Exploring Camaya Bali - Metangi Bamboo House left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Camaya Bali - Metangi Bamboo House was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Selat plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Camaya Bali - Metangi Bamboo House painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Cabaña acorde a las vistas, pero el personal te mete prisa absolutamente para todo y te hace sentir incómodo cada vez que necesitas algo, solo están para ganar dinero ya que tienen la fama. La cabaña es bonita, pero hay un montón de sitios igual de guapos y más y con personas agradables y estupendas. En definitiva, no os guiéis por las buenas reseñas, no merece la pena pagar tanto por ese trato tan pésimo que dan. Si queréis leer la reseña completa , leerlo en Google. Pero no lo recomiendo a nadie. Que no os engañe

Le lieu est incroyable, l’accueil parfait, cependant a l’arrivée dans notre chambre nous avons pu constater la présence d’insecte ( de chenilles) dans le premier lit, et dans le second il y avait pleins d’autres insectes à l’intérieur des draps, les rideaux qui permettent de s’enfermer dans le lit avait des traces de sang et n’était pas propre du tout. Nous nous sommes fait attaquer par deux chauve-souris qui était à l’intérieur de la chambre, les employés on était injoignable pendant 1h nous avons dormi d’un œil qu’à partir de 3h du matin. Nous étions pressés de partir ..

A very idyllic and picturesque place, just like in the photos and other testimonials. Perfect for a 2-3 night stay, especially to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city or anywhere further south. The food was good, especially the paella, and the massage was exceptional value for money. The location is quite far out, but that allows for the more peaceful surroundings. There are plenty of signs of nature and wildlife, especially in the evenings, which can lead to a less peaceful nights’ sleep, but all in all is still a very calming location to chill and relax for a few days.

Paysages à couper le souffle cependant: - moustiquaires sales et trouées - plein de bêtes mortes sur les moustiquaires - logement isolé donc obligés de dîner à leur resto qui prépare les plats à l’avance et donc les réchauffe au moment du dîner. Ce n’est pas acceptable étant donné le prix du repas. Pour le petit dej la même histoire … petit dej réchauffé - communication par téléphone car réception à 5 minutes en voiture de la villa donc parfois des failles … - grenouilles dans le jacuzzi … - pas de gaz pour chauffer le jacuzzi donc pas de préparation avant notre arrivée Résumé: 450€ la nuit pour la vue bien évidemment excessivement cher et ça ne vaut pas le coup! Autant payer pour voir une rizière.

La propriété est magnifique, tous était parfait ! Que ça soit la chambre, la vue, la nourriture, le loft en dessous, le jardin etc petite chose… les insectes n’en parlons pas et durant la nuit ne pas avoir peur des petits animaux ! Agréable séjour sinon

Las Cábañas son muy bonito y las citas maravillosas pero hay algunas cosas que deberían de mejorar… alquilas una villa de esta característica y esperas tener todos los privilegios… tenemos un dron y desde antes de ir o cómunicamos que nos gustaría volarlo… cuando llegamos se nos comunica que exclusivamente lo podemos volar de 8 am a 9 am , les pido por favor que me dejen volarlo al atardecer o a primera hora de la mañana y se niegan rotundamente poniéndome por excusa la privacidad de otras villas y cual es mi sorpresa que a las 7 am solo y exclusivamente lo vuelan ellos para hacer reportajes fotográficos a quien los paga , lo cual te obliga a pagar este servicio sino te pasa lo que nos ocurrió a nosotros que no hay ni un solo vídeo de buena calidad ya que él sol impide tener calidad en los vídeos y fotos…. Pienso que es un abuso después de lo que pagas por el alojamiento y un engaño hacia los huéspedes ya que previo aviso en ningún momento se comunica que tendríamos horarios para vola

The most beautiful spot in Bali if you want to enjoy nature and the scenery. Definitely a lifetime experience. It was exactly as described and looks like the magical photos. Considering it is open door tree house, the space was extremely clean so the staff definitely take cleaning very seriously. The hospitality was top notch and everyone was so nice and just friendly… restaurant had very high quality food, I wish I could dine there everyday! Note about bugs: never got bit by anything. I can hear bugs at night, but never actually saw anything bigger than the size of a pea. (It never rained during my stay and weather was nice)

Měli jsme velká očekávání vzhledem ke krásným fotkám zde i na internetu. Nicméně nic z toho se nevyrovná pohledu na vlastní oči. Neskutečné prostředí, vše promyšlené do posledního detailu. Naproský klid a krásná příroda. A třešinčkou na dortu byla restarace, kde dokonale vaří. Není co vytknout.

Staff amazing!

