Exploring Calm 1-Bedroom villa with Pool in Petitenget left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Calm 1-Bedroom villa with Pool in Petitenget was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Calm 1-Bedroom villa with Pool in Petitenget painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Please do not be deceived by the seemingly good reviews of this place. This place is DIRTY & UNLIVEABLE. This place gave me & my partner bites ALL OVER OUR BODIES. We constantly woke up every single night to the itch and to scratch our bodies. By the end of the trip, my body was covered in red and itchy bites which didn’t resemble mosquito bites. I was in Bali for a week prior to this stay and never had problems with so many bug bites all over my body. Traumatising. We also found bugs underneath the bed on the mattress which we suspect are bed bugs. Raised the issue and the host refused to refund. Towel had stains all over them and they did not even replace the towels for our stay despite claiming that they will (towel had the same stains). This is UNACCEPTABLE. Wifi was also down for a whole night but the host was unresponsive after 8pm. This place is just overall one of my worst ever stays on airbnb and I cant believe I paid just to experience this. AVOID AT ALL COST

There were a few missing pieces as we got to the villa. But after the first day they were fixed. I expected the villa to be bigger based on photos but it felt really compact. I would expect better lighting in the ground floor, cleaner plumbing of pool and toilets. Overall this was satisfactory, I expected more.

The place is fine in theory, but not really well maintained, it really needs some maintenance work. There was mold in the bathroom and also when we arrived the bed sheets were not ok, stained and dirty, we asked them to change them and they did. Also, the whole place needs some maintenance, the sofa near the pool was another issue we had because I stayed there for a few hours and when I got up I was covered in paint where my body touched the sofa.

The place overall was good and comfortable. However, the private pool was not clean enough, which was disappointing. In addition, there was ongoing construction nearby that created noise and made it difficult to sleep well during our stay.

Great location with bars, restaurants, shops and laundry nearby. Hosts were very responsive to any queries before and during stay. We were unable to use the pool as it was dirty. We noticed bed bugs in our bed and alot of ants, spiders in the room too. The bathroom was difficult to use as it was as hot as a sauna in there. Also unable to use downstairs kitchen area as it was too hot. Water pressure in shower was extremely poor to have a proper shower.

Sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Der Pool war dreckig und die Pumpe war kaputt. Ein zurückgelegenes Taschentuch am Bett wurde gefunden und selbst an dem Tag der Reinigung von den Leuten auch nicht gefunden bzw. entfernt, obwohl das Bett gemacht wurde. Die Bilder entsprechen immerhin der Wahrheit. Einen Tag lang hat das Wasser nicht funktioniert (Rohrbruch). Beim Checkout wurde auch nicht gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war. Der Support war leider sehr schlecht.

Great place overall. Couldn’t believe the size of the villa, 2 story, massive private pool… truely amazing. Only complaint was the bed bugs. They kind fully changed the sheets but unfortunately there were still some after changing. I know these things happen so can’t be too disheartened, overall was an amazing place and would stay again.

The villa and reception were beautiful, the rooms in the villa were spotless and pool was very clean. We had floating breakfast during our stay and it was great, large portions and well worth the price. However… after staying 2 nights we began to wake up extremely itchy and covered in red lumps, upon further inspection we found bed bugs on the sheets and in the mattress creases, me and my partner were covered in around 10 bites each and these were very itchy, red and raised. We spoke to reception about this issue and they were very apologetic however I hope this gets resolved and cleaned correctly for the next guests who stay. Overall a fantastic stay but the bed bugs and bites knocked the stars down for us.

Beautiful villa and looked like pictures. Just disappointing that every morning wake up to room smelling like pee. Team at the villa went in every morning to try and fix the smell but every time just as bad which was a disappointment. Aside from that staff were lovely and friendly great location.

