Exploring La Payana House Penida left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of La Payana House Penida was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Nusa Penida plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for La Payana House Penida painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

Everything was actually as it should be. It’s just that the shower had a bit of an odor. Also, the house is located at the end of a street, so it was hard to find transportation
Schöne Unterkunft mit guter Lage.
Aardig personeel die altijd voor je klaar staat. Het is echt een mooi hotel en er zit een zwembad voor de deur die het ook afmaakt. Je hebt wel een scooter / vervoer nodig om de bezienswaardigheden te kunnen zien en de handdoeken zijn aan vervanging toe.
L'emplacement était parfait toit comme les hôtes. Ces derniers étaient disponibles et très gentils. La chambre était un peu petite par rapport aux photos et la salle de bain aussi.
Nusa Penida’da Kadek’in odasında konakladık ve konaklamamızdan oldukça memnun kaldık. Kadek, özellikle ulaşım konusunda bize çok yardımcı oldu ve mesajlarımıza her zaman çok kısa sürede dönüş yaptı. Oda fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi ve temizlik konusunda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. İlgisi ve yardımları için Kadek’e teşekkür ederiz. Nusa Penida’da konaklama düşünenlere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.
Ich war bisher immer mit meinen Gastgebern zufrieden, aber Kadek hat diese Erfahrung noch einmal deutlich übertroffen. Er ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und war wirklich jederzeit erreichbar. Man fühlt sich bei ihm von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben und willkommen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist genauso wunderschön wie auf den Bildern, sehr gepflegt und ausgesprochen sauber. Auch das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch und sehr lecker. Sollte ich wieder nach Nusa Penida kommen, würde ich diese Unterkunft ohne zu zögern erneut buchen. Ich kann sie jedem empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles Kadek und alles Gute für dich!
We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this place. The service was exceptional. When we unexpectedly had an animal in our room, the team reacted immediately and took care of everything straight away. We have rarely experienced such fast, friendly and professional service. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality! Everything was handled with so much kindness and professionalism that we felt completely comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay.
Die Unterkunft war ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber. Der Pool war für kurze Entspannung zwischendurch echt gut und richtig nett gemacht. Es war dauerhaft bis 22 Uhr eine Person bei der Unterkunft der gereinigt hat und einem die Wünsche erfüllt hat. Über die Unterkunft haben wir einen Schnorchel Trip gebucht, zu dem sie uns umsonst auf dem Roller gefahren haben. Ein Tag hat kadek uns einen Fahrer gestellt um die Westseite der Küste zu entdecken. Für den ganzen Tag einen privaten Fahrer der nett war und uns alles gut gezeigt hat haben wir nur 35€ gezahlt. Ansonsten war es immer sauber, das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und der Pool ebenfalls. Das Personal vor Ort war extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Direkt neben der Unterkunft ist eine Art Krankenhaus falls man schnell ärztliche Hilfe braucht.

If you are going to Nusa Penida this is the perfect spot for 2 people. It’s walking distance from the harbour but the host were kind enough to drive us for a price. The room was what it looked like in the pictures and the pool just outside your door is a very nice addition. Peter and Frida

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au logement de Kadek. La chambre est propre et joliment décorée. La piscine était également jolie. Nous n’avions pas réservé de petit déjeuner mais il était possible de le faire sur place. Le logement était calme, proche de la route principale et de nombreux restaurants. Néanmoins, si vous souhaitez accéder à de nombreux spots, le scooter est votre meilleure option. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

This place is AMAZING! We 100% recommend anyone going to nusa Pineda to stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. We had so many questions and a couple of favors to ask them but no ask was too small for them. Incredible place to stay especially for the price!
We stayed here for two nights so we could explore both the west and east sides of the island, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s an easy walk from Banjar Nyuh Harbour (about 11 minutes) and close to many restaurants, markets, and other businesses. Kadek and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive during our stay. They made sure all our needs were taken care of with genuine friendliness and efficiency. I initially worried that the shower didn’t have hot water, but the staff kindly showed us how to operate it properly. The room was spotless and very comfortable. They offer à la carte breakfast starting at 10:30am at a reasonable cost, though we didn’t get to try it since we had early excursions. We didn’t use all the facilities because we were out exploring most of the day, but this property was a perfect place to rest and recharge after long adventures. I highly recommend La Payana House to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
We had a great stay here! There was always someone at reception, so we felt really safe and well taken care of. The staff were super friendly and even recommended some great local restaurants nearby. The location is great—it’s close to the harbor and easy to get to. The room was clean, tidy, and had a nice modern design. If I ever come back to Nusa Penida, I’d definitely stay here again. 😊

Super mooi verblijf! Het gevoel alsof je in een privé villa verblijft! Alles werd elke dag netjes schoongemaakt en via het vriendelijke personeel hebben we ook een scooter gehuurd en tour gepland. Ik zou dit verblijf zeker aanraden!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was excellent and within walking distance from the harbour, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful and even arranged a rental motorbike for us without any hassle. We were also grateful for the early check-in, which made our arrival much more comfortable. The villa itself was even more beautiful than described in the pictures. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here.

