Exploring Koko-Beach-Villas, Lovina * Villa Satu left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Koko-Beach-Villas, Lovina * Villa Satu was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Tukadmungga plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Koko-Beach-Villas, Lovina * Villa Satu painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
PROS: Beautiful place, clean & new. CONS: NO privacy! We were unable to enjoy the pool area without being stared at & harassed by a few locals wanting to sell things. The staff entered the villa unannounced several times, even after asking management to please let us know. We were woken at 6am & 12am everyday by unexpected noises, flashlights in the windows & shadows on the pool deck next to the bedroom. We later discovered it was security moving the pool furniture without our knowledge. Again, we had asked for this not to happen. The toilet became clogged 3 times (never had this issue in all our time in Bali). It took hours to fix, & we had to use the toilet in the office. Once fixed, the manager & 3 staff left the villa, leaving the toilet a complete mess, we had to clean before using. Breakfast was made, but not the price of just ingredients as advertised. When talking with management, he was unapologetic & unhelpful. We did not feel safe leaving our items in the villa unattended.
Accueil chaleureux , personnels a l’écoute et réactif a nos demandes. Le logement est propre et bien équipé. Cependant non privatif car pas mal de passages devant le logement. Je conseillerais pas pour les couples qui recherchent de l’intimité. Aussi, un manque d’honnêteté concernant les frais du service cuisine.A l’arrivée ils nous ont dit que c’était gratuit puis le jour du départ on a du payer les frais de cuisine. Pas beaucoup de choix de repas. Il est préférable de manger dehors les choix seront plus variés.
It’s a great Airbnb in the Lovina area. It has a pool facing the sea and a very responsive host. The only downside is that the beach is public, so there are people walking by and sellers around so you don’t have much privacy when sitting near the pool
Our stay at Tukamungga was short but the location and view were amazing. The staff were attentive and our host Oliver was quick to respond to our messages.

Nice, peaceful location with beach front views. Places is well guarded and amenities within are stocked and plentiful like an actual home. Had a slight bug problem, but otherwise an enjoyable stay!
Very good place if you need the peace away from the crowded areas of bali. Extremely good infrastructure with great view. Nothing much to do in the surroundings apart from the dolphin watching, but for the chilling villa is more than enough
The villa and service were great. The staff prepared amazing meals for breakfast everyday and one night for dinner. Oliver provided excellent recommendations for dinner spots the other nights. The location is nice for relaxing due to the privacy and lounge area outside each villa. Great sunset views.
Putu is puts service and hospitality first, and his team are excellent. They are swift in attending to our littlest requests and they are all friendly. The place smelled great, even down to the linen that has a beautiful fragrance throughout our 3-day stay. The massage was done in the comfort of our Airbnb and we enjoyed it. The fun part was also that because we had arranged for a plankton tour, the boat picked us up right from the front of our pool since it faces the sea. How cool is that! Thanks for keeping everything clean and making our experience a wonderful one. Staying with you was the highlight of our Lovina trip! Blessed day to you and your team.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen sechs-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Coco Beach Villa! Putu war ein fantastischer Gastgeber – super freundlich, extrem hilfsbereit und hat immer blitzschnell auf alle Nachrichten geantwortet. Auch das gesamte Team vor Ort war unglaublich nett und aufmerksam. Ein absolutes Highlight waren die angebotenen Touren und die großartigen Massagen. Und der Sonnenuntergang am Pool war einfach magisch und unvergesslich! Das einzige, was man beachten sollte: Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen. Da es keine direkte Stadt in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt, verbringt man die meiste Zeit in der Unterkunft selbst. Für uns war das zum Entspannen aber kein großes Problem. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa definitiv weiterempfehlen!
Absolut saubere Unterkunft. Mit allen Dingen ausgestattet die man braucht. Putu als allwissender und hilfsbereiter Concierge ist bombastisch. So oft man möchte wird die Bettwäsche gewechselt oder die Mädels bringen die Villa auf Vordermann. Es ist ein Highlight wenn die Damen für die Gäste kochen. Wie kann man sich fühlen, wenn 3-4 Damen in der eigenen Küche für uns (Gäste) kochen? Irre, und es schmeckt wirklich gut!!

Putu est un hôte formidable : disponible, réactif et attentionné tout au long du séjour. La Villa Satu est tout simplement magnifique ! Située directement en bord de mer à Lovina, elle offre un cadre exceptionnel, calme et dépaysant. La villa est superbe, très agréable à vivre et parfaitement adaptée pour profiter pleinement de quelques jours de détente. Se réveiller face à la mer, profiter de la tranquillité des lieux et admirer le coucher du soleil dans un tel décor est un vrai bonheur. Tout est réuni pour déconnecter et profiter pleinement. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et aurions volontiers prolongé notre passage à Lovina. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! Merci encore à Putu et son équipe pour l’accueil et la disponibilité. 🙏

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement était propre, confortable et fidèle à l’annonce. Nous nous y sommes sentis tout de suite à l’aise. L’hôte a été accueillant, disponible et de bon conseil, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une belle adresse que nous recommandons avec plaisir. Merci encore !
We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The accommodation was beautiful, and everyone took great care of us and made us feel very welcome. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind in the north of Bali - a peaceful retreat where we could completely switch off. We stayed at Koko for 10 days and it was the most amazing trip of our life! Koko Villas was perfect ! We stayed in a one bedroom villa and also added on many of the offered services. Putu helped us organize trips to various amazing temples, white water rafting, the monkey forest, snorkeling on Menjeggan island, dolphin snorkeling, and more. All of the activities that Putu organized for us were so much fun and very well organized. We also added on several different massages (Balinese, Thai, etc) and those felt great, especially the day after our activity days. We had the ladies come and cook many meals for us- all of which were delicious! The villa is exactly like the photos. We loved being in Lovina since it is less touristy than Ubud and other places. We will definitely be back next year and we will absolutely be staying at Koko again. I’ve stayed many places around the world and this is by far my favorite. Great people, great lodging, great view, great experience!
Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen da die Lage sehr ruhig und schön ist, die Mitarbeiter der Villen sehr Freundlich, schnell und sauber sind und man mehrere Möglichkeiten hat zu essen. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants in der Umgebung und man kann selber in der Villa kochen oder sogar bekochen lassen von den Mitarbeiterinnen 👍🏾. Es gibt viele schöne Optionen was zu unternehmen in Nord Bali.
Krásná vila, starali se o nás perfektně. Personál neskutečně ochotný a usměvavý. Tiché místo, skvělé na odpočinek a relax. Nemám co vytknout. Manažer byl stále k dispozici na telefonu 📞, odvezl nás zdarma kam jsme potřebovaly. Doporučuji 😍
Absolutely loved our stay @ Villa Koko and highly recommend. Staff very accommodating organising massages in Villa, cooking breakfast and dinner and also organising a day trip for us. Loved the beachfront aswell. All responsive and nothing was too much trouble.

Wirklich wunderschöne Villa mit der besten Aussicht. Hatten zuerst Angst, dass zu viele Menschen vorbeigehen an der Villa wegen einigen Bewertungen, aber dem war gar nicht so. Die schönste Villa in der wir auf Bali waren!!!
The accommodations as well as the staff were top notch!! Putu, Kadeck and Juli were always there for us. My wife had her best facial ever!! The massages, pedicures and manicures were also all amazing. The villa is about 10 meters from the beach. The boats will pick you up right at your villa for dolphin watching or to go fishing. There is a pedway by the beach for your morning or evening strolls. Would highly recommend.
Putu the manager was awesome. He was very responsive, so sweet and helped myself and my husband feel at home. The villa was gorgeous and would recommend everyone going. Our driver Komang was so nice and flexible. He gave us wonderful tours, he stayed at every stop; he never complained. He was gracious and so pleasant. The staff was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ those ladies cooked us a delicious breakfast when we arrived and when we departed. I’m so thankful for the whole staff; some of the nicest people you will ever meet
If you want to experience total luxury and just to unwind and relax, this is the place for you. Putu and the team were incredible, so attentive, super on it and so welcoming and friendly. This will now be a special place forever as my boyfriend proposed, Putu and the team organised champagne and decorations in the villa. I would 100% recommend!
The Koko Beach Villas were beautiful and exactly what we needed, far from the bigger cities if Bali. For a small price they coordinated all travel, breakfast, lunch, and dinner (cooked in our kitchen), and even massages and cleaning on our schedules. The pool was beautiful. The staff was great with my children and always punctual. I cannot overstate how great this Villa was. This was a beautiful 6 days. I booked on the recommendation of friends, and I would recommend it to any friends going to Bali. Thank you to Oliver, Mr. Putu, Koman, and the entire staff. You made our travel worthwhile.
Unser Aufenthalt bei den Koko Beach Villas war grandios! Der Gastgeber ist ausgezeichnet, sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Dieser ist durchgehend per Chat für uns für verschiedenste Anliegen immer erreichbar gewesen. Sie organisierten auch eine wunderschöne Überraschung für das Mitreisende Geburtstagskind! Einfach toll. Zudem war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und verfügte über alles notwendige was es braucht um sich darin wohl zu fühlen. GRAB liefert problemlos und man hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Villa. Das Personal ist dauernd in unmittelbarer Nähe wodurch für Hilfe schnell gesorgt ist. Zudem wird Man von niedlichen Hunden besucht was für uns besonders toll war (sweetie hat unser Herz erobert). Man bekommt zudem ein Hardcover Buch (in verschiedenen Sprachen gefertigt) zum Nachlesen von einigen wesentlichen Informationen & Tour/Spa Angeboten) Bei der Dolfinseeingtour wurden wir von der Villa direkt abgeholt. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft 🫶🏼
Villa was just like the photos. Staff service and responsiveness from Putu's side was great. All bookings and services done through him were prompt, good quality and well priced. View was amazing! While it is a public beach its usually mostly empty post 11 am so relatively private. Direct beach access is a great perk, also free shuttle service during the day. Lovina is a place to kick back and enjoy the sea and tranquility.
Putu and the rest of the Koko beach villas team were truly incredible! We cannot recommend this place enough! My partner and I stayed here for a relaxing and romantic escape and boy did we get exactly what we were after and more. Villa was super clean, staff were very attentive, the restaurant and pool bar in the resort next door were very welcoming even though we weren’t guests there and there’s plenty in walking distance for more food or convenience shops. We did quite a few day trips and nothing was too much for Putu, he always had a smile on his face and the best recommendations. He was so thoughtful and attentive, we couldn’t have asked for a better host! Thank you Koko Beach Villas for a magical stay ☺️
Ein richtig kleines Juwel. Eine unglaublich tolle Villa. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Alle Möbel im top Zustand. Betten frisch überzogen und keinerlei Flecken was auf Bali eher selten ist ;) Für ein Pärchen kann man auch einige Tage dort verbringen und auf jeden Fall auch selber kochen. So toll ausgestattet die Küche. Das Personal ist sowas von herzlich und empfangen einen gleich mit offenen Armen. Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich jedem ans Herz legen der in Lovina unterwegs ist.