Definitely one of the main highlights of my vacation, very peaceful and away from the tourist traps and crowds. The whole staff made us feel very welcome and they took such amazing care of us, food was wonderful, I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know!

This place is a dream! The location, views, food, massages, service, comfort, attention to detail etc were all incredible. My husband and I visited during the rainy season and there were quite a few bad periods of rain, but honestly it just made the views even more stunning. We had the absolute best time and will definitely return!!

The Camaya bamboo house was such a beautiful home and place to stay at. My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon and this was our last location before departure home. The place is located in the mountains on top of rice fields you feel like you’re in the middle of the jungle. The shower was outdoors in the greenery which was beautiful. The jacuzzi also is heated which was a nice touch - we even enjoyed it in the rain. They have a projector so we were able to watch Netflix shows/ movies with Bluetooth headphones. And you can text front desk to order food/ room service. Be prepared to see insects, lizards and wild life - but you are in the jungle!! Beautiful accommodation, thank you !

Die Ausstattung, Aussicht und das ganze Erlebnis ist einfach atemberaubend. Dies war eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, die wir je erlebt haben. Das Personal ist gut zu erreichen, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Für ein paar Tage Auszeit in der Natur Balis ist es mehr als zu empfehlen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

This was likely the most beautiful setting I have ever stayed at. Completely private and beyond spa-like. Overlooking a valley of terraces, your own private heated hot tub, and a completely open air concept - beyond stunning. Late November and some showers while we were staying - hardly any insects (nothing compared to Canada in the summer). Close the encompassing bed netting at night and turn the lights off - hardly saw an insect. A few lizards, geckos and frogs around that you might see on the wall, but nothing to bother you. The nature that you do get to see or hear is absolutely beautiful and suits the open air setting perfectly. Bathroom was crazy beautiful. Step up to an outdoor shower of zen. We lived on the mesh netting overlooking the valley. If you want to take the most beautiful pictures in the world and turn your partner into a professional model - here is where you can take magazine cover photos. Everyone turns beautiful in this setting. Staff beyond good.

Where do we start with Camaya? We were greeted by the friendliest staff, made to feel right at home, and what can we say about our house, it was breathtaking! The view, the cleanliness, design of the structure was impressive. This trip was a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday and he couldn’t have been happier and Camaya helped in making that happen. Being content creators with @traveling2pairodice we had a variety of opportunities to create incredible footage during our stay. Thank you Camaya for making our stay so special and doing custom service right. 20/10 we recommend!

L’équipe nous a préparé une décoration pour notre honeymoon et a appris entre temps qu’il s’agissait de mon anniversaire. L’équipe est arrivé en surprise avec un gâteau d’anniversaire. Our stay at Camaya was beautiful and peaceful, we wish we’d stayed longer to soak it all in a bit more! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Metangi house, which is across the small valley from the main reception, so they shuttle you between the restaurant, spa etc. Although we enjoyed our stay it’s worth noting if you want the hot tub heated up in advance, you need to let them know. The restaurant is very small, so definitely book table 1 if you want the amazing views during the sunset times. We had a couples massage and the flower bath with breakfast whilst there, which were both top notch. Thanks to all the staff who made our honeymoon visit special.

WOW. I was speechless when I made it to my villa. It was everything I hoped for and more! The view was unreal and I felt so incredibly grateful just to be there to witness it morning and night. I went in, knowing about being an open nature but I only encountered one friendly gecko and was not bitten by any mosquitoes at all. They do a really good job at providing double curtains and mosquito nets plus mosquito repellent in the room let’s talk hospitality and staff here is 10/10 everyone was so punctual and so friendly and made me feel completely safe and welcoming as I traveled solo. Communication was extremely easy via app with both the front desk and the kitchen speaking of kitchen. This was some of the best food I’ve ever had lol everything was so tasty and presented so nicely. I have to shout out my drivers Wayan and Gusti! They got me to where I needed to go and we’re both so friendly and we had great conversations and they taught me a lot about Bali and its culture. ❤️

Similar to other reviews, we had a a superb time at this awesome accomodation. Majestic views and a beautiful location. Very friendly host and great service. The only issue was that the dinner we ordered was luke-warm (which is why we decided to eat in the restaurant the 2nd night). Not sure how this can be resolved considering the accomodation isn’t directly near the restaurant. Also, the included breakfast could have been a bit more substantial. Regardless, a warm recommendation!

We had the most incredible stay. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay so special. The view was breathtaking! The only thing that would made our stay better is if there were a speaker for the projector and not headphones. Other than that everything was perfect!