The place was walking distance from the harbor. It had a nice design/decoration, and we enjoyed the privacy there. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive, and they made great breakfast! Highly recommended stay.
Beautiful bohemian style Airbnb in Nusa Penida with a cozy, aesthetic vibe. Clean rooms, peaceful location, and a very helpful host. Perfect for a relaxed island stay would definitely recommend!

After booking our initial accomodation and turning out to be dirty, we found this place on air BnB and booked straight away. Kadek replied straight away and came and picked us up! The guy at the reception was so lovely and helpful and both him and Kadek welcomed us with brilliant hospitality. The pool was amazingly refreshing, the bed linen was crisp and clean. Definitely worth a stay here whether with a friend or partner. We hired scooters from them too at a very reasonable price.

The airbnb has a very beautiful bohemian vibe. Its very different from other airbnb’s and i really liked it. Also it is located on the main road near the harbour so you will find marts and restaurants every 50-100 metres. The host is very responsive and very helpful i asked multiple questions before checking in and she was very polite so answer all of them. If you are coming in nusa penida you wont find a better property.

We have been travelling for 3 months now and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The staff were honestly lovely, they literally sorted everything for us and nothing was too big an ask. From day trips to taxis, even dropping us off places for free. They organised multiple trips for us at really good prices and provided free transport. Breakfast could be ordered each morning and was delicious and really cheap. Honestly we wanted to stay longer
This was an awesome stay. We loved the villa and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was delicious. The location is great, we walked from the ferry and back with ease and out to restaurants at night. Couldn’t recommend this villa enough!

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Kadek – er war immer schnell erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war modern und geschmackvoll, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Klare Weiterempfehlung!
Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Menschen sehr nett und das Service gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist also sehr zu empfehlen! Ein Tipp falls du einen Scooter mieten willst: Es gibt welche vom Hotel, das hat bei uns leider nicht geklappt, weil keine mehr verfügbar waren. Wir wurden an „Yenni Rent Scooter“ ganz in der Nähe verwiesen und die Besitzerin dort hat versucht uns zu betrügen damit wir viel mehr Geld zahlen. Also diesen Scooter Verleih können wir absolut nicht empfehlen.
Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, Zimmer waren sauber, kühle Getränke in der Minibar. Leider waren die von der Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher teilweise dreckig. Roller können für 90.000/Tag gemietet werden. Mitarbeiter haben sich um alles gekümmert!
Wonderful place, extremely well-maintained, just as described and observed in the pictures. Great team of care takers/staff, always available, courteous, helped with everything that was requested. We even ordered breakfast one of the days and it was wonderful, very delicious. We had smoothie bowls. And lastly, I Kadek, was always responsive over text and shared his recommendations. Highly recommended!
C'est un logement propre, très bien décoré et romantique, situé à proximité du port et non loin de toutes commodités (commerces/banques/restaurants). Le personnel est irréprochable, nous ayant même appris à faire du scooter et trouvé un taxi. Le petit-déjeuner était également délicieux, tout comme les hôtes ! Nous recommandons à 200% !

Ces quelques jours passés à Nusa Penida ont été incroyablement réussi et notamment grâce à l’assistance de Yusa qui était particulièrement serviable, amical, sympathique et toujours souriant avec nous. Il a été d’excellent conseils et nous a meme aider à apprendre comment faire du scooter ! Il a été patient et s’est montré très respectueux avec nous ! Merci pour ce paisible moment, le logement était propre, à proximité du port à peine 15min à pied ! De nombreux restaurants à proximité en voiture ou en scooter à peine 10min, n’hésitez pas à aller au restaurant Penida Colada, on recommande à 1000% !!!
Réservation de dernière minute et notre hôte a pu nous trouver un taxi très rapidement ! Tout est au rendez-vous, paisible, beau, chaleureux et très propre. Super petit déjeuner

Die Unterkunft ist so wie auf den Bildern und hat alles was man braucht! Man kann sehr gut am Pool entspannen und ist mit einem Roller sehr gut angebunden. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Unterkunft, ich kann sie sehr empfehlen!

Een heel tof eiland waar er veel te beleven is. De accommodatie was voor ons ook een toffe ervaring. Je deelt het zwembad met nog 1 kamer maar dat vonden wij niet erg. Er was zeker genoeg privé gevoel. Voor ons een heel leuk verblijf gehad.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property that looks even better than the photos listed. Kadek's staff Wayan was wonderful and the highlight of our stay. Wayan went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and even lended us his bike one evening! There was some bad odour coming from the shower drain when we got there but this was very minor and immediately rectified when brought to their attention. All in all a fabulous and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!
It was really amazing and the staff was super nice. Very helpful and you can even rent a scooter from them. The AC worked very well too. Only downside really is that the shower is cold. Beware some stray dogs live on the street but with a scooter they really weren't a problem.

