Exploring Casa Meena Bali Residence 8 left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Casa Meena Bali Residence 8 was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Denpasar plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Casa Meena Bali Residence 8 painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Жилье прекрасное, красивое место, стоит своих денег и всегда чисто. Только хозяйка иногда вела себя странно … не разбираясь обвинила в краже полотенца, потом нашла его.

Great place and view, looks like the photos. Everything feels very clean and tidy, even the outside and pool was regularly cleaned. The host is very nice and responsive and provided us with drinking water and some complimentary snacks. Our first 2 days of stay was amazing, until they did some housekeeping while we were out (did not inform us, which was still ok as we did not have valuables left in the room) but they let many flies and mosquitoes into the room. :( The Tv doesnt work but it was ok for us as we were out most of the time. But there was wifi so we could chill in the airbnb and scroll our phone too.

A wonderful stay in Sanur – highly recommend This place was a real find. It's set in a quiet, secure location with a lovely pool and a relaxing grassy area to unwind in, plus sun loungers for lazy afternoons. The room had everything I needed, and there's a separate kitchen if you want to cook bigger meals — a great touch for longer stays. Loads of good food options close by too. Sanur itself is fantastic — quiet, with a great gym nearby. The beach is about a 30 minute walk (much quicker by bike), but I enjoy walking so it was a nice stroll to get there. But what really made the stay were the hosts. They were so kind and welcoming — honestly the best hosts I've come across. I had a brilliant time and really hope to be back next year.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Gästehaus von Carole! Es ist sehr ruhig, der Pool ist riesig und der Garten ist wunderschön. Es gibt viele Rückzugsorte (Sitzkissen, Gartenmöbel, eigene Terrasse) und wir haben sehr gerne Zeit dort verbracht. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles, was man braucht. Die größere Außenküche haben wir persönlich nicht genutzt, dort kochen und essen kann man aber sehr gemütlich und gut. Carole ist außerdem ein sehr herzlicher, offener und freundlicher Mensch. Ihr ist stets wichtig, dass es einem an nichts fehlt und ist sehr interessiert an den Erlebnissen der Gäste. Wir haben uns direkt angekommen und wie Zuhause gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal, das Gästehaus nutzen. Danke Carole!

Le logement est bien situé tout en étant au calme, ce qui est très appréciable. Cela nous a permis de finir notre séjour à Bali en mode relax. Voor onze aankomst ontvingen we duidelijke en heldere instructies, waardoor alles soepel en zorgeloos verliep. Bij aankomst werden we persoonlijk ontvangen en voelden we ons direct thuis. De accommodatie is schoon, sfeervol, rustig gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Carole staat altijd klaar met waardevolle tips, een vriendelijk gesprek en oprechte aandacht voor haar gasten. Wir hatten das Glück diese Unterkunft als krönenden Abschluss unseres Urlaubs zu genießen. Es war definitiv die schönste Unterkunft, die wir während unseres Aufenthalts in Indonesien hatten. Carole ist eine super herzliche und umsorgende Gastgeberin und außerdem ein Multisprachentalent. Das Casa Meena ist ein Ort, wo man sich gleich zuhause fühlt und französischen Charme, deutsche Gründlichkeit und indonesische Gastfreundschaft vorfindet. Ganz klare Empfehlung von mir❤️

We loved our stay at Casa Meena and were sad to leave. Carole is a wonderful host who made us feel well cared for throughout our stay. The room was a great size with a comfy bed and the pool and garden area is stunning. Watch out for the busy road which you have to cross on your walk to the beach. We preferred to catch a grab bike each way… especially to save us walking in the heat too! We will be back!

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das sehr nette und aufmerksame Reinigungspersonal. Die Lage ist ideal: zentral und dennoch angenehm ruhig gelegen, sodass man sich bestens erholen kann. Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt der Gastgeberin. Sie war sehr freundlich, herzlich und fürsorglich. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Gespräche mit ihr waren stets interessant, angenehm und bereichernd. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Ons verblijf bij Carole was top! De airbnb is gelegen op een rustige plek, heeft een zwembad en het is echt een fijne plek om tot rust te komen. Tegelijkertijd is het dichtbij diverse restaurants en ben je binnen no-time met de GoJek/Grab bij het strand van Sanur. Carole is super vriendelijk en heeft mij en mijn vriend erg verwelkomend opgevangen. We zouden de airbnb van Carole aan iedereen aanraden!!

