Exploring Luxurious 2 BR Villa with Private Pool & Views left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Luxurious 2 BR Villa with Private Pool & Views was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Ubud plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Luxurious 2 BR Villa with Private Pool & Views painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

I was very excited to attend this venue as part of our honeymoon. Although in description it states there is barely no mosquitos I was eaten alive in the one night we stayed also there was a gecko in our bed. The pool is completely green with algae and isn’t inviting to go in. All interactions with Made were lovely however we had issues with Belinda once she was in control of our complaint. We are thoroughly upset as we had to book another venue. Such a shame and did ruin the last part of our honeymoon.

The place is wonderful, but there is a BUT. Its one of the most astonishing villas i've ever seen. The information and pictures are accurate and host is extremely helpful and flexible. So i wont talk about how amazing it is and how astonishing the view and pool coz its clear from the pictures. Also the driver is very decent and helpful. Important points to consider: - Geckos are everywhere in the villa expect for the bedroom. You will see them around the pool area, in the living area and in the toilet. They dont only crawl on walls but also walk the floor - You will hear the sound of animals (i guess small animals) at night. One special sound wake us up twice on the 1st night. It was extremely loud and a bit scary coz you'd think its next to you in bed - Unfortunately my wife was too scared so we had to leave next morning. If i was there with friends, i believe we would have managed to stay coz its an amazing villa - the villa is clean, so i presume that all private villas in Ubud would have the same issue - the villa is not walking distance from Ubud center. So be prepared to always ask for a private car in advance if you need to go to anywhere (coz you wont find taxis in this street). There is a couple of restaurants next to the villa though, but otherwise it is secluded completely.

The villa has a beautiful design, lush surroundings, and some polite staff. Lots of towels, yoga mat, cool wood carvings, and a peaceful garden. Location is ideal near a spa and fine dining. Sounds of nature add to the relaxing vibe. However, serious hygiene issues ruined the experience. The pool was murky with debris and clearly not cleaned. Bed sheets were dirty upon arrival, with dust and bugs (mostly ants but other bugs too) around the bed. Worst part — debris fell from the ceiling fan onto the bed. 🤢 I had to switch to AC, which gave me a headache. The driver provided was rude, unsafe, and overpriced. GoCar is cheaper and more reliable. Breakfast was poor — bland eggs and I saw staff chop fruit without washing hands. I still ate it out of hunger.

Made was incredibly responsive and helpful with a number of things, as was his staff. That said, the first thing we noticed is there is no AC in the primary living space or bathrooms. Everything feels similar to open-air villa as there are large gaps in all doors that we blocked with towels once a snake (which we believe to have been poisonous) got into the bedroom twice. Further, the pool didn’t seem very clean and we noticed the pumps were only on periodically. It was also quite noisy the last night we were there - originally we thought it was staff that we noticed would use the villa or storage rooms attached to the main villa during the morning for breakfast & cleaning, but later realized we think it was people from surrounding areas. Honestly the space looks very similar to photos and was gorgeous I think it just wasn’t nearly as private as we thought and the open concept to the outside / lack of AC wasn’t exactly what we were looking for.

Made was welcoming to our group of 4. We had a few requests that he immediately attended to. The staff made good breakfast. The sun hits the pool area perfectly. You can walk to many restaurants and spa and stores from the villa.

Made is a kind and very responsive host, and Karma (the driver) was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend using him! We really appreciated the early check-in, and the villa itself is beautiful: spacious, full of natural light, with plenty of great photo spots, gorgeous bathtubs, and a pool that feels like a little slice of paradise. The outdoor seating and sliding doors made it feel really open to nature. That said, nature is part of the experience!🌿 With the villa being surrounded by rice fields and after several days of heavy rain, a critter made its way inside. For some people, that’s just part of jungle life. Personally, I’m not prepared to sleep with rodents, so we left early. (Totally a “me” thing!) Just something to keep in mind if you book here. Other small notes: WiFi was on the slower side, which made streaming TV tricky, and some of the lighting is on automatic timers and switches off around 12:30am. Overall, this place is beautiful and it’s a great choice! Thanx Made!

The location is great. It is literally close to everything but far away enough to give you peace and privacy. As good as the photos are; the space is much better in person. Highly recommend booking the cooking class and massage treatments.

Spectacular - a jungle oasis. We thoroughly recommend a stay! Pros: - Open plan & beautiful - exactly how pictured - Well maintained & spotless - Great location outside of Ubud - only 50k on Grab - Made a great host, responsive & gets in touch before stay to put arrangements in place. Messages everyday to see if Villa needs a clean - Villa staff respected privacy - better than all other villas we’ve stayed in - In Villa Chef fantastic! Cons (niggles!): - We didn’t find driver good (despite reviews). We never met Wayan - at last minute, arranged for son to take us on a day trip (which we enjoyed!). Couldn’t take us to our next villa & generally not very helpful/responsive - If you don’t like bugs, this isn’t for you. A frog in bedroom, ants & geckos everywhere. We expected it so no problem. - A nice service, but breakfast not great - take advantage of local restaurants. - Building work opposite villa - near constant high-pitched screeching & machinery noises. - Only 2x sun loungers

Tolle Location. Extrem nette Mitarbeiter und sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Manager Made. Immer erreichbar und zuverlässig. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Beautiful view and villa. Nice location a short drive from shopping and restaurants and tourist sites. Sounds of jungle and frogs are a welcome sound every night.

Great location and even better staff. 5 minute drive to center ubud with lots of food and entertainment. House was clean but starting to show its age with peeling paint and small stains on sheets. The view and pool are incredible and the house has complete privacy. The host was also able to arrange drivers and in house massages for us when ever we needed.

Amazing villa! The daily breakfast was delicious and the staff was always flexible around our excursion schedule. Our driver, Karma was a gem and I would definitely recommend requesting him during your stay. He can arrange excursions like snorkeling, and atv’s for your stay so it’s really convenient. The added decorations on our bed after our wedding night was also truly special. We loved it! Be mindful, you’re in the jungle so you will encounter frogs, lizards, mosquitos. We were very diligent about keeping the doors closed and also requested staff to close the doors behind them as well, so that really minimized their presence! Overall great vacation!

Had an awesome stay in Ubud at Made's villa, everything was well-taken care, the fridge was well stocked with all the necessities, Karma drove us around and was very polite and courteous, Made was a call away and attended to all our queries immediately. I will highly recommend Made's villa to all traveling to Ubud.

The villa, the garden and surroundings are all gorgeous! It's very peaceful and a place where it's easy to relax in. It should be noted that the bedrooms are very separate from each other - a good or a bad thing depending on what you're seeking/whether you have young kids or not. It was great having breakfast made for us. Wayan, the villa's main driver, was really friendly and on time and made it easy to arrange transfers and sightseeing. Belinda was great with her prompt & friendly responses. Made provided an acceptable level of service but unfortunately lacked the typical Balinese warmth that we were expecting. We had one afternoon with no power or water & one morning when the staff were late to make breakfast (both situations slightly stressful with 2 young kids!) Made addressed both issues but no empathy/warmth shown when contacted. Otherwise an enjoyable stay!

Ultimately, the villa was beautiful and as described. Word of caution though, as you can see this villa is wonderfully situated with a picturesque nature backdrop, with that though comes bugs. We were fine with them but those bothered by lizards and ants and whatnot may take issue. Additionally, I wish I could say that I found Made to be as available and communicative as other guests of this villa, but I didn’t. On a couple of occasions when we needed help he didn’t respond or took quite a few hours to do so. Lastly, while Made offers a driver (Wayan) beware that his prices are relatively high, which aren’t much when converted into $\€\£. But on principle we made other arrangements to avoid said exorbitant costs.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Saudara. The villa is managed by Made who was easily contactable and assisted us with bookings and the occasional and expected power trip. The staff was fantastic and gave us the privacy we needed. The trip was made extra special by the drivers, Wayan and Komang whose knowledge of the area really helped us to plan the perfect getaway. Wayan brought us to some of the most beautiful waterfalls we have ever seen. The villa is located ten minutes away from the town centre and is extremely peaceful and we particularly enjoyed having the sun shining directly on us in the mornings. Thank you, Belinda and Made. We will definitely be back.

Wow this little hide away was paradise, a great place to be with nature in a truly serene setting. The team were so welcoming and obliging, massage was amazing. This villa truely makes you feel like royalty, with gorgeous double bathrooms, four poster beds, matching robes, all contribute to making this villa amazing! wayan was great showing us around! Truly recommend to all!

Great experiences in this villa, very beautiful, especially the swimming pool. Very ejoyed the oil massage in villa, better than local spa. great service from made and made manager. Only one thing, it is not very clean, especially the bathroom and some corners in bedroom. And the shower water always smells bad. Anyway, good place and reccommend to travellers who likes countryside view.

Had a great time at Villa Kolibri. Communication with Belinda was crystal clear, and Wayan our friendly driver was always reachable and was absolutely fantastic when it came to showing us around the different spots of Bali. The villa is wonderful- better than on the pictures and the infinity pool was marvellous. One point of improvement however would be the cleaning and cooking staff- they didn’t always clean up after breakfast and often we had to nag them in order to get the kitchen cleaned and the linens changed once in a while. Other than that, I would highly recommend it! The location is great as well, and the restaurants nearby are easily accessible and all good!

Beautiful villa away from the business of central Ubud. A bit of a hike into town (3 km) but food deliveries and drivers are easily arranged.

A nice villa on a quiet street away from the intensity of downtown ubud.. very restful. Will fit a large family comfortably. Transport was good but ideal if you have a scooter/car if you want to pop into town frequently

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Villa Saudara. When we first arrived we were blown away at how beautiful it was. The pictures definitely don't do it justice. The manager, Made, greeted us and told us everything we needed to know and was very helpful. We had preordered food for dinner that night and Belinda arranged for a chef to prepare it for us. We assumed that the food was going to be cooked in front of us and served to us hot. We were disappointed to find that the chef had precooked the food and brought it to us when we were ready. All of the food was cold and we were unable to heat it up as there was no microwave, which would have been super helpful to have. The breakfast however was delicious, prepared fresh each morning by three lovely ladies. We loved the Balinese pancakes. Wayan the driver was very helpful and drove us wherever we wanted to go, giving us helpful tips along the way. We had a masseuse come to the villa one day which was amazing and inexpensive. All the staff were excellent. The local phone was extremely helpful and allowed us to make plans for outings throughout our stay. Our issues to note for future guests would be, know that you are surrounded by nature and backing onto a jungle. So firstly, there were many bugs in our room and the villa crawling around. There is a mosquito net around the bed which helps a bit but not enough for them to be unable to get it. However this was to be expected and didn't really impact our stay. Belinda provides bug spray as well for any pests. Secondly, the jungle is extremely loud to the point where I was afraid I wouldn't be able to sleep at night. It is part of the beauty of being in nature, however as a light sleeper I was still concerned. Luckily I had ear plugs which blocked out most of the sound. I would recommend bringing if you have trouble sleeping with noise. We found that the water in the bathroom had a terrible smell to the point where I wanted to take a bath but couldn't because it smelled so awful. We would both shower as quickly as we could to avoid having to smell it. Another problem we encountered was that it was very difficult to tell drivers where to find the villa. We had a tour booked and we had to go stand on the street and wave the bus down in order for them to locate us after being lost for some time. We also had food delivery come one night which took hours because again, they couldn't find the villa. It all worked out in the end, but it's something to note. Despite these small issues, we had a fabulous stay, the place is gorgeous and unique and we loved spending our first few nights here!

