Exploring Brand NEW 4BR Villa Infinity Pool center of Ubud left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Brand NEW 4BR Villa Infinity Pool center of Ubud was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Brand NEW 4BR Villa Infinity Pool center of Ubud painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

El lugar es muy bonito, la piscina espectacular pero sin ninguna vista. El sol solo da hasta el medio día, después queda detrás de la casa, así que para los creadores de contenido la luz no está bien posicionada. Por otro lado hubo mucho ruido durante nuestra estancia; desde que hicimos check in a las 7 pm hasta las 7 am se escuchaba un ritual balines en el que cantaban, cuando el ritual acabó empezaron las obras de las construcciones de al lado; un poco frustrante ya que no se podía hacer ningún vídeo. El personal fue súper amable y resolvió todas nuestras dudas. La casa muy bonita.

The house was beautiful- but I think I paid too much for it- They could add some more utensils in kitchen and add a washing machine

We enjoyed our stay in Ubud! Villa Romana was very nice and well kept. Paramitha was very helpful and responsive in making recommendations before our arrival. Dektik was attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed. The housekeeping staff were amazing - even coming by via scooter in the rain when we were unable to access a safe in one room. We also had one meal with the Villa chef. The food was very good and the chef was kind and attentive; however, the meal was prepared in advance and brought to the Villa in take away containers rather than prepared in the Villa. Given our experience in another villa, we were expecting the meal to be prepared in the Villa - just a heads up in case others would expect the same! The location of the Villa was very private. While a bit outside of the Ubud core, there was a great little restaurant down the street and shops within walking distance. It was an easy drive into Ubud. I would recommend this Villa if staying in the area.

We recently stayed at Paramitha’s villa for some family milestones birthdays. Great villa for a group, with 4 large bedrooms, 2 with large bathrooms including outside baths. Pool areas were great, with various pools to use across the multiple levels and sunken lounge was a lovely spot, although couldn’t be used in the rain or for a few hours after rainfall until it dried out. Paramitha was brilliant and arranged birthday decorations and a private chef for our first night, the villa looked incredible for our arrival and the meal was brilliant! Dektik our host and butler for our stay was lovely, organised laundry for us and attended to anything we needed immediately. Although the location can be seen when booking, please note it is a long way from Ubud and in traffic it could take 30 minutes. Also, the area immediately outside the property is very unkept with significant amount of building rubbish and building works next door. However, it wasn’t a problem once you were inside.

Overall we enjoyed our stay with Paramitha. She was very responsive and friendly and coordinated our travel and even booked vendors to decorate our airbnb per our request. My recommendation would be to make sure guests have all needed items in house and to add AC in living room with heat it was tough enjoy common area. Due to say of silence we were at home but did not have some things we needed and could not get it until the day after I.e iron and broom. This is a great stay to relax modern touches, strong AC in bedrooms and has a cool design!

Dektik war unsere Managerin im Haus Sie war immer sofort erreichbar. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön, mit vier gleichwertigen Schlafzimmern, einer offenen Küche, eine Kaskade von Swimmingpools, einfach unglaublich Alles war sehr schön sauber und gepflegt. Eine Träne im Auge hat der Baulärm Von der Baustelle nebenan hervorgerufen. Der Lärm hat gestört Die Managerin hat zwar sofort gesagt sie würde den Lärm stoppen , dieses gelang nur für kurze Zeit Trotzdem ist das Haus sehr luxuriös Und angenehm Deswegen fast 5 Punkte. Wenn die Nachbarhäuser fertig sind und die Umgebung aufgeräumt ist wird es ein Traum werden

