The virtual preview of Elegant Japandi Loft w/ Pool in Prime Seminyak was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Kuta Utara plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Elegant Japandi Loft w/ Pool in Prime Seminyak painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Ferdian was a great host! The staff were polite, responsive and helpful! We enjoyed our stay as it had everything we needed and was close to the main areas. The only thing was that the photos aren’t an accurate depiction of what the Airbnb looks like currently as the paint on the walls are a bit outdated/rusty which ruins the clean aesthetic shown in the pictures. Another thing was that the bathroom, especially the bidet in the toilet could be cleaned properly. Otherwise everything was fine. Really enjoyed the fresh coconuts in the fridge! Thanks

The host was great everything we needed he assisted us with, the apartment was good but the bathroom was not the best to be honest its very small we expected more but otherwise everything great thank u for everyone

周圍施工，怕吵的人要注意。本來熱水不足 需等待20分鐘，即時解決。房間很可愛 周圍有很多的餐廳。旁邊就有機車出租還有衣服送洗。

The place was as described, shower pressure was great and the bed was comfortable, aircon and fan was great. The decor is really nice! Decent value for money! Responsive host 😊 I unfortunately didn’t use the pool. On a side note, directly opposite is a work site so that was sometimes noisy and they were burning things.

Overall the stay was pleasant, the host was very accommodating and quick in response. The area is quite near to seminyak square about 10-15 min drive via bike/car. The room was clean, however there were random insects that appeared out of no where. And if you happen to get the top lofts, might be a bit inconvenient because you would have to walk up with your luggage.

Had a wonderful stay!

The owner and staff are very responsive, helped with late check-in, gave the opportunity to check out a little later! The room itself is worth the money, quite clean inside. The impression was spoiled by construction work 5-10 meters from the housing, quite noisy because of this. Nevertheless, the housing left a positive impression, and the staff worked 5+! Thank you!

Location of the place is great! Very close to the beach and pubs, but still secluded enough that it’s peaceful!

We stayed one night in between different longer villa stays. Staff was responsive and helpful. We didn’t have time to try the pool, but always nice to have access to one. Great price for what you’re getting.

Second time staying here and it’s highly consistent! Ferdian was highly responsive and gave me a ton of flexibility in checking in early / out late. The place is peaceful and I had a good time when I was there.

(숙소에 전신거울 하나 있으면 너무너무 좋을 것 같아요. 큰거울은 화장실에 하나전부입니다) 한국분들도 강추드립니다. 침대가 정말 넓었고 사진설명과 정확히 일치하는 숙소입니다. 너무 편안하게 잘 머물렀어요. 발리에서 최고의 숙소가 될 것 같습니다. 이곳을 꼭 방문하세요!! 중심지랑 가깝지만 주택가에 따로 붙어있어 저녁부터 아침까지 조용하고 편안합니다. 대신 숙소 고를때 2층 숙소를 추천드려요. 수영장이 1층에 있고 계단을 오를때 1층 숙소의 위쪽 창문으로 방 안쪽이 살짝 보였습니다. 아 그리고 샤워기 필터 교체가능해요! 여러개 챙겨가세요 ^^ ㅎㅎ 슉소에 드라이기도 있음!! 죠됴가 좀 낮아서 눈이 침침했지만 괜찮아여~ 그리고 숙소에서 바이크 렌탈 가능하긴해요.

It was a great time staying at Ferdian’s place. Location is nicely quiet which is great to get away from the bustle. Ferdian is highly responsive and communicated proactively to share instructions and how to get around. Would recommend!

We stayed for one night and everything felt very thoughtful. The place was clean, there was good water pressure, and welcome coconuts in the fridge. The host was very responsive and accommodating, giving us late check out and a place to store our luggage. Definitely recommended.

Great place to stay, the service was excellent. They even helped us with taking the laundry next door. Relatively quiet at night for a good sleep. Will recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Seminyak for a decent stay. Thank you Ferdian, Adhy and team!

On a passé quelques jours dans ce logement, et il a été juste génial, on aurait aimé rester plus longtemps car on y était bien, c’était paisible et tranquille on a même trouver un super brunch pas très loin d’ici. la chambre correspondait totalement aux photos postée. Merci à toute l’équipe d’avoir été au petits soins sur ces 3 jours! On reviendra c’est sûr et certains merci !

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nel fantastico appartamento di Ferdian e ci saremmo voluti restare altre notti! L’appartamento è davvero bellissimo, ampio e luminoso. La posizione è davvero molto vicina al cuore di Seminyak. Se dovessi tornare da quelle parti, saprei in quale appartamento tornare! grazie ancora!

Great place to stay! Perfect location, walking distance to bintang, restaurants, and shops around. Also very peaceful since it’s not on the main streets where motor bikes are loud. The decoration is also very aesthetically appealing with nice furniture and appliances. Really recommend this place!