Our stay at villa kolibri was nice. The villa and the view really is more beautiful than the pictures portray. It's like your own little paradise! Made and his staff were very attentive in fixing any issues we had, and we looked forward to the delicious breakfast everyday. Definitely get a massage in the villa- ours was incredible, and so convenient that you don't have to leave! Made arranged a motorbike for us, and it's about a 10 minute drive to central Ubud. The rice fields and some beautiful temples north were only a 15-20 minute bike ride away as well, so I would say the villa is in a great location. We hope to come again, as 3 days wasn't long enough for us.

Marissa & I absolutely loved the villa. What luxury from the moment we entered. Everything was so tasteful & so beautiful. Marde was always able to help us. Wayan from meeting us at the airport to all of our driving needs. The peace of the rice fields,calls of the birds through the palms. Really such a memorable time. Thank you .

If you are looking for a beautiful and secluded place this is it! Live in peace and tranquillity in this perfect villa. The morning sun comes into the pool warming it up for the day! Belinda has many great take way places to recommend so you can spend all day enjoying the villa. Belinda, Made and Wayan made our stay so seamless. I must say Wayan our driver, security guard and guide was so amazing and hospitable! I would definitely recommend this place for a much needed get away.

Our stay in Ubud was unforgettable. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until midnight, but Made was incredibly thoughtful and had dinner prepared for us when we arrived. From that moment on, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our time in Ubud special. The house is an absolute dream; we wished we could stay forever. It stays wonderfully cool with a constant cross breeze, and the pool was spectacular. Made even had flowers set out for my daughter’s birthday, and the cook he arranged was excellent. He also arranged scooters for us, helped refill them with gas, arranged a driver for our final day, and kindly extended our checkout by an hour. Ubud itself is beautiful; we loved the water temples, jungle, and amazing food. I’m already trying to find a way to come back. I would recommend this stay to anyone. Made’s kindness and hospitality made the experience truly memorable.

The villa was absolutely breathtaking. It was incredibly spacious for two couples and extremely private. Each bedroom is almost identical in size. The pool was large enough for four people comfortably and had an incredible jungle view. The communication with the host was perfect. He answered any question I had and was extremely organized and professional. There wasn’t a single hiccup along the way. They had multiple staff members come in each day to cook and clean for us. They were even able to provide villa massages with massage tables already on location. We booked massages immediately when we arrived, which was just fantastic after 22 hours of traveling they also organized rides for us, including Airport pick up, which was extremely helpful. The location is on the edge of the jungle you will be exposed to the raw nature of Ubud. we did encounter many geckoes at the villa but it was expected due to the location. We would absolutely stay here again!

Die Villa wirkt noch großartiger als auf den Fotos. Es ist wirklich ein wunderschöner Blick mit Pool in den Dschungel. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr groß und mit sehr schönem Badezimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Haus ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Bildern, architektonisch gut gelöst. Das Reisfeld vor dem Haus macht immer gute Laune. Frühstück kann dazu gebucht werden. Made war immer top erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Had a wonderful 5 night stay at Made's villa recently. For a 2BR villa the space is huge and everything is as good, if not better than the photos. For us it was the perfect base to relax in the peace and quiet outside of the hustle and bustle of Ubud central but close enough to explore everything. Huge thanks to Made and his team who met us at the door upon arrival and looked after us completely throughout our stay.

Fantastisk bolig - præcis som på billederne. Stor rummelig villa, smuk pool og smuk udsigt. Personalet meget søde og hjælpsomme og kom og lavede morgenmad hver morgen. Mr Made var altid klar på at svare på spørgsmål og kom med anbefalinger. Vi fik både massage i huset og aftensmad lavet af en kok. Det ligger ca 10 min kørsel fra Ubud centrum - vi brugte Grab, nemt og hurtigt. Der er også gode restauranter i gåafstand og lige overfor boligen. Vi kan klart anbefalet boligen og området. Og håber at komme igen en dag. Tak for et skønt ophold.

Staying at this villa completely redefined what a travel experience looks and feels like. From the moment I arrived, the lush greenery, the sounds of the jungle, and the warm welcome from the host set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The staff was wonder and our daily breakfast was delicious. The host communicated clearly and quickly. The decor for my birthday celebration was everything that I wanted! The balloons, floating breakfast, and flower bath was done to perfection.

My mom and I enjoyed staying here! Made was so sweet and accommodating. Bali has many mosquitoes but we had zero problems here. The breakfast was also delicious.

Villa Saudara was by far the best accommodation I have ever stayed in! The pictures couldn’t have been more accurate and it was just so perfect for our honeymoon! Although we arrived at 2am, Made was present to greet us at check in and show us around. He’s a very trustworthy and genuine person who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable without expecting anything in return. From the infinity pool to the open bathroom - The villa was Perfect. The in house breakfast was also one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. My only regret was not booking it for longer! Thank you so much Made and Team for the amazing hospitality.

This stay exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the aesthetic of the villa it’s truly a dream. Having a private driver and chef elevated the entire experience, and the flower pool setup was such a beautiful, unforgettable touch. Everything felt so intentional and well taken care of. It was a glorious stay. Made was very helpful with pre arrival directives that were extremely helpful. He was very accommodating when we had travel disruptions that greatly delayed our check-in and rearranged our plans. All the staff were friendly and contributed to making our stay delightful. The villa was perfectly peaceful as well as very nicely and thoughtfully designed. Being there, I felt we were in the best of places.

it was truely an amazing experience in a huge villa, with a crazy pool and a beautiful view! The host and his members were very polite! the communication was very good and the breakfast they make was STUNNING !!🙏🙏 i would love to come back on my next trip to bali !!

This villa was absolutely stunning and looked exactly like the pictures. The jungle view was breathtaking and the entire space felt very private, peaceful, and clean. We stayed here to celebrate my birthday, and it was the perfect place for such a special occasion. Made, the owner, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and was always available if we had questions. The staff were wonderful as well. They did an amazing job keeping the villa clean and prepared a delicious breakfast each morning. Karma, our driver, was also great. He was very kind, responsive, and gave us excellent recommendations for activities and the best places to shop for high quality items. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this villa – truly one of the highlights of our Bali trip. Made was an incredible host and met us on site for a seamless check-in. He walked us through everything and made sure we had what we needed right away. The staff were absolutely wonderful — everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. They made the whole experience feel personal and special. The villa itself was super comfortable and felt like a home away from home, especially with the laundry service and the option to order breakfast and dinner directly to the villa. It was also very private, clean, and beautifully nestled in nature, which made it perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The peaceful atmosphere combined with the service and comfort made it such a memorable stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The villa was more than the photos. Such a beautiful stay with amazing people willing to make you feel at home. If you are looking for a stay I would look no further. Made truly made this place feel at home. He described it very accurately. It’s a private villa, very clean, and his staff were responsive. His staff offered breakfast daily for an additional cost (which I believe was worth it) and they laundered our clothes (which I also think was worth the additional cost). I especially loved the pool view. The tv offers streaming if you want to stay and relax in the main house. The villa is about 30 minutes away from ubud center- if going by car (only due to heavy ubud traffic) otherwise distance is closer or you can get picked up by scooter which is faster. There are several different cafes, and places to eat nearby if you prefer to walk as well. Overall I believe this villa is a great place to experience what ubud has to offer and would recommend

Stunning villa, such a gorgeous place to stay and Made, Karma and the rest of the staff were just incredible looking after us, we loved them! The villa and the view of the jungle treetops is incredible. Thank you for having us! x

We had such an incredible stay here with our family of four. We brought two young kids and Made and the staff were so helpful and kind. Breakfast each morning was lovely, as was having dinner cooked and ready for us on the night of our arrival. Made arranged a cooking class for us and a driver. There are a few restaurants nearby or Grab delivered food easily. Oh, Made also arranged massages for us at the villa. If you don’t have kids: rent a scooter or use a driver to get into Ubud center and around. If you do have kids: use a driver to explore. Note that the two bedrooms don’t connect to each other and open up to the pool, but the doors can lock from the outside so if you’re traveling with kids you have some options for sleeping arrangements. Ubud center is very very busy so we were so glad to be staying out of the craziness.

This stay was IMMACULATE! host met us at check in gave a very welcoming tour. Private villa was super clean & spacious, the area was peaceful and close to a lot of must try restaurants & a local market. Host responded promptly when contacted & met us at check out to help. I would definitely rebook & recommend you do too!

Awesome stay. Awesome all-round, great host, easy to communicate with, and to arrange extras. Great staff to help with anything you want and when it suits you. Yummy breakfast :) best omelettes :) Close enough to town to be busy and far enough away to be quiet. Highly recommend, we really enjoyed our two weeks. Everything about my birthday stay was perfect! The service was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, making me feel truly special. I felt safe, and everything was perfectly in order when I arrived. The two-bedroom space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and absolutely adorable. Such a wonderful experience!

This place was amazing to stay at for a week. It is far enough from the Main Street that it is silent at night time with no traffic noise, but close enough to walk into town or get Grab scooters in for approx IDR20000. The place is much larger than we expected and had so many nice spots to hang out in. We had dinner with the recommended chef a few nights and it was some of the best meals we had in Ubud. Breakfast, scooter hire and laundry through the staff on site was very easy and very well priced. Thank you so much!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful villa – it truly felt like a luxurious retreat. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the peaceful atmosphere and stunning surroundings. Our children absolutely loved the pool and spent hours enjoying it each day, which made the stay even more special for our family. We also appreciated how close we were to a great selection of restaurants – it was so convenient to be able to stroll out for dinner in the evenings. One of the real highlights was the delicious breakfast served each morning – such a relaxing and tasty way to start the day. The staff were exceptional: warm, welcoming, and attentive. They took such care and it feel like a true home away from home. We felt incredibly well looked after by Made and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay! The villa is just what we wanted, positioned perfectly just outside of the business of ubud. Made was responsive and always available. We had chefs and massages all organised through him. A big shout out to the villa driver Wayan. An absolute legend and highly recommended for anyone looking for a driver around Ubud. Absolutely gorgeous!! This villa is beautiful and spacious. Made was so helpful in arranging everything—airport pickup and drop off, daily massages at the villa and chef-prepared food delivered every night. The cooking class with Tambah was so fun and interesting. We highly recommend it! She delivered food to the villa for dinner every night, and our nightly dinners were one of the best parts of our stay. Definitely ask Made ahead of time about these meals. The staff-prepared breakfasts were also delicious.

