Exploring Fantastic 5BR Villa - Perfect Location in Seminyak left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Fantastic 5BR Villa - Perfect Location in Seminyak was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Seminyak plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Fantastic 5BR Villa - Perfect Location in Seminyak painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

In two bathrooms was mould, out of this it was a great house to stay there :)

Our family had a lovely and enjoyable stay. We were 4 adults and a child, the villa suited us well, the pool and spaciousness being a highlight. Great location and proximity to the hustle and bustle of Seminyak / Legian while still being situated in a quiet area. Adi and the staff were fantastic, as well as Jimmy the night security. Thank you to the team for looking after our group!
Great spot walking distance to everywhere you needed
Loved the stay. Host was very responsive. The caretakers ladies were very good. Location from main road is a 4-5 minute walk from bintang market.
location was great, near to most of the restaurants and bustling area. however because we have 9 adults and 2 toddlers, we rented a big car and the car couldn’t go in.. so we have to alight at the main road outside and walk about 7mins in. route in was very straightforward and easy though.

Overall good place for family and friends. Good pool. And large living room. Location easy to access with motorbike. But big car or small bus cannot unfortunately.
The villa was equipped with 2 housekeepers on a daily basis, and a security guard on a nightly basis. The team are very accommodating.

- pelayanan bagus dan ramah - villa bersih dan nyaman - kelengkapan mandi handuk tiap hari diganti. - kolam bersih - lokasi nya agak susah diakses terutama dengan kendaraan roda 4 ( disarankan apabila menginap di villa ini sewa motor atau naik grab) - parkir 1 kendaraan kecil ( alya , agya , brio , avanza ) lebih dr itu bisa parkir cuma pintu garasi tidak bisa ditutup. - keamanan bagus ada security tiap malam - ac kamar kurang begitu dingin .
Mr. G's place is located right where all the action is, just be cautious if you have a big van as the road leading up to it is very small. The house itself is great--huge space, very clean, and perfect for large groups. Bagus was super accommodating, and there was also a guide/handbook, along with a local phone for anything you might need. They also provided keys for every room. We decided to stay here after getting married in Uluwatu over the weekend and were surprised to find rose petals strewn about our room. So sweet! We would surely come back!
Alright stay. Price a bit high. Decent place, perfect for big groups.
The villa was very large, excellent for 7 guests and exceeded our expectations. Only issue was that the Jacuzzi attached to the pool was not operating during our stay.

It's definitely a great place to stay! Love the place, especially the location very strategic. I can walk to the streets, because it's that close. There is a problem with one of the bathroom, but that's okay. Great hospitality from the staff, really friendly. Overall it's great place.

A good place to relax and unwind. Great swimming pool. Mr G was very responsive and suggested a few places to visit. The cleaning staff Ayuh and Iyuh were really helpful and cooked us breakfast everyday. Pick-up was arranged through Mr G. A few suggestions - to be prepared for the mosquitoes. Even though mosquito coils are provided, you need to bring a good spray. The staircase to the smaller rooms is steep and need to be careful. The washing machine and jacuzzi were broken and could not be used. And the lighting is too dim for the night. Overall it was a good stay and there was sufficient room for us 7 adults and 4 kids. Thank you Mr G and staff :)
I stayed with my big family, there was 11adults+3kids and all fits well in this villa. The helpers cleaned the whole area and change our towels everyday. I love the natural lights and the modern design, we also loved to cook there as kitchen is equipped with pretty complete tools. Alternatively, you can order food and they will deliver it quite fast as it is located at the center of the city. Kids love to swim and play around at the backyard. What I didn't expect was that the washing machine was broken at the time some of us hand-wash some of our clothes. We were informed that helpers would come 8am-4pm everyday, but not aware that if we didn't instruct them specifically then they may come very late (like there was once they came at 9.40am+), so we need to wash our dirty dishes from dinner time to prepare breakfast. The mosquitos are also unavoidable due to its open-space concept. But overall, Rafa and Mr.G has been very helpful and kindly accomodate our requests. Communication was very promptly responded, which we really appreciated it.
Excellent stay !!! Thank u Mr G for making special arrangements for us. Iluu and Ayu were a great help around the villa for day to day help, were kind enough to cook brekkie and also helped with my daughter's. THe villa gave us a feeling of home away from home. we ll definitely be back. Rafa and Mr G thanks for being so quick with ur responses.
The Villa was clean and well maintained. Did not have any problems with mozzies! We were greeted warmly and breakfast served every morning was pretty good too! Would love to come back again!
We had 4 families taking up each room & an extra room for the kids to mingle & sleep together! The pool was in excellent condition. Rooms are spacious & view from the windows / glass doors of the pool in the morning was something to look forward to. The helpers were great & the Villa manager was spot on with his services. I would highly recommend this Villa to families / friends who wants some quiet quality time among each other's companionship!
We had a great stay here. It's a 4 star Villa. The staff mad the stay great. Always willing to help with any request. The rooms had AC but the common areas did not. That is quite common for villas in Bali we found. It's close to Bintang supermarket and a street with restaurants and shops. It's about half way between the main area of Seminyak and Kuta to you can catch a cab either way for fairly cheap. The jacuzzi is still not fixed.
Our stay at Martine Villa is awesome! My friends and i were having a fantastic stay! The place is clean and comfortable! The villa located at a strategic location, where surround with lot restaurants, bars, convenient stores. Villa manager Mr.G & staffs were very helpful and informative. Except for some minor issues (Jacuzzi was not working & Kitchen light is too dim). Overall everything is good! Would highly recommend this villa!
Great stay. Minus one star for jacuzzi not working when we arrived, but otherwise everything was an advertised and the villa was in a great location in Seminyak. Special thanks to the housekeeper who made us feel exceedingly welcome.
Thank you for letting us stay in your villa. Iluh and Dewa were absolutely fantastic. Very helpful, efficient and friendly. My wife and I really struggled with the bed being so hard. That said, the pool and outdoor area were amazing. Location right behind the Bintang Supermarket is ideal. 10-15 minute walk to the beach for sunsets and good restaurants.
The villa was even better than the photos: beautiful, extremely clean and perfectly maintained. The pool was fantastic, breakfast always fresh and delicious, and the location was perfect. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were Dewa and Ilu. Bali is known for its incredibly kind people, but Dewa and Ilu take hospitality to another level. They were always there for us with a genuine smile and incredible kindness. Whatever we needed, at any time, they were always ready to help. It never felt like they were simply doing their job. Their kindness was genuine, and you could truly feel that they cared about us. Together, Dewa and Ilu are the heart of this place. They took care of us from beginning to end and made us feel completely at home. To future guests: please treat them with the same kindness and respect they will show you. They are genuinely wonderful people and deserve to be appreciated. Thank you, Dewa and Ilu, for making our time in Bali so special.

