Slightly confusing to find as Airbnb name different to sign out front ! Always ask your driver to take you there because you will need help with luggage and not accessible by car near the end . We loved it 😻 and loved the cute kitty - 🐈‍⬛ she’s gorgeous

Die Unterkunft ist super schön & gemütlich. Der Transfer kann von der Unterkunft organisiert werden und ist sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt an einer nicht mit Autos befahrbaren Straße, aber alle haben uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen und wir wurden mit dem Roller abgeholt. ☺️ Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und total entspannend! Wir haben es sehr geliebt

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! It is so beautiful and the staff were very helpful, they arranged drivers for me often. I found the temperature perfect even without air conditioning, because there’s a fan that keeps it cool. The location is away from the business of downtown Ubud but still walking distance or a quick scooter ride. There are cafes, shops, restaurants, and Rice Terrace walks right by the Airbnb and they provide a guidebook in your room with good recommendations in it.

A wonderful place to stay, close to nature but with comfortable amenities. The location is great; peaceful but just a short scooter ride away from the busier parts of Ubud.

Flora is an excellent place to stay if you want a private villa with pool if you're a solo traveller or couple. Tria and the staff are warm and welcoming and make you feel right at home. It's a quiet spot considering how close it is the centre of Ubud. This was my third stay and I’ll be back. 🌸

Our month+ stay at Flora was everything we thought it would be and more. The property itself is so beautiful and so incredibly well placed in the less busy part of Ubud, very serene, still with plenty of restaurants, coffee, yoga, pools, grocery and shops nearby. The on site staff are lovely, very communicative. These are open rooms, be prepared to deal with bugs to some level (sleeping with the curtains around the bed and the fan on we had very flew issues), Tria also provided an incense to burn that kept mosquitos away from the outdoor spaces. Because of the bugs, we welcomed the lizards. The daily housekeeping was a key part to keeping the space immaculate. If you stay here, be sure to give the kitties a hug for us, especially Apo (the orange one), he really found his way into our hearts!

I loved everything about my stay here. Super charming with a rustic elegance surrounded by beautiful nature. Very private and excellent location with everything you need within walking distance or an easy Grab ride away. About a 20 min walk into the bustling center of Ubud. Tria and her crew were friendly and helpful and kept the place very clean and tidy. Intuitive Yoga, Alchemy Yoga and the Yellow Flower cafe were my favourite places to visit in the neighborhood. Also the juice lady! Felt like home and I look forward to coming back!

This is a place I love coming back to. It’s located in Penestanan, the old part of Ubud, where it’s peaceful and quiet. There are many restaurants within walking distance from Flora. The design of the place is very unique, and the staff is very nice and helpful. I can’t wait to be back again.

This place was fabulous! In a very peaceful location but still extremely close to the centre of Ubud. Trias communication with organising transportation was excellent. The only down side for me was the mosquitos but there is a net for the bed that worked pretty well. Overall I’d recommend this stay. Staff were so lovely and accommodating too!

If you are looking for somewhere private, clean and in a great location then this is the place for you. We spent 4 days exploring this area and were happy to come back to our Villa at the end of the day to rest and recover. Pool was quite cool this time of year but perfect after sun baking and walks. Staff were friendly and easy to approach. We used their driver, Made, who was lovely and kind. Thank you for hosting us Tria. Highly recommend.

The rooms are gorgeous and so is the entire compound. Very clean, serene and luxurious stay. Highly recommend! Tria has been amazing in helping me check in and also organise a driver for my ride to the airport. Someone from the staff helped me with bringing my luggage to the car. Super clean, cozy and aesthetic! Our driver Hendra, who works for these villas was super friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of recommendations as he drove us all over Ubud for a whole day, stopping at lots of places. We loved staying here as there were lots of cafes and restaurants near by. Bed was slightly hard- not a negative, just a side note.

I had a great stay at Tria’s place! The studio is peaceful and relaxing yet only 20 mins walk in to Ubud, with lots of lovely local restaurants nearby. Tria was helpful in arranging collection from the airport as well as drop off to Sanur after my stay in Ubud! Also, huge thanks to all of the staff who helped me get my luggage back to the car in the pouring rain!!

This place is so peaceful and tranquil. Feels like the middle of a jungle but only a short scooter ride away from many restaurants and shops. Really enjoyed the stay. And all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tria was a great host. she organised transport for me from the airport to the villa, and was very quick as responding to any questions I had. Iluh also made me feel right at home, and I had some great conversations with her. Tria also organised transport for me to get to my next location in Bali which was really nice of her Overall it was a great location, great stay and very thoughtful and kind people working in the villa, as well as the drivers ☺️ would recommend!

Thank you so much for an amazing stay. We have travelled to many places around the world and this was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It felt like we had our very own tree house, the garden was lovely and we really enjoyed waking up to the sounds of nature every morning. Beautifully furnished, private, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful host. We also had the surprising gift of cat named Apple who would often come up to our room for cuddles. If you’re looking for a place to stay in ubud and don’t mind a 10-15 mins walk from the centre, 100% stay here!! Many good restaraunts within 4 minutes walk in the local neighbourhood. I will recommend Flora to all my friends and family. I found it such a nice oasis - Penestanan is a great area, away from the hustle and bustle of main Ubud, although this Airbnb is located up many stairs and can be difficult for scooters to find so don’t recommend if mobility is a problem. No aircon, but didn’t bother me at all - lots of fans (suggest putting them inside your mosquito net for ultimate cool). There will be the occasional gecko or cat that can get in because it’s open air / natural. Great wifi, loved the little personal fridge and charger provided, daily cleaning, and water provided in the communal kitchen. Mades coffee is great, so is yellow flower and easy walk to alchemy for yoga. 10/10

Where to begin, staying at Flora Natural Studios felt like exhaling for the first time in a while. The space is thoughtfully designed—open, calming, and so beautifully integrated with nature that you forget where the indoors end and the outdoors begin. Every detail feels intentional, from the smooth concrete floors to the soft linens and handcrafted wooden touches. Mornings were my favorite—waking to birdsong, making coffee with the sun filtering through the palms, and letting the day unfold slowly. It’s a space to be. To rest. To reconnect. To truly understand what it is like to live in Bali. I already can’t wait to return.