Absolutely loved the Villa! It was a beautiful layout! Beautiful decor and perfect for photos! Dektik our butler during our stay was amazing! She was extremely responsive and made sure that we had everytime we could possibly want and need. Such a pleasure to work with! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Bali! The house itself was stunning, well-maintained, and made our trip so special. Only recommendation will be nice to have heated pools/tubs. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was our incredible butler, Dek Tik. She went above and beyond every single day to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care exceeded all our expectations and made us feel so welcomed. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you’ll have an incredible experience. We had an excellent stay, the villa was exactly as pictured, if not even better in person. Everyone we dealt with was very responsive throughout, and the place was kept spotless with daily cleaning. Villa Romana exceeded every expectation. The villa perfectly blends modern luxury with the beauty of the jungle, offering stunning views from every corner. The outdoor tub was a dream, and the pool overlooking the lush landscape was absolutely breathtaking. What truly made our stay special was the incredible hospitality. Our butler, Dek Tik, and her husband were amazing—preparing delicious breakfasts, keeping the villa spotless, helping with laundry, and making us feel completely cared for throughout our stay. They also coordinated the most beautiful birthday dinner for me, complete with gorgeous décor and an incredible private chef. It was such a thoughtful and memorable experience. Me and my friends came to Bali to celebrate our birthdays and from the moment we booked Paramitha was the best host in communication. When we arrived our villa butler/manager Dek tik and her husband were very welcoming and very much attentive during our stay, 10/10 communication! Providing housekeeping, store runs & pool cleaning. The villa is nothing short but amazing and very much worth it! We loved it and recommend to anyone wondering where to stay. We would definitely come and stay again!

One of the nicest places I have stayed in my life. Once you are in the villa you never want to leave. So spacious that you can have small groups have their complete privacy in the villa! Infinite spots to chill in the villa - whether it’s the rooms , one of the three pools , the middle area in between , the table area up top or even the small indoor area at the door!

Villa Romana is a truly wonderful place to stay. The view doesn't show up in the photos, but it is a jungle view! The pool is quite long, which was great for swimming around. For dinner, we had a private chef prepare traditional Balinese food, and it was a very delicious meal made with care. I was happy that my parents enjoyed it. If I come back, I definitely want to stay for at least two nights. :)

Diese Villa hat wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Ich kenne viele Villen auf Bali, aber diese ist in ihrer Architektur wirklich außergewöhnlich. Das Herzstück der Villa ist die Pool-Area in der Mitte. Ein mini Wasserfall fließt direkt in den Pool, umgeben von dieser offenen Architektur und mit Blick in den Dschungel. Dieser Bereich ist einfach magisch. Man sitzt dort, hört das Wasser und schaut in dieses satte Grün. Ein Ort, an dem man stundenlang bleiben möchte. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön, zwei davon mit spektakulârem offene Bad.Besonders sind die großen Fenster zum Dschungel, durch die der Blick direkt in die Natur geht. . Trotzdem bleibt dieser Mittelteil der Villa der Moment, der alles prägt. Diese Kombination aus Pool, Dschungelblick macht den Ort so besonders. Wir haben uns auch den Koch gegönnt, der zur Villa gehört. Das Abendessen war ein Traum. Ich liebe balinesisches Essen, und dieses war wirklich das beste, das ich je hatte. Parimithha’s place was amazing! What impressed me the most was the exterior aesthetic and design of the place. Its a great and comforting place to stay at if you’re in Ubud with friends, family, or your significant other. Upon arrival we were greeted nicely with a tour of the villa and the hospitality was phenominal. The bathroom and bathtub in each room were astonishing as well as the LED lighting at night outside. I give the place a 10/10 will rebook again in the future if I stay in Ubud longer than Canggu.

We had a great stay at Paramitha's place with our young family of 4 children. The villa is very peaceful and beautiful amongst the trees of Ubud and our kids loved playing in the different pools. The location was really handy for multiple local attractions and we also dined at some great local restaurants within 10 minutes drive. A highlight was the great and friendly butler service provided by Dektik and her husband who made our stay really comfortable and helped out with everything we could possibly need. Would highly recommend Paramitha's place!

This place is breathtaking. The pool is gorgeous, we loved the location in Mas Ubud (15 min from downtown) but calmer and cute neighborhood with awesome coffee shop and restaurant walking distance. We had our kids and in-laws with us and the space was perfect for everyone to have their privacy. The house manager was very responsive and helpful. We will be back for sure!

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Über den Whats App Kontakt hatten wir jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner und es wurde sich um alles immer rechtzeitig gekümmert. Our stay at the villa was nothing short of amazing! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire property was spotless. Every amenity you can think of we had. Clean towels everyday, house keeping cleaned and change bed linens everyday. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Anytime we needed something, the response was quick and attentive. Truly a 5-star experience from start to finish!