This place is AMAZING..!! When I first saw the pictures of the pool, I thought no way, probably its the camera angle, but NOPE, its AS you see it, even better! As a Muslim, I had concerns for privacy, for my wife especially and Made was very transparent with all the questions that I had. Location: If youre staying in Ubud, this is at a very good location. Super calm, never heard any disturbances. There is construction that was going on, which Made had made me aware before time. It was of no disturbance in person. Services: Made is always available along with his team of a driver, chefs, massage and laundry. They clean every morning and other services are paid but so so worth it! We used laundry and massage multiple times. Decor inside is Bali-esque, super tall-hut ceilings. The ACs work great, they have mosquito/bug repellents at hand. Bidets! CONS: AirBnb is a mix of indoors and outdoors so if you're jumpy with random bugs, its Bali, not the AirBnb. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Ubud. The house was great, located in a lovely and quiet street. You can easily reach the center by scooter in 5–8 minutes, or explore the beautiful rice fields and temples. The cooking class is highly recommended! It was amazing that Made arranged everything for us, like a driver and more. We truly recommend this lovely house, the kind people, and this beautiful place. 🙏💖

Amazing stay, in true Bali fashion. Airport transport was provided so no need for us to figure out where to go. Rooms were decorated with flower baths and flower paths it was just so beautiful. The infinite pool opened up to a jungle view. 10/10 in every way. The staff was so accommodating, we had a private chef come in to cook us dinner the first night and it was a feast. We ate that food for days. Breakfast had the best omelette I’ve ever had in my life! Our driver stayed with us all day and waited while we did excursion after excursion. Highly recommend and would definitely come stay again

My husband and I sent 5 nights in the villa and loved our stay! The house is beautiful, very comfortable and private. Made is a lovely host and we appreciated all the services organized (airport transfers, dinner delivered on arrival, daily breakfast, scooter rental, massages). Perfect holiday. Highly recommend!

This place is pure HEAVEN!! Made and his team were all wonderful. Made always answered immediately and gave great recommendations and organized mani/pedi’s and massages at the house. Chef Wayan food is fantastic and you should take advantage of her coming to the house. Wayan the driver was lovely and always there when we needed him. The pictures don’t even do it justice, we will be back!!

My wife and I recently stayed here with some American friends, and it was incredible!! The villia itself is stunning, with plenty of room for more than one couple, comfortable rooms with welcomed AC, and a pool area to die for. The jungle views are amazing and the overall vibe is perfect. Being so close to nature there is an abundance of geckos, and the presense of a few bugs - but it honestly had no impact. There is some minor construction on the other side of the jungle ravine, but that too didn't impact the experience. The service - just as impressive. Made welcomed us in the dead of night, and made our stay impeccable. The drivers, Wayan and especially Karma were worth their weight in gold and significanly enhanced the trip. We also took a cooking class on the first night, which was as entertaining as it was interesting. The massages too - an absolute must. Overall the whole expereince created brilliant memories we won't soon forget. If you're unsure - do it. Susksma, Made!!

Villa Saudara is a great place to stay. It is very peaceful and romantic It is a very well built and comfortable building - very well maintained. It is in reasonable proximity to the Ubud town centre (about 10 minutes by car) Made and his team are excellent hosts. They did everything they had said they would. We had a wonderful stay at Made’s villa. Made was very communicative, reaching out even months before we arrived. The villa was exactly as described, spacious and beautiful. Highly recommend, especially for two couples as the bedrooms are accessed separately from the living area (with their own locked access via the backyard), so they are private.

Such a stunning, peaceful, private villa away from the Ubud hustle bustle, overlooking the jungle, but also a quick car trip in when needed. This is my second stay (the first was with family) and won't be the last. This time a friend and I needed a quiet getaway and Made and Belinda's villa was the perfect, safe and luxurious location in nature to rest and rejuvenate. We loved the little frog visitors! Nothing is too much trouble for them--from early communications, general travel tips and recommendations, arranging airport transfers--or the friendly staff who cooked delicious fresh breakfasts and cleaned the villa daily. Karma, the villa driver was on hand for half day trips and made the commute to and from the airport simple. Terrific warungs and massage centres are a short walk away, or Made can arrange an in-house massage--bliss. Thank you for making our trip memorable. We look forward to visiting again!

My husband and I came here to celebrate our honeymoon. We fell in love with the pictures we saw online and it was just as beautiful in person. Made was great with communication and was there to great us upon arrival. We had a driver available to us anytime we needed and the rest of the was super friendly! We had a great time here.

Made's villa was absolutely lovely. The staff was incredible, they made a beautiful flower path design for us, cooked breakfast daily, provided driving throughout the city (shoutout to Karma), held an awesome cooking class (shoutout Wayan) and even provided in house massages. A perfect place if you want to feel pampered and luxurious.

This villa is incredible, we loved our stay! The pool is fantastic, the primary bedroom has strong AC and the friendly staff makes a delicious breakfast. It was wonderful having a private driver through the villa, thank you Karma! The villa is less than a 10 min drive to Ubud centre. We preferred being farther from the chaos and in the quiet village. There are a few restaurants walking distance as well. It is the jungle so there are bugs and geckos, but they didn’t bother us because we knew what to expect. Made is a very responsive host and made sure we knew all of our options before and during our trip! Thank you Made and we can’t wait to be back one day.

Cannot say enough good things about this villa. We stayed at several places throughout our stay in Bali, and this one was a standout, we would absolutely come back to. Being completed immersed in the jungle was unforgettable, the location was great proximity to lots of things, but it all still felt nicely private. The amenities are really what make this place better than the rest. Within 1 hour of our arrival, we were getting a couple’s massage in the villa. We had the chef’s make us breakfast every morning instead of having to find somewhere to go, we had dinner brought to us by the chef as well one evening which was lovely. Finally, Wayan is a great driver that was so knowledgeable and all of his recommendations for things to do nearby were great! We cannot thank Made and Wayan enough for their service.

The villa is great for a couple, or two couples. Both bedrooms are almost identical in size and quality (being high quality). They are very roomy, clean and comfortable. The pool is great and enjoyable. The view is really good, as per the photos. Staff are lovely, breakfast is great and the staff really keep to themselves (clean and carry on with their day). It’s around a 10 min trip to Ubud centre. There are quite a few places to eat on the street. Overall, would recommend and stay again. Very much as described and photos are exactly what you will see.

My stay at Made’s place was absolutely fantastic! The place itself was exactly as described in the listing, the villa was like paradise. From the pool to the amazing staff, they were so kind and made my whole experience more special. They went above and beyond with all my requests. From the floral decorations in the pool to even how they prepared my food. Made also has a driver named Karma he was the best!!!!! He’s very knowledgeable of Bali. He took us wherever we needed to go. This is the best villa to stay if you’re in Bali.

Villa Saudara was an absolute dream to live in. Everything was perfect! The Villa, the staff, the driver! Amazing. Made was an extremely helpful host. From the moment I booked the villa he was at my service to answer any questions for me and set up everything a month prior to my arrival. That kindness and professionalism helped us have a smooth transition once we arrived in Bali. Made even made sure to fulfill any last minute requests every time. Allt, verkligen allt, med Villa Saudara var fantastiskt. Min fästman hade, tillsammans med Made, hållit kontakten under lång tid fram till incheckning och Made hjälpte min fästman att planera en överrasknings förlovning, med frieri på morgonen och alla aktiviteter under dagen/kvällen. Vår privata chaufför, Karma, var väldigt hjälpsam, trevlig och kunde området i och runt omkring Ubud väldigt bra. Han kom med egna rekommendationer för lunch och aktiviteter och allt blev perfekt. All personal på boendet var väldigt trevliga och professionella och såg till att vi kunde slappna av och känna oss som hemma. 대한항공 직항 이용해서 공항에 23:55 도착했고, immigration이 1시간 걸려서 숙소에 도착하니 2:30 이었습니다. 친절한 karma 덕분에 숙소에 잘 도착했고, 매우 늦은 시간이었음에도 불구하고 made는 우리를 직접 안내해 주었습니다. villa는 사진과 똑같았고, 이곳은 너무너무 멋진 곳이었습니다. 원래 출국 전 날 공항 근처로 다른 숙소를 예약해 놓은 상태였지만 이 곳이 너무 좋아 하루 더 연장하였습니다. villa에서 3일 머무는 동안 우리가 가고 싶은 곳, 먹고 싶은 것. made와 karma 는 완벽하게 해결 해 주었고, 마지막 밤, 공동 거실에서 받은 마사지 또한 너무 시원했습니다. 모든 여행 일정에 완벽하게 도움을 준 karma! 당신이 있었기에 감사합니다. 연세가 있는 부모님과 함께 여행와서 걱정이 많았는데, 덕분에 즐겁고, 행복한 추억 많이 만들고 갑니다.

I had an amazing time. Made was very responsive friendly and extremely helpful. The Villa looked exactly like the picture. The dinner on the menu was excellent, and it was made at the Villa. Breakfast was also made for you right in the kitchen. The flower pool for my birthday was absolutely beautiful. I can say enough about my stay. Made also has a driver, " Karma," who will take you anywhere you want to go, I can go on and on. If you are thinking of a Villa to stay at look no further. You are by the jungle, so you will hear frogs, birds, and owls, and you will see plenty of geckos, but they are harmless. Thank you, Made, for all your help and hospitality.

Our first stay in Bali was amazing thanks to Pak Made. It was a perfect villa with two little kids and wonderful accommodation with massages and breakfast if requested. But given the location is near the wood (not a city centre), expect some co-icing with ants and lizards which was not a big deal to us since this is something to be expected in the nature. It was a good chance for kids to meet those living creatures. Everything was just as described and Pak Made was very responsive every time I contacted him.

This Airbnb was AMAZING for our Christmas bae-cation. Made and his staff were great in every way. They were always super accommodating. Breakfast was always good, the massages were great, and a time was had. The house was super private, clean, and relaxing. Our driver Karma was super knowledgeable and took us to all the great spots. We literally have no complaints and really enjoyed our stay.