I’ve travelled a lot and nowhere else tops this place! It’s by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed at! From the view of the ocean to the kindness of the staff, this Airbnb was nothing short of incredible. I would highly recommend this place if you’re coming to Bali!

the villa is beautiful and very clean and there is a small supermarket in walking distance to get some food/ drinks. The bed and bedding is extremely comfortable ....slept very well
We loved our week long stay! The staff cooked us amazing meals, all the drivers were kind and helpful and Putu helped with anything and everything we needed! It was the perfect place for us and our 1 year old baby.

Une des plus villa que j’ai eu!!! Rapport qualité prix énorme! Rarement vu une villa si belle, avec une vue imprenable et cette piscine à débordement qui semble être le prolongement de la mer c’est une pépite. Ne manquez pas chaque soir le coucher de soleil c’est royal! Bref mon coup de cœur ❤️
My husband and I stayed at the Koko Villas for my 30th birthday getaway. The villa was absolutely beautiful. It was so lovely to wake up to the ocean right there! The pictures of the villa truly do not do it justice. Putu and the Team were wonderful, the organised special balloons for my birthday and did an in villa dinner. We had so much fun and cannot wait to go back. Cannot recommend this villa enough!

Die Villa ist ein Traum. Wir haben dort meinen Geburtstag verbracht und es war perfekt. Vor allem, wenn man plant mit Delfinen zu schwimmen ist die Lage super. Man wird mit dem Boot direkt vor der Tür abgeholt. Das Personal ist sehr lieb und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Wir haben uns einmal Abendessen gewünscht und es wurde bei uns in der Küche zubereitet und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Man muss nur beachten, dass es abgesehen von der Delfintour nicht viel zu sehen und zu tun gibt. Aber die Villa ist so schön, dass es sich auch lohnen würde einfach ein paar Tage dort zu verbringen und nichts zu tun.

Z kolei opieka i gościność Putu oraz jego załogi w zasadzie na każdym etapie pobytu to coś czego nie można opisać słowami - trzeba tego doświadczyć. Ps. Polecam z całego serca korzystanie ze zorganizowanych wycieczek i innych aktywności oferowanych w Villi - profesjonalna realizacja, dobre ceny i niepowtarzalne wspomnienia gwarantowane. 🙏
This place is absolutely amazing! The beachfront villa offers views you'll simply never get used to or tired of—it's pure paradise. We also did the dolphin tour, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The host, Putu, was fantastic! He and his huge team of assistants are so kind and helpful. I was blown away by how efficiently the villa was cleaned every day; the team works so fast they're in and out in about 10 minutes. Putu made our stay exceptional
We had a super stay, especially when we started to use the free shuttle, ladies cooking for us (at extra cost, which was very reasonable!) Putu staff were fantastic at getting things done! The cost was a bit high. Planning to come next year back next year & bring friends

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Koko Beach Villas in Lovina. The location is perfect – right on the beach, quiet and relaxing, yet close enough to explore the area easily. Waking up to the ocean view every morning felt like a dream, and the sunsets were unforgettable. One of the highlights of our stay was the massage service – incredibly relaxing and the perfect way to unwind while listening to the sound of the waves. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, Koko Beach Villas is the perfect place for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and authentic Balinese hospitality. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lovina!

Wir haben schon viele fünf Sterne Bewertungen an Airbnbs gegeben aber diese Villa verdient eigentlich 7 Sterne! Superfreundlicher Staff, kostenloser Kochservice und sie haben sich sogar ins Zeug gelegt, um die Villa für einen Hochzeitsantrag zu dekorieren. Danke auch an Putu, der jederzeit erreichbar war und uns jeden Wunsch erfüllte sowie an das ganze Team🙏
Kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen, wenn man etwas abschalten will. Es ist wahnsinnig ruhig und die Villa ist ein Traum.

Oliver is one of the best Host I’ve dealt with! Whatever I needed whether it was help planning excursions or going 3 hours into other cities he made sure I got there! I appreciate the time and effort he made in making this trip one of the best I’ve had and definitely tied number 1 out of the 26 countries I’ve visited already Thank you and also the staff especially Putu and Komang!

Une villa d’exception. De grands espaces à vivre. Un aménagement de grande qualité. Les photos présentées sur le site sont en deçà de la réalité. La piscine avec une vue mer imprenable vous offre des sunsets incroyables. L’ouverture sur l’extérieur et le passage devant la villa ne nous ont créé absolument aucune gêne. Sans oublier le départ pour la découverte des dauphins, directement devant la maison et le menage quotidien. Y aller sans aucune hésitation.

We went to Lovina knowing it was going to be the more traditional and quieter part of our trip. We couldn't have asked for better accommodation in this spot. The staff and Putu Darwin were welcoming, polite and couldn't do enough to make our stay the wonderful trip it was. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we would highly recommend to everyone. The outside area looking over the ocean with the amazing sunset particularly stood out. If we visit Northern Bali again we will definitely like to come back. This villa exceeded all expectations. Even as our sixth Airbnb in Bali, it still managed to surprise us! It’s even more beautiful than the photos. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and located right by the ocean with a stunning pool. We felt at home right away. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the host is quick to respond and very helpful. We also enjoyed the additional activities offered, which were well-organized and fun. The free shuttle to Lovina center was a great bonus. A perfect stay from start to finish!

Stayed here for 2 nights and I only wish I could’ve stayed longer. Worth every penny. The villa was amazing and the view was spectacular. Provided everything that was advertised. Staff were incredible and even helped decorate the room prior to arrival for an anniversary surprise. Our flight was even delayed by 3 hours and a driver was sent to collect us despite the mishap.
Il n’y a pas de besoin de parler, je pense que vous voyez au photo que vous êtes au paradis et c’est la réalité voir beaucoup mieux. Que dire de l’excellente équipe qui travaille sur les lieux toujours souriant et c’est ça qui fait largement la différence merci pour tout l’expérience était parfaite au plaisir de revenir !

This villa was absolutely perfect! The space was beautiful, clean, and just as described—but the real standout was the stunning pool right on the beach. It was pure paradise waking up to ocean views and spending the day relaxing by the pool with the sound of the waves in the background. The host was fantastic—super friendly, responsive, and made sure i had everything i needed. He gave great local tips and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and easy. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beachfront escape with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. I didn’t want to leave and would come back in a heartbeat!

This little piece of heaven on earth, immaculate in every way. They've really set the bar high here. greats views, friendly staff, clean establishment, massages, good wifi, water sport activities nearby, chef, restaurants near by, and a shuttle or driver to take you just about anywhere you need to go, 10 out of 10 and then some. I could come to bali 100 times and 100 times I'd stay here.

The cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. The staff was welcoming and quickly responded to anything we needed. Putu was absolutely amazing with giving us tips and being our driver on excursions. We literally walked out the patio door and hopped in a boat to go see the dolphins. If you be never done sliding with the dolphins … highly recommend it! We loved the outdoor bathroom it was fun to shower in the rain. That being said, we went at the end of rainy season and the mosquitoes were quite bad. We had to use mosquito spray when we used the bathroom 😂 it was a definite adventure! Walking on the streets to Lovina is also an adventure but there is a free shuttle there.

