Exploring Luxury beachfront Villa Lux Tibubiu, Pasut beach left me utterly unimpressed. This presentation felt like a flashy waste of time: all clicking and spinning, with none of the straightforward clarity I wanted. Zero stars for this browsing experience.

The virtual preview of Luxury beachfront Villa Lux Tibubiu, Pasut beach was maddening. I wanted a simple overview for my Kerambitan plans, but the whole experience felt overcomplicated and exhausting. I would rather close the tab than wrestle with another scene.

I found the tour for Luxury beachfront Villa Lux Tibubiu, Pasut beach painfully tedious. The presentation tries far too hard to impress, and for me it falls completely flat. More spectacle than useful browsing; absolutely not my idea of a helpful preview.

The view was great and it was exceptionally clean. The staff were all very welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate any needs. Will come back when I have the chance!

Better than the pictures! If you want relaxation and calm this is your place! Lily was amazing as ‘host’ and cooked delicious food! A wellness centre has just been built down the road to which is a nice touch to a peaceful, out of the hustle and bustle stay!

Absolutely enjoyed every second we spent at Lux Tibubiu! The villa and the views are a dream. We are happy with everything and are grateful we could stay there. Lilik and team are making you feel at home straight away and are always there if any help is needed. We ordered some food to be prepared on arrival - and it was amazing! We felt like we were celebrities 👑. We also had in-house massages and rarely left property during our 4-night stay. The villa simply has everything one needs.

Our family of 4 had 14 fantastic days in the house which looks even better in reality than the pictures. Everything is perfect and the location is good. We enjoyed all the services of the house - Lilik made great food, Wahu picked us up and was our guide for several day, in-house massages and yoga - in general the service was way above expectations and the best we have tried. We hope one day to return to this paradise and can only recommend the house.

Our family had a great stay. The staff did an excellent job. It is a unique experience to stay in a villa directly on the beach in Bali.

A great stay on a quieter, unspoiled stretch of Bali's coastline. The beach is right there, clean, flat black sand, rarely crowded, with an unobstructed ocean horizon. Watching the sunset from the pool with almost no one around is quietly memorable. Good restaurants next door are a handy bonus. The villa is well designed, immaculately clean and very comfortable with great beds, fantastic bathrooms, and a two-floor layout that gives each couple the right amount of privacy. Pool and gardens are lovely and well maintained. Staff are the real highlight. Excellent housekeeping, cooked great breakfasts every morning and one very good dinner, arranged in-villa massages at very reasonable rates, and fixed a minor AC issue immediately without any fuss. We travelled as a group of six including elderly guests and it worked beautifully for everyone. A definite return visit.

Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön, top gepflegt und genau wie beschrieben – eine perfekte Oase zum Entspannen. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war für uns jedoch die unglaublich liebevolle Betreuung, allen voran durch Lilik. Ihre Kochkünste sind einfach fantastisch! Sie hat uns mit so vielen köstlichen Gerichten verwöhnt, dass wir am liebsten gar nicht mehr abgereist wären. Das gesamte Team vor Ort hat unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen empfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!

LuX villa is an amazing place to relax, far away from the crowded areas of Bali, with a wonderful view of the ocean and steps away from the black beach. During our stay it was recommended not to swim in the sea due to strong currents but the big pool was an excellent alternative. The accommodation was perfect for the six of us (4 adults and 2 kids) and the staff was always available to help for any kind of need we had. The host Thierry has also been very responsive and kind to let us stay longer the last day to enjoy the amazing dinner prepared by the maid Lilik and the lust sunset before catching a late flight in the night. Definitely a place a will recommend everyone to visit.

Exceptionnel ! Certainement la villa la plus incroyable dans laquelle nous avons séjourné. Une vue mer à couper le souffle, la piscine pour petits et grands, l'accès direct à la plage, le son des vagues...Sans oublier le personnel aux petits soins et d'une grande gentillesse. En famille ou entre amis, nous ne pouvons que recommander.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir vom sehr aufmerksamen Serviceteam und der warmen, familiären Atmosphäre vor Ort. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, idyllisch und perfekt zum Abschalten. Der Strand direkt vor der Villa hat ein besonderes Flair. Fast jeden Abend sieht man dort Paare Hochzeitsfotos machen. Man kann dort lange Spaziergänge unternehmen, weit weg vom Trubel der größeren Orte. Gleichzeitig ist man in gut einer halben Stunde in der Stadt, falls man etwas braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns der gepflegte Garten, der große Pool und der direkte Zugang zum Strand. Auch das nebenan gelegene Restaurant ist zu empfehlen. In der Villa selbst war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Das vorhandene Kinderspielzeug war ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Ort für einen entspannten und besonderen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Very private villa with beautiful ocean views and sunsets. 4 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a great pool and large cabana - all mean you don’t need to leave. A large well stocked kitchen and helpful staff who can cook for you - a small fee and the cost of the groceries - mean this is ideal for families (or anyone!) who wants to get away from it all. Canggu is 45 minutes away, maybe more, if you want that. Tanah Lot closer. The staff and hosts are great and look after you - lots of good info & explaining of customs where requested. I’d definitely recommend Villa Lux.