Eine wunderbare Oase abseits des Trubels - der sonst in Ubud allgegenwärtige Lärmpegel des Verkehrs ist hier einfach nicht vorhanden, zu hören ist nur die Natur ringsherum. Ein toller Garten umgibt die Häuser, der kleine liebevoll gestaltete Pool reicht völlig aus und ist auch nachts beleuchtet. Zimmer und Badezimmer sind funktionell und dabei schön gestaltet; das Daybed auf der Terrasse vor meinem Zimmer im Obergeschoss war für mich ständiger Aufenthaltsort. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber mit dem Fan unter der Decke war die Temperatur bestens. Tria ist immer sofort erreichbar und bei allen Anfragen sehr hilfsbereit, ebenso das Personal und die Fahrer. Zwei Coffeeshops sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Zentrum von Ubud ist gut zu Fuß (Achtung - viele Treppen!) oder am besten per Gojek zu erreichen.

Superschönes Zimmer mit Terrasse. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzige negative Punkt ist, das man es nicht mit dem Taxi erreichen kann und den Koffer einige Meter ziehen muss. Auf dem Rückweg wurde mein Koffer auf dem Moped zum Taxi transportiert, was schon sehr lustig war. Ich würde es trotz diesem Punkt wieder buchen…

Она всегда на связи, помогает и поддерживает , небольшие недочеты были устранены сразу же Так же она сдала в аренду байк и помогла с трансфером Отдельное спасибо за подробную инструкцию и гайд по убуду! Что касается жилья , это прекрасное уединенное и тихое место , в пешей доступности (5-7 минут )две чудесные йога студии (алхимия и интуитив), два магазинчика с фруктами , а так же кафе и рестораны на любой вкус — локальная кухня, веганские места или для всеядных, модные кофейни. Пешком можно дойти до треков (хребет кампуджан, рисовые поля). Это был чудесный опыт!

We loved our stay at Tria’s place. It is in a lovely part of Ubud, quiet, green, away from the hustle and bustle still easy to reach town by foot or scooter. The house is a little paradise with a small yet charming pool and peaceful garden. There are some nice little restaurants close by and you are in no time on the main road to Ubud or out of town. Tria is incredibly responsive and helpful, ready with recommendations and advice and there is also a driver who knows the place very well and can take you anywhere. Gojek and grab scooter arrive in less than five minutes. the car cannot come in front but can come very close but both at arrivals and departure Tria arranged for someone to come on the scooter to cover the last part, carrying also luggage. We arrived quite late but that was all fine. The last day we had the whole day in Ubud before our late evening flight and Tria even kindly allowed us to leave the luggage, and have a shower before we departed to the airport which, very kind

We loved staying at Trias House! The property is so nice and calm, the garden and the pool is so peaceful. The staff is also so lovely and helpful. We used the scooter several times and also booked a laundry service for a reasonable price. Only the Gecko kept us awake some time but that is part of staying in an eco house :) The area is also super nice, it’s calm and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around the corner - without the hectic streets of Ubud. We would totally recommend Trias House and hope to come back some time 🌸

Tria’s place was a beautiful oasis set high on a ridge away from the intensity of central Ubud. The space was beautifully styled with a gorgeous Bali bathroom. There was also a separate private living area with day bed. Accessible to yellow Flower cafe, alchemy, Zest and great yoga studios overlooking lush, tropical Ubud. Quiet and serene. Loved it.

We had a fantastic stay. Tria was excellent with communication, always providing quick and helpful responses. The house itself is beautifully situated in a serene natural setting, offering a perfect retreat. Additionally, the shower was incredibly enjoyable—just what you need after a day of exploring.

This was an excellent stay with everything that you needed just available to you. If you're looking for a flashy/ luxurious stay, this won't be the place for you. But it is private, clean, decently located [everything is a short walk], and honestly just perfect for a short stay in Ubud. I would highly reccommend :)

Quiet Location, even though not far away from the center (10min by scooter, 20min on foot). a few houses around the kitchen and a pool. Clean. Wonderful, lofty design (if you're ok not to hv Aircon). Friendly, proactive host. food, yoga studio, art gallery all within walking distance. Pool is ok for a relax swim, but not too big. Bed is not so soft (which I like). I may come back next year.

Wir waren 4 Nächte bei Tria. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer war sauber und wenn man Fragen hatte dann waren Tria und ihr Team immer zur stelle. Auch der Wäscheservice wurde von Tria übernommen. Wir haben die Wäsche sehr schnell und vor allen Sauber und Gebügelt zurück bekommen. Im großen und ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden.

Had a great few nights staying here whilst visiting Ubud! Tria was a fantastic host who arranged airport transport for us which I would highly recommend as the villa is kind of tucked away. Around 20-25 minute walk into the centre of town which isn't too bad. The room and villa itself was very pretty however do note there is no air conditioning! This can obviously make it quite hot at night. Thanks again so much to Tria who also helped us arrange a driver for a day trip to visit local sites including the rice terraces, nearby waterfall, coffee plantation and a water temple! We loved our stay here in Ubud.

Loved this stay. Quiet & secluded off a no through road. Only local scooters going through. Short 5 minute walk from car drop off. Incredible location, walking distance to zest & alchemy plus easily can walk into Ubud main strip. Tria was so helpful in organising transport and scooty and the house keepers were so sweet. The pool was great and it was rare that other guests were using it at the same time. Will definitely come back.

Flora Studios are a real gem. I stayed in the Tiny house (of the same owner) before- both locations are extremely stylish, comfortable and welcoming. Flora Studios are within a short walk to one of the best Yoga studios and some superb (vegetarian) restaurants. The stone pool in the garden is a great place to relax and refresh. Tria organized a scooter for the whole time of my stay which is very convenient for trips into town and the surroundings. What makes the place so nice is also the staff who has always been helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the place and look forward to coming back soon.

We had a lovely stay at Tria’s place - was clean, tidy, with a beautiful pool, and close to supermarket and a short walk to central Ubud! Tria was communicative and friendly, and very helpful to organise activities/driver. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful & peaceful time at the villa. The location is absolutely beautiful, quiet and walkable, with great cafes & restaurants nearby. The fan was enough for us in the evening due to the design of the villa, and we made good use of the pool. We hired scooters but found walking easier with the busy Ubud traffic. Great base to explore the amazing surrounds - we took day trips and visited My Batur, waterfalls, temples and the hot spring. Tria & staff were very helpful in organising transport & laundry, and we also booked a massage in our villa which was divine. Make sure to bring insect repellant and rain jackets just in case.