Muy recomendado el lugar y la atención buena. Muy limpio y siempre están al pendiente de ti. Solo le falta privacidad al lugar, ya que llegan vendedores en la zona de la alberca y no hay privacidad en ese aspecto, llegan a hacer muy insistentes en que les compres sus productos y la verdad eso nos incomodó.
We loved the place, it was spacious and clean, exactly as in the pictures. We even extended our stay for one night cause it was so good. The ocean right in front of us with constant sound of waves, it was paradise. Can absolutely recommend

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans cette superbe villa. Il est rare de voir un service aussi bon que celui proposé dans ce logement. Nous le recommandons à 100%.
Vi havde tre overnatninger her. Kan varmt anbefales. Putu tog rigtig hist imod os, og hjalp med alle bookinger vi havde brug for. Hans personale var alle super søde, imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Hele huset er rummeligt og meget pænt og rent. Der bliver gjort rent dagligt. Det skal dog nævnes at villaen ligger lige ud til en offentlig sti, hvor lokale og sælgere dagligt går forbi og vil sælge deres souvenir. Det fjerner desværre følelsen af at være “privat”, da de kan fremkomme meget insisterende på kontakt.
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette demeure accessible à pied, une entrée facilité, on était en voiture et on pouvait sortir de la terrasse sur la mer pour aller faire du sterling et voir les dauphins tous les services que propose. Cette demeure sont parfait. On a fait des massageset on pouvait utiliser le personnel pour faire de la cuisine qui était inclus dans le forfait. Franchement au top.
Villa in schöner Lage am Strand hinter einem Fussgängerweg. Der Garten und Pool sind zum Weg hin offen, daher je nach Tageszeit weniger privat. Leider etwas störend im Garten sind regelmässige Anfragen und Besuche von Strandverkäufern, ohne Privatsphäre im Freien. Indoors sehr gut ausgestattet und freundlicher Service. Hinweis: Beim Check-out nur Barzahlung, keine Karten-Zahlung möglich (ATM im Ort, in etwa 750m erreichbar).
This place was truly amazing, the staff was welcoming & villa looked exactly like the pictures. My favorite thing had to be the outside bathroom, very dope & i will 100% recommend
Die Villa ist traumhaft. Die Lage direkt am Meer und der infinity Pool ein absolutes Highlight. Schön eingerichtet, die Angestellten super freundlich und zuvorkommend mit leckerem Frühstück frisch für uns zubereitet. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr schön- duschen draußen bei jedem Wetter. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen! Danke :)

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Koko Beach Villas. It’s a fairly quiet location so you have a travel a bit to get to ‘touristy’ parts but we liked that most about it. A dip in the private pool is also really nice during and after a hot day! A few people walk past but not many and everyone’s very polite. The communication between ourselves and Putu was also brilliant, he was so responsive for any questions we had. Thanks Putu! We also had a few vegan meals cooked for us at the villa which were so tasty. The staff were all wonderful - so kind and friendly :) Our only slight negative was the ants in the villa but we understand this cant be helped with the weather and climate. The villa has everything you may need and more. The outside bathroom is such a cool bonus too! We would definetly recommend a stay here, a little peace of paradise!

fantastic location in a hamlet overlooking the beach and Java sea. Well maintained place. personally would like it if the boundry with the public path on the beach side had some sort of fencing. There was no security issues of any sort. Just some local street sellersand curious tourists who tend to keep callig out while you want to swim or relax in privacy. the place some restaurants at short walkabale distances. activities by the beach are a short distance away

Die Villa ist einfach nur der Hammer etwas schöneres habe ich noch nie gesehen egal welche wünsche man hat sie werden erfüllt z.b wollte ich Angeln gehen es hat keine stunde gedauert und bis alles für denn nächsten morgen organisiert war, denn gefangen fisch konnte ich mit nehmen und wurde dann in der Villa vom Personal vor uns zubereitet und serviert es wahr sehr lecker. Generell kann man einfach sagen das sich der Aufenthalt dort sehr lohnt und wir mit allem zufrieden waren wir kommen definitiv wieder.
I highly recommend a stay at these villas if you’re planning a trip to Lovina. The view from the private pool overlooking the ocean is absolutely stunning. The open-air bathroom took a bit of getting used to but we ended up loving it. But the best part is how friendly and helpful the staff are. Having meals cooked for us in the villa had us feeling like we were living the lifestyle of the rich and famous!! The only downside, which has nothing to do with the villas or the owners, is the location and that it’s so far from town. There is a walkway along the ocean but it doesn’t go very far and in both directions either way there is not much except vendors pestering you to buy trinkets or book dolphin tours. And let me tell you…they are very very persistent and that gets quite annoying to have to keep telling them no. Also, be aware that there is not what you would call a beach in front of the villas. But none of these things should deter you from staying here….just to be aware.
Die Villa ist traumhaft schön und so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Unser Host Putu hat uns jederzeit alles möglich gemacht und sogar einen sehr spontanen Flughafen Transfer ermöglicht, nachdem unser Fahrer abgesprungen ist. Außerdem war Putu super nett, freundlich und man merkt das ihm das Wohlergehen der Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Unser Fahrer Gede war ebenso super nett und man hat sich jederzeit sicher gefühlt da er wirklich gut Auto fährt. Können die Villa sehr empfehlen sofern einem bewusst ist, dass die Lage etwas abgelegener liegt. Die Gastfreundschaft und unsere Erfahrungen mit allen Mitarbeitern war die beste die wir auf Bali hatten!

Eine exklusive Villa mit allem Komfort und perfektem Personal. Die Kommunikation mit dem Manager vor Ort war super und das übrige Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum verwöhnen lassen. Massage, Maniküre und Pediküre, Frühstück und Dinner, alles in der Villa. In der Nähe (5 min zu Fuß) ist ein Supermarkt. So haben wir unsere Zeit nur am und im perfekten Pool und der Villa verbracht. Abends gibt es hier magische Sonnenuntergänge. Achtung, die extra Kosten sind in bar zu bezahlen. Ein Automat ist an der Tankstelle in der Nähe.

We loved our time staying there. The pool was great and it was awesome watching the sunset each night from the pool. The place is spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They cooked most of our meals for us which was great and helped with anything we needed. Big Thank you to Putu, Kadek, Luh, Rika and Julie and the others who made our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend it to others and we hope to return some day.
In short, my stay was simply breathtaking. The sunsets are just incredible - it's so sweet to see many locals just sitting on the rocks watching the same sunset!! Oliver was very responsive and so was Putu, the onsite manager. He was amazing! So kind and helpful, he also drove me to the waterfall trip one day (an absolute MUST) and the rice fields another day. We spent hours just chatting (or not) - I'll remember our conversations for a very long time :) The villa is superb. So modern and comfy, and even though you may think it's remote - there are several restaurants/ beach bars along the beach (that are quiet, not intrusive at night or anything). But a wander in either direction, within minutes you've got places to go. Dolphin tour swimming is a must. Get up early and get out early... beat the crowd (seriously). 100s and 100s of dolphins leaping close to the boat. Hop over the edge and get dragged through the water with a snorkel, watching them swim under the boat!! Amazing.
This is by far the greatest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The host personally brought us shopping when our baggage was delayed by our airline. He recommended great local experiences, arranged wonderful services, and accommodated to our needs without making us feel bad. We felt so welcomed, safe, and relaxed with all the staff! This is also the first Airbnb that looks BETTER than the pictures. The view was stunning, the space was clean, and all the amenities were high quality. The host or staff also transported us everywhere. The staff also cleaned the space daily, cooked us excellent meals, and were always so polite and friendly. The security guard also walked us to our villa during the night which made us feel very good. Furthermore, the massages and spa treatments we received were remarkable. All of this at very reasonable pricing. I can say from the bottom of my heart that we will be staying here again next time we are in Bali and you should to if you are looking to relax.
The stay was nice, good location, cool view from the room. One thing I didn't like... that we were photographed secretly during the villa tour by your staff and next day photographed again when we got into a Grab, with the justification being 'security reasons' - wtf?