The view from the villa was breathtaking. We loved having access to the beach, and the area was very quiet and peaceful. The property was amazing and definitely worth the money.

Magnifique villa avec un jardin luxuriant et un accès direct à la mer. La décoration et le mobilier sont de grande qualité, et l’endroit est paisible et extrêmement reposant. Le staff est exceptionnel, très attentif et à l’écoute. Mention spéciale pour le magnifique gâteau d’anniversaire, une attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés. Our family had an amazing stay at the Villa. The villa is well laid out with lots of space and areas to hang out altogether and also to rest and relax and read a book. The villa staff are amazing and helpful with anything you might need. The food was delicious and we mostly ate at the villa. The in-house massages were amazing! The villa is private and is more remote, however the driver Made will take you wherever you need to go!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The property itself is beautiful and the villa provides a high level of comfort. The staff fulfilled every wish that one might have and made us feel comfortable and at home at all times. We had an amazing stay at Villa Lux. The views were stunning (better in-person than the photos!), breakfasts each morning were a treat, and the banquet dinner with lobster was unforgettable. The staff: Lilik and Very were warm, attentive, and made everything effortless. Made Wahu had amazing transportation anywhere we wanted to go, and his wife was the BEST masseuse. We felt truly looked after and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!

Staying at LuX is heaven. The villa is amazing! Everything is exceptional: location: directly at the beach (one can not swim as the waves are to big, but perfect for strolls at the beach and you sleep with the sound of the ocean). Villa: stylish and comfortable at the same time. And the biggest plus: Lili, Yesi, Made and their team who take care of you: making delicious breakfast and dinner, cleaning, driving you around, gardening etc. We felt like kings and queens 😊. You simply cannot go wrong when booking your stay at Lux Villa. Soo many highlights.. from the villa’s location & ammenities to its views and staff, we have loved our family getaway here. All the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable. From the moment of arrival through to time of checkout we felt well taken care of. Due to some unfortunate circumstances we missed out on Lilik’s cooking to begin the stay however Thierry made sure to find us another cook for the remainder of our stay which we were very thankful for as having great food in-villa was something we were looking forward to.. and we weren’t disappointed with the final outcome, as the food was great!! This villa is a great place to escape the craziness of the more “tourist heavy” locations of Bali and a place we thoroughly enjoyed being based at for our stay. We look forward to returning again very soon!

Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub in der Villa Lux. Das Haus ist wunderschön und liegt mit fantastischem Meerblick direkt am Strand. Das Meer ist allerdings nicht zum Schwimmen oder Baden geeignet, die Wellen sind zu groß und zu kräftig. Aber sehr schön zum Anschauen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Insbesondere nachts ist es dort sehr ruhig und wir haben alle wunderbar schlafen können. Tagsüber hatten wir ab und zu Baustellenlärm von der benachbarten Baustelle, die jetzt aber wohl beendet ist. Gestört hat es uns aber nicht wirklich. Lillik und Made sind einfach super nett und haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr versüßt. Man muss wissen, dass das Haus recht abgelegen liegt und man die gängigen Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto aufgrund des Verkehrs in Bali nicht mal eben schnell erreichen kann. Man sitzt dann schon recht lang im Auto, das war etwas schade. Alles in allem war es ein super Urlaub.

Easily the BEST Airbnb I’ve ever have the pleasure of staying ever since I start using Airbnb 10 years back! Only 1 word to discribe the past 3 nights I stayed in the villa with my family, AMAZING! Really appreciate the care that Lilik and the house keeper have shown to my family and I for the past 3 night! Booked it fast and experience yourself but heads up they are full every day till mid August! Also a shoutout to Thierry the owner, for all the helpful informations and recommendations! And also our side tracked conversation abt bikes, drones and traveling etc! I believe I’ve made myself a new friend. Anyway yy family already mentioned we MUST be back next year! Villa Lux is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The villa has everything you need for a great stay. The staff were brilliant and ensured we were well taken care of. All Lilli’s meals were delicious - we particularly enjoyed the pancakes at breakfast and the beef rendang and banana fritters for dinner. Highly recommended.