Made was very communicative and the house is lovely. we did have some little hiccups with things not working but Made was super efficient with fixing and taking care of any mishaps. please note the main room is not air-conditioned and can be a bit dark due to limited lighting but is otherwise a beautifully decorated space. the bedrooms are well air conditioned and very comfortable. we loved how well stocked the house was, as well as its location - away from the noise, but a short car ride to the Main Street. Over-all highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Made's place! the villa is gorgeous, very comfortable beds and very private. The breakfast (at additional cost) was very delicious and all the staff are very friendly. The second bedroom has slatted windows so it didn't seem the AC would cool it down, but luckily our toddler was able to sleep on the extra bed/couch in the primary bedroom, which was plenty spacious for the three of us. Made was always responsive and arranged drivers and motorbike rental for us. We were so appreciative of the flexibility! We also really enjoyed the location and driving our motorbike out on day trips.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Made ensured everything was ready for our arrival which was approximately 1am. We used the villas driver Karma (10/10) for airport pick up and during our stay. Breakfast was delicious! Staff very friendly! Made assisted us to arrange dinner delivered to the villa and we utilised the recommendations in the books provided by Made. Villa is stunning! Lived up to the photos and more! Location is great! Private and a step away from the busy area however a short drive. Walk out the front and jump in a taxi! Don’t think just book! You will not regret it!

Made communicated with us often and he always had a recommendation for food, driver, and more. You can set up a tour for anywhere on the island if you ask him for help. Great place with yummy food right across the street for breakfast or dinner.

Beautiful and spacious villa. Infinity pool overlooking the rainforest and lot of space to spend time. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms, but no in the living room connected to the kitchen. There is a mass of warungs, grocery and fruit shops around. I recommend spa 1919 which is opposite the villa. Made is very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic 3 days here. The pictures don’t reflect just how spacious and beautiful the accommodation is. The pool overlooking the rainforest is incredible as are the living spaces and bedrooms. As a host, Made was fantastic. Always responsive and able to organise massages, taxis and anything else you need. Would definitely stay again if we return to Ubud.

My sister and I stayed at the villa for her birthday. Made made sure we had everything we needed to make her day special. He organized & did the flower pool with other staffs, recommended the photographer, restaurants, in house massages, transportation and so much more… Made is also a great communicator, he took care of us from the moment we landed until we left. Keep in mind that he stocked the fridge with groceries and fruits for breakfast before our arrival. Overall everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend his villa with no hesitation. Book it without thinking twice, you will love it!!!

In one word: WOW. As soon as you walk through the rice field entrance and through the wooden doors, the villa is spectacular. There were only 2 of us in the villa - one in each room - and we felt like we were in a mansion!! The pool area is STUNNING the best views in Ubud. While there are some really small restaurants around, I wouldn't say the area is in walking distance to much, there are some really small places around but every time we visited we were the only ones there. It's only a short 10-minute ride to central Ubud which we were fine with given the quality and beauty of the villa. Clean, easy to talk to and the private chefs in the morning were very helpful! 10/10

Villa Saudara is a beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and convenient place, location is excellent, this place is just perfect for nature lovers, the jungle view is unbeatable, the swimming pool, patio, rooms, all is as described or better. I will not complain about bugs, this is what we should expect in places surrounded by nature. Made was always available, very responsive, and helpful, best host I have had so far. He is great. The driver, Wayan…he made our trip unforgettable, he took us to the most incredible places, good restaurants, he was very patient, waited for us without any complaint. We stayed a week at this lovely villa. The villa is absolutely gorgeous. We really enjoyed the relaxing pool looking out over the jungle with all the birds and butterflies. It was a lovely oasis outside of Ubud. Made provided lots of helpful information before our arrival and during our stay, organising a driver to pick us up from the airport, in villa massages and for their lovely chef to drop off authentic Indonesian food for our dinner one night. The staff that cooked breakfast and cleaned were friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the omelettes and green pancakes at breakfast. There are several warungs and restaurants in short walking distance from the villa. We particularly enjoyed Ithaka restaurant (very close) for vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, BintangBali Warung for ribs and grilled duck. Ubud is a short drive away. However, if you prefer to enjoy the peace and quiet of the villa food is easily delivered. We will definitely stay again.

We loved staying at this villa! The photos are wonderful, but don’t do this place justice. It is far more beautiful in person. It is in a great location. A short drive to downtown. There are restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast at the villa was delicious. Made is a wonderful communicator. He arranged an excellent driver. Everything was beyond expectations. Don’t hesitate, book now!

This villa was incredible!! It truly looked even better than the photos. The rooms were beautiful and had incredible views and the infinity pool was amazing! Made was a super responsive and helpful host, and our driver from the villa, Karma, was the best - he gave us all day tours of Ubud! The amenities that the villa provides made us feel so luxurious - we got floating breakfasts in the pool, massages in the villa, and more. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to Bali, we had an incredible stay!!

Made was a wonderful host. He organised a driver for us from Sanur port, was there to greet us and also to say goodbye. He helped us to order meals and gave us many ideas of places to go in Ubud. The villa exceeded our expectations, so luxurious and peaceful looking over jungle. Karma our driver was lovely, very clean car and so accommodating. He even picked us up and took us to his village ceremony dance. The staff that cleaned and cooked us breakfast were also beautiful beings. From someone who has been to Bali a dozen times or more - this was up there as one of the best. We will be telling people in Australia and we will be back. 🙏

Luxury Villa in a quiet, peaceful setting. Outside the business of UBUD overlooking jungle with small stream. Staff friendly. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. A few restaurants down the road - walking distance. From the moment our reservation was established, Made made preparations for our arrival. Private driver, Karma was friendly and spent many hours driving us to/from airport, around Ubud and to various destinations. We enjoyed a restful and memorable holiday

Made and his entire team including Karma (the driver) made my birthday truly special. From daily delicious breakfast to filling the entire pool with requested pink flower petals and a Happy Birthday banner, to laundry, the entire stay was perfect. Made helped with daily reservations at restaurants and also assisted with arranging masseuses for in-Villa Spa treatments. Karma was fantastic and took us all around and was always early for pick-up and drop-off. I would come here again and recommend to all my friends!

It was one of my favorite place to stay in. Made is very kind and accessible for your needs, he made sure to put flowers on the bath and the pool, everything was amazing and beautiful in this villa. The place was perfect for our short stay in Ubud

Villa Saudara was as beautiful as it looks in the photos. I was travelling on my own & Made made this as easy as possible & his communication was excellent even when I requested things last minute. He even helped me get from the Airport to another resort I was staying at before the villa as communication with the resort was difficult providing me with a driver for my entire stay who took me wherever I needed to go any time I needed. Ask for Karma he was excellent & even took me to the local temple in his village to see a traditional Indonesian dance. Made’s team came every morning to clean the villa & cook breakfast if you wanted & the juice & green pancakes were a favourite. The villa is quite central to Ubud but further enough away to still be very peaceful. The villa is immaculately clean & the gardens surrounding the pool are very well kept & view to the jungle from both the pool & the bedroom is a perfect way to start & end your day. Thank you Made, Karma the rest of the staff 😊

This place was a little slice of heaven. Loved listening to the sounds of the forest every day and the pool and villa were so beautiful. Breakfast was good each morning and Made was super responsive and even set up massages with little notice that were some of the best we had ever had. Highly recommend.

This place is just as advertised.... only better! Villa Saudara is a little slice of heaven. My best friend and I spent 10 luxurious days here and we were so sad to leave. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by the Villa manager Made, who is just a delight to deal with. He will help you with anything you require, nothing is too much trouble. He is just wonderful, as are his amazing staff who clean the Villa and make breakfast for you every morning. The staff honestly are so lovely and accommodating they really looked after us. The bedrooms are spacious with air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep the cool air circulating. The kitchen even has a filtered water system so no need to worry about buying bottles of water for drinking, cooking etc. They have everything you need. I will definitely be back in the future. Wow. I will 100% be coming back to Ubud and will absolutely be staying at this Air BnB again. The home is STUNNING. I mean walking in from the beauty of the hand carved front doors, to the sliding glass that leads out to the pool. The view from the balcony, the windows, the size of the rooms, bathrooms, the breakfast every morning with the most delicious green pancakes, the birds, the forest sounds….IT WAS A DREAM. The bed was incredibly comfy too! I also love that inside the home there was a binder full of recommendations for everything. Loved getting a massage at the villa too! Wayan is the villas driver and he was absolutely awesome. He truly made this an unforgettable trip and taught me so much about Balinese history and culture. The villa is seriously an absolute dream. The staff was all so kind, happy and helpful.

Incredible home just a few km from Main Street Ubud. Wonderful restaurants nearby and a peaceful oasis just far enough away to make you feel like you’re staying off the beaten path but so close to everything. Made and his staff were amazing. So helpful in getting us a motorbike and driver with little notice. Pick up and drop off at airport was very smooth. Every morning we had a beautiful prepared breakfast and the home was exquisitely decorated. Highly recommend!

Beautiful villa which the photos are exactly how it looks. It’s a beautiful oasis away from the hustle of Ubud. Made and his staff made it very special for us with flowers everywhere on our arrival, organising massages and taxi drivers which made our stay stress free. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Ubud. I proposed to my girlfriend during our stay and Made and Belinda helped me with everything from arranging for a stunning flower arrangement in the pool to a private chef that prepared us a delicious Balinese dinner that night. They even helped us to arrange a private tour of some Bali sights with their driver Karma. We will definitely be coming back to Ubud and staying at this villa, and cannot give enough thanks to Made, Belinda and all the staff for an unforgettable stay.

This villa is absolutely spectacular. Beautifully designed with lovely touches everywhere you look. Made was very helpful and gracious.

Great location in a quiet Neighborhood. The Garden and Private Pool are beautifully designed where the jungle is right on front of you. But the only down side is that there are so many bugs and Jeckos especially on night time next to the light spot.

Villa is very nice and close to Ubud center, large rooms and clean, staff was very friendly every morning at breakfast. Breakfast is also very nice with fresh juice, fruits and eggs. Pool is on jungle view so it is the best for authentic Bali experience at home. Villa gets a dedicated driver Wayan who is absolutely fabulous, safe and friendly but you make sure he drives you the best places also the ones without tourists. Villa driver is bit more expensive than local taxis but you get the premium safety and relationship for your tours which is better. I recommend to use him as much as possible !! Our stay in Ubud was the best of authentic Bali tours. Five stars.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Villa Kolibri Saudara from the cleanliness of the property to the amazing staff that cater to our requests, made our stay that more incredible. It was essential and peaceful, and this place over exceeded our expectations. The property is only less than 10 minutes away from Ubud on a scooter or car. The property does have a driver if needed and we definitely recommend him (Wayan). He took us to all the amazing places in Ubud and other places. Overall, we highly recommend this property in your future stay in Bali.

This is a great place for two or even a single couple. Very beautiful home with two separate buildings for the bedrooms for great privacy, and good view of the jungle. I would love this place without the pool, the addition of which brings this place to an incredible find. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Ubud. Made and his crew help make sure you have everything you need- a local phone to stay in contact and coordinate dinner reservations, driving services, in-house breakfast, and more. Know that it’s a little too far to walk to Ubud center, but rides are cheap and easy - and the seclusion is worth it!