We were well taken care of by Putu. He messaged us the day before to prepare for our arrival time and we were immediately shown to our room with a check in process right after. He was very helpful and responsive to all our messages during our stay and we enjoyed the home cooked meals by their chefs and services provided for the dolphin tour at Lovina. The room and pool are simply amazing with a great beach and sunset view.
A family of 5 here - 2 adults, 3 kids (10,7,5 years old). We enjoyed our stay at Koko Beach Villa - Villa Satu. They especially prepared our room early knowing that we arrived at Bali earlier than expected. Really appreciate that! Room is pretty clean, with simple clean design. The ocean is right in front of us, so you can imagine the GREAT view we see everyday for the 4 nights we're there! We got picked up by a boat to do dolphin watching right at the front of our villa :) The only downside is some trash we found on the beach, but it's a good lesson for the kids - they walk the talk they got at school.. and in a few minutes, the beach on our side looked pretty clean again. Special thanks to Bli Putu & team who have given us a lot of useful info, cook super delicious soups for us, arrange excursions, invited us to a dinner party and made our overall stay enjoyable! The staff at Koko Beach Villa in Lovina exceeded our expectations and helped make our Honeymoon Special, Magical & Memorable. The Villa Manager, Putu was always quick to respond and helped coordinate our entire stay. Putu and his team were always pleasant and enjoyable. Koma, Wynda, Komang & I Luh cooked us local cuisine dishes that were tasty and made us feel spoiled. The two massage therapists Kadek & Ketut provided us amazing Balinese Couples massage which we very much needed and enjoyed. Honorable mention goes to Made, our driver who provided us an amazing day of Prayer, Bonding, Epic Views, Tranquility, Inner Peace & Cleansing through Bali’s Six Wonders. We had the most fantastic stay - every detail is perfect in the villa and the staff make the experience even more special. The area is quiet but with enough options on foot and plenty of restaurants that will send a car for you :)
If I could rate this stay a 10/10 I absolutely would! The entire stay was seamless as far as pick up/drop off from the airport, and moving to each excursion. I felt very safe and secure everywhere that I went and Putu's hospitality is second to none! He never missed a beat and answers calls at any time of day. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this BEAUTIFUL villa!! I can't say enough great things about my stay. Very grateful for the experience and helpful staff for making my vacation worth every penny. For future guests, I HIGHLY recommend dolphin watching in the AM (straight from your villa) and a visit to the Sekumpul waterfalls. Both were the highlight of my trip and definitely will plan to do it again!

Wat een mooie bungalow direct aan zee. Klein pad ertussen waar de lokale vissers zo nu en dan voorbij kwamen. Erg rustig. We hadden direct het thuis gevoel. Terwel we thuis geen zee naast ons hebben. El lugar es hermoso, la villa te da una experiencia única. Putu es muy atento y todo el personal es muy amable. Contratamos todas las excursiones con ellos y Made nos llevó a todos lados, lugares no tan llenos de turistas. Lo bueno es que es una zona muy tranquila, lo que te da mucha privacidad , pero hay que tener en cuenta que Bali tiene mucho tránsito , por lo que al estar lejos , desde Lovina se demora mucho en llegar a los lugares más turísticos / aeropuerto. De igual manera súper recomendable para unas buenas vacaciones en Bali, no dudaríamos en volver!
The villa is absolutely beautiful and exactly as on the photos. The road to the villa was not very well maintained, which made it a bit tricky to use the motorcycle but we managed :) and that is nothing that can be influenced by the staff, still want to note that. It is a bit tricky to find restaurants in the area which is not a problem because the villa offers a cooking service for which you only pay ingredients and is prepared fresh and absolutely delicious every day! this was definitely a highlight! Putu was super responsive and helpful and we highly recommend anyone to stay here in the north!
I was most impressed with...E-V-E-R-Y-THING!! It was a twist of excellent fate that I saw and booked KBV with Oliver. I originally booked a one-bedroom villa as a birthday surprise for my Houstonian daughter; then later booked a two-bedroom villa for my other children and me. The villas are not an episode of Catfish; the villas are exactly as the pictures show. If you find a problem with the aesthetics, you're just looking to be unhappy- IJS. The list of guests staggered in arrival times but the COMMUNICATION and greetings deserve 5.0 (and +5!) I've been using the platform since 2017 and besides my bookings of sharing space with previous hosts, this is the 2nd time where a Bali AirBnB has been so meticulous & prompt about attending to the guests. Other great amenities were the patrolling security, staffed butler, meals cooked, and self-care services provided. The location is further north of Ubud but the only insect that we had to deal with were the Swarmer Ants (I used the provided

Ils proposent de diverses activités durant le séjour allant du massage au snorkelling que nous vous recommandons fortement !! La villa était magnifique, spacieux, et clean !! Oliver’s place was fantastic. The massages in the villa were among the best we’ve had in Bali. The two wonderful cooks coming to our villa made excellent meals and were a joy to watch as they cooked with big smiles on their faces. And then of course the villa itself is absolutely gorgeous. Wonderful pool with gorgeous sunset views. The house isn’t particularly close to anything that’s walking distance so plan on a scooter or car to get around but we were there to relax so this suited us just fine. The manage Putu was extremely responsive when we had questions. One of the best stays overall and definitely one of the best values we found in Bali.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist etwas ausserhalb aber sehr schön direkt am Meer gelegen und entspricht den Fotos. Der Ausblick aus der Villa und dem Pool ist traumhaft. Putu und sein ganzes Team waren sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend Auch wurden alle unsere Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet und vieles (Ausflüge, Fahrer, Essen, Massage) für uns perfekt organisiert. Wir empfehlen das Essen in der Villa zu buchen. Wir wurden sehr fein bekocht. Es war alles perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Amazing stay at koko beach villas! The place was absolutely stunning and clean. Our privacy was respected but we were always asked whether we wanted the room cleaned and this was always done so well! we were able to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from our room! It was honestly so dreamy and would recommend to anyone thinking twice about booking a stay here!
Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war einfach perfekt. Uns wurde zu Beginn ein Transport vom Flughafen zur Villa organisiert, was perfekt war, weil dort ein ganz schöner Trubel ist und wir froh waren, dass wir sofort in Empfang genommen worden sind von dem freundlichen Fahrer. Putu hat uns vor Ort alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Villa ist wunderschön und super sauber! Der Pool mit dem Ausblick auf das Meer unbeschreiblich. Wir haben ein paar Aktivitäten über Putu gebucht und auch das war sehr unkompliziert. Für die Dolphin watching Tour war ein Highlight und die Tour zum Lemukih Wasserfall war auch unglaublich. Unser Guide Ari konnte super Englisch, hat uns super viel erzählt und erklärt zum Dschungel und tolle Fotos gemacht. Das war ein toller Tag, sehr zu empfehlen! Und zu guter Letzt möchten wir noch alle Mitarbeiter loben, die Köchin vor Ort zaubert das beste Essen und jeder dort ist unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend! Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen! 1000% Weiterempfehlung ❤️

Magnifique villa, très belle piscine très agréable. Vue sur la mer et coucher de soleil incomparable. Espaces verts très biens entretenus et agréables. La gestion touristique au sein de la villa est un réel plus , l'équipe s'occupe des navettes, au besoin de l'organisation, de la confection des repas. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Notre seule petite déception si il fallait en citer une est que nous nous faisions un plaisir de nous baigner en mer juste en face, seulement le spot est empli de beaucoup de déchets. This stay was absolutely breathtaking. Me and my wife came here for our honeymoon with high expectations and all the staff made sure our expectations were met. I swear this is the first AirBnB stay that looks just like the pictures, it is super lavish. Super clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. There are so many things to do, The beach is literally in the backyard, idk what is stay is better than that lol. Random locals will approach with different services such as the dolphin 🐬 sightseeing and snorkeling and fishing. If I ever return to Bali, I will definitely rebook here.

Beautiful villa and view. All the staffs were super nice as well. Can watch sunset right from the pool. Clean but the only problem is there’s lots of mosquitos, bugs everywhere, which is normal for open space like this.

Petu at the resort was awesome to work with. he organized a driver and dolphin snorkeling for us. the home is amazing. private pool, and AC in bedroom and living area. We wish they had availability to stay longer! they cooked and cleaned for us and it was fantastic!

This villa was absolutely amazing and my favourite place I’ve stayed ever. We picked this place to have some down time and relax and I’m so glad we did. The views are absolutely amazing, everything is beautifully decorated and so clean. They even came and cleaned our room on our first morning which is impeccable service. The staff and Putu helped us with all questions. We had the staff cook us 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner and it was so reasonably priced. Putu also organised a massage for me inside the villa which was 10/10 and a very good price also. It was well worth our 3 hour trip from Ubud - don’t hesitate to check this place out 🙂
What an amazing experience. If you're like me you are probably scouring the reviews to make sure this place is the real deal. I'm here to tell you that it is. If you're looking for a peaceful get away with a very responsive staff and host then book this one! Putu, our host, helped us schedule all of our excursions and they were amazing. The ease of having airport transportation as well as to/from our excursions was wonderful. Made, our driver, was so kind and helpful. The rest of the staff was so gracious, always with a smile on their faces. This place is truly a little slice of heaven and our trip is one that we will reflect on for a lifetime!

Peaceful, beautiful and Private place
we had a lovely relaxing time at Koko :) we were very well looked after by putu who organised all of our trips for us, and by made who drove us wherever we needed to go and introduced us to some Balinese culture. we had a lovely fresh breakfast made each day by the staff who were always very polite, nothing was too much hassle for them.
Villa très sympa au bord de l’eau. Conforme aux descriptions et aux photos. Nous avons adoré séjourné dans cette villa. Lieu paisible et hôte très réactif. Il a su nous conseiller et nous aider lorsque nous en avions besoin de manière très réactive. Le personnel a été très gentil avec nous. Comme nous sommes au bord de l’eau il y a quelques vendeurs qui interpellent de temps en temps mais on s’y habitue et si on ne souhaite pas être dérangé il suffit de fermer les fenêtres. Nous voulions un scooter il a su nous en trouver un rapidement. De même pour quelques activité que nous voulions faire il a tout organisé pour nous et conseillé. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermé

Amazing stay at this BnB ! Putu is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. He always responded right away and pointed us in the right direction always. The staff was friendly and welcoming ! The villa itself was beautiful and clean. As long as you keep the doors closed and use the bug spray along the base of the doors, you’re safe from bugs ! Would definitely stay again !

