Exploring Glamorous Villa walk to Mexicola & Seminyak Beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Glamorous Villa walk to Mexicola & Seminyak Beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Seminyak plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Glamorous Villa walk to Mexicola & Seminyak Beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Amazing location, and a clean, well decorated, and well appointed villa. There were several issues with dimmer lights, broken drawer knobs, fountain, and most of all the bed. The king bed was not a king, queen, or double. It was a very loose & bad pairing of two old twin beds. Despite efforts to cover with connectors & mattress pads, there remained a clear ridge in the middle, at a different height, and two deep dips in each twin bed. I barely slept and would have preferred a futon or piece of foam on the floor. As it was, the host was eventually accommodating but it’s not clear any of the assigned hosts/owners/managers who texted me ever really understood the issue. The design and layout are nice, and I love the high ceilings on the second floor. Next time, I’ll stay elsewhere (we rented from this same company on our prior Airbnb, and it was great) where the bed provides basic support and the pool is larger than a tub. I left after a day and thank them for their responsiveness.
Villa is stunning. Location is prime. However there is a new large villa being built 4 doors down and we spent every single day listening to hammer drills, electric saws and hammers banging. No fault of the villa but just a note to those who want to relax in serenity that this is not the location for the next few months or so. Pool pump caught fire whist we were there and we were disrupted for one night and the next day when I lost water in the shower with conditioner in my hair. To their credit they attended super fast and even offered to bring water to wash my hair out. Personally we would not return to this villa even though it was stunningly appointed. The 20 very steep stairs up to the bedroom were not a problem for us but after 7 days we started to feel the pain. This would be a problem if you have any existing injuries or tire quickly. If you love being waited on and have housekeeping each day then this will be perfect for you.
The space was lovely! So well decorated and well done. However, upon arriving, the Master Bedroom and bathroom smelled soooo bad, it was suffocating. Thankfully there were scented candles and incense available, so we used them all and it helped, but couldn’t take a break from them or the smell would return very quickly. If the owner fixes this, I’d be happy to stay here again, but if not, I wouldn’t.
Right in the middle of Seminyak, but at the same time quiet and secluded. The small town house has a great decor and a good shower. It’s not an accessible house however - the steps are high and there are a lot of them and shelves are very high too.
Perfect little private villa with pool tucked into a back street right behind the main Seminyak shops. Great to get to cafes and restaurants and then come back to a clean and cool oasis.

Great location! Nice private and secluded villa. Some parts of the villa is starting to show its age bathroom soap ledge tiles missing, fridge not getting fully cold and general wear and tear. Housekeeping did start off strong but then started to get less and less daily. Would recommend this villa and location.

We had an amazing stay at this place in Seminyak. Everything was a little bit bigger than expected. Didn't liked the Sofa on the photo, but was one of the most comfortable i've ever been siting on. We love to suntan at the pool but there was no sun at the pool at all, even when it was shining all day.
It was a beautiful villa! The location was superb near the Seminyak plaza so we could find places to eat and drink very easily. It was also close to the beach and the bar near it - was great that we didn’t have to look for transporation to go somewhere. The place was quiet and private that we had such a nice time for three days.
I stayed together with my partner in the vila and had a great time. The check-in was very convenient, we booked on the same day and could check-in already at 12 which we were very thankful for. The vila is very clean, there is water in the fridge, the rest is same as on the pictures. The location very central, a lot of bars,restaurants and close-by beach. The internet was unfortunately a bit slow and on the top floor even slower, that was frustrating. There is some work going on next door so it is not so quiet during the day if you are looking for a relxing pool day maybe avoid in the next few months. All in all, we are satisfied and would come again.

This property is beautiful and they really do work hard to take care of you but the communications came from multiple sources and was confusing for me. If you need early or late check-out, get clarity on that in advance.
The villa was absolutely sparkling clean and did indeed look better than the pictures. It was a fantastic place to relax and unwind in Bali. The location was great - a quick walk to the beach and an even quicker one to some of the best restaurants in the area. The management team was incredibly responsive to any issues, of which there were very few. And the space itself was comfortable and stylish. As someone who hates and fears lizards, I loved how the bedroom was completely enclosed; no reptile nightmares at all! Two small cautions: a) the WiFi was pretty awful, and really worked only in the living room and b) a sunbed would have been lovely in the pool area (the chairs that were there smelled a bit musty and hd some mold spots). But if you can get by without those things, it's an absolutely perfect place to stay. I'd happily come back again.

