Exploring Eco Studio ZEN/ 100 m beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Eco Studio ZEN/ 100 m beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Eco Studio ZEN/ 100 m beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Binsar’s place was a nice little quaint gem. Pros: Very helpful host Clean rooms and bathroom A more or less equipped kitchen Great wifi A small walk to the beach as promised and tons of restaurants nearby. Cons: Although the place is great, it is better as a place for 2 For 3 people it is very crowded and small. Otherwise a great location. Thank you so much for hosting us!
The place is cosy and has everything you need , and conveniently close walk to the beach. Binsar takes care and staff are kind and helpful.
This was a great little place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and the sheet were soft and new to touch. The place was so clean, not even one ant or lizard. Binsar was extremely friendly and helpful. location was awesome. very close to the beach and restaurants. The only downside was the people next door were constantly smoking so I couldn't use the outdoor area as the smoke was filling my side.

Binsar was an excellent host, very responsive and very helpful. The unit was straightforward, with a mellow vibe and a beautiful enclosed private space outside to sit, snooze, study, eat, etc. The neighborhood is very walkable with spas next door, and the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. a very short walk away. Next time we're in Sanur this is the first place I'll look to stay!
It’s a beautiful room with everything you need it’s well furnished and extremely clean. It is in a perfect location just a few minute walk from the beach and a ton of stores and restaurants nearby. Ben is a great host and gave me great recommendations of places to eat! Will stay here again next time I’m in the area.
We stayed 6 days in this airbnb. It was lovely to stay there. Binsar is very kind and good soul. He is very clean and helpful. We had an amazing time staying here. If we come again we would choose to stay here again no doubt . Thank you for everything.
This was my best stay in Bali. Binsar was an amazing host, and Patrick was so nice too. The place was exactly as described. I originally planned for one week but ended up staying 2 weeks here. The drinking water provided was so convenient. They cleaned the apartment twice a week, and bedsheets, towel changed once a week. I had some minor issue with the dogs early on where they were barking a lot on seeing me almost causing me difficulty to enter the apartment (because of my own dog anxiety), but they got used to me eventually. They were sweet, meant no harm. I would gladly stay here again.
Pros: Binsar was a great host. Space is small but has everything you’d need and is exactly as pictured. Kitchen was well equipped with bowls, plates, cups, cutlery, 2 frying pans, a pot and a kettle. Walking distance to beach, grocery store and restaurants. Drinking water was provided and replaced, unit was cleaned and linens changed multiple times during our month long stay. Cons: neighbors can make or break your stay for using your private outside space. It is a smoke friendly place so you can smell the smoke outside and coming through the AC unit inside. Small hot water tank so only short hot water showers.

Overall I had a great stay at Binsar’s (room 8 for 2 nights). Would recommend if your main interest is to have close proximity to the beach where you could go running and cycling along the coastline of Sanur! And that’s the highlight of my stay here. Ben is super friendly host and he would accommodate my needs which I really appreciate! Rooms of improvement: 1. Check-in time to be aligned with what’s stated on the description (my room wasn’t ready when I got there). 2. More stable hot water (it runs out after only less than 10 mins?)
We loved staying at Binsar's studio. It was right in the heart of Sanur. We felt safe in the surrounding area, including pretty late into the evening. Please note the the addresses here can be a bit confusing at times. It's best to double check the GPS-friendly address with the host. Our driver took us to a similar address, and Binsar spoke on the phone with our driver to provide clear instructions. Also, a high bonus is the safe, cleaning, drinking water that is provided in this studio. We stayed close to a week and successfully avoided "Bali belly" thanks, in part, to the complimentary Aqua water.
Binsar & Patrick are lovely, kind folks who made my stay an absolute pleasure. A great place, in a great location. Super clean & beautifully furnished. Highly recommend :)
Binsar é stato sin da subito un padrone di casa accogliente e disponibile, tanto che é venuto a prenderci in aeroporto, non avendo trovato la disponibilità di un autista. Ci ha fornito indicazioni utili per spostarci e per scoprire la zona. Nella struttura é sempre presente Patrick, cordiale e disponibile, punto di riferimento. Le pulizie e il cambio della biancheria sono avvenute con regolarità. L'appartamento si colloca in una zona tranquilla, molto vicino alla strada d'accesso alla spiaggia, che noi abbiamo apprezzato molto. Sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi il supermarket e diversi warung. Grazie Binsar e Patrick!