Two issues as to why we can't rate higher: 1) Address given is incorrect. Must enter Calm Villa into the maps app. If you enter the address from the reservation, it takes you to a different place. 2) We had a flood due to heavy rains. It was difficult to find someone as nobody is at the front desk after 8 pm and nobody answered our messages and no telephone in units. We did eventually find a security guard that helped move us to a dry unit. They did pay to have our clothing that got wet laundered, but they wanted us to move back into the flooded unit claiming they fixed the leak the next day. We refused. Staff is friendly and they did apologize multiple times for our inconvenience. But overall, it wasn't a great experience.

- 직원들이 친절합니다. - WA 답장이 빠른 편입니다. - 화장실이 2개입니다. - 식기 도구 다양하며, 구입한 지 얼마 안돼 보입니다. 냄비 크기도 생각보다 커서 좋았는데, 가위가 없는 건 좀 아쉬웠어요. - 로비로 가는 길이 멀어요.. 특히 저희는 거의 끝자락에 위치해서 이동하기 좀 번거로웠습니다. - (제일 중요) 주방 층과 침실 층이 분리됨.. 식사할 때(특히 점심) 꽤 덥습니다. 사진만 보면 주방과 침실이 같은 층에 위치해있는지 전혀 알 수 없습니다. 게다가 설명에 보니 1층에 침실이 있다고 하는데, 다른 호수는 어떨지 모르겠네요. 예약 전에 꼭 물어보고 예약하실 것을 권장합니다. - 체크아웃 시간이 11시인 것 살짝 아쉽슴다.. 그리고 침대 옆 콘센트 길이가 살짝 멀어서 핸드폰 충전하며 사용하기는 힘든 부분 참고해주세요.

We had a lovely stay at Ary’s Place! The villa is very clean and tastefully furnished with modern décor, giving it a cozy yet stylish vibe. It’s a spacious two-level villa with a private pool — a definite highlight! While the pool could use a bit of maintenance, it was still in good condition and perfect for a refreshing swim. The location is super central — just a quick 5-minute scooter ride to anywhere in Seminyak. What we really appreciated was that, despite being so central, the villa is tucked away in a quiet corner, making it a calm and peaceful retreat — just as the name suggests. The only downside was the bathtub, which had very low water pressure and no hot water. That said, the shower and sink had hot water and worked perfectly fine, and we honestly didn’t raise it during our stay. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy Seminyak — would definitely recommend!

le logement est très agréable, grand et propre. la piscine n'a pas de vis à vis et elle est grande. Le logement est à environ 10 minutes à pieds de la plage mais le chemin pour y parvenir est un peu glauque. Le logement est assez éloigné de la partie animé de Kuta (bars branchés, beach club...).

Living area is bigger than it looks in pictures. A fair bit of mozzies but its expected. Hosts do provide insect repellent.

Everything about the villa was good, good location beautiful place and the pool was the best part the biggest I’ve seen in a villa like this. The only problem was the services because there were none.

Great staff, location is well away from the beach so you need to travel there. Only issues were a large mouse or rat was living in our roof and we watched him run up the wall and go into the ceiling material. In addition we seemed to have alot of small black jumping spiders that were annoying.

Deze villa had een heel mooi zwembad en buitenruimte. Het bed was comfortabel. Het water in het algemeen was met ups and downs. Soms geen stomend water soms was er geen druk,… Het was een stille omgeving op wandelafstand van de drukke stad. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mijn eerste kanen had wat schimmelgeur. Ze hebben de kamer behandeld met tea tree olie en de dag erna heb ik een betere kamer gekregen. De communicatie met de host en het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en gaf me graag veel informatie over hun cultuur. 🙏🏻

It was a good place to stay

This was a cool little place. The living area with pool was spacious, the upstairs bedroom was a little small but ok. bathroom, large great, no smell. bed- excellent pillows- many and excellent aircon- working well ceiling fans- downstairs and up working well shower- good The service here was also excellent. good value.

Die Unterkunft war schön und entsprach den Bildern. Was man wissen muss, in der Unterkunft riecht es nach Bast (getrocknetem Stroh), weil die Decke damit ausgekleidet ist. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden 👍

Calm Villas was exactly that. A beautiful little oasis in an otherwise busy location. The villa was lovely and quiet with a fantastic pool. Short walk to beach but also just around corner from great restaurants. From the beach easy walk to bars and clubs if that’s your thing. Staff were all amazing and very accomodating to all requests. Great stay

The place had nice amenities and the staff were very communicative. It was also walkable to several restaurants in the Seminyak area.