Mr G is a great host even the workers that came through to clean they were the best they always made sure if we were okay and made sure everything was clean and ready to use again I hundred percent recommend this villa as I would stay here over and over again love this villa
The villa is described accurately and was a great spot for our group to hang out. The housekeeping staff were lovely, and very accommodating (preparing breakfasts etc). Beds are listed as 5 doubles and 3 singles - be aware that the singles are rollaway beds that are set up if you need them - not really suitable for an adult. Only one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and 2 of the rooms are most easily accessed via quite a narrow, steep outside staircase, which older members of our group found challenging. Everything was lovely and clean, having the supermarket next door was great, and it is only a short walk to restaurants, and a short drive to beaches and shopping.

It’s been a great pleasure to stay at Villa Martine. We were a group of 5 people, each of us had a great comfortable room, Luh, the housekeeper is amazing, everyday she and her team took care of our villa to stay clean and bright. The location is great as well, just nearby the Bintang mall and 15 mins walk from the beach. Bars, cafes, massage, everything is nearby. I’m very glad of the choice I made to stay at Villa Martine, hopefully we get a chance to return one day!
All 13 of us staying at the place had a blast. They were so accomodating with daily breakfast cooked and the house cleaned/linen all changed. All the staff were very friendly and the location was convenient right behind Bintang supermarket. We’ll definitely be back!
少し狭い路地を通って行かなくちゃいけないところ以外は非常に便利だった。スーパーが近くにあるので、そこで食材を買って宿で料理をして楽しむこともできた。 また、毎日掃除とアメニティの補充をしてくれるので非常に快適に過ごすことができた。 チェックイン時間前に荷物を置きたいという要望にも応えてくれた。

Villa Martine is highly recommended. We booked super last minute and asked for an early check-in, and Mr. G with his team were very helpful and let us check in at 12 PM (normal check-in is 2 PM). The team was very friendly and always responsive. They prepared breakfast for us, cleaned the villa every morning, and even made a floating breakfast when we asked — such a nice touch! The location is great too. It’s about 1 km from the beach, close to Seminyak shopping area, and there’s a Bintang supermarket nearby for easy grocery shopping. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Mr. G and the team for the great hospitality!

Villa Martine is a great place to stay for groups of around 10 people. A large and relaxing outdoor space with the pool was where our group mainly hung out. The bedrooms were clean and house-keeping was very flexible with our needs, and super well-done! Overall, very good service and a place that is conveniently located behind Bintang Supermarket, is one of the best locations in Seminyak.
We just stayed at Villa Martine in October for 7 nights. 12 adults celebrating my daughters birthday. The villa is large, good location, rooms are a good size, staff are amazing Ayu & Ilu were fantastic and cooked us breakfast every morning. We spent most of our time outside, the grounds and pool area is gorgeous. A bonus we had security from 9pm - 5am which was good when we were all getting home at different times. Great communication with our booking and contact with Mr G. We had a power outage and I contacted Bali Villa Management team and someone was out straight away to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend this villa for a large group we all really enjoyed our stay.
This Villa was absolutely amazing for family of 11 adults x2 babies. I can not say enough about the most polite helpful staff, they made us right at home and were right there to assist with anything we needed. So many special touches staying here. In house laundry small $$ in house breakfast was prepared and so fresh Devine ladies thank you so much and will rebook again next year!!

The stay’s amazing, 10 out of 10 for the villa’s location, very strategic. The villa is spacious and very nice. There’s a small outage when we opened 2 hairdryer at once, but all resolved great, will come back again

Well looked after villa
Hi Mr. G. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at Villa Martine for 10 nights. We had a party of 7 adults and 2 children celebrating my wife’s and son’s birthdays. The 5 separate bedrooms all with ensuites were a huge success. The pool and surrounds were outstanding. We all spent most of the time in the pool. A very short 2 minutes walk to one of the main streets in Seminyak with a huge supermarket and great bars and coffee shops. An easy 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet neighbourhood.A special mention to the 2 house maids Ayu and Iluh that came every day to clean and attend to the villa. They were outstanding with the grandkids. A huge shout out to Mr. Adi who welcomed us to the villa and also arranged for a doctor to attend the villa when our grandson was suffering from an infected ear. The doctor and assistant were there in less than 30 minutes. Outstanding and greatly appreciated. Only issue no outdoor bbq. Thanks again Cheers Simon&Fam

We had the best 6 days in Villa Martine and all of my friends enjoyed every minute. The villa was better than the pictures and we had such a lovely time relaxing both inside and outside. The lovely ladies in the villa had the place spotless and were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would 100 percent return if we go back!! Would highly recommend staying here! Mr G was super responsive and helpful in the lead up. So close to supermarket, shops and restaurants. Everything we needed in walking distance. Thank you so much for the best trip ❤️

If you’re looking for Villa with 13-15 person. This is the so recommended. The location is in the heart of Seminyak, next to the entrance Gang Keraton, there is a Bintang Supermarket. We stayed 4 nights , and every day it was cleaned by the helper. Cars can enter all the way inside, except for the Hiace.

Our family of nine (including a baby and 2 infants) stayed at this villa for around a week and we had an absolutely fantastic time. Mr G and his team are amazing: very communicative throughout the whole process and extremely professional. The staff were there every single day very helpful making us breakfast as well and helping handle the infants for as well. The location is very nice and the place is exactly as advertised on Airbnb. Mr G is a clear professional and highly encourage anybody else to also make a similar booking with him and his team.