I loved everything about this place. They worked overtime to make my birthday special. The property was immaculate and the service was A1. Det Tik ( the property manager) is what really set my experience apart. She was really responsive, attention to my needs, helpful , resourceful etc. This was my first time in Bali and she made my group feel very welcomed. Because of her great efforts, I had the flower pool, floating breakfast , balloon arch and private chef. She also recommended many restaurants and booked transportation. I can't wait to go back to this property. It was in a great location and looked exactly like the pictures. Thank you for having me.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The space is large and beautifully designed, with a lovely pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. The bedrooms are spacious with strong air conditioning, and the bathrooms are stunning. We really appreciated the reliable WiFi connection and the smart TV for downtime, and the garden chill-out spot was such a nice touch. Overall, an aesthetically pleasing villa with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

If you are going to Bali with friends, then this is the place to stay if you want to rest and unwind. Close enough to central Ubud to get there in about 15 minutes, but far enough away to feel like you aren’t close to the hustle and bustle. Paramitha was great host and I asked her so many questions before even arriving in which she was so responsive. Her staff was great and drivers were incredible. 10/10 trip and stay. Beautiful.

The property is soo good with beautiful view and always clean though my kid spoiled the place.. the only flaw is no hot water in one of the bedroom but later it got solved.

Overall a very good stay with a great house with 4 spacious bedrooms and a terrific pool to swim. Host was extremely reactive and offered a wide range of services from driving to cooking. All staffs assigned to our villa were extremely friendly. We are quite pleased with a successful and relaxing stay in a beautiful villa.

Stayed here as a party of 7 for the first leg of our 2 week stay in Bali. From the initial booking Paramitha was responsive and helpful and catered to our every need. Emails were answered in a timely manner and she went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed upon arrival. The villa matched the description and look in the photos, however during our stay there was a couple of things that needed attention from the maintenance team. That said, they acted very quickly and professionally - we did not even know they were there and issues were fixed quickly. The house keeping team were great at communicating with us and would always aim to work their timings around us as best they could. The only down side to this beautiful villa is the location. The nearest shops and restaurants were not within a walkable distance but taxis were very easy to arrange and only a short ride away. All in all a wonderful stay in Villa Romana - a big thank you to the whole team!

We were two couples staying at this lovely Airbnb and had a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Host Paramitha was fantastic—very quick to respond to any questions and excellent at communication throughout. Paramitha and her team are exceptional! They reply quickly, are so attentive and helpful. The space itself is gorgeous, all the outside sitting areas and the rooms are beautiful - it really feels like you’re in the height of luxury. You can organize a private chef or a massage therapist to come to the villa for you, I was honestly living the dream. The location is about 30 minute drive to the main town, which was fine for me because I wanted to spend most of my time in the villa living like a queen! If I wanted to see more of the country and explore more I probably would’ve picked something closer/walking distance to the main city but this villa was perrrrrfect for what I wanted. 10/10 I’d absolutely stay here again.

stayed here as a group of 7. Enough space for everyone. The rooms all had their own bathrooms and key. The pools were great and beautiful. Paramitha was very accommodating especially when part of our group arrived the next day due to flight cancelations. She was able to rearrange our services and communicate easily with us during our hectic travel plans. Detik, our concierge was a delight. So attentive and going above to make us feel at home. Our drivers, Made, Adi and Agus were exceptional. I truly recommend this home. It's a bit out of the center Ubud but plan your time accordingly to get to places and you'll be fine. Coming back to a peaceful place is appreciated after all the hustle and bustle.

Each room was comfortable and had a great balance of privacy and shared space. The pool area was a highlight — we spent most of our mornings and evenings relaxing there. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and assist with anything we needed. This stay made our Bali trip truly memorable. Villa Romana was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. Paramitha and Detik made sure all our needs were addressed. We were driven around by Adi who was a great driver and Made made us a terrific meal at the villa. We loved our stay and hope to be back again.

This place was amazing. the pool , the bedrooms and ensuites were all breathtaking. you'll need to hire a bike or taxi to get around, but we stayed there as a family and enjoyed staying in. great for a family, or would be awesome if you experienced it with friends, as you all have your own space, whilst being closer together.