The staff came to meet us to help us check in as we arrived. The place is stunning with a nice stony pool and private balconies. The staff were very very friendly and helpful

Highly recommended! Tria's place is a soulfully designed villa complex by a nature-conscious architect. We stayed in a cozy room with a private balcony and enjoyed the lush landscaping by the pool. The property is like a botanical garden with birds singing under the roof. There's no AC, but the natural airflow is pleasant. It's located on a quiet street with fruit stands, a juicery, and some restaurants and close to the stairs which is leading to the center of Ubud.

Such a beautiful place to stay, slightly out from the main street but only a short walk to get to it which is a nice walk into town. locally to the stay there's cafes, super market, yoga and much more. so glad we picked here and would happily come back!! A super peaceful and bliss location ☺️

We had a wonderful time at the Flora Villa. Very nice place, very clean, beautiful garden and pool. The villa is close to good and cozy restaurants: Yellow flower cafe, Made's warung, Alchemy, Plant Bistro, etc. Just outside the center but within walking distance. This gives you all the peace and quiet you need.

Tria is an amazing host. Her place was beautiful and clean. Tria is very sweet and I had an amazing birthday cake which she surprised me with. Putu and other staff are very polite and helpful too. Would highly recommend this place as it’s located in a calm location with access to many restaurants at walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at Flora Garden Studio's. The room was nice and clean with a private terrace. The accommodation was very pretty and relaxing in the middle of the beautiful green nature of Ubud. Would definitely recommend this place. The host was also very friendly. No breakfast included, but there are many nice places for breakfast in the area.

Purtroppo da Tria sono stato due giorni in stanza con la febbre a causa di una brutta gastroenterite batterica. Tuttavia il personale davvero gentile, mi ha fatto ettolitri di the nero dolce per tirarmi su e al check in ci è venuto a prendere e ci ha riportato alla strada quando abbiamo fatto check out. Il posto è una bella villa balinese con le porte in legno e dei dipinti, il tetto in paglia e un bel letto a baldacchino. Bagno molto carino. Ho trovato il posto davvero affascinante e mi sarebbe piaciuto stare meglio per visitare i dintorni.

The accommodation was in a nice and peaceful area outside of central Ubud which felt very busy with a lot of traffic and motorbikes. Tria was very helpful in booking a driver to collect us from our ferry, and we were kindly helped with our bags on arrival and departing. The room and bathroom were very much as shown in the pictures - beautiful and light, we loved the architectural design.

My stay at Casa Flora was just perfect! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, the pool was a really nice refresher during the day and the kitchen well-equipped. I loved the calm and peaceful area of the stay and that the rice paddies were very close. You have a perfect coffee around the corner with a nice view on one side (Yellow Flower Café) and you also have a Yoga studio there. While Ubud Center is super busy, this place feels like a little quiet spot in heaven. I loved my stay there and definitely would come back.

Our stay was great. The location is very nice because it’s central but also quite. We loved the interior and the openness of the accommodation. There are some animals but noting major to worry about. The bed was a bit hard but still comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and we felt welcome here. It felt like we where the only people at the houses because it was so calm. Would recommend and we even checked if it was possible to extend our stay. Thanks!

I've had amazing, tranquil and enjoyable time staying at Tria's! Beautiful villas, green surroundings, nice swimming pool, spacious common area with sofas, kitchen, free copi Bali coffee and tea. The staff are all lovely and very helpful! Everything looks exactly like in the pictures - or even better! It is a little bit outside of the main part of Ubud, but there's quite a few restaurants and massage places nearby, and a beautiful little shrine nearby a small river. The city centre is about 17-20 minutes walk - or you can call motorbike taxi. A big car cannot access the area though, so you either need to walk a little or use a motorbike instead, which wasn't a problem at all for me.

Most relaxing location. Great walking distance into the city. Quiet, as there are no car passing. We loved our stay and wish we would’ve stayed longer. Everyone from the staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool was perfectly clean and we rented a scooter from the villa directly, sich was great !:) I recommend this to everyone who is thinking about going to ubud!!! We will hopefully come back soon🫶🏼

Flora accomodation was incredible. It is in a peaceful part of Ubud so you feel removed from the noise (there is a nice yoga studio and local organic cafe within walking distance though) , but close enough that can venture in with a short drive. The staff were incredible hospitable and responsive, as was the manager Tria. It was my first time in Bali and I felt this was the perfect spot to unwind and relax.

If you want to relax and make contacts to local and also fellow travellers, this is your spot ! Thanks to the hospitality of elegant Tria and her charming staff, I immediately felt welcome. The accommodation is located well in Penestanan, you have multiple restaurant options, the supermarket Bintang is about 10 minutes walking distance, to the city center about 15-20 min walking. also you have several yoga studios reachable. Internet was great until it got damaged by the tree during my 10 days stay which was nobody’s fault, otherwise it works great. They clean and tidy your room everyday. Loved the open style and vibe there and the communal area of making connections. Definitely recommend this place !

We had a wonderful stay here! A beautifully designed space with a shared pool and living area. The staff working at Flora Studios are very kind and lovely. Tons of recommendations were shared with us. It was a pleasure to stay here and we recommend it to anyone.

This is the perfect hide out in Ubud where you are not surrounded with the chaos of Ubud. It is in an small street away from everything. But with an scooter you only have to drive 10 minutes and you are in the busy ubud center.

Tria and Iluh provided the most warm and wonderful stay in Ubud. I cannot recommend Flora Villa enough. The team take really good care of you here. Ask and they will try and find a solution. Even helping me make my partners birthday very special. Nice communal area if you need a change from your room. Location is perfect and it’s in a nice quieter area of Ubud. You can comfortably take a nice stroll to all the essentials. Yellow flower cafe for all your coffee and nourishing meals. Definitely do the local rice field walks and respectfully attend a local temple ceremony. Lots of lovely cultural experiences available so you can experience true Bali. Thanks again Tria!