We're so grateful to have honeymooned at Camaya Hill Metangi with Made and his family/team as hosts. They are very hospitable, and made sure our stay was peaceful and memorable. The location is stunning and very immersed in nature. All the lush greenery is good for the soul. Some of the animals we saw in or around the villa include dogs, cat, iguanas, lizards, squirrels, mice, swallows, frogs, toad, spiders (sizes small to very large), and stag beetle. It's a great place to rest and recharge, and you can also easily venture out for excursions. Thank you, Camaya team! We will never forget your generosity, friendliness, and how you treated us like family.

Camaya Bali is the ultimate jungle resort experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by our impeccably maintained villa, offering unparalleled views that left us speechless. Amazing bamboo house! Made was very responsive through communication and everything was well organised from check in to ordering food. Massages were really good and the views are insane of the jungle. Games are provided for and was there when we checked in. Would definitely stay at another bamboo house at Camaya again!

The most amazing place we’ve ever stayed!! It’s even more incredible than the pictures which I didn’t even think was possible. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was the most delicious food ever! We were there for our honeymoon and it is the perfect, relaxing destination for that. It’s truly a one of a kind, five star place to stay and we couldn’t recommend it more!

We stayed here with another couple and had an AMAZING time. The staff here was absolutely amazing. They were very attentive, respectful, and quick to respond. The massages that we had were fantastic. The food and drinks were great. We have nothing but good things to say about our stay. We did the Silver rings class and had a blast! Definitely worth the experience. I got a bracelet and my wife got a toe ring. Our other friends both got rings that they made. My buddy and I opted to do the Mt Batur sunrise hike. We started at 2:30AM pickup and were back by 10AM. I CANT RECOMMEND THIS ENOUGH! We had a blast! Such a memorable experience. The views are amazing in the villa. Very quiet and perfect for a quiet get away. The driver that we had, Komang, was fantastic as well. If you are on the fence about this location, DO IT!!!! We will be back next time! Suksma!!

Camaya is a peaceful place surrounded by beautiful rice fields, the nature is amazing. Waking up with the sound of nature was priceless. The bamboo house itself is just perfect. Bed was the most comfortable one we ever stayed. Staff (especially Agung) were friendly, kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Camaya Hills to everyone. Looking forward for our next stay.

Beautiful property. Great communication and lots of activities offered. Metangi is a bit of a drive from the lobby but they offer in room dining so it wasn’t a problem. Sunrise hike, massages, romantic dinner, and floating breakfast all fantastic!

Beautiful and relaxing place that feels both luxurious but also very cozy. For example we loved the projector and screen downstairs, we had a movie night in the bed. The view is amazing and the staff were always helpful and friendly.

Stayed for 2 nights and it was no other place I’ve stayed before! First of all the view from the villa was breathtakingly beautiful and the place was perfectly clean! We arrived late in the evening and the team took well care of us, they helped us check in and transported us to the villa and was extremely kind and helpful! All the food was amazing with it being delivered quickly to the villa if we wanted to! All the food we had was delicious and beautifully dished! nothing to complain about! Highly recommend staying here, it’s an experience to not forget! 🙌🏼😊

Everything was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. THE BEST. I really mean it, SIMPLY THE BEST. The views are even better than the photos. We arrived in the afternoon and were blown away by the spectacular views! We decided to spend every minute of our 2 days there in the room. We didn’t want to go anywhere else. We had delicious food delivered to the room via a fantastic staff (any opportunity the staff gets, they go above and beyond to provide exceptional service). Loved every bite! Great menu options. Excellent quality and taste! If you are afraid of bugs, be aware that it’s in open nature and you may see a few, but they have bug spray so you can take care of it. We really didn’t have any problems to report. Just wish we had a few more days to do some outside activities. We will be back FOR SURE. Thank you so much to the ENTIRE TEAM. Also, we did the fire pit both nights that was purely MAGICAL. SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Tucked away in a quiet area this place is amazing. Comes with very friendly and attentive staff. You text them via your phone to order food or any service. They offer flower baths, bonfires, movie nights, etc. has everything you want for a romantic getaway. The view is 10/10 outlooking the rice terrace.

WOW! What an absolutely amazing stay we had here at the Camaya Bali. From the moment you arrive, the staff takes excellent care of you and your luggage. You are welcomed into a serene almost movie like setting with beautiful views onto the rice terraces. A welcome drink and towel are swiftly handed to you. After check-in the staff will drive you to the room which is located nearby. Throughout our entire stay they were always reachable by app and you could order anything or ask questions if ever needed. We were impressed by how diligently we were taken of, how well the food was prepared and how excellent the staff was. Each day they were polite, addressed us by name and seemed genuinely passionate about Camaya. The staff was a solid 10/10, however the villa has so much more to offer. Waking up with a view of the rice terraces is simply breath taking. Having traveled around a lot, I am confident to say this was one of the most picturesque scen

The most amazing Airbnb experience I have to date. The villa was stunning with more amenities than you could imagine. Food was delivered right to us and the staff was beyond kind, responsive, and helpful! Worth every penny as this was an unforgettable stay. We stayed only one night and wish we had done two. It was beautiful and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and everything was top of the line. I cannot recommend this place more. If you’re considering BOOK IT. You won’t regret it!! We hope to come back again one day. Oh also the food was incredible!