The scenery here is absolutely stunning—every view feels like a postcard come to life! The room facilities are flawless, with everything well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort. The service was exceptional too. Lily’s breakfast and dinner were delicious, each dish made with so much care that they quickly became the highlights of our days. Veri did an amazing job with housekeeping; the room was always spotlessly clean, making us feel right at home. All in all, it was a perfect stay. This villa is incredible in every way. In Pasut beach away from the busy parts of Bali - it's a real oasis. It has a beautiful pool and garden leading directly onto the beach. The property itself is immaculate with an artistic attention to detail is its design and finishings. The staff who cooked and cleaned and our driver were all incredibly helpful and accommodating. We cannot recommend the villa and it's experience enough.

The attentive airport pick-up service by our driver Made made us feel welcomed. The living experience was truly delightful, featuring a private pool right by the beach that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The culinary offerings that showcased local flavors by Lilik and her husband were superb. The spa services were also fantastic and budget friendly! And the water dispenser with hot and cold water was really thoughtful! (given the drinking water concern in Bali🤣) The villa itself is beautifully furnished, creating a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed soothing pillow talks, and there’s nothing quite like waking up to the gentle sounds of the waves. I highly recommend this villa for families and large group of friends visiting Bali. Its location is also a highlight, as it’s within walking distance to an ATV experience center, a must-try for adventure seekers!

Absolutely Exceptional – Pure Luxury and Warm Hospitality Lilik and her team were absolutely amazing. The villa exceeded all expectations — even more beautiful than the photos. Both the villa and garden were spotless and meticulously maintained, with daily cleaning that made everything feel fresh and luxurious. This is a wonderfully child-friendly accommodation, complete with charming wooden toys that our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. The location is ideal, with a lovely restaurant within walking distance and convenient takeaway options that deliver. However, we highly recommend having Lilik and Vari prepare meals — the food was outstanding, especially the breakfasts and evening dinners. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — everything about our stay spoke of comfort and care. A heartfelt thank you to our host, Thierry, who was incredibly attentive. This is absolute luxury as the name suggests and I highly recommend if you are searching for the best luxury villa in bali. The staff make it very special, organising activities and cooking and cleaning for us was a treat! The villa itself and view is even better than the photos, it takes your breath away. It is kid friendly with a small shallow pool and some toys and High chair, and they even installed a pool safety gate which helped us all relax. Very comfortable for 6 adults and 3 children, stayed for 6 nights and it was the best. Thank you!

This was an absolutely amazing destination for our Bali vacation. The design and layout of the villa and the entire grounds are nothing short of visually stunning. Postcard sunset silhouetted by the palm trees, the sound of ocean waves, a very beautiful pool complimented the spacious Villa. Our host, Thierry and Caroline, were incredibly responsive and gave great recommendations for local restaurants and surf spots. The staff is absolutely amazing! Lilik show our ladies how to cook Indonesian food, and Made is the kindest, most professional driver and tour guide we’ve yet had. Our entire group called this, without a doubt, the finest vacation we’ve ever had. If we could give it more than five stars, we most certainly would! Truly, a magical paradise that words can’t describe.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. There is construction right next door which was really unfortunately but the owner was very attentive and sympathetic. It's tricky because they will work on the villa next door for a week and then stop - so the owners never know if noise will be an issue - I'd recommend if you're sensitive to noise you asked what the current situation is before booking. The villa is beautiful and the food was wonderful Lilik is the chef and she's amazing. The villa itself looks exactly as the photos and the beach is right there which is so nice. The black sand is lovely. Truly the only downfall was the construction.

It was a beautiful villa, very relaxing and great breakfast and meals by Lilly. We really enjoyed Balu, the beach was amazing outside the villa. It is a bit far more many sights, so it took some to drive there.