Lovely villa! Super comfortable and clean 😃 Great spot right near the main strip! As the Villa is located at the end of a dead end road just be prepared to walk a little bit to get onto the main strip. Also If you want to tan there isn’t much sunlight, as is covered by the frangipani tree. Other than that a great stay!!!

Our stay was even better than we expected! The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean, minimalist, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring Bali. This was a lovely villa. The location was a little way out for me as I had appointments in legion but apart from that, it was great. The beach is a short walk and restaurants are around. The hosts were responsible and the villa was comfortable. I would recommend.

Felt at home with a easy check in and always a friendly face around. Responses were immediate and the place was so clean and well throughout! Pool is huge and great amenities too. Walking distance to some many great restaurants! We will back for sure!

I am so happy we stayed here, it was an incredible stay and well worth the price! It truly is a private villa, we felt like royalty with how much space we had and our own private pool (plus 1.5 bathrooms)! The pool was huge, the daybed on the pool was my favourite spot to soak up the sun and the bedroom is beautiful. The villas are located on a bit of a side street, I loved this because it meant we were shielded from almost all outside noise. The staff were so incredibly helpful, very responsive, and always friendly! It's a beautiful villa. Just don't follow the location on Airbnb. Search for Calm Villa instead in Maps. Everything is clean and well designed Just unfortunate my unit is the nearest to the Reception and hence lack of privacy and noisy. Especially with a rooster that has its biological clock messed up and start waking us 4am everyday. Anyway, the service overall is great.

We were surprised by how big the place was - we had a downstairs area with a private pool, fridge and kitchenette and an upstairs bedroom complete with bathtub! The checkin was simple and fuss free and the staff was really friendly and helpful :)

Extremely hospitable staff, always friendly and smiling. Villa is exactly what the picture portrayed. Clean, beautifully furnished and spacious. Circle K mart is just 400 M away and there is everything you need in terms of amenities. Only downside is bringing along an angry partner.

I cannot rate Calm Villas' highly enough! Clean, quiet and had everything we needed to either stay in and cook or go to nearby warangs/clubs. The beach was less than a 5 minute easy walk away, with the most spectacular sunsets for you to enjoy. We will not be back to this party of Bali again, however if you like a place near seminyak/cannguu without the hustle and bustle, we highly recommend Calm Villa's! Lastly, nothing was ever a problem for staff. Calm Villas' is truly up there as one of the best self contained Villas' we've stayed in in Bali. and we've stayed in a few!

Amazing 5D4N stay! Villa was spacious and felt very private, but extremely convenient to get around. Around 10-min walk to the beach via the shortcut. Very near to the bustle of Seminyak and nearby to cafés/eateries. The villa was very clean and tidy. Staff were extremely friendly and responsive to queries.

Amazing stay at Ary’s place. Staff on hand were very helpful throughout our stay and communicated extremely well. The property was exactly like the pictures , if not better. Location was good, not too far a walk from bars and restaurants or an easy scooter ride if not. Very welcoming. Great price also, would certainly recommend.

Everything was so nice!! A very comfortable space to spend a week in, if not more. There was free filtered water, A/C in the bedroom, beach towels, mosquito coils and spray provided. The host even arranged a mosquito net for us at my request. The staff were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with, they had local recommendations and made up the villa every day at a time of our choosing. The villas are also behind reception so you’re not directly on the road, which I liked in terms of feeling safe. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, we felt right at home.

My husband and I stayed here upon arrival in Bali for our honeymoon. We were so impressed with the villa and location! We felt so at home and the villa looks just as nice as the photos. We were greeted with a smile and the host helped us arrange a driver from the airport ahead of time for a smooth check in. We were able to walk everywhere which we enjoyed and also had ordered in home breakfast from the host that was really tasty to start our first day. It’s private and quiet but close enough to go explore the beach and restaurants. They had daily cleaning and when I accidentally left my tablet on the bed after checkout they rushed to flag us down when we had driven off to deliver it to me. I truly appreciated them going the extra mile by scooter to return it. If you’re considering this villa I highly recommend! We were in Bali for almost 3 weeks and this one was our favorite.