Great location and nice villa
The villa is very conveniently located , 2 mins to the main Street and 10 n n walk to the beach and is very comfortable. It is very asthetically done up and felt very nice. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials/ equipment for cooking. Great restaurant around, must try Mexicola...the hist was super responsive.. would love to stay again..

Villa Pulau Rumah is very comfortable and stylish in a great location in Seminyak! The pool is gorgeous and the floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen was well appointed. Coffee on the patio in the morning was a treat! The bed was comfortable, and I slept 9+ hours after a day of diving. Mexicola is a few steps away. Seminyak shopping and the beach are very close. Walking over to Ku De Ta for brunch was a treat. Loved staying at Villa Pulau Rumah and would love to come back!

We had a great stay here! The place was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it a perfect spot to relax after a long flight. The location was also excellent. Just a 10 min walk to the beach and about a 5 min walk to the shopping mall and restaurants. Also, Putra the villa manager was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place to stay.

The perfect spot to explore Seminyak, that gives you space away from the hustle and bustle. Provides a relaxing space whilst also being walking distance to a lot of highlights! Well worth a stay for a few nights, if not a week.
A wonderful one-bedroom villa in the very heart of Seminyak, but located down a quiet side road meaning it is both quiet and private. Nothing but positive things to say about the experience. The villa was just as it looked in the photos, everything was clean, modern, and functional. The bedroom was beautiful, as was the bathroom with a spacious shower. Everything was provided for, and the engagement with the staff was excellent. This is a very professionally run organisation. The only possible down thing for people with more limited mobility are the stairs up to the bedroom, which are quite steep - but this is comparable to most villas I've stayed in previously in Bali. I would definitely come back.
This villa was really good for the two of us, and it was really private and peaceful. Everything that we needed was there and the hospitality from the team was great as well and was very responsive. It was a nice touch to have the bluetooth speaker and the highlight was the bed as it was very comfortable to sleep on. Location is great as well. We were walking throughout the 5 days to the beach and restaurant. Highly recommended especially if you want to cover everything in Seminyak
We had a great stay at Villa Pulau Rumah. The villa was exactly as described, clean, neat, and well maintained. The location was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and everything we needed within walking distance. The area was quiet and pleasant, making it a relaxing place to stay. The only minor issue was some construction work taking place next door during our stay, but aside from that, everything was great. We would happily recommend this villa to others visiting Seminyak.
We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The location is excellent, with easy access to Seminyak Beach, restaurants, and shops. The villa was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host and staff were extremely welcoming and provided outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. Communication was excellent, and they always responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Seminyak. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this little villa. Loved the location - right in the action of Seminyak but still quiet and private when you want to be in your own space. Pool is shady which is nice because it stays refreshing. Bed is one of the most comfortable we have slept in during our many various villa stays over the year. Nicely appointed. Downstairs toilet is also handy as the stairs are "a lot" so you don't want to be have to go up and down any more than necessary. The bedroom has no external view which is a bit of shame but perhaps because of the close proximity to others. We opened up the bifold doors to bring the outside in but also good to be able to have completely airconditioned living space if preferred. Kind hosts. Lovely bed. Nicely appointed villa in an amazing location.

We had a great stay at Irena's villa and everything was exactly as described. The location is excellent - extremely centrally located and a 2 min walk to cafe's, restaurants, bars and shopping. If you are looking for sun - the pool area doesn't get an enormous amount of sun however the pool was warm and excellent to jump into!

Very short walk to the main shops but also a relatively quiet street. Everything was clean and there were great amenities from mosquito protection to shampoo and conditioner. I had an absolutely incredible experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home (and then some). The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful—going above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The location was ideal, with great restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the little touches—like fresh coffee, local recommendations, and clear check-in instructions. I honestly didn’t want to leave and will 100% be booking again next time I’m in town. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly memorable Airbnb experience!

Good stay. Great location and very central to some great restaurants. The Airbnb was cozy and the mirrors were an added touch. I wish more towels were provided, on the second day, we were left without washcloths. We didn’t mention it because it was a small inconvenience. Overall great place!

Great stay in a great location. Place was clean and the pool was nice. The only downside was the pool loungers in the photo weren’t there but other than that would highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at the villa right from my first day of stay i felt to make it my forever holiday home. The property description is totally correct. Yes it has a harman speaker also 😃 which used to make my morning coffee time exceptional ❤️ the location of the villa was also superb with everything so close be it the beach, amazing restaurants, cafe and daily marts It was perfect!!!

