Exploring La Bohemia Ubud: Luxe 4BR villa with Natural Pool left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of La Bohemia Ubud: Luxe 4BR villa with Natural Pool was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kecamatan Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for La Bohemia Ubud: Luxe 4BR villa with Natural Pool painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
We were lucky enough to get a discounted rate for our room. It was in a good location and in decent condition. I knew there were a lot of bugs in the Ubud area and I can totally understand that. I can understand if a mosquito, a fly, or even a cockroach comes out. However, after shower and lying down on the bed to sleep, the bugs that appeared made it an unforgettable place to stay. Oh, and the bedding wasn't made properly either. We contacted the host but got no response (it was past 12 o'clock). The host only emphasized that this had never happened before and that we did not receive any treatment. *This is a very open accommodation so not recommended if you don't like bugs. * Before check-out, a staff member will come and check the house. I appreciate that the staff checked for forgotten items.
The location was great, the Villa was clean, and it was well furnished. We were disappointed because the bedrooms were not mosquito proof (there were many holes where mosquitoes could get in). There was no air conditioning in the main living room. Warning that many of the services were not available or were poorly communicated (breakfast, massages, etc). For example, the masseuses arrived without massage beds, and breakfast was not available even though it was advertised. It would have been fine if they had just listed in the review that these were unavailable. Overall had a pleasant stay, but wanted to call out the above.

전반적으로는 만족한 숙박 경험이었습니다. 이유는 일하시는 헬퍼 분들이 너무 다정했고, 우붓시내 위치해서 그랩이 잘 잡히는 것이요. 개선될부분을 말하는 이유는 이 곳이 맘에 들어서 안타깝기 때문입니다. 3박 내내 호스트는 인사조차 없어서 조금 당황스러웠으며, 주방이 있는 메인 빌라는 청결 상태가 너무 심각해요.특히 욕실은 뉴빌라만 사용할정도이고, 거실은 얼룩진 소파에 개미떼 출몰. ㅜㅜ(얘기했으나 우붓의 특징이라며 스프레이 분사 하라고 알려줌) 뉴빌라는 깨끗했어요! 맘에 들었고요! 다만 마지막날 온수가 나오지 않아 찬물 샤워로 마무리 했어요! 조식서비스 셰프는 친절했고, 마사지 테라피스트도 만족했어요! 청결부분과 온수가 해결되면 추천하는 곳입니다:) 저희 가족에겐 좋은 경험이었어요! 감사합니다!
Villa is big, spacious, pool and garden area lovely. Inside is clean and has good social communal areas Location is good with a 15 min walk to Ubud Centre Bathrooms are too exposed. All of them can be seen from a balcony or workers on the roof of the construction going on next door (which they did look once giving my parents a fright!) Bathrooms also need a deep clean, showers are quite mouldy and a mould removal spray would fix that Main kitchen communal area was not air conditioned meaning we could not use it

The place was beautifully decorated and very spacious for our group of 7. It has a bunch of hangout areas. Ria was super helpful & very responsive. She noticed a weird smell in 2 rooms before we checked in & proactively told us & got her technicians in to check. They found a dead lizard, got rid of it. But they smell took a couple days to go away. Ria offered 1 free breakfast to us for the inconvenience. The chef was nice and made a delicious vegetarian breakfast for us. The villa is 15 mins walk from the Ubud Market, spas, shops & restaurants but yet quiet. The alley going to the villa is really small, but somehow our car driver managed to drive a minivan into it. Ria's instructions to navigate to the villa were very clear. Since Ubud is in the wilderness, expect lizards, insects, & lots of ants. Overall, it's slightly pricey for what it offers, but Ria's service made up for it.
We had a great stay at La Bohemia. Always looked forward to coming back to a restful and peaceful villa after a busy day’s sightseeing. Great swimming pool. Ria and Eva looked after us very well. Thank you.

L’emplacement de la maison est parfait a petite distance du centre de UBUD L’accueil est très bien, la maison est bien Nous avons toutefois regretté que les équipements ne soient pas en adéquation avec le nombre de personne, nous étions 6 et il n’y avait que 2 sunbeds, il n’y a pas de machine à expresso, manque également d’un vrai salon extérieur car il n’y a qu’une table pour prendre les repas et aucun espace détente Nous n’avons pas pu bénéficier des services du cuisinier car en vacances la semaine où nous y étions et pas de remplacement possible Dans l’ensemble bien mais des améliorations seraient souhaitables
Villa is spacious and overall well maintainned. Garden is beautiful and the pool is nice however quite cold. There was a lot of ants when the place could have been cleaner when we checked in, it was rectified the day after. Villa manager is quite responsive and helpful. It would be great to have a lounge downstair to relax as the one upstair is not really useful.

Everything was perfect! From the preparation to our arrival to the end, the whole staff was exceptional, all friendly and helpful. Naomi specifically made every easy for us. We had dinner and a little celebration at the Villa which impressed everyone. The house (Villa 1) is very warm, beautifully decorated and very comfortable bedrooms. I would definitely return, highly recommend.