房间非常干净整洁，而且房东也非常的好，每天都会安排打扫房间，而且房子的位置也很好，去沙滩还是商场距离都不是很远，晚上睡觉也不会吵，因为不是在主路上，来往的车很少，门口还可以停摩托车，非常的方便，最后，我真的强烈推荐！

房间的装修风格很不错👌很大的房间～工作人员也都很热情友好接待^_^给的一卷厨房纸巾🧻很好用吸收性很强。不过房间灯光会感觉太暗了。地理位置的话，需要打车出行。附近两百米有一家日本餐厅好吃，叫Dondon，我们吃了两次。

Highly recommend this accommodation for a clean space that feels like a 'home away from home'. So clean, everything so fresh and cleaning done daily. Loved the marigolds everywhere too, so beautiful. I came with my wife for a honeymoon, no words can describe how we appreciate that service, cleanliness’s a big concern for me when booking, but these guys nailed it!

We loved our time staying here! It had the perfect amount of space for 2 people, a kitchen with everything we needed (including filtered water 🙌🏻) & the daily cleaning was the cherry on top. Would 100% recommend staying here.

My friend and I really enjoyed the space. We were on the top level. They’ve managed to make a small space super spacious, use of the entire floor plan. We really enjoyed the bed being slightly higher and a chair as near the window. Shower pressure was great - 1 issue, the water cut out one night and it was resolved the next afternoon. I think it is limited hot water and you have to wait for it to regenerate… was not a major issue as my friend and I showered at different times most days. Shout out to the size of the bed… fairly certain you could fit about eight of me copy and paste. Two king-size pillows and two standard pillows - very comfortable. Used the kitchen a few times, all facilities and amenties were clean and ready for use. I really hated the water fountain in the kitchen. Definitely would look into getting a new one for convenience. Long-term neighbours underneath us were lovely as well… 3 dogs come by everyday, super sweet setup would stay again!

Great accommodation and experience! It was a 15 min drive to Seminyak centre or an even quicker scooter ride. It is not walking distance, but that was no worries as there were many great cafes and restaurants close to the accommodation. It was a bit more peaceful being a bit further from the main centre. The check in and check out process was easy and the host was super helpful. The accommodation itself was lovely and clean. The host left fresh coconuts in the fridge which were delicious and nice touch. The host also was very responsive and helped with any questions I had. The loft was easy to find with google maps. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Stay was amazing the host made everything very easy.

Fin lägenhet som såg ut precis som på bilderna, nära till centrum med en taxi. Själva området utanför är väl inte superfint, men det behövs inte heller när det finns andra saker i närheten man kan ta sig till. Fanns även ett ställe att lämna in tvätt mot en billig peng bredvid, toppen. Rekommenderar!

房間就跟照片一樣，兩人入住有很大的空間房間有一樓及二樓，二樓需要走一點點樓梯！樓梯因為是鐵的所以晚上也聽得到其他人上樓梯；對面正在施工所以早上很吵！走路就可以到附近的連鎖換錢所還有wahaha豬肋排！老闆推薦的早餐很值得去吃！

Place was just like the images. The housekeeper and Ferdian was extremely responsive and helpful. Hot water was strong and reliable as well. Overall, great stay!

Wir hatten eine absolut wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft! Schon beim Ankommen haben wir uns sofort wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Ferdian war perfekt – schnell, unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Besonders gefreut hat uns der reibungslose Check-in und der liebevolle Willkommensdrink, der uns direkt ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert hat. We had a lovely few days here. Was just what we needed after our long day of travelling. Quiet area away from the business of Seminyak.

Great place, good value and clean

Extremely responsive and helpful host and property manager made the stay very enjoyable. Suite is very spacious and clean.

The stay was amazing. The staffs were super helpful during my stay there. Clean place always as there is daily housekeeping. The room is super comfortable and all in all a worthwhile place to be in for your vacation. There is also a laundry shop beside making it more convenient.

This was a very affordable, very central loft. Perfect for a cheap stay in Seminyak. Also able to organise a scooter to be parked out the front ready for us which was super convenient.

The hosts were so helpful throughout my booking process of the airbnb; every question/doubt was promptly answered no matter the time. As for the place itself, i was simply impressed. it was very accessible and nearby to the main road, which is great and convenient as there's a convenience-store nearby as well. Fully equipped with water dispensers (hot/normal/cold temperature), kitchen utensils, microwave and a fridge, it was so easy to cook and store food throughout the stay. Would highly recommend this place to whoever thats looking at a fuss-free and comfortable stay in Bali.

The property manager and service team did a good job looking after our needs on an almost ad hoc basis, making sure our stay was comfortable and our needs were satisfied. Really comfortable place with daily cleaning, so you always return back feeling right at home. The place is quiet and peaceful, but very accessible by motorcycle or car.

The place was a great stay, absolutely beautiful and exactly like the photos. It is also close to a lot of markets and stores so the walking distance was nice. We loved the stay - I would say the only thing was there were a lot of dogs around the area that were a bit loud and kept barking throughout the night, so it was a bit hard to sleep but otherwise I would recommend the place!