We have just spent 3 nights at this amazing villa. It’s in a beautiful setting, very quiet and peaceful but only a 5 to 10 minutes drive to the centre of Ubud. Breakfast was delicious, we had a floating breakfast in the pool one morning in this idyllic setting, would definitely recommend. The staff are lovely , always smiling and happy to help. Will definitely go back.

If you need a place to stay in Ubud this is the place to go. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning in each bedroom. The bathrooms were grand and light! The villa very stylish and accommodating! We looked forward to our morning breakfast I highly recommend the bananas pancakes, I still dream of them! You get a fresh made juice from local fruit. The staff were so polite and friendly. They cleaned the villa every morning. The pool is the greatest feature! Warm water over looking the jungle. Very private and out of the way. Our driver Wayan was available for every adventure from tracking up a volcano at 2 am to taking us into town and and exploring the rice fields and water falls! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay! You will not regret staying here! Thank you Made and staff! We loved it!

I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting the full Bali ‘jungle experience’. The villa is so dramatic and secluded with amazing views of the jungle below from the pool. The huge living space and kitchen is a nice place to relax and also cook a meal with a traditional Balinese cook which we did and highly recommend. This area is naturally ventilated and can get warm during the day and at night some jungle visitors may visit if you leave lights on! The bedrooms are very spacious with air conditioning in each and a mosquito net around the beds which I would recommend to close while sleeping. The bathrooms are amazing with his and hers robes and sinks to get ready. The best part of the villa is the outdoor area with the pool which is a hotel like size which is perfect for relaxing. The staff cook amazing breakfast whenever you want and you can also get a floating breakfast at no additional cost. The villa itself is around 10 minutes by car to Ubud centre which is around 70,000 RP each way. We went and visited the Tegallalang Rice Terrace whilst at the villa which is only 15 mins away by transfer, it is worth getting up early to go to beat the crowds. Also worth visiting is the coffee plantation 1 minute down the road which is a really nice and inexpensive experience. Overall I cannot recommend this villa enough, so special and truly breathtaking.

This place is so amazing! The Villa was above and beyond what we could have hoped for. There staff were super friendly and Made greeted us our first night, showed us around the Villa, gave helpful suggestions, arranged a Balinese dinner for our arrival, and arranged a scooter for the next morning for us. He was available and responded quickly to questions while staying there. The Villa is only a 7 min drive into the heart of Ubud for shopping, dinner, and excursions! The noises at night were soothing as we fell asleep to different chirps from the wild life. You feel secluded and away from it all in the Villa with a ton a privacy yet it was so nice to be so close into town!

Staying at Villa Kolibri was amazing and met all of our expectations. I stayed with my partner and my father and it was perfect for the Christmas Holidays. We used Wayan the driver very much and that was a great experience as he took us around and saw some of the less touristy places. There are also so many great restaurants close to the house. Would definitely come back next time we are in Ubud. The view from the terrace is exceptional and you feel like you are right in nature. Thank you Made!

Everything is as pictured and even better. The staff was warm , attentive and very good. I really wish I stayed at this property longer. I will be booking this place again when I come back to Ubud. The nicest place I have ever stayed in! This villa was incredible, as you can tell by the photos. It is walking distance to many restaurants and a short distance from Central Ubud. We hired a driver to take us to see the temples and waterfalls and I loved every second of it. The place was clean, the driver was amazing, Made was very helpful, the never wanted to leave.

Awesome villa for a great holiday in Ubud. Some great restaurants close by and the included breakfast was good too. A little isolated from the main centre of town (taxi reqd) but on the plus side to that it was lovely and quiet.

Nice place to stay

We only stayed here 2 nights and we wish we could've stayed longer. The villa was immaculate and the hospitality that came with it was exceedingly wonderful. We met everyone -- Made, the balinese chef, and the lovely people who made breakfast everyday. We didn't have the head driver during our time here. We had another driver, Karma, who was very pleasant and patient with us for our 8 hour tour. If you're looking into making a reservation here -- look no further and just do it. You won't regret it. The spaces is breathtaking! The area and everything about the villa is beautiful. Made and his staff were very good at communicating with us and helped make our trip special. They made sure to be around only when we needed so that we had our privacy. I celebrated my birthday during my stay and could not think of a better place to do it. Made and the staff helped with coordinating gifts from my family back home and making me feel extra special. The driver, Wayan, was always on time and happy to give suggestions. Would recommend staying here 10000%. We are very grateful!

We loved our stay at Villa Kolibiri Saudara... so much so that we barely visited Ubud. We especially loved the pancake breakfast each morning... there is even an option to have it floating in the incredible infinity pool. Made is very helpful and had dinner organised for us on our first night. Ubud town is a short taxi ride away where there are plenty of places to eat and drink and lots to see. I wish we lived closer to come back again but we will 100% be recommending the villa to friends.

This is a particularly beautiful property in a quiet location overlooking jungle with an array of visiting birds. Made is extremely helpful - nothing is too much for him.

Bali's reputation for great hospitality is well known and Made and his team are true to that reputation. Great communication from time of booking all the way to check out. Made was there with quick responses, recommendations, transportation help and pretty much anything else you would need. The villa itself is fantastic. It's extremely spacious and would be great for 2 couples or a family of 4. We were just 2 and the space felt almost too big for us. Not in a negative way, but it would just be that much better to share it with some more people. Everything was sparking clean from the main living area to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The landscaping was also beautiful and well kept as was the pool. The location is a bit of a walk if you want to get to Ubud city center. You're better off getting transportation especially if you want to talk at night as the street is very dark. However, there are fantastic restaurants walking distance in both directions of the villa that are delicious and super affordable. Breakfast was served each day on time and was a delicious and fun touch to enjoying the villa in the morning. I wouldn't hesitate booking again.

Villa Kolibri Saudara was even more beautiful than the pictures. I only wish my friend and I were able to stay more than the 2 nights we booked. The refreshing pool overlooks a lush jungle and I enjoyed the sounds of the "wild" at night. The management of this villa is very organized and everything was in pristine condition and clean. The high ceilings in all the rooms made for an opulent stay. We were able to grab meals from nearby warungs-- all delicious and affordable. Finally, this villa is within walking distance to Ubud Spa 2, which we definitely took advantage of.

We loved our stay here! Everything was so easy and the decor/standard of care to the villa was second to none. It is walking distance to some lovely restaurants and a short trip to Ubud centre. The staff were so helpful and they provided a book full of information that helped with any potential questions we might have.

It was amazing! Everything in this villa was so perfect to us. The staff, the pool with a view into the jungle, the quietness. We enjoyed every minute and would recommend this villa to everyone who will travel to ubud. 5min by scooter and you reach one of ubuds mainstreets with all the restaurants, cafes, bars. But if you come back to the villa you feel like being lonely in the jungle. Many thanks to the staff, you all made our stay so unforgettable. This villa was spectacular. Close to central Ubud. The space was exactly as noted in the pictures, if not better! Made and his staff were extremely responsive. Made was available for any questions we had. Komang was our driver for the villa. He arranged all outings for us at very reasonable prices. We always felt safe with him. Amazing house- it’s huge and very clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Just a call away if we needed anything. They gave us a cell phone to use while we were in town which was helpful too for calling for cabs. Location is nice- it’s pretty secluded and about 20 mins from the town center. There were a couple mornings where we heard prayers or some other noise in the morning, but that was an exception. In general, highly recommend this spot. It’s very comfortable and big and the staff is all great.

En mycket vacker och rymlig villa relativt centralt i Ubud. Mycket trevlig personal som bland annat lagar en fantastiskt god frukost. Vi passade på att boka Wayan som kom till villan och lagade en underbart god middag. De gröna pannkakorna är något ni inte får missa. Vi vill varmt rekommendera denna villa.

Thank you so much, Made, for making the first half of our honeymoon so special. The villa was incredible, and the "happy honeymoon" in rose petals on the bed as an amazing personal touch. The best part was the friendly staff, and the beautiful surroundings. If we're lucky enough to make it back to Ubud, Made will be our first call :)

We enjoyed our stay here! We used this time to relax by the pool and slow down a little. We enjoyed our in house chef who cooked for us and also got in house massages! The place was beautiful!

When we arrived at Made’s villa he literally had already put together everything that we would need. He provided a cell phone that already had numbers programmed to contact him, different drivers and restaurants that delivered to the villa. The villa was exactly how it was in the pictures. We could t have asked for a better host.

Mades place is amazing if you are looking for a beautiful escape, overlooking the ubud forests and a short distance out of the centre of ubud. Made and his staff are fantastic to deal with, lovely and helpful. Would not hesitate recommending Mades place :)

One of the rare places that turn out to be better then the photos and the description. The places is wonderful. Private but at the same time all the help is minutes away. Our needs, the place and the staff are well synchronized. I would definitely recommend staying here as long as possible if anyone is visiting UBUD. Wayan has a hidden talent of a local guide and extremely accommodating and helpful. Made is their for anything that you might need at anytime. Hopefully, we will be visiting the place again soon.

You have a wonderful property that is managed very well. We really enjoyed the luxurious linen, great garden and pool area as well as the wonderful staff we had at our disposal. The home cooked welcome dinner by Wayan Suriani was to die for. Our personal highlight though must be the floating breakfast. Special accolade of praise must be attributed to both drivers: Wayan and Komang who took us around the Ubud area and also provided safe travel back to Denpasar Airport. This place was gorgeous!! Right when I walked in I was stunned, in the morning we had a floating breakfast which was a nice touch and the staff were very friendly. They had suggestions for take out which was very helpful and the villa driver wayan was the best! We took day trips with him and it was very easy to contact made with the phone he gave us. Overall I had an amazing experience in ubud and I would definitely come back & recommend this beautiful villa!

Stunning villa in the Ubud countryside. Very private and peaceful. You need a driver to get into central Ubud and all the tourist spots, but Made (host) arranges this for you, no problem. Also you can get food deliveries to the villa which is perfect. Water dispenser in the kitchen is perfect for the heat, and the breakfast is delicious - prepared by the lovely staff.

This place is fantastic. From the moment we walked in, we were in paradise. Infinity pool to jungle was absolutely wonderful. Green pancakes and fresh fruit every morning. Made is great with arranging drivers or whatever you may need assistance with. 10/10 would stay again.

One of our most favourite Holidays! From thoughtful welcome flowers to delicious morning breakfast, staying here was luxurious and ever so relaxing week. This place is outstanding! The communication with Made made everything so easy and the place itself was breathtaking. My partner and I had the entire place to ourselves and it felt like the perfect vacation experience. We rented a motorbike to help us a get around and that made a huge difference, being able to come and go and treat the place like our own home. Would highly recommend staying!