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Villa Pulau Rumah. The fitout is very modern and clean, with all of the amenity that you would need for a short stay, including a full sized fridge, water dispenser, microwave and Nespresso pod machine. The ceilings are really high and the space feels large. There are lots of windows and mirrors, so it's bright inside. The bedroom has great block out curtains for sleeping. The check in/put process was wonderful. The villa comes with a mobile phone so you can be assumed that you can contact the management when ever you like. The villa staff carried my bags upstairs and no doubt would have bought them down if I needed A daily refresh of the room is provided/available if you want to have your bed made up, bins emptied etc. The linen was clean and crisp. The king bed (being on the second floor), is made up of two king singles pushed together which we comfortable. The pool area is well shaded except for the middle of the day which keeps the water c
Our stay at the Villa was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. We were able to communicate with the team at any time and check-in as well as check-our were flexibly arranged to meet our schedules. The Villa itself was spotless, beautiful and very quiet. We could really unwind. And there are many restaurants and activities very close by. Overall definitely 5out of 5!

Irena’s place ticked so many boxes for our stay: walking distance to shops, restaurants and leisure activities, villa service was easy to communicate with, extremely helpful friendly and responsive. The villa itself was clean, tidy, cool during warm days and comfortable. The pool was cleaned daily and perfect size and depth to cool off. We loved staying here.

What a wonderful place to stay during our time in Seminyak! We were met by a member of the team to help us get settled. They left us with two sets of keys, a large JBL Bluetooth speaker, and a cell phone to use to communicate directly with them. We had beach towels as well as complimentary coffee, tea, and lemon water upon arrival. The entire place is squeaky clean and the team is only a message away if you need anything. There are soooo many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars less than 5-10 min walk away. The Pettinget beach is also about a 7 min walk with beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend.
I couldn’t recommend this villa enough! Excellent location - a short walk away from Seminyak village and popular cafes/restaurants such as Mexicola, Sisterfields. You can walk to the beach and most restaurants too if the weather allows - if not it’s a short taxi ride. The villa itself was very spacious and clean - living room has a reclining sofa and a TV. The bed in the bedroom is large and comfortable with a TV too. The bathroom is spacious and showers have good water pressure. The staff are very professional and check in and out went very smoothly. They also provide a mobile phone with an Indonesian number to make reservations via phone call. For the price I paid, definitely would stay here again the next time I am in Bali.

What an exceptional place this was. Everything was better than expected. The service was superb and the villa was spotless. I will absolutely be booking with them again when I come to back to Bali. If you want your experience to be memorable, book with them too. I am absolutely confident you will love it.
I very much enjoyed my stay. It was so close to restaurants, the beach, galleries and shops - a great location. but it was also very private and quiet which was great after the busy streets of Seminyak. I would highly recommend the Villa as a place to stay - it really was a beautiful place to live for a week.

Everything about this place was amazing! I like the fact that they give you a personal phone in order to reach someone while you’re in town. Definitely set apart from the rest! I Love it!

This airbnb was perfect. Tucked away from the noise but walking distance to a lot!!!! The villa reminded me of something out of a movie, very modern and beautiful. My stay here was magical. I come regularly to Bali and love staying in the thick of Seminyak and this villa was perfect. Walking distance from Seminyak Square/Village. Heaps of great food places around and a 10min walk to the beach. Listing exactly as I found it. Only thing to report was I had was a pool maintenance issue that was fixed overnight, didn't take away from my experience here. Would definitely book again. And Will.
It's a nice place in the north of Seminyak. It's close to a small shopping center and several good restaurants. It's also easy to take a cab from the place to other restaurants within 2-3km, or just walk. The apartment got cleaned every day. Helpful and friendly personell. We went to the Seminyak beach most days since we felt it had more life and restaurants than the closest beach strip. The closest beach strip is also nice. They got a big water dispenser in the apartment so we didn't need to buy water.
The villa was better than the pictures and my expectations! Traveling solo with a toddler I couldn’t have asked for a safer, quieter yet in the middle of it all kinda place! The villa was well equipped and fully value for money! I definitely will stay here again if I visit Bali in the future.
We loved our stay at this accommodation, it was beautiful and local to lots of things. The bed was a little bit on the harder side for our liking but still manageable. Would definitely still be back though!

