Exploring Budget Cozy Room near center & pool left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Budget Cozy Room near center & pool was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Denpasar Barat plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Budget Cozy Room near center & pool painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

If it were a couple of nights stay, I wouldn't mind. Since this was a 2 week stay, the least I could have gotten is at least a painted room. Only bare plastered walls was kind of a let down. The other rooms at the residence I walked past by, had good ambience. I think they are doing a good job as far as maintaining other rooms except the one I got allocated. Pros - You get to socialize with different people as guests check in check out, staff managing the residence always have a smile.

Such a beautiful space! Great pool, helpful staff. (Instal a translator on your phone for clear communicating with the staff.) So nice when I lost my key. (I found it) It was a wonderful stay. I was jet lagged after 28 hours in transit with 3 hours of sleep and this was a little oasis in the midst of a bustling city. I slept for 12 hours. The one and only draw back was the dank smell in the windowless bathroom. It is in desperate need of ventilation. Bali is damp. It is what kept it from a 5 rating. Like any developing country there are construction glitches. (I am a designer and I always see the details missed) That being said, I would absolutely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at Luh’s place! She was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout my stay. Whenever I communicated a request or concern, she and her team were quick to reach out and make sure it was resolved or accommodated. The place was also easy to find, very accessible, and conveniently located close to the airport. Truly appreciate the warm hospitality and smooth experience. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay here! The place was very comfortable, and I genuinely felt at home during my time in Denpasar. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding, and always made sure I had everything I needed.

No television but I can live with that. Everything was as described. Respectful check in and hospitality.

I really like your room. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the hot‑water supply is consistent. However, there is a dance bar right across the street, and the building only has single‑layer glass. It gets really noisy for someone who does not sleep well.

Great place to stay

Sehr nette Unterkunft leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert das Personal war sehr nett.

Pratique pour une nuit avant ou après un vol. La chambre est simple mais correcte, et l’emplacement est un vrai plus : à environ 15 minutes de l’aéroport. J’y ai séjourné une nuit et cela a parfaitement répondu à mes besoins. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour un court séjour.

The accomodation was nice to find and there was a nice swimming pool. The only peeve I had was that there was no hair dryer in the room, it needed to be requested and it was fully loaned out when I needed it. There was also some stain on my mattress cover but I didn't flagged it out since I was just there one night, I am pretty sure they would have changed it quickly if I flagged it out. They are rather responsive.

The staff here were truly amazing and very accommodating throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The location was also very convenient, especially if you are doing a visa run or need quick access to the airport. That said, the biggest issue for me was the strong smell coming from the bathroom. Unfortunately, it really affected the overall experience of the room. Thankfully, I didn’t spend much time in the room, so it was manageable for a short stay. For a 1–2 night stay, especially if you just need something close to the airport, I think it does the job. The staff honestly helped make up for a lot of the negatives with how kind and helpful they were.

السكن ممتاز جدا بناء على السعر لكن ليس هناك الكثير من الخدمات حوله ايضاً هناك قليل من الضوضاء من الشارع القريب من المسكن والمكيف لم يكن بارداً جدا بل مقبول

Nous avons effectué un check in tardif et Luh nous a permis d’arriver sans problème, encore merci ! L’endroit et la chambre sont fidèles aux descriptions, bon rapport qualité prix et à proximité de l’aéroport, seul petit bémol : les draps étaient un peu humide, mais cela ne nous a pas pour autant empêché de dormir. Je recommande cet hébergement pour une arrivée tardive ou un départ tôt de l’aéroport.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s always an absolute pleasure! The host is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful as always. Highly recommend checking out the Korean BBQ place right next door, too!

Great place in a very central location. I felt right at home and I love that it is close to many restaurants and shops. The host is very proactive and responsive.

If you’re staying in the area, then this is the place! There are lots of nice restaurants and plenty of great places to chill. The rooms are clean and have everything you need to relax and feel comfortable. But the best part is the host: extremely nice and just a great person to deal with. I would definitely come back!

Stayed here to be near the airport and I loved the common area, so vibrant and pretty. Great location! My only issue was that my bedsheets had a lot of dead bugs on the outside but I think that was probably from where they were stored in laundry because the sheets had clearly been washed. Luh and the staff are so kind and responsive 😊

Everything is just as described! Early check-in is also available at no extra charge if the room is ready. Luh is so nice, friendly, and welcoming. The place is definitely worth it. There’s a lovely pool and lots of beautiful ferns, and I didn’t encounter any mosquitoes or other insects during my stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Denpasar! 🌿✨ GET THEIR MASSAGE TOO!!! Soooo goood. Also their LAUNDRY service is fantastic! All in all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great spot to stop by if one wants to avoid a longer trip after a long flight and wishes to take a quick pick at Denpasar. Check-in couldn't be simpler and a possibility of a late night quiet swim in the pool - perks of a solo travelling I suppose - was a perfect way to start a good night sleep. AC was a miracle during the night at some point.

Everything is good. The place itself is really cozy and lots of plants, pool is nice. Room is really clean and so many small touches that make it special. It is good to note that it is across a club that can be noisy at night, so if you're a light sleeper, be aware of this. Luh is very friendly and kind.