Great stay at a lovely villa. Staff are all very friendly, keep the place clean and offer great additional advice/taxi service. Location is around a 25 min walk into centre of Ubud, but there are lots of nice restaurants within a closer proximity

We had a great stay and will recommend to friends and family in the future! Perfect location, we walked to the Main Street(not very far, especially with a coffee stop). Very easy to get around using the grab app, we chose to get the scooters since they can drop you off right in front of the Airbnb as cars cant do this. We happily had lunch and dinners within the village (all no more than 5 minute walk). We relaxed by the pool, and took advantage of many of the restaurant and spa recommendations that Tria gave. We went to yellow flower and have to say that it was the best food we have had in Indonesia thus far. Definitely get the pancake, you wont regret it! The room was beautiful and I loved the outdoor shower. It can get very warm at night but was manageable and you adjust to it. Trina was very responsive. She gave many recommendations, organized transportation to and from the airport and arranged for our laundry to be done…. We had quite a bit since it was part way through our trip. Overall I would recommend Flora to anyone, especially couples, girl trips and solo trips.

Tria was an outstanding host, helping us arrange travel and pick up from the airport along with arranging our transportation and tickets to Padang Bay for our next stop to Gili T! A little piece of heaven. Flora studios are absolutely beautiful. It is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Tria and her staff were amazing and so helpful with our requests for extra towels and booked taxis for us. Flora is in a great location with lovely restaurants nearby and walks through the rice terraces which I highly reccomend. Its also only a short walk to Ubud centre. I would stay here again in heartbeat.

Tria is amazing - organised everything from the scooters, to the drivers to knowing the best spots for gelato and massages! Вилла находится прям в джунглях, но рядом есть кафе и небольшие магазинчики. Будьте готовы к тому, что там нет кондиционера. Но это не было проблемой для нас. Из небольших минусов, wi-fi иногда был не очень быстрым и приходилось раздавать интернет с телефона. Ещё иногда в ванне скапливалась вода.

We loved our stay in Ubud and this villa made it even better! Sri had great recommendations for a driver, we loved him! Beautiful villa and details throughout. Definitely bring bug spray, as with most places in Bali!

An amazing space - very intimate and private for any couple. Loved it, stayed twice!

Lotus 2’s interior is simple and tasteful - it’s located on the second level and has windows that you can swing open to get good air flow through the place - and gaze at Mount Batur in the distance as well as the other studios that make up Flora Villa + the shared pool. Lotus 2 also has a daybed on its covered patio that was great for relaxing outside. The property has a nicely-sized common area with simple kitchen (and water jug) and several large, stylish tables and chairs organized very stylishly. It’s somewhere that I’d happily return to and certainly recommend to others.

We had a great stay. It was a very peaceful location and Sri was really helpful. The day bed was the perfect place to read our books. We found the bed to be harder than we are use to but understand everyone is different in that regard. Would recommend this airbnb!

This is place is exactly like the photographs. Location is in a lovely part of Ubud. Don't feel the need to take daily trips (Ubud town is within walking distance) to Ubud as there is lots of see, do and eat around the area. We wish we had of known this earlier during our stay. The place is super clean. The accommodation is exactly like the photos which doesn't often happen for places. It's not accessible by car / taxi but that's not a problem as it's not a long walk to the pick up area or the main road to Ubud.

The appartment was really nice, exactly like in the pictures. During our stay there were not to many insects, so we had no problem with them. The host offered also transportation services, which were really good and reliable. The common space is really cozy and the pool is also very nice. We would definitely recommend it!

BOOK THIS PLACE NOW! I’m so grateful I stumbled upon this gem but THIS is why you stay in Airbnbs! This gorgeous little oasis in Penestanan is literally steps away from Ubud center. I was worried it would be too off the beaten path but it’s the perfect balance and really feels remote without being remote at all. Everything you need is nearby (cafes, markets, laundry, etc). The decor!!! It is even more beautiful in person, gorgeous rooms and a nice pool. The common area was so pretty we wanted to sit in it all day. It really is an interior designers dream! Most of all the people that run this place are incredible. Sri and her family and team are extremely warm and easy to communicate with and made our stay even more special. It made it feel like a home away from home. **Finally out of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, they do an outstanding job providing recommendations to help you plan your trip, where to go what to do see etc. I love that I was able to find some spots I would have missed otherwise. (Got to yellow flower cafe, it’s adorable and just a gem of a place). So ya. Book this place. It’s that good.

Sri her place is amazing! The location is nearby everything you want to be in Ubud but the Airbnb is located in a very nice and quiet street. This while I was reading online about Ubud being to noisy / busy. The apartment itself was really nice and clean, as so was the living room and the swimming pool. In addition, Sri and her staff are very helpful with e.g. renting scooters and recommending the best restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend Sri her place!

Sri’s place is absolutely gorgeous, it’s like waking up in a lush tropical heaven. The staff were super friendly and we have to recommend Made’s Warung right across the street; we ate there everyday during our stay. The food is spectacular ! Sri also recommended a lot of local areas to visit and things to do during our stay. Thanks again for giving us such a wonderful experience.

We spent two nights at Flora studios and had a lovely stay. Beautiful apartment, lovely pool and good location once you get there - worth the five minute walk! There were lots of beautiful paths to explore in the area and nice cafes - try the Yellow Flower Cafe!

We spent 5 nights at Sri's place. Other than a little bit of trouble finding the place initially everything was great. The staff was always smiling and made us feel at home and even helped us figure out how to get laundry done. We experienced no issues with insects or critters despite the place being open to nature. However, be ready to hear birds chirping at 6am! The location was great and an easy 15 to 20 min walk (if that) to Ubud center. Not an issue for us but the bed is firm. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Ubud

We had a wonderful stay at the Flora Villas. Accommodation was beautiful, staff were fabulous, location was perfect and close to everything. I will defiantly be staying here again when I am back in Penestanan!

C est super bien situé pour visiter Ubud et ces alentours. Logement tres simple mais pratique Chambre avec Salle de bain privé mais piscine et cuisine commune.