We were 12 guests spent one week at this property and enjoyed every bit of it. The location is very convenient close to the shops, beach and restaurants. The staff at the villa were very helpful and trustworthy. Our kids loved playing in the pool. There is one bedroom downstairs which made this property ideal for us due to the inability for our parents to climb stairs. Areas to improve: - One bathroom upstairs had a mirror that was not up to the standard and needs replacement. - The toilet flush on the same bedroom is also requires fix for better water flow. Note that If you’re a bigger group, you need to get off outside the street as the street is too narrow for bigger cars to get in. Overall the property was great to accommodate bigger group with all the facilities.
Place was really nice and looked exactly like the pictures! The host was really nice too and the staff was accessible when we had needs/requests. In terms of location, my family and I liked the fact that the stores and restaurants were walking distance.
We were 13 guys and all our needs were taken care of by the two villa managers; Ayu and Ilu. They were really friendly, helpful and overall great! They made sure the villa was clean every day, and even took care of our laundry, scooter rentals and other requests. The location was really good. The Villa is located close to the Bintang Supermarket, which made it nice and easy to buy groceries or snacks. Next to the supermarket is a great Bistro that we used for breakfast almost every day. For ventures further out in Seminyak or towards Canggu we rented scooters or took scooter-taxis. Want to go clubbing? Just take a scooter-taxi for 15 min. We had a nightswatch-man until 5, so we did not have to worry about keys when we went out. The Villa is perfect for a nice pregame before you hit the clubs, and also for a chill, hungover morning in the sun by the pool. The beach was within walking distance. All in all we had an amazing stay with Mr. G and his crew!
We had such a great time in Bali! The villa was in a small street that made it challenging to get in and out of, but it was completely worth it. We felt very safe and taken care of, the staff was incredible and the breakfasts were yummy! Everything was super clean. Highly recommend! PS- bring insect repellent!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Space is cozy and spacious. Host very responsive and their staff are also friendly. Location wise very strategic, dow part only 1 thing which big car unable to send us direct to Villa. Have to walk around 500 meter to go out. But no issue Overall, present stay and I love it very much.
Mr G was extremely helpful and responsive to all messages. The airport transfer to the airbnb was smoothly prepared and the listed accomodation is a wonderful place to stay. Huge supermarket located a stone's throw away from the accomodation and makes buying daily neccesities convenient.

We had a great stay here at Villa Martine - great location close to the supermarket and some nice places to eat. Clean and tidy villa. The staff were accomodating and friendly and Mr G checked in regularly to check everything was going well. Will definitely be back here next time we visit Bali.

My family & I had a wonderful stay at Mr G’s Villa Martine in Seminyak. Great location! Nice restaurants & bars a 5 minute walk & fantastic shopping too. With 4 kids we liked that there was a supermarket 5 mins away also. Very convenient. Beautiful pool. Lovely staff. Helpful, easy transportation arrangements also. Definitely recommend booking through Mr G.
stayed here with my team, had a great time because of the huge communal space we enjoyed the amenities the property has to offer and how clean everything was highly recommend!
The staff had arrived prior to our check in and made sure we were well settled. The rooms, pool and living area were pretty clean. Overall, we were well taken care of with a bonus of having a security gaurd from 9pm to 5am daily. No complaints and i love the place!

Wir sechs Freunde hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Toller Außenbereich mit großen Pool, Pavillon, Liegen und Sitzecke. Großartige und saubere Zimmer. Ruhige und zentrale Lage in Seminyak. Auch eine sehr spontane Buchung hat gut funktioniert. Wir wurden 30 Minuten nach der Buchung herzlich empfangen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
This is a great property. Seminyak is a busy place but this villa is about a 3 minute walk from the Main Street. The service was amazing and the villa was fantastic. It’s in a very convenient location. I’ll definitely come back and stay here.
The villa totally exceeded our expectations! It was just less than 10mins through the small road beside Bintang supermarket. We had 2 staff members on standby in the villa from 9am to 3pm (we requested for them to come in at 10am instead). They are around but yet you do feel like they were there. They helped us to run errands like buying groceries or picking up our laundry for us. Ayu always had a smile on her face whenever we talked to her. She also listened attentively to our requests as to how we preferred our rooms to be cleaned. We also had a security guard at the garage during night time till 5am. We are definitely coming back here again. Thank you everyone for making our stay an enjoyable and memorable one!

Everything was found as described. Best part was great team, eager to welcome at Villa. They made us feel the warmth in the welcome! Always, eager to help & even when we requested to get some items from market, team went and bring the item, submitted the bill & then asked for money as per the bill only. Even our heavy suitcases were delivered in our room on first floor. Great kitchen & that was what we needed...... Overall great stay
Very nice Villa and everyone enjoyed the place. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and attentive to our needs. There’s security at night so we felt really safe! Would have been perfect if the living room could be air conditioned too so there’s an option for a cool communal place in the sweltering heat but it doesn’t take away how nice the place is.

Without doubt this is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Villa Martine is just as the pictures describe. It is well located and within walking distance of many of the clubs and bars in Seminyak. In addition it is less than a 5 minute walk from the Bintang supermarket. It is situated in a private area so no noise can be heard from other villas or nearby bars. We stayed as a group of 10 and had more than enough space. The host was always fast in responding and gave clear instructions on check in and check out and was flexible around our check out time so long as we asked in advance. The cleaners were always punctual and friendly and had the place spotless each day with fresh towels and linen. I couldn’t recommend Mr G or villa Martine enough and would say it’s the perfect accommodation if you are looking for luxurious accommodation with a perfect location in Seminyak.