My family of 5 adults had a great stay in Ubud! We were close enough to walk to some cafes in the morning and city center is just about a 15 min walk. We had the floating breakfast one morning and it was a hit-so beautiful and delicious! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!
We loved this villa. Everything was exactly as described - if not better 😍 The pictures don't lie, and will take your breath away when you arrive. The nicest and coziest villa! At the same time, the staff was very helpful and we had good communication. Highly recommended!
I will 100% be coming back here for my next trip to Ubud. The accommodation was absolutely stunning and just as presented on Airbnb. Restaurants and shopping were in walking range and besides the odd construction noise it was very peaceful. Thank you very much to our lovely Host Naomi. Had a great stay here with 2 families of 4. It's a spacious Villa with options to relax, or entertain. aour first time in Ubud, the location seemed handy to the main town, or easily Taxi to the sights.
We had an amazing stay at La Bohemia. The villa is in a great location, with an easy walk to the centre of Ubud. The villa itself was incredible, and the family had an great time! The pool is absolutely amazing! Naomi was a great host and very responsive. We would highly recommend the villa and look forward to returning!

The villa is well located, close to the restaurants, yoga studios and massage. At the same time it’s a very quiet place with a a beautiful view of the jungle. A great place for a family vacation. Every day cleaning and breakfast cooking was very convenient.

Amazing villa and very spacious. Suites for a big company or for a family of 4-8. Georgeous view to the jungle. Also you have a big fridge for your drinks and food. Beautiful living area and enough space for dining and playing board games. Only one thing we didn’t like, our neighbors were too loud one night, singing and listening music too loud after 1:00 o’clock. But this is not a house owner problems =)

Beautiful villa with excellent communication with host. The bathrooms are stunning. The pool and outdoor space is lovely. The area with the pergola isn't really usable space in my opinion. There's no cushions on it and the ground area needs some tlc. We coordinated massages at the villa, which they came and set up for us outside. It was really nice! Its about a 15min walk into town for restaurants and shops, not much else closer by. Easy to get Grab or Gojek quickly though! Staff tidied every morning and we had zero issues with bugs. Only TV was in the main living space which is not air conditioned, but fans provide a little help from the heat.

Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold på La Bohemia. Villaen overgikk alle forventninger – stor, romslig, nydelig innredet og med rolige omgivelser, samtidig som beliggenheten er svært sentral. Mange fine detaljer som gjorde hele opplevelsen ekstra behagelig og gjennomført. Servicen var helt topp fra start til slutt. Kommunikasjonen var rask, hyggelig og profesjonell, og vi følte oss virkelig godt tatt vare på gjennom hele oppholdet. Jeg har reist mye og bodd på veldig mange ulike steder rundt om i verden, men dette var uten tvil en av de aller beste totalopplevelsene jeg har hatt. Anbefales på det sterkeste – vi kommer definitivt tilbake!
The property was so so beautiful. My family was in awe the moment we walked in - even though we arrived past midnight - we all went around taking pictures of the house itself as soon as we arrived, and we also chose to spend so many leisurely hours just sitting around different beautiful spots in the house for the next few days instead of going out. All instructions were clear from checkin to checkout and no issues with comms whatsoever! Highly recommend! Thanks so much for allowing our family of 7 to have an amazing time 🤍

What a fabulous oasis! This place is just enough away from the hustle & bustle, a 5 minute Grab ride or 15 minute walk into the centre of Ubud. Ria was super responsive & so accommodating with check-in & out, & organised an excellent cooking class for us at Paon. Just a word on the layout, which is a little unclear in the listing - there is a main building with kitchen / lounge downstairs, & 2 bedrooms with ensuites upstairs; and another separate, smaller building with a smaller lounge & dining area, & 2 bedrooms with ensuites. Plenty of room for everyone :)
Amazing property nestled right in the middle of Ubud, walkable to most markets, but still very private. I stayed here with my family and they all loved the open common spaces. We cooked meals for 7 people here as the kitchen had everything. The pool was definitely a highlight and Ria helped arrange floating breakfast for us as well. Definitely coming back.
My friends and I stayed at Ria’s place for our first stop in Bali, and what a great decision that was. Our only regret is we didn’t get enough time to use the pool more. The house is exactly as pictured and very conveniently located. Just a note for large groups that 2 of the rooms are in a separate villa, but within the same compound. We were not aware of this so just a heads up for anyone coming in a large group

A beautiful villa centrally located off the Main Street of Ubud. There is a great spa across the road for massages and spa services, and a great coffee place just down from that. Everything in walking distance. Large stunning rooms and bathrooms for each bedroom. Lovely pool and gardens. Only downside was no airconditioning in main house living areas and kitchen. Hosts communicated well.

Top verblijf. Erg centraal gelegen in Ubud waarbij er van alles te doen is. Villa is top met een fijn zwembad! Ria en haar team stonden altijd klaar en reageerde erg snel!
Fabulous villa with beautiful well maintained garden! We were totally blown away once passing the door! Communication with Ria was also excellent! Was particularly touched by her wish to make our stay the most comfortable and pleasant possible! Very close as well to the main road, very convenient to access shops and restaurants. Will definitely go back again!