사진 그대로 예쁜 집이에요! 개인적으로 2층을 선택하길 잘 했다고 생각이 들었고 에어컨이 없어도 시원했어요. 여행 기간동안 무더운 날씨가 아니어서 그랬는지 몰라도 천장에 있는 선풍기?를 틀면 쌀쌀할 정도 였어요. 화장실은 개방적인데 저도 처음엔 걱정했지만 지낼수록 점점 없어지고 적응하게 되더라구요. 직원분도 정말 친절하시고 짐도 옮겨주셨어요. 날씨가 쌀쌀해서 따뜻한 물이 안나온다고 하니 바로 조치를 취해주셔서 따뜻한 물로 씻을 수 있었어요. 수영장은 사진보다 살짝 크기가 작습니다! 아쉽게도 수영장엔 못들어가봤지만 사진처럼 예뻐요! 창문이랑 천장 등이 개방적인 공간이라 벌레나 모기가 들어올 수 있는데 홈키파도 준비해놓으시고 공용주방에서 맥주먹다 물린 것 빼고는 방에서는 안물렸어요 숙소 위치가 우붓 센터에서 걸어서 기본 20분 정도는 걸려요. 올라가는데 계단이 많거나 차가 잘 들어올 수 없는 위치에 있어서 조금 힘들었지만 우붓 지역 특성상 어쩔 수 없더라구요. 가격도 괜찮고 만족스러운 숙소였어요~

중심가에서 약간 떨어진 위치이지만 공간이 아름답고 조용히 머무르기에 너무 훌륭한 곳이었다 위치는 골목안에 있으며 바로앞까지 차로 이동할수는 없다 하지만 호스트가 마중나왔고 무거운짐도 옮겨주었다 아름다운 인테리어를 보유하고있으나 침구는 청결할필요가있다

The Flora Natural studios are a haven of peace, the decor is perfect, the garden and pool are beautiful, the place is so quite. The staff is very available and adorable. Sri was very available for each one of our demands: to rent us a scooter at a good price and to present us an very kind driver named Ketut. Thank you for this wonderful stay! There are also delicious reataurants in the area (Moksa is incredible, Yellow Flower coffee for the brunch, Paddy's point and Lala & Lily)

Sri was a great host, always responded to messages quickly. Made sure we had someone to help us with our bags, as it was a little walk to the property. Very cute and charming place, just like the pics. No A/C was surprisingly not a problem and was kind of nice. Beautiful stay! Thanks!

Wow, y’all! Definitely stay with Sri in this magical part of Ubud. The location is nestled close to everything - very walkable! But I found Sri’s amazing recommendations for local places the most helpful — she didn’t steer us wrong once! We had fantastic meals, spas, and a temple day that we couldn’t have done without her recs. The rooms and grounds are lovely, quiet,immaculate, and just as gorgeous as the pics — with friendly staff there to help if you need it. It definitely was a higher level of service than other Airbnbs. I can’t say enough good things!

Beautiful, inspiring space. Great location. We booked their private driver who escorted us to the villas and helped with our bags. Friendly staff who were very accommodating. Sri responded quickly to my many questions via Airbnb app (thanks, Sri!). Walk 6 minutes to Yellow Flower Cafe for delicious breakfast/brunch, grab fresh fruits and snacks daily from Lala and Lili Warung just up the street (you can also book a massage for unique outdoor massage experience, so good and cheap!), eat dinner every night Made’s Warung literally across the street! I’ll definitely be back.

Calm, beautiful, spacious and stylish spot. The pickup was seamless (more expensive than a a Grab, but the help getting from the drop off to the place is really nice (5 mins walk). The pool is peaceful and beautiful. The bed big and comfortable. The porch great to read or meditate or just chill. Lovely staff and Sri is super responsive. It’s about 100 stairs down to the town and 15 mins walk - but absolutely worth it to be closer to some of the nice sundowner spots like Sayan house and to hear no mopeds buzzing around. So peaceful and beautiful. Pics are spot on. Only thing I didn’t like was leaving :)

Good place to stay at good value. Great location, local restaurants and stores are easily accessible. Sri has a scooter rental that will make you mobile at a low cost to explore the city.

I stayed in Lotus 2, in the upstairs room. I loved this space, being able to throw open all the windows with absolute privacy and air flow and being able to lounge on the day bed. I had booked for 4 nights and extended to stay 9 nights. Great location, quiet and serene. Made’s Warung & Yellow Flower Cafe so close for delicious food. The pool was lovely. Friendly staff too. 💚 The large communal pavilion has a small kitchen meant we had access to a fridge and cooker. Tea & coffee supplied. Beautiful stay.

Wonderful! We adored our stay at Lotus 2. The room and common spaces, including pool and kitchen, are all so lovely. A very well thought out space with unique and elegant details everywhere you look! The furnishings, decor, and entire property are all so beautiful and serene! Thank you Sri and Ilu, meeting you both made our time here extra special !! The accommodations are a 15 minute walk from the Heart of Ubud! Just out enough to feel like you are in the lush & quiet part of Ubud, but close enough to the action that you can happily explore daily. There are some lovely, quiet and small businesses (including restaurants and a yoga studio) within 5 minutes of the property, special shout out to the amazing family owned restaurant across the path, Made’s Warung, that we ate at least one of our meals at, nearly every day! Not only was it delicious, but so nice to have such a close and beautiful option! We highly recommend Lotus 2 and look forward to coming to visit again! Hopefully soon! :)

What a stunning place! We feel very welcomed, all the staff members are very kind and the room is so beautiful. I love falling asleep to the soothing music from the temple and waking up to the sound of nature. Panestanan is the best village to stay in near Ubud, there are so many good options for food and it has a very peaceful atmosphere. It's way better than the touristy town centre. We hope we will come back one day!

Excellent host - responsive to our queries on all communication channels. on site staff was friendly and provided a personal touch. a very lovely Airbnb home built in traditional style which was clean and insect-free. high quality fitting with very nice shower! location is a short 25mins walk to downtown ubud. so it is quiet and peaceful. good for those who want to experience ubud and nature (no AC).

Sri’s place is a little slice of paradise! It’s located a short walk away from the center of Ubud but that made it even better! It was in the middle of a lush, green walk to Ubud center but close enough to everything we needed. It was really easy to find off the main road and she greeted us when we arrived and even arranged a car to pick us up. The room was exactly like the pictures. There were one or two bugs but that’s expected in an open air room in Bali. It was perfect!

This is a wonderful place to stay (we've been here twice now). Chilled out and quiet, but walking distance from all kinds of great stuff. 10/10 would visit again!

This place is exactly like the photos so beautiful and whimsical. Sri is probably the most patient host around we kept changing our minds several times in terms of pick up or no pick up, Sri was very accommodating and professional never complained on how many times we changed our minds. Check in is from 1pm to 7pm, we arrived at 8 pm and found someone waiting for us. Upon check out we had to leave early again Sri made sure someone was around, I don’t think it was easy to be so patient and accommodating with people who were un decisive but she sure was beyond.