We had an amazing time at the private villa. The ambience was just right, a beautiful tree, a private pool, the dining, the kitchen and the room, everything was perfect for us! It even exceeded our expectations and the photos doesn't make justice for the place! We enjoyed the optional floating breakfast! The whole place is sky lit, we loved it! We stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The villa was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed and perfect for couples. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel really welcomed. We opted for the floating breakfast and it was splendid! The location in Seminyak/Kuta was ideal. The location is peaceful and away from the bustling city, yet easy to get around as we rented a motorbike. Just to note, the bedroom is on the second floor. Overall, we had an amazing and memorable stay. Thank you Ary and team for the wonderful hospitality!

We had a great stay at Calm Villa. The location is great, close to main shopping and food places but far enough away that it is still very peaceful. Easy walking distance to the beach as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and accomodating, we checked in late at night and they were waiting for us. We would stay here again.

Très belle villa, propre et bien décorée. La salle de bain est bien fournie, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Une machine à laver serait un plus. Les alentours sont accessibles à pieds, pleins de boutiques et restos. Je recommande !

Enjoyed our stay here, it felt clean and spacious. The bed was really comfy. My only criticism is that the pool could use an extra filter to prevent all the things floating inside but overall the experience was great and the reception staff were helpful and kind.

Wir waren hier insgesamt 5 Nächte und waren begeistert. Wir konnten aufgrund unserer späten Ankunft trotzdem problemlos einchecken. Auf Fragen und Nöte ist sofort eingegangen worden und es wurde sich immer gleich gekümmert. Täglich wurden wir gefragt wann die Unterkunft gereinigt werden soll. Sie haben sich stets an uns gerichtet und waren dort zeitlich sehr flexibel. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Unterkunft und sehr gute Gastgeber. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Could not recommend this place more. The location was close to everything on a bike but was super quiet. Pictures looked exactly like the space. Bed was super comfortable. Both staff at the accommodation and through Airbnb had excellent communication. Would book again when returning to Bali.

We stayed in Calm Villa for 3 nights and found that it was in a perfect location, plenty of cafes and restaurants around and was in walking distance to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and cleaned the villa daily.

The place was exactly as in the pictures and the staff was extremely helpful. Its beautifully located in close proximity to the market so nice to have a walk around. Beach is hardly a 10 minute walk so thats a bonus. Overall, a good value for money and excellent location.

Had an amazing stay at this Villa! Was close to the main area of Seminyak. Close to many great cafes and restaurants. Ary set us up with an airport transfer which was perfect for our late flight. Highly recommend their Villas!

J’ai séjourné une nuit dans ce logement à Bali et c’était une véritable pépite ! Le lieu est splendide, décoré avec goût, très propre et incroyablement apaisant. Tout est parfaitement pensé pour que l’on se sente bien. Je recommande les yeux fermés et j’y retournerais sans hésiter !

Accomodation was really good, but the fridge couldn’t keep anything cold unfortunately. We did let reception know upon check out, wasn’t a big deal but definitely needs fixing. The stay was beautiful, the staff were so lovely and accomodating, I can’t remember his name but one of the night receptionist helped me and my partner when he fell sick, I am so grateful for this. Will definitely come back, great value for money, beautiful furniture and villas. The pool was perfect for us two, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and just overall a gorgeous stay, thank you for having us.