We had an absolutely excellent time during our stay at Villa Lux. From the moment we were up in the morning we were greeted with smiles from Lilik, Veri, and Nyoman. Everyone was attentive to our needs and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Made was more than an excellent driver. He had wonderful suggestions of places to visit and shared so much about history, culture and life in Bali. Sandi, our assistant driver, was lovely as well. The villa and grounds were well maintained and we felt safe with André on security patrol. Lilik prepared such amazing dishes, and we will surely miss her cooking!! She was attentive to our dietary preferences and went out of her way to fulfill requests of Balinese desserts we wished to try. We also had the best massages ever with Dian. Thank you so much to the staff of Villa Lux and to our most gracious host, Thierry, who was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. Overall, the Best AirBnB Stay EVER! Staying at Lux was the best part of our trip. Lilik, Perrie, Made and everyone who works at Lux are so friendly and helpful. Lilik gave the whole family a cooking course, we just had super fun with her. She even took us to the market to buy the ingredients. Made, the driver, had such a great sense of humor, and nothing we asked was too much. The pool with that beautiful view was our daily retreat. My daughter and I had a yoga class on the upstairs balcony. We had massages almost daily. I just can not rave enough about our wonderful stay at villa Lux. Please remember that the villa is situated in a small village and you need to drive to most destination, which off course Made has no problem taking you to. We took the scooters and drove around with them for the fun of it. Most days we had supper at the villa, which was very convenient, but also absolutely delicious food made by Lilik. Make sure to buy some wine at Pepito's on your way to the villa. My new fav grocery store.

It was a wonderful stay! We had 10 of us (plus 2 dogs!) stay at this beautiful villa. As soon as you walk through the front door, there’s a breathtaking view of perfectly maintained lawn, pool and beach. The place was clean, well equipped and had a great layout. Best of all, it’s right on the beach! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was great too. At one point I needed to buy meat to cook for our dogs and the staff helped me buy meat at the supermarket. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Travelling to attend a wedding we needed to stay in a area close by , finding Lux here in the region and am I glad we choose this villa needing to accomodate some very specific dietary needs of one guest , we needed access to a full kitchen, with the option of having a chef so everyone had the holiday feels The accommodations , pool facilities , staff , drivers all excellent We felt like we were at our own piece of Bali paradise every minute always looked after and nothing was a problem The area is quiet and out of the city which we prefer and enjoyed the local village lifestyle the area offered Close by to many beautiful Bali sights that Made will happily take you too and explain all aspects of Bali culture and history That’s of course after you’ve had your beautiful breakfast made by Lilik and hopefully you’ve made a lunch or dinner request too for the full relaxed experience We absolutely loved everything about our stay at villa Lux and hope we can return very soon

The house was gorgeous, the location was peaceful and private, but most importantly, the staff was what tied everything together. We started off our vacation by getting picked up at the airport by Lux’s personal driver, Made. He’s a great conversationalist, navigator, and gave wonderful recommendations for food and excursions. He was always punctual, patient, and friendly. Once we arrived to the villa, the house and beach looked even better than in the photos. The house was spotless, the backyard was lush, the pool was pristine, and the black sand beach was just steps away. We were welcomed in and greeted with freshly made drinks by our personal chef and house keepers, Lilik and her husband. Lilik is a ray of sunshine and we loved getting to know her. She cooked us a delicious breakfast every single morning, taught a cooking class right there in our private kitchen, and offered home cooked lunch and dinners every day/night. We highly recommend her curry chicken + fried chicken.

This villa will exceed all your expectations of a beautiful stay in bali! Upon arrival you are greeted with drinks by the amazing and friendly staff. They all want you to enjoy your time in the villa and make in evident. We felt at home and cared for. The grounds are breathtaking and views are amazing. The beach is a great walk with super soft sand, however the riptides are strong and you must be very cautious swimming in the ocean here. Overall, this place is worth the price and more and was a very relaxing place to enjoy vacation.

We verbleven er met 6 volwassenen en 3 kleine kindjes. Staff was uitermate vriendelijk, behulpzaam. Kinderen konden in het gras spelen, we hadden hekwerk voor veiligheid voor het zwembad. Heerlijk eten, zeer schoon. Zeer goede chauffeur. Alleen maar lof.

Nous avons passé quasiment 3 semaines dans cette magnifique villa Lilik et Veri participent activement à la qualité du séjour. Ils ont été toujours réactifs présents prévenants. Ils se sont occupés de tout pour nos différents déplacements et on en profite pour remercier aussi Sandhi et Made qui ont été adorables. La villa est encore plus belle en vrai qu’en photos et que dire du coucher de soleil ❤️ La villa est nettoyée tous les jours et elle parfaitement située pour bouger partout sur l’île. J’allais oublié de parler des repas 😉 Ceux de Lilik une merveille et spéciales dédicaces pour les pancakes à la banane. Vous avez aussi à 2 min de la maison un restaurant avec une carte qui permet de varier même avec un plus long séjour. Nous étions 7 et nous vous conseillons tous cette villa qui a fait de ce voyage le plus beau de notre vie !