The villa was all that we’d hoped for and more! The girls at the villa were so helpful with everything from using the kitchen to organising day trips. The villa was absolutely stunning and in a location which is not too far from Ubud centre but also far enough to be very tranquil. Will definitely be recommending friends and family to come and stay here. The recommendations for restaurants etc given by the villa were very good and would recommend that future guests give these a visit.

Sri was a great host and the information provided about local recommendations was incredible! I would definitely recommend using the drivers that work with Sri as they make the pickup from airport very smooth and go out of their way to provide an extra special experience with great tips about the area. The property itself was lovely and we felt very safe during our stay. In terms of location, you are not too far from the centre of ubud and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and things to do if you are willing to rent a moped (which you can do from the accommodation). We wished we had stayed a little longer as we were only there 3 days and there was still more to do! Thanks again for a great stay Sri, we hope to be back!

Sri’s place is in a great location in Ubud - very scenic and peaceful. We enjoyed eating at the restaurants she recommended, taking a yoga class in the morning (you can walk there), and the thoughtful hosts who helped us whenever we needed it. We asked Sri to send a driver to pick us up, and rent us a motorbike, and she did all that very efficiently. I would definitely recommend her spot!

We would definitely recommend a stay in these awesome studios! We stayed for 3 nights and the studio was an absolute delight! Beautifully designed - a small space but everything that we needed! It was perfect for us staying a little out of central ubud as it meant we explored the local area around the apartment which we perhaps wouldn't have done otherwise! Its only a 15 min walk to the centre of town just bare in mind that as there are steps involved in the walk - not an issue for most and it definitely helped to burn off all the gelato we ate on our trip! Overall, staff were lovely and very helpful, room was extremely clean (beds made every day) and we would definitely recommend!!

Sri also arrange a driver for us, Hendra, that was very service minded and took us whereever we wanted to go. He knew a lot about the hindu culture and Bali in general and had a very good english. Such a lovely place to stay. Close to Ubud centre, but in a very quite spot! I suggest renting a scooter, or you can get a taxi at night as it can be a bit of a walk in the dark. The staff are very friendly and ready to help. Sri was very helpful, and very quick with her replies, considering I had so many questions as this was my first time in Bali. The accommodation looked as beautiful as in the pictures. Only thing I suggest, would be to have cleaner towels in the bathroom as they looked a bit worn out and not as spotless as the rest of the room. I would totally recommend Sri’s place if you want to be close to Ubud but stay in a quite spot, far away from the crowd and busy streets!

The best place I stayed in Bali, hands down. This is perfectly located just a minute outside of Ubud, but that’s enough for pure serenity. Stylish as hell, this place is a photographers dream. You’re also living in the jungle, but the amenities feel like a top hotel, and you never feel exposed. Staff also does everything to make the stay great. The house manual is also top notch, with up to date suggestions and a very useful map. Don’t think about it, stay here.

This place is beautiful. We arranged airport pickup via Sri and were greeted at the airport by Hendra. Poor Hendra waited 2 hours for us to get through immigration but still had a huge smile on his face when he met us and was super friendly and happy, on top of this he carried our very heavy luggage the short distance from the road to our very secluded villa. The villa is absolutely beautiful, has a very private balcony with a large day bed and a table where you can eat lunch. The room doesn’t have AC, but 2 fans are provided which keep you cool during the night. The staff at the villa were lovely, greeted us every day and even sorted someone to do our laundry. The villa complex as a whole was kept very clean. Next door was undergoing construction which meant there was a little bit of noise, but we were told this before booking and with being out during the day it didn’t affect our stay at all. Sri also helped us with bike hire for around £5 which meant we could reach Ubud centre within 5 minutes ( or a 20 minutes walk). We would definitely recommend this villa, for the price it is absolutely amazing and exceeded expectations. Thank you very much Sri, we hope to return soon.

Such a lovely place in the UBUD forest, calm and relaxing with wonderful amenities...this place is a true oasis and not far from the hustle and bustle of UBUD. Will definitely come back here when in town...so many lovely little restaurants...just an AMAZING place with great hospitality. Thanks!

We absolutely loved this villa. We were a little uncertain with it having no A/C, however the fans worked great and kept us cool, especially at night. Very nice staff around and cleaned our room daily which was nice. Kitchen was nice to prep some light food and lounge to do some laptop work. Would highly recommend.

These villas are an exquisite oasis in Penestanan. Everything you need is a stone's throw from Flora: great food, cafes, markets, ATMs, yoga, etc., and highly walkable if you don't mind slightly uneven/narrow paving and some hills. That being said, it was hard to peel ourselves away from the pool and the wonderfully calm and aesthetic common area -- I wish I could have stayed longer! Definitely use their recommended drivers!

This place is truly as beautiful as it looks! The design of the building and the interior decorating is so tastefully done and aesthetically pleasing. They have great recommendations for local food and activities and I followed many of them and was quite happy that I did! The house is on a quiet street with beautiful greenery and birds all around. The local community is great, and Ubud town is just a short walk away if you feel like going in for the busy and busstle! The restaurant across the street will bring you over food, so you can enjoy the great living area that they have set up here. The pool was clean and nice to cool off in. Kitchen amenities were great and allowed me to have snacks and tea. I would highly recommend staying here and I think I will be back again soon!

Adored staying at the Flora Villas. Central ubud was easily accessible but the area around the villas was calm and stunning, it was so nice to wake up early each morning and go to the local yoga studio and cafes that are not crowded. The villas were really nicely designed and the pool was glorious. Sri was super helpful and communicative and all the staff were really nice. Thanks for a great trip.

Very good accomodation, very helpful staff and close to many delicious restaurants. Green and quiet area so not many bars/nightlife around but easy and cheap to get to ubud center with a taxi. Good room but definitly looks bigger in the listing. Very helpful guide for restaurants/activities provided. Definitly a big plus

This was the perfect place to stay. A great location for getting around and into town but also very quiet as it is away from the roads. The space was beautifully designed and made our trip very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Deze locatie ligt perfect als je het centrum en de omgeving van Ubud wilt verkennen. Het ligt in het rustige gedeelte maar is op loop afstand van de diverse bezienswaardigheden, eettentjes en prachtige rijstvelden. Tegenover het gebouw zit Made's Warung: geweldig! We hebben hier bijna elke dag wel wat gegeten. De locatie van Sri is prachtig. Het is er schoon, netjes, rustig en fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de keuken. We kunnen deze locatie heel erg aanbevelen.