I had a very pleasant stay at Luhs Place Tendan Residence. The welcome was warm and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Daily room cleaning is available upon request, which was very convenient. I had a one small issues during my stay, but the team responded very quickly and always did their best to resolve everything as soon as possible — with great success. Overall, a super nice and welcoming team. For a short stay in the area, I can definitely recommend Tendan Residence!

Luh war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer wurden falls gewünscht jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Man konnte sich immer gratis Wasser holen. Der einzige kleine negativ Punkt war das es aus dem Bad öfter mal nicht gut gerochen hat. Vermutlich ist das aber auf Bali häufig der Fall. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft wirklich super!!

I had a wonderful stay at Luh’s place in Bali. Luh was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the accommodation was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were always attentive and friendly. A special mention to the fantastic Korean BBQ restaurant with the same name as the accommodation — the food was absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying! I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Bali. I had a fantastic experience and hope to come back again in the future!

Das war meine erste Unterkunft auf Bali. Ich wollte etwas, dass nicht so weit weg vom Flughafen ist, damit ich erstmal ankommen kann. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, die Kommunikation war ohne Probleme und Luh hat mich mit allen Informationen versorgt die ich gebraucht habe! Ich hatte einen kurzen Aufenthalt und war nur einen Tag am kuta Beach. Via Grab war dieser in 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Ich hab meinen Aufenthalt für die kurze Zeit sehr genossen. Restaurants sind überall. Danke!

One of the best hotel that I stay in Bali. The owner is amazing and friendly. The staffs are helpful. The owner has dogs too that are cute too for the animal lovers. The hotel atmosphere feels like traditional because of the wooden interior and so many plants. price is good too. I recommended this hotel for those that is looking for a stay with a good price but with an amazing services.

Luh est une charmante personne qui accueille ses hôtes avec simplicité et gentillesse. J’ai apprécié sa communication, ses conseils et ses services. La chambre proposée était propre, une petite lampe de chevet serait un plus. La piscine est relaxante et rafraîchissante. L’environnement extérieur et proche à la maison d’hôtes n’a pas d’intérêt et est assez bruyant avec la proximité de la route et le trafic. L’accès au centre de Seminiac est direct en scooter. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Excellent value for the money. Everything was perfect, and there were so many extra thoughtful touches that show how much Luh and her staff really care. Some examples are free, reusable shopping bags being available by the entry, the helpfulness of the staff at all times, and the first good sized insulated cup I’ve had for the variety of coffees and teas that they include.

Once again, 10/10!

Logement, très pratique et proche de l’aéroport, la salle de bain était très spacieuse et le lit très confortable. De plus, la chambre possède de nombreux rangements, ce qui est pratique. Le complexe était très bucolique et la piscine très agréable. Le logement est vraiment bien placé. L’hôte n’a pas hésité à me recommander des boutiques et des restaurants !

I stayed there for a night and chose this place as it looked clean and just 8 km away (30 mins) from the airport by a cab. The location is good overall just that beach is little far away. Overall it’s a good stay in the city.

Tendan Residence was a cheap and cheerful spot to end each day. The pool was clean and relaxing. Amongst frangipani trees and lovely landscaped gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cool and clean. Loved having the open air kitchen, where I could prepare my own meals and meet some of the other guests. I'll stay again next time I'm in Bali.

This place was amazing. The room was spacious, cool and clean. The bed was super comfy. Luh is the sweetest owner and always happy to help. Luh and her team are excellent hosts and I will definitely be coming back. I am so thankful for their hospitality. Rather than wax lyrical, I will give a practical example. My AC had an issue due to blocked drainage (happens) and there was someone at my door within the hour to fix it for me. It was a temporary fix but for the bigger work, Luh was happy to book around me and when I would be out so as not to inconvenience me. I am already missing the place and the three pups that are always so happy to see you as you pass on the staircase.

I highly recommend this place especially on your last days in bali , its not that far from the airport and you can relax by the pool. I love that it has a shared kitchen and they offer laundry services.

Great location in Denpasar, with a lovely and very responsive host ! We enjoyed swimming in the pool. We would definitely recommend this place !

Affordable, clean and great service! She accommodated my last minute request to extend my stay and I was able to easily switch to an available room. There were scooters to rent and laundry service was very convenient. Circle K was across the street and Legian beach was a short scooter ride away. I didn’t use the pool but it was clean and inviting. Kitchen and microwave available for my convenience as well. I would definitely stay again and will be encouraging my friend to book here if she chooses to stay in Denpasar when she goes to Bali.

It was a good short stay the host is super nice and helpful with everything and property is well maintained as per the price. Should definitely go for this place if you are looking for a budget stay in bali.

great place & value for money. It’s very close to the airport and most other locations I wanted to visit. I was able to day a day trip to Ubud from here and visit Cangyu. Luh is very responsive and even helped me with an adaptor when mine broke down at night. The place is very clean and I liked that the swimming pool was very peaceful, so I ended up swimming everyday I was there.