Stunning villa away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The pool is as amazing as it looks in the photos and we spent many hours lounging around it. The bedrooms are a wonderful oasis,, 2 rooms have outdoor baths and the other 2 have wonderful pool views. Villa staff were so friendly and polite and communication was easy, from ordering breakfast to getting laundry done to getting a bag of ice delivered.

Had an amazing stay at the breathtaking Villa Romana. This place is gorgeous! Paramitha, Dektik & the villa staff made our stay one to remember. From the day I booked, Paramitha was very responsive & helpful. We had a very late arrival & she and her staff accommodated our late check-in, helping us setup an airport transfer, stocking the fridge with food & drinks, & physically checking us in. The stay just got better each day as Dektik, our villa host went above & beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We were a group of 7 ladies travelling for my sisters' birthdays. We did a lot in and outside the villa. Paramitha and Dektik were so instrumental in us having an amazing experience in the villa, helping to set up in-villa services like private chef, massages, flower baths, floating breakfast, decor, photographer, laundry, car transfers, etc. We had the most amazing stay and left wishing we had booked to stay longer. I can't imagine staying anywhere else next time I'm in Bali.

Personal chef for breakfast and dinner, in villa massages, flower baths, photo shoots, and the pool had Welcome to Bali with our names in the pool when we arrived. She was very responsive and next time in Bali I’ll definitely be staying at another one of her properties. 20/10 recommend this villa!! She even had our transportation set up!! She was literally a one stop shop for EVERYTHING WE NEEDED ❤️

Skøn villa, og rigtig god kommunikation med værten. Hun hjalp med at arrangere en kok for os en aften, men det synes vi bestemt ikke var pengene værd. Lokationen var vi heller ikke super begejstrede for da villaen lå lidt afsides og det var svært at tage nogle steder hen uden en bil. Kaffebaren vi fandt i nærheden var ikke god. Når man var inde i villaen var alt dejligt 👍🏼

We super enjoyed our stay. The property is well located and near to Ubud art market. Staff were helpful and were prompt in their response.

We all loved the beautiful villa and the service provided to us was exceptional. We were in Ubud for my bf’s birthday celebration and the host help us prepare the surprise including flower arrangement in the pool and yummy breakfast for the entire group. My boyfriend was very impressed! Our butler Dektik was also very amazing. She picked up a bottle of oatmilk and some juices for us per our request without adding any surcharge to the bill. The commutation was seamless and everything went so smoothly! We had such a great time. Highly recommended Villa Romana to y’all!

My family of 7 stayed at Villa Romana for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The villa is stunning, well maintained and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. If you prefer to stay slightly out of town, then this villa is ideal. It was about a 20 minute drive into Ubud's centre, however we were able to find some cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes of the villa. Note that there is no air-conditioning in the living room so it can get quite hot there but we were out all day and came home in the afternoons. The bedrooms were all air conditioned so we kept cook in there and the pools. If you don't like insects, then remember to bring some spray to scare the ants and geckos away. We hadn't brought any on our trip but Dektik and her team were amazing, the spray was with us within an hour of asking for it. Paramitha and her team are wonderful aand the villa is stunning. A little forest retreat.

The villa was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The host was very responsive and helpful. Through the host we arranged our airport transfer, in-villa meals, and in-villa massages which were wonderful. They also delivered us ice when we couldn't find it on our own. Definitely recommend!

Great place for a big group of friends! We stayed there for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. Multilayered pools all with lightings, perfect for group games while enjoying some drinks. A caveat is the nearby villagers may burn some wood which cause the villa to be quite smoky for about an hour but dissipate quickly as the villa is mainly open air, just remember to close the room doors but otherwise the place is very beautiful. The location is about 40 minutes grab from ubud city centre with traffic, so be prepared when planning your itinerary in the city centre. The restaurant Wedja across the main street is within walking distance from the villa and is a wonderful place to dine.

Absolutely stunning, we loved it! The pictures don’t do it any justice. Super clean, obsessed with the tubs in the bathrooms & the pool was everything! The host responded promptly and was extremely attentive.