Moderne, gut ausgestattete Villa in Lovina! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bewacht, mit der kleinen Küche im Haus kann man sich auch gut selbst versorgen. Bezüglich der Privatsphäre muss man wissen, dass sie genau am Strand liegt und vorbeilaufende Touristen und Händler auch gern mal winken, wenn man im Haus sichtbar ist. Also am besten die Vorhänge benutzen, wenn man seine Ruhe haben will, sonst grüßt morgens auch mal der Gärtner zum Aufwachen 😄 Ansonsten viel sehr aufmerksames Personal, das gern zur Verfügung steht. Wir selbst fanden es ziemlich ungewohnt im eigenen Haus bekocht zu werden, die Qualität war allerdings sehr gut! Wen das nicht stört, wird hier voll auf seine Kosten kommen 👍🏼

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Villa und können sie nur wärmstes weiterempfehlen! Die Lage ist optimal, um mal ein paar Tage Ruhe zu tanken. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben muss man die Gastfreundschaft der Mitarbeitenden. Man fühlt sich jederzeit sehr willkommen.
My stay at Koko Beach Villas was nothing short of amazing. When I initially booked the villa I did not know how far it would be from all the excursions on our itinerary, however Putu made sure that my husband and I made it to all of our activities. He stayed in constant communication with me from the moment I booked until the day we left answering any questions that I had. The staff prepared delicious Balinese meals (breakfast, lunch, & dinner) upon request for free you only need to pay for ingredients. To celebrate our honeymoon as well as my husband's birthday, the staff prepared a beautiful sunset candlelit dinner with a view of the ocean from our pool. We got a Balinese and Thai massage, flower bath, airport transportation, went souvenir shopping and so much more. The staff went above and beyond and made us feel welcomed. I would like to take the time to thank Putu, Made, Kadek, Komang and Iluh for their hospitality. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay if you're thinking of booking this property please don't hesitate.

This place is so epic. Our experience was magical. The view, the cleanliness, private chef. Everything was so well taken care of and Putu made the process easy and comfortable. I would highly highly recommend staying at this wonderful place by the sea. Also the outdoor bathroom was a very unique experience that we both loved. Enjoy!
Truly wonderful in every aspect of the stay! The villa was beautiful, our cooks were incredible and made every meal delicious and memorable, and the excursions were amazing! The manager helped us organize all our tours. The kitchen staff cooked us yummy Balinese lunches and dinners upon request. Everything was seamless and made us have the best vacation ever! If you’re questioning whether or not to stay here, STAY HERE!!! The staff at the villas were absolutely AMAZING and the best experience my husband and I have ever had in our world travels. We opted for the in home chef experience, and the food was absolutely amazing. The villa was extremely clean with breathtaking views. It was quiet and peaceful. Putu was absolutely amazing! He was responsive, kind, always checked in and ensured we had everything we needed during our honeymoon stay. He was available at all times to arrange all transportation and provide information for our excursions. Our driver, the massage staff, chefs, and housekeeping will make you want to stay here the entire trip. If I could, I would give this villa & staff 10 stars. Please stay here, you won’t regret it!
This is seriously the most incredible place to stay. If you are coming to Bali for a honeymoon, you have to come here. Even if it’s just for 2 nights, this is the place to be. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and Putu is incredibly fast at providing services. We had private chefs come in to the villa and cook us incredible meals at such a great cost too. This topped even the 5 five resort experience we had at Bali. Thank you much for being the highlight of our honeymoon!

AMAZING! Everyone should stay here. The villa is exactly as incredible as it looks in the pictures, but the ocean view is even more spectacular in real life. The staff were super kind and helpful, and highly recommend having them cook your meals. We would absolutely love to stay here again !

We spent one week at Koko Beach Villa ! Everything was perfect , the staff was incredible , the place , the food , the people around ! The Koko Beach Villas were an excellent place to stay. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing seaside getaway, this is the spot. The staff was very helpful and kind. The kitchen is fully set up for cooking. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to spend there!
This villa is stunning. we thought it looked incredible on pictures and it was even more impressive in photos. Putu and his staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. they welcomed us personally and provided a full tour of the space, which we hadn't experienced at other stays and found very helpful. the view is unparalleled and the glass sliding doors slide completely open to create an open air beach villa experience when you want it, or close it up and enjoy AC when you want that too the staff provide you with anything you need and we also met Erik at the end of the driveway, who also was a full service guy (we ate there regularly, enjoyed a dolphin tour with him, and even rented a motorbike to explore the area from him) we would definitely stay here again if/when we return to Lovina
Incredible views and very responsive staff
My time spent at KoKo Beach Villas was nothing short of incredible. Where to begin? The villa provided round trip airport to villa transportation services,. The transition from the airport to the villa was seamless. The villa itself is stunning. With floor to ceiling windows opening out into the ocean, displaying the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Each villa is located within steps of the beach. Food services (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are provided upon request. With staff catering to your preferences. In addition, the villa provides transportation and travel guide services for any and all excursions dreamed of. I was personally able to customize a nearly 12 hour photo shoot tour of Southern Bali and the experience as well as the photos captured were nothing short of amazing. En suite spa services are also provided. There’s no other other place I’d recommend staying at in northern Bali.
It’s really hard to put into words how perfect everything was. If you are looking at this and thinking about booking, just do it. This place is located on the north part of the island so it will be a long drive from the airport, but once you get there, it’s amazing. Putu, the property manager, really makes sure that you are taken care of the entire trip. The place is great. The view is unbeatable, the pool is amazing and everything is super comfortable. When we weren’t enjoying the amazing villa, we explored some waterfalls, went dolphin watching, and saw some cool local sites, all arranged by Putu. The place has everything you need and is well kept. I highly recommend.
Amazing villa with wonderful staff. Helpful and polite. Clean and fresh. Everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect for relaxing days with private pool. Not much to do by yourself outside the villa, but the staff arrange tours for you, either you want to go see waterfalls or dolphins and beautiful coral reef and fish. Restaurants near by that we liked: Bali Taman, Ikan Bakar Blambangan (IBB) and Berutz Bar & Resto.