Great accomodation, looked exactly liked the pictures. Mr G was very responsive to any queries I had and did his best to ensure we all had an excellent stay. Cleaing service was good and flexible, working around us even if we were home. Power went out a couple of times, however I believe it was due to using the kettle and toaster at the same time so be careful when doing so. Mr G was very responsive when the issue was raised and sent someone over to rectify it ASAP. I highly recommend this accomodation to any large group wishing to stay in a Villa. It is walking distance to the Bintang Supermarket and many resturants with great service. The outside area/Pool is a huge positive in this villa and it was used every day. Rooms are spacious and every room having its own ensuite was very pleasing. Cheers,

Great stay for a large group. Great location. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us with any questions or needs. The villa itself was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our group. We had a fantastic experience overall.
Wij verbleven met 3 koppels en 9 kinderen in de villa. Het was werkelijk fantastisch. Elke ochtend kon je een heerlijk ontbijt laten maken, de kamers en ruimtes werden dagelijks schoongemaakt, en onbeperkt drinkwater die je normaal, koud en heet kon nemen. Het zwembad is fantastisch en als je kleine kinderen hebt kan je voor 250.000 per dag een super mooi bamboo hek laten plaatsen waardoor je als ouder ook echt vakantie hebt. Je bent binnen enkele minuten lopen in de drukke winkelstraat waar vanalles te doen is. In de villa zelf is het volledig stil. Heerlijk! Wij zullen zeker nog een keer terug komen!
What a fantastic place to stay. We shared with two other families. There was plenty of space for everyone. Perfect location in the heart of Seminyak . You can relax and enjoy peace and quite but your also not far to be out and about. Supermarket is within walking distance and fantastic. Great restaurants near by. The staff are super friendly. Offering us with a cooked breakfast each morning. They helped us out with organising a chef to come to the villa to cook us a delicious feast. Highly recommend this service. It was no hassle to help organise our laundry for us. Our clothes come back smelling amazing. We all throughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Martine. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend. This villa is in a great location, very close to the supermarket for supplies, many restaurants, massage places, everything is right there. once inside the villa, it's all quiet, the pool is large, and it's great for family fun. The two master bedrooms are very large and comfortable, and every bathroom has its own quirk about it. we had 3 couples and 2 kids staying, and we all had our own zone, so to speak. The staff are very kind and happy to do anything for you, and the host Mr G very good with comms. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a homely house, amid the hassle and bustle 😀
Perfect location in Seminyak. Very close to Bintang Supermarket, spas, restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. The Villa is clean and spacious. The swimming pool is refreshing, with clean towels daily. The breakfasts we requested were delicious, Western and Indonesian. Mr. G, Iluh, Ayu and the rest of the Bali Management Villa staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had a amazing stay and cant wait to come back here on our next visit.

Mr G and the staff (Ayu/Inul) are the best!! The place is thoroughly cleaned everyday, is spacious, the cooking is great, and the place is great value for money. If you use a big car you’ll have to walk 2 mins to be picked up, but besides this the place is perfect! Would recommend for anyone.

Great location and cleanlinesses
Mr G and his team are friendly, quick with communication and helpful in all ways. The Villa is beautiful, even more so than the pictures. The rooms are big and spacious, and the master bedroom has a lovely outdoor shower. The pool and general relaxing area is 10/10, and the location of the Villa is great - close to a supermarket and the busy streets of Seminyak. The staff at the Villa were also helpful in getting our washing washed, storing our bags while we waited for our flight and other small requests. Nothing seemed to be too big of a request, and everything was done with a smile and a warmth. What a lovely stay.
We had a great stay at the Villa, and particularly enjoyed the large pool and outdoor area. Mr G was very responsive and helpful, and the cleaners were lovely and kept the villa looking immaculate on a daily basis. Only small let down was that the WiFi network for some of the upstairs bedrooms wasn't working during our stay.

The stay was very nice here. Swimming pool very clean and the rooms as well. Every room was furnished in an unique way. The villa was located near the bintang supermarket which was very convenient. Definitely recommend this place to others!

Thank you so much to u Mr G and team for the wonderful experience!! It was my father’s 60th birthday and we were traveling in a big group so I was worried about making sure everyone was happy. From the airport transfer, to the breakfast, to the day tour, to the BBQ dinner - Mr G and his team helped me along the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I am sure it made many nice memories for my family! 😄 Wasn’t expecting it but it was a big plus that the booking came with 2 helpers who bought groceries and cooked daily breakfast for us / cleaned our rooms. And a security guard who keeps us safe at night.
Our big family really enjoy the hospitality of the Villa Martin team during our recent holiday. We were a group of 10 people, and the villa is big enough to accommodate all of us. We really enjoy the facilities. The living room is big and very comfortable to hang out in. But we like to hang out in the outdoor dining and swimming pool area. The rooms are clean, big and cozy. The staffs are very friendly and helpful with our request. They can accommodate you with cooking breakfast, Laundry, and finding a car or scooter to rent. They also stay in the villa during the day for you. They keep the villa always clean, and any issues or requests will be dealt with instantly. The Manager, Mr G, is very nice and quick with communication. Location: The reason we chose this villa is because of the location. We decided to be close to the centre this time instead of Ubud or somewhere far. Because it is a big group, we would like to be close to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Big Bintang Supermarket is just on the main road. Five minutes walk. Double 6 Beach is about 15 minutes walk. We go there daily, either in the morning or in the afternoon. Double 6 beach has a lot of things to do. Surf lesson, food and lots of places to hang out. Food, Shops, Spas, and a couple of famous restaurants are just up the main road 20 minutes walk to Legian Like any other villa in Seminyak, expect a small lane to get into the villa. It will fit any car but must be careful. Taxi or grab delivery having no problem getting into the villa. I highly recommend this Villa for everyone.
Villa was really great and the staff was very helpful in buying back food for us while we stayed in the villa. There was security after 10pm as well and help to collect our gojek supper. Overall amazing experience!
The location is very convenient for you to shop for snacks and drinks at night. Might be tough if you are renting a big bus but very convenient if travelling by car. Grab and Gojek can also locate easily.
This place was so amazing! The staff was so accommodating! The pictures don’t do justice to the place at all! It was soo soo beautiful! The pool, the beds and the bathrooms were all soo great! And I have nothing to say other than it was one of the most amazing experiences ever! I recommend a 100%💙🔥

We had aFabulous stay! The staff was extremely helpful and always available at our requests and Abel to make arrangements for the smallest things that we asked for! Some good stores and stuff available as soo a s you come out of the lane. Good location, however bus or big cars might not be able to come inside the small lane.
Great experience at Villa Martine, Seminyak with great hospitality from their staff. A comfortable place to let your family vacation in Bali. Strategic location, clean place, a lot of bedrooms with great facilities, and comfortable atmosphere to unwind after exhausted of activities in Jakarta. Some advice: If you bring a big car (ex: Hiace, Elf, etc.), please consider it first because the alley is too narrow. It can be parked across alleys and side roads. I think a medium family car (ex: Innova, Avanza, etc) would be better. Thanks for the great moment and see you on the other time!