This villa is stunning. There were 8 adults and 1 baby, and it was so spacious. As soon as you walk through the door you will be impressed! The scenery around the pool is so green and luscious. The staff are lovely and we could not fault this place. About a 10-20min drive to Main Street depending on traffic.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning architecture, immaculate gardens, and breathtaking views. The villa is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, offering every amenity you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The interior is beautifully decorated with a keen eye for detail, creating an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, although we often found ourselves enjoying the local cuisine at nearby restaurants. One of the highlights was the outdoor area – the pool overlooking the foliage is simply stunning! We spent countless hours lounging by the pool, taking in the serene. Paramitha was excellent and the staff was even better.

Totally loved the villa from the minute we entered. The kids didn’t want to leave the villa and spent a lot of time inside. We stayed in 4 villas in our stay in Bali , this was by far the best. The manager was super helpful and responded immediately. Location was also perfect. Easy to reach anywhere within 10-12 mins. Would definitely stay here again.

I was blown away by how stunning the villa was in person - it completely surpassed the already impressive pictures. Our butler, Dektik, provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived. She accommodated our 2 am arrival with a warm welcome and delightful drinks. Dektik also took care of flawless transportation arrangements from the airport to the villa. Her attention to detail made my birthday truly unforgettable - she organized beautiful decorations and a private chef. I wouldn't hesitate to book this incredible villa again!

Fantastisk fin sted i Bali, rekomenderer til alle

This is our first time in Bali for the seven of us. The villa is beautiful, and the location is perfect. The pool is awesome. Dektik and Mitha are super friendly and always ready to help with anything we need. Our trip to Ubud has been perfect. 10 out of 10!!!

This villa was exceptionally nice and very clean. Sassa and Mitha were very attentive and responsive. I booked this villa for my trip birthday girl's trip to Bali. I asked for specific instructions for my birthday dinner party and they gave me exactly what I asked for. I was in awe of the decorations and cake. The private chef was on time and the food was delicious. The massage therapists came on time and did their job effortlessly. Mitha even helped me retrieve my lost luggage from the airport. I recommend this villa, as a travel agent, this was a treat. If I could add photos I would.

loved our family stay. beautiful place to relax. ask staff where the cafe/restaurants are in walking distance. We booked a chefs dinner and created our own menu for our 1st night which was great. Over all a great stay.

The villa was beautiful. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 and we were really happy with the space. The rooms were stunning and the sunken outdoor lounge was super cool. I'm not going to lie, we were a bit nervous when we drove down the driveway, but as soon as we opened the villa doors, it was like stepping into another world. The staff were great to deal with and super helpful. We were a bit out of the center of Ubud but easy with the gojek ap. Would definitely stay again.

Paramitha is helpful and proactive. They are quick to reply and have a phenomenal venue. We would rerun in a heartbeat! The pool is even better than in pictures, and the bedroom AC is the cherry on top!

The location was stunning and it matched the description of what Mitha posted. The staff was helpful and answered to all our needs. One of our air conditioned stopped functioning and someone came and fixed it within 15 minutes. We had a few rainy nights and alot of dead bugs on the floor, the staff came and cleaned it up everyday. My only complaint was that entering the area into the villa felt like entering the slums(we never felt unsafe but I couldn't find a better word). The area is still being built and there a makeshift hut by the entrance where workers live. There are construction garbage outside the other two units being built and it was hard for vehicles to enter. Sometimes we were asked to walk in the villa ourselves There was also a dog that barked at us when we were walking back in during the dark and a chicken that was walking around. Again we never felt unsafe and the worker quickly came to calm the animals but it something I want to mention. I would still rate 5/5.

We had an amazing 3 nights in this villa! The village that it is surrounding is very peaceful and quiet and the locals are so welcoming! There are local cafes in walking distance with great coffee and breakfast. As the villa isn’t in the hustle and bustle there aren’t a lot of dinner options in walking distance however you can GoJek from endless places and is a short 15 minute ride into town. The villa it self is unbelievably stunning! The rooms are so clean and the pool area is breathtaking, and it somehow gets better at night! We will definitely be recommending this villa to friends and family and would stay here again.