Nice and cozy villa. Beautiful design, SmartTV, kitchen well equipped. Clean enough. Thank you very much to Putu, he was very helpful and friendly. One day late in the evening we could not open a safe box so he came and helped us. He was always in touch with us. Also the security man was very helpful, he gave us an umbrella and always shine a lantern when we came late. Clean ladies also were very friendly. However cleaning could be better a little bit, the windows became misted and dimmed on the second day of our stay and were not cleaned so we could not enjoy the view. The breakfast they provide for additional fee did not meet our expectations. On the first day it was fine but on the second day all food they served was extremely cold. In overall I recommend this villa and we really enjoyed our stay there.
This villa is spectacular! It's beautifully designed, super clean, and has a breathtaking view of the ocean. The kitchen is also well-stocked. We had a very comfortable stay and would absolutely return!
Perhaps the best stay in all of Indonesia - amazing location, great value, a nice kitchen, best sunset from the lounger by your Infinity pool overlooking the Bali Sea, and snorkeling with dolphins is available from your own back yard. Also close to botanical gardens, waterfalls, and volcanoes. There are many other incredible features, and the host recommended some of the best sights in Bali. But you should stop reading reviews now and start booking — you can thank me later.
If you want me to find yourself whilst under the stars, with amazing staff, privacy and life changing accommodations come here. If I ever go to to a villa in Lovina it’s here. I’m a celebrity in the states, and the scenery well surpass that of any American hotel that you can find. Thank you for the life changing experience that I was attracting. This villa in lovina was one of the highlights of our trip. We only stayed for two days, which was hardly long enough. The first day we did a dolphin tour (the boat dropped us off right out front of our villa- how epic!) and when we got back had breakfast made by the staff who were radiant and on top of everything. They also made us two dinners which we got to enjoy by the poolside at sunset. We never even had to leave our villa! The second day we did a waterfall tour at Sukumpul falls (some of the best waterfalls Bali has to offer, would definitely recommend checking this out) and Putu (who is also amazing, he does a perfect job running this place and attending to your needs) drove us and coordinated a tour guide. Anyways, don’t miss out by not staying here! It is well worth the drive, even if it’s only for 2-3 days. The villa and staff made Lovina truly a special experience for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oliver’s place. The location was great, we were able to enjoy beautiful sunset every night, the supermarket and city center is just 8 minutes by motorbike. Stuff was super friendly, they try to makes sure you are happy throughout your stay. It was also a thoughtful touch to have minibar and snacks at reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend and come back again.
Our experience in this villa was amazing. All staff are helpful and accommodating despite of our short notice requests. The ocean view and private access are to die for. This villa has a real kitchen that actually makes sense to cook in. Bed is comfy, living room is stylish. Water pressure in the shower was never a problem. Thank you and we will come again!
Die Unterkunft ist einfach Top! Die Gastfreundschaft überragend und der Service der Wahnsinn. Meine Freundin und ich sind über Nyepi (Tag der Stille) auf Bali geblieben was sich 2 Tage lang gezogen hat. Wir durften die Unterkunft nicht verlassen, was an sich recht blöd ist, aber in dieser Villa war es eine wirklich gute und entspannte Zeit. Wir hatten also Glück im Unglück. Der Pool ist eine gute Erfrischung und es scheint fast den ganzen Tag die Sonne. Wer sich aber Sorgen um einen Sonnenbrand macht kann sich ebenfalls im Schatten des bereitstehenden Schirms vergnügen. Oliver hat uns die ganze Zeit über auf dem laufenden gehalten und uns gute Tipps gegeben. Er antwortete auch immer sehr schnell und hatte immer Antworten parat. Er war uns eine riesen Hilfe. Die Unterkunft an sich ist echt in nem super Zustand. Diese wird auch alle 3 Monate aufbereitet und regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es gibt sauberes Trinkwasser. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, gerade wenn man sich traut auf Bali Roller zu fahren. Nicht weit weg ist ein guter Laden und eine relativ gut ausgebaute Straße ist auch vllt 50m entfernt. So, dass man die Autos und alles nie hört! Was ich jedem der hier übernachtet zu Herzen legen kann ist: Lest euch das Heft durch, dass in der Küche bereit liegen wird! Neben Ausflügen und Hausregeln stehen ebenfalls Tipps drin wie z.B. dass man das Essen immer wegpacken sollte. So verhindert man ungewollten Besuch von Ameisen, zu denen wir leider auch schnell zum Opfer wurden uns, aber schnell um das Problem gekümmert haben. Wer überlegt sich im Norden von Bali aufzuhalten, sollte sich diese Unterkunft nicht entgehen lassen!
Great place to stay
Karin und Oliver sind tolle Gastgeber! Schon vor der Anreise haben die beiden uns tolle Tipps und Hinweise gegeben. Die Villen sind sehr schön eingerichtet und haben einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Ganz besonders toll fanden wir den Service, dass man am Tag vorher entscheiden kann, ob man bekocht werden möchte oder nicht. Man bespricht mit den Mädels was man mag und muss anschließend nur den Einkauf bezahlen. Es hat wirklich ausnahmslos alles hervorragend geschmeckt! Auch die über einen Partner angebotenen Ausflüge waren klasse. Super flexibel und auch die Fahrer/Guides waren immer gut drauf. Alles in Allem können wir die Koko-Beach-Villas und Karin und Oliver wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen! :-)
Es war ein Traum, auch wenn der Strand nicht unbedingt ein Traum war. Wir waren auch während der Regenzeit dort. Alles mega, wie auf den Bildern..... Top!!! Super Service und mega freundliche Gastgeber!
Wir buchten für unsere Flitterwochen 15 Nächte in der Villa Satu bei Karin und Oliver. Obwohl wir erst abends ankamen, wurden wir von Karin, Oliver und einem Teil des Teams begrüßt und fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr herzlich willkommen. :) Die Villa ist wie beschrieben. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Getränke im Kühlschrank sind vom Preis okay und werden jeden Tag aufgefüllt) und im Bad gibt es Shampoo, Duschgel, Kosmetiktücher und Toilettenpapier. Von dem Wohn- und Schlafraum hat man Blick auf das Meer und den Pool. Wir haben immer die Gardinen offen gelassen, so dass man, wenn man morgens die Augen aufgemacht hat, gleich aufs Meer schauen konnte. "unbezahlbar" Die Villa wurde, wenn man wollte, jeden Tag gereinigt. Wenn man neue Handtücher brauchte, brauchte man nur Bescheid sagen. Der Pool wurde in der Zeit 2x gereinigt. Auch wenn man wenige Gehminuten entfernt frühstücken kann, haben wir uns jeden Morgen Frühstück in der Villa zubereiten lassen. Es gibt eine kleine Karte aber man kann auch sagen, wenn man was Anderes haben möchte. Wir haben die ersten Tage immer auswärts zum Abendbrot gegessen. Aber da wir immer so nett gefragt wurden, ob wir in der Villa Abendessen wollen, haben wir zugestimmt. Wir wurden gefragt was wir essen möchten und da wir lokale Spezialitäten haben wollten, haben wir immer gesagt, dass wir uns überraschen lassen. Was soll ich sagen?! Wir haben bereut, uns nicht vom ersten Tag an bekochen zu lassen. Es war der Hammer. Es gab jeden Tag was anderes, es war immer sehr lecker und günstig, da nur die gekauften Lebensmittel bezahlt werden mussten. (und man musste auch nicht abwaschen ;)) Ein Supermarkt ist über den Strand recht schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben unsere Ausflüge über Karin und Oliver gemacht. Das war für uns individueller als wenn man "auswärts" gebucht hätte und außerdem wurde dies immer sehr kurzfristig realisiert/organisiert. Wie eigentlich alles. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, einen Tisch im Spice Beach Club reservieren, einen Termin für eine Massage haben wollten usw. haben wir eine Nachricht geschrieben und innerhalb kürzester Zeit Antwort bekommen. Das Baden im Meer war leider nur die ersten Tage möglich, da durch die Regenzeit das Meer noch sehr aufgewühlt und die Wellen hoch waren. Aber egal, es gibt ja einen Pool. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist dort genau richtig. Und wenn man dann doch mal andere Leute sehen möchte, kann man ja einen Ausflug machen und sich danach wieder auf seine Villa direkt am einsamen Strand am Meer freuen. Es war ein vollkommen erholsamer Urlaub und leider mussten wir wieder von dort nach Hause. :( Nochmals vielen Dank an Karin und Oliver und das gesamte Team und macht weiter so!
I stayed at Koko Beach with my girlfriend for 5 days and everything was amazing! They go the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience while visiting Bali. Whether it’s ride transfers from the airport and around Bali (so much better than trying to deal with cabs), a variety of choices for breakfasts, and authentic, fresh cooked Indonesian dinners to name a few things. They offer tours of North Bali and advice on local restaurants. Everything was spotless and the amenities and pool were top-off-the-line. This beachfront villa will make you want to stay in Bali forever.
We had an amazing stay at Koko Beach Villas and it was just a treat by itself. The breathtaking Villas with an Ocean View, Private Beach and Infinity Pool is more than you can ever imagine. We were stunned by the amenities provided and you can just get everything what you ever needed. Also the wonderful hosts Oliver and Karin are so welcoming and they will do each and every bit to make your stay memorable. Apart from that the complete Villa staff will take care and pamper you with their hospitality. Also, the staff will make you live breakfast as you want from their menu which was mind-blowing. I highly recommend anyone and everyone visiting Bali to visit Koko Beach Villas which is on the North Side and a beautiful place to relax with friends or family away from the hustle and bustle. Keep up the great work Oliver and Karin and we will definitely visit you again and again.
This place is as good as it looks! If you’re thinking about booking it, you should. Everything about the villa was clean and comfortable. The staff was quick to answer any question we had or solve any issue and loved having them prepare meals for us (they’re great cooks!) The location worked well for the excursions we wanted to do. By far, the best AirBnb we’ve stayed in. We already want to go back!

As soon as I walked into the villa, my heart skipped a beat as to the breathtaking view of the beach. This place is absolutely stunning and sparkling clean. My partner and I really enjoyed the private pool and the tasty meals the staff prepared for us everyday. If you’re looking for some where quiet and peaceful, this is absolutely the place to be and is worth the trip! The hosts were polite and quick to respond to all our queries and even made dinner reservations for us where a driver picked us up and brought us back which was great. This place is a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend it. Only down side was that there was no microwave in the kitchen so we couldn’t warm up left over food other than that thank you for creating such a beautiful home.
This villa is absolutely gorgeous and the service is second to none. It looks exactly like the photos and the entire staff at Koko Beach Villas was phenomenal. We had delicious (and incredibly cheap) dinners each night as well as breakfast during the mornings. Karen & Oliver took care of everything we needed in terms of transportation via WhatsApp. Lovina is definitely a quiet part of Bali, so if you're looking for somewhere to relax and recharge this is definitely it!
You think the pictures look amazing...wait until you see it in person! Its the best place I've stayed! Awesome views and a perfect way to end a trip touring around Bali. The hosts and everyone at Koko Beach is so friendly and are always on hand to assist you with anything you require. We loved the intimate dining they recommended. I miss waking up in the villa! We are already hoping to come back next year!
Highly, highly recommend this villa. So beautiful inside and out! Modern design with amazing hospitality from the owners and staff. You can ask for traditional home cooked meals as well and those are amazing. Hosts respond to you almost immediately and are very helpful with all your needs. Driver was incredible, we grew very fond of him. Very kind and took us anywhere we asked. We learned a lot about the Balinese culture through him. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to visit Bali in the future 😊

If you want peace and quiet and an idyllic location where you really are a stones throw from the ocean then go here....it has all the amenities you need and if there is something you don't have they will soon get it for you...They have thought of the simple things like bluetooth speakers, filtered water, which may seem simple but are often overlooked. The trips they organise are amazing as is the cook and house keeper. I have not eaten so well in ages and just paying the cost of groceries is an absolute bargain. The pictures posted on Air BnB are exactly what it looks like and it really is the most perfect place to relax and unwind and get into the Bali way of life. They recommended a few places to eat and drink and when we got picked up and dropped off included as part of the service it makes you feel very special. Simply perfect and will have no hesitation to recommend this and we will be going back again.