Staying at LuX was great! We stayed with our family, including a two-year old. The staff was great in helping accomodating for everything. Especially Lilik, who was very kind and also a great cook! The house is beautiful and the garden and beach acces is absolutely fantastic. The house is located in a very quiet area. So great if you are looking for some peace and quiet on Bali. Absolutely 5 stars.

We had the best time at Luc Tibubiu! The vila is much more than what we were expecting, so even more beautiful than in the photos! The staff was very friendly and responsive, they helped us to organise car and massage services, cooked delicious breakfast and lunch, kept the house spotless and helped out with everything we needed for our wedding. Thank you so much, we are definitely coming back in the next opportunity!

Just stayed 2 nights at Lux with my family for my birthday and it was absolutely stunning. The experience itself is even more beautiful than the photos... and the home is so perfect for families, really fully set up for home cooked meals, playing, lounging, reading. Super comfortable beds. The beach is also great for kids since it's a beach break and not rocky / sharp... it was refreshing to play in the waves at low tide. Sunsets are also gorgeous. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Wow. When you first walk into the Lux Villa you will be in awe. It’s breathtaking and even more architecturally beautiful than the pictures. The breakfast each morning was very good but we also ordered the dinner to be made in house and it was even better. The absolute best was the yard with an amazing pool with floaties and the sound of the ocean. There were a few issues that some may not like: 1st-there were a LOT of critters on this property and in the house. Tons of bugs on the property and just as many geckos and lizards inside the house. Yes, they eat the bugs but one lizard living in the rafters would crawl down the walls in the evenings was over 45 cm long! 2nd-there is construction next door which is not a problem because it is not noisy BUT the workers burn their trash on a daily basis and one of the nights the smoke was so strong it gave us all a headache (must have been burning plastic). Last, the location is out there with not much around. Good for some but very long drive

La villa est une merveille, elle est magnifique, au bord de la mer, avec un jardin magnifique ! Le personnel à votre soin, peut vous faire à manger avec leur chef privé très talentueux, ils vous organiseront également l’activité de votre choix, vous n’aurez qu’à leur demander ! C’est le plus belle endroit que j’ai pu voir de Bali, et mon plus grand regret et de n’y avoir fait qu’une nuit, mais si j’ai la chance de revenir sur Bali, je reviendrai plus longtemps dans cette villa d’exception ! Merci encore !!

Exceeded all expectations! An awesome villa and a great host and staff. The villa is way better than the photos. The bathrooms are amazing, the bedrooms and beds are great and the pool is amazing. Easy and direct access to the beach which has the most amazing sunsets. The staff were very responsive and made us a great breakfast every morning, there is also a restaurant next door which is great. Worth every penny, if you are on the fence I would 100% recommend you book it!

Amazing stay! One of the most luxurious AirBnbs I’ve stayed at. The house staff and host were all super friendly, responsive and helpful. Every room has their own ensuite bathroom with an additional powder room downstairs. Perfect for groups or couples travelling together. The downstairs bathrooms were outdoor and so gorgeously decorated and maintained. I asked Thierry, the host, if he could arrange a floating breakfast one of the days and even though it hasn’t been available before, he made it happen within 48 hours. The location is a bit further out from Canggu and Ubud but Made, the driver, was super accommodating towards wherever we wanted to go. We even had a backup driver, Sandhi, for when our group wanted to split up and do different activities. There’s some construction going on in the villa next door but it wasn’t too bothersome for us. 10/10 vacation, come stay here if you’re looking for relaxation x luxury!

The staff was amazing. Lilik is the chef and she’s very flexible and accommodating with her menu (“we want this dish, but can you add chicken?” type thing). Everyone was very very friendly. Security was always around — at one point half of our group got back to the villa before the half that had the house key, and the security guard was able to let them in no problem. The villa is very private and not local to many shops/restaurants/grocery, but it makes the location so much sweeter. It’s easy to lose track of time while staying at LuX. I would come back to Bali just for this villa. I came for my birthday and truly had the best time. Thank y’all so much!

I rarely give a 5 Star review but this villa really deserves the recognition. The experience was like staying at your own private hotel. The brilliant staff made us some wonderful meals and were always so friendly and helpful. The airport pick up and driver were also excellent. The pool and garden are great and we loved playing in the ocean. A truly wonderful experience.