This was my second time staying at La Bohemia Villa, introducing the other side of our family to beautiful Bali. As before, the villa in both buildings was beautifully presented, clean and very comfortable. Ria and the villa team were present on check in to show us around and extremely responsive throughout our stay, assisting with various transport options, in villa dining and other queries. The villa is well located in walking distance to ubud centre and with great cafes nearby. We had a fantastic stay and would love to stay again in future. Thank you!
Beautiful hidden gem, off the busy streets and surrounded by lovely gardens. Has the wow factor as you walk through the gates. All the rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Ria was friendly and incredibly helpful with our many requests. Nothing was too much trouble. We had the Bali buffet dinner in the villa one night, it was lovely. We also did yoga at the villa on my birthday which was very good. The team even made a beautiful flower bath for my birthday which was a lovely touch. I’d recommend a stay here!
Villa La Bohemia is a delightful home nestled along a quite lane from the hustle and bustle of downtown Ubud, yet close enough to walk to bars and restaurants. The four bedrooms are well appointed with comfortable beds, ensuite bathrooms and verandahs outside. The kitchen and living areas were well stocked with coffee, tea and a variety of condiments and appliances. Completing this lovely villa was a large outside dining area and a pool that was pristine, with swim out areas to sit and relax. Ria, the villa manager, was especially helpful and proactive to all our queries. We highly recommend Villa La Bohemia for a special Ubud experience.
We had a great stay at the Villa after a post wedding party. Only stayed 2 nights but this was because the Villa was booked in between the dates we arrived and we can see why. Place is georgeous, very private and quiet. Would have loved to stay longer as the time went so quickly. Very responsive staff when needed. We had a lovely stay at the villa. It was beautifully presented, modern and very clean. It looks just like the pictures. The villa is a short walk from the centre, yet despite being close to the hustle and bustle, it was a very peaceful and tranquil. It was the perfect spot for our short stay in Ubud.
We felt like we are in a different world as soon as we stepped into La bohemia. It was beautiful, quiet, private, well located and huge! I have never seen and experienced a better pool in Bali than this one. no harsh chemicals, no skin burn after, no chlorine stench. just felt like a fresh water pool. Ria has thoughtfully presented the villa with everything needed. There were so many add on exciting things like the multiple sitting areas, mood lighting in pool, tv with sound bar, etc. We were 9 of us and the villa never for a second felt cramped The price is totally worth it and definitely recommended!
Wir durften fünf wundervolle Tage in Rias Villa verbringen und sind begeistert – sowohl als Familie als auch als Vielreisende. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Seitenstraße mit herrlichem Blick ins Grüne – und trotzdem erreicht man das Zentrum von Ubud mit all seinen Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäften bequem zu Fuß. Eine perfekte Kombination aus zentraler Lage und entspannter Privatsphäre. Die Villa selbst ist großzügig, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Unsere Kinder haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt – besonders der Pool war ein Highlight: groß genug zum Schwimmen, flach genug zum Planschen – ideal für Jung und Alt. Zweimal haben wir das frisch zubereitete Frühstück in der Villa genossen – liebevoll angerichtet und sehr lecker. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Ria und ihr Team: stets hilfsbereit, super organisiert und herzlich.

The place is amazing. Our kids hadn’t seen the pictures and they were blown away when we entered. Communication was fantastic from the time we booked the reservations. Lots of helpful recommendations, helped us book drivers (Eddie was fantastic), always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this villa for a family visiting Ubud.
It was dreamy to stay here! You feel like you’re in the jungle with all the greenery around the home but the hustle and bustle of Ubud was just a short walk away. I’ve stayed in 50+ airbnbs and this was at the top of my list of favorites. I would love to stay again! The only negative, and it’s minor is one of the bathrooms had a glass wall to the outside, no one at the house could see in but it seemed maybe some neighbors could. so the lack of privacy was a little odd
This villa was pure paradise! Beautifully designed, peaceful, and spotless, with a stunning garden and private pool. We loved the open-air living space and the tropical outdoor showers. The location was quiet yet close to beaches, restaurants, and yoga spots. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, making everything easy from check-in to arranging transport. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — already dreaming of coming back!

We loved Ria s place… it was an absolute bliss… there was nothing that we had issues with… The host was very cooperative and helpful … she even helped us with us an extra staff we needed since we had kids.. the house is more beautiful than in pictures… we had no issues at all .. she even gave us a visit and helped us with few things we wanted to know locally … The only thing u can include is AC in the main living room … Apart from that no issues at all !!!!!

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The villa was even better than the pictures! Would absolutely stay again.
We stayed at the villa for 4 nights and it was amazing. The lay out and the decorations were perfect. There was everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. The villa felt secluded and secure. The view was great. There was some sort of construction going on across the way, felling trees and JCB which disrupted the peace a little here and there but it was not too bad and is to be expected in such a highly concentrated area. Overall, it was a lovely place and it was clear that they had paid attention to detail. Recommend.
The villa was amazing. A quiet heaven just few minutes walk from the shops and cafes and restaurants of Ubud. Loved the space. And the communication with the host was easy and efficient.
My friends and I had the most perfect vacation! The services offered by the AirBnB allowed for hassle free travel to and from the airport, in between sightseeing. We also had a BEAUTIFUL floating breakfast, private yoga session, and birthday celebration! Great price! The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the pool dyed my blonde friend’s hair slightly green. Nothing a cup of lemon juice couldn’t fix. 10/10 recommend!