Went to visit together with my girlfriend and Carol arranged everything for us until our arrival, she is very kind and responsive + gave good recommendations. The accommodation was very clean and the perfect place to “land” after a 18 hour flight. Au revoir 👋🏼

I stayed here for a week on my way home home to the UK after backpacking for two months in Australia, and this was such a welcome oasis! Carole is very friendly, communicated very clearly and replied very quickly if I ever needed anything. The condo I stayed in was spotlessly clean and had a strong aircon which was very needed in the hot Bali weather! It’s very well located, being about a 5-10 minute Grab drive from the beach, and lots of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes of the house. It’s a really nice neighbourhood and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Lovely place to stay in Sanur. A bit of a walk away from the busyness of the main stretch, but a really lovely room and pool. Hosts were friendly and all in all would recommend!

I had a really lovely stay here. The host was incredibly energetic, friendly, and fun to talk to. They responded to messages very quickly and were always happy to help with anything, which made the stay feel very easy and comfortable. The location was quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting. The pool was beautifully maintained — I only wish I had more time to swim. I also enjoyed the small conversations with the neighbors, which added a nice local touch to the experience. The shower worked perfectly, with good water pressure and temperature. The villa is also conveniently located with easy access to central Sanur, and getting around by Grab was quick and simple. Die Unterkunft liegt schön gelegen abseits von Verkehr ruhig gelegen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es ist immer supersauber, egal ob man am Pool verweilt oder in seinem Apartment ist. Das Appartment hat eine Klimaanlage, einen Kühlschrank, ein schönes Bad und die Matratze ist nicht zu weich. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und es herrscht eine angenehm ruhige Atmosphäre. Carole ist einfach zu erreichen, freundlich, hilfsbereit, auskunftsfreudig und hilft mit Tipps zur Umgebung, Transport, Ausflügen oder einen wirklich zu empfehlenden Osteopathen zu finden, außerdem spricht sie mehrere Sprachen was die Kommunikation erleichtert. In der näheren Umgebung findet man von Massage, Supermarkt, Rollerverleih, Wäscheservice, Cafés, Supermärkte, kleine Stände alles in Laufweite. Den Strand kann man zu Fuß auch in knapp 20-25min erreichen. Es empfiehlt sich für die Dauer einen Roller zu mieten.

세상에서 가장 좋은 숙소였습니다. 따뜻한 주인의 맞이 안에 조용하게 또 행복 하게 머무를 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 모든 것을 세심하게 신경 써 주고 항상 청결하게 관리 해 주신 것에 대단히 감사합니다. 다시 1번 가게 된다면 꼭 이곳에 머무르고 고 싶어요. 주인장도 너무 따뜻하고 미소로 맞아주어서 마음이 따뜻해졌답니다. 혼자 여행 하는 여행 자라서 또 처음 가보는 발리여서 걱정했는데, 정말 좋은 숙소를 만나서 다행이라는 생각이 많이 들었어요. 정말 감사합니다.

This is probably the 6 or 7th time I have stayed with Carol at the oasis that is Casa Meena. I come to Bali for work 1-2 times a year and if it is available I always chose Carol’s place. She is a wonderful host - knowledgeable about the local culture and always friendly. I could not recommend this place more highly!

Un merveilleux havre de paix au coeur de Sanur. Dès l'entrée, un bien être s'installe. Carole est adorable, tres réactive dans la communication, aux petits soins. Une belle rencontre de coeur. Un vrai Airbnb comme on en trouve peu. Quel bonheur de retrouver le calme et l'harmonie qui règne ici. De tres belles énergies dans le jardin, magnifique piscine, calme, chambres tres propres et modernes avec un espace cuisine, plus la cuisine commune. Excellent internet. We had a great time at Carole’s place. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and was very helpful with everything. She also organised the transfer from the airport, which was great. Rooms are very pretty and super clean and the outside with the big pool was lovely to chill. You can see that Carole really cares for her place. We can recommend!