Place was superb! 99% as advertised only it was a bit too dim at night. We prefered something more bright yet that our personal preferences. All the staffs are out of this world! They’re incredible, helpful, friendly yet professional. They also provide security during the night until the dusk. Access to the area is pretty tight so be prepared. But its all worth it since the location is super strategic. We have some water outtage in the middle of the night of our last night. I left some message and Mr. G took care of it asap. The public space toilet was out of service but all the rooms have inroom toilet so it doesn’t really bother us that much. Pool was amazing and pretty good for a swim and pretty deep too (be better watched out for kids). If you’re planning to come during the summer, no need to worry about the heat in Bali since they willing to open the AC as long as you need it. Will definitely recommend this place to others! They only have 1 carport but sometimes you can park another one across the villa. Last but not least, this private villa services was even better than hotels and try for their signature shower gel and shampoo! Super relaxing and soothing. Water provided was also super clean

Location! Comfort! Ease! Wonderful staff! Communication in English and amazing response times! We would often travel out of the villa for food/supplies and being able to walk to Bintang supermarket within 3 minutes was incredible especially during the got days. When we ventured further we could just say to the taxi drivers: "Bintang supermarket" and they'd know exactly how to get there as Google maps is not available to everyone and data connections can be slow. The villa itself was wonderful. The pool got amazing sunlight and shave through the whole day and the undercover day bed was lovely having a fab in the roof of it. The entire place was tiled inside and out which made for a slippery experience. The pool is designed strangely with the main steps going straight into the deep end and the shallow end being tucked behind a corner (not great for kids). We hired a pool fence though the villa which was convenient but a tad expensive at around $10-15 USD PER DAY. The staff were amazing to talk with and were super friendly with our babies, doting endlessly but respectfully. Air con was incredibly good and cold. Bathrooms were spacious, as were the bedrooms. Space was used efficiently in a place that didn't feel like it was in a built up area but actually is! Cons: -No grass which meant no natural cooling (but also fewer insects so...) -All eating and communal spaces were without air-con (not unusual in Bali) and as we liked to spend a lot of time playing games and hanging out this could get uncomfortable Pros: -Drinkable water available in a water cooler with a safe instant-boiling water button -Staff available from 8-4 and spoke enough English to feel at ease -Included clothes washing and folding on-site -Insect repellent and coils availae throughout at no extra charge -Rice cooker, good sized fridge, minimal cooking utensils/cookware, and blender available The only thing that probably did not meet expectations was the TV. It was very small for the room but this may not matter to many. We had planned movie nights and unfortunately our computer screens were not all that much smaller than the TV. Remember to bring your own speakers to Bali if you don't want to listen to humidity ravaged sound of the speakerware available (think tin-can sounds). UNFORTUNATELY, we had to leave a week early due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but Mr G was amazing to communicate with and we were able to leave on one of the last flights to Australia with minimal fuss. Very clean and we will be BACK, thank you!

If you’re looking for a wonderful villa for a group holiday, this is the place for you. Villa Martine was the most amazing villa for our time in Seminyak. It’s off the main road making it extremely quiet and peaceful, but still walking distance to an array of shops, restaurants and the big Bintang Supermarket. The staff were so warm and lovely, even buying our friend a cake for her birthday! We loved hanging out by the pool and on the outdoor day bed - very relaxing. Mr G. was such an accommodating host, providing everything we needed and responding to messages almost instantly. Could not recommend this Villa or Mr G. highly enough!
This is a fabulous villa with such thoughtful and attentive staff. We celebrated our 30th birthdays as a group of 9, and the villa met every one of our needs. Great location near Bintang supermarket and plenty of amenities.
The villa was amazing and clean, with plenty of space for all the guests. Every room was comfortable with big beds. I would happily stay there again. The little touches were great- drinking water readily available, beers to purchase in the fridge. Location was spot on near the supermarket and near the main street, but very quiet at night. We were well taken care of by the lovely staff. A big thank you to them for the surprise after my wedding!
Absolutely loved it. Such a beautiful villa. The staff are just beautiful. So friendly and kind. Area was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. 5 great big bedrooms and never slept better. 1min from supermarket. Highly recommend.
This is a spacious and luxurious place to stay. We especially loved that the fridge had been well stocked with beer on our arrival and that there were plenty of plug adaptors available. The staff kept the place clean and did whatever shopping we needed, as well as cook breakfast when we wanted. We really appreciated how easy it was to book drivers, transfers, massages and scooter hire at good prices through the villa - so convenient. The beach is about 10 - 15 min walk away and Seminyak rd, which has some great places to eat (eg. Grain, who do a good breakfast) is only a few minutes walk away. Given the central location, the villa and it’s pool area ( which had plenty of laid back seating) were very peaceful and quiet.
There was 9 of us that stayed for 10 days. It was perfect in every way, the staff are fantastic and location is superb. Iluh & Ayu we're lovely and went out of there way to make everything special. We will be back and I can't wait! Thank you
Great host, absoultely beautiful villa better than the photos. Maids were very lovely and respectful of privacy. Super easy to organise breakfast and transport. Great location to the main road and in the middle of legian & seminyak. Security at night was a nice touch. Realistically 15 min walk to beach/cocoon. A little garage area to park scooters or car which was handy. Entertainment area was perfect size, we had 10 people and didnt get crowded. Every room had kings and ensuite.
The villa is located in a very central area of Seminyak and within walking distance to many nice eateries and cafes. The villa is clean and spacious, we have five couples and never feel crowded. The check in was very smooth and everything was fully explained. I have few questions about the villa before check in and Mr. G replied very quick and clear. I have no problem recommending Villa Martine to anyone.