To say we had an amazing time was an understatement. 4 gorgeous bedrooms with an unbelievable view of the “jungle” from the pool, kitchen, living room and upper bedrooms. It was raining the whole time but it didn’t matter because the outside dining area was well protected while being peacefully outside. The table had two fans above so never felt hot. I can’t wait to be able to stay again

We had a fantastic stay. The villa was as per the photos - excellent. Very convenient location being easy to walk into the centre of Ubud which is the best option given the traffic! Eva and team were excellent. Both proactive and responsive on comms and sorted out any queries we had quickly. They also arranged airport transfers and a local tour both of which were excellent. Restaurant und Zentrum von Ubud ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ca 30 Minuten. Der Verkehr ist mühsam und mit der Zeit nervig.
Beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean, and well appointed villa set in a peaceful location walking distance from the heart of Ubud and all the attractions on offer. Having two separate spaces is ideal is for large groups, and the open plan living area and pool looking out to lush bush make it the perfect location to relax and cool off in such an idyllic location. The hosts are very kind, responsive, and helpful and could not recommend them enough.
WONDERFUL villa and outstanding service. This was the perfect place for our group of 6 (3 couples), and we would absolutely choose to stay here again. The host was incredibly responsive before and during our stay. The staff were amazing! We had the Balinese dinner and several breakfasts in the villa. Eva and Ni Made Ria helped arranged car transports, day trip to temples/coffee/monkey forest, meals, transport to nearby spa. Even on short notice they were able to accommodate a private in-villa yoga session. We appreciate all they did to make our vacation easy and memorable.
We enjoyed our stay at La Bohemia Ubud. The villa is quite spacious and artfully designed. We were very impressed. Also, with its multi-story, multi-building layout we felt like we had own family compound. It has a lovely pool with a lot of greenery around. The location is good, as one can walk to central Ubud from the villa. But for folks who do not like to do a lot of walking, a scooter-rental may be a good idea.
This place was AMAZING and in a great location! Was very private but right in middle of town! Highly recommend! Take advantage of all they have to offer like massages and floating breakfast!!
Very nice house, very big swimming pool and be able to change the colour! Everything is amazing! Ni Mada Ria was outstanding at communicating with me, the place was exactly like the pictures, I felt very welcomed and we were surprised by the little details that Ni Mada Ria thinks about for her guests. Again, absolutely wonderful place, 100% will be back, I suppose is the best villa in ubud!

We had a great stay at La Bohemia Villa in Ubud. The villa is very clean, with daily staff cleaning and deep cleaning every few days. The responsive WA help desk and water dispenser were so convenient. The grounds are beautiful and the decor is impeccable. The only minor feedback I have is the cash-only payments for in-house services; alternative payment options would be helpful. Also, outdoor bathrooms would benefit from frosted glass roofs for more privacy! Loved our stay though! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

I can definitely confirm that the house looks even better in person than on the pictures! It is a very spacious, well designed, with an absolutely amazing pool (it doesn’t have chlore but uses another method which makes it feel great!). I can highly recommend it.

I loved Ni Made Ria’s place!! I automatically felt right at home. You can book a massage and that was the best massage I have ever had! The pool was amazing and not too cold but not too hot either you have a beautiful view!! The guest house where I stayed has the prettiest bathroom. Upstairs in the main house there is a little lounge that is perfect for chilling and reading. I definitely recommend and if I’m back in Bali I will be sure to book again!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa 1 and the photos are accurate. Athough it was close to midnight we easily accessed the Villa via a lockbox. All the rooms were amazing, and the beds and linens very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the decor and the fully equipped kitchen. A water machine for hot and chilled water was well used. The only thing the kitchen was missing was some plastic cups for poolside drinks! All the bedrooms were well air conditioned. The main living area has no aircon but lots of doors and can be opened up to the breeze. We were welcomed by a fruit platter and letter advising that the villa would be fully serviced 3 days a week, kitchen tidy the other three days and no servicing on Sunday. This was disappointing since the listing does say daily housekeeping, and the schedule meant that our rooms were only serviced once during our 4 night stay. The location is walkable but due to the high humidity we often got a Grab to and from the town centre for 50-60k.
The villa was absolute perfection. It was far better than the pictures could portray. The house was immaculate, the decor and design divine, the peaceful atmosphere heavenly, the grand space so lovely, and the services offered were great too. Thanks so much, we only wish we could have stayed much much longer.

Wonderful home with everything you need. Pool was great for my son and the Ni Made Ria team made it very easy to book services. We had breakfast service one morning and booked a spa day. An hour massage was under $20 USD. Hard to beat coming from the US. Overall a great value. FYI - It wasn’t a problem for our family, but there is no AC in the main living room. We’d definitely stay here again!

