Exploring DeKubuVilla 2 - Beautiful 3BR/Private Pool Villa left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of DeKubuVilla 2 - Beautiful 3BR/Private Pool Villa was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for DeKubuVilla 2 - Beautiful 3BR/Private Pool Villa painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Second time staying here. There was a lot of rain about which made it hard to walk into town as the nearby streets flood easily. The villa is nice and clean, AC works well, has wifi and nice pool area.

We were so happy with our stay at Cazz's villa. Her house team of Ayu and Baron were amazing and really went above and beyond in helping us all the way. From assistance with picking up a few groceries due to a very late arrival with kids to airport transfers to pancake cooking on my daughter's birthday. Villa so comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. We loved it. Thanks so much.

Cazz was extremely helpful in every aspect of our stay. Her little guide notebook for restaurants/bakeries/shoppig etc is not to be missed,it proved really helpful. What took our stay to the next level was Ayu ofcourse, she and her husband are very helpful, kind and patient. The apartment is exactly as described in the picture, we really liked the common area and pool, it's a great place to hangout with friends.The bedrooms were spacious and overall the design/architecture of the entire villa is amazing and it really shows on how much effort has been put on for each minute detail. Overall this villa is a solid recommendation.
Thank you for the wonderful stay. The host was extremely kind and helpful, kindly offering us water from the fridge and giving us useful recommendations for sightseeing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We would happily stay here again.
Cazz was amazing from our very first chat, she helped us book our first overseas family holiday perfectly. Late check-in, airport transfers, late check-out? No problem at all. Baron picked us up seamlessly at the airport, and he and Ayu gave us a thorough, patient tour late at night to get us settled. The kids loved the villa. Fantastic private pool, smart TVs in every room for streaming, and reliable Wi-Fi. Air-conditioned bedrooms kept us comfy. Ayu’s daily cleaning was fantastic, and she always checked if we needed anything. We used her wonderful babysitting service a couple of times. The kids adored her and even painted rocks together! Super convenient location - walking distance or short Grab ride to great restaurants/shops (highly recommend the app with a SIM/int. roaming). Everything felt like excellent value with thoughtful touches. Huge thanks to Cazz for making it seamless and unforgettable. We’d book again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this villa to any family.

Wonderful experience
Nice villa as described. Living area will big smart TV, only thing is that it is open concept hence many mosquito however it is solvable with spray and coil. Nice clean pool. Kitchen is well equipped. 3 big bedrooms with king sized beds and en-suite toilets. Ayu is very helpful throughout our stay. This is the only airbnb i stayed so far that provides housekeeping everyday! Will return! Highly recommended.
Our family had the most wonderful stay at Cazz's Villa. We were warmly greeted by the lovely and helpful Ayu who made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The villa was just gorgeous - so spacious, private and peaceful. Love the decor and furnishings in every room - so elegant and classy! The bed was super comfy and linen was top tier! Our kids lived in the pool! Only regret is not booking for a longer stay....next time! Definitely recommend. Cazz is highly responsive and very accommodating. Thank you Cazz for sharing your villa with our whanau. We are already looking forward to staying again next time!
Amazing place, all the photos are definitely to the point, everything was great and didn't have a problem. The help that kept the place clean and also were around for extra help really made it the extra mile. Highly recommend.
A nice get away in Legian. The villa was great. Good bed, air con, pool and came with nice little gestures ie salt, pepper, vegemite, honey and sunscreen type things. The villa is located in a very local area so lots of local people, local food, local massage etc. The pros; we quickly learnt who was who in that street and made some great, helpful, connections ie the owner of the local massage parlour next door or the owner of a small shop up the road. The cons, and I think that applies to lots of places in Bali, is that they really only acknowledged the man (unless I was alone) which drove me insane by the end (no matter what I donated, it always ended with "Thank you Mr Troy"), Nonetheless, i digress ;) The big villa had everything it promised and we enjoyed our stay. Cazz was extremely accommodating, even letting us check out late which we really appreciated. The local host helped me decorate the place for my husband's bday. Again, a great place to stay at for great memories.
what can I say that hasn't been said before, our stay was perfect. We were spoilt by the beautiful Ayu. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was always ready (when asked) to offer suggestions for places to eat where to go shopping and letting us know roughly how much to pay for clothing etc. She is a real asset to the villa the villa itself is beautiful and tranquil with the main shopping strip a 10 min walk away or a short taxi ride to shopping malls Cazz is very quick to respond to any questions asked. Thank you Cazz and Ayu for making the holiday for two older ladies so enjoyable We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone and everyone