Paramitha’s place was a 100/10! Beautiful even better than described. She and her team were so helpful and inviting & responsive. They helped make me and my guest feel right at home for our first time in Bali. She is such a sweet host, can’t say enough about her hospitality and humbleness. I will definitely be back!!

The villa offered a great space just outside the city hub. The host was always immediate with any help, massages, floating breakfasts, flight delays causing check in changes. The rooms with the outside bathroom are lovely and the bath is really enjoyable. the front rooms look onto the pool and equally lovely. This house was immaculately cared for, which was really nice. strongly recommend it to anyone. We cone from the hospitality industry and this was a perfect retreat... You would be best to ensure a good taxi contact or scooter hire, although the walk in is not far (just the heat makes it uncomfortable). air-conditioning in each room was well placed and quiet .

This villa looks exactly like the photos and in person is even more impressive! The style, decoration, layout and pieces of furniture and art truly make this an oasis to relax in. The beds are comfortable, bedrooms spacious and the two main bedroom bathrooms take your breath away! Ordering food, groceries or anything you need is so easy from the location - make sure you download GoJek app. Mitha the host was very quick to respond and very respectful, she was always eager to know that everything was going smoothly for us, checking in with me to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking needs and the fans up above are a pleasant reprieve from the heat in Ubud. Air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the sliding glass doors everywhere give it a very open feeling! Perfect for multiple couples looking to enjoy time together but also to have their own separate space!

I Highly recommend this spectacular villa to anyone traveling to Bali! Mitha (Host) is the epitome of an incredible host anything we needed or had questions about she responded almost instantly, anything we wanted or needed we got! Dektik (Butler) was also amazing very helpful! We were also fortunate enough to book a private chef dinner which was phenomenal Chef and his wife are so sweet!! So thankful for this entire experience.

Great place , the staff was amazing extremely responsive the private chef was amazing, the host super responsive. The villa was spectacular the pools were beautiful.

整體來說很美，房間及浴室很大、房間冷氣很涼爽，拍照起來很漂亮。 房東回應快速，可以事先預約按摩及接送車非常好，也會透過通訊軟體先溝通好隔天的整理時間及補充水及衛生紙，謝謝房東。 但無提供備品，且公共空間比照片中小(泳池)且客廳無冷氣(中午時很熱)，希望能加裝冷氣就很完美了! 電視有附netflix等影音，每間房都可以收看很棒，可以待在住宿中一整天不出門! 雖然住宿價格有點高，但總結來說我們一家人度過美好時光。

Nous avons trouvé la villa très belle et très agréable. La piscine est super et la vue sur la jungle est apaisante. Il faut compter environ 10 minutes à pied pour accéder au premier restaurant. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant a l’image des balinais rencontrés d’une façon générale.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans la villa Romana, avec un coin piscine parfaitement agencé. J’ai fortement apprécié la décoration italienne qui apporte une ambiance charmante, ainsi que l'esthétique raffinée et le souci du détail dans toute la propriété. Cependant, nous avons été dérangés par le bruit des travaux à proximité. Heureusement, lorsque nous avons demandé poliment à l'équipe si elles pouvaient suspendre temporairement les travaux, elles ont coopéré, assurant ainsi un repos tranquille.

We (myself, my wife and three teenage kids) stayed in the villa from 1 to 4 January 2024, and had a wonderful time. It was the perfect relaxing retreat, and I’d recommend it to anyone for that purpose. Booking and check in process was worry free, as Paramitha was super responsive. The villa is new, the four villa rooms are all bright and airy, the pool is amazing and about 20m long (the photos look great but even then do not do it justice), and there was little to no outside noise. Our kids are super picky and hate staying anywhere new, but have all asked when we can stay again. I suspect my wife will also judge all future accommodation against it. I would note that if you are intent on doing things from the villa, you’d need the use of a car or scooters etc (but we weren’t, and so didn’t).

