Exploring Luxury 2BR Apartment Rooftop Pool Close to Beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.
The virtual preview of Luxury 2BR Apartment Rooftop Pool Close to Beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kuta plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.
I found the tour for Luxury 2BR Apartment Rooftop Pool Close to Beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.
처음 체크인했을 때는 숙소가 깔끔하다는 인상을 받았지만, 시간이 지날수록 날파리가 점점 많아졌습니다. 특히 화장실을 이용하자마자 날파리가 갑자기 무더기로 날아다녀 당황스러웠습니다. 직원에게 벌레가 많다고 이야기하자 청소를 하러 오겠다고 했고, 실제로 화장실뿐 아니라 거실, 방, 주방까지 날파리가 퍼져 있었습니다. 직원도 현장을 보고 놀랐고, 화장실 환풍구를 열자 날파리 떼가 쏟아지며 바닥이 까맣게 보일 정도였습니다. 이후 숙소 매니저가 올라왔고, 이 방에서는 도저히 잘 수 없다고 말했지만 매니저는 빈 방이 없다며 그냥 자라고 했습니다. 대응에 실망해 환불을 요청했고, 결국 다른 리조트로 이동해 하룻밤을 보낸 뒤 다시 돌아왔습니다. 그제야 다른 방으로 이동해주었고, 해당 방에서는 쿵쿵거리는 소음이 지속됐습니다. 매니저에게 문의하자 저녁 8시 이후엔 조용하다고 했지만, 실제로는 밤 10시까지 소음이 이어졌습니다. 숙소 측의 불편에 대한 보상으로 공항 이동 서비스를 제공받긴 했지만, 휴식을 위해 찾은 숙소에서 처음부터 불쾌한 응대를 받아 기분이 상했던 건 사실입니다.
Excellent host - kept and handed over my shoes later as I forgot. Property is also good but not as great as it looks / shown on listing especially no balcony and no views from apartments. Also some construction work in the morning hours woke us up. Still a good nice and clean 2bhk apartments for budget friendly people.

这个民宿非常棒，我的快递寄到前台，前台帮我很好地保留到我来入住。房间特别特别好，干净整洁，两房两卫一客厅一厨房，还有咖啡机等设备。地理位置也不错，楼下就有家便利店，步行即可前往附近的餐厅和店铺。总的来说是非常好的一次体验👍

Great place! But had a little trouble with the grabcar arriving as the alley to the place was a little narrow. Had to always direct the driver to use the club villas alley as google maps do not always direct the driver there. However, the place was spotless and the people were friendly!
This apartment was everything you needed. Great location right in the heart of Seminyak and easy to find, the apartment itself was nice and clean, great service, just perfect.
We really enjoyed our stay here. They were available with anything we may have needed and really easy to communicate with. Their place was worth it and super close to places within walking distance!

ニュピに合わせ3泊で利用しました。 目の前にはランドリー、circleKがあります。ビンタンスーパーマーケットまでも歩いて15分かからない程度で便利な場所にあります。 道は細いのでGrabの到着は若干遅いですが、その分、周辺は静かで室内でも、ゆっくり過ごせます。 シャワーは日本人には嬉しい熱さのお湯がでます笑 清掃が隅々まで行き届いていた事もあってバリ島で虫や蚊に刺されないで過ごせた事に驚きました。 何より、スタッフの方やセキュリティーの方がとても親切で、彼等のおかげで最高の滞在となりました。 また次回も利用させて頂きたいと思います。
Very cozy apartment, very close with tourist area, but the surrounding is very calm. We bring baby and toddler, they both really love the place🥰

Adorei a hospedagem. A equipe é muito atenciosa e sempre está disponível para qualquer ajuda. Todos super educados e cordeais. A localização é ótima. Na frente tem um mercado, uma casa de câmbio e uma lavanderia. Fica a poucos metros de uma rua movimentada de seminyak onde se encontra várias lojas e restaurantes. Ficaria novamente com todo prazer.
Avanya Luxury Apartment truly lives up to its name. The apartment is spacious, elegant, and extremely well-maintained, with a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. Every detail—from the interiors to the amenities—feels thoughtfully designed. The place was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the overall vibe was calm and premium. It’s ideal for both short and long stays, whether you’re traveling for leisure or work. The location is convenient, yet peaceful, making it easy to relax after a long day. A special mention to the management/host for being very responsive, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any queries were handled promptly. What truly made the experience unforgettable was how they made our honeymoon extra special. The thoughtful touches and arrangements added a beautiful personal feel, and the floating breakfast was not only a lovely experience but also delicious.