This is a must if u r looking for the ultimate Bali Bamboo Vilas experience! The place is well designed, absolutely beautiful and stunning architecture all from bamboo. The views are absolutely breathtaking with hills, volcano in the background, rice fields, the sound of the river etc make this I truly memorizing lifetime experience. It is so peaceful and so beautiful. It truly stimulates your mind & senses.. also, the staff is very accommodating and helpful and ensure you have a beautiful romantic time with everything you need, the food is great and the restaurant is also very accommodating and I can’t speak about how wonderful our time was here

Beautiful place and great experience, we highly recommend this place for people who want to have a different experience compared to a regular hotel and to explore a local village in Bali that is not full of tourists. All the staff were great, service to room was excellent and we would definitely come back.

There was a warm welcome from the moment we entered. Everything in the facility has been carefully thought out and complements each other. The staff is very helpful and caring. The view from our room was great. We couldn't get enough of watching. The meals consisted of carefully selected products and were very delicious. we left our hearts here

We had a great stay at Camaya Bali! The staff were so wonderful and helpful. Everyone in the village was unbelievably friendly and made us feel so welcome. The hotel restaurant has a good variety of food options and there are lots of additional activities you can do. We loved the floating breakfast! During the day, the villa and views are unbelievably spectacular. In the evening, it can be a bit intense with all the bugs, but the views and staff make it all worth it! I would recommend organising your transport out of Camaya in advance as it can be very difficult, as it is remote.

Unser Aufenthalt in Camaya Hill war absolut traumhaft. Leben im ursprünglichen Bali fernab des Massentourismus. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Zudem war der Service einfach nur top. Ob wir einen Transport benötigten, ein Rafting machen wollten, sonderwünsche bei der Essensbestellung uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Wir waren total positiv überrascht- wie Hotelservice👌🏻👌🏻🫶🏼 Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war super. Einziger kleiner Punkt, die Essensportionen hätten für uns etwas grösser sein können. Die oftmals erwähnten Insekten waren für uns weder störend als auch nicht mehr als an aderen Orten. Absolut problemlos und ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Danke nochmals an das ganze Camaya-Team für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt.

To start with we got picked up by the Villa staff easy way and very friendly. 1 hour and 45 from airport and that is due to traffic. But along the way you get to see what Bali is all about. They greeted us in this beautiful lobby with a welcome drink and fruit I mean it was delish. Check in took about 5 minutes and we were on our way to our Villa. Walking to the Villa for the first time was breathtaking. It was more than the pictures can describe. Exactly or better than the pictures. I want to thank all the attentive staff every single one of them made it perfect for our stay. I recommend 100/100 but remember this is to relax and enjoy nature. There is only a few things to do around but I had no need on leaving the Villa I stayed 3 nights and it was more than enough I relaxed and now I’m headed to crazy loud ubud. But thank you staff I appreciate every single one of you for making our stay 100/100.

It was eco-friendly and the open scenery was beautiful and wonderful. It was a three-day, two-night stay that felt like a dream.

Camaya war ein absolutes Paradies! Grossartiges Haus mit wunderwunderschöner Aussicht. Jeden Tag wurde blitzsauber aufgeräumt. Der Service war extrem freundlich und respektierte die Privatsphäre. Mit Made konnte man zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit kommunizieren und er schrieb innerhalb weniger Minuten zurück. Die Küche war sehr lecker und bietet lokales Essen sowie verschiedene andere Menüs an. Wir haben viele Aktivitäten unternommen, die Locals sind extrem freundlich. Camaya hat unglaublich viel zu bieten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder zurück! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es ist einfach nur ein Traum! Wenn man auf Bali ist, muss dieser Teil der Insel gesehen werden. Mehr Natur geht nicht mehr! DANKE an das ganze Camaya Team, unser Aufenthalt war einzigartig!

Es war eine magische Zeit im Camaya Metangi House. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen, die Atmosphäre und das Haus selbst sind traumhaft. Die Erinnerungen werden für immer bleiben. Danke, das wir das erleben durften und danke vor allem an Kadak, der uns jederzeit behilflich war und uns mit seinem Lächeln angesteckt hat. Es war wundervoll!

