Exploring Exclusive Jungle Villa with Waterfall View left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Exclusive Jungle Villa with Waterfall View was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Tampaksiring plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Exclusive Jungle Villa with Waterfall View painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
I had a wonderful stay at Villa Celagi! Everyone was very kind, and when I had a few minor issues with the kitchen they came right away to help get it fixed! The only reason they did not get 5 stars was because of the construction that was happening on the road leading to the villa. On bike it sometimes took me 35 minutes to get back from center of Ubud because the construction was halting the bikes and cars. Otherwise everything was great!! I would absolutely book this place again. It’s well worth it and I enjoyed my time here.
The room was beautiful and spacious. Their kitchen sink had clean drinking water which gave us a much needed break from hauling water bottles to our room. We faced a problem where the staff went above and beyond our expectations to help us out. A special shoutout for the staff and management for their assistance. Loved our stay.
Villa Cellagi has beautiful villas with all around jungle view. We really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful area. And still the busy areas of Ubud are easily reachable by scooter in 10-15 minutes. The waterfall and hike are not very well maintained, but it was an interesting walk nonetheless. One day we also left a small tip and request for some cool towel animals (besides the usual swan), and we got some cute surprises ;)! The staff was very sweet and responsive. So at last, we can really recommend this place!

Lovely hosts, incredible view and access to the most peaceful beautiful waterfall and natural pools. A beautiful place to connect to the true spirit and beauty of ubud. I have been twice in the last two years and will return again, to my happy place <3
My stay was nothing short of incredible. The view, the staff, the nature that surrounds the villa. Exactly what my nervous system needed for a reset. Looking forward to coming back!

Villa Celagi exceeded all our expectations. The villa is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and surrounded by stunning natural scenery. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and tranquility.

Overall, the villa was really amazing. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, especially with the soothing sound of the waterfall nearby — it made the whole stay feel very calming and refreshing. The only thing to note is that the access to the waterfall requires quite a bit of effort, so be prepared for some walking and stairs. But aside from that, everything was great and definitely worth the experience.
An exceptional place to stay in the area with stunning jungle views and natural sounds right by your room, magnificent surroundings as you walk through the streets between the fields with good options of restos too, it’s and only 10-15mins by bike to Ubud Central. Really enjoyed the open space concept particularly the jungle shower concept and the open kitchen, spacious terrace with waterfall and sunset view, and great hospitality too.. it was truly an experience to have during my self-retreat trip. The only downside was an extra wariness with the monkeys (love them but scared of them) and the sound-proofing might need a little improvement as it can be quite loud from the rooms next/under with the chairs or the doors. But overall, fall in love with the space and would def come and book again!
It’s more beautiful in person! The bathroom is huge, the outdoor shower so peaceful and the views are stunning. The place is surrounded by greenery and nature. Highly recommend!
One of the most serene and extraordinary places I have travelled to. A secluded villa, in the jungle, yet meters off a small village road. Villas are spaced out and terraced down to the river, fully enveloped in the lush and pounding sounds of the hidden waterfalls, river and jungle life. For those who want quiet, peace and slowdown (unless you get loud neighbours). Well maintained and super clean enclosed air conditioned room, with an open air kitchen and bathroom, and huge balcony. Expect all sorts of crawling, flying and jumping visitors. Fridge has a monkey-lock. Widhie is hands down one of the best hotel managers. The whole staff is amazing and super helpful, with basic English. Onsite restaurant, a few warungs down and up the road, or stock the fridge for an extended hideout. 15 min drive from Ubud. Bottled water is a must. I have extended my stay twice.

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful jungle villa. Everything from the location, the suite is gorgeous and the best part is the host team. Everyone is just so lovely and they took such great care of me. Can only recommend this place!

Great place!!!! I think apartment located in one of the best area in Ubud, just in jungle with waterfall) So the nature here just insane! We like it! One minus for me - that is apartment is built in a house with 4 apartments. Therefore, sometimes it was very noisy from the neighbors. But everything else was great!
Lots of mosquitoes at night so insect repellent is a must. But overall the place was great, staff were very helpful and friendly! Somewhat near to Ubud Central, and there are nearby restaurants, that we did not get to try. BUT DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!
Villa Celagi was absolutely stunning and beautiful. A perfect reset in nature. I will be back, I recommend 10/10.

Villa Celagi is truly one of the best villas I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the peaceful surroundings, framed by lush jungle views and the soothing sound of a private waterfall – a rare and unforgettable experience. The location is perfect – just a 15-minute drive to the center, yet it feels like a secluded sanctuary far away from the bustle. The balance between convenience and tranquility is exceptional. The villa itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy – everything you need for a restful stay. If you’re looking for a serene retreat surrounded by nature, with easy access to Ubud’s attractions, Villa Celagi is a must. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

we are so happy we choose to stay at Villa Celagi for our time in ubud. we would have stayed longer but it was already booked for the days we wanted. which im not surprised because the place, the hosts and the surroundings were absolutely stunning!! The two hosts Niels and Freja (and their daughter Joy) are such lovely people and were very helpful with making our stay extra comfortable. highly recommend staying here!!

We really enjoyed the private waterfall and the helpful staff that guided us there. the place was very clean and new and we were surrounded by beautiful scenery. Breakfast provided was also wonderful and delicious. Location is wonderful, just 15 minutes to Ubud centre by car. however there were some teething issues as this place is newly built - lack of sound proofing, we could hear the neighbouring room very loudly. there was also a lack of hot water for showers as it was raining and not enough solar power collected as explained by the property manager. Unfortunately it was also flying ants season when we stayed, and many insects entered the room, but the staff was helpful and quick to clean up the insects upon request even past working hours. The manager Widhi was awesome and very receptive to our feedback. Once these teething issues are fixed it will be an even more pleasant stay for future guests. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again!

I stayed at Villa Cekaga for one night and I can definitely say it's one of the most pristine hidden gems here in Ubud. Surrounded by the lush nature of Laplapan it offers a much needed recluse from the busy streets of Ubud. the nature view is truly 10/10 and the Hosts Niels and Freja are amazing hosts, very friendly and accomodating, whilst also providing great recommendations for travelling around. I will definitely be coming back to this amazing stay whenever I am in Ubud again 💫