It was a very clean villa. Staff was helpfull and there is housekeeping coming in everyday. We had no problems communicating with the host. Villa is in a central location close to Seminyak village and Motel Mexicola. Highly recommended!

A great place with all amenities, looks just like in the photos. Perfect location close to the main area which can be accessed on foot, good cafés nearby. Room is big and spacious with quiet neighbourhood even though it’s close to the centre.
I cannot fault this place! The team members who did the check in, the wonderful housekeeping staff and check out staff were absolutely incredible. Special mention to Avi who helped me with every request! The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything and down a quiet side street away from the craziness of Seminyak. The place is exactly as depicted in the pictures. Very well located literally behind seminyak village (mall) making it walkable to food options and the beach. Generally quiet though there is a very noisy pet bird across the road that squawks all day and night as well as thumping club music from a block away in the early part of the night only. Excellent privacy for sunbathing and the kitchen is reasonably stocked for a quick breakfast and coffee. The bed is the best I’ve had in Asia for the last three months. The WiFi however does not always reach up there.

Great Stay in Seminayak. They organised a fantastic driver from airport called Sam who was very friendly and was waiting on arrival with a sign of our name. When we got to air bnb , there was an unexpected issue due to no fault of the host which was fixed within an hour. The hosts mainly a lovely lady called Azi went above and beyond to make it up to us including taking us to another villa to shower , complimentary 1 hour massage for 2 and treating us both to a lunch. All in all definitely recommend
Exceeded expectations. Felt like a quiet oasis in the busy surrounds. Definitely recommend. Very responsive to any requests. We loved the private pool, climate control, massive comfortable and beautiful bed, bluetooth speaker, high ceilings, cold filtered water & Netflix!

RIGHT behind Seminyak mall, the absolute best location I could have hoped for. 2 mins max walk to sisterfields for breakfast, 5 mins max walk to motel mexicola…. Dream for any “Yak” lover. The guy that let us in was such a sweetie, but it was a little tricky checking in and having to give an exact time…. But they were so helpful for check out. We paid for them to take the bags to the office while we waited for our flight in the afternoon. The privacy, amenities and location are PERFECT- I’d absolutely stay here again

Great, central place to stay in Seminyak! Walked to a few bars and restaurants and went to a few beach clubs nearby. Excelent host service as well, helped us check out super early so we're very thankful for it.

The best place to be in Seminyak. Everything is around you, including restaurants, cafes, and markets. The villa is very clean, the air conditioning is very good, and there is no disturbance in the area at all. It was unexpected for the location of the villa next to Seminyak Village .. This villa is incredible!! Perfect location, walking distance to popular cafes and restaurants. Close to the beach! The villa itself was spotless and felt very luxurious. The private pool and patio was secluded and quiet. The hosts were very responsive, they organised massages, and transfers to our next accomodation. I couldn’t fault this place!

Irena’s place was great and provided for a memorable stay! The location was a short 5 min walk from the main strip filled with restaurants, bars, cafes, and plenty of places to shop. There was also a temple and the flea market not too far away. It was great coming home to a clean, cool apartment after a long day of touring, eating, and drinking. Irena was responsive and accommodating, offering transportation to and from the airport for a reasonable fee. I would recommend!

A stunning apartment in the perfect location in Seminyak. The apartment was easily accessible in a quiet alley away from the busy roads and check in was made easy with someone greeting us there on our arrival. Everything was communicated clearly and handed over swiftly. The bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and everywhere else was spotless and provides more than enough room for couples. There is everything you need to be comfortable during your stay in Seminyak. The decor gave it a lovely and homely feeling. I highly recommend the apartment if you are looking to stay in Seminyak and want to be close to the restaurants, shops and beach bars.
Sayuri checked us in who was lovely, professional and helpful. Great location, everything at your doorstep. The Villa is beautifully designed with great attention to detail, i.e., Bluetooth speaker, mosquito repellent (much needed), coffee (pod) machine, and a mobile phone for local calls and a direct line to the Villa Manager- impressive. The only thing I could fault were the pillows which are huge and a bit uncomfortable - for me, however my sister was just fine and slept well. The staff who cleaned the room everyday were so friendly. A beautiful place to stay. Thanks Arena and particularly Sayuri. I would definitely stay here again.
I’ve stayed at the identical neighboring property and this unit was better decorated. You can’t beat the location, close to the center of everything but on a small side street so you avoid the noise. Great value and I’d book again without hesitation

Irena’s place was perfect! Clean, quiet, close to the beach and close to shops/restaurants! As it was located down a no-through-road, there were no vehicles or pedestrians making noise outside. We had such an enjoyable and amazing stay and couldn’t ask for a better experience! The villa is so convenient for us to walk to popular cafes, restaurants and even bars/clubs which really helped to avoid the terrible traffic. We loved the cleaning team, we come back to the villa daily to find that it’s tidied and spotless.