We booked this villa as a part of our honeymoon and have to say the pictures don’t do it justice. The villa is pure luxury with a beautiful pool with a jungle view. We booked Komang the driver for a day trip around Ubud and I would highly recommend him to anyone stay here. Made was great and easy to contact during our stay. We had the best time in Ubud thanks to the wonderful staff and our driver from the villa. The villa is gorgeous. Everything is clean and we had no issues. Any request we had was handled—breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff could not have been nicer. Made was great and answered the phone immediately any time we called. He arranged an incredible hike at Mt. Batur for us, as well as massages at the villa. It was wonderful. The best part of our trip though was working with Wayan Locko as our driver. I highly recommend requesting him (he is different from the head driver Wayan). He was so knowledgeable about Bali, took us everywhere we needed and gave us great advice. We had the best time chatting with him on drives. He also always answered when we called and was extremely reliable. He was always able to pick us up within 20 minutes of us calling him. Location was great. 15 minute drive to downtown Ubud, but there were also some good restaurants and coffee spots within a 5-10 minute walk too.

It's an amazing place where you can have some really quiet time. But the city is not far so you can go have fun outside too. The food of nearby restaurants is amazing. I definitely recommend Taco Casa and Pizza bagus's Margherita Pizza

We stayed 6 days at this wonderful villa with a magnificent view and beautiful pool. The breakfast was very good, everything was clean and we had more than enough space for 4 persons. Belinda answered very quickly to our questions which was very appreciated. Very good experience!!

The Villa was beautiful and located close to town.

This is the most stylish and tranquil villa I’ve stayed in. True to photos. Gorgeous jungle view from pool. Many villas in Bali have a maid stay almost all day which is very intrusive. Relieved to find this villa valued guest privacy and guest determined when they come in to prepare breakfast ( delicious) and clean. And they were quick and you have privacy back again. Coffee pod machine much appreciated. Wonderful experience.

We stayed at the villa for 10 days. The Welcome was warm and friendly. The staff was always available, either by phone or directly. The breakfast was delicious and freshly handmade every morning. The drivers Komang and Wayan were overlooking and helpful, they even got up very early together with us, when we planned whole day trips. They knew good spots for pictures and recommended us well tasting restaurants. We had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed being hosted in Ubud. The place is quite, close to the jungle, but if you needed some entertainment and hustle the city is close and easy to reach.

My 3rd time staying at the place and it was magic, as usual! All the staff are super friendly and the villa is EPIC. Such a nice open inviting space and the perfect place to call home away from home. The beds are super super comfy and the whole place... it’s just top notch.

Where do I even begin, after flying a long 17 hour flight, Wayan, our driver was spotted quickly in the crowd holding up a sign with my name on it. Wayan was more than just a driver, he became our very own personal tour guide, friend and he took us to the best authentic spots in town to eat. ( major bonus) without Wayan we would not had been able to explore Ubud the way we did. We visited the mother temple, monkey forest, went coffee tasting, visited an Indonesian jewelry company , river rafting all within 3 days and made quick stops in between towns to eat. The local phone came in handy as we did call in take out once, arranged our massages, and requested an early morning breakfast. We looked forward to our floating Breakfast each morning and the girls made sure we were always taken care of. over all, our stay was spectacular from the freshness of our linens to our iconic infinity pool view and the great communication skills from all the staff ! Thanks Belinda, we will cherish you and your home forever!

Hands down one of the best villas I’ve stayed at in Bali. Beautiful perspective looking out from the living areas and horizon pool into the jungle. Situated perfectly just far enough out of Ubud to enjoy he peace and quiet, yet stroll in when desired.

Everything was perfect about our stay in the villa! The Staff was very friendly and Belinda made communication very easy! We highly recommend this place and had a wonderful time in Ubud!

We visited Belinda's beautiful villa for our honeymoon. It really is picture perfect and was such a calm space to be in to recover from our jetlag and escape the hustle and bustle of Ubud city centre. Her driver Wayan picked us up from the airport at 11:30pm at night, we did find him a little difficult to find at the airport but that was due to the huge number of drivers waiting to pick up visitors at the airport! Going to reception to make an announcement he quickly showed! The next morning the staff came and cooked us breakfast and our dinner had already been arranged for us that evening which was delicious and so nice to have it all organised! The fridge and cupboards had been stocked with everything we had asked for, it really took all the stress out of a first day in a new country. We slept incredibly well, the bed is super comfy and the air conditioning a god send at night time. The bathrooms are well equipped and very spacious. The pool was incredible and very welcome on the hot sunny days we experienced out there. We felt incredibly relaxed throughout our stay and the villa was a proper little haven. Ubud centre is a drive away from the villa really. You could (at a stretch) walk it in around 40 minutes (approx), although you'd likely be a sweaty mess on arrival! We hired a scooter, although this is not for the faint hearted we actually quite enjoyed the experience in the end! We used Wayan (the villa driver) when we were out in the evenings. Recommendations: We had a great meal at CasCades restaurant at Viceroy hotel, we did push the boat out on this meal and polished off 2 bottles of nice wine, although this was by far and away our most expensive evening and if I am totally honest I think we had nicer meals in Seminyak for half the price. That being said the view was incredible, the food delicious and the service faultless. We had a fantastic meal at Pica restaurant so I would certainly recommend eating there. Also I cannot recommend enough visiting Ubud at night, especially Gootama Street - the somewhat manic Ubud during the day gives way to a tranquil and rather enchanting atmosphere at night with lots of appealing bars and restaurants down this particular street. If you want a quick bite close to the villa then literally just 2 minutes up the road is a little place called Ithaka, it is next to a busy road and not much to look at but the food was great and the service very good, plus it is literally a stones throw from the villa. DO NOT BOTHER with the ridge walk - unless my husband and I missed something on this 9km 'hike' 7 of the 9 kms is spent walking alongside a busy road, the first 2km is beautiful, rice fields and rambling hillsides,...

This is an outstanding villa which lives up to both the pictures and all the services offered.The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is superb.It is the best villa we have ever stayed in and highly recommended for that special treat we all desire whilst in Bali

We had a great stay of 7 nights at this beautiful villa. Everything was perfect, Belinda's communication, the staff every morning with a delicious breakfast ( banana pancakes ! ), the friendly drivers Komang and Conan, massages by the pool. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Villa Kolibri is a beautiful villa. Super clean and tidy with wonderful staff. The villa is nestled between the rice paddies and jungle offering a quiet retreat, yet still easily accessible by car or scooter to Ubud and it’s surrounds. Made and Belinda are very responsive and made sure our stay was relaxed and enjoyable. This is one of the best villas I have stayed at in the area... couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Absolutely amazing

We booked this villa as part of our 16 day dream trip to Bali. We booked it for an entire week and I was not sorry! The first thing youll notice when you walk in the front door is that the pictures online do not do it justice!!! It far far exceeded expectations, it is truly beautiful! The view goes deep into the lush trees from the infinity pool, much moreso than pictures can reflect. The bedrooms are stunning as are the bathrooms. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never anywhere as luxury as this villa. You wont want to leave. The staff are excellent and come each morning to make you breakfast. They will only come if you unlock the door, and even then they never assume, they always ring the doorbell to respect your privacy. Once theyve made breakfast they will ask permission to clean your bedrooms etc. I am quite a shy, private person and so I was delighted that if you tell them youd rather organise your own breakfast one morning and would rather they not clean that day, you can tell them the day before and you will not be disturbed at all. Its great to have those options! They have lots of menus and a little black book of recommendations in the Villa , so some nights we were tired we ordered food delivery from the town, and 2 nights we had the villas chef come and prepare meals for us. The cost for this is very low, and for a small extra cost you can ask the chef for a cooking lesson and she will talk you through the whole process - I highly recommend doing this. Location of the villa is good, there are some pros and cons Pros are that because it is a few km from the main town you can actually enjoy peace and quiet Cons are that if you want to go into the town I wouldnt advise walking! Its not necessarily a long walk, we are both fit and love to walk, but as the roads are very narrow and busy and there are no footpaths it can be dangerous. Instead, hire a scooter (if you are a competent experienced driver of one) or call a taxi. When we stayed there was unexpected rainfall for the entire week, but the villa is so beautiful it didnt get us down! Its such a luxury and very romantic stay, perfect for our first wedding anniversary. I was so sad to leave!

If you’re looking for the absolute best place.... look no further. Belinda is the absolute most amazing host. Her communication and help was wonderful. Her staff helped every step of the way! We greatly appreciate having the house phone to call drivers and for food delivery. We took the recommended cooking class with Wayan, which was so enjoyable! We planned to have dinner at the Villa on our arrival and also had massages scheduled shortly after dinner at the villa. Which was the way to go! Made, our Villa Manager, helped arrange a driver, who was absolutely amazing!! Wayan Karma took great care of us! He arrived early and even called to check on us. This Villa is the BEST place!! Close to Ubud Main and yet secluded for a little privacy! I can’t say enough how over the moon we were!! When I come back, there is no other place I’d stay!! Don’t miss out on having your breath take away! Thank you Belinda, Made and staff! We are so grateful for our time at the Villa!!!

The villa was everything we expected and more! Beautiful scenery and friendly staff. Woke every morning to a beautiful sunrise and the sounds of Ubud. Made and Wayan were so accommodating and helpful. I hope to come back someday!!!!

Entering the front door of Villa Saudara reveals a private and beautiful forest view that is beyond the gorgeous infinity pool. Every return from the bustle of central Ubud offers a tranquil haven that is calm and beautiful. The villa itself is extremely spacious and very well appointed. The layout allows occupants of the two bedrooms to enjoy private space at either end of the central living and pool area. Made, the manager helped with arranging drivers who were all charming, helpful and on time. The daily breakfasts prepared by the gorgeous ladies were delicious and the cooking class with Wayan Suriani in the villa kitchen was a highlight. Warungs are a handy walk away. The villa is a short car trip from town, but the location provides the charm of the rice paddies and nearby village life. I would love to return and highly recommend Villa Saudara to anyone. To those who know the reference - ‘you can feel the serenity’.

Villa Saudara was the first stop on our honeymoon to Bali. Anyone who stays here knows, the pictures hardly do it justice. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home in Ubud. We got to enjoy a massage and cooking class and our only regret is that we were not able to stay longer.

We loved staying here for 3 nights. Everything was made easy for us and the villa itself is absolutely beautiful. Can’t wait to return.

Villa Saudara is AMAZING. If you have the chance to stay here, do it. The villa itself is gorgeous, idyllic, and relaxing, while the staff and chefs are amazing. My family loved this place so much that we forewent exploring Ubud one day to instead relax by the pool. The villa itself is so quiet and in a great location just outside of Ubud. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place near Ubud.

We stayed at this Villa for 3 nights and it was fabulous! The place is beautifully decorated and spotless. The staff was fastantasic and very helpful. We hired a scooter while we were there and it only took 5 mins into ubud on this. There are a few reaturants close by to the villa which are walking distance. We would highly recommed this place and would love to stay here again.