Stop met zoeken, dit is dé plek waar je wil verblijven in Sanur! Ons verblijf bij Casa Meena Residence was in één woord: magisch. Alles klopte van begin tot eind, de sfeer, de locatie, de gastvrijheid, de rust... dit is exact wat je hoopt te vinden. Smaakvol ingericht, brandschoon, en omgeven door een oase van rust. Het zwembad is perfect onderhouden en nodigt uit om de hele dag in te vertoeven. De kamer is ruim, licht en voorzien van alle comfort die je nodig hebt. Wat deze plek écht bijzonder maakt, is de gastvrijheid van Carole en haar man. Ze zijn ongelooflijk warm, attent en altijd beschikbaar wanneer nodig, zonder ooit opdringerig te zijn. De communicatie was supervlot, zowel voor als tijdens ons verblijf. Je voelt je meteen thuis. De ligging is ideaal: rustig gelegen, weg van het lawaai, maar toch op korte afstand van het strand, winkels en gezellige restaurants. Alles is gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Boek deze plek zonder twijfelen, je gaat er absoluut geen spijt van krijgen!

Séjour délicieux chez Carole, une belle personne, très intéressante, accueillante et communicative, tout en sachant rester discrète. Toujours prête à aider sans jamais prendre trop de place. La chambre était tout ce qu'il y avait de plus parfait, qualité de sommeil irréprochable. Le cadre de vie est très beau et calme. Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas d'enfants assure ce calme également. Allez-y, nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Je recommande la résidence de Carole à 100% ! Elle nous a offert un très bel accueil, Carole est vraiment très chaleureuse et nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Le lieu est sublime, le logement impeccable, cozy, dans une rue calme et super bien placée pour visiter cette partie de l’île (la plage de Sanur est superbe) ! Carole nous a recommandé quelques restaurants accessibles à pieds (5min) et on les a adoré. Un gros + : il y avait de l’eau minérale dans le logement (un bidon de 16L), ce qui nous a évité de faire des aller retour quotidiens à la supérette. La piscine est grande et à bonne température, nous avons décidé de revenir passer nos derniers jours de voyage à Bali ici !

Wat een fijne plek om te verblijven! De locatie is ideaal: rustig gelegen, maar toch dicht bij de gezellige spots van Sanur. Ook andere plekken rond Denpasar zijn vanaf hier goed te bereiken met bijv. een scooter of Gojek/Grab taxi. De kamer is ruim, schoon en comfortabel. De tuin en het zwembad zijn prachtig aangelegd en goed onderhouden. Al na twee uur hebben we een aantal dagen bijgeboekt. Dat zegt genoeg, toch? Carole is daarnaast ontzettend betrokken en behulpzaam. Ze is goed bereikbaar voor vragen over de omgeving of wat je maar nodig hebt. We zijn heel blij dat we deze plek hebben gekozen om een week tot rust te komen!

Wir sind durch die Tür gekommen und es war einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Absolut gepflegte Unterkunft und der Pool war zu jeder Tageszeit unser Highlight. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen für die Gegend und Carole und Suresh waren super freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Dass wir uns auf deutsch unterhalten konnten, war ein schöner Bonus :) Für unseren 1. Urlaub auf Bali haben wir die perfekte Unterkunft gebucht und würden es von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Lovely peaceful spot for our 3 night stay in Bali

The place was as nice as the photos. The area very private, it was even a bit difficult to find, but the host was responsive and even came to greet us on arrival. The place was very clean, and the room and area was cleaned extremely often by the staff. The host offered a ton of recommendations, and when we had to order take-out due to the weather, he even came over to help us with what to order! Overall a very great experience!

Casa Meena was our oasis within the hub bub of Sanur. We enjoyed the pretty, quiet garden and pool and met some nice people during our stay. The accommodation was quite comfortable with a certain amount of privacy. A 10 min cab ride got us to the beach and one end of the 6 km boardwalk along which there are many restaurants, cafes and other amenities. A 30-min drive got us to Nusa Dua --well worth the visit. Overall, this is a good location for day trips. There was a good grocery around the corner and laundry facilities nearby.