Awesome place! My friends and I really enjoyed the pool area and the fact that it was walking distance to restaurants. If we needed to scooter or drive somewhere, it was very easy to have a Gojek pick us up right outside the gate. The AC in the rooms was a huge plus for us. The outdoor showers were great too. We also coordinated a breakfast at the house which was super easy to set up with the host and they brought everything. Super worth it. When we come back to Ubud, we will definitely rebook this place! Such a beautiful place. Worth every penny. The service and communication is also great! We ordered a floating breakfast but it’s raining the next day, the host offered a reasonable discount. Only unpleasant thing is to remember to close the bathroom doors otherwise they were like an army of mosquitoes in the room! We literally spent 30 mins killing the mosquitoes at night.. it’s better to have mosquitoes incense ready in the room, and remind the guests to close the doors. Overall, it’s such a beautiful house.
I love this place. It’s the best ever. The swimming pool was great and the surroundings were so beautiful. Kids enjoyed the pool a lot. They didn’t want to come out. Rooms were clean and nice, kitchen had everything I needed. Lia was so friendly and kind. I would highly reccommend this place.
Family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teens) stayed in January during super hot and humid weather. Best parts - Air-conditioned bedrooms; swimming pool; responsive host; spacious and daily cleaning service. For consideration - 1. premises is split between big house and little house. the big house did not have air conditioning in communal living and kitchen areas so those areas become hot and suitable for Bikram Yoga. There are fans however. Family time was spent in the living area of the smaller house which was fine 2. bathroom/toilets in the smaller house are semi closed roof so insect repellant is required to keep mosquitoes away...but that's Bali everywhere 3. it's a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of UBUD, or a $1-$3 Grab ride. 4. limited cupboard/wardrobe for hanging clothes. 5. there's a washing machine and a line outside, length limited to several budgie smugglers and mankinis. Overall verdict - an amazing place; clean and spacious.
We are a family of 6 (2 seniors, a 6-year old, and 11-month old, my wife and myself), and the place was pretty perfect for our purposes. It is a 7-8 min walk from one of Ubud's main thoroughfares, but still manages to give you a sense of privacy and being enveloped in the jungle. We loved the pool, which was large and clean. We had a slight issue with hot water in the standalone villa, but Ria resolved this promptly. The property is exactly as it appears in the pictures - clean, well appointed, and with all the amenities including a fully set-up kitchen (which we really appreciated). The only area of improvement would be the lack of air conditioning in the main living/kitchen area. It gets a bit stuffy, particularly in the evenings when the doors have to be kept shut to keep out insects. Air-conditioning, or perhaps more powerful fans along with screen doors which allow the breeze through, would have been nice. Overall, we had an amazing stay! Thanks to Ria and all of the staff. :)

this one of very best places we have found on arbnb in multiple countries. the house and environment are so home like, we never wanted to leave. it is walking distance from the town yet far enough away to relax without the noise. we sleep so good and it was really quite dreamy. we will definitly want to stay again when we return.
Ria was very responsive and accommodating of our requests (cot, highchair, pool fence, children's toilet seat and step stool) to make our stay comfortable with 3 young children. The separate single level guest house was perfect to avoid stairs with our children at night time and the air conditioning was essential for us. When someone mistakenly rang our doorbell at 3am while trying to checkin to the wrong accommodation, the team promptly investigated and updated us. We appreciated the dispenser with cold and hot bottled water. The outdoor dining area was a beautiful space for meal times surrounded by flowing white curtains. Ria organised a couples hot stone massage at the villa on request and it was a lovely way to start our holiday. We stayed here at the beginning of our first holiday in Bali and would like to return to Ubud again. Thanks to Ria and the team at La Bohemia for ensuring a pleasant visit.

Very family friendly, you get everything you need here. Great location as well, it's tucked in a quiet and peaceful area, but still close to Ubud’s centre. Looks exactly like the photos, clean, spacious, a good size pool, amazing lamps, definitely insta-worthy! We wished they had a/c in the living/kitchen space, as it gets a little warm at night and we have to shut the doors due to mosquitos and bugs. Nonetheless, we had the best stay here!

This place is really peaceful, but close to the hustle of Ubud’s central area. Most restaurants are a bit further off but still only five or ten minutes by scooter / car. The host is super friendly and really helpful, every question is answered really quickly and any suggestion you need about the local area is covered. The Villa has lots of outdoor living area beside the pool to enjoy including heaps of dining / relaxing space. The pool is beautiful and clean and cooling enough on a hot Ubud day. The bedrooms are fantastic, all with their own bathroom, some showers being open to the air might be a new experience but they can be shut off from the bedroom to keep the air con in and the humid out. The Living area is not air conditioned but there are fans and it just means you’re not worried about keeping doors shut the whole time. Overall a great venue and experience in a beautiful place.

Stunning from the moment we met our wonderful host and opened the front gate. Very much had the Wow factor. The Villa is located only a short walk from the main street but it's so quiet and peaceful you'd think you were a world away. Ria was very thoughtful and responsive to any questions we had, it made our stay even more relaxing.

