Exploring Dermaga Loft 1, a self-contained left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Dermaga Loft 1, a self-contained was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Dermaga Loft 1, a self-contained painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
A lovely stay, away from the noise of Bali's main streets - Ask Hermanto for the correct adress as G oogle Maps points you to another one! Hermanto's place is like in the pictures and has practically everything you need. It's about 15 minutes moto taxi to the beach, and walkable (although in the chaotic traffic) to some nice cafes. It is tucked away inside a garden centre so it is surrounded by trees and plants which is really quite lovely! However there are people working right outside the house and the house has neighbours (with a cute but noisy puppy!) so you will not be totally alone! Also lots of adorable dogs, I would recommend this place if you like dogs. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay and Hermanto was very responsive and generous, I would recommend and I would stay again! Thank you for the stay!

Pros - a. Very Helpful Host b. Good Location and Surroundings c. Accesibility Cons - a. Smaller than it seems in the Pics/ Listing b. A tad pricy for the place c. The bathroom was a letdown.
Hermanto is awesome! Super nice guy and him and his staff are really aware of your needs. The only annoying thing we dealt with was a loud drunk idiot guest next door who I had to ask to keep her voice down at 3am and the following day I told Hermanto and he warned her she would be kicked out if behaved that way again. Really made me feel welcome and more comfortable as I would wake up early for surf or gym. Also an awesome gym is across the street that’s usually empty. I’d definitely stay with him again in the future.
Was für ein wunderschönes Zuhause! Dermaga Village ist einer der schönsten Rückzugsorte zwischen dem lebendigen Trubel von Canggu, Seminyak und Kuta. Ich habe diesen zauberhaften Ort wirklich sehr ins Herz geschlossen. Das Beste ist nicht nur die wunderschöne Ausstattung – obwohl das Apartment unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr großzügig ausgestattet ist. Die Küche bietet viele Geräte, mit denen man wirklich kochen kann, alles funktioniert einwandfrei und die gesamte Unterkunft ist tipptopp sauber. Der wahre Gewinn ist jedoch die besondere Energie dieses kleinen Gartenparadieses. Es fühlt sich ruhig, warm und einladend an – ein Ort, an dem man sofort ankommt. Besonders schön sind auch die süßen Hunde, die dort leben. Mein Hund Bello hat sich hier unglaublich wohlgefühlt und wäre am liebsten geblieben – und genau das werden wir auch tun, denn wir planen, in absehbarer Zeit länger bei Hermanto im Dermaga Village zu wohnen. I stayed for a month. There’s a particular dog that barks a bit but it’s expected in Bali. I really enjoyed my stay
No complaints. Just make sure ur not afraid of dogs as there are a lot of (friendly) dogs on the compound :)
Hermanto is probably one of the best hosts I had. Very responsive, kind and friendly. Everyone there were friendly and warm, made you feel like home. Loved staying in Dermaga village. It’s a bit far from the beach and not possible to walk to the city/beach, you’ll have to drive everywhere. We were in loft 1, and it is as in photos. Dogs are so cute, I really loved them!!
Loved my stay here. The dogs are absolutely amazing and they truly helped me heal after a recent dog attack that happened to me in thailand. Hermanto has been great too, very helpful and quick responses. The location itself is just far enough away from the main road that you don't hear the traffic, which was really good. The only downside is the dogs make you never want to leave haha. Staff were all amazing too!
The accommodation is exactly as described. I immediately felt comfortable and at home. The best thing for me was the dogs. You can't better security anywhere. Hermanto was a great host and always responded extremely quickly when I had questions. The laundry service was also great. The price-performance ratio was right.
Nice place, yes there are many dogs but oddly they didn't really bark while I was there. The location is nice as there isn't any construction going on (which for Bali at the moment is almost unheard of). Responsive host during my time. Would stay again.
Nice place for our stay! Hermanto is a great host who communicated excellently. Cute dogs around the complex and location is good for getting away from the noise of the main street.

Thank you so much to Hermanto for an amazing stay!! We loved this place so much we decided to stay another night. Wish we could’ve stayed for longer!! Hermanto is a fantastic host and was really helpful throughout our stay. The loft was perfect and had everything we needed for our time there. All the dogs were the cherry on top (A special mention to Rocket, Dobby and Lucky - the best doggies ever). Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