I had a great stay at this villa! The building looks just like a private villa, complete with a beautiful rooftop area. Safety was never a concern, the security team was always present and even greeted us every time we came downstairs, which felt really welcoming and reassuring. The room itself was lovely, very well-decorated, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a pleasant and safe stay, and I’d happily come back again!! Thanks to all the staff!

I stayed for 10 days with my friend and we had the absolute best time! Our favourite feature was coming back after a long day and our beds were made, dishes were cleaned and everything was spotless. The hosts were extremely friendly - just lovely people! Not once did we feel uncomfortable or unhappy. 10/10 stay - highly recommend!

Place was well maintained and clean. Seems brand new. Location was strategic - there’s nearby Circle K, cafes, warung, not too far off the main road. Price was cheap considering the location. Communication was efficient, check in was smooth. Downside: drainage in common toilet smelled a bit and the beds were Queen size rather than King. Nonetheless would still return if we were to go Seminyak again.

Gorgeous place and good stay. You can hear a lot of noise from the street and the roof, but I brought headphones so it wasn't a huge deal.
Had a great stay here! The apartments are just as described and the location is perfect. It is a short walk to the beach and there are lots of good bars and restaurants in the area. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Our room was spotless and looked brand new. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We’d highly recommend this place, especially since it’s only a short 5–10 minute walk to the shops.

I had a wonderful stay at Avanya Luxury Apartment. The check-in process was extremely smooth with clear instructions, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was spotless, and had all the listed amenities. The location was excellent—walkable and close to great restaurants and things to do. There was a bit of traffic noise since it’s right by the road, but it was manageable and didn’t affect my overall experience. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again.

We spent a week here. The apartment is lovely, has everything you need. Great roof top pool area to relax in. Well equipped gym area. Nice selection of restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the complex are all really nice, polite and helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location couldn’t be better- steps away from fantastic restaurants and shops. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and our room was incredibly comfortable (perfect after a long day of exploring). Highly recommend this gem!
We loved our stay, the staff were amazing and the apartment was cleaned beautifully every day! Our driver Puta was lovely, so welcoming and professional. Staff were very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was super modern and an amazing location. Our family of 4 could not fault it. We will be back!
We had a great stay here! Great location, can walk to a lot of places. The staff were lovely and very friendly. We had an issue with the toilets which was not our fault or theirs but the communication was great and helped with the problem straight away. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a such a pleasant stay from start to finish. All the staff were warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile whenever we passed by. The front office team (didn’t manage to catch who they were with names given in our texts) were proactive and responsive — check-in was fast and smooth. Security staff like Tommy and others made us feel safe throughout our stay. Daily housekeeping kept the place spotless, with fresh towels and clean, neatly made beds every day. The entire space felt clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. In front of our property, there is Tisya Spa, Laundry, Circle K Mart and Money exchange which is very convenient for tourists. I believe the property is still quite new, so it may not yet appear as “Avanya” on the map, but Grab drivers/riders had no issue finding the place. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and would happily return.

من افضل الشقق الموجودة في سيمينياك، نظيفة ومرتبة واصحابها متفهمين والطاقم الموجود خدوم جدا. قريب منها بقالة ومغسلة واغلب المطاعم انصح فيها وبشدة.
easily one of the best air bnbs we've ever stayed at. everything was clean and modern with plenty of space for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). we loved the rooftop pool and spent everyday there. staff were super friendly, always greeted us and were super helpful. location was within walking distances of shops, supermarket and restaurants. a spa and k circle were across the road which was super handy and there's a great little cafe called how i met coffee a few hundred metres away that became our daily favourite. thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and stress free!

I had zero expectations because my booking was last minute kinda emergency but im impressed how clean the apartments are. They had all the facilities listed. Location is perfect close to a lot of things. Especially the staff was super friendly. It felt like it just opened recently.

My stay was really enjoyable. The apartment was really amazing, exactly as described, the gym and rooftop was of great standard and quality. The host was really helpful and so knowledgeable about all the local recommendations. Always full of joy and smiles every morning. The neighbourhood is so buzzing but doesn’t feel too busy and chaotic, just perfectly in proximity to the bustle without feeling overwhelming. I’ll definitely recommend and will stay there again when I’m back in Seminyak.

Avanya is a new, small block of 8 apts. in Seminyak, with close proximity to everything on offer. Staff has been so friendly & helpful. Comfy bed is a joy, shower is great, pool on the rooftop is a cool spot to take a break. I would suggest some directions on how to set up & use things in the apt. eg setting up safe for first time,, operation of induction stovetop etc. would be a helpful addition for guests. Thank you to Irma & all staff for helping me to celebrate my birthday - it was a lovely surprise & one I will remember!