We booked the villa with a hope for an unforgettable experience and it truly lived up to our expectations. The decor was really nice, cottage core minimal. It had both bath tub and shower facilities with hot water and good quality toiletries. The porch was our everyday hangout and chill place by the pool and the kitchen area was nice. It has modern utensils if you want to make memories while cooking breakfast. The bedroom linen, washroom and entire space was amazing. The AC was perfectly working and cold. Overall we loved it and would surely want to go back! To wrap up, the staff were the cherry on top with their warm behaviour and constant prompt check up on us. Loved Calm Villa 🤍

Highly recommended private villa for a staycation in the Seminyak area—loved the ambience, very strategic location. Just a small note: the swimming pool was slightly dirty, likely because our villa is located at the very back making it less noticeable? The debris consisted of laron wings and small leaves from nearby trees. Overall, the place is stunning with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return and keep this villa in mind for future visits🫶

Beautiful villa. My favorite part was the pool. Another pro is that they have AC that actually works and keeps the room cool unlike other 5 villas that we stayed at throughout bali. A plus is their restroom lighting that allows you to be able to do your makeup. NO other villa we stayed at had good bright light to see clearly. Thank you

Kebersihan villa sangat baik hampir seperti hotel bintang 4, sangat worth the price untuk harga dibawah 2 juta rupiah di saat peak season lebaran. Kekurangan hanya 1 yaitu tekanan air shower yang tidak stabil dan saya yakin sangat mudah untuk ditingkatkan oleh management villa. Definetly will come back again on our next bali trip!

Our Villa gets cleaned everyday and we get asked what appropriate time they should come and clean Pool is clean and warm. Beautiful spacious bedroom and aircon is amazing after a 33 degree day coming into a 19 degree room #sogood. Bathroom is big and clean, also offered amenities like toothbrush and showercap We were wondering where to do our laundry but the staff helped us by giving our laundry to the nearest laundromat themselves and having it delivered at reception 10/10 helpful and friendly staff they even helped us bring all our luggages to checkout Also 5 minute distance to Circle K and 9 minutes to Kelia Spa and Minimart. Close to restaurants and things that you need Recommend this place and would come back again!

Good location and very aesthetic accommodation. Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils. Good breakfast for an added price. It was last minute order but arrived on time just before we start the day of the tour.

I would say a single word about my stay was "Wow" Reasons : Clean & hygiene - Pool/Hall/Toilet/Bathtub everything Loved the fragrance of towels Body washer/Shampoo provided. Pool is alomst 30 feet long - end to end of villa lenght but width is bit unconfortable as my hands got hit few times due to short width but i loved pool why because 50% of pool covered by roof so enjoyed while raining also. Pool deck also good . Living hall is in ground floor which is bigger with fan and a small toilet , open kitchen with kinfe/plates/openers/Fridge/Micro oven but No direct plugpoints option at ground floor to put mobile in charge . They cleaned every day . Bed room is at first flood with attached big bathroom /Bath tub - super clean very comfort bed with nice 32inch Tv. had a peacefull noiceless sleep in bedroom. Security is there always so no one can come in without their knowledge Big one which i liked is exactly opposite to villa there is small shop to buybasic necessary thing

Its a very calm and beautiful place to live, when you wanna enjoy your time in Bali. It is surronded by many local resturants and also market. Also, if you are a beach lover, it is the best place to have which is just 15 mins from Semniyank and many other pool clubs.

Location was a little further away from places we wanted to visit, but nothing a quick Gojek ride couldn’t fix. Absolutely loved this place.

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The accommodation exceeded expectations and was pleasantly surprising, very exquisite and attractive. The pool is 120 meters deep, appearing larger than in the pictures. The lower level features a living room with an open kitchen that leads to the pool, along with a separate small toilet. The upper level consists of a delicate bedroom with an attached bathroom. Perfect for taking photos and having fun with the family. I recommend everyone to stay at this accommodation.

Great stay! The place is very spacious for 2 people, the pool is bigger than average pool size in Bali villas that you’ll find. There was an issue with the water faucet in the bathtub when we were there, but the staffs were always very responsive and able to rectify the issue in a very fast manner. Hosts were very responsive and friendly! Overall, very good stay there.