When we arrived Lilik and Fery had the house doors opened up, pool and house lit up and dinner was being put onto the table. It was absolutely amazing and made us feel right at home!! Every morning they were there making us an awesome breakfast that got us ready for the day. After that Made would pick us up and take us anywhere we wanted for as long as we wanted. Lilik, Fery and Made were super attentive and helped us at every turn with whatever we needed. The black sand beach was only a few steps from the pool and was gorgeous!!!! Thank you for letting us stay in paradise. I know it has been said many times before in the reviews but the pictures do not do this place justice. Absolutely beautiful and relaxing!!!😎 🙏🙏

It was our third place in our trip and the best one - sounds of ocean, professional stuff, incredible view. Very peaceful and beautiful place. Keep in mind that there is construction work is happening right now next door. Villa LuX was a beautiful, well kept villa on the beach. The property is well kept and the staff is super helpful. Communication with Thierry for airport transfer and recommendations was quick and easy. The food and amenities were amazing! We definitely loved Lilik’s food. Made Wahyu, the driver, was very flexible and accommodating. The location is beautiful. Away from all the noise of the tourists, right on a beach. We had a wonderful stay and hope we can return.

Beautiful beach house with sea facing view . The house had all the amenities and was truly luxurious to have a great vacation . We loved the details which went in to decorate the house . It was really pretty. Open bathrooms were fantastic . Checkin and welcome was nice . Staff : Lilik and her husband were very accommodative of our requests and polite and kind . The place is little away from the centre of the city but we enjoyed the peace and resort beauty . Our host Theirry was super responsive and gave us a good recommendations of places to explore , helped us arrange for driver , pickup and drop from Airport . We couldn’t have asked for anything more , it was just world class stay .

Lillie, Veri and Made ( the villa staff and driver ) were sensational! Delicious food, spotless house cleaning and wonderful driving - we genuinely enjoyed their company and felt truly at home. The Villa is huge , right on the ocean and very welcoming. The home cooked meals were delicious and so beautifully presented. There is a resort and restaurant only a few minutes walk away - so great to go there and mix up the pools and menu for a change. Thierry the owner/ host was extremely responsive and efficient- very organised and helpful. If you surf , the beach break out the front is ok - and Balian river- mouth is about 45 minutes drive with a left and right breaking wave. Just be aware that the drive to Kuta / Legian is around 90 minutes each way at least. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and absolutely loved Villa Lux.

Lilik, Veri and Made were absolutely amazing, whatever we needed they were there. Made was an amazing driver and knew the best spots to go for nightlife, shopping he definitely knew his history and he is an amazing tour guide. Lilik and Veri made my birthday so special on the beach and the Balinese entertainment was amazing. They also gave me a beautiful flower arrangement and the owner sent me a beautiful cake. We had daily massages by Dian, and she was amazing if you love massages book her. She should definitely become a part of Lux. I truly wish I could have brought them back to the states with me. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation definitely book with Lux. Oh, let me not forget the security who was on site 24 hours which made us feel safe and the Gardner made sure the property was immaculate.

This Villa far exceeded my expectation. The photos did not do it any justice. It is remarkably beautiful, serene and breathtaking. Every time we went out of the villa and returned to the property, it took our breath away. There are spectacular views everywhere you look. The pool, beach, veranda all left me and my guest in awe. This is, by far, the best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in. This is a 10* Villa. I celebrated my birthday here and the staff and host treated me like a queen. In fact, by the time you leave, the staff will feel like family. They are the best! Do not hesitate like I did and almost miss out on this gem. Lux Villa was superb! The location is beachfront and the views are stunning! The villa is packed with all the amenities and an incredible staff that is top notch! All the positive reviews are absolutely correct in every respect - the villa is gorgeous. The photos just don’t do it justice - it was magical! We arrived very late and travel weary to be greeted by the most wonderful staff who had stayed up late to ensure we could eat. We woke to breathtaking views and breakfast. The temptation to just stay and enjoy the views, the peace and the vibe was compelling but with Made, the driver, to hand we also managed to see temples, the countryside, the culture as well as some surfing. Lillic cooked for us in the evening twice and her food was delicious. Our hosts Thierry and Caroline were in constant contact with us making sure we were OK and happy - all our dumb “first timer” questions were immediately answered and made us feel that we were truly at home in a far away, and oh so beautiful, place. We will definitely return.

A great getaway to be steps from the ocean, with the crashing waves in the distance, to read relax and swim in the beautiful pool. Bary was extremely kind and made delicious breakfasts each morning , was ready and waiting to help and be of service. Made & The owner Thierry were very caring and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed & more!! Each bedroom en suite was spacious, the simplicity elegance and cool balinese vibe infused amidst a beautiful landscape sanctuary. Great value, next time we’ll leave the property to check out more of the surroundings. Also loved the nightwatch just for peace of mind! Would definitely come again!! thankyou Lux team!!