Loved our stay at La Payana House Penida with Kadek Parwata as our host. Just 650m from the Banjar Nyuh Harbour, it was super convenient. The staff was amazing, making us feel at home with their love for Indian culture. Food was delicious, and they even let us relax by the private pool when we arrived early. The Bohemian vibe was perfect. A bit away from main attractions, but totally worth it. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch! Es handelt sich um eine Unterkunft mit 2 Zimmern, einem Pool und einer Reception, welche vob freundlichen Mitarbeitenden bedient werden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Essen sowie Getränke zu bestellen und es wurde auch auf unsere Wünsche Rücksicht genommen. Leise, sehr saubere und zentrale Wohngrlegenheit für einen entspannten Urlaub auf Nusa Penida. Danke :)

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und fanden es toll. Kadek und sein Team waren super nett und total hilfsbereit. Sie halfen uns eine individuelle Tour über die Insel zu organisieren und brachten uns zum Fährhafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Die Unterkunft ist durch die zwei Zimmer sehr privat. Der Pool hat eine ausreichende Größe und es werden auch zwei Liegen bereitgestellt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Nur die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher hatten ein paar Flecken. Waren aber jedoch frisch gewaschen. Was hervorgehoben werden muss, ist das Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Die Unterkunft auf Nusa Penida hat uns sehr gefallen. Besonders Kadek und sein Team waren immer hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns auch bei der Abreise zurück nach Sanur wunderbar unterstützt. Vielen Dank!
Heerlijk verblijf! We hebben er 2 nachten geslapen. Het fijne is dat het zo dichtbij de banjar haven is. 5 minuten rijden ongeveer. Kadak heeft ons opgehaald en ook weer afgezet bij de haven. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we een scooter kunnen huren en onszelf daarmee kunnen vervoeren rond het eiland. Wujung (als ik het goed schrijf) gastheer was er vaak om ons gedag te zeggen en zorgde dat alles schoon. Ik zou het aanraden om hier te verblijven.

Upea kahden huoneen minivilla! Erittäin siisti ja miellyttävä ympäristö sekä sisustus😊 majoitus on myös loistavalla sijainnilla, lähellä Nusa Penidan keskustaa. Skootterin vuokraus onnistui myös majoituspaikan kautta. Erinomaista aamupalaa sai lisämaksusta. Huoneessa minibaari😍 Iltaisin mopojen ja ihmisten äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen jonkun verran, mutta se ei haitannut. Toisen huoneen kanssa jaettu uima-allasalue oli miellyttävä ja viihtyisä. Pieni miinus siitä, että kylpyhuoneessa haisi viemäri.

Such a beautiful place, so spacious and very well kept. Looks exactly like the photos, they even decorated the room for my partners birthday and sang happy birthday. I would visit again in a heartbeat.

I had the pleasure of staying at La Payana House from June 12th to June 16th, and everything was beyond perfect. The host, Mr. Kadek, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all our needs were met with care and efficiency. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff ensured they were cleaned every day, maintaining an excellent standard of hygiene. They arranged all our requests promptly and efficiently, even on short notice, which truly enhanced our stay. I totally recommend La Payana House to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I will definitely be coming back!
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le véritable havre de paix et de calme en plein centre ville. Décoration soignée, literie impeccable. Infinie gentillesse et disponibilité de Kadek : conseils pour les restaurants et excusions, achat de nos billets retour. Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons vivement.

Logement à proximité du port (10 minutes à pied), au calme, très beau et très propre avec du linge de maison impeccable. Décoration très jolie fait avec goût. Piscine nettoyée tous les jours, un plaisir de s’y baigner. Hôte gentil, accueillant et discret, qui nous a aidé à la location d’un scooter. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce joli logement.

We absolutely loved our stay at this air bnb. Kadek is literally the nicest and sweetest person ever and we really felt like home. The pool is adorable and it was one of the best air bnbs that we had in bali. One thing I would like to point out that the bathroom was really smelly but I think it‘s a general problem in nusa penida but maybe you could buy something against the smell. Other than that it was literally perfect and the location was also great. We would always love to come back😊
We really enjoyed our stay at La Payana. The room was spacious and very neat. There are only 2 rooms so its nice and private. Our little girl also enjoyed the pool. Kadek is very welcoming and a good host.

Wir mussten spontan die Unterkunft wechseln und sind direkt sehr herzlich Empfangen worden. Kadek hat uns auf unser Zimmer gebracht welches unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen hat. Alles war sehr sauber und sogar die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher rochen nach frischer Wäsche. Das Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet und lecker. Am schönsten fanden wir aber die respektvolle, liebevolle und Hilfsbereite Art von Kadek. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, nur zu Empfehlen!!
Matches pictures. Good interior and pool. I liked the property. Has a nice pool as well Washroom had a weird odour. Staff isn’t around all the time to help. Not very helpful with luggage even in difficult situation. Washroom had an open window with no curtains
I had the most wonderful stay. Kadek is a very friendly, helpful and accommodating host and the property and room feels just like home.