Loved every minute of our stay with Carole/ Sures. They were very responsive from the start, allowing for a late night check in due to our flight arriving at around 11pm 🛬 We felt like home the minute we walked into “Casa Meena”. The bungalow is spacious with everything you need to feel comfortable: Nice, hot shower, a little kitchenette, comfy bed and clean linen/ towels as well as seating on the little porch 🏡 The pool and garden are a special highlight: The cleanest, crystal clear water and beautiful, lush plants and trees… the perfect place to wind down and relax! 🌴🌊 The surrounding area is a residential area, therefore nice and quiet. A short Grab/ GoJek ride away from the busy streets of Sanur/ Jl. Danau Tamblingan, where you find most of the tourists but also restaurants/ bars 👨🏻‍🍳 Sures was always around if we had questions or needed help, we enjoyed chatting to him (in German! 🇩🇪🙃). Highly recommend “Casa Meena” - we will be back! Sampai jumpa lagi 🥳

Everything was perfect - from the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches that made us feel so welcome. We especially loved how coveniently located everything was, from the great restaurants to Lega Tennis for pickleball, Bali Icon Mall, and the beautiful Sanur Beach. I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Carole was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, waiting for me until 01:30 midnight. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly made it feel like a home away from home. The Villa is peaceful, clean, comfortable and lovely. Close to restaurants and beach area. Host is friendly and welcoming. Bali can be a magical place, however during the rainy season it can bring flooded streets with day long downpour! Nevertheless, no downside could upset us as we had a home away from home at Casa Meena. Such a beautiful, peaceful place! We loved everything about it! And, the best part about this place are the hosts! Carole & Suresh are the kindest! They both truly care about their property & their guests wanting you to be comfortable, happy & offering their assistance as needed! It is one of the most comfortable stays that I have ever stayed in. Carole is such a sweet person ,she is very pro-active,supportive and a warm host. Right from the checkIn and till Check out it was a smooth process. The Appartment/room was clean and hygienic and the pool was awesome. Great place, Great Host and we definitely love to visit again .. and highly recommend to the community.

Definitely recommend this place! It is super spacious, clean and beautiful. There is a pool on the complex. It is private stay, if you want to rest peacefully then this is the place! The host Carol is very sweet and friendly! She responds fast and is really helpful.

Carole var utrolig hjælpsom under hele mit ophold. Jeg havde ikke været på Bali før, her var det virkelig dejligt at have Carole til at hjælpe med alt fra spisesteder til transport. Carole og hendes mand er virkelig interesserede i at give deres gæster det bedste ophold. Den dejlige pool var også skøn at bruge. Casa Meena er som en perle i byen, rent, hyggeligt og hele vejen igennem ordentligt.

Die Unterkunft Casa Meena Bali Residence von Carole ist eine sehr schöne ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Wir wurden herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe die mit dem Roller in 5-10 min erreichbar sind. Die Ausstattung und die Optik der Bar ist wunderschön. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem sehr empfehlen.

Had the distinct pleasure of spending a week at Carole's place. I honestly wish it was for a month or longer. This hands-down wins as the most serene and peaceful Airbnb I have stayed at. Built villa style with a pool in the middle (just like the photos) that was the view from my front porch. I honestly had no desire to go out an explore much as I was able to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet there while listening to the birds chirping. Carole herself is very into providing a 5 star experience and she definitely exceeded that. Would I stay here again...I am ready to start planning a return visit.

I am so lucky to find this AirBnb. Very nice gardening, swimming pool, spacious room and it’s sparkling clean. What else? Carole is super friendly and welcoming. We had a few pleasant talks. She showed me around the place and the room, recommended some nice restaurants. I feel like at home. I enjoy the pool a lot. No chlorine in it. Can open eyes in the water. Everything is perfect. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde wohl gefühlt. Tolles Zimmer, richtig schöne Anlage und alles extrem sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist ebenfalls klasse. Wer etwas tolles in Sanur sucht, ist bei Carole genau richtig. Zu Fuß erreicht man tolle Restaurants und kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In ca. 30min zu Fuß ist man entspannt am Strand. Carole ist super lieb und hilft wo sie kann. Wir sagen Danke und kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder :)

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carole war einfach perfekt. Die Anlage ist zauberhaft und es gibt alles was man braucht. Man wünscht sich für jede Airbnb Unterkunft eine Gastgeberin wie Carole, extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und kennt in der Umgebung die besten Lokale und gibt immer gute Tipps. Es war unsere erste Unterkunft in Bali und haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Im nachhinein hätten wir sogar noch 2 Nächte dranhähnen sollen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zu Carole kommen

So happy I chose to stay here at Carole’s! It’s was so peaceful and felt like I was at home. Having your own private villa and access to the pool foot steps away from your front door was amazing! The pool was perfect size and temperature. WiFi worked great for those who need to work on their laptops! The mini kitchen in the room was lovely to have Carole was so helpful in providing local recommendations. She provided us with airport transfers from a company and they also drove us around Bali upon request! I would love to stay here again and I recommend anyone to stay here as well!