Logement vraiment incroyable. La vue depuis la cabane est vraiment magique. C’était un rêve de faire une nuit dans cet endroit. Le jacuzzi est vraiment agréable, l’eau est chaude. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très réactif. Les seuls petit bémols ce sont ; de - les insectes très nombreux la nuit (mais nous étions prévenus. Ils mettent d’ailleurs à disposition du répulsif ainsi que des rideaux autour du lit) - un peu déçus du petit déjeuner : les œufs bénédicites et l’avocado toast étaient froids et le pain ramolli. De même, le granola était ramolli, les fruits et le yaourt ayant dégorgés. Les petits déjeuner sont sûrement préparés la veille, et sont donc moins bons le lendemain…. Dommage, un granola frais et un œuf poché chaud auraient été appréciables. Nous avons trouvé les tarifs des repas élevés en comparaison aux autres hôtels/restaurants de Bali.

This stay was INCREDIBLE!!! BUT you are definitely camping. You will be sleeping and showering outside and there are animals. Food is good and service is amazing. Communication was fine, but it would be better with only one point of contact instead of a separate kitchen number.

The staff was perfect. Always responsive and kind. We enjoyed Kadek, Arya, ngurah,and agung The villas are such a unique experience. Gorgeous views and well constructed. Of course with it being exposed to outdoors small bugs and lizards are expected so consider that when booking. It’s truly a once in a lifetime stay and perfect for 2 nights. We loved the steak frites, smoothie bowls, and spicy pasta most. Thank you Camaya!

On est dans un logement qui propose le luxe européen tout en étant à Bali. Petit point à préciser : préparer vous psychologiquement à vivre avec lézard, chauffe souris, des gros et petits insectes de tous genre et moustiques.

Words cannot truly describe how beautiful this place was. The area is magical, peaceful, and brings you close to nature. We felt at peace the whole time we were here. The staff are gentle, friendly, and very caring of their guests. We could not have felt more welcome and at home.

Firstly, this place was beyond amazing. It truly provides a unforgettable experience. You are surrounded by beautiful rice fields plus the beauty of this treehouse was just brilliant. It provided the relaxing environment we needed for the end of our Bali trip. The staff were extremely friendly, catering and informative. It was our honeymoon and made it special for us when we arrived. They made sure they were always available to us, really felt like they cared. We had to check out early due to a flight change. Agung was able to find us a driver last minute and all the staff were extremely accommodating to our change.

Our stay was amazing! 😍 Everything went super smoothly, the staff was very flexible and responsive as well as polite and professional. The villa looked better in real life and was very private. The main communication functioned through Whats App, one number for the reception (activities) and another for the kitchen. All the activities were very easy to book and the food was super tasteful. A wonderful stay at the bamboo house, the finishing touches on this Airbnb truly make it an experience not just a place to stay. I highly recommend having a Balinese massage while you are there looking out over the rice fields. A little slice of peaceful paradise in Bali. The food and drinks menu offered here is probably the best I've come across in Indonesia, and very fairly priced, too. We loved having a massive platter of nachos and a chocolate fondue the night that we had a bonfire and movie night on the big screen. The Charcuterie board they offer is a must try, incredible.

The property is absolutely stunning and looks exactly like the pictures. The views are incredible, staying at Metangi House was honestly a once in a life time very unique experience. Casper was an excellent host, always immediately responsive and so kind and helpful. He also assisted us in arranging massages and a rose petal bath which is an absolute must during your stay! The food served to your room is of a very high quality and the breakfast is even included, highly recommend the smoothie bowls! Thanks again for everything :)

If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would! An absolute highlight of our honeymoon was staying at Camaya for 2 nights. Not only was the house and scenery out of this world beautiful, it was the staff and service that really made the experience as amazing as it was. Really responsive to all requests, genuinely friendly and going above and beyond. Food was 10/10. We had the floating breakfast, romantic dinner, room service and ate at the restaurant and couldn't fault a single thing. Instant and total relaxation compared to the hustle and bustle of the other areas we visited in Bali. Thanks for the forever memories Camaya!

An absolute must in Bali! The view is unmatched, we wanted to live there forever! We highly suggest doing the rice field trekking. We loved learning about the Balinese culture and visit the local village! The food is amazing, they deliver to your room. Staff is super friendly and responsive. We loved our stay so much and are so glad we booked so far out!

If views could knock your breath away, this is it. Me and my hubby have already said this, that this place has become a core memory. Views are insane, the service and hospitality is 1000/10, food is wonderful, communication is perfect, we even had laundry service done for a reasonable price. The kitchen staff was very acommodating to our requests and the food portions are very generous! We are already dreaming of the day we get the chance to come back and explore the other bamboo houses.