This place is an absolute gem. The pictures on the listing do not do it adequate credit, it’s literally breathtaking. The layout of the villa is swanky and modern, with a Balinese architectural flair. The pool is amazing and overlooks a beautiful jungle ravine, teeming with all types of wildlife. You can relax, soak in the pool while taking in the amazing scenery and wildlife all around you. We loved this one so much we have already made a second booking for later next month. Belinda and Made are both incredibly helpful and friendly, and very quick to respond, assist you with any taxi, rentals, or local tips that you might need. The staff were wonderful and super professional and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning, and then would come later at your convenience to clean the villa. The place is a very good size, and although we had it just ourselves (2). It could easily accommodate 4 people with plenty of room to spare. The facilities are clean and newer all the appliances were handy to have around and their laundry service was affordable and very convenient. Do yourself a favour and hit “book now”. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!

The staff, the villa, and Belinda helped to make our Honeymoon a dream come true! Wayan, Made, and the girls were so helpful! Wayan, our driver, was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable while we were with him. We learned so much about Balinese culture and he always answered our many questions. Made helped prepare a meal when we checked in and had wine and beer stocked in the fridge. The girls prepared delicious breakfasts every morning and cleaned as needed. They made our stay extremely comfortable! The Villa was so private and luxurious! There’s a reason why the pool is the main photo for this place. It is the focal point and where we spent most of our free time! It was so relaxing and had a great view. There’s a black and white bird who lives in the tree to the right... we named it Purd the Bird. The beds were comfortable. The AC did a good job keeping the bedrooms cool. Finally, Belinda made communication so easy. She was more than happy to answer our questions and concerns! She truly has an amazing staff and property! Don’t let this place pass you by!

I can’t recommend this place enough! The villa is stunning and even more beautiful than the pictures. It is beautifully set in a quiet location which makes it a perfect getaway. Belinda and Made, made everything very easy and even once on our visit they were available to help with anything and organise drivers to take us out and about. Lovely villa with a fabulous pool. Just outside Ubud so quiet but easily accessible. Breakfasts were great - banana pancakes were the best. Made, the manager, was most helpful and Komang, who drove for us at all times of the night and day, was tremendous. Sunrise Yoga was a hit as was the massage at the villa. Cannot speak more highly of the organisation by Belinda, everything was as expected without any worry on our part. My son and daughter-in-law plan to return. Thank you.

We loved everything about this villa. Do yourself a favour and book it. It's complete luxury, great staff, private, and the owner Belinda is quick to respond to questions and very organised. Great place. The pictures don't do it justice. The pool is lovely looking over a valley to the river below and the rice fields all around are really cool. The set up is really thorough so you don't have to worry about anything at all.

The villa is incredible, exactly how we saw it in the photos. All the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the food we had there was amazing. We had so much privacy as the villa isn't overlooked. Wayan our driver was great, he was so helpful and recommended some great places to see around Bali. Having the telephone was really helpful so we call for pick-ups, massages or any other assistance wherever we were. A big thank you to all at villa kolibri. A fantastic stay, would definitely recommend to all!

Best Villa with amazing pool

Wir verbrachten 5 Nächte in der Villa und waren vom ersten Moment an überwältigt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Frühstück war hervorragend vor allem die pancakes haben uns besonders geschmeckt. Wenn wir wieder nach Ubud kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in der Villa buchen.

If you're looking to book a villa in Ubud, look no further. From the second we walked through the front door, we felt like royalty. The villa and the surrounding area is in pristine condition and the decor is gorgeous. Belinda was very prompt in answering any and all questions. Her staff was second to none. There's a group of ladies that come every morning to cook you Balinese banana pancakes for breakfast and tidy up the place. There's a personal driver for the villa that will essentially be your tour guide. And there is a manager that makes sure all your needs are met. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Bali.

Belinda's place is jungle paradise that will exceed your expectations. We loved chilling by the infinity pool by the tranquil forest view so much we didn't want to leave. Everything was so luxurious, even more so because of the exceptional service of the staff. We loved all the services the villa had to offer and made good use of the taxi service, cooking class, pool inflatables and poolside breakfasts. We always felt looked after, relaxed and in full holiday mode.

My wife and I spent a wonderful week in Villa Kolibri Saudara in the village of Kutuh, some three kilometres north of Ubud. The villa is beautiful and exactly as shown in the website photos – it’s located in an idyllic place right next to the rice fields and overlooks a ravine with trees and palms galore filled with birdlife which often visit the infinity pool to cool down. We were greeted promptly at Denpasar airport by Wayan, the villa’s driver, and met at the villa by Made, the villa manager. He and his staff were helpful and unobtrusive – happy to assist as and when required. Belinda was extremely helpful and informative ahead of our stay at the villa. She was able to arrange spa treatments for my wife and provided useful information about the villa and activities to do in Ubud. We enjoyed many a long walk along Jl Tirta Tiwar which is the main road of the village of Kutuh. We frequented a number of the local warungs which were within walking distance of the villa that served delicious Balinese food and were very well priced. Our daily routine included a walk to an organic warung called Abe-Do which served excellent organic juices and food, followed by excellent coffee served at Café Kutuh on the return walk to the villa. Along the way we became friendly with a number of local villagers and we made sure we took along a banana each day to feed a monkey (sadly, it is caged) located along the main road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Kolibri Saudara and look forward to staying there again.

Belinda’s Villa Kollibri Saudara is a gorgeous, peaceful paradise we were sad to leave. I searched for months on AirBNB and this was my top pick. We loved it so much we tried to book it for another two weeks. THE POOL + NOOKS Every morning we swam in the infinity pool overlooking the jungle and listened to the cicadas, music and singing from temple celebrations, and watched the bees, birds and butterflies come and go. Just as importantly every nook was comfortable and we got a different view of nature and the property. What an exquisite way to start the day. VILLA + GARDEN The villa itself is spacious, beautifully appointed, and the garden a pleasure and joy to look at every day. It was an idyllic place to write and we had to almost force ourselves to go into Ubud. This is the perfect place for rest and relaxation or a work-cation. BEDROOMS Our bedrooms were airy and cool, the beds super comfy and luxurious. The bathrooms were well lit with lots of counter space (both rare in Bali!), and there was even a vanity area which we both used for a computer station when it got too hot outside in the middle of the day. BELINDA OUR HOST + RESOURCES Belinda was super responsive, gracious and thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved having her “ Little Black Book" to refer to restaurants, massages and shopping. It was a huge help. SMALL, BIG TOUCHES There were so many small, meaningful touches - like leaving business cards which were instrumental for getting taxi rides home at night. Thank you Belinda for creating such an oasis in an otherwise loud and busy world. We can’t wait to return.

Stunning villa in a great location. Staff are very attentive and really helped to make our family holiday special. Friends stayed in the neighbouring villa and it was a perfect set up. Would highly recommend and I would definitely return

The Villa is absolutely stunning!! So spacious and stunning! Belinda was very prompt and helpful with any questions asked. The staff at the Villa were also exceptional and dependable. Everyone was so kind to us. It was easy to order food, get a driver to town and get a massage. I loved that the Villa was about 10 minutes from town because it was more peaceful. I can't wait to visit again. I highly recommend this Villa! Thank you Belinda and amazing staff!

L'ensemble de notre séjour à la Villa Saudara s'est très bien déroulé de notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ. L'équipe est vraiment attentionnée et disponible pour le bon déroulement du séjour (chauffeur, petit déjeuner fait minute, ...) La villa est très belle, exactement comme sur les photos et la piscine est magnifique. Si je reviens à Ubud, j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

My sisters and I stayed here after traveling around Bali and Lombok for a month. It was the perfect ending to a marvellous trip. We had so many plans for Ubud but couldn't leave the villa it was so beautiful and relaxing!! Thank you so much to all the staff at the villa - you were amazing and really made our stay so much more enjoyable. We had the massages recommended by Made (the manager). They were the best massages we had in our whole month away! We thoroughly recommend the cooking class with Wayan - she was so lovely and patient with us. We were so surprised with the delicious meals we produced! We will be recommending this villa to friends and family and will without a doubt be back! The villa was wonderful and perfect for 2 people. Loved having a private pool and kitchen/living room area! The bugs (and lack of AC in the main room) were the only issue but that's just part of being in Bali and were easily solved with some bug spray and mosquito incense. The hosts were wonderful and Madde made us feel very welcome and looked after. The area is about 15 mins from town, depending on traffic, but there are a couple great restaurants and spas in walking distance down the hill.

Cannot recommend this place enough. An absolute slice of paradise. Incredible villa, incredible view and incredible staff willing to do anything to help. We had sky high expectations given the pictures and rating but it's safe to say they were met AND surpassed! It's a great place to relax but also a great place from which to explore the beautiful Ubud and the surrounding areas. A very memorable Xmas holiday indeed! Thank you so much Belinda, Made, Wayan and the team.

Belinda's place is totally amazing. The photo's don't do it justice! You won't regret staying here at all. There is a lovely large clean pool, which has an infinity edge looking over a jungle view - you can look at the wildlife while you swim. The powerpoints are all international, so that makes life so easy. There's a tele there with cable, but most of it's in Indonesian - so make use of the DVD's there instead (sorry Netflix doesn't register there, but Stan TV does - there's good WIFI in the villa). The staff there are very friendly and accomodating. All up you won't be dissapointed. Suggestions for walking distance is Ubud Wellness Spa 2 (go a 4hr spa package) & Made Bentiks Warung (have the 50k pork ribs!!). For in-house, use their cook - you won't regret it.

I must say, this is the ultimate villa in Ubud, the villa staff are amazing and professional. I thank you so much Belinda for giving us the opportunity to stay at your villa and having the time of our life. Waking up everyday in the Jungle with the most spectacular views was truly breathtaking. Surly, without a doubt we will come back.

Our 3 night stay in Ubud in Villa Saudara was excellent. The Villa has absolute modern interior und the Garden and the pool are very tidy. we enjoyed the breakfast and Wayan the driver took us to the City (10 min) and even to our next stop Pemuteran. Thanks again to Made and the Staff. I can recommend the Villa to everyone.

One word WOW! What an experience! A little slice of heaven in Ubud... Perfect honeymoon destination for anyone thinking... It's our fifth visit to Bali and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in! Belinda was an excellent host really great communication!! And very helpful! We are already talking about when we are going to visit next! The staff working here are a great touch all very friendly and helpful and the banana pancakes are amazing! :) All in all perfection... Well done Belinda!