Der Aufenthalt bei Oliver und Karin war genial! Die beiden sind völlig unkompliziert, wenn etwas ist reicht eine WhatsApp Nachricht und innert 5 Minuten ist alles geregelt. Ganz egal ob ein Taxi, eine Massage oder ein Ausflug organisiert werden soll, die beiden Regeln das. Auch das Personal super. Sie sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn man möchte, kann man sich zum Frühstück und Abendessen sogar bekochen lassen. Fürs Frühstück kann auf einem Formular mit reichlich Auswahl das gewünschte angekreuzt werden. Beim Nachtessen ist man frei. Entweder man Wünscht sich sein lokales Lieblingsgericht oder lässt sich von den Frauen überraschen (was wir gemacht haben). Das Essen ist super lecker und berechnet werden nur die Zutaten. Auch die Anreise ist problemlos verlaufen. Made hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und uns über die 3h Fahrt unterhalten. Alles in allem können wir die Villen von Karin und Oliver wärmstens empfehlen.

Will man eine Massage, eine Tagestour oder ein Besuch in einem Restaurant buchen, muss man den beiden nur schreiben und sie kümmern sich drum. Auch das Team war super. Sie haben uns jeden Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück und am Abend ein tolles Dinner gezaubert mit landestypischen Speisen und uns auch so jeden Wunsch versucht zu erfüllen. Absolut empfehlenswert :-) danke für die schönen Tage bei euch.

What more can I say, our stay with Oliver & Karren was amazing and exceeded any expectations we had, they welcomed us on our arrival and made us feel at home straight away. Their staff were friendly, helpful and amazing cooks! The villa was kept to the highest of standards, with daily cleaning, gardening and pool care. Oliver helped us by booking activities and transfers too, making it easier for us by adding the cost to our bill at the end of our stay. The food prepared by the staff was out of this world, offering local food at a fraction of the price of restaurants.
Traumhaft- beschreibt es wohl am besten. Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet, alles ist super sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abseits des Trubels. Morgens kann man mit Wellenrauschen und einem Blick direkt aufs Wasser aufwachen. Die Hausangestellten sind sehr freundlich, zurückhaltend und kochen einem sehr schmackhaftes, typisch balinesisches Essen. Wir haben uns jeden Tag bekochen lassen und zu zweit für Frühstück und Abendbrot nicht mal 12€ bezahlt. Alles wird frisch vor deinen Augen in der Villa zubereitet. Die Fahrer fahren sehr sicher und wenn man will, erzählen Sie einem viel über Bali. Die Touren, die wir über Oli gebucht haben, waren privat und zu einem sehr fairen Preis! Wir wurden von einem Fahrer abgeholt und durften über Tempo und Orte selbst mitentscheiden. Also absolut keine Massenabfertigung, wie man sie aus anderen Urlaubsregionen kennt. Ich kann immer noch nicht fassen, wie perfekt und idyllisch es war. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Danke, Oli und Karin!
Wir haben die letzten 5 Tage unseres Bali Aufenthalts in der Villa Satu verbracht. All unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Villa ist mindestens genauso schön wie auf den Bildern bereits zu sehen ist. Der Ausblick direkt aufs Meer ist der Wahnsinn, abends kann man hier den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Villa wird regelmäßig geputzt und ist somit blitzeblank. Die Gastfreundschaft von Oliver/ Karin und dem gesamten Team ist ebenso hervorzuheben. Sobald Fragen aufkommen, genügt eine kurze WhatsApp und sofort steht jemand parat. Wir haben uns zwei mal abends von den Mädels bekochen lassen- Mega lecker! Roller kann man ebenfalls direkt dort anmieten und von dort aus den schönen Norden Balis erkunden. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!
Everything was wonderful starting from the home cooking, to the massage recommendation, trekking recommendation, and spectacular view of the ocean. Quick response to any questions we may have. Staff are super friendly. There’s nothing bad to say. It was our first time to Bali and we’re definitely going to be returning customers. Thank you koko villas!
This villa is everything ! The villa is new and so so clean !! The pool and the view are amazing ! The bathroom is also incredible! If you would like to have a beautiful villa in Lovina, choose this one ! You would not regret it !