We stayed for Christmas and Mitha booked a private chef for us - a wonderful experience. The villa is beautiful and looks just like the photos. It’s in a very quiet and tranquil area, a taxi ride out of the centre of Ubud. Traffic was quite busy so had to allow plenty of time to get to places. Grab and Gocek came quickly. The jungle is at the bottom of the garden, very beautiful and wonderful animal and insect sounds. Dtik and Yeoman were exceptional housekeepers. Dtik kept in touch about their timings and was very responsive. We organised a great driver @gooddaybaligede and went to Mount Batur, the Monkey Forest, rice fields, coffee plantation and more. There is some ongoing construction work for a few more villas next door, a little noise but nothing major. We had a wonderful time and would love to go back to see more of Ubud. Our 17/21/24 year old children thoroughly enjoyed the villa and each had their own large bedroom. Everyone loved the outdoor bathrooms too.

The Villa is incredibly gorgeous. The manager is fantastic and provides excellent suggestions for things to do in the vicinity. It is impeccably clean and matches their pictures exactly. We will definitely return.

The most beautiful villa I’ve stayed at. Looks exactly like the pictures. There is construction next door but that did not bother us at all. The workers are very friendly. We were about 10 minutes driving to downtown Ubud. The Airbnb manager was very responsive, she offered room cleaning everyday & when we had any questions she always had the answers. She was amazing. Our Airbnb manager set us up with a driver named Yanik. After meeting Yanik we did not want any other driver. He was very friendly and helped make our trip 10 times better. If you don’t have a driver I’d suggested asking for Yanik if you want the smoothest trip.

Had a great time at this villa!! We had two full days of excursions scheduled and decided to cancel them to simply enjoy the amenities. Both Paramitha and the villa manager were very attentive and helpful in booking massages, meals and transport around the area. Highly recommend.

Paramitha's place is absolutely stunning and looks exactly like the photos. The villa itself is spotless and the rooms, furnishings, windows, everything is gorgeous. The pool was the highlight for our kiddos and they were thrilled to have the place for our family. The one downside is the location felt very inconvenient. Since I couldn't check the exact location before booking, it was tricky to determine how far it is from central Ubud - and it is FAR. I probably should've checked more carefully or asked for more info, but it did not feel convenient for spending time in Ubud and activities there at all. Still, if you're planning to spend time at the villa itself, it is 1000% worth it and such a beautiful, serene place. And the staff is all so kind and helpful, too!

Though it was a short stay but the villa was damn pretty and the staff is really helpful. The location is prime and close to ubud market street. Words can’t describe how gorgeous the villa looks. Will definitely plan again for a longer stay for sure 😁🫰🏻

It was exactly as in the pictures. Absolutely beautiful. Made with lots of attention to details and love. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfy. The toilets were spotless clean and huge. The pool was so amazing - you can see that in the pictures, its exactly like that with an endless view of the forest. The place was just by the side of the road - was very easy to approach. The butler and manager at site were extremely helpful and readily available. I have no complaints. Will definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the villa of Paramitha that exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the villa's location was absolutely breathtaking. lush greenery and overlooking a serene field, the views from the villa were simply stunning. The spacious living area provided a perfect gathering place for my family and friends, and the bedrooms were beautifully decorated, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The host of the villa was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Furthermore, the villa was equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. THE BEST VILLA WE EVER STAYED! So beautiful and stylish. We had the best stay at villa Romana. This villa really looks like from the movies. There are many swimming pool and decorations. There is an outdoor lounge in the middle of the water with a glass wall, it’s amazing! There is a jungle and river in front of the house and you can listen to the birds in the morning. All the rooms have flat screens tv with internet so my daughter could watch YouTube. The service is 5 stars. Paramitha was very kind and welcoming. We want to come back in September for our next Holliday. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. The place is clean, well decorated with nice garden and view on the jungle. It is well located in a quiet area but still close to ubud center for restaurants. Mitha was really helpful and recommended some great activities and restaurants for our stay. We will definitely come back someday

We had an amazing time at Villa Romana. The pool and the outside is so beautiful. Rooms are spacious, bright and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are very nicely designed with everything you need. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances to prepare meals. They have a water filter which is really helpful, and when the water runs out the staff changes it. The water in the pool is heated to the point that it felt just right. The host and staff were extremly responsive to all our requests. I can’t recommend enough this place. You feel like you are in paradise but at the same time at home. Thank you Mirtha and all the staff.