We had the most amazing time staying in the villa. It is even more stunning than in the photos. The villa was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and the pool with jungle view was really special. Made and the rest of the villa staff were great, always contactable if we needed anything, and we had a great day trip with Komang one of the drivers. We'd go back in a heartbeat

The Villa Kolibri is somehow even better than the pictures. Made, Wayan, and the rest of the staff made our stay seamless and wonderful. This place is a little slice of airbnb heaven. We had an amazing stay at this villa which I think has to be one of the best in Ubud. It is in a great location and has the most gorgeous furnishings and decor. The pool going out into the jungle is beyond words. Belinda's communication prior to arrival was detailed and considerate of everything. The villa staff are incredible, Made in particular, with no issue too big or small. Make sure you do a cooking class in your villa with Wayan, or order takeaway - her food was the best we had in Ubud!! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay at villa Kolibri saudara and spent 5 wonderful days in this magnificent property on our honeymoon. We were met by very helpful staff and we truly enjoyed the villa and all its facilities. The villa seemed bigger than on the pictures and no picture could do justice to the actual rainforest view once you are there. One of our favourite things was sitting outside at night and listening to the crickets and frogs singing and in the morning you see many exotic birds, some bathing on the edge of the infinity pool. Every morning we were cooked a delicious breakfast by the friendly staff and they always had a smile on their face. We especially enjoyed the company of the friendly driver Komang who took us to some amazing places. A day spent with him is highly recommended. Overall a really special property in a beautiful setting between rice fields and rainforest and close enough to ubud to easily come and go by taxi (or Komang if you are lucky!). Also we were kept well informed along the way by the host Belinda who made everything very simple. Thank you so much. Victoria and Alex.

Really enjoyed our time at Villa Saudara, Belinda and Made provided us everything we requested and nothing was too much. The property looks even better than in the photographs and we were both delighted about how lovely it was. The villa is in a really quiet area with private access to this villa and the other sister villa. Our 3 night stay passed extremely quickly and we'd love to come back!

What an incredible first experience in Bali. From initial communication with Belinda, to arrival, our stay, questions while we were there and to our departure, this host and team in Bali, lead by Made, the staff and our favorite driver, Wayan, all made our Ubud adventure a superior experience. The Villa is incredible: swimming pool, bedrooms, daily breakfast, living area - all superb. Even better than the photos. Made is an excellent on site manager - answered all of our calls, questions, and needs. Great location for walking to a nearby cafe, vegetarian juice bar and restaurant and local Indonesian cuisine. Loved the restaurant recommendations for Ubud - thank you for the reservation and recommendation to celebrate at Bridges- delicious cuisine and beautiful setting. Wayan took us on some amazing tours: the water temple, GunungKawi, rice paddies, coffee plantation, Balinese healer etc. Dave and I thorougly enjoyed our day trip to Nusa Lembongan as well - thanks Made for arranging that for us. Would highly recommend this Villa!

Everything in the Villa is just perfect: the pool overlooking the forest, the architecture of the villa, the decor inside, the spacious rooms. We enjoyed every minute we spent there. Communication with Belinda has been excellent, from the preliminary information before we decided to reserve up until the end of our stay, and Made has always been very present and helpful. Stunning villa, very private and spacious with the most beautiful little garden. Perfect spot to relax away from the general hustle and bustle.

Belinda's communication and the whole team were fantastic. The villa was lovely, we wished we had stayed longer. The villa had stunning setting, fantastic furnishings, and great location. The pool was lovely after a days trip with Wayan, who was a great tour guide. He took us to places we wouldn't have found on our own, and couldn't do enough to help us have a great time. Made and his team were great to, the banana pancakes were lovely.

We had the most amazing experience in villa Saudara. Belinda was very helpful and communicative. The staff of the villa was extremely helpful and arranged everything for us (transport, breakfast etc) we really could have hoped for a better place to spend our days in Ubud. Wayan, the driver of the villa was very polite and helpful, he was undoubtedly the bets driver we had in Bali. The villa is very well equipped on every aspect, the decoration and design are sublime! Just super! best place ever

Villa Saudara was incredible, my favourite place I've ever stayed. It was lovely and spacious, the decor was lovely, the bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing. The pool, outside area and view was the best ! Made was great, he checked on us regularly but let us have our space he was very accommodating and helpful. The drivers were fab and the girls who made us breakfast were excellent, beautiful banana pancakes :) the girls did our laundry for so cheap and also stitched some ripped clothes which I'm sure ended up better stitched than originally bought. Fab location - close to centre but not right in the hustle and bustle a lovely quiet area, we hired bikes one day and cycled in to town and then we hired a moped and drove to the rice fields another day. To be honest though I didn't want to leave the villa as it was perfect. Will definitely be visiting again(hopefully next year) and will recommend this place to anyone wanting a trip to Ubud. Our stay was absolutely amazing! Belinda applied timely to every email I sent her, and both her and Made made sure that everything was perfect. The villa looks even better than the photos. Both the drivers and the cleaners were amazing - the cleaners made us a lovely breakfast every morning and both of the drivers were very knowledgeable about the Ubud area. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Soudara - a superb villa. Beautiful tranquil space whilst only a short distance from the hubbub of Ubud. Additionally there are some great local restaurants if a short walk to dinner is all you fancy. Belinda was a wonderful host, keeping in touch to make sure all was well. Made and his team at the villa did all they could to ensure we had a great stay.

This dream villa is so beautiful the pictures can't even tell. The pool has a wonderful view, where you can relax perfectly. We've rented a scooter to get around the centre where are a lot of nice restaurants are located. The driver wayan can take you to the best places, he is super nice!

Our stay at this beautiful villa was amazing. It looks even better than the pictures. Everything like Bathroom, pool, kitchen was clean and easy to use. Made was an amazing host which we could always contact. He even gave us a mobile phone with which we could call drivers or make reservations and order food. We could really relax very well. But the villa is of course a bit away from the city center of Ubud so that you should take a scooter or a Taxi to arrive there. But still it was only 5min drive and I would recommend to rent a scooter.

Such a wonderful experience from the very start, staying here was definitely the highlight of our Bali trip. Belinda was so accommodating and responsive, even before arriving she outlined all the different amenities the villa offered and how she could help make our stay more enjoyable. From that first email, we were so excited to visit this place. Once we arrived, we instantly fell in love. Belinda's villa is seriously a dream spot...we ordered dinner in almost every night because we just didn't want to leave. Made was there to help us with our every need (renting motorbikes, coordinating our boat ride after departure to the Gili islands), Wayan drove us around and told us about the culture and history of Bali, the lovely girls made us delicious breakfast in the mornings. We felt so taken care of. The infinity pool overlooking the jungle was amazing, pictures don't do it justice. The location is far enough from the city center so you have some quiet and privacy, but a quick ride away if you want to experience the hustle of Ubud. I can't recommend this place enough - from the elegant to decor, perfect location, comfortable rooms, to the amazing staff...worth every penny. We hope to come back one day. Thank you for making our trip to Bali unforgettable!

The villa is a perfect hidden wonderland in Ubud. Beautiful garden, clean pool, spacious room and good view of forest! Manager Mada is very nice, and also the driver Wayan is very helpful and trustworthy! They can meet every need you have. Only 10min drive from villa to main street to Ubud, perfect distance from the crowd. We have a great time there and definitely I'll recommend my other friends to stay there if they go to Ubud!!

The vila itself exceeded all our expectations, everything was absolutely perfect and looked much better than in the pictures. Bedrooms, bathrooms was enormous size, well equipped,brand new and well looked after, swimming pool always in the sun with fantastic view and warm water.All vila staff, included host, was very welcoming and friendly, fast respond to all queries, very good idea to have phone in vila, fast internet, fantastic pancaces and service like in restaurant. Ideal location if you like privacy, it doesn't feel that you have any neighbours, also good connections with local amenities. Strongly recommended!

We instantly fell in love with the villa upon arriving. The place is out of this world. We could spend the rest of our lives in the pool overlooking the beautiful nature. We felt like Tarzan & Jane. The villa itself is stunning. We loved every detail about it. Brenda has a good eye in choosing the perfect furniture and accessories to make it cozy. She also responded to every mail within less than an hour if possible. The staff was really nice and our sons fell in love with them. Our driver Wayan was reliable and very nice to the kids. He took us to several daytrips we really enjoyed. Also our nannies, Nyoman and Reka, Made arranged for us, did a great job as well as Made who took care of all things regarding the house. From the minute I stepped inside Villa Saudara I felt totally relaxed, just what the doctor ordered! the ambiance & tranquility was exactly what I had hoped for. Ubud & everything it has to offer is only a short drive, there are countless amounts of great restaurants. I was so in love with the Villa that I went out as little as possible, I bought food from the markets & made use of the wonderfully equipped kitchen. Misty evenings & early mornings were my favourite time to enjoy the view from the luxury of the crystal clear pool. Absolutely everything is lush about this place, the bathrooms, beds, gardens & living areas. I felt very spoilt by the wonderful staff who were most warm & welcoming & even helped me to brush up on my Indonesian. Travelling on my own it was great to know that the Villa has security staff. If only I could of stayed longer.... I'm already planning my next trip, it was worth every penny!

This is the first time I have used Airbnb and how lucky were we to find this beautiful villa!! From the moment we walked in we were just amazed at how lovely it is. The photos do not do it justice. The bedrooms & bathrooms are huge and the detail in the balinese craftsmanship everywhere (love those carved stone headboards!) Lounging in the pool overlooking the valley and experiencing the peace was just what we needed. Made is incredibly helpful in planning our scooter hire so we could explore and a driver Wayan, to take us in and out of Ubud for evening dinners. He is a gem and has so much knowledge about the area. All in all - loved it so much we will definitely be returning!

We had a totally magical experience with our stay at Villa Saudara from the moment we arrived and walked into this stunning place. Not only does it have beautiful furnishings and carefully chosen fittings, we felt an immediate sense of peace with the backdrop of the jungle to the lovely infinity pool. With all the mod cons, it also manages to retain a contemporary Balinese feel and a sense of being away from everything (although Ubud center is only 5 mins drive). I loved it our stay, thank you Belinda for making our out time there so special, your staff are wonderful and so willing to please. Will will return again as soon as we can!

The villa is really luxurious and has the most beautiful view from the pool. The bedrooms are absolutely breathtaking and huge with lovely attention to detail everywhere. Beautiful bathrooms too. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and Made was always on hand if we need him. Wayan was a great driver and a wealth of information on the area. Go to his village and see all the artisans at work - well worth it. Belinda was extremely responsive, sharing lots of useful information & tips on where to go & what to do whilst in Ubud. The villa is perfectly located only 7 mins by scooter or taxi up in a small rural village on the outskirts of Ubud - so you get the best of both worlds. All in all, we can't wait to return and are already planning our next trip!

What a beautiful villa!! I've spent a lot of time in Ubud and have never had an experience like this. Sitting in that pool makes you feel like you are floating the in the rainforest! Beds are comfortable and clean, the bathrooms are huge with plenty of hot water and the staff are always there to help. Thanks Belinda, Made and Wayan for making this trip one to remember.