Everything is perfect. The guesthouse is very beautiful and quiet. The room is very tidy and has a large bucket of drinking water. Going back to the homestay every day is like returning home. Carole is very enthusiastic and interesting . If I come to Bali next time, I will choose here.

Don’t hesitate when booking this stay. Everything about the villa was impeccable. Carol was so helpful from arranging airport pick up, late check in and check out. Klare 5 von 5 Sterne! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Da diese mehrere Sprachen sprechen ist die Verständigung sehr einfach. Auch auf Wünsche und Hilfe wurde sofort eingegangen. Flexibilität ist hier auf jeden Fall gegeben und auch bei der An/Abreise wurde proaktiv Hilfe angeboten. Das Anwesen ist ein optisches Paradise wie auf den Bilden beschrieben. Man fühlt sich hier sofort angenehm wohl. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und doch unauffällig also keines Falls störend während des Reinigungsdienstes. Es wurde sogar Geschirr abgewaschen wenn man es selbst vergessen hatte. Auch mitten in der Nacht waren die Gastgeber erreichbar wenn es Anliegen gab.

Sures was very helpful and responsive. The place is located in a quiet area, not walkable distance to the sea but the taxis are pretty cheap. Well kept, with clean pool and nice garden. Definitely recommended.

We loved the place, we recommend it, it is a very nice place, very quiet, designed by its owners. We were delighted with Sures and the site. As we had previously stayed in Kuta we could not compare the location, it was difficult, but everything was impeccable. We would not hesitate to return, we recommend it to everyone.

Wir durften fast 3 Wochen in der schönen Casa Meena verbringen. Wir haben uns von Tag 1 ab wie zuhause gefühlt. Bereits im Vorhinein hat Carole und alle wichtigen Informationen geliefert und uns proaktiv Hilfe angeboten. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig geräumig und sauber. Wir empfanden es als europäischen Standard was auf Bali sehr selten ist. Carole hat uns beim check in und auch danach alle wichtigen Informationen wie Frühstücksmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Wäschereien etc. zugeschickt. Auch die tägliche nette Unterhaltung mit ihr war sehr angenehm. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und gründlich in seiner Arbeit. Wir können die Casa Meena für alle uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen die eine Oase der Ruhe in Bali suchen. Man merkt das carole die Unterkunft mit viel Liebe und Herzblut betreibt. Wir würden uns immer wieder für die Unterkunft entscheiden.

Ich bin das erste mal nach Bali geflogen und war alleine unterwegs, dementsprechend auch etwas aufgeregt. Die Kommunikation mit Carole ging schon ein paar Woche vor Reisebeginn los, wo sie für mich einen Flughafentransfer organisiert hat. Ich bin nachts gelandet und war ihr sehr dankbar für ihre Flexibilität was den Check-In anging. Der Preis fürs Abholen war absolut angemessen. Ich wurde direkt herzlich in Empfang genommen und in mein Apartment gebracht, was wirklich mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Carole hat mir auch direkt zwei Cafes empfohlen, wo man gutes und günstiges Frühstück bekommt :) Insgesamt war ich 6 Nächte in der Unterkunft und hatte eine extrem entspannte und ruhige Zeit, es ist echt eine kleine Oase in der man dort wohnt. Es hat einfach alles gestimmt und ich habe mich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Carole und alle Angestellten der Casa Meena!

Had the best time during our month stay here! Definitely the best place we’ve stayed at in Bali, and we are really keen to come back again soon. The place is so beautiful and peaceful, you just wanna stay and relax but the big pool. The room has everything you need and the shared kitchen is top notch. It’s easy to walk to shops and small cafes, and a very short drive to the beaches. Everything about Casa Meena is amazing, we would definitely recommend it!!

Truly a great find! Beautifully designed and quiet, Carole’s place would be on the top of our list if we ever visit Bali again. Conveniently located, it had the best pool we have seen during our five months of traveling throughout Bali and a great shared outdoor kitchen that even had an oven (not common in Balian homes)! An impeccable host, Carole was always available to make sure our questions were answered and needs were met. She is one of those people whose genuine care for her guests shines brightly.