I cannot Fault the team of staff who work for the villa, your host was exceptional and was so welcoming. One of the best hosts I have had to meet, he was incredible and made us all feel very safe and comfortable. Little things like providing us with a phone to communicate with him and everyone outside villa was above and beyond! Introducing the team members on arrival was exceptional and exactly what you want having being in a different country in someone else’s house. All travellers and workers were on the same page at all times. Security was provided for our safety (included in the price) Cleaner’s were adequate and entered the same time everyday, adding small touches like flowers etc during the stay. Very thoughtful. The house was bigger then expected the rooms are very large and can fit more then 12 people (add extra beds with fee) plenty of space for large families. Location!!! Perfect to the main shopping road in Seminyak and transport!
We absolutely loved staying at this Villa. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect. Very clean and well presented, the staff were brilliant and very helpful. The villa is very close to shops and good restaurants. Would stay here again!
My friends and I had an awesome visit! The villa staff were amazing and oh so helpful. I scheduled a birthday dinner one evening and the chef arrived early and everything was impressively prepared. I was a tad worried about bathrooms open to the elements and creepy crawlies, but I need not have. Pest control is on point and the ladies did an excellent job cleaning each morning. I only wish I could have stayed longer!
We recently started there and had an amazing time. Everything was immaculate and the property is wonderfully maintained and look and feel better than the photos. Absolutely no complains. The housekeepers were very polite and took care of all our requirements. Highly recommended.
An amazing villa, the pictures don’t do it justice. Great host with very quick responses and wonderful friendly Balinese staff on site every day to attend to any needs, cook our meals and clean up after us. Definitely a villa I will recommend and be back in the future if I travel with a big group. The helpers in the villa were very helpful and warm and that added the extra touch to a pleasant stay in Bali. Do consider this villa as the property is well maintained and clean and location to Bintang supermarket and also the Main Street is a Breeze to get.
Excellent service and cleanliness. Location is great and walking distance to supermarket which is very convenient. The staff are more than accommodating and to our surprise they will shop and cook for you at your request including refilling the beers in the fridges. Villa easily accommodated 3 couples and 2 singles but would accommodate 5 couples easily.

I booked this as a girls trip to celebrate a special occsssion and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Because I was organising on behalf of a group, I sent lots of enquiry emails before the trip itself. Mr G couldn’t have been quicker to respond or more helpful- he swiftly helped me organise spa services, in villa meals for ten, floaties for the pool etc. My entire party were blown away by the villa and the amazing service provided by Gurnawan and the ladies from start to finish- five star! The ladies in the villa took shopping orders from us and cooked us amazing breakfasts each morning. The service they provided was amazing- so efficient but so discreet. They were also so happy and friendly! The villa is located down a poorly lit lane but so, so close to the buzzing shopping and restaurant streets of seminyak. There is a security guard on duty from 10pm each night for added reasurance- thank you jimmy!! The rooms were big, sparkling clean and had powerful ac. The entire experience with Mr G, Gurnawan, the in house ladies etc was just fantastic. Thank you all!
We had a wonderful stay at Mr G’s villa. We had a large group of 8ppl and a child and the space was very comfortable for all of us. Communication before we arrived was very quick and easy to understand. He was able to arrange transfers for us and also a pool fence. The villa is lovely with spacious bedrooms and a comfortable lounge area and the courtyard is great for drinks in the afternoon and morning god coffees! Great location, easy walk to main road Seminyak where there are lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities too. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again!

Hi Mr G, Me and my friends had a pleasant stay at your place. The staffs were all friendly and very hands on and helpful. The only time that was inconvenient was because of the lights out but that happened across the neighborhood because of PLN maintenance, so no worries about that. Absolutely amazing villa, well located in Seminyak but hidden enough to give plenty of privacy. The daily staff team are amazing, especially our security guard Billy who was the best! The villa is clean, well presented, has plenty of space especially as we were a group of 7.
Beautiful villa, great service! We asked the maids to make daily breakfast since our group was large with an early start everyday. We just paid for the groceries. Helped us organise a surprise birthday dinner and was so patient when we arrived at 11.30pm due to flight delays. Also helped us organise a orphanage visit so we could donate money and supplies. Great communication and walking distance to everything. The alleyway can get dark but lots of hostels and other villas surrounding so I didn’t feel unsafe. Will 100% stay again!

房东很热情，回复很快，很早就帮忙订了接机。房间和图片一致，很温馨，设施也还可以，就是巴厘岛蚊虫比较多。
We had a great stay! The villa is so comfortable,they provide a handy phone for contact Manager ! Its not the newest kind of villa ,definitely comfortable! The staffs in villa are so nice and speak english well. Its not on the big street .some taxi wont go into the ally! but its only 3 mins walks! There are some nice massages place on the main road and a supermarket ,also restaurants. We had a good memory in our first bali trip!

Everything was perfect! Mr G who is a manager of villa and 3 of lovely housekeepers were great. Fluent in English, very helpful and well trained. 5 of spacious bed rooms were not only clean but also beautiful. Air cons worked well. Authentic bathroom was amazing. Locations was perfect, too. Very close to main road, beach and big supermarket!!!!!! Beers in refrigerator are not free but those are very cheap compare to mart. You dont need to bring lots of beers from market. Our family really enjoyed in this villa. Especially swimming pool was highligt! Large and clean. Thanks to mr G and all staffs of Villa.