My experience at Dermaga Village was delightful, and it extended the warmth to not just me but my furry friend as well; my dog become a part of the pack in mere minutes, and also the neighbors were incredibly friendly. The staff at Dermaga Village deserves special commendation for their responsiveness and helpfulness. They always ensure not only my comfort but also the well-being of my dog, showing genuine care and attention. While the overall experience was fantastic, one aspect that could use improvement is the internet speed. I found myself occasionally disconnected during virtual meetings due to what seemed like intermittent drops in internet connectivity. Nevertheless, despite this minor setback, my stay at Dermaga Village was an enjoyable and memorable one. I appreciate the efforts of the staff and the welcoming atmosphere of the community, making it a place I would consider returning to in the future.
stayed there for a week, definitely worth the visit! i love the bed, love the tiny kitchen for quick meals and lovely doggos-ofcourse!!! although it was a bit shocking at first (of the dogs) because i am not a person that has a good experience with dogs, however they are very sweet dogs!! especially dobby ❤️ hermanto was a responsive owner, its a pleasant to text him and asked for help. the neighbor are all friendly! overall was a lovely stay! thanks, hermanto 💯👍
Really cute little place with the kindest and most responsive and supportive hosts I probably ever had! One day I forgot to turn off my scooter when I came home and my battery was dead the next day and the host went above and beyond to help me fix it. They were very friendly, responsive and proactive. The dogs who live here are super cute. I was really loving the animal friendly vibe here. If you ride a scooter and are a confident driver its a great place. The street outside the location is really busy that's why I mention 'confident' driver. Theres lots of plants and greenery here around the house.
I highly highly recommend this place. As Hermanto or Shella (your lovely neighbor) will tell you, this place is the kind of place where you book 1 week and you end up staying a month or two. From the owners to the dogs everything about this place is perfect. It is really peaceful and calm and has everything needed to have a nice stay. That’s without hesitation the place I’ll book to come back to Bali !
Had a lovely stay at Hermanto’s place, especially the cute dogs! They were very shy at first, but got friendly after awhile (even wait for us to come home). The place is exactly like the photo, very comfy and have complete basic kitchen equipment. More than enough if you have takeouts or even cook some midnight instant noodle. Tips: pls follow the host’s instruction on how to get there, because there’s also another pin on GMaps that’s similar with the property’s name (that I once lost my way to)

Tolles Apartment! Ich habe es geliebt und mich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt! Wer Hunde liebt wird diese Unterkunft lieben denn dort leben sehr viele Hunde :)
The place was a great stay! The hosts were friendly, the place was cleaned every Tuesday and Friday, and cool places near to walk to. Loved it!

We stayed here for our final week in Bali and LOVED it. The apartment is clean, self contained and more than big enough for 2 people. The surroundings are beautiful, tucked behind the garden centre. If you’re a dog lover you’ll love this place. It’s what made it extra special for us! The dogs are a bit barky at first but are gentle when they get to know you! If you see a white dog called lucky, give it an ear scratch from me! The flat is clean, and the location is great too especially if you have a motorbike. Would 100% stay again and we hope to during our next visit.
Отличное место, нам очень понравилось. Два этажа, на втором этаже спальня. Много розеток. Классная атмосфера. Жильё для тех, кто любит собак. Их тут много. Классные соседи. Уборка 2 раза в неделю, есть 20 литров питьевой воды, которую пополняют как закончится. Чувствовали себя как дома. С радостью остались бы дольше, но было забронировано. Благодарю Херманто за гостеприимство. 🙏
Had a wonderful stay here! The location is central, the loft is spacious, light and has nice privacy. It has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The staff were wonderful and I loved everything about this place. Diane the owner is one of the most wonderful human beings I’ve come across. I brought my 2 dogs and she went above and beyond for them bringing them food daily, and checking up on them when I was away. 100% recommend this place. Thank you again for the wonderful stay 🤍
What a find … being at the back of the garden centre makes it feel so calm surrounded by plants.and trees. Apartment plenty big enough for lone travellers or a couple. Diane and her staff very welcoming and helpful… definitely coming back. A little slice of paradise and only a stone’s throw from Canggu and Seminyak. Plus the Thai restaurant next door another bonus.
Incredible place to stay! Cute home, lovely decor, and cute dogs all in a great location surrounded by gorgeous greenery. Everyone on the property is kind and really makes for such a relaxing stay. Thank you for such a magical experience!

The place was clean, homey and comfy. We like the environment, it was quiet and surrounded by plants, but the most important thing the place was pet friendly. I brought my dog to stay the nights with me. My dog was also be able to play with some other dogs around the neighbourhood too. The host bli Hermanto was really helpful and responsive. The owner, Madam Diane was super nice and welcoming too.

I Loved it, the house is comfortable, the communication is fast and easy, the people here are lovely and kind, also there are many dogs sometimes when you go out of the house, during the night is easy to sleep ( is a quiet place ), the internet connection is fast today was 44 mbps download 54 mbps
Super quiet and private place away from the main road. Yet still close enough to it for access to nearby shops, eateries, and cafes. There's even a Thai restaurant in the front of the complex. There are many dogs that come in and out of the complex as well, in case you are allergic or afraid of them. They are all friendly though. The room itself is nice. A bit dusty, but that's expected because of some of the open areas. Had some wifi trouble the first night and was fixed right away. Fast and responsive communication kept us at peace. Enjoy the pleasant natural sounds at night for a deep sleep...