Bin is everything everyone says about him in his great reviews. A genuinely kind person. His driver could not pick me up from the airport so he came himself. The place is very clean. I know some people are concerned about bugs and/or geckos when they come to Bali. You will not find even a nat in this place. And I never had a problem with mosquitoes in the outside area. Bin is an artsy guy and I love how colorful he has made his places which he has done all himself...painting the furniture, flower pots and hanging the artwork. I had looked at so many places on Airbnb that were just so boring and standard with white walls and nothing hanging on them. Not this place. It's very artsy, warm and I love all the greenery ...and don't even get me started on that carved front door! Amazing. I will be back in a few weeks to stay in his other unit and am looking forward to it. And I almost forgot to mention how kind Bin was to help me get my phone back after I absentmindedly left it in a grab car.
Cozy place, really close to the beach. We love the outdoor but private terrace. The host was really friendly and always responsive. Highly recommend the stay in sanur.
Binsar's place was like home away from home. The perfect place to rest after a long, rainy journey over East Java.. Spotless clean and cozy, nicely decorated too. The beach and places to eat are within walking distance..
Bin is a great host, who tries to satisfy his guests. The room was *really clean* – cleaner than any 4 star-hotel, which I had in Bali. Great advantage of the little apartment: the kitchen. Water gallon provided too. – Bins assistant Patrick is a sweety. / Place is good for 1 to 2 weeks (for me), for longer it would be too small (for me). Cheers, you guys, see you again!
Binsar and his helper(Patrick) keep the property sparkling clean and well maintained. If you're looking for somewhere comfortable and walkable to the beach and shops, look no further. You've found it. I stayed in two Airbnbs during my 2 week stay in November and this one was the best and deserving of my time to write a review. Thank you, Binsar for the early check-in and late check out. Also a big thank you to Patrick for his attention to detail, making sure my unit and the whole property stays sparkling clean.
Merci, encore une fois, mon endroit préféré à Ubud, calme, facile, Clim ok Binsar super sympa et réactif, arrangeant (je devais partir un peu plus tard) que du bon. Chouette pour travailler sur la petite terrasse et privatif. Je vois parfois des commentaires sur les chiens : Il y a des chiens mais comme partout (2) vraiment gentils, aboient parfois en arrivant mais plus du tout après, même si vous avez peur ne vous en faites pas, c’est vraiment ok. Pas là le soir aussi et puis même moi ils venaient me dire bonjour en bas et m aimaient bien. PS ils n aboient pas le soir non plus ou tôt le matin etc vous ne les voyez pas souvent. Et comme je dis très gentils. Vraiment aucun soucis 💫 Vous voulez du calme et un peu de confort à proximité de la plage, des restos, de linge de tout tout en étant au calme ? Ou pour travailler un peu. Endroit parfait. Je le fais toujours en arrivant et en partant. Recommande +++ Nourriture peut aussi être livrée pour pas cher sur place (grab)
Super Unterkunft! Der Strand ist wirklich in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
We had such a beautiful month at Ben’s place! We were very sad to leave and I know we will never forget Ben and Patrick and the ladies at the laundry place next door! I wish we would have stayed at least another month. My 13-14 month old and I loved being so close to the beach and we walked there by stroller and foot everyday. The grocery store was also close and we walked there often. The place was prestine clean, the AC worked great and we appreciated the cleaning 2x a week and changing linens every week. The best part definitely was feeling safe and at home while also having privacy at this beautifully decorated space. We hope to be back someday 🙏🏼🧿🦋🪷

We loved our 10 day stay at Binsar's place. Its location is excellent, perfectly placed near the beach and loads of cafes and restaurants, but very quiet and peaceful. Binsar was away during our stay but always very responsive to any messages, and Patrick, who was looking after the place, was super friendly and helpful and gave our apartment a really good clean during our stay, too. we loved all the dogs around the property, too! there is a laundry place right next door so it's very easy to get your washing done. it's a small place, but has everything you need for any length of stay. it's very comfortable, clean and practical. we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

Binsar and the space was fabulous! He had so much helpful info and responded very fast to all our inquiries. It was the best place for us to ‘land’ the first time we have come to Bali. There is so much within walking distance (which was important to us after 2 days of travel and not ready to get in another vehicle!) Cute space, comfortable and easy stay. Thank you Binsar! 🙏🙏🙏

I cannot express how appreciative I am of host Binsar's hospitality!! Not only is this place very clean and cozy with the ambience and private deck, but I had lost my phone and as a solo traveller had no where to turn to for help. Binsar went out of his way to call the driver I left my phone with and helped me get out of a very complicated situation!!! I highly recommend this place for not only a comfortable stay but a great experience as well. Thank you Binsar!
Binsars place is very close to Sanur beach and perfectly located.Sanur beach has all the beach activities you could wish for along with shops and wonderful restaurants. Binsars place is modern with creative uncluttered design. Great kitchen and bathroom and AC works beautifully. The outdoor space is comfortable and secluded with many plants. Binsar is a delightful host and it was a pleasure to stay.
My brother and I enjoyed staying here. The bed is super comfy, there is plenty storage, the terrace is cozy and spacious. Ben was always reachable, very friendly and super helpful. He has super cute dogs that i immediately fell in love with, but if you don’t like dogs they‘ll also leave you alone.
Binsar really cared about his place & his guests. Simple, but lovely; tastefully done, with attention to detail. So it was a pleasure to be there. We had some special requests that Binsar managed to get organized on time & we felt very welcome. Definitely booking it again when we come to Sanur:

Vous pouvez vous rendre chez Binsar en toute confiance. Super accueil, attentif à notre arrivée et au déroulé du séjour. Le studio est charmant, propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L'endroit est paisible pour se reposer puis la plage, les boutiques comme les rues plus animées le soir sont tout près. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Et c'est une côte/mer calme à cette saison, c'est top !

Piękne, bardzo czyste miejsce urządzone z sercem i duszą. Zdecydowanie można poczuć się jak w domu! Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, 3 min od plaży i urokliwych knajpek. Kontak z właścicielem bardo dobry:) Polecam z całego serca!