Incredible. Absolutely amazing villa. Same, if not better than the photos. We stayed with 2 families. The 2 seperate villas was so helpful. The pool area was so good for kids. The villa had everything you need like tea and coffee, drinking water, towels etc. and was cleaned regularly. Walking distance to the busy part of ubud. Only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the breakfast option (additional price) - i think it was brought from the restaurant next door - and was quite expensive in comparison to other amazing breakfasts we had. We had the best stay here!

A lovely relaxing stay in Ubud. Just a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet walking through the gates is like entering your own private sanctuary. Our hostess and her team have done an outstanding job in accommodating our group, from offering a crib and high chair as well a catalog of gourmet meals and at luxury at-home services. Our kids loved the pool, the comfortable living room and pancake breakfast. We were welcomed with a big basket of tropical fruits which were as perfect as the sun setting behind the jungle backdrop. The home is beautifully designed and every space inviting. Terima kasih!!! We would love to visit Ubud again and stay here.
Amazing stay at this Villa for our family of 7! We did have trouble finding the location initially, even with our local driver however once we were there it was beautiful! Spectacular Villa, very clean, amazing pool. We had the pancakes one morning and they were delicious. Ria was very attentive and helped with any questions and even surprised us with a birthday cake for my son on his birthday. The location was great, we walked everywhere (restaurants, shops etc and even to monkey forest) but when you arrived back at the Villa for a swim - it was like you were in a private sanctuary! Thanks Ria and team for a wonderful 3 days in Ubud! 🙏🏻
We loved staying at this Ubud villa! The location was perfect to walk downtown to the markets and Ubud restaurants. Any Grabs that we needed to take could easily find us and were very quick to anything out of walking distance! The pool was an incredible way to wind down after a long day of activities, and we loved the in villa massages that we booked! Highly recommend staying here!

부모님을 모시고 가족 6인 방문했습니다. 가족들이 모두 너무너무 만족했어요! 도착하자마자 사진을 엄청 많이 찍었어요 ㅎㅎ 호스트도 매우 친절하고 요청하는 일들을 모두 긍정적으로 들어주려고 노력했어요! 한국 기준으로 생각하면 발리는 원래 자연친화적이라 날벌레(날파리, 개미)가 조금 많아요. 벌레를 정말 무서워 한다면 고급 호텔울 추천합니다만, 우붓에 이 숙소만한 곳을 찾기 힘들거예요. 숙소도 매우 깨끗하고 발리스럽고 이쁘고, 침구도 편안하며, 넓고 쾌적하기 좋았어요! 가족과 쉐어할수 있는 공간도 넓고, 프라이빗하게 나누어 사용할 공간도 많아서 좋아요! 일정이 있어서 수영장 이용은 못했지만, 자연 속에서 수영하면 매우 좋을 것 같아요!! 조용하고 향기도 좋아서 잠도 푹 잘 잤어요! (예민해서 잠을 잘 못자는데 오랜만에 푹잤어요😂) 호스트에게 감사함을 전합니다! 내년 4월에 또 가족과 방문할게요😆
Really beautiful house with two different buildings one next the other. Very clean and Ria was always super friendly and open to suggestion where to buy things or where to eat.
The house La Bohemia is beautiful and well decorated with all the amenities. Spotless kitchen, an outer sitting area perfect for evenings and an infinity pool. Kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to cook well on several days. Bedrooms were perfect size, 2 in the main villa and two more in the adjoins villa. The washer was very helpful. No Made Ria is an outstanding hostess, very responsive and made some great pick-up, drop-off, tour and massage arrangements. On the last day, we ran out of cooking gas at 8 pm. The cylinder was replaced within 20 minutes!!!! Lots of regular cleaning crew. Great stay in Ubud.
Ria was a fantastic host, always very responsive. The Villa was in great condition and we all had an amazing time there. Ubud itself was quite busy, not sure we would go back to Ubud, but the VIlla itself was lovely.

Excellent place to stay and a true Indonesian experience. Beautiful and a well maintained house and it’s in the midst of the town closer to restaurants and shopping places, yet so peaceful. Glad we made this choice.
It really is a remarkable place with a lot of character. I would highly recommend, especially for those travelling with 2+ families. There are two Villas on the property, each one is beautiful and spacious. I was worried about the location based on the map, but it was perfect, a little back from the main road, but close enough to walk places, with some great restaurants nearby (Putu's Wild Ginger and Sayuri are must visits), there is also a large yoga studio nearby, and lots of places to get massages). I had an issue with transport to Villa arranged by the host, but this was caused by an error with the transport company and not the host. With the host kindly offering complementary services to make up for the mix up.

Ria was extremely helpful from before check-in to our departure - especially with helping us rent scooters.
La Bohemia is a beautiful private villa. There is spilt living between two buildings. One building has the master bedroom, a second bedroom and a sitting area. The main building has two further bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen/dining/lounge rooms down stairs. Great for a large family or two families. The villa is a 10 min walk down the street to the main areas of Ubud. Ria is a wonderful host - thank you for the tip with the Uber like app Gojek for getting around Ubud - super helpful.
This place is amazing, very well thought out. It looked surreal! A peaceful and elegant home. Ria was also a great host, she informed my wife and I of all the great places, was very responsive. She even gave us a basket of fruits to welcome us into the home. 100/10 would recommend this place!