It was in such a good location, so easy to get to and from places everyday. the staff did an exceptional job at making sure the place was tidy everyday and the hosts for always checking in on us incase we need anything. 房间很好，空间很大，第一天去打开冰箱还有两个椰子作为欢迎饮品。唯一令我们有些害怕的就是房间内会有爬行的虫子，我和我的朋友都很害怕虫子，不敢去处理它们。除此之外，房子外面正在装修，可能会有些噪音，对于睡眠质量不好的人这里可能不太适合

Clean and great place

Centrally located loft in the Seminyak area, on a quiet street. Photo do not do the apartment justice. Everything is spotless, and the floor plan provides a great use of space. Kitchen is fully stocked, mattress and linens are very comfortable. Perfectly place to unwind and relax. Would definitely recommend this place!

Location is a little away from the main area, which we liked. The place was clean and the hosts were responsive.

Central to Seminyak and was exactly as pictured! It was so beautifully decorated and also, we had a cleaner come in everyday. Would stay here again in future. The hosts were communicative and self check-in was super easy

A stylish spotless room in the perfect location for both the restaurants and shops a short 10 minute walk away and a close drive to the airport. Host was responsive and very kind at assisting us with storage of our luggage post check out. A really beautiful stay.

My wife and I had a great stay! The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The check-in process was very flexible, which made things much easier for me. Special thanks to the host for coming by to assist when needed – communication was super easy, and the responses were quick. Highly recommend!

The place was perfect! Loved how it looked and feel! It is located just abt 10mins bike ride to the Seminyak village area. Ferdian was also very responsive and easy to reach. Everything was good except the towels that they provided were not the cleanest. Other than that, I would return to stay again :)

It's a great place to stay in Bali. There are lots of good restaurants surrounding the location. Additionally, there are two laundries next to the loft. The room is larger than it looks in the pictures, and it's clean. Daily cleaning service is provided. Ferdine and the team were very responsive and always proactively helped us. When we had a power failure, he resolved it in an hour. I highly recommend it!!! I appreciate Ferdine and the team for making our stay comfortable!

Leider hatten wir kaum warmes Wasser beim duschen, aber ansonsten war alles absolut perfekt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, super Kommunikation und wunderschönes Apartment.

Modernes Loft mit einem echt bequemen Bett, war sehr sauber. Die Küche war sehr praktisch. Wir fanden es schade, dass der Pool nicht gereinigt war. Für das Geld sollte man den Pool schon sauber halten. Wir haben ihn nicht benutzt. Es war auch etwas laut, empfehle Ohrenstöpsel, für die, die schwer schlafen können. Sonst kann man aber aufjedenfall ein paar Nächte bleiben, wenn man das Loft Living mag. Man hat alles was man braucht und super Sauberkeit. Danke!

Wir sind sehr froh darüber, dass wir 2x die Möglichkeit haben, hier zu übernachten. Wunderschöne Wohnung, super Ausstattung und sehr nette Kommunikation. Die Wohnung wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, es war sehr sauber. Wir konnten Scooter mieten und sogar unser Gepäck verstauen. Wir können diese Wohnung von Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Ferdian's place. The place looked like the pictures, just slightly bigger. It came with a complete kitchen, allowing us to cook during our stay. Good communications all round, an empty gas cilinder quickly replaced, the cleaner who actually cleaned. One of our best experiences on Bali. Well suited for both short and long stay. The only very minor thing is the lack of curtains at the back wall, which are a nice to have really, and not a deal breaker. Overall truly five star.

Ferdian and team are great and proactive in communicating. They are always be ready whenever you need anything. The place is great for a stay and pretty close to Seminyak area

Great place to stay away from the hustle and the bustle, if that's your thing. Owner had great communication and made us feel well looked after. Room was very nice and cosy. Bonus that the cleaners came in everyday to make the place feel as if it's the first time entering the home; fresh and clean. Overall, very happy with our stay!

A well-stocked apartment that feels so homey. The owners put a lot of care in making sure that they provide thoughtful amenities. Exactly as pictured and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Ferdian and Kadek also go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and anticipate your needs. They’re very sincere and excellent hosts!

Unterkunft top, direkt daneben eine Wäscherei (inkl. Abholungservice vom Gastgeber - super freundlich und hilfsbereit). Antwortet sofort auf diverse Fragen und Anliegen. Einziger Minuspunkt ( ist aber keine Kritik an den Gastgeber)- laut bellende Hunde spät abends und ab morgens gegen 6 Uhr. Würden aber jederzeit wieder kommen ❤️🙏

We came across this brand new property in airbnb last minute & we absolutely LOVE it. So beautifully decorated with amazing view from balcony. Location was also superb close to a lot of restaurants & shops. The host & staff are so friendly & attentive. Thank you for letting us stay. We can’t wait to come back.