This place blew us away - everything from the location, to the views, and beauty of the villa itself - by far one of the best places we have ever stayed at! The entire Camaya team staff was extremely helpful and filled with some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever met. Also, the food at their restaurant is GREAT! We enjoyed several in-room meals from our Metangi villa while overlooking the gorgeous Selat countryside. Definitely recommend getting a floating breakfast at least once, as well as doing a trek through the rice fields! Ketut, our local guide was the BEST! Definitely want to stay here again and we were so sad when it was time to leave. The USA just doesn’t have customer service like they do here!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful in the jungle. We had everything we needed and then some. The chef messaged us everyday to see what we wanted for breakfast and if we had any does restrictions. Agung & Artha we’re very helpful and carried all our bags up the stairs to our driver. Our stay was just magical and the view is worth it all. I’ve stayed all over Bali and this view is by far the best!

Our stay was absolutely incredible and I would stay here a million times again. Our stay was even more amazing because of Ngurah who tended to my fiancé and I throughout our stay. Communication was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious- the brekkie sandwich was so good and fresh and it was all made to order. The views were unmatched and it was quiet and secluded and felt very private. Linens were very clean. You’ll get a few bugs if it rains but it’s to be expected. Overall it was very well kept and they spray to make sure no bugs are there before coming. The flower bath was beautiful and the staff was flexible. We changed our breakfast time a few times and check in time and they always said yes, sure, no problem. It was quiet and we had no worries. I’ve never been more relaxed. The couples massage was sensational and staff was so friendly. I wish we had more days here because it was the stay of a lifetime.

This stay was as magical as it is described to be! The view is incredibly breathtaking, the accommodation is clean and well equipped, and the service of the staff is completely unmatched! Special shout outs to Putu, Ketut, and Ngurah! The staff was super responsive and helped create an incredible itinerary of things to do during our stay, and were so welcoming to us. The food was also wonderful - try as much of it as you can if you come to visit. As with any jungle setting, there are of course bugs, but the staff is really helpful in guiding you on how best to deal with them - just make sure to use the curtains they provide around the beds! If you may have difficulty climbing steep stairs, there may be other accommodations at Camaya Bali that are better suited. If you don’t mind a climb, this has the most stunning view! This was an absolutely incredible stay and we cannot recommend it enough!

This was the most magical place i have ever stayed. The place is exactly like the photos, I spent the most relaxing three says there. Putu and his staff went above and beyond to make my stay magical. If you are looking for some chill days with beautiful surroundings as well as picture perfect place, then i recommend!

La villa est magnifique dans un cadre paradisiaque…. Difficile d’avoir une meilleure vue 🤩 Les équipements sont simples mais tout est soigné, salle de bain exceptionnelle, literie haut de gamme ! Le service de restauration propose des plats typiques et d’autres plus européennes. Nous avons pu en goûter plusieurs et tout a toujours été excellent. De plus le petit déjeuné est plus qu’appréciable et directement apporté à la villa ! Possibilité de louer des motorbikes sur place : très pratique pour se balader dans les environs en autonomie !! Nous reviendrons très certainement chez toi Made !! A bientôt j’espère 😎

This was the one expensive place we stayed through out our 17 days long honeymoon and we had high expectations, and they met everyone of them and went even beyond. Me and my husband are nature lovers and crazy suckers for a perfect view of endless natural beauty, and the place has a breathtaking view. Our booking was done 4 months prior and as the date got closer they made & had contact through whats app every step of the way. Even before we got to the hotel we felt the customer service being top notch. They have an activity list where they provide tours, and different activities we can do at they stay itself. They have instructions on how to deal with almost every situation we might face during our stay. They cared about every bot of privacy we needed. The chef of the stay reached out personally to know about our dietary requirements and it was just out of the world. Our special thanks to Chef Leo, Mr. Whats app Putu, Ngurah, Arta, Kadek, Gede and team. We had the best time!!