We had a fantastic stay. We had 8 guests, being my parents and my brother & sister (and our respective partners). The pool was big and there was plenty of room in the villa to be all together, and then to have some individual privacy. We had two wonderful staff who stayed with us (very discreetly) through the day making sure the villa was tidy and we had what we needed. If we wished to have dinner or breakfast cooked for us that was available. I had a heap of questions prior to arriving and Mr G was quick to respond and very clear which avoided any difficulties. Each evening, we had a security guard arrive in the evening to ensure there were no overnight difficulties, not that we ever had a concern about the villa security. I'd certainly stay again should I come back with a group. Thankyou for the great stay!!!
This was honestly one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Upon arrival we were given welcome drinks and fresh face towels to freshen up. It was as beautiful as it was depicted in the photos in real life and is in such a good part of Seminyak which is walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Having the Bintang supermarket so close was also super handy. Because it's located down a very narrow lane and can be difficult to find, if we needed a taxi we would just go to Bintang Supermarket or get the staff to call one for us. The staff were amazing with Ayu and Jluh cooking us breakfast every morning and cleaning our villa every day. When they found out it was my birthday they bought a cake and got me some flowers which was incredibly lovely. They also got a cake for my hubby when they found out it was his birthday. They have a local phone that can be used to call local numbers and also free wifi which is super handy. Mr G was great with organising tours for us so make sure to take advantage of that and communicate with him if you want to do any tours. He will get you the best deal. He even organised in villa massages and a cooking lesson for us. Will definitely be coming back to this villa next time I'm in Bali. Such a beautiful home at a fantastic price.
We were a huge family of 9 adults and we enjoyed ourselves at Villa Martine tremendously. Rafa and Mr G were extremely communicative from the start, and answered my every question ever so promptly. Mr G also put us in touch with a driver who handled our airport transfer as well as 2 day tours. We can't recommend Wayan enough! We also chose to have a BBQ in the villa one night and the food was delicious! Chef prepared everything to perfection with lots of delicious variety, and the price was also very reasonable for 9 people. Location-wise, its in a tiny alley which taxis rarely agree to turn into, but not a problem as everyone knows where Bintang Supermarket is in Seminyak. It's prob less than a 5-min walk to the villa, very convenient. Massage places and shops right along here. It's not the busiest stretch of Seminyak but that's only a short taxi ride away. Our only gripe was that the walk to the beach was much longer than expected (15-20 min) although taking a taxi would probably take the same time due to the Bali traffic. Last but not least we would like to thank iluu and her team for taking so good care of us during our entire stay. We paid for the groceries which they helped prepare breakfast for us every morning. They also kept the villa clean and tidy. Mozzies cant be avoided as it's the rainy season but lots of mosquito coils and sprays were provided. Two thumbs up for Rafa, Mr G and their entire team. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to this villa or try another one of theirs in a heartbeat due to their great service!!!

The villa was nice and close to everything in Seminyak (to the shops, restaurants, bars and the beach) and the staff provided generally good services. Lovely and quiet place for a relax vacation in bali. The pictures was exactly what was shown. Mr G and his team were always available to help. You can feel really safe staying in the villa as there is security through the night. Aside from a minor issue for our airport transfer and the jacuzzi tub which is still not fixed, everything was great.
We waren hier voor vijf nachten met 2 gezinnen. Daar is dit huis zeer geschikt voor. Er zijn 3 ruime luxe slaapkamers en 2 wat kleinere. Alle kamers met eigen badkamer. De villa ligt fantastisch. Heel centraal, maar toch heel rustig. Je bent zo overal. Het strand is wel 20 minuten lopen, maar met een taxi ben je er zo! De meisjes kunnen het ontbijt voor je verzorgen als je wilt. Ook als je iets anders vraagt on te regelen doen ze dat ook met alle plezier. Wij hebben een toptijd gehad!
The accommodation was perfect. Loved how central the location was. The bintang supermarket was just a short walk around the corner, as well as restaurants and massage parlors and shops. Alot of taxi drivers didn't know where 'villa martine' was as it is quite hidden through a smaller street, so I'd recommend to say to be dropped off at 'bintang supermarket' to avoid any confusion. The villa was cleaned & bedsheets changed daily by the lovely housekeepers who also cooked our breakfast on request, all we had to provide were the ingredients. For a small fee, they also arranged for our washing to be done. Mr. G and his team were very professional and prompt with any issues we had. The AC wasn't working in one of the rooms and that was fixed straight away after a phone call. Highlight of our stay was the housekeepers arranging a birthday cake with flowers and a special petal arrangement in the bedroom of the birthday girl, without even being asked to arrange anything. It was out of the kindess of their hearts and it was very much appreciated. Little touches like that, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend and would definitely deal with Mr. G and his team again on our next stay!
fantastic villa which was kept clean by the house helpers who cleaned everyday beds were really comfortable - firm and also the sheets were of such good quality- perfect for a good night's rest. very well equipped villa - mosquito repellent, torch lights, hot and cold water dispenser. The bintang supermarket was at 4 minutes walkout and very convenient. Mr G was also very helpful and attended to the leak in one of the upper floor rooms promptly once we told him about it. the helpers also made us breakfast which was convenient and sumptuous (could work on making scrambled eggs more fluffy) -thank you♥♥
Beautiful villa and surroundings. Location was excellent very close to Main Street and Bintang Shopping Centre. Service by Illoo and her team was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for Mr G, the villa manager who organised for us dinner (with a chef) and even food delivery. Fabulous pool and lots of space. Great for family's and friends who want to share accommodation. We'll be back!
The villa is fantastic!!! The maids cooked breakfast for us everyday and Mr.G, the villa manager , is responsive and helpful by arranging trips and drivers . Really neat area as it is away from the busy seminyak street but close to supermarket and restaurants
The villa is fantastic. The location couldn't be more central - just off seminyak Main Street. All bedrooms are of good size, and the villa is well looked after. The villa staff are very friendly, and the helpers/Cleaners made us breakfasts in the morning. Rooms were cleaned daily too. We also arranged a BBQ in the villa and the food was great. Mr G is very helpful, and my dealing with the owner, Rafa, have been great. I'd highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to be in the heart of seminyak.
We had an absolutely fantastic time at this villa! The staff were helpful and attentive, the villa itself was really lovely! The only negatives - two of the rooms were noticeably smaller than the others, which was slightly disappointing for those in our group staying in them. Also, on Airbnb the villa is called "Marte Villa", but it is actually called "Villa Martine", which caused some confusion when we arrived. Apart from those very small things it was a great stay! Villa Martine and Mr G were amazing. We were a group of 8 girls on a ten day Bali getaway- Mr G was super helpful with organising transport and giving advice on exploring the area. Everything is provided (including filtered water, beach towels and a local phone to call Mr G when needed) and housekeeper (Iluh and her team) were fantastic. A security guard is provided at night and we always felt the villa was secure. A great spot to explore all the restaurants and shopping in Seminyak - and easy to organise transport to explore Uluwatu, Ubud and other areas of Bali. Close to Bintang supermarket. The pool was lovely and all the rooms larger than expected. Would highly recommend- we will be back!
Sorry for the late message. Rafa is very nice , when he knew my two sick daughter are sick in hospital,he sent me email to be willing to offer support. And in the last day in Bali,he also offer a free villa for me to take care of my girls,since our flight is in the midnight. Me.G and the maids are all nice. The villa is very convenient for shopping, five minutes walk to super market, a good choice to Bali
We stayed at the villa for 6 nights over new year with a group of 10. The villa was as beautiful as the photos. Each of the rooms had king beds and bathrooms and we felt right at home. The housekeepers were fantastic. They kept the villa clean every day and were very helpful. The pool was also cleaned while we were there. It is in a great location, close to Bintang Supermarket, the Main Street of Seminyak and the beach. The villa manager was extremely helpful and helped organise transfers and a private chef. We had a great time! Will recommend this villa to friends and hopefully return soon!