This is definitely the best villa I have stayed in Bali. The place is even better than the picture! It is private, clean, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the pool is big enough and clean, the bed is clean and comfy, the bathroom is very clean and the water (& hot water)’s pressure is great! The staff are also nice & helpful, and they will clean your room everyday. However, there’s couple of stairs to climb to the bedroom but this wasn’t a problem for us. It’s perfect for young couple who wants to get away from the bustling city but close enough to nice spas & restaurants. It’s 20mins walk from Petitenget beach (it can be less if you use the shortcut), and from that Petitenget Beach, you can basically walk 10-15mins to great beach bars. Overall, the villa is so pretty and offers you the beach villa vibe. We actually adjusted our itinerary so we can spend a whole day enjoying our villa. We definitely recommend this villa to everyone who’s coming to Seminyak!

The place is really nice like the pictures and descriptions, the staff is really nice too and it’s easy to talk to them if you need something. The only thing that we didn’t like it’s that there was sometimes sewage smell in the bathroom but other than that it’s worth staying there!

The villa was always spotless and they offered to clean every day. The beach is only 10 minutes walk with a few restaurants to choose from, it is the quieter side of Seminyak beach. It’s also not far from a Main Street with shops and restaurants on. Couldn’t recommend this villa enough and I hope to go back

We loved our stay at Calm Villa It was very clean and beautiful we loved that the room was upstairs Aircon worked great and great receptionist at desk Everyday they cleaned our room replaced the Towels and are able to do laundry service for extra cost Right near Kynd cafe and other cute cafes 10/10 stay would definitely come back again

Calm Villas were just that… calm and beautiful. The Villa had everything we needed and more. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful villa with all amenities listed. Enjoyed the stay very much although it was only for 1 night.

Great location and yet private villa. 10 minutes walk to the beach and to the main road. Many good restaurants in the surrounding. Beautiful sunset. Villa was well maintained and clean. Clean shower and bathtub and toilet. Comfortable bed. Long pool for good swim. Had a great holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Calm Villa. It's very beautiful and functional. Interior is well-thought of. Location is very accessible. They also have a 24/7 guard on duty who helps you with the luggage. We highly recommend it to friends!

To say this villa is beautiful is simply an understatement. It has a spacious private pool, kitchen, and two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), and the whole suite feels like I'm in heaven. I have absolutely no complains, the location is slightly far away from the crowd but that means peace and nothing a taxi wouldn't fix. Will recommend:)

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Es wurde jeden Tag gesäubert und man konnte über Whats App mit der Rezeption in Kontakt treten. Die Lage war sehr ruhig aber zu Fuß waren Restaurants, Strand, Einkaufszentrum und noch mehr zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Beautiful villa! The staff was extremely helpful in making our stay comfortable. The location was quiet and very walkable for restaurants and Batu Belig beach, but expect to take a taxi for further locations. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would book again.

Arrived late, but they still made a great effort for us (also asked for breakfast late, and they didn't make it an issue). Place is actually more spacious than we imagined or from the photos, which are very accurate. Tip: There are several roads with the same name, but if you tell the driver the place is in Petitenget, they get it right away!

This villa is absolutely stunning! The attention the detail and cleanliness was just amazing. Great location, just a short walk to the beach with some very nice beach bars/restaurants and the other way is a short walk to lots of convenience stores, restaurants and shops. The floating breakfast was just amazing, an experience I will never forget. The villa over all is amazing. Good value for money and it is such a relaxing and quiet place to stay to get some tranquility in your holiday while also being close to everything you need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend staying here

The place is superbly clean and beautifully designed. The place looks absolutely better in person than in the photos. Nice plates and cutlery, pots, water dispensers and stove all provided.

Amazing Apartment!!!

The communication was very prompt and they helped us organise an extra night's accommodation when our flights were changed. We absolutely loved the villa, it was clean and quiet and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again as it had everything we needed. It is a bit of a walk to shops etc, but GoJeks to Seminyak Village/Sisterfields costs about $1.50 and they come very quickly

OMG it was soooo great! Everything was excellent, check in was easy, friendly and helpful staff. The building is still new, all clean. Pool superb cool!! We enjoy swimming day & night at this villa because the pool indoor and outdoor.