Best villa experience ever! Ria was such a kind host and we couldn't be more happy to stay here during our time in Bali. Ria made sure everything was in tip top shape. The villa was clean, comfortable and had everything you need! She also was an enormous help in booking our trips to explore all around, so organized and patient too. Ria was an absolute dream of a host. She was so helpful before and during our stay. We booked multiple services through her and everything was seamless and well thought out. The Villa is a peaceful oasis but still close to everything ubud has to offer. I would stay here again and again! Also, the Villa has comfortable beds with blackout curtains and quiet surroundings. It was so nice to be able to get quality sleep. One evening we needed paper towels and Ria delivered them so quickly. One of the best villas I have ever had the pleasure of staying at! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Ubud! The location was perfect, surrounded by lush greenery and rice paddies, yet still conveniently close to the center of town. The space itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable and we loved waking up to the sound of birds chirping. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us tips on the best places to eat and visit in the area. They even arranged a scooter rental for us which made exploring the area a breeze. We especially loved the outdoor area and the amazing views from the balcony. The pictures really don't do it justice! We felt like we were in our own little paradise. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ubud and hope to be back soon ourselves!
La bohemia residence was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed our stay. You have privacy and a lot of space for children. The pool is very nice. Our host was great and very responsive. We got a free late checkout.

We had 4places in Bali this was by far the best one. Infinity pool overlooking jungle at sunset-breath taking. Sun Sun and Herb Library were the best food we had in Ubud & only 5 min walk from house. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, AC in bedrooms was perfect. No AC in living rm/kit, but its breezy with doors open and powerful ceiling fans to circulate air, so comfortable. Insects were minimal day&night. Only a few mosquitos. We were welcomed with a tropical fruit bowl and ice cold infused H2O in the fridge. Water machine for unlimited drinking wtr. They came to clean villa the next day and cut up fruit and placed into containers in fridge for us to enjoy after a hot day of shopping. Powerful ceiling fans above outdoor dining table kept us cool. Washer/Dryer was an added bonus. Limited cooking options, only a stove, but we ate most meals out. Ria responded quickly to all inquires and gave good advice for walkable restaurants. Villa is luxurious & peaceful can't recommend enough!!
We were a mixed group of friends and family ages 11-71. There was a enough room for everyone to spread out. Rooms were clean and AC worked well. Would be great to have a lounge space in the shade near the pool. All of the household staff were amazing, efficient and very friendly.
Ria went out of her way to find help us with whatever we needed! Above and beyond The place was gorgeous! Definitely rent if you want a big beautiful private place close to shopping in UBUD
We enjoyed our stay at Ria's place. The house is beautifully decorated, great location, and easy to fall in love with. We traveled with 3 adults and 4 young men (ages 18-21). The 3 adults slept in the main villa and the guys were happy to have their own accommodations in the villa behind us. Please read the description carefully. I made cookie dough for the boys and realized there was not an oven or even a microwave to cook them in. I probably wouldn't have noticed if not for the cookies. Ria tried to help me by asking others to cook them for me but evidently ovens are not a big thing in Bali. Also, my son left a designer sweatshirt at the house and Ria contacted me and sent it in a car to our location in Uluwatu. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would go back again! Thank you Ria!

Our stay at La Bohemia was amazing. As soon as you open the gates to the property, you feel relaxed in the oasis. The pool is amazing, and the outdoor area with fans and a big table is perfect for groups. Plenty of space to escape the heat and chill. The property was very clean and well maintained. Ria was very accommodating with our questions. 110% would book this property next time. Thank you
The Villa: nice place to have rest. The villa is in the center, but not noisy. There are two villas in this residence, we stayed at the villa number 1. Before check in we have received a guide, where there was all necessary information. The villa is clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank you Ria for the fast responses on all our questions. Location is great - around there are a lot of top rated cafes and restaurants, shops, markets. We spent a lovely time in this place. Thank the team for the service.

Willa wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach, Doskonała lokalizacja, willa lekko na uboczu zapewniała spokój i możliwość relaksu a niedaleka odległość od centrum miasta pozwalała w 100% korzystać z restauracji i innych atrakcji. Ria ( gospodarz) okazała się przeuroczą i bardzo pomocną osobą, nie było rzeczy z którą nie mogliśmy się do niej zgłosić, zarówno jeżeli chodzi o udogodnienia w samej willi, transport czy pomoc w organizacji urodzin.
Welcomed by the lovely Ria, who made our stay extremely memorable. Nothing was too much and Ria and her team were super helpful in preparing flower baths and decorations for our family. Always extremely responsive and provided some great recommendations for us during our stay. House was lovely and very spacious. Loved the lounge area, the pool lights (multi color control), and the communal table area. Pickup from airport was excellent and all perfect. Our family loved staying in the villa. Clean, comfortable and everything was excellent quality. Thank you for a lovely week! X
Absolutely loved this villa! My friends and I loved the atmosphere and vibe of the villa and were extremely happy with our stay. The place was spacious, clean, and luxurious, with large rooms (each room has a very beautiful en-suite bathroom!) and a great open space for all of us. Ria, the host, was extremely clear with the instructions on accessing and entering the property, as well as with other logistical details - she's also super friendly and easy to chat with! I strongly recommend this place to anyone who traveling to Bali!
Ria’s place was an absolute jem! It was nicely located away from the hustle and bustle of the main ubud street but it is also not that far away that you can’t walk. It takes about 10-15 mins to walk out to the main street. The villa is very peaceful and quiet and we had a great time. Ria is a great host and the check in and check out process was seamless. We would definitely highly recommend this airbnb!
Impressive place, hidden in the city center of Ubud. Close to the main streets. Interior super pretty and everything more than clean. Also really liked having a kitchen with equipment so we could cook a big breakfast and make the best of our stay. Thank you