Die Villa von Oliver und Karin ist ein Traum! Nach zweimonatigem Backpacken haben wir als Höhepunkt zum Schluss drei Tage in dieser Villa verbracht. Oliver und Karin sind hervorragende Gastgeber, welche immer sehr schnell antworten und gute Tipps auf Lager haben. Die Villa ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Bildern und die direkte Sicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang sind unbezahlbar. Wir würden ohne zu zögern wiederkommen und können die Villa somit nur wärmstens empfehlen!
This visit has exceeded all our expectations. The place is amazingly beautiful and quiet. The views from the terrace are stunning and the house is sparkling clean and furnished in an elegant and modern style. One of the best places we have ever stayed. The staff is super helpful and the cooking is amazing. Everything is brand new and a great value. Karin and Oliver always respond quickly are are great with local tips.
Karin, Oliver and their team were exceptional. The place was amazing and extremely clean at all times. A must visit if you want a relaxing holiday, this was truely a home away home. This team makes sure you enjoy your time in Bali.
Einfach ein Traum!
Wir waren 5 Freunde mit 2 gebuchten Villen (1x 2 Zimmer und 1x 1 Zimmer). Die schönste Unterkunft in Lovina. Es gibt einige Villen in der Gegend die man buchen kann, aber sicher nicht mit diesem Service. Das Personal: Die Mädels (Zimmermädchen) sind super nett, kamen immer zum ausgemachten Zeitpunkt, haben uns Frühstück oder Abendessen gezaubert, geputzt und sind wieder gegangen. Das Personal war fast rund um die Uhr für uns da... Getränke sind aus... kein Problem.. eine Nachricht und 20 min Später wurde der Kühlschrank aufgefüllt. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt. Der Poolboy / Gärtner kümmert sich gewissenhaft um den Pool, damit dieser immer schön bleibt und um den Garten und die Pflanzen rundherum. Der Check-In hat reibungslos funktioniert. Security ist nachts ab ca. 20 Uhr vor Ort und passt auf. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich (Deutsches Pärchen) Die Villen: Sie sind sehr groß und geräumig, sehr schön eingerichtet und der Ausblick ist Wahnsinn. Einfach die Vorhänge offen lassen und in der Früh mit Meerblick aufwachen :-).. In der Großen 2-Bett Villa hat jedes Zimmer ein eigens Bad. Das Wohnzimmer ist für alle gemeinsam. Wir haben immer in der Großen Villa alle gemeinsam gegessen.. War kein Problem. Es war immer sauber und ordentlich. Moderne Einrichtung, liebevoll dekoriert und gemütlich. Aktivitäten: Ihr wollt mal auswärts essen oder eine Massage genießen? Kein Problem. Es gibt für fast alles einen Kostenlosen Pick up - sprich, ihr werdet zum ausgemachten Zeitpunkt abgeholt... zur Massage oder zum Essen gefahren und wieder heimgebracht. Unbedingt alles über Karin und Olli reservieren lassen ;-) Ausflüge waren super.. es gibt viel zu sehen und zu erleben. Trekkingtouren, Tauchen, Schnorcheln, Shopping.... Für jeden was dabei. Wer unabhängig sein will, mietet sich einfach einen Roller für ca. 4 Euro am Tag. Die Verpflegung: Essen ist extra zum Bezahlen, jedoch bei den Preisen nicht der Rede Wert. Wenn ihr wollt, kauft das Personal für euch ein - Rechnung wird 1 zu 1 weiter verrechnet ohne Aufschlag (Als Beispiel: Wir haben am ersten Tag fürs Frühstück einkaufen lassen; Eier, Butter, Brot, Marmelade, Milch, Kiri ... - Die Rechnung war bei ca. 20 Euro für 5 Personen :-)) Ihr könnt euch auch bekochen lassen. Einfach am Vortag bestellen, Uhrzeit ausmachen und dann genießen. Die Getränke in der Villa im Kühlschrank sind ca. 10 Cent teurer als im Geschäft, also auch nicht der Rede wert. Das Essen war ein Traum. Am ersten Tag haben wir uns ein paar Balinesische Gerichte gewünscht und die Mädels haben uns ein 5 oder 6 Gänge Buffet gezaubert. Danach sind wir raus gerollt :-D. Frühstück war auch immer sehr lecker :-) Bei der Einfahrt zu den Villen ist ein kleines Geschäft von einer netten alten Dame die alle Meme / Mama nennen. Dort kosten gebratenen Nudeln mit Hühnchen und Ei ca. € 1,40... Es dauert zwar etwas aber schmeckt super lecker. Der Poolboy ist der Sohn von Mama und wenn dieser da ist, bringt er das Essen auch zu den Villen wenn man will. Alles in allem sind wir alle total begeistert und super zufrieden. Unser nächster Urlaub in den Koko-Beach-Villas ist schon geplant :-) Sabine, Christian, Alex, Bea und Timo
Oliver und Karin haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren uns bei allem behilflich! Die Villa mit fantastischen Meerblick ist super geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wenn man einen Roller mietet, lassen viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden einen Aufenthalt definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Die Koko Beach Villas waren unsere erste Unterkunft auf Bali, und Karin & Oliver haben es geschafft durch viele Ratschläge und Tipp‘s dafür zu sorgen, dass wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in Nord-Bali hatten, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Total sauber und komfortabel. Zudem war das personal immer ansprechbar, sollte es zu Problemen oder fragen kommen. Der Außenbereich der Villa war unser persönlich Highlight, mit Blick auf das Meer und einem sehr schönen Pool. Auch das Programm, dass Karin & Oliver vorgeschlagen haben, war super und hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
Es war alles perfekt. Als wir am Flughafen von Bali ankamen wurden wir von Made dem ausgewählten Fahrer abgeholt. Er war super freundlich, konnte sehr gut englisch und hat uns sicher zur Villa gebracht. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir von Oliver und Karin super lieb empfangen. Die beiden haben sich viel Zeit genommen und uns eingewiesen. Die Villa. Genauso wie auf den Fotos und noch viel schöner! Atemberaubender Ausblick aufs Meer. Gehobene Ausstattung und sehr komfortable. Luxus Pur! Die Angestellten von den beiden sind alle sehr freundlich, sprechen sehr gut englisch und helfen bei allem. Als topping kann man bei ihnen essen bestellen. Wir haben uns sehr oft von ihnen, in unserer Villa, bekochen lassen und es war immer mehr als lecker. Wenn man es möchte, kann man sich auch morgens das Frühstück von den Mädels herrichten lassen. Wenn man fragen hat oder Hilfe braucht, kann man Oliver und Karin ganz einfach über WhatsApp (WLAN ist in der Villa vorhanden) schreiben. Auch bei Ausflügen oder bei Restaurant besuchen helfen die beiden weiter und buchen alles für einen. Meine Frau musste während unseres Aufenthaltes zum Arzt, wir haben die beiden über WhatsApp angerufen und kurze Zeit später kam der Rückruf das die beiden bei dem Arzt ihres Vertrauens angefragt haben ob es möglich wäre vorbei zu kommen. Am selben Abend wurden wir von den beiden abgeholt und zum Arzt gebracht. Ganz wichtig: man bekommt immer super schnell eine Antwort! Das Motto unter dem die Villen stehen "holiday with friends" stimmt zu 100%. Wir können sagen, dass Oliver und Karin Freunde von uns geworden sind. Wenn ihr einen harmonischen entspannten Urlaub haben wollt, seit ihr hier in den Koko Beach Villen bestens aufgehoben. Wir werden wieder kommen!
Our stay here was incredible. The villa was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Everything was incredibly clean and the service was impeccable. The area surprised us with how easy it was to eat out and do activities. You maybe far away from the city but the trip is well worth it as you can have everything you want and more. All meals are available to be made in our villa at a very small cost. However, there are some lovely restaurants recommended by the host on your arrival. There are also activities such as dolphin tours and snorkelling. We went on a dolphin tour with a local who was lovely. His number is: 08123616426. The actual villa was spacious and relaxing and there were many extra amenities such as a speaker, hairdryer and various charging cables and adapters. We loved the wine selection in the separate cooler, however, there are also many soft drinks and snacks available with just a small price. The hosts were incredibly lovely and helpful with very quick responses and always on call. We definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing yet adventurous stay!!
Die Villa ein Traum. Alles ist genau wie auf den Bildern und wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Die Villa ist supersauber und der Blick auf das Meer ist einfach Gigantisch man kann sich nicht satt sehen.Der Kochservice ist der absolute Hammer uns wurden jeden Morgen nach Wunsch in der Villa Satu ein Frühstück zubereitet. Auch ein privates Dinner in der Villa ist für die Mädels kein Problem lasst euch traditionell balinesisch bekochen es ist super und so bekommt ihr es in keinem Restaurant excellent und reichhaltig das ganze Team ist darauf bedacht Dir jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Haus wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Badezimmer ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben das muss man selbst gesehen und benutzt haben einfach genial!Genau so wünsche ich mir ein Ferienhaus Ruhe pur zum entspannen und ein schöne gepflegte und moderne Einrichtung.In der Umgebung gibt es Restaurants und auch einen Supermarkt.Karin und Oliver stehe Dir immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und können viele Tipps und Touren anbieten.Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt!

Hier bekommt man genau das was man möchte. Einen tolle Unterkunft mit so viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Gastgeber lassen keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich die ganze Zeit zu 150% willkommen.
Such a fantastic experience in North Bali. Oliver and Karin were so accommodating always making sure we had everything we needed. The villa was clean and comfortable with a lovely selection of affordable wines and snacks. The staff picked up groceries and cooked local dishes for us at no extra charge (besides the price of groceries)! Hoping to come back to Koko Beach Villas soon! Highly recommend.
*Ein Traum* Wir sind begeistert! Nach einigen anderen Villen in Bali können wir sagen: Dies war definitiv die beste Villa. Die Villa war Blitz sauber, super modern, direkt am Meer und hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht. 100% den Bildern entsprechend! Auch das Personal war klasse. Wenn wir nochmal nach Bali reisen, werden wir definitiv wieder kommen 😊
Amazing view, almost every room in the house you can see the ocean. The area is quiet to so it's peaceful to sleep to the sound of the ocean.
Oliver and Karin were responsive both before and during the stay, making it easy to plan and prepare for things. The villa was new and provided a space for relaxing and living - like a home away from home. A pretty sight of the ocean to wake up to every day.

Karen & Olivier sont des personnes qui sont très réactives. J’ai beaucoup aimé leurs côtés humains et la villa n’en parlons même pas. C’est d’une propreté absolue. Ce couple à penser à tout, que se soit ustensiles de cuisines, accessoires salle de bain. La vue en coupé le souffle. J’ai adoré. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Uns hat es in der Villa Satu sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder in die Koko Beach Villas zurückkehren. Die Vermieter und ihre Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und haben toll für uns gekocht. Die Villa ist sehr modern mit viel Liebe für‘s Detail eingerichtet. Diese Unterkunft ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen!
Hands down the best place for a beach stay in Bali. The villas are brand new, fully equipped and 8 steps from a super peaceful beach. The hosts and staff have excellent communication, and can help you find or source whatever you may need. The Villas are also stocked with several goodies for purchase at market rates (including the wine fridge). Filtered water is available from a dedicated tap on the sink so fresh clean water is always available without resorting to bottles. Meals, groceries, and laundry can also be provided at very reasonable rates. Basically its a luxurious, private home in a perfect location. We hope to keep returning to this gem.
Hands down one of the best Airbnb accommodations we’ve stayed in. Oliver and Karin were such amazing hosts and really took care of us well together with their other amazing and friendly staffs. We checked in late at night and they both were so welcoming and informative. The accommodation on its own were far better from our expectations and their pictures didn’t do much justice - everything was so breathtaking firsthand. Superbly clean too considering how new the villa is, comfortable and just the right blend of privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped and they practically have everything you need within reach - even a first aid box that’s often overlooked. Our safety in the villa wasn’t compromised either seeing that the security is always around from evening till morning and that was the most important factor of all. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back in the future! For those who are still considering, you won't regret it!
Wow!! The best place I have ever stayed (tops the Ritz-Carlton even)! It was our first time visiting Bali. We explored many cities throughout the island, but this magnificent place tops the charts by far! We’re extremely impressed by everything about this villa, especially the incredible hospitality. We felt like true royals throughout our entire stay - from the exceptionally warm welcome by all the kind & professional staff (with welcome flowers & coconut drinks) to the most remarkable & serene private views from our villa. Karin, Oliver, and the wonderful staff are the absolute best hosts you can have (huge thanks to them)!! They are super quick to response, help you with any questions or even booking spa appointments, rides, and other activities for you. This is in addition to the comprehensive binder they provide you with a ton of useful info & contact details (ie we contacted their friend who set up an entire day of trekking/hiking for us - beautiful experience). When we arrived at the villa, everything was perfect. The place was modern, clean, had all the amenities you can ask for, and had the most comfortable plush bed (we slept like babies). The outdoor bathroom took a minute to get used to, but otherwise a very fun concept. My favorite thing was having an ocean view throughout the entire villa. It’s perfect for a romantic getaway or perfectly host a family vacation. They even offer to cook you meals (which were delicious thanks to their talented staff). It was perfect! We can’t wait to go back again. I can go on for days bragging about this place, but it’s better for you to check it out yourself!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)