If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I absolutely would! Luh is one of the kindest people I have ever met in Bali. I injured my foot before my trip and was literally limping when I arrived, she constantly checked in on me to see how I was doing everyday and made sure to place me on the first floor when I arrived, which I found incredibly thoughtful and sweet. The hotel has a wonderful ambiance and a beautiful pool. The room is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s also conveniently located near Trans Studio Mall, making it easy to withdraw cash or grab something to eat + it's so close to the airport!!! The beach is only a 10-15mins Gojek ride away and I loved that the area where the hotel is located wasn’t crowded. I truly made the most of my stay with Luh, and I already plan on coming back next time, except I’ll be staying for a month! That’s how much I fell in love with this place. Highly recommend

Best place to stay in Kuta for short or long term rental. Luh and the entire team are one big welcoming family. Extremely attentive and considerate staff. Central location near everything in Kuta, plenty of bike parking onsite. Rooms are clean and comfortable, very big pool for Bali. Will recommend to anyone visiting Kuta.

Luh was so sweet. My phone broke down the night I stayed here and she offerd me to drive to a phone fixer the next morning together! Also the other guy let me borrow his phone just to make contact with my mom and friend. They were all really sweet! Great for the first night after you landed in Bali!!!!

I was warmly greeted on checking in, close to midnight. Everything was exactly as in the photos and more beautiful in real life. My bed was super huge and so comfortable! Nothing was too much for Luh and her team; friendly and professional. Local dining recommendations were appreciated and enjoyed immensely. I would definitely stay at Luh's residence again and highly recommend it.

My stay here was amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive at all times. The location is perfect — central and close to everything. Good cleanliness. It even has security at night. There are also several services available, such as motorbike rental, massages, and laundry, all at great prices.

Great stay, would definitely return and recommend! Room was spacious with everything you may need for a short or long stay. 30 seconds to restaurants and shops and a 5 minute walk from big shopping centre. 10 minutes from the beach. Host was very thoughtful and friendly, gave lots of recommendations! Thank you for having me :)

This place was absolutely lovely. The pool was key for cooling down in the heat of the day. The room was cute, clean, and comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches included, like the coffee and reusable cups/glass water bottles (minimal environmental impact). The shower had great water pressure and temperature. The host and staff were very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The location is outside the parts of the Kuta/Legian area overrun by tourists where there is a lot of price gouging, but close enough to good food and resources. I hope to come back for an extended stay next time. It seems like there are a variety of room types, including some with kitchenettes (though there is also a shared kitchen which is very convenient). The restaurant smelled really good though I didn’t get a chance to try it. I really enjoyed my stay!

What an absolute gem of a place. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is centralized to all the things I wanted to get to. They even have a scooter rental service which was reasonably priced and the process was super quick. I also met Luh twice at the korean bbq place she also owns, she worked both places, such a hard worker. The Korean BBQ restaurant they own is also great and the quality of the meat was excellent. Whenever I come to Bali this will be my home.

Rigtig skønt hotel med dejlig lille privat altan/udendørs siddeplads foran værelset. Fantastisk vært, som simpelthen var så sød, imødekommende og smilende. Jeg kan bestemt anbefale!

Great place to stay if flying the next day!

from the moment I got there luh went out of her way to make my stay as God as she could. I had an issue with internet, so she put an extender in my room, and a few days later upgraded the router. this was close to so many places, amazing food and you couldn't ask for more attendant staff.

Wat is Luh leuk! Enorm spontaan en altijd vriendelijk. Zij is pro-actief waar het gaan om serviceverlening. Het hotel ligt weliswaar aan een drukke straat maar daar merk je in het hotel helemaal niets van. Het hotel heeft naast prima kamers een goede vibe en is keurig netjes met een leuke algemene ruimte op de 3e verdieping. Luh heeft naast haar hotel ook nog een uitstekend en gezellig ingericht Koreaans restaurant. Dat is zeker ook de moeite waard. Kortom: er is geen reden te verzinnen om dit onderkomen niet te boeken.

Luh is a great host . We had a pleasant stay at the hotel .. the room is very spacious and that was a plus . They offer laundry service at a cost , but it’s very affordable and cheaper than other laundry places . The hotel is opposite Zoi club don’t worry you can barely hear any music from inside your room . There is a shared kitchen and the staff there is very friendly . Definitely recommend staying here.

Great place, very friendly staff and perfect location

提供各类一次性用品比如牙刷牙膏等等，之前我们去的好几个酒店包括租的villa都不提供牙膏 而且有主动的housekeep，会主动问我们，之前在乌布住了三晚别墅一次housekeep都没有（不过别墅提供每天新鲜水果和上门做早饭，整体体验肯定是别墅好） 房东也很热情，反馈也很及时，laundry服务也不贵，10k1kg 就是租车没那么方便，直接租车比较贵，我们是去别的地方租的，还需要额外给押金之类的，而且离的有一段距离，没在酒店租车方便，只能一口气租比较久 还有一个比较烦人的问题是酒店临街所以很吵，而且晚上十二点到凌晨四点貌似有酒吧一直在咚咚咚，前两晚完全没睡好，后面提早睡觉就好多了