Cazz and Ayu have been fantastic hosts. An absolute joy to communicate with. Our accommodation was super clean, was really good having the 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Ayu was there to greet us at 1am which was amazing. Ayu was so generous with her time and went out of her way to show us local food spots. Was a whole list of things todo and places to eat. Meet and exceeded our expectations. Our family of four loved the comfort and cleanliness of DeKubu Villa 2. We would recommend to anyone. Good value. Thank you for making the first leg of our trip easy and enjoyable.
The villa was well presented with lovely Balinese deco. Beds were comfy and kitchen well equipped including complimentary drinking water in a dispenser. It’s about a 5min walk to Legian st and another 10mins longer to the beach. Plenty of small grocery stores nearby. So good to have your own private pool to cool off after the busy streets around Kuta. Restaurants 5-15min walk and enjoyed the dining recommendations from Cazz and Ayu. House was serviced daily by Ayu who was so friendly. Would recommend to others.
We had a wonderful stay. Every room was air-conditioned, which made it very comfortable. Cazz responded to all my inquiries promptly, and the local villa manager, Ayu, was fantastic.

The villa was really amazing especially the open living room is an eyecatcher. Location is great as it is away from the main road but close enough to everything in the center. Ayu was super sweet and took care for all our wishes. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone staying in Kuta

what a fab place, my famiky and I absolutely enjoyed Nyepi here. we were able to walk to watch ogah-ogah. cazz was great with communication and Ayu at the villa is awesome, friendly, helpful and great with us all. we could walk to main St easily, the villa was clean and looked like the pics..definitely wld recommend this villa. thanks for having us..Kas, Cliff and Kids

We just spent 3 weeks travel through Indonesia and Dekubu Villa 2 was by far our favorite place that we stayed in. Ayu and Baron were amazing and helpful everyday especially with gathering morning breakfast supplies. The villa was clean and comfortable and overall an amazing place for our base of operations in Kuta. Thank you Cazz!
From the first point of contact to the day we left Cazz went out of her way to make it a stay we had yearned for. As an extension of herself in Bali, the ever smiling, gracious and kind Ayu made sure we were well looked after. Her husband Baron often joined her on her daily visits to the villa. He too was as lovely as she. The villa is better than described and sits amongst a hive of activity on Jalan Mataram. Yet it still maintains its privacy and tranquility. This place is a definite return for me. You won’t find much better. Thank you Cazz, Ayu and Baron.
The villa was awesome. It looked better than the pictures. Cazz was amazing. Very helpful throughout my travel and check in process. Provide plenty of recommendations. The staff, Ms. Ayu, hands down the best. Would definitely stay here again. My family loved being here. My kids lived in the pool while we were there. They said it was their favorite part of the villa. 10/10.

Cazz was an exceptional host—very accommodating and responsive. Ayu, the housekeeper, was lovely and professional. She kept our room neat and tidy, helped with laundry (at $5/kg), and made sure the fridge was stocked with fresh water bottles daily. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this place. It was spotless, and all amenities were available without any issues.

Cazz was such a great person to deal with, answered all of my questions quickly and put my mind at ease. We enjoyed our stay at Cazz’s villa and loved Ayu. Ayu greeted us from the moment we arrived and was such a delight during our stay. Nothing was a bother to her. She kept our villa clean and always to lovely to chat to.
La villa de Cazz est absolument exceptionnelle. Il s’agit de ma meilleure expérience avec AirBnB. Le logement est très confortable,les 3 chambres sont toutes aussi jolies, spacieuses et confortables. La décoration de chaque pièce est magnifique. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Ayu, qui est une personne adorable, qui veillait sur nous en passant chaque jour. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable. Ce fut une super expérience, à refaire.

Cazz was warm, responded quickly to messages and constantly made sure that we are comfortable and looked after in her villa. The villa has been our best airbnb accomodation yet. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone going to Bali. It's private and peaceful, very clean and almost hotel-like in terms of ammenities and service. Lastly big THANK YOU to Ayu, the villa manager who took very good care of us during our stay. We've been so pampered! Hope to see you again ❤️

La villa es un paraíso dentro de Kuta, la decoración y la distribución de la casa es increible! los cuartos son muy amplios y nos sentimos muy cómodos. Ayu nos estaba esperando al arribo para recibirnos de la mejor manera y explicarnos el funcionamiento de la villa. Lo recomendamos al 100%, superó nuestras expectavivas!