Lotus is a beautiful place with a wonderful and kind staff

Die Villa ist traumhaft! Sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Eigenen Balkon mit sehr gemütlicher Sitzecke. Viel Grün drumherum, Bananen wachsen direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein Kühlschrank der mitbenutzt werden kann. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir den Aufenthalt spontan verlängert haben. Sehr freundliches Personal, das gut Englisch spricht.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was actually nicer than in the pictures and the location was quiet, but still quite close to everything. Renting a scooter was easy.

Such a beautiful, peaceful, and secluded Villa. In the heart of the jungle :) Sri was a great host and easy to communicate with. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed! Remember that it is an open Villa so bring bug spray for the bugs!

this place is gem. Stylish and cute, yet affordable. The staff is lovely and the hosts truly amazing. All of my needs were met, they help with transport and special wishes. Just great! It is located in the cutest aerea of Ubud, quiet and hidden. Its a 20min walk to town, but scooter rides are easy to get! and its worth it because you get a real Ubud experience away from crazy busy town!! i ll be back!

Words can’t describe how much I loved this place! It was gorgeous and quiet and in the most perfect location in Ubud. The shared spaces were tasteful and I was able to walk to a lot of my favorite places in town. The staff is friendly, responsive, and professional. And the host is also very responsive. She even helped me receive a very urgent package successfully. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Bali.

Lotus villa was amazing. The space is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. The shared space was great for getting some work done and being able to take a dip in the pool when the heat got too much was glorious. The location was ideal for me - a three minute walk to an amazing yoga studio and a four minute walk to Yellow Flower Cafe (some of the best food in Ubud). Sri was incredibly helpful and arranged all my transfers for me. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Flora. Beautiful, private room in a quiet location. Excellent food very close by (Made's Warung, Yellow Flower Cafe and Cafe Vespa) and a wonderful yoga studio (Intuitive Flow) just a stone's throw away. Nice and clean. We walked into central Ubud everyday, no problems at all. Sri and staff always friendly and happy to help. Would come back in a heartbeat.

We arrived in Bali late at night, so waking up at Sri's place was like waking up in a dream—sunshine filtering through the white gauze canopy enveloping our bed. The place is exquisite, a real gem in Ubud, and her recommendations for food in the local area were a godsend—we took them with us everywhere!

This place is outstanding - the arcchitecture that combines the contemporary and traditional Balinese craftmanship, great location, warm host. Me and my partner stayed at this house for 2 nights and we would come back here at any time. I aready recommended this house to my friend and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to have a realaxing and inspiring stay in Ubud. Also, one important thing that I liked - I have hard time sleeping with airconditioning on, but this house has high ceiling, natural airflow and no airconditioning needed.

It was definitely a good choice to stay if you prefer quieter place or a nature surrounded home . We love the simple interior with open bathroom concept. A truly relaxing place for my husband and me.

It's a lovely place, quiet, with breezes in the afternoon. The taxi drivers at the bottom of the long stairway to the Penestanan plateau were very helpful, but the walk into Ubud was doable too.

Wow, this place is exactly as shown in the photos. Really cute bungalows and Nice pool. It is located nearby the center of Ubud. The staff and everyone is real Nice and are doing everything to make you feel at home and help you out where ever they can! Really recommend it to everyone

I loved my room and location of Sri's place. It's exactly as pictured. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. The bed was comfortable and room was nicely decorated. I enjoyed the Balinese decoration around the place. The outdoor bathroom adds a nice touch. Having a pool to cool off during the day was a plus. The location is the best! It's nice and quiet during the night and away from the busy streets. Lots of good options within walking distance. Easy to get a taxi/driver. Found scooter prices to be greatly priced in the area. Though I didn't get to meet Sri, she was easy to communicate with and readily available if I needed anything.

Très bon emplacement, accueil très agréable, Sri est avenante et arrangeante. Rien à redire sur la propreté, chambre spacieuse et salle de bain extérieure dépaysante. En revanche, difficile de s'allonger sur le lit situé sur notre balcon, car un chien (au passage quand même très gentil), y a certainement pris ses habitudes. En effet, nous l'avons retrouvé allongé dessus et indélogeable les 2 soirs de notre séjour. Mais sinon rien à redire !

Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle und saubere Zimmer. Da das Badezimmer sozusagen auf dem Balkon war konnte man sogar mit Blick auf die Bananenpalmen duschen :D leider war das Bett sehr hart. Man kann innerhalb von 15 Minuten ins Zentrum laufen aber es gibt tolle Restaurants und Yogastudios in der selben Straße. Sri hat und außerdem sehr geholfen unsere Aktivitäten in Ubud zu planen.

Last week, I had the good fortune to stay at Flora Villas for 1 week. I spent 5 nights in Lotus 2 and 2 nights in Lotus 1. I loved both rooms. The decor throughout the entire villa is really cool - very simple but stylish. Kinda shabby chic. With Lotus 2, it was nice being upstairs as you get a great breeze and nice views from the verandah. And the outdoor(ish) bathroom was also great. Lotus 2, even though it was downstairs, was also fabulous. It's a brighter room inside with the lighting and still private even though it's on the ground floor. Flora Villa is in an excellent location in Penestanan. Lots of great restaurants are nearby and central Ubud is only a 20-25 minute walk away. You can also catch a motorbike taxi at the various taxi stations nearby. Overall, it's a beautiful spot to relax in. The beds are really comfortable. And there is lots of room to hang and store your clothes/things. And the shower pressure is great. Something that can be inconsistent in Bali. I would gladly stay there again and would highly recommend this beautiful place!

This is a little place in paradise! The pool is clean and the rooms are lovely! If you have a scooter it's perfect or else you are a little bit far from the action and Ubud center. I would recommand 100%!

Sri was so lovely when we first met her, when she and a driver picked us up from the hotel we were staying at in Legian. The villas were so lovely and clean and so well located. Each day we walked somewhere new, following the easy to read map that was left for us. Sri offered to book tours and day tips for us but we didn't need any of those during our stay. We had such a lovely time during our stay! Thank you Sri

The villa has a special view of jungle which provided my friend and I with great experience in walking through the hill. Besides, Sri is really responsible, who even helps us a lot on traditional recommendations and these let us enjoy the life living in Bali.