A hidden gem of an oasis, nestled 10 mins away to ubud central by walking distance. The villa is immaculate and is exactly as the photos. The pool overlooks a backyard of trees and private open air which gives a constant cool breeze throughout the day, despite the hot weather. The service from Made Ria is also top notch. She is very friendly and responds to commenrs promptly. Highly recommend without a doubt to anyone looking for a 5 star luxurious place.
La Bohemia villas was a gorgeous place to stay. The villa is beautiful with amazing views. Ria was able to help us with any questions we had including organised excursions. Definitely would recommend and go back again.

We spent a lovely Christmas here with all our family. The house was so peaceful away from the busy streets of Ubud.
We loved Ria’s place, it’s more beautiful than the photos show. It was perfect for our little family. The pool is fantastic, the yard is very large, but the best part is how well the kitchen was stocked. It had everything that you need to cook a full meal, even lots of Tupperware! Everything worked great and the beds were so comfortable. The only small downside is the walkability into town. It’s very close to town which is why we had booked it, but the road is not very safe for walking during heavy traffic times. Especially with children. However, getting Grabs and Gojeks are very easy and town is so close. Do not hesitate to book Rias place, it is fabulous!

This Villa and the team running it made my stay in Ubud so enjoyable! The Villa is even better in person than in the photos and is very well stocked accommodate big groups and cook at home! Close enough to main town area. The place is very well maintained, beautifully decorated, and the beds are very comfortable, extra points for having Netflix! Outdoor areas are a great place to hang out! Can’t wait to come back here again! Ria and team were so welcoming from helping with a motorbike rental to offering suggestions for places to eat. I was even greeted with a welcome fruit bowl and Ria was kind enough to cut all the fruit up and put it in Tupperware to make it easy to snack on throughout the stay. Do yourself a favor and book this place you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Ria & team!

An incredible home that feels very special from the moment you enter the gates. Immaculate presentation and cleanliness. Hosts were great and were happy to make recommendations to us. The view of the jungle is beautiful and hard to take your eyes off of. Location is quite far out of town and a hard walk with kids, but taxis are cheap. Would recommend you hire a scooter or download Go Jek.

This villa is absolutely stunning! We loved every detail given to each room and space. The pool is beautiful and a fantastic temperature to cool down in. The rooms each have large and beautiful bathrooms. The location is also perfect, down a quiet street so you have your own space and peace but also an easy walk to many shops, restaurants and yoga studios. But what made this villa truly exceptional was the wonderful staff. They greeted us with fresh fruit as we arrived and where attentive to our every need. Ria the villa manager in particular made our stay very special.
Nice villa in a very convenient location. You can walk to the center in 10 mins and enjoy the restaurants and coffees and still feel you are secluded in the middle of the jungle when you are back at the pool. Great place for a few couples sharing holidays since there are two separate villas and each one of them with 2 in-suites with queen/king beds. Thanks for hosting us!

This place was definitely amazing. Once you figure out where you’re at in Ubud and find where your streets are, it was quite the surprise. The place looks exactly as pictured, but of course that doesn’t do it any justice when you walk in behind the big black door. The 2 story/ 2 BR main villa and the 1 story/2 BR guest villa (yes two separate villas) clean, detailed and is tucked away in a really peaceful residential neighborhood. It’s only about a 5 min hike down the village street to the Main Street in Ubud and maybe another 5-6 to the center of it all but there are plenty shops, circle k’s and eateries. Walked everywhere, night and day and had zero problems. Didn’t feel unsafe at all. Ria was beyond accommodating, helpful with dinner recommendations, breakfast every morning and even helped set up a birthday decoration surprise. Definitely would stay again if ever in Ubud !

This Villa is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Every corner of this Villa is designed perfectly to a T! As soon as we opened the gate we were blown away! It is in the perfect location and right in the heart of Ubud which made it very easy for us to get around! The house manager Ria was also SUPER helpful and lovely. It was my moms birthday and she helped us to celebrate by surprising my mom with having her room decorated before we arrived which was such a lovely touch! She helped us to rent scooters for our stay, put us in touch with getting our laundry done and also any activities that we wanted to do. We have nothing to say but amazing things about this Villa and will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Ubud!
