Exploring Kura Kura Villas, 10 minutes from Ubud Center left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Kura Kura Villas, 10 minutes from Ubud Center was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Gianyar plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Kura Kura Villas, 10 minutes from Ubud Center painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
Our group thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kura Kura. We loved the beautiful tropical gardens and pool, the comfortable rooms and the overall serene vibe. The central pavilion provides a great shared space. Special thanks to the staff Kadek, Ketuk and Made who made us feel so welcome, and for looking after us so well yet with a total absence of fussing.

Everything about this villa was perfect. The team handling the house daily was kind, attentive, and always helpful. The location is ideal – far enough from Ubud to enjoy peace and quiet, yet close enough for easy access. Nestled in a real local village, it offers an authentic experience without feeling isolated. Highly recommend – a true 5-star stay.
Wow- what an amazing place. The pictures doesn’t do justice to this gem of a villa. It is the most beautiful place we have stayed and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. Only downside is that we had too little time- and would love to come back!
We loved staying at Kura Kura Villa. The communication with Brooke and Terry regarding private yoga lessons and an extra bed was quick and easy. Kadek, Ketut, and Made provided us with home-cooked meals and organized our rides and day trips as well as our at-home massages. When one of the kids got sick, Kadek went out and got medicine and supplies for him. Staying at Kura Kura allowed for a wonderful combination of activity and relaxation. It’s perfect for bigger families, as there are both private villas and big community spaces to enjoy.
Beautiful villa located close to Ubud center in a quiet area. Amazing view from the pool. Rooms look exactly like the pictures with spacious living room and entertainment room. The house manager Kadek and her staff were super friendly and helped us a lot. The only downside that comes with open bathrooms was that bugs and ants came out after the rain, which is kind of unavoidable living in the jungle. The rooms were very clean because the Villa staff clean up everyday.
Kura Kura Villas in Ubud is truly a hidden gem. The staff are priceless—always there to help with anything we needed, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. Nestled in the jungle, the villas offer a peaceful and quiet escape, yet it's just a quick 10-minute drive to the heart of Ubud. Each villa provides complete privacy and luxury, making it feel like a personal retreat. The energy of this place is special; it felt magical from the moment we arrived. We had a family reunion here, reconnecting with loved ones after more than a decade, and Kura Kura Villas provided the perfect setting for such a meaningful occasion. The breakfast was amazing, and every detail of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of. I can’t wait to make this an annual tradition for my family—we will definitely be back! If you’re traveling to Bali, I highly recommend this place. It’s an experience you won’t forget.