Amazing place - right on the water. Ocean sounds throughout the villa. Owners made a real effort to ensure it was a great experience. Lilik and team at the villa very welcoming and accommodating! Cooked some lovely vegan meals. Best thing was the privacy, large space, ocean view and lovely pool. Great for a space to get away and relax.

This place was OMG beautiful, we had a wonderful time, very quiet and relaxing! This place is away from everything so that’s what makes it very relaxing place, we stayed at the house the whole time, enjoying every minute with the family. Staff was above and beyond, they treat us like kings, we didn’t have to do anything at all. Lilik cooked for us the 3 meals and everything was delicious! She also went to the super market for us, she was fantastic! Owners were very kind asking if we were having fun, or if we need something else. We have such a wonderful time! It worth every penny!

Incroyable, rien a dire

We adored our stay at this beautiful beach home. The house is just as pictured, in a quiet, peaceful, and less-touristed corner of Bali. Right on the beach, so perfect for long walks. Host Thierry is very responsive to questions and helped to arrange transportation to/from the house. Lilik and the house staff are wonderful, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I strongly recommend asking Lilik to arrange for massages--the masseuse is fantastic. ATV rides around the surrounding rice fields and on the beach are also highly recommended. I never wanted to leave and sincerely hope to come back someday soon!

From to A to Z, our experience was amazing and above our expectations. The location, the house, the service, the staff, the food.. we enjoyed every single minutes of our stay at the Villa. I fell in love with this villa, I miss it already! It’s such a special place so if you want the short verdict: it’s awesome - go and book it! Communications with owners were excellent throughout - smooth, helpful and very pleasant. About an hour’s drive from our home near busy Seminyak, we arrive to this beautiful, peaceful, private beachfront house. We were warmly greeted by staff who gave us the kind of welcome you’d get from any 5star resort. Staff were so lovely. Lilik cooked a lot for us and we couldn’t stop eating her Satay Lilit Ayam. The property is stunning, even better than the pics. The garden and pool area are expansive and gorgeous with chairs to enjoy the dramatic sunsets and a gate that lets you step directly onto the black sands of Pasut Beach. We were so glad that this villa is pet friendly. Our two furbabies had the time of their lives. We also took spectacular photos of the star-filled night skies during Nyepi. It was hard to leave but I’m sure we’ll be back :)

Beautiful location to stay and experience Bali off the beaten path! The staff at Villa Lux will help arrange anything you need- from delicious meals at the villa, to relaxing spa treatments on the open-air terrace, to scooter rentals and more. The grounds are incredibly well kept and there is overnight security (though the area is very safe anyway). Morning walks on the beach and sunset drinks on the lawn are not to be missed! If you want to unplug and experience the real culture of Bali outside of the tourist zones this is the place to do it. We highly recommend visiting Kerambitan and staying in this lush villa.