Absolutely breathtaking stay--the treehouse was so luxurious and the privacy and splendor of the views onto the rice paddies was unparalleled. It's not a standalone Airbnb but part of a larger villa that has its own lobby/reception and staff. As it is in the middle of a rural area, there are no restaurants for tourists around, so we ate a few room service meals (complimentary breakfast included) and the food was actually really good and affordable. Definitely recommend the multi-color flower bath for $30, which was stunning. They also provide really pretty silk bathrobes for you to lounge in! Service was really great--the staff checked the Airbnb for belongings before we checked out and found my AirPods camouflaged in the bed! Such a lifesaver. Please do note that the Airbnb is literally in the middle of nature, so there will be bugs. Just don't look too closely at the ground for bugs and utilize the mosquito nets around the beds fastidiously at night

Living in this resort is definitely an unforgettable experience! The view looks even better in reality, and the dinner is also better than most of the restaurants in Bali, these all exceeded our expectation!! Highly recommended to stay for more than one night to feel a peaceful mind living in this beautiful place. 💕

I would give this 10/5 stars if I could. This place and the people were a highlight of our trip. Metangi Hill is incredible stay. I have stayed in many incredible places around the world and this one is one of the top. So serene and unique. Everything is perfection: The food is incredible (truffles in the eggs!)- and we even drank the place out of Sangria :). Service is fast and flexible. The crew laughed with us and treated as friends and family. We got motorbikes and went to the beach for the day. We hiked Mount Batur, At night, Camaya had board games for us to play together and laugh. We were there on 1/4/2023 so we were able to see and celebrate the Balinese holiday Galungan with the locals. They even gave us blessed fruit and sweet cakes. All around loved every moment. Thank you to the Camaya team: Putu, Agung, Ngurah, Gede, and Chef Leo for making this so special to ring in 2023. And To Agung for dealing with my friend Justin so well ;) we will be back!

One of a kind experience! I was a little worry being so close to nature but it turns out to be awesome. I didn't get any mosquitoes bites or annoyed by insects/bugs, with the breeze and rain I had good night sleep. Breakfast and dining menu are great too, thanks to all the staff! (Remember to bring enough cash for arranged transport as you'll need to pay directly to the driver

By far the best air bnb I have ever stayed at. The staff were incredible, every single person was so kind and made you feel completely comfortable, and their service was amazing. Breakfast is complementary each day, with a great menu to choose from. You can also order snacks, lunch, dinner and drinks that can be delivered straight to your bamboo house. Every meal we had was fantastic. Not a single complaint about staying here. Thank you all for an amazing time

Had such an amazing time at Camaya! All staff were so lovely, genuine and caring. I had flight delays and they were very accomodating to my late pickup and checkin. I had a fall on one of my day trips and they really took care of me and checked in regularly. The view was spectacular and I felt truely relaxed in such a very span of time. Both beds were veeeery comfortable, I had the best massage I’ve ever had, and I also loved the jaccuzzi, net, hammock and projector setup! Worth every dollar 😊

Made, agung, ngurai, putu and arta were amazing! They were so available and made every request possible. They organised a last minute tour for us. The yoga was amazing highly recommend. Food was delicious. The room was absolutely stunning! Once in a lifetime opportunity. Can’t wait to come back!

I was worried that this place could not live up to my expectations but it a actually surpassed them! If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay with spectacular, jaw dropping views…do not hesitate to stay in the Metangi hills house at Camaya Bali. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. Highly recommended.

What a gorgeous place!! Everyone at Camaya was so lovely. From the views, to the people, to the wonderful villa! We absolutely fell in love with it all. Please take advantage of all the wonderful activities they offer! The sunrise hike is worth waking up for, with views of volcano and the guide pointing out all of the local foliage/produce truly enriched the hike. If you need a driver for the day, please ask for Gusti. This man is a gem. He gave us the REAL Balinese experience, an afternoon we will not soon forget. And of course, we cannot forget Putu, an instant friend. What kind soul this man is. If you have the opportunity to visit Bali and truly want to get away from it all, do not pass up Camaya. You won’t regret it!

Camaya fut une réelle expérience pour nous ! Cette construction de bamboo est fascinante! Le cadre est apaisant… Et l’ouverture offrant cette vue panoramique sur les rizières grâce aux filets et au jaccuzi est incroyable.

우리가 숙소에 들어간 순간부터 나오는 순간까지 정말 친절하게 대해주었던 직원 ngurah는 잊지 못할거에요. 비가 정말 많이 왔지만 저녁 늦게까지 안전을 위해 지켜주던 직원들과 숲속에서의 하룻밤은 정말 꿈 같은 공간이었습니다. 여기서 지낸 삼일동안은 일상에서의 스트레스가 다 치유되는 시간이었고 다시 가게된다면 일주일정도는 꼭 머물고 싶습니다. 사진과 똑같은 숙소인데, 사진보다 실제로 봤을 때 더 많은 감동을 받을 수 있습니다.

Best villas in the middle of Bali if you prefer a quiet, private to retreat from the noisy, crowded area full of tourists. Beautiful eco-friendly design, fully equipped amenities, great view to the valley of ricefields below. We really enjoyed our time in Camaya.