Ich habe auf meiner Bali Rundreise einen ganz besonderen Aufenthalt bei Carole gehabt. Sie ist ein herzensguter Mensch und stand mir immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ihr zu Hause ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Ruhig gelegen mit netten Cafés um die Ecke. Sanur an sich ist deutlich entschleunigter, als Kuta sodass man schön zur Ruhe kommen kann und dennoch viel erleben kann. Ich fand es sehr schade, dass ich nur 2 Tage geblieben bin und komme sehr gerne wieder.

Heerlijke accomodatie, ruime kamer, mooie goed onderhouden tuin en fijn zwembad, waar de bungalows omheen liggen. Carole is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, had een chauffeur voor ons geregeld om ons op te halen van get vliegveld. Grote drinkwatercontainer met pomp in de kamer, erg prettig. Op kerstavond organiseerden Carole en haar man een super gezellig feest voor alle gasten met heerlijk eten en drinken. Op loopafstand zitten een paar goede koffietentjes en supermarkten.

The stay with Carole and her husband was fantastic, despite my stay being relatively short. She was very welcoming and made the effort to be present when I was checking in and out, even if the timings were very early/late. Nothing but praise for my stay. The pool is a treat as well, one of the bigger ones that I have seen so far. And the cleanliness is top notch 👌

It was very excellent idea to stay there. We felt like full of peaceful environment. Also, room condition was very tidy and organized. Also, my boyfriend was sick because of kind of sore of throats, she helped him. We very appreciated about it and love to stay again next time!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carole war von Anfang bis Ende ein Traum! Die Unterkunft ist wirklich eine kleine Oase, in der man herrlich zur Ruhe kommen kann. Per Roller oder in unserem Fall Taxi kann man sich gut und günstig fortbewegen, ohne mitten im Getümmel zu wohnen. Auch Sanur hat uns sehr gut gefallen, mit vielen süßen Cafés, Restaurants und Bars, aber nicht so überfüllt wie Ubud oder Canggu. Doch der wohl größte Pluspunkt an dieser Unterkunft ist Carole selbst! Eine herzensgute Gastgeberin, mit der man tolle Gespräche führen kann und die einem mit jeglichen Anliegen hilft. This place was a true gem, extremely clean, and everything is taken great care of. Perfectly manicured gardens and lovely pool area to relax by if you do not want to go to the beach and want to relax and read in peace. Not a single construction noise! Sie hat zu jedem Gast ein sehr herzliches und persönliches Verhältnis, ist interessiert an den Geschichten welche die Gäste erleben, zeig Anteil und Freude an Erlebnissen. Obwohl sie bereits die perfekte Unterkunft haben und ich tatsächlich keinen einzigen negativen Punkt an der casameena finden kann, überlegen Carole und Suresh immer noch weiter wie sie den Aufenthalt und das Anwesen für die Gäste noch bequemer und angenehmer gestalten können. Wahnsinn das es heutzutage noch Menschen gibt die solch eine Leidenschaft aufbringen und leben können. Was für nette und angenehme Menschen. Ich werde sie in den nächsten Wochen auf Bali vermissen.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich zu empfehlen! Carole und ihr Mann sind sehr sehr nette Menschen. Hilfsbereit, freundlich und mehr als nur Gastgeber. Carole kennt sich sehr gut aus in Denpasar und Bali. Sie gibt immer gerne Rat und Tipps wo man in Bali etwas erleben kann, wo es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, wer das beste Frühstück hat und auch ansonsten weiß sie immer genau was man sucht und wo es ist. Ihr Mann ist Bauingenieur und hat eine wirklich schöne Villa gebaut. Die Villa ist wie beschrieben und toll gebaut. Sie liegt etwa 10 - 15 Minuten (zu Fuß) und etwa 2-3 Minuten (je nach Verkehr, mit dem Roller) vom Strand entfernt. Das Grundstück wird jeden Tag von Personal gereinigt und gepflegt. Es ist ein großer Pool vorhanden, Wifi, eine Küche zum Kochen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber. Es wird jeden zweiten Tag das Zimmer geputzt und das Bett wird alle drei Tage neu bezogen. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Anlage ist wirklich ruhig und gemütlich. Carole ist sehr offen und kommunikativ. Ich bleibe für drei Monate in Bali und habe die Unterkunft direkt zwei Wochen später nochmal gebucht. Mir hat sie eine tolle erste Woche in Bali beschert und verdient mehr als fünf Sterne.

Great location, within walking distance of Sanur Beach. Beautiful property pool is amazing, love how room opens out to courtyard and pool. Staff are friendly and respectful. Owner is attentive and will meet you late if your arrival is super late.