Beautiful and very peaceful place. It was exactly like the photos. If you want to be away from the touristy areas, this place was perfect and it was only a short 15-20 min. walk to Ubud. I had a wonderful time staying.

Wow! This place is amazing! Beautiful villas with helpful and friendly hosts. It was especially nice to have a location set on a walking pathway, with no cars or traffic around. Perfect location... just far enough away from Ubud city center to still have easy access on foot, but quiet enough to feel like you're out in a country villa. We loved everything about it here and will definitely be back!

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Flora war einfach wunderbar. Die Anlage und die Studios sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und werden gut unterhalten. Alles ist sauber und funktioniert. Die Lage in Penestanan, etwas abseits vom geschäftigen Zentrum (15 min zu Fuss), ist ideal zum Ruhe tanken. In der direkten Nachbatschaft gibt es alles, was man braucht. Auch gute Restaurants und schöne Wanderwege über Reisfelder und dem Fluss entlang sind nicht weit. Der gepflegte Pool bietet eine willkommene Abkühlung am heissen Nachmittag. Für Paare und Alleinreisende ein idealer Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. 100% empfehlenswert!

I would 100% recommend this airbnb to other tourists and would definitely stay there again if I was ever in the area in the future. Sri was very helpful in recommending things to do and finding us a driver for a few days!

It was a great place although you have to do a lil bit of hike here and there to go to the best reviewed restaurants and cafes, but it was worth it because of the beautiful and eyegasm scene. I think my room was the most private than the other and I was lucky because the day I checked in, there's only a few guest and it almost felt like I'm alone in the villa and it's mine! Haha. But the day I left the villa, it started to get crowded. Oh, note that sometimes your room will not have hot shower because the they ran out of gas so you have to inform Sri if thats happen. Sri was so friendly, helpful and I really love her smile. Definitely will come back because this place was so calming, peaceful and quiet!

Sri has been a great host from the very beginning. we felt more than welcome in this lovely place. we highly recommend it to everyone wanting to come to ubud. it is very quiet and has a wonderful setting surrounded by lush green, a lovely neighborhood and little shops where you can buy for little money everything you need. highly recommended!

We had an awsome time at Flora. We stayed here for 9 nights and visited Bali by Scooter (Sri kindly organized this for us). The house is amazing. Just like shown in the pictures. It is very clean, we enjoyed the pool and sharing the big living room with the other guests. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Sri is a very good host. Its always worth coming back.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Sri arranged for a driver to collect us from the airport which was extremely convenient and stress free. The villa itself is beautiful and in a lovely quiet village. There is a cafe right next door called Made's Warung which was a great option for lunch or dinner. The villa is only a short ride away from the main town. We didn't actually get to meet Sri however the maid was extremely friendly and helpful and organised a scooter hire for us for our stay. Overall I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in Ubud.

This place is gorgeous, wanted to book another one of theirs, but me and my boyfriend decided to do budget travel this time so we decided to stay here. Absolutely worth for money, actually even better. Loved our stay here!! room was very romantic, they cleaned our room every morning made us feel like staying in hotel. A bit far from the city we felt (but its only 15min walking distance. we were the lazy one haha) so we asked for scooter which was only $5 a day, staff had the scooter ready for us to go and we had it for 4 days. Overall it was this place is very lovely, very Ubud-ish which exactly what we were looking for. We'll be back our next visit to Ubud.

Everything about our stay at Lotus 2 was absolutely fantastic. It is as beautiful as the photos. Sri and Jim were both kind and helpful with answering questions and arranging drivers. The pool is a wonderful bonus on the hot days. The neighbourhood is excellent for proximity to good restaurants, yoga, and interesting walks through the narrow streets full of character. We loved our time at Lotus 2!

Flora villa took my breath away. The villa we stayed in was clean, modern and comfortable. We walked to numerous cafes and restaurants in Penestanan from Flora Villa- it was such a beautiful place to be in- so lush and green. The staff were so welcoming. Highly recommend for people wanting to get the Ubud experience in a location that is so peaceful and serene and not in the heart of Ubud central.

Just stunning! Every decoration/landscaping/layout/feel detail has been considered in this beautiful accommodation. Staff were lovely and friendly and our room was made up each morning. The area is a 15/20 minute walk or quick scooter ride to the hustle and bustle of Ubud but is set on a tranquil car free street and there an overwhelming number of amazing cafes/restaurants a short walk or scooter away.

Es war alles super. Sri ist eine total nette Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar für und und hat sich um alle fragen und Anliegen gekümmert. Die Zimmer sind so wie auf den Bildern. Das was man wissen musst, ist dass die Unterkunft circa 20 Minuten Fußweg von ubud Zentrum entfernt ist und die letzten 5 Minuten wirklich nur zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Dafür schläft man sehr ruhig. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Normally "you get what you pay for", but at Lotus Studios you get so much and you don't have to pay a lot! :-) Alejandra gave us a warm welcome, and her team helped us with everything (transportation, carrying bags etc.) The place looks exactly like the pictures, if not a little better. This little houses are so pretty and stylish. The location was perfect for us, quiet but within walking distance to the center (ca. 15 min). Alejandra listed all the good restaurants, spas ect. where we went to and all of them were fabulous. If you want to go to Ubud stay at Lotus Studios, you will love it!

Design and functionality of the studio and common areas are excellent. Location is amazing, i love the village of Penestanan. It's quiet yet still close enough to Ubud and has it's own amazing fix of cafes including my favourite, Yellow Flower. It's also super close to the beautiful yoga studio Intuitive Flow. Alejandra, Jim and staff were helpful and very quick to contact. Highly recommended.

Ich habe dort 4 Tage verbracht und war eine der ersten Gäste in diesem Paradies. Die Hotelmanagerin hat sich bei meiner Ankunft um alles gekümmert und mich mit dem Roller abgeholt. Das Bungalowgelände ist ein Traum. Alles grün, offen, süßer Pool. Mein Studio im ersten Geschoss hat mich überwältigt. Große Fenster, eigene Veranda, riesiges Bett in der Mitte. Umgehauen hat mich das offene Bad. Alles sehr stilvoll hell eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, fusßläufig erreicht man Ubud in 20 min, mit dem Roller in 7. Der große gemeinsame Wohnbereich ist toll und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde immer wieder kommen. Das ist das Paradies, unschlagbar für den Preis. Ps: Es ist so ruhig, dass mich nachts nur ein Gecko wachgehalten hat.