We ended up staying in a different apartment to the one we had booked, and it was truly incredible. Attentive, friendly staff who constantly went the extra mile and made our stay one we will never forget. The apartment was flawless - a 5 star experience. Fantastic location, loved it.
Excellent location. Right in the middle of Seminyak, just 4mins walk to the bintang supermarket, the condition of the house is a advertise in Airbnb photo. The manager and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The idea place for family get away. Will definately come back again!
Was a great villa close to shops and near by restaurants but far enough back from the main road that there was little noise. Iwould defiantly stay again.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the beautiful Villa Martine. The villa itself is set on a square piece of land, and lies along a quiet lane lined by villas, behind the main street through Seminyak, a short walk to the Bintang supermarket, as well as shopping outlets and restaurants. The pool is on the south side of the compound, with the house in a L-shape to the east and north, with a gazebo to the west. The entire villa is set around the outdoor seating area by the pool, which is where we spent most of our time lounging. There are also indoor and outdoor dining tables, great for reading or lazing too. On our lazy days, we could get food delivered easily and quickly ( perhaps around USD 15 for lunch for 5 ). The pool is a good size. Our kids spent most of their time playing in the pool. Downside though, the jacuzzi wasn't working. 5 bedrooms with en-suite toilets and showers - 3 of the larger bedrooms also include bathtubs, although the water pressure for the bathtubs was a little low. Main living room had TV with cable ( with movie channels ), which 3 of the larger bedrooms also had TVs with DVD players. Kitchen has a fridge, stove, and mineral water dispenser - great for rehydrating after hours in the sun. The staff, led by manager Gusti, and Miss Iluh, were instrumental in making our stay such a joy. The house was cleaned daily, kept spotless. There were minor hiccups - short blackouts on our check-in, and again 4 days later, however, these were solved within half an hour by Mr Gusti. Just a note, the house has been renovated since the photos were taken, and now looks slightly different. There are now 2 en-suite bedrooms where the 2nd floor terrace used to be. Conclusion - a beautiful villa, great location, which made for a totally enjoyable and memorable holiday, and I can't wait to visit again.

After our initial booking on air-bnb with a different host fell through at the very last minute (literally when we landed), we used instant booking to find the next available villa, resulting with Marte Villa. We were more than thrilled to find such a beautiful, spacious villa at the last second, and are grateful for all the hospitality that has been shown by Mr. G and all the staff. The villa is as beautiful as its pictures. The real deal.
We stayed at this villa for 3 nights. The Villa is gorgeous, beautiful layout of rooms combined with a very nice swimming pool shaped to surround the house. The service of the villa was great, with the maid (Ketut) being very friendly and accommodative of our requests. She can cook wonderful breakfasts! The Villa was very clean and tidy, all furnitures looked like new, with very comfortable beds and ample bathrooms. All bathrooms come with shower and a huge tub, and they are open so you can enjoy the balinese style, taking a shower in the privacy of your bathroom while enjoying the sun and sky. We spent most of our time at the swimming pool and sun bathing, and it was great. The jacuzzi is cold water one (don't expect hot stuff, not that you need it anyway on the Balinese tropical weather) and the operation was a bit tricky as to power it up you need to click on a switch that is rather hidden in the gazebo nearby (don't forget to ask for the location!) The Villa manager, Agung, was simply put great, very professional at her work. Very attentive and with excellent communication skills. She made sure at all moments that my family and I where comfortable and had everything we needed, as well as help us to arrange and coordinate the trips we organised (car transport, airport pickups, special requests, etc). Really impressed with her! The Villa owner, Rafa, was great, very friendly! We only met him face to face on the last day and he caused a very good impression. He was very responsive by email when we where arranging for this trip and he provided us with the confidence we needed to book the Villa for our holiday, and I have absolutely no regrets, the Villa and service it's exactly as it was described, outstanding by any standards levels. The house is literally 3 min walk from Jalan Raya Seminyak where you can indulge yourself on plenty of shopping and it's just a short walk to Oberoi area, full of restaurants, bars, spa's and from there very close walk to the beach. I absolutely recommend this villa for anyone that is interested on staying around Seminyak area and want's to feel like "at home" with his family and friends. For us this was a great choice and I can't wait to come back!
An absolutely amazing villa!! All the rooms were fantastic and pool area is perfect for relaxing and taking in some sun. There is a scooter rental approximately 1 min walk from the villa, and getting to the beach or Oberoi street takes no time. I highly recommend this villa!
Very cosy villa with everything you need! Many good facilities and a good sound system. Daily maid is very kind and friendly! Very recommendable.