Smooth and responsive communication. The hosts(Suresh & Carole) are extremely nice and helpful. The guesthouse is very clean and the location is secluded but still close to all the restaurants and beaches on the east coast. It was just really nice chilling on the porch overlooking the swimming and yard. Definitely one of our highlights during out first visit to bali. Highly recommended.

Very nice accomodation, spacious room, warm shower. Everything is super clean and quite, perfect location to relaxe.

Séjour magnifique d’une semaine à la casa meena. Bien avant l’arrivée Carole était déjà très disponible pour répondre aux questions et donner pas mal de petits conseils sur bali, ce qui est très rassurant quand on y vient pour la première fois , et l’on se sent bien accueillie. Carole est une super personne , toujours un petit mot , de chouettes conversations mais sans être envahissante . La casa meena est un petit coin de paradis à 10 minutes maximum en vélo du centre de sanur et de la plage. Vous avez cependant de chouettes petits warungs proches de la casa meena dont carole n’hésitera pas à vous conseiller. Au niveau propreté tout était parfait ! Rien à redire ! Allez y les yeux fermés !

Je n’ai jamais été aussi bien lotie et accueillie ! Un endroit charmant & relaxant en plein centre de Sanur et très au calme 1 mois entier chez Carole qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus magique ✨

Our stay here was peaceful and tranquil. Casa Meena really is an oasis of calm and pleasure with all of the bustling delights of Sanur only a short taxi ride away. Carole is an exceptional host making sure everything is as it should be and providing all the local tips that make you feel at home immediately. The room is modern and comfortable and the cleaning and garden staff exceptional in making the place hum with care and attention. Great value for money and recommended.

Our stay was perfect with all the support of Carole! She is so kind and care and well understanding. The Place is also fantastic for relaxing from morning to night time. This space is very clean, well-organized, safe, secure, relaxing, and stress-free. The location is amazing, close to everything you need. It sets the bar very high, 5 star stay in every way. The hosts are amazingly helpful with tips of things to see and do in the area, transportation hints, and they are very very attentive to every need. When we come back to this area, this will be the only place we will stay.

Carole's place and Carole herself are both amazing! Carole stayed up late to welcome us as our flight was late evening and made us comfortable straight away. She recommended lovely local places to eat and arranged our airport transfer, introducing us to a wonderful couple who drove us around the island. She even gave my friend a birthday present (and we didn't even mention it was her birthday)! The place itself is exactly like the pictures with a fridge and sink in the kitchenette area of the room, a lovely modern bathroom and a large comfy double bed. Although the pool is outside the room, we didn't have any bugs or mosquitos which I was worried about - no bites at all I'm pleased to report! The pool temperature is perfect for swims, day and night and the beach is a twenty min walk away or a taxi that costs less than £1. All in all, we had a faultless stay and we made some friends - Carole's two adorable dogs!

Встретила при прибытии лично, рассказала про жильё и про места рядом: где покушать, где магазины и куда лучше съездить на экскурсии. Приятный презент в виде питьевой воды, печенья и батончиков. Дом восхитительный, большая кровать, обеденная зона с холодильником и морозилкой. Ванная комната чистая и уютная. Сама комната большая и чистая. Производится уборка комната, замена полотенец и постельного белья. Прекрасная территория у дома: большая общая кухня, бассейн с тёплой водой, пальмы и манго, которым Carole нас угостила. Это был прекрасный отдых. Carole проводила нас и рассказала много хороших историй. Даже с нашим не очень хорошим знанием английского языка, было очень легко с ней общаться. Если нашли это объявление, приезжайте сюда не задумываясь, вы останетесь довольными!

Die Unterkunft von Carole ist für eine Unterkunft auf Bali wirklich reinster Luxus! Carole konnte uns sehr viele Tipps geben für Restaurants oder Ausflüge. Ein Scooter ist von Vorteilen, da die Unterkunft etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum liegt. Jedoch konnte uns Carole auch dort super weiterhelfen.