Villa Lux was phenomenal, a 1000x more than what I was expecting. When I booked it, I thought I was just booking a beautiful place on the beach--which it is. It is more breathtaking in person than the pictures convey! And the house comes with staff. Definitely LUXurious! This is a private home with a private pool and direct access to the beach from the backyard. I didn't plan this but we arrived in the evening after dark, which was great because it was an amazing introduction to Villa Lux to see it all masterfully lit up. We were welcomed by all the staff and given delicious sugarcane water upon our arrival. They introduced themselves, gave us a tour of the home, and a rundown of things we needed to know. There is evening security from 10 PM to 6 AM each night but they stay in the staff building in the front of the (long) driveway and you won't see them unless you're out and about at that time. There are two staff you'll see around the house from approximately 8 AM to 4 PM daily (but they spend their downtime in the front staff building--making it clear that you can call for them anytime). The amazing in-house team consisted of Lilik and Veri. Veri does housekeeping and maintenance--your rooms are refreshed every morning . Lilik went by Lili to us. She takes care of any of your questions and needs during your stay including but not limited to setting up appointments for in-house massages/mani-pedis/facials, laundry (outsourced and 1-day turn around), recommendations, and more. She is also the cook if you choose to have meals at home--which I highly recommend. There is a gardener on site most mornings to take care of all the plants and clean up the outside. We also had Made, who was our driver to and from the airport, and the one excursion that we took out of the house (There isn't really a reason to leave the house--because it's amazing but definitely maybe a disservice to Bali because we never went anywhere or saw anything other than the house and the beach!). Everything at Villa was very kind, friendly, and welcoming. Food: Villa Lux is in the country so there are not too many options around but you really don't need it. Take advantage of the Villa's food offerings. Once you've tasted Lili's cooking, you'll be wanting more. It's delicious and more than enough! You do have to pay for the groceries and her time but everything there was so cheap compared to home. There is a restaurant at the hotel two doors down called Lilly-by-the-Sea (no relation to Villa's Lili!) at the Amarta Hotel--That is great for cocktails and meals to give Lili a night off here and there (she adjusts her 8-4 schedule when you order dinner from her). We unfortunately didn't stay long enough to try everything but everything we had was amazing. I highly recommend the Lilit Ayam (mince chicken on lemongrass stick) and the Crab & Sweet Corn Soup (which she actually made with chicken since they were out of crab but was amazing nonetheless). We rarely ordered lunch though because there was always plentiful food at dinners, that there were always leftovers for lunch the next day. A suggestion for your first day or two after arrival: you can pre-order your meals for the first day or two before your arrival to make sure that you are set while you settle down--but if you forget, again, there is the restaurant 2 doors down. Carry cash. The house staff only takes cash, no credit cards. And you have to pay for everything on the spot (which is fine but see my next paragraph about money exchange!)--Just letting you know that it is not all tabbed up at the end, it's daily payments. Lili will give you a receipt/bill each day for the groceries/fees if you use her to whip up meals (do it!), for laundry, and for any other services you may require. You pay Made, the driver, after each ride. That being said, if you're low on cash, the Lilly-by-the-Sea restaurant takes credit cards! Money exchange: We followed their money exchange advice and only exchanged $100 USD at the airport (to cover immediate cost of paying for the transportation to the place and have a little extra) and then later find a place with a better exchange rate. However, there was nowhere around Villa Lux that did money exchange that we could find. We had to arrange for Made, the driver, to take us 25 minutes into the city to exchange the rest of our money. My recommendation is to change everything at the airport (especially if you aren't planning on leaving the villa during your stay). The savings that we got for exchange our money outside of the airport was only $15 USD after deducting what we had to pay the driver to take us there. To me that savings wasn't worth the time taking us away from the Villa for almost 1.5-2 hours. House: The house has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, all with a full bathroom with a separate rainshower and large tub. The 1/2 bath is downstairs off of the kitchen. Each of the bedrooms have an AC unit and ceiling fan. There are two common areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, that open up to the beach with their large doors. The beds are very comfortable. Each room is a king-sized bed that actually comprises of 2 smaller beds pushed together so they can be separated upon request. We stayed in 7 different places over our vacation and their beds were by far the best in terms of comfort! There is Wi-Fi--they have three different routers (for upstairs, downstairs, and out in the backyard) so you will always have good connection. Pool: There are two parts, a small wading pool and a larger pool that doesn't go

Luxury at it's best. Staff was amazing. The views from every room are why you come to Bali. We will be back again.

A very good villa, can’t wait to come again

We had an amazing weekend spent in luxury by the beach. We felt very looked after and made the most of our time in this absolutely immaculate house. We were met by wonderful and friendly staff who helped make our overall experience one of our stand-out memories of Bali. The house was dog-friendly and they accommodated two large but friendly “smaller family members” and the location was totally fantastic for our 7 year old daughter. I would imagine it would be great for kids of all ages too as the pool has a little paddling area for younger ones. The downstairs bathrooms were an experience within an experience and watching a butterfly flit through the room was particularly beautiful. (But not a guaranteed experience I’m not sure they train them? Or was it robotic!?). You know its a good spot when you try really hard to think of negative things to say and all you come up with is the ocean is a little too loud (it could do with a dimmer switch when the sea gets up) and one of the pillows was too soft for the austere buddhist monk we had in our group (who really loves sleeping on a wooden log). On a slightly serious note - the sea has currents and can be dangerous to swim, but the pool is a great size and length and we spent a lot of time in the gazebo. Dont miss out on spending time here.

My friends and family very much enjoyed our time. 3 days of pure relax and enjoyment. From the setting and location which are truly great, the layout of the villa and its great functionality to the features and amenities throughout. High end design and luxury touches are noticeable and made our stay extremely comfortable. The small touches available for the kids such as toy, life vest and cutlery and plates are truly remarkable and made the stay for us more enjoyable and relaxing. Also board games for the adults were welcome and are always fun over drinks. The team from the moment we arrived was very hospitable and efficient which meant we could easily relax as we knew they would take care of us especially at breakfast. This was our first mini holiday (staycation) with our 3 months old daughter and indeed it is was very memorable with the special memories of our walks on the beach during sunset. We all truly enjoyed our relaxing stay and we are already planning to come back for my birthday celebration. Thank you for taking such great care of us.