I am speechless! No words to describe the experience, view, quality, eye for detail, etc… worth every penny. The home itself is a piece of art with a panoramic view of a painting. Heated bathtub outdoor with 100% privacy is the cherry on top. Top floor with panoramic bed, downstairs same and outdoor built in projector. I could stay here to write hours more but now I’m off to the next adventure! ❤️CAMAYA BALI❤️

The place is wonderful and the food was amazing. Nguarah and Agung did a great job together with all the rest of the staff. I believe this is a “must” when visiting Bali. Just keep in mind that is an open-nature experience and there are no doors in the bamboo house (at least the one we have choosen) so you’ll not be completely able to keep bugs away. Which is quite normal in this sort of experiences but if you are scared about bugs, choose one of the houses with doors ;) We had food only there during all our stay and was just great and with a good price, I’ve personally tried the best beef with coconut milk of my life. From here we used the included scooter for visiting the Mother Temple, and their driver for reaching to Lempuyang, Tirtagganga and Tukan Waterfall in just half day. The Driver also explained us a lot about Balinese culture and belief, and took us to a nice coffee plantation with a Bali Swing over the rice fields. If you are planning to visit Bali, you mast stay at Camaya ;) I am not giving maximum stars to Communication because there are many whatsapp numbers and sometimes is confusing who is the correct contact for anything- a single point of contact would make things smoother

La maison est un vrai havre de paix, la vue est magnifique, l’intérieur réserve de nombreuses surprises et tout a été soigneusement pensé pour le bien être des invités. N’hésitez pas à checker la liste des activités à faire avant de venir et les prestations, les fleurs dans le jacuzzi font vraiment la différence à l’arrivée je vous les conseille vraiment. La cuisine est DÉLICIEUSE, les massages sont supers mais le vrai plus de cet endroit : son personnel ! Merci à toutes l’équipe sans qui l’expérience ne serait pas la même, ils sont tellement souriants et serviables, merci Made, Putu et toute l’équipe, nous reviendrons très certainement! Si vous avez la chance de pouvoir réserver, foncez, ça vaut largement son prix.

I had no words to describe our unique experience during our stay in this what we so called “Magical Villa.” This villa really has a true magic itself, it feels so unreal just like we were living in a fantasy. This is so far the most wonderful and outstanding villa we’ve ever stayed in our life. This is just another mile stone for us. •During check-in the team will prepare you a very refreshing welcome drink, Host were very accommodating and were very funny, we really like him around. •Local people were very hospitable. •Villa is spacious and tranquil, with a wonderful landscape of rice fields view. •A perfect place to hideout and unwind from the toxic city. •This villa can really amaze you as it has a lot of thing’s to offer. •I also recommend to have a flower bath in the jacuzzi, that really feels so right and relaxing. •You can find a menu from breakfast to dinner and up to the thing’s you can do around the area. We ordered lunch and it was very tasty. And also having a dinner and watching Netflix is truly a must. •Waking up early and having a breakfast with a panoramic view of the greenfield is breathtaking. •and also not to forget to mention the jungle outdoor shower, wow! That’s one of the unique experience I’ve ever experience too. •And also don’t forget to experience the magic of bonfire🔥 that’s really feels so awesome. •We will definitely come back here.

Wow, wow, wow. Diese Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Die Aussicht & das Design sind einzigartig. Der freistehende Whirlpool ist das Highlight. Die Unterkuft ist neu und bereits schon extrem ausgebucht. Mein Freund & ich hatten Glück & den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Essen kann in die Villa bestellt werden & ist super lecker.

Booked the Metangi villa for or our honeymoon and it is definitely highly recommended for couple who wants to be away from the city. Villa is exactly like how they are in photos and the view we had was definitely a 10/10. Complimentary breakfast was great too. Last but not least, host is super efficient at replying our queries before and during the trip. We are definitely return back!!! Thank you Made & team for ensuring our needs were well taken care of.

Our stay at Camaya Bali in the Metangi Hill bamboo villa was MAGICAL. The villa is beautiful like no other. The check-in process was very smooth. My husband and I were celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary and they decorated the room beautifully. Sadly, we only stayed one night because that’s all that was available during the time we were visiting Bali. The whole time we were there it rained like crazy, but that just made it more romantic. In the morning, mother nature gifted us a rainbow just in front of the villa. The staff was very attentive and provided an excellent service, despite the weather conditions. The dinner and breakfast were also delicious. Special thanks go to Agung, Putu, and Geby. I look forward to booking this place again if I return to Bali.

I enjoy my stay in camaya , lotus and metangi. Pak agung , pak ngurah , gaby is super helpful. Actually all camaya’s staff is very good .i couldnt remember all the name. Definitely will come again!!!!!!!!!!! And love the place and view. Speechlesss environment