Awesome Villa in a quiet street in the heart of Seminyak. If you like to stay local, everything can be reached by walking and it’s only 10 minutes walk to the beach as well. My girlfriend and me really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Villa Pulau Rumah. Excellent communication. Beautiful place and central location. I organised to be picked up from the airport with them and they helped me out by organising for their driver to wait for me when I had issues at the airport at immigration. We rented a scooter of the lovely driver Gusti for a good price. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone staying in Seminyak!

This villa is amazing. The location is top notch, the host is very nice and always available for any questions (e.g. regarding check-in, but also where to rent a motorbike). The pool has a spot where you can lay down with full sun exposure (a plus for us), but also with enough shade if needed. The amenities in the kitchen are very good. We loved that we were able to make a nespresso cappuccino in the morning. Also the Harman Kardon speaker we loved! 5-star for us.

What can u say, the place is just awsome! The staff are great at communicaton and tge place is just mind blowing. Just like in the pictures and exceeded all our expectations. My husband and I booked this villa for a few nights while on our honeymoon. A day or two before check in, an unexpected service issue arose which meant that we couldn't stay at this villa. Irena and her team sent us a message and called to apologize for the inconvenience and offered to upgrade us to a different 2 bedroom villa close by. They even offered a complimentary dinner at a nearby restaurant. Upon check in, we met Wita who was very helpful and clearly communicative about several things including where to have great breakfast in the area. They even provided us a phone with data to contact a manager should we need any help. Cleaners come daily to do thorough cleaning and provide fresh towels. While we didn't stay at this specific villa, I would no doubt stay anywhere that Irena hosts because we had excellent service from before we checked in right up until we checked out. Outstanding and above our expectations Thank you!

If you are looking for an amazing villa, close to great breakfast spots and spas, this is it! The pool was great and the privacy/location was so nice. The beach closest to the villa isn't the nicest, but there are great beaches either south or north so you can't go wrong! I would suggest trying "the deck" for a delicious breakfast that is less than a 30 second walk away! It is also very affordable, which can be tricky to find in seminyak. Definitely book this villa for a luxury stay!
The place was beautiful and can't fault anything. The location was perfect, close to everything. The amenities in the place is more than what you need and the pool is super relaxing. The hosts we're very welcoming and were a phone call away if we needed anything.

This villa looks better than the pictures. The design and furnishing was beautiful and the interior is clean, cozy and filled with necessary amenities. The Harman Kardon bluetooh speaker in the living room was a nice touch. The pool is a little small but perfect for 2 person. Communication was easy and prompt with the villa manager, Desy. She greet us upon arrival and was really helpful and professional. Location was great too- Lots of restaurants (western /baliness) in just few mins walk. We are very happy with the stay here and would highly recommend it to any guest visiting Bali. We look forward to return!
A villa that is perfect for a couple. My husband and I celebrated our 20 years together. This place is way better in personal than photos, very clean and well maintained villa in the centre of Seminyak . Seminyak Square Mall was just five minutes away from the villa, you will never get hungry as the famous Sisterfields, Grocer and Grinds , Starbucks were just around the corner of Eat St. You can also have an All you can Eat at Aussie Brazillian BBQ for a very reasonable which was 10-12 minutes by walking and five minutes by taxi without traffic. If you also want spa relaxation MADE RENI and her staffs from Cure Spa are the best you can also find their review at Trip Advisor and they do home service. You will never go wrong with this villa provided accuracy with their information. From the housekeeping staffs to managers I thank you for making our stay a memorable one surely will be back again!! Alex and Ellen Note : This place is a tourist spot so just be mindful when walking and crossing the streets.

This Villa is exactly as pictured and a beautiful place to stay walking distance to the beach. While it has tons of shops and restaurants just steps away, it still feels secluded and private. Sayuri, who manages the property, was easy to work with and very helpful from arrival to departure. Will definitely be staying here again!