Carole est très accueillante et disponible elle donne toujours des informations et des conseils pour notre séjour ce passe bien .L'emplacement est parfait loin de l'agitation de la ville, la villa est très propre et très bien entretenu comme le jardin et la piscine. 初めての利用でしたが予想を上回るとてもよい家でした！ 旅行前からCarole さんにはサポートしてもらい、空港からお家までも知り合いのドライバーさんを紹介してもらいました。 到着後も近くのオススメのお店の状況などを教えもらいました。 対応も素晴らしくバリに行ったらCarole さんに会い行きたいと思ってます。 海からは遠いですが、GRUBを使えば問題ないです。お家の近くにはレストランも多かったので困りませんでした。特にクリシュナで食べたナシチャンプルは絶品でした。（宿泊中の朝ごはんに毎日通うほど美味しい笑）スーパーも近くにあります。

真的非常感谢Carole，虽然只有四个晚上，但感觉像在家里一样，房间非常干净舒适，设施也很齐全。最主要的是房东特别特别热情，会推荐很多好吃的餐厅还会推荐向导给我们，只可惜我们那几天要学潜水，时间不多，下次来巴厘岛也一定会选择这里，谢谢Carole.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in Casa Meena. Carole ist eine super Gastgeberin und hilft einem immer weiter in jeglichen Fragen und gibt super Tipps (Roller, Essen, Taxi, Ausflüge, usw.). Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Ausflüge und Erkundungen auf Bali. Zudem kann man hier erholsam die Seele baumeln lassen und einfach am Pool relaxen. Wir können Casa Meena eindeutig empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Hôte très accueillante, disponible et donnant de bonnes adresses pour les restaurant, ou autre activités. Je recommande le logement de Carole, jardin paisible, propre et logement impecable mise à part le bruit de la clim mais bon on oubli vite. La piscine est impecable vous pouvez vous y baigner le soir à la nuit tombée C est géniale. Je reviendrai sans problème chez Carole.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Carole ist eine sehr freundliche, herzliche und angenehme Gastgeberin, die sich stets um das Wohlergehen kümmert und uns viele nützliche Tipps zur Gegend geben konnte. Check-In/Check-Out total unkompliziert und flexibel. Unser Zimmer war blitzsauber, modern, wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und die Größe war vollkommen ausreichend. Direkt vor der Türe ein großer Pool mit einladender Gartenlandschaft. Toller, ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir hatten unsere erste Unterkunft auf Bali bei Carole und hatten somit einen super Start. Die Wohnung war groß genug für zwei Personen und der Pool war die perfekte Abkühlung am Abend. Außerdem war es sehr sauber und wir haben uns jederzeit wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und wir haben sehr gute Empfehlungen von ihr erhalten und Carole war jederzeit erreichbar! So eine gute Gastgeberin hatten wir noch nie! :) Können wir nur weiter empfehlen!

My girlfriend and I where staying at casa meena for 2.5 weeks. During that period Carole was very helpful en flexible (f.i. check-in/out). The accomodation is Nice and quiet. The swimming pool is lovely. Overall a highly recommended accomodation!

It was amazing to stay in Carol's willa. Great staff, help with renting scooter. Just perfect.

À la Casa Meena, on est vraiment comme chez soi ! La chambre est très spacieuse, literie impeccable et confortable. Un petit coin cuisine bien pratique avec frigo et une agréable salle de bain avec eau chaude (pas toujours simple à Bali!). L'agencement de la Casa Meena est très convivial, une grande cuisine à partager, une piscine centrale et surtout : le calme ! Proche de la plage et de l'artère principale qui offre grands choix de restauration en tous genre. Possibilité de louer un scooter très facilement via les contacts de Carole. Je n'hésiterai pas à repasser par la Casa Meena lors de mes futurs passages par Sanur :)

Paradise! I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Bali over the years but this place is easily the best. It is such a peaceful oasis away from the busy life just outside the walls. Carole and Suresh were the perfect hosts, always available with helpful information and always with a big friendly smile. Any messages/emails were always replied to super fast from the day I first booked and throughout my whole stay. During my month there both the room and grounds were always kept in immaculate condition by the great staff. The location is perfect as it’s away from the main Sanur tourist area which makes it a lot quieter yet you can get to the main shopping, restaurants and beach in 5 minutes by motorbike or taxi. I’m definitely going to be staying here whenever I’m in Bali and will be recommending it to all my friends as well. Thanks so much Carole and Suresh, I can’t wait to return.

Guesthouse was awesome, just like in pictures! Carole was good host, always helping us if needed. :) I have nothing to complain about Casa Meena. I recommend it! 👍 We liked location too, there was peaceful and not lot of tourists.