Absolutely love staying at Villa Dekubu, the Villa manager Ayu is amazing, so attentive and friendly. Clean rooms, cold aircon, plunge pool and daily housekeeping/laundry. Located a convenient 10/15 minute walk from the main shops & restaurants, with a few local options closer by.
Cazz is an excellent host who always responded quickly to my questions. Her instructions were very clear and we felt like home the entire stay. Her villa was clean and spacious for our party of six adults. We hope we had more time to enjoy her beautiful villa. Cazz’s on-site assistant was very friendly and super helpful to meet our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Cazz’s villa.
Right from booking the villa communication was excellent. Cazz responded quickly and gave us heaps of information and advice about our upcoming stay. When we arrived at the villa Ayu was there to greet us like we were long lost friends! She was so helpful and took very good care of us! Ayu was so helpful in recommending laundry services, ATM's, places to eat and was just awesome. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself was lovely, well set up and very comfortable. It was the little things like having ice in the freezer, salt, pepper and oil to use if cooking that made us feel at home (even some Vegemite!). The location is perfect, close to everything, but it's its so quiet and private!

i seldom leave a comment but this villa is so much worth every worth I am going to say. Cazz is a great host and treats her guest as family. She never hesitates to exted a helping hand. We all felt at home given that the place looks like a private hotel which the kind of stay that will keep you coming back for more. Can't wait to be back!

Cazz is the best host you will come across. She is the most welcoming and warm host you could hope to have. She was in touch with us from the moment we booked and was really proactive in reaching out to make sure we were all set before we arrived. Car was incredibly responsive and fast to respond to any messages. The Villa is amazing and in an absolutely fantastic location. We used Cazz’s driver for tours and aiport transfers and had a fantastic experience. The house keeper Ayu was like a sister to us while we were in Bali and made us so comfortable and helped with anything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. The best stay ever from the moment we booked to the sad moment we left.

Cazz and Ayu were absolutely amazing for our stay. Ayu was so helpful and cleaned the villa perfectly every single day!! Cazz was so easy to communicate with, she was always so responsive when I had silly questions!! The location is great, Gojek was only $1-$2 to get to Kuta beach as Seminyak was not too far either! Only about $5 at the max. Will definitely be back here!!

Cazz’s villa is a must stay! The villa is cared for by Ayu and Baron and we appreciated their care during our stay! This is an added bonus not found in many villas. The villa is close to the beach and near the hustle and bustle of Kuta (lots of restaurants and shopping nearby). I would highly recommend this delightful villa!
Fantastic place to stay and perfect location! Great communication both before and during our stay… The kids loved the pool, especially after the long days out and about… Ayu is amazing and took amazing care of us!! Highly recommend!
An absolutely wonderful stay. The pool was wonderfully refreshing, Ayu was very helpful providing support identifying drivers, masseur and getting the pool cleaned very promptly when it accidentally became home to a bowl of noodles, plus the villa was always well presented with her help. Close enough to walk to Legian and even Kuta, plenty of great food right out front and a short distance away, easy access to transport, convenience stores very close and fresh fruit from nearby stalls was very enjoyable - all in a friendly neighbourhood. So glad we stayed here would recommend.

Great location and very clean
The place was perfect and for such a reasonable price considering it was one street from the main strip the staff were were exceptional and cazz was very responsive about any enquires i had during my stay , I will be 100 percent staying there again when i return to bali .
Awesome place, great location
We loved this place so much! The location was great, just around the corner of seminyak, legian, and Kuta. Staff were just phenomenal. They took care of all our needs like it was nothing and they were there, first thing in the morning, when we had to check out at 5 due to our flight being rescheduled 6 hours earlier. They even drove my grandma’s walking stick to us when we left it on our way to the airport. Future tenants, talk to Cazz directly if you had any special needs or even questions that you think might not be necessary. She replied faster than I read my messages! Even sent me videos of the places when I had to check for accessibility. I’m definitely coming back again if I had a chance. Thank you Cazz, Baron, and Ayu. God bless you and your family.
